I came across Tire Pros because my husband suggested I check pricing for a main engine service before going to where I was used to going. I called tire pros and they were open (it was early) and he quoted me a lower price than another place and said he could do it right then. I went over and had the best customer service experience. I was even able to keep knitting a blanket while watching TV and enjoying some coffee. He stayed true to the price and told me about their loyalty program. I Love a company that realizes and appreciates customer loyalty. The previous mechanic shop I used to go to didnt care that I always got my oil changes with them. They never gave any discounts and seemed to take it for granted that I took my car to them. Not here. I went back for a regular oil change and again had a great experience. It was clean, even the restroom and my boys even stayed entertained inside while the service was done. And true to their word I got a little discount for coming back. I even got a tire rotation I needed. They also let me know I should go in once a month to get my tire pressure checked at no cost to me. Totally just won me as a client and my recommendation to everyone else I know. 100% Recommended!

The most important reason for taking my family’s cars to Tire Pro’s is trust. Have been going there for over a decade they are very honest, fair and efficient. Once my wife took her car to the dealers they told her that it was dangerous to be driving her car with such damaged brakes. They wanted to do a very expensive repair. I picked up the car told them I would think about it. Took it to tire pros they made a small adjustment and charged me less than $30. I highly recommend them.

I appreciate that they were able to give me an option to get a reduced service quick oil change in 15 minutes vs waiting 3 hours for full service. However, I dont understand why I would have to wait 3 hours since I made an appointment.
Isaac who is in charge of online sales communicated with me via the Yelp app on a timely basis. He gave me a great quote that others could not beat. He gave me an appointment on the same day I called and the whole experience was very pleasant. Isaac is very nice and knows how to treat a customer well. Im so happy I went to Tire Pros in Montebello! My car was making aloud annoying noise and no one seem to be able to tell me what it was. After 5 mins at Tire Pros they knew exactly what it was. Couple hours later, I was on the road in peace & quiet.....and the cost was exactly what my estimate was. I highly recommend these guys!!

I use take my car faithfully to this place because I liked their service and trusted their recommendations, but the last few times I went there, it seemed like the manager or whoever was at the desk could care less about his costumers. All I needed was an oil change and I got there around 4, they close at 6 p.m. So I figured it would be enough time for the service. The first time I tried, I was told they would not have enough time to do the job because they were short that day, ok, I get it so I went the following week around the same time again. Again, I was told they could not do my oil change, but this time, I did tell the man at the register it was my second time trying to get the service, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said he could not take my car, even though it was only 4 p.m. For me, that was it. Id been a faithful customer for about 2 or 3 years, never had this problem before so I decided I would start going somewhere else where Id be more appreciated it. I think they work on patrol cars cause I always see patrol cars there, so maybe those cars are a priority to them and not the costumers who patiently wait and pay for their services. Where I go now, they ALWAYS have time for me!

My car broke down on Saturday while running errands. My husband & I got the car towed in as it was overheating. We got the car towed in before Tire Pros closed in Montebello, Ca. Isaac took our car in & stored it inside, for us.Monday morning my husband followed up with Adolfo & he had already the part needed. The tech completed the repair within a couple of ours. Luckily, the car had a manageable repair & as always it was thorough test driven. And I had the car by the end of the day.Tire Pros in Montebello is our go to shop. Adolfo, Isaac & their crew of experienced technicians have been servicing our cars for about 20 years now. We trust their repair suggestions & always treat us very fair. My husband & I are very fortunate to have this shop locally.
Made an appointment for 4 to install 4 new tires I had delivered here and I was out of there in about an hour. I liked that they didnt try to upsell me anything and even let me use the Yelp check in offer for $10 off so it ended up being even cheaper. They are professional and even carried one of my tires into my trunk for me (I wanted to keep one of them bc it was still relatively new) and they wrapped it in a trash bag so as not to dirty the inside of my trunk.

Difficult to get an appointment for a tire installation for some reason. Had to drive there 3 separate times until I could get a definite time slot from an employee.The actual appointment went fine, took about an hour for tire install + alignment.

Great Service! Went in for tires and received a phone call advising front brakes were needed and if I couldnt do it with them that day they recommended for my own safety to have them done within a month. Fortunately I was able to get them done and two weeks later when driving on the freeway the car in front of me came to a sudden stop. I stomped on my breaks and was able to stop my car from hitting the car in front of me by less than an inch. The first thing that came to mind while my heart was pumping from fear was Thank God I was told to get my breaks done, because if I didnt I would have surely been in an accident. DONT COME, there are better place than this one. I came here to patch my flat tire. The mechanic took a quick look carelessly and said my tire is no good; I will have to get a new tire. I left later and went to another tire shop. However, the second shop patched my tire just like that, with only 15 dollars. I am never coming back here again; people here are not trustworthy.
At first thought place was great. But honestly it’s got worse every time I go something else is always wrong with my car. My recent visit I went for a wheel alignment and oil change. My alignment still feels off. Overall if your in a rush and need your car serviced same day go there, but if you have other options look around. I highly recommend Johnny’s on Olympic for wheel alignments. I bought the life alignments at tire pros that’s why I still go there.

2021-12-11My experience with Montebello Tire Pros was excellent!! Unfortunately for me…I don’t know a thing about cars. I am a single woman and always worried that I am going to be overcharged on car repairs. When I arrived and got out of my car, I was immediately greeted by a team member. I felt welcomed, and very confident that my car and I were in good hands.The whole team wore smiles, and they were very courteous. When I picked up my car I was once again greeted immediately. The price was very reasonable according to google :) Montebello Tire Pros is now my forever car repair shop.Oh, and they don’t just do tires. They can take care of all your car repair needs!! 2021-04-03Well, it was pretty decent. The service was quick. A few points off because 1. I didn’t receive a call when my tires arrived as I was told. I was actually doing some errands at the time and I had to call to see if your shop received my tires. 2. Was the fact that I wasn’t told of what was done to my car or if I needed an alignment on my car not even when I paid for the service (which I had no complaints on that it was quick) I wish you could have told me “ So we did the replacement of your tires and we did a free alignment you can always come back if you need anything or have a problem with the tires”. I also wish they would tell you how long it was going to take. Other than that it was good but could better. Thank you for your service.

2021-07-10Bought rims online and had them installed here with new tires. Customer service was great, but quality of work is lacking. One of the lugnuts was installed poorly and fell out after some driving. Had to tighten some after I got back. Make sure to check the tightening after you have them removed!

2021-07-27They take time and are very honest with their work. Highly recommend them. They do tend to get busy daily so expect to wait a little bit or you can coordinate with them to see when is the best time to come in so you dont have to wait too long.
