I wish I can give these apartments no star.... They always neglect repairing anything that happens on the property. Most of the maintenance personnel is very inexperienced. Ive been having AC unit issues for the last 3 months they supposedly fix it the other day but it failed and now I got a massive leak again. My girlfriend went to the office and got nothing but disrespect. They acted like they dont want to deal with it and refuse to give her the corporate number. I would Never recommend this place!
On October 19, 2021, I spoke with assistant manager Victor. I would like to add Victor was very attentive to my concerns and my needs with an ongoing problem we’re having with the tenant upstairs along with the Riverside Police Department involvement, which usually occurs a couple times a week. Victor was very professional and helpful and made note of the on going situation at Metro 3610. I would just like to add that I trust Victor along with the management company at Metro 3610 that this problem will be resolved, Especially for the residents who live there. I wish I could give this place a Zero there is a lot of Gray areas in the contract I advise people to read the contract and there’s a lot of homeless people that roam around inside the apartment complex I wouldn’t won’t no one to wast there time moving here the lady’s that work in office are dumb and don’t know anything have to wait for the guy Victor to get in the office to get a answer made a mistake moving here

I lived at this complex for 7 years. For 3 years I lived in a 1 bedroom and then moved to a 2 bedroom to have a washer and dryer. I really enjoyed living there. The office staff were always friendly whenever I needed to deal with them and were always very accommodating. When I first moved in 2011 there were no assigned parking spots which could be a pain at times. It was however, much better than when they decided to charge for parking. Where I lived, it was all carport parking so I had no choice but to fork over an additional 35 dollars per month. I honestly would have stayed if not for how much the monthly rent was continuing to climb. When I moved into the 2 bedroom, the rent only went up $50 a year. Not too bad. Then, my 3rd year in the 2 bedroom, the rent went up $110 per year. It was the same issue during the 4th year. It just got to be too expensive. Aside from the rent hike, they decided to start this VIP trash service, but it wasnt optional. Thats an additional $25 per month. To sum up, I probably would have stayed had the rent not gone up. It was very convenient as I lived less than a mile from my job. Overall, would I recommend this place? Yes, but anticipate mystery fees.
The worst apartment building and service we have ever come across. The apartment flooded and it took over a week to fix. There are homeless drug addicts living in the parking lot. Get ready to have your car broken into. TWICE! Maintenance simply doesnt care if the apartment above you is leaking God knows what into your apartment. Theyre nice enough to send you a template email in kindness, but will do very little to resolve the issues. DO NOT RENT HERE! Stay Away! Youre better off living under a freeway bridge
It was honestly a huge mistake moving in to metro 3610. The apartments are pretty but def not worth it! I only lasted about 4 months here until I terminated my contract here. My cars were getting broken into and I was not the only one with that complaint, my neighbors did too but the leasing office kept on declining to put up security cameras. The parking at night is horrible and if you wake up early enough around 6am you will see sketchy people roaming around the property. Also, if you have a neighbor that smokes inside their apartments expect to smell it coming through your air vents. I filed several complaints with metro 3610 as well with FPI management but they did not make any accommodations so I terminated my contract. I had to pay almost $4,000 just to get out of there which was unfair because of these flaws that the complex is having that were completely out of my control. Afterwards, I struggled to get my complete deposit money back even though I paid a licensed contractor and even provided a receipt of the cost to paint, wash carpet, and clean my apartment so I could make sure I at least got my full deposit but no. I had to fight with the leasing office to give me back my full deposit. They literally dont care about the safety issues going on there and even less the residents. They will suck you dry for your money. Dont do it.
When this place changed ownership and management, disappointingly, it went downhill real quick. Take before and after pictures of your apartment. Take pictures of damage that may occur. Keep all requests and work completed records. Take a tour during the day. Drive around at night. Read your lease word per word and watch out for extra, unnecessary fees!!
I’m just moving in and I can already tell I’m going to have a problem living here. Staff is a bit careless. Giving them a one star because I’ve been here for a month now and they are just terrible. I had to bomb my apartment and call pest control twice for the roach infested apartment which I am still battling with. Also their only source to get a wash card has been down since I moved in. Don’t move here I promise you’re going to wish you would have looked elsewhere. I certainly do.
Sad Our Lease was Up and we didnt even get a chance to Renew(instead of informing me with issues they put A Lease Determination on the door)I payed Rent for a 2 bedroom on time for 1 Year and through that whole time i never got a complaint!? Summer was Great although I had family visiting the pool and i guess they had a problem with that.They marked it as one of the reasons they didnt want to renew lease?(Not fair at All).I called and try to talk to manager but instead was told its already in their system and they couldnt do any thing about it(the Lease Determination). I really wish the office staff would be a little more considerate with their issues and communicate with their residents before terminating their Lease! Other than that ,the Apartment was very comfortable to live in(especially living on the end)Pros: Apartment was very roomy,Hardwood floors and All appliances included, Not to mention washer and dryer in Unit:)Close to Freeways and shopping centers! Cons: Parking is Horrible, Ac unit in Master hardly worked(unless you closed all other vents) and Office manager not communicating issues and giving you a chance to discuss issues which makes it aggravating.Also i feel that Kathy (leasing agent) is very professional and always trys her best to make the residents feel comfortable which is a Big Plus.
Don’t rent here!! Can’t stress this enough, they are the worst when communicating, took all of our deposit for “painting and shampooing one room” and forget about doing laundry when you don’t have a washing machine with your apartment. They’re never in the office so you cant refill your laundry card. Worst experience, all they want is your money. Also you don’t get a parking spot! Hate this place

We havent lived here too long but I havent had any major issues like other reviewers. Lost a star just for parking, if you have 2 cars it could get pricey, but worth it for us because the rent was already so low. We could hardly find any other 2 bedroom for anywhere near Metros price that looked as nice as Metros does, the interior is what sold us. Theyre surprisingly modern compared to the exterior. Office and maintenance staff have been nothing but a pleasure every time weve interacted. Sure, theres kids playing loudly on the playground and the occasional noisy neighbor, but no apartment complex is perfect. And I mean come on, your backyard is basically a Target, how much better could it get? ;)
Horrible apartment complex and staff, have to pay a $35 fee for parking when all other complexs come w/ a parking spot . Staff takes forever to let the maintenance guy know about things that need to be fixed took two weeks to come and fix a cabinet , now 3 weeks for them to cut the bushes by my door which is attracting all types of insects . Water pressure sucks in the bathroom shower . The security has no clue what they are doing they stay in there car most of the time and i have got my car robbed and staff didnt even bother to relocate my apartment kathy said she would look into it and get back to me its been 3months and havent heard from them . Totally not worth it to move here your wasting your money . Do your research and find a different complex to move to this one is not worth it ,almost been here a year and definitely moving elsewhere !!!
This place is the worst. Do your research before moving here. They sell you on amenities and “hard wood” floors and then when you get there you find out you can’t park anywhere because there are too many cars per resident ratio. The management/ staff are rude! They make empty promises. They tow your car (mine has been towed twice!) but Security can park in the red and handicapped unbothered. I am still waiting on my refund from them that they said takes 7-10 business days and it has now been 24 days and they are screening my calls so that hey dont have to hear ne complain. This place is awful. Don’t mover here. The second I get ahold of their corporate phone number I am going to report them. (As I was denied the phone number by a staff member) so I could complain. I move out January 11th and am thankful beca Living in this dump has been pure hell. Good riddance!
Horrible place to live!! I signed 9 months just paid my last month... thank God!!! The office staff is horrible, negligent liars and rude not to mention one has a major coke problem... no parking but they love to tow to brothers tow yard... two criminal companies. Termites and ants galore.... every resident Ive spoken to want to leave most are leaving. Dont sign a lease here you will honestly regret it. Waste of money.
Beware: I lived there one year; The walls are paper thin; therefore you can hear all of your neighbors. Cars get broken into as people hop the wall and go through the broken (unlocked security doors) and rummage through the trash daily. TERMITES! - I had termites in and outside my apartments, they nested inside the apartment and could be seen flying all around the exterior. Had a gas leak. People who dont pay for paid parking areas park wherever they feel therefore parking is always an issue. LASTLY, you will not get your deposit back!!! They will look to get you with anything they can, I was billed $250 for additional on top of my deposit to charge for paint since I hung up a few pictures on the wall. THERES A REASON THEIR RATES ARE CHEAP.
Parking is always an issue because they dont give a parking spot with your agreement. You have to pay to rent a spot or park on an uncover parking spot and first come first serve. Gates are always busted, so much for security. The leaf blowers are arround all day so there is NEVER any peace in the morning. Is 9:35am and they have been around 3 times my apartment since 7am.
Me and my husband went in to apply for these apartments. We had to waut wait to be seen. Not good. The place seems nice at first but apartments are not so nice. The people that loved there seemed sketchy and one even tried hitting on me in front of my husband. We gave them. $100 downpayment and was told they would get back to us regarding if we got the apartment or not. Still have not ehard back. We applied last Thursday today is Wednesday. Nothing no calls we had to call them. Then they refused to give us pir $100s back for the downpayment. This place is a scam and waste of your time and money.
Management is unhelpful, rude and lie straight to your face. The area is overpopulated, which makes finding parking very difficult. They try to find anyway to get money out of your pocket. Overall an awful apartment complex and would warn anybody against moving there.
**DO NOT MOVE HERE** The leasing office is just that, a leasing office, they do not value tenants. Be ready for a $150 rent increase after your 1st year. Maintenance response times are unsatisfactory and they do not fix things properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Overpriced for what you get.

I hate it the take weeks to fix something.It took a week to fix my ac.There are always homeless in the Containers,people Jump over the walls at night people breaking in your cars the gate is always broken and thats when robbers like to have a chance to break in.Termites everywhere.All the Apartments are old when a person leaves they make that apartment like new while the rest of our apartments are old.The maintenance are lazy.They never answer the phone the office is always closed.I would never rent these apartments.

2021-12-29I have lived at Metro3610 for 7 months now. It is pretty quiet and my neighbors are all great. Victor in the front office is a great professional help for any questions you may have. Also, the maintenance men are very nice and will take care of any issue for you. The pool is the best place to be during summer. All the amenities are really fun especially the tennis and basketball courts. My 6 year old son loves to play at the playground. I feel safe here and am very happy with the design of my apartment:) It really feels like home now.

2022-04-07Ive been having trouble finding apartments and have been looking for 3 months now. The manager Victor and Jade have been so helpful in applying for an apartment. Even though I made mistakes in my application, they were able to help me fix it. Jade also made sure I understood exactly what my apartment would look like and they answered all my questions. 10/10 experience.The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The community was also nice and quiet, and the pool was clean. Cant wait to live here.

2022-07-19Love the staff. Huge downfall... the dumpster areas are disgusting. Full of flies during the day and at night full of roaches. The place i lived at before used to have a company come once a week to power wash the dumpster areas. This place should really invest in this aswell.

He is super responsive, seriously helpful, and overall seems to want to provide the best service he can to the tenants there. I myself was in a bit of a situation and Victor did everything he could to help me out and provided me with many resources and information. Despite a setback with one of the units we were originally assigned to, they quickly offered us an alternative and have been very attentive to our needs. The apartments themselves are nice and the location is convenient.

2022-02-24Laundry was stolen twice and the office had nothing to do about, suggesting having cameras in the laundry room as it is public use for people who live here and the answer was no. Two new brands jackets and other things were stolen. I WOULD Not suggest this place to anyone.Thank you

The maintenance response time has improved drasticallyThe parking situation can still be improved, Id also like to see a specified area for dogs, like a dog walk/park added. That would make Metro an easy 5 stars.

2021-11-08I have lived at Metro3610 over 2 years. I like these apartments. It was an easy move in and Everything has been good since. The Maintenance team here is really good amd takes care of my problems quick. I also would like to mention the Asst. Manager Victor, He is very caring in dealing with me. If you are looking for a place to call home this is it.

2021-10-12Awesome move in experience for my first apartment. Victor really helped me figure out everything I needed and explained the process as well as helped me where I was struggling. Awesome move in applications as well, they created a checklist for what I needed to do for my move in and it made everything very easy and removed a lot of stress I was anticipating while moving in.
