Been to several other Mercedes Benz dealerships, and Beverly Hills is hands down the best! Went in for Service A after another dealership said they couldn’t open my hood! (yes, I’m talking about West Covina). My service advisor DAVID NIEVES opened it with no problem. He is outstanding in explaining to someone like me, who is not very knowledgeable about cars, what they are going to do and also what is recommended and why.Even though it’s out of my area, I will only have my car serviced here for now on and will buy my next car here.
Revised: I originally had an off-putting experience trying to service my Smart Car. However, Jose and the team at BH Mercedes did their best to rectify my dissatisfaction. I commend their efforts at resolving my cars issue. They were professional and followed up the repair. I can now, and once again, highly recommend BH Mercedes for Smart Car servicing. My only advice, is if they seem like theyre ignoring you because you have a Smart Car, its probably a good idea to speak up, instead of letting it fester like I did. That was my fault. Thank you BH Mercedes!
Beware if you bring your car in for service! Brought in my immaculate g550 for service only to have the car crashed while in the possession of MB BH.The story doesn’t end there, Mercedes Benz BH is passing the buck saying a 3rd party was operating the vehicle when it was wrecked therefore MB BH isn’t responsible!I was never told a 3rd party was doing the work and now I’m left to fight it out with insurance. Why should I be left with a diminished value vehicle through no fault of my own. Customer service at its worst!
Do NOT go here for service. Their practices are... highway robbery.My client had a check engine light pop on. She was told she could wait two weeks to bring it in. She did so, and was then presented an estimate for over $21,000! (Nearly $8,000 on the CEL itself. Each line item was padded in profit. When I told her the work could be done for a fraction she refused the work and picked up the car.They charger her $1300 just to diagnose the issue! (Do NOT sign the service order without discussing this practice with them and negotiating it down to 1hr labor!!) This amounts to a few minutes to plug in the reader, maybe 30 to confirm where the leak is coming from. So what should have been an hours labor - lets say $130 - was billed for 10X that. Which seems to be MB BHs MO. Everything was marked up by a factor of about 10X what a smart consumer would pay. Things that didnt need doing were suggested, and marked up ridiculously as well.Beverly Hills + Mercedes Benz is expectedly expensive, but this is outlandish.I will never suggest anyone go here with their own car given this is how she was treated after purchasing multiple cars and maintaining them there exclusively for decades.Shame on them. Worst experience with a Benz dealer since 1989, at dealers across the country.
Andreas gives me excellent service every and each time I take my car for service to Beverly Hills. He is very professional and gives excellent service. Plus the drivers were very professional who took me home and back. On our way back from my home to Beverly Hills we reached 6:10pm and Andreas was waiting for me to pick up my car although the service department was totally closed. He gives one hell of a service. I drive all the way to Beverly Hills for Andreas impeccable service. Love it. 10 star service.
The worst in all of California, we have been deceived they sold us a car with 3 broken parts and I could not enjoy it for 24 hours the next day I had to leave it for repairs and I have been without a car for 4 days and they tell me that it takes up to two more weeks I come Here with the sales director Steve and he tells me that he can only offer to pay me 1 month for the car which is 290 dollars and that nothing else and we have come here 3 times .. days without working losing money time and bad times please do not buy in this place is the worst I have seen in all of California .. they are not able to correct their mistake or compensate the customer fairly I am sad disappointed and the worst I gave 18,000 down payment more than half the value of the car that I bought and took me A broken car and thousands of headaches but I can only alert and spread my word so that no one else will happen to what happened to my family 🥲 and from him the salesman Edgard Ross not to say that is the worst of all he told me to take the broken car to the mercedes ma Its close to my house to have it repaired and when I get here Steve the director tells me that he couldnt see left that car that brought it to him here that it was the sellers error and another error of this place that they did not know how to fix only us They said it was the sellers mistake sorry and now ... what a disappointment what a horror and lost money from not being able to work 3 days and still not solving my problem, time and disappointed with the Mercedes Benz
UPDATE: I spoke directly with the service manager today who was so nice and took great care of me.YES- I got a loaner car and he promised one would be reserved for all service needs (so far hes true to his word) Since my original posting 7 months ago Ive purchased a GLE coupe for my daughter and yet again another fantastic buying experience.I purchased a S63AMG Coupe here in 2020 and the buying experience was fine. I felt as if all my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the purchase price. The buying experience was easy going and wasn’t an all day process. I was in and out in about and 1 hour and 30 minutes. Service is iffy. Depends on your service advisor but sometimes I feel looked over- should never be the case. Rental cars seem to be frequently not available as “the fleet is fully booked” Regardless I’d buy another call here and use them for service as they know what they’re doing.
We were looking for options before buying our next car and was not actually planning to go home with a new car that day. Edgar and Jason helped us and answered our questions. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were so pleased with the car they showed us, we bought it. The transaction went smoothly. It was short and easy unlike other dealers that will keep you in their office for hours. I will definitely buy a new car from Edgar and Jason again, and will recommend them to family and friends. We had a great experience buying our car at Mercedes Beverly Hills.

Very bad service I had my car for almost 3 months in service and every time they said in a week the part will arrive then they told me you can pick up your car and will call you when the part arrive no call yet and ever since I got my car back many problems been popping out I called 12 times left 12 msgs and never got a call back from them very bad service
BUYER BEWARE. I usually dont post negative. But plz beware. The Benz GLB apparently has shady manufacturing defects. We got stranded in Zion National Park yesterday with 2 little kids in the car when the engine broke down on our brand new GLB.No loaners available from any dealerships within a 300-mile radius. No rental agreements with any car companies either. We were left sorting it all out ourselves. Loaners cant leave the state either, so even if there were any, we couldnt have used one...By Gods grace & protection, we made it home last night, after a 13-hour emergency situation.Mercedes dealerships here in California are refusing to help in any way with a loaner or any other solutions like covering the cost of a rental, including the dealership in Beverly Hills which sold us the car. They are throwing all the work & cost on us up front.Spoke with several service personnel at the Beverly Hills dealership this morning. They could care less.The service manager Craig basically gave me the royal middle finger on the phone. He says Benz is under no obligation to provide a loaner car or to cover the cost of a rental for the next month while the broken down engine in the brand new car they sold us is being replaced. He says that by law they don’t have to do anything…it’s merely a courtesy. Wow. Clearly a courtesy they refuse to extend to us. His royal highness spoke so coldly and with such an air of indifference and superiority. Worst customer service ever.Apparently the entire engine on our brand new car broke down & the whole thing needs to be replaced. The repair will take about a month. None of the Benz representatives want to deal with this, and were left holding a very nasty bag.Never expected such careless & unsafe customer service from a luxury carmaker.We seriously had such better experiences with the 10-15 years we had a VW bug, a Honda Civic, and a Mini Cooper (bare bones model). Each of those car makers were so responsive and helpful for the tiniest repairs.Here we have a major emergency in the middle of Utah hundreds of miles from home, with engine failure on a brand new car, and zero help from at least 6 or 7 Benz dealerships in Utah, Nevada, and California and central mbusa representatives...The dealership that is working on our GLB in Utah told us theyve seen this type of engine failure in many other GLBs, A-class, and C-class Benzs. Theres some system-wide manufacturing quality issue.Straight from the dealers lips: they just dont make them like they used to.
This review is a few months overdue; however, I wanted to share what great experiences Ive had with Bobby L. in their sales group. In August, I left with my third car from this location. Bobby has been knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional with each transaction.
Honestly, I felt discriminated against, maybe because Im a woman, or because I look young, or because Im Asian... They didnt even check what was wrong with my car before they told me that they didnt have time for me and they didnt have loaners for me either, even though I had an appointment for mid-day!! The email confirmation even said that appointments after 5pm would be serviced the next day. My appointment was at 1:30pm. There were not many cars there either. They absolutely shouldve serviced my car at the time of my appointment. I had to press them to run the supposedly FREE diagnosis for why my check engine light was on, and they were reluctant to do it until I said I just needed to know if it was going to be a safety issue. My advisor, and old white man, was totally dismissive and spoke down to me. I get that this places is in Beverly Hills, but theres no excuse for discrimination and microaggressions. Its 2021. Id give 0/5 stars if I could. Yall wasted my time, and Im a doctor.
Over the past few months, Ive had some work done on my car. Its was my first time going to Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills for service. Overall my experience was great. Marina Martinez in-service was able to help me with all my needs. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure I was happy with the work that was done to my car. If there were any issues, she made sure they were resolved. Since I was treated so well by her and upper management, I will continue to go to this particular location for any services needed. Thank you Marina and to the entire team whos worked on my car.
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I would not do business with this dealership since that dont care about their customers and treat them so badly. I made an appointment with this dealership 8 days ago and was told they would have a loaner car available for me. I waited 8 days so I could get a loaner car. They reminded me about the appointment the day before and it showed on the reminder a loaner/rental vehicle. I had to get up early and change my schedule around to bring my car in. I got up early and was getting ready to leave when I received the following text from the Mercedes dealership: Good morning. I just wanted to let you know that we have run out of loaners for the day. Please reschedule your appointment for another day and when you can get here at 7 AM when we do have loaners. Reply STOP to OptOut. They dont care at all about their customers. I will never bring my car in for service at this dealership. They couldnt even call, just a text.
There are no words to express my gratitude and love for Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills! They never disappoint, the service is impeccable. Andreas Kroner is my Service Advisor and he is one of the kindest people I can’t rave about the type of consideration he has, the remarkable amount of knowledge, and his way of putting his clients mind at ease. Especially for someone like me… I’m a ball of nerves and my son started his first week of high school the same day I dropped off my car. Andreas communicated with me every day and gave me an update and an overview of what was happening with my car. Needless to say that this particular time that I brought my car in for service was extra special.. and the type of manufacturing, electronics and technological service that was needed takes time and only Mercedes-Benz can provide the 5-star experience that I had! I’m on my 3rd Benz and in a couple years I’ll need to buy a second car… I’m sure everyone can guess where I’ll be headed to get that 2nd car! To the best and most qualified professionals in the city! From sales to service I have had nothing but a streamlined easy customer experience with this dealership. I love the fact that I am able to get text updates and pay online for my service. I needed a tire replaced and went online to see how much they were charging me over and found out that their price was equal to other non-dealerships. It is the first time I have felt respected as a woman of color at any dealership and I appreciate that.
Switched to this dealership for my new car, and was very happy I did. A wonderful team! Alex, who was my salesman, was very professional and resourceful, and had some very good suggestions on models and options, and printed multiple estimates and plans. Yelena in the finance team was very quick yet thorough, and was also very helpful. Highly recommended!
This was my first time at Beverly Hills Mercedes in over 20 years. And wow, how they have changed. It used to have a very intimate family like feel to it. Now it’s a bit more like a assembly line factory feel. It was somewhat efficient. My appointment was at 10am, they didn’t get to me till 1040am. That was a bit annoying. But I have to say, when I did speak to any of the helpers, they were very gracious. Finally got to my service agent. More waiting. They needed to keep the car for a few days which I was fine with. But no offer of a loaner, and when I went to get my things out of my car, it was gone. More waiting to retrieve my things. When I was told they would have to keep my car for an undisclosed amount of time. I had to ask for a loaner, in which the agent didn’t seem very anxious to give it up. But I did get the loaner, a nice one.Now, we are all aware that everything thing today goes much slower due to Covid. But the communication was at best extremely poor. I walked away feeling like they really didn’t want my business. So much so, that I actually asked the service guy if he would prefer I go someplace else? Only then did he explain about due to Covid this and that. Would have been so much easier and more pleasant had he started off the meeting with that explanation. It all comes down to good training which is hard to come by anywhere.Overall I was very happy with the experience at BH Mercedes service. But I’m very pro active. Most aren’t. And really, you shouldn’t have to be.
My car was due for its routine maintenance, when I discovered my radio was having technical difficulties. My service representative Terry McKie was professional, courteous, and extremely understanding. He also went out of his way to process a good will maintenance request to handle the extra costs associated with the repair of the radio. He also arranged for a loaner car, but due to the pandemic I decided not to take advantage of this service. He called to give me updates, and provided me a timeline on when my car would be ready for pickup. Terry went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. He is a top notch service agent, and a five star champion. He is the best, and I would recommend Terry, and the Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills Service to anyone in need of great service across the board.
I took my Sprinter in to get two tires patched, nail in each tire, and was told they dont work on Sprinter vans...Really!? (NOTE: the actual Sprinter service writer, Andreas, was out on break; He always delivers quality service.)After mentioning Ive been there multiple times, I was then told they dont have a lift to raise Sprinters to inspect the tires. I then say to this service writer (*Note: not Andreas) that Ive had tires replaced there and a series of maintenance work done; he then proceeds to assist me properly.I believe this gentleman was a senior service writer from his office setting, which is my issue/concern with this. I could understand this may have been a busy time/day for the shop, but to insult ones intelligence in this matter was appalling.Beverly Hills Mercedes is one of few who provide Sprinter maintenance, and theres Sprinter all in the back of the shop.There are more negatives to this stories but wanted to focus on customer service. Its left an uneasy feeling about returning.
My sales rep this fifth visit was superb. But that was all. Since this was cat’s fifth visit in six months, obviously not happy with service quality in general. My car has been in the shop five times for over 100 days. Getting a loaner was difficult. Always received my car back covered in grease on the inside and empty if it’s charge. The manager NEVER returned my calls. Most times (except for my last two) I received little to no status of repairs. I was usually left in the dark.
They are great when they sell you the car. I lost a key and they said bounced me around for 24 hours nobody picked up the phone then when I asked to bring the car back they made up a million excuses on why they couldn’t help. The one person who did try to help me sell it then sent me to the person who was not trying to help and I was back at square one. They only care about sales if you have trouble with anything after they will ignore you .
Ivan at the Beverly Hills service center was so helpful and made sure I got taken care of in a timely fashion. He really understood the issue and was great at explaining what needed to be fixed. I feel lucky to have had his assistance. He prioritized my needs and made what could’ve been a really stressful situation much better.
Great customer service! Violet is an amazing saleswoman! She worked hard to help me pick up the car that I liked with the price that I could afford. She went above and beyond to satisfy her client. I was able to tell the advisor is very honest and genuine, so I absolutely was able to rely on his recommendation. Easy to make a convenient appointment.Service lanes are very well-organized. Staff is efficient and cordial. If you ask a question of an associate who ndoesnt have the answer- they will find someone who does.While waiting briefly (5 mins max) for the service writer, one of the service staff visited my car the car in front, and others with a tank of air and topped-up the tires.Terry McKie took care of me and communicated with phone calls or emails to guarantee that we had the best experience possible. First class operation - the only place we go to service our Mercedes. Car was returned when promised, beautifully washed - almost looked detailed. Interior/everything totally clean.Service at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills is as good as it gets.
James was extremely helpful in processing the details of my cars 1st maintenance of its young life. He was thorough in his explaining exactly what was going to be done, s well and reviewed the overall cars details to ensure the 2 recalls that were put out were addressed if they did in fact exist in my specific car.He is very soft spoken but efficient, which is a very welcome characteristic in todays hectic pace. actually was a calming experience. Arranged for my loaner car to be ready and available and called me the very next morning to advise my car was ready to be picked up.
The Service is Stunning, Very Good quality, everyone there they treat you with excellent Manners. I always liked the Service Center becouse it runs very precise with the leading Manger thanks to him, and big thank for Mr. Tyryce Hammett the Service Advisor that deals with my car all the time, he is the best . And i will never forget to thank any one that work behind the seines every worker in the garage and car wash as well the drivers. This was my first service and I was asked when I dropped off the car with T Meir, if I wanted my car detailed for additional $30.00 I said yes there was another person who asked me? Anyhow I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pick up on Saturday. 5-9-21 I arrived before closing and was very surprised to find plastic used gloves in the back trunk of my suv ml 350 yet my car was not detailed or washed on the outside! And my original bill was almost $5,000.00 yet I could only pay for $2,479.61 and I had asked if they honor a senior discount which I was granted $300. And the parts manager said he would match that yet today I was informed he helped with $160.00 I paid then said thank you and I had to call AAA to get some gas in my vehicle . I guess my money was not good enough for a wash?
Once again Terry McKie and the Service Department at Beverly Hills Mercedes did a superb job. Terry researched what was covered under warranties that I purchased with the car including one I had forgotten. With all our cars, Terry has always done the best job at making sure we got a very fair deal and excellent service with the help of a very competent Service Department. Thanks Terry and the BHM Service Department!
My dad is in this place right now with his car broken 😠 they sold it to him with the air and the speakers broken, we couldnt enjoy the car for one day of buying it and the worst thing that my dad is being humiliated and ignored by the director Steve Bobak and he has not been able to offer him something fair or compensate him for everything we have lost and gone through 😣 I would never, ever recommend this place to someone again, it is horrible 😤 the treatment is horrible and my poor father is right now there in this Without being able to solve their problem, they sent it to repair and even knowing they did something wrong to sell a broken car 😡sorry Dad
I have had a great experience with this place up to this 4th car I got from this store. I even asked the GM to help me and he responded by saying he has 19 managers to deal with these situations... wow atrocious customer service. I leased a 2017 E class and will never do business with this dealership again. stay away from this place, they even had the guts to ask me to delete my review
I have been to many Mercedes dealerships in Southern California and worked with many service advisors throughout the years. I have had some very bad experiences with them at times. Earlier this year I was introduced to Terry McKie at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills who is a manager in service department. My experience with him has been nothing short of magnificent. I can assure you that every single award you see on his desk (they are not few by any means) has been well earned by him as I consider him the best service advisor you can come across with when it comes to Mercedes Benz. Can’t recommend him enough!
I bought my car from here and gave all my services here. This staff goes above and beyond, especially Ivan and Andreas! I had an incident recently where my car battery was stolen - they comped the new battery simply out of kindness. I had Porsche before MB and lemme tell you, they never ever would have done something like that. I will never go back.
My service advisor Ed Aquino & the whole team At Beverly Hills Mercedes benz service department are outstanding. I went in today for three-year service and the loaner car was ready and waiting when I got there. There were a few items they found on top of the usual service which were covered under warranty plus they even fixed some items at no charge. My wheels were a mess and they were able to fix each wheel. Of course they had to charge for this because it was a pretty big ordeal. However they look like brand new now. It made my car look so old and yucky because I messed up my wheels. On top of all this, This place is cleaner than a hospital. People are cleaning constantly and they even have a whole outside area to wait for coffee etc. Consider it a spa day for your car and yourself.
So I needed and researched diligently for a new place of service. After an exhausted search I found Terry McKie through several reviews. I think he lives up to his many 5 stars reviews. Unfortunately the only reason I can’t leave one this time is my wait time to see him. He is a busy man! So busy I waited 35 minutes until I decided to say something. The only reason I waited that long was there were many other cars there. But then the other cars started moving except for me. By the time I met him it was 45 minutes!!! Anyways Terry apologized for the wait. So other than that frustrating experience I would definitely go back to see him.
Our new CLA 250 started making weird noises and didn’t sound drivable so we had Mercedes come tow it to the Beverly Hills location. Not only was the customer service terrible, but they claimed they could not hear any noises and nothing was wrong with it. Every time we would call or text (which was only a few times total) over the course of the 2 days it was being looked at, they were rude, wouldn’t give us any kind of straight answer as to what was going on, didn’t offer us a loaner vehicle, talked down to us, and gave us our car back with almost no gas when we had at least a 1/4-1/2 of a tank when it was brought in then tried to claim that it was brought in with no fuel. Overall, it was an absolutely terrible experience with the Beverly Hills location and we will definitely NOT be returning.
I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz S-class from MBBH, Melanie Mendez my salezperson was super friendly; fantastic really. In fact, she made this transaction super smoothe stress-free on my part. Literally, this was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I picked out a car online, they got me the very best interest rate they could find, made sure the car was perfect inside and out, I then basically showed up and learned how to work it before taking it home. I was so impressed by the care I received I will recommend Melanie @MB BH to all my friends and family looking to buy.
Amir and Said were both very nice and helpful. I came in a few weeks ago not really sure which class or model would be best for me. Amir showed me some very nice options. I was still shopping around but ended up choosing a CLA 250 after a couple more visits. The negotiating process was quick. The financing portion took the longest because I had to wait for 1.5 hours before I could go in the office. Other than that I had a good experience.
I think I forgot to Post tbe review. .so heres a quick rehashTamir notified me that my car was due for service...and he said they could pick up my car tomorrow...service it in a few hours, and have it returned to me in the afternoon.A very pleasant man named Oscar called at the agreed upon time...I gave him the car...and it was returned to me within about 5 hours, as agreed. The transaction was professional ..the folks I dealt with were polite and helpful.
I just visited Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills service center because of easy to set schedule and I brought my MB S560 got a couple of minor issues. I had a great experience with Mercedes at Beverly Hills, specifically with Melanie. She has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout my car buying process. She was able to offer the best offer among all the Mercedes deals around the LA area. There was also no surprise/changes to the verbally agreed price for the vehicle through the phone when I got to the dealership and made the payment. As of my experience at the deanship, she was being very nice in accommodate my needs to the extent that is doable. I bought out my leased car, and she was nice enough to get the team to do a nice detailing, cleaning, removing scratches, and even refilling the car. It was overall a very nice and smooth experience, and this dealership (Melanie) is definitely the place where I will come back when I make my next purchase or car service.
James Tirelli was very professional & took the time to help me, explained everything to me. He even looked into the fact that I still had a pre paid service still available which I was pleasantly surprised. That saved me a lot of money. He arranged for my ride to work which came very quickly, Then explained to me what needed to be done still since I only had the scheduled service that Saturday. It was a very good experience.
The car looks perfect, now I finally have it back. it had a B service which I was told would take 3 hours if nothing extra was found. Nothing was found. After nearly 4 hours I texted to find out when it would be ready/ soon Jose said and that he would get straight back to me. I telephoned when I heard nothing and had a long wait when I rang the main Service number and had to hang up. My husband then rang. I finally got my car back about 3pm having taken it in at 10am. I had a great deal to do snd had to replan my day. I would have appreciated more frequent updates and an explanation as to the delay.
My service advisor Barbara was absolutely amazing. We had discussed an issue with my service back in July of 2019. She raised my concern again at which point I told her it was no longer an issue. She took steps to resolve my concern months later. Absolutely amazing. She is truly a valuable advisor to Mercedes Benz. She also had the service department attempt a cosmetic repair of a small blemish on my rear bumper I had mentioned. The repair looks great! Again, many thanks to Barbara for her amazing willingness to help a new client.

I brought my newly-acquired Smart EV here for annual maintenance (which has to be done by a Mercedes-Benz dealer). I didnt know what to expect, but the service advisor they assigned me, Muniq, was very friendly and upbeat and everything went smoothly. She even checked on me in the waiting area. Service only took 90 minutes and the bill was reasonable. While I dont have other choices for maintenance or repair on this car, I would come back here anyway because the experience was positive.
I wish I could write something good! My brand new car had some issues and I went to BH service. They held the car for 3 days, told me they needed to order a new seat frame which takes 1 week, and they also refused to change my brake light until they could do everything at once. They returned the car after 3 days with 0 work done. I took the car to Mercedes West Covina service dept the next day. New parts were NOT needed and everything was fixed the same day! BH are inefficient and crooks.
I brought my car for the now famous air bag recall. As soon as you drive in the place one can see the place looks meticulously clean and organized, this is no Jack the Mechanic garage, you can tell the workers are all trained professionals to the hilt. Although I went only for the airbag recall, the next day they gave me the car with a full inspection with a full printout of the condition. I guess that’s their way of attacking customers buy causing you a heart attack once you see the problems in your car. My car has 38.000 miles and my service estimated at $ 5,500. I guess I’m driving the wrong car.
I haven’t received any good service from the Mercedes of Beverly Hills since I’ve purchased my vehicle from them. I’ve brought my car in 3 times to be fixed and each time it is so hard to get ahold of someone for something as simple as an ETA on a battery change. I used to love driving Mercedes but after the 2 years of slow and careless service I may be selling my car and switching makes.
Marc provided excellent service from the minute I handed my keys over to him to the day I picked my car back up from service. Also provided fair pricing for the work that was being done (which is way more than what one can expect nowadays at dealerships). Overall feel confident leaving my vehicle in the care of this dealership service Dept and highly recommend working with Marc.
I couldn’t get my radio to work after the battery failed and the security code I had didn’t work. They took the time to take the radio out, find the right code for me and I have tunes again! They also gave the girl a good scrubbing so she looks good and sounds even better.
This was my 3rd time having a service there. Every visit was pleasant, reliable and well performed. Marc P. Was my service advisor. He communicated with me throughout the entire visit (I stepped out from the dealership during the service), kept me informed about every step, and went out of his way to get entire exchange through Mercedes warranty/ claims dept. I was super impressed and happy with him. Well done guys :)
Jose was a great service advisor. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. All of the staff made me feel welcomed and accommodate my needs accordingly. This was probably one of the better experiences I have had with Mercedes in a long time. I didn’t feel haggled or pressure. Definitely would recommend this location for your Mercedes Service needs.
Being a Mercedes customer means you are First Class, Grade A, The Best! That’s how Jose Ramos made us feel. We’ve been gone from Mercedes for a while. We tried different vehicles; Maserati, Jaguar, BMW, etc. Only to find ourselves right back where it all started. I can honestly say Mercedes gave us the best treatment ever! After being gone for over 10 years, they still had all of our information in the computer from before. Their service is very personal, I love it! They treat you just like family. I recently got a new car from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. The process started off ok until I actually got the car and realized the salesman lied to me about some of the financial aspects once I had the car for about a week and received a call from Mercedes Benz Financial requesting money from me that the salesman at the dealership said I could negotiate down due to being a loyal customer and not to worry about. To my surprise I realized the salesman lied to my face and in email about this and then I got stuck on the hook for more money after already signing the contract on the new car. This was my second car from the dealership and safe to say my last. Its clear the salesman was either trying to take advantage of me or purposely didnt care.After being contacted by MBFS I then reached out the the salesman and dealership to see if they wanted to make things right and instead the salesman lied again claiming they were speaking with MBFS to see how they can resolve the situation but instead never did. Then MBFS called them and the staff their lied to them as well. All around horrible experience on the sales and customer service side. Beware - especially if you are a woman they will swindle you, yes you to death and try to brush everything you bring up under the rug just to make a sale. Find another dealer as there are plenty of other better options. I judge business based on their honesty - to me it’s never about paying extra or if there is a fee etc the problem is blatantly lying to my face to avoid negotiating with me after being a loyal customer.AND on top of all of that I originally came in for a specific model car which as the paperwork was being done was magically sold to someone else so I ended up getting a different model, luckily the manager rectified that situation after I had already been sitting there with the keys to the first car setting up the mercedes me features etc.
Joseph was great. He let me drive two models; a C300 and GLB 250 with AMG package. Very patient. Very easy to work with. I had to sellMy car first and that took a few days but the GLB was still there and it was a seamlessTransaction. Very glad that I went to MB of BH and even happier that I worked with Joseph.
Jose Ramos was my go to guy ... very professional, yet personable. The Mercedes website was easy to use when booking my appointment. I was able to reserve a loaner car and click on my service tech aka Jose. Drove in, dropped my car off, hopped in the loaner car and left on my merry way. The online service updates and texts were easy to navigate through. They applied some Monthly special to my Final bill (very nice of them) and informed me know when my car was ready for pick up. Again I was In&Out and done!
I had the most relaxed and stress free experience here, after I unfortunately popped a tire on my Benz. I didn’t have time to make an appointment, so I just showed up as a walk-in instead. I was immediately greeted by Steve A. who was friendly, empathetic, insightful, and efficient. He reviewed everything over with me, explained different scenarios to avoid any surprise costs later, and told me that he would call/text once the car was ready by end of day. By 6pm, I was able to pick up my car with my car looking good as new! I would highly recommend everyone to come here!
Ive been having issues with my AMG GTC and David Cohen in the service department has been nothing but amazing! Hes continuously following up on my car and its repair progress and went above and beyond to give me a nice loaner compared to the other dealerships where they just give you a C-Class no matter what your car is.David gets the job done and cares about his customers needs which I is why if my Mercedes ever has an issue Im not going to any other service departments other than this place and especially straight to Davids office.Thanks again David!
Didn’t want to take my car in for service given the current environment but I’m moving and there was a recall notice on a part, so I reluctantly scheduled. Babz did a great job, excellent service and everyone was totally protected with masks, gloves and Lysol wipes. You only deal directly with your specialist and she was even the valet who brought my car up when it was done. Great job with excellent customer service in a difficult time. Super appreciative of the efforts from the whole team at Mercedes Beverly Hills!
The salesman was Isaiah Randolph. He was very helpful and obliging and let us try several cars. We actually ended up buying one of the cars we test drove that very day. He was helpful and guided us through the process.I should also complement the manager, Mark Barsoomian. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the Mercedes line. In addition, he was helpful in negotiating a purchase arrangement that was attractive enough that we actually purchased the car right then and there.I had a recent service they are, they require a check up. They offered to pick up the car at my house service it and then bring it back. This was done efficiently and was a great convenience. I did not have to navigate there or arrange to travel there but I could just do other things at home have the car picked up and then have it returned. This was a great convenience and was greatly appreciated. Everybody was very courteous and helpful.
I have taken my car to Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills 6 times since September 2020, to repair a trunk that sometimes closes by itself after opening, and they still do not know how to fix it! I have provided videos and done an experiment, suggested by the service foreman, using both keys in my latest videos.I just picked up my car again, after spending two weeks at Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills, and absolutely nothing has changed!!! I am completely frustrated, and although I enjoy every other aspect of my C 300, I want a car that does not hit me on the head when loading or unloading the trunk… Time for a new car!
Avoid repairs at any dealership like it’s the plague. Be aware of companies on the prowl to recoup profit loss from the 2020 shutdown. Car dealerships are notorious for unethical business practices, it’s even worse now.Overall the customer service at MB Beverly Hills was terrible, my service advisor told me my car engine would blow up if I didn’t get it fixed; unbeknownst to them I’m a mechanical engineer. The only reason I went to a dealership was to replace an electrical component that was damaged due to an accident, the software reset needed to be done by MB. The diagnosis/repair took over a month.The insurance company covered the cost of the repair. However after I picked my personal car up (once it was finished), MB of Beverly Hills managed to file a claim against my insurance due to scuffs done to the loaner car that magically appeared. Just to squeeze some more money out, the $6k repair wasn’t enough 🙂.I wish I could rate negative stars.
Andreas Kroner was amazing and so accommodating.... great customer service! It was my first time at this Mercedes Benz location and didn’t realize how busy it could be. I was real bummed to learn at the appointment that I had to wait six hours for my routine car maintenance rather than 2 hours as told by the scheduler on yelp. 4 hours later as I was done with my errands and couldn’t wait any longer due to my packed schedule, Andreas was able to surprise me and expedited the service so that I could pick up my car on my return. It had made my day as I work 12 hours night shift at the hospital and hard to adjust my sleep and work schedule. Andreas also gave me some tips about calling-in next time in advance so that I could get a loaner car during any type of servicing. Thank you Andreas....I was so shocked that I told him that I love him when he told me the great news (Hahha- I hope his wife won’t mind).
When my window was broken due to theft, they took the time to check everything and ensure it was fully cleaned from glass fragments, replaced the seat belt buckles (glass got inside), and repaired the motor in the door so it rolled up and down smoothly. They also replaced it with a factory grade window so it matched all the others. They did a great job and very attentive to detail to make sure it was 100% back to original condition.
Andre, my service advisor, was absolutely amazing! Aside from being extremely professional, he was very kind, and sensitive to my service needs. I knew when I spoke to him That my car would be in the best hands possible and he will make sure that everything got done on time and as needed. This place always exceeds my expectations.

I had the worst experience with this dealership. Dropped off my car on Thursday to have tires replaced, and realignment performed. I was told by the service advisor that it will be ready on Friday. By Friday afternoon, I have not gotten any call/text or any form of communication regarding the status of my car. I call the dealerships service department MULTIPLE times on Friday afternoon, and kept getting hung up.I was finally able to connected with someone on Saturday morning, and told that they would talk to the manager, and get back to me if they car would be done by Saturday. At 4pm, I received a call saying my car is ready. When I arrived at the dealership, I was rush through the check out process, and given no explanations or breakdown of the cost of the repair.This is the second time I had gone to this dealership and experience horrible service. I would not be going back, and would not consider buying any other Mercedes-Benz in the future.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company servicing my car. I’ve been a client of Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills for 10 years. I took my car for a service B in early June. I was told it would cost five thousand dollars to take care of all the issues which I happily paid as I have in the past. The next day I got a fault message that the vehicle was too low and I heard it scraping against the ground. I left town for a few days and when I came back I took it in and had to wait weeks before I was told the air suspension was leaking and would cost me another two thousand dollars. Why was this not discovered when it was serviced? I refused to pay and I was offered a discount with the price cut in half as the service rep agreed that cars that get serviced don’t come back for a year! It took weeks to get this discount after which another few weeks went by and I was told that the issue was fixed but the air suspension was still not working and there was yet another leak that would cost seventeen hundred dollars. An issue that happened when the car was not even in my possession. When I told the service rep I wouldn’t pay he said “There is nothing more I can do for you”. I had to threaten legal action before he brought a manager in who agreed that I should not have to pay more than the discounted price for the original issue and nothing for the new damage that occurred while in Mercedes’s possession! This took months to resolve and I only got my car back a couple of days ago. David Nieves is the worst service rep I have ever had. He was incredibly slow and incredibly arrogant expecting the customer to be financially responsible for a mistake Mercedes made. I should not have had to pay anything after the service and the initial five thousand dollars but still had to pay another thousand and wait months to get this resolved!
Review for Service Dept:Been to the service center twice, despite having purchased our car at another MB dealership. And twice, had an easy, efficient and smooth experience. First time for a routine service and the second time, to get the AC evaporator coils cleaned. Both times, Andre was our service advisor. He was friendly, communicative, and had the our car ready as promised. Complimentary car wash was a nice touch as well as the option to pre-pay for services online before picking up. Was able to get a service loaner as well. Overall A+ team and customer service. Thank you!

Went to Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills to have a recall issue fixed. They did a great job and in a timely fashion. I didn’t expect to have to leave the car overnight and they bent over backwards to get me a loaner, even though I didn’t have a reservation and all their loaner were out. It worked out great. Barbara and Blanton were very professional and accommodating. And the car was clean and shiny when I returned.
This is the best dealership I have ever purchased a car at, hands down. I have worked with Jasmine on the sales floor multiple times and she always is professional, courteous and friendly. Shell give you her frank opinion about each car youre looking at and whether it will fit well with what youre looking for. When you sit down to go over the numbers, theyre pretty upfront and come back with a really good price right from the start. The entire process is smooth and stress-free. I dont normally gush about a dealership sales process, but MBBH is really a step above everyone else.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been pretty easy and never have any issues with my car. This time was exceptional. I had Elan Haim taking care of me. He got me in and out of there so quickly with a loaner car. My car was done within a few hours and he brought my car right out!
I received really Great service here! I could go to another dealership closer to where I live, but there is a noticeable difference in the quality of service! Even during their busiest hours, 3 people came to ask me if Ive been helped and how they can help me. Desmond was my service advisor and walked me through the entire process. I felt comfortable and he exceeded my expectations! My car is running so smoothly now. It feels safe and dependable thanks to Desmond =)
The service team at Mercedes Beverly Hills is (no pun intended) a well oiled machine. Easy to schedule, smooth protocol in place for covid safety, swift processing of my loaner car. They finished my maintenance ahead of when they promised and I again was in and out quickly to get my car back. They truly make me feel taken care if there. Between the service and the great experience getting to know their produce line through the loaner car, the difference is night and day with Mercedes and other comparable luxury car brands I’ve had.
MBBH completed the work on my car in a timely and efficient manner. My service advisor, Lino, was knowledgable (he is clearly a car guy) and communicated effectively about my issues. I received a spotless 2021 Mercedes loaner that I was assured was thoroughly sterilized prior to my use - it seemed to be very clean. When my car was returned, it too was spotless (not how I brought it in). I had a very good experience at MBBH.
Elan was amazing and my experience exceeded even my already high expectations from Mercedes. I had no appointment, I needed my new fob programmed and I needed to replace a tire that had a nail in it. I was in and out super quick and they even managed to wash the G Wagon. Very Happy!!
Unfortunately will NOT ever use MZB of Beverly Hills for service. Happy with all employees however the procedures in place are poor. From not being able to reserve a loaner other than an 8 am time slot to charging for loaner if not returned with in a 2 hr notice of car being ready. Other dealerships do not have these impossible demands.
This is my second Benz, and 8th family MB from Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz and I would never think to go to another dealer. We have worked with Farzam for over 10 years. He is an expert and everyone should go to him for their sales needs. Helen is awesome in finance, explained everything thoroughly and made the entire process painless. Need a Benz? Go to MB of Beverly Hills and ask for Farzam! Easy as that.
My service adviser was polite and prompt. He met all of my concerns and explained the repairs thoroughly. They provided a loaner since I had to wait for parts and everyone was courteous and efficient. I may always have to drive Mercedes since I love visiting the dealership.
Tamir, my service advisor, made the process of servicing my car smooth and efficient. He is very courteous and attentive, and I highly recommend him for taking care of any service needs! Also, their facility has taken measures to ensure the experience is safe and sanitary.
I have an older MB, so it can be costly and more difficult to repair sometimes. Tamir (my service rep) was very prompt, clear and frequent in all of his communication and did his best to keep repair $ to necessary items. The gratis loaner was very nice and appreciated for the 5 days. I could take car to a cheaper non-MB dealer for repairs, but the customer service and quality work is why I keep coming back to MBBH.
Had an amazing experience with Andreas who was one of the best service staff I’ve come across. He helped me in every way possible because he cares not only about his job and helping others, but you can tell he has a love for the cars themselves and will ensure quality care on any of your vehicles!
I brought my car in for a very minor repair but it turned out to be a little more difficult than I thought. My service advisor (Muniq) did an excellent job in getting the repair done expeditiously. I was kept in formed of the progress and I was in and out very quickly. I was taken care of in an outstanding fashion. Thanks for your excellent customer service.
I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm on the phone! When I got there. It was super busy and no one were available to take the car. I confirmed a car for the time my car was under service on the phone! After 30 minutes I finally find some one and asked him why they don’t start the service, it is almost 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment! He said we are super busy and the service won’t start any time soon, therefore your car will stay here tonight! And no, we don’t have a car to give it to you! I talked to his manger! Hopping for a reasonable answer for the mess! He said the customers didn’t bring back the cars!!!! So we don’t have any! It’s their fault!!! I was super disappointed of the customer service! This is not the way you treat your customers who prepaid their service!!! And have a confirmed appointment! I will try again today and I will let you know my experience again!
Scam artists!! Trying to charge $10k over for a base cargo sprinter van just because. I spoke with Joseph and he couldnt give me one actual reason. All he could tell me was “thats just what we do” and tried to say it’s a Mercedes adjustment in essence trying to tell me it’s Mercedes corporate hoping that wouldvalidate it more . No, it’s not “Mercedes” , its Beverly Hills Mercedes. I’ve talked to plenty of dealerships that charge msrp with no markup, I just wanted a black one that they had. Fed up with the greed of these companies trying to capitalize and manipulate the pandemic to make more money with bs reasons, and Beverly Hills Mercedes is no exception. Greedy little snakes.
My taillight needed replacement and I got an oil change. Terry Mckie was my advisor. Thank you to the Mercedes Benz Service Department my appointment went smoothly and I drove home Happy it was handled easily with no stress. They cleaned my gl 320 cdi complimentary and Terry my advisor took the time to really listen to my concerns for my vehicle before recommending my service. MB Beverly Hills is an attractive location, but a very bloated “Beverly Hills“ scene spot with abysmal service and zero client accountability. Their very weak service chain is distributed in a disorganized fashion across a series of people who are either out to lunch or on break, or don’t care and want to pass the buck to the next guy.I brought my car in to have a airbag replacement, and on arrival I immediately began getting kicked around from service advisor to service advisor, no one was interested in taking on a new client, and everyone was treating me like I was too much work before I had even told them which was my vehicle.I was coming in for a recall replacement installation. My appointment was for 10:45 AM, I was supposed to have my car back 4 hours later.Went to the guest lounge, had a coffee, noticed immediately the lounge area is mostly filled by service advisors having conversations “on break.”I went to get the loaner vehicle I asked for, and the one they had for me was no longer available, and they didn’t know when they would be receiving another one back. I waited 4 hours in the guest lounge.When I finally got loaner keys I was told by my service advisor (last time I would ever see him) that I should take it home overnight because I arrived “too late to complete the service same day” and they won’t have my vehicle ready in time. (It was a 4 hour replacement service, I arrived at 10:45 AM, they close at 6 PM. Do the math.) I get the loaner, only to find that it is dirty and trashed on the inside. With no energy left to argue, I take off.I waited the entire day the next day to pick up my car, and around 3 PM I received just a robo-text message (that is all) from the automated system at Mercedes saying the vehicle won’t be available till Friday now. No explanation.I really needed my car back early Friday latest, as I hadn’t planned on such an extended delay, and wanted to make sure there was a diagnostic check completed before I came all the way out there to pick up, so I called several times to talk to my service advisor. Not only was he a ghost, but anytime I would call I’d be redirected to the service desk, someone would pick up the phone and hang up immediately so not to have to take the call. I must’ve called at least 30 times over the course of 40 minutes, and each time The receptionist would kick me to a new voice message box for a sales assistant, a sales manager, sales rep, a sales associate, offsite sales liaison. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the reception about my 35th call, she forwarded me again to the service manager (cliff) who quickly without investigation, sent me to the service desk, who quickly picked up the phone and hung up on me for the 36th time.Finally, around my 40th call, they sent me to a person who is working in another department and I literally had to squeeze out of them just some basic information about the diagnostic. Finally, after an hour and 20 minutes and 40 calls - I had the simple information I needed and was able to drive over there and pick up the car.When I arrived (surprise) there was no service associates available to help me out and I had to get my keys back from one of the mechanics that noticed me wandering in the service floor area.There was 3 things wrong with my car outlined in the service report. One of them was a broken bulb on the headlight, the other was adjustment handle was broken on the seat. I was never able to get prices from these fixed on time and drove away without them fixed.My thoughts: From the looks of it, this place has seen so much money over such a long time, that the people here have gotten quite comfortable with the way things are, which has led to a systemic wide deeply substandard level of service over time.This is a very honest review with no reservation or contempt for the place, just what I observed.
These people are really slick. Instead of charging me $600 to arrange a buy-out of my leased E400, they worked a sale and repurchase of my car which cost me $5,000. At their request, we emailed their general sales manager but never got a response. I would never deal with these slickos again.
My car was recently serviced at MB of Beverly Hills. It was my first experience there and it was excellent. Ernest was fantastic at coordinating the service my car needed. As scheduled in advance, I was provided with a loaner so I had no disruptions to/from work for those few days. They really made me feel welcome, and my car is running top notch now. I cant thank Ernest enough or recommend this service center more.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, high quality dealership/service center with amazing customer service, this is the place. Beverly Hills Mercedes gave some of the best service I have ever experienced. I went in for a recall on my smart car. There was someone at the entrance welcoming me and ready to help right when I pulled into the service center. I was assigned to service representative Elan and he was friendly and assured he was there to help for anything I needed. There was a small delay in my parts arriving, but the Managers came and apologized for the delay and assisted in making the experience beyond my expectations. I was asked multiple times by different workers if I had been helped and if there was anything they could get for me. This place is 10/10.
I was very happy with my advisor, Nick. He seemed to care very much for each individual client case that came through. Mine, in particular, he understood my work schedule and accommodated my pick up and drop off times of my loaner vehicle especially during my holiday work hours which, many times, were outside of the normal service hours of operation. Additionally, he took the time to walk me through updates/repairs/ issues with my vehicle and told me which ones I should and more importantly should not be spending my money on. It was one of the few times I felt my service advisor was not trying to push me to spend on unnecessary services.

Just took our Mercedes Metris in for its first service and as it’s our business vehicle for Green Planet Chem-Dry so we needed a quick turnaround. The service price was surprisingly reasonable and they took care of a recall and washed the vehicle as well. We are Impressed and we will certainly come back for future services, big shout out to Andreas who took care of us and exceeded expectations.
I like the brand but I dont like this location.Frank Murphy (GM) and Mark Barsoomian (GSM) are the most disrespectful people Ive ever meet in my whole life.Other sales mans learned how to be rude and disrespectful from them. Their attitude like they owned Beverly Hills, most of them drive more than 3 hours to work here.Not helpful at all. Owner has to consider of changing these two people.Their service department is even worse. They change service adviser every month because they are on commission and they cant survive.

I talked with him on the phone he explain how we can solve the problem and fallow up the next day...Bottom line is as a Mercedes owner since I have my drivers licance definitely Beverly Hills Mercedes is the best!!!And if you still reading I can say Mercedes Benz Encino is the worst!!!
I took my car in during covid and was met by a very kind and helpful service associate Andreas. We discussed the issues I was having one being that my driver rear door was not opening ??? Odd I know... They did a diagnostic test on my car and sent me a litany of issues I approved the services I came in for and a couple of others they said needed attention. It wasn’t cheap, but I felt that I needed to do it. The door issue I had was quoted at $880.00 for repair, ouch! This morning upon payment and scheduling of car pick, I was contacted by Andreas to say he’d asked his technician to once again look at the door and the tech was able to get the door opened NO CHARGE! When does that ever happen?! Color me a satisfied customer thank you thank you Andreas
Took my vehicle in for the Schedule B service and it was found to have nails in some tires I recently replaced. I waited more than 2 weeks for the original service rep to try (and fail) to get insurance coverage for the tires. During this time, there was negligible communications to me despite me sending text messages to the location every other day. After finally calling the location directly (and a 30-minute wait on hold), I was connected to another rep and told my car was ready. (Also note that they phone number for the service department on the dealership form is no longer in service).Upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that the tires would not be covered, but that they had been changed anyway without my approval and there was an additional charge of over $700 for the tires and installation. Ultimately, the Manager comped me the tires as it would not have been possible to “undo” the service.I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for more than 10 years for different cars, but this was by far the worst experience during that time.
My experience at Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz Service was spectacular. Everyone was professional and friendly! My appointment was on time. The shuttle service to and from was perfect, on time, communicative and efficient. Their use of technology to communicate details with you is refreshing and accurate! I have used BH Benz for a little over 3 years. While my new service advisor was perfect (Munique), the Service Department is now being managed very poorly. When calling the service department, the phone rings and rings, finally being answered by someone in Texas. They can transfer your call but since the voicemail service doesnt seem to be set up, you can never even leave a message. They cant transfer you to the courtesy car desk. They also cannot guarantee a loaner car and Im now being told thats why they now call it a courtesy car as you may or may not get one. Supposedly, their fleet has been depleted so much that they can no longer guarantee one even if you book one way in advance. Then for some reason, when my car was given to me, there were greasey hand prints on my white steering wheel airbag and grease marks on my glove box. In addition, my carpet and floor mats were greasy. I recently cleaned them myself so they were clean when I dropped it off. Based on this last experience I am highly considering using another dealership. This just was not what one would expect from a Mercedes Dealership or even a Hyundai dealership. Monique was perfect! The tools she needs to do her job have obviously been removed!
I went to another dealer a month ago and had a horrible experience for the second time. When I called MB Corporate office, I was advised to use another Dealer and ask for the Manager.I called Beverly Hills Dealer and was introduced to Desmond. Unbelievable, the level of customer service, the professionalism and the willingness to help made my day.He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and took the customer service to another level.I left with a feeling that customer mattered and there is someone that can assist you and change the mood of the day to a better situation.I cant thank him enough for all his courtesy and assistance that he gave me and this dealer forever will be the one I purchase my and my family car from.Thanks Desmond.

Everything was wonderful! They picked my car up, did the service, and brought it back shiny and clean. Nobody tries to seek me tires or brakes or anything. Tamir even replaced my car key batteries for free...and was a doll about everything. Best service experience, by far, yet!
We recently had a big repair needed to our C250. Our Service Advisor, Jose was the best!! He was very respectful and professional! Leased a C Class Convertible online all the way from Florida. BH Mercedes gave me the best deal, actually the deal I wanted. The reason for a 2 star review is because of the lack of follow-up from the Sales Associate and Sales Manager. Numerous emails and calls with NO response. The Finance Manager was the only employee that got anything done. After this experience it is so hard to recommend this store. Im hoping that they reach out to me so we can change this review to 5 stars. From my experience with them, probably not. BTW I did all of the paper chasing.
I was beyond satisfied with the service department at Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills. They were very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but Andre and Henry were beyond accommodating, knowledgeable and professional.They assisted me right away and made me feel welcomed and important. Which was a big relief after my previous miserable experience while leasing the Range Rover I had before I bought this Mercedes.Andre and Henry were great to talk to and got me into a loaner car right away. (which was my exact make and model Mercedes, which is great when you don’t drive the base model)The whole process felt like it took less than 10 minutes. After having extreme difficulties with other dealerships and untrustworthy salesman jerk me around, Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills came to my rescue. Corry Polk, my representative shot me straight from day one and did his best to find the best deal possible for me. Safe to say he delivered, and then some. He honored my budget, didn’t play any games and sold me exactly what I wanted at what he quoted. I couldn’t say no and was ecstatic with my newest purchase. Easy to work with, quick and efficient. Helen was fantastic and Fuzzy put a bow on the sale at the end, this dealership treated me like family and gave me the car I never knew I needed at a great and affordable price. Top notch service. I love how clean their service area is, how the service member Eddie, remembered that I had a birthday party for my husband & taking time to explain to me what was going on with my car. The loaner car they provided was fun to drive around for a few days and made me forget temporarily how much the service b was going to cost 😂. I highly recommend them.
I made an appointment with them for a maintenance and a loaner while my car is in there.They even sent me 2 confirmation emails for the appointment. (Both service A and a loaner)When I got there today, the loaner is not available and the advisor told mehe could call me an uber or I could go home and come back later when the loaners are available. He wasn’t even apologetic.I couldn’t believe what he said. I understand a lot of businesses are struggling these days but this is way out of control. I made this appointment on Monday for Thursday. They booked me up for Thursday on Monday but when I got there on Thursday my loaner is gone.They didn’t provide me the service that they promised and not even apologetic.
My experience at the service center was exceptional. My advisor, J Aragon was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my expectations were met. Service was timely and efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about my advisor, the service, and the dealership!

When you hear Beverly Hills, you think of elite, quality, service...the complete opposite you will find at this dealership. The sales person I had didnt know a thing about the car I was looking at let alone how to work it. I asked him multiple questions all of which he did not have the answer for or just flat out lied. They even have the audacity to take your car home for the night even though youve already purchased it while racking up another 100 miles. His excuse: my manager asked me to drive it to make sure it workedd okay. Since when did sales people become mechanics on a used certified pre owned vehicle? Simply the worst experience in my entire life purchasing a car. Oh, I almost forgot they called me 3 days later to tell me that the car failed smog and I need to get it done. Somebody should remind them that selling a car that does not pass smog is illegal in California.
Took my car in on 12/23... the last thing I wanted to do on the day before Christmas Eve. I had gotten a nail in my tire and needed to replace it before driving 100 miles to my parent’s house the next day for the holiday. My only option was to drop it off before work, and pick it up after. When I dropped off my car Ernest had me in and out in less than 15 minutes, and had the shuttle driver take me right to work. I had allowed extra time thinking this was going to be a longer process, based on my experiences with a different MB service center in the LA area, but I ended up being 40 minutes early to work! That afternoon I received a message that my car was ready with a link that allowed me to prepay for my service so pickup would be a breeze, and considering I would be going in right before closing I chose to do that. That evening Ernest sent me a text that he’d be leaving for the day, but to have a happy holiday and he had left something for me upon pickup. When I showed up 10 minutes before closing to pick up my car, I was helped immediately by the attendant (I didn’t get his name) who was there and he brought my paperwork with an MB gym bag that was left for me. I was so surprised! It was such a nice gesture, that made a not so nice situation, at a not so convenient time feel like it was not as big of a problem as I was making it out to be. The whole process from beginning to end was painless, and left me with such a good feeling...who else can say that about servicing your car?! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
I had a wonderful experience today at Beverly Hills Service center. I had my “A” service performed, and they took care of my every need in a timely manor. My service advisor Jose Blandon was the best. I give him and the service dept. 5 stars for promptness. The coffee and tea accommodations rate number one as well.Thanks guys and girls!
Initially left a good review, changing it due to poor customer service. I got the car in the same day without shopping around, however, 3 weeks later, the car’s engine check light was on, now it’s been a week, and I reached out the them, they said they would get me a loaner and fix it for me, but still haven’t heard from them, and I feel very unsafe to drive the car, although it’s new car, but it already needs maintained.I know I’m not important customer, and their main goal is to sell cars every day, but still, customer service really says how much a brand cares. Disappointed at this Beverly Hills location, will go to other locations in the future and recommend friends to other locations.
Despite being very busy, my service rep (Desmond) was extremely attentive and worked to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He went above and beyond in terms of evaluating my car, and I couldnt have asked for a more smooth process. It was easily the most painless service I have ever had.
I booked my appointment over 10 days ago and requested a loaner. I hired a nanny to look after my new born and brought my toddler to to the service center And was immediately told by the service provider that there are no loaners available and I had to reschedule my appointment. I had to explain my circumstances several times and ask to speak with the manager several times. Only after waiting several minutes to be told that the manager has no time to speak with me and letting Steve know that I will keep waiting for the manager was I given the news that a loaner was returned that I could use.In short, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of information I was provided regarding the loaner availability of loaners when I scheduled the service, and later by how my circumstances and the fact that I had made several arrangements and was paying a sitter was completely ignored and brushed off. I sure hope that this service center can improve on the level of communication and customer service.Best,Maryam
I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills. They were very helpful and they went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied as I walked out.I was helped by Angel, who was kind enough to go through the process with me and ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. He dedicated a lot of his time to go through the procedure and ensured that I was having a joyful experience despite the lengthy process. I will definitely return in the future to purchase another car from him.Also, Helen, the financial manager was very accommodating. Quick and easy process to drop off my vehicle and get a loaner this morning. I decided to opt in for the paid hand car wash and honestly it made me wish I needed to get my car serviced more often because it’s the best my car has looked in months for such a great price.Elan was my service advisor and he was a pleasure to work with and made the experience of getting my maintenance done feel less like a chore. Brought in my car with a broken fuel pump. It turned out that it was attached to the fuel tank both of which needed to be replaced. This was done expeditiously under warranty without any cost. The car was returned to us in perfect working condition and seems to be driving better than before. I’m very appreciative to our service manager Terry Mckie and to Mercedes of Beverly Hills
My Service Advisor, Ernest is excellent. He knows his stuff.. very informative and patient. He took the time to explain my cars diagnostic test results and answer my questions. Hes honest and I appreciate it.Glad that they finally hired a Black Employee. Before they hired him I would pull up and all the White Service Advisors would look like Whose going to help the Black Woman? And others wouldnt even bother to ask me if I was being helped.However, my last 2-visits were more pleasant experiences. Glad they are improving their customer service.
The Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz customer care is fantastic! Its always a pleasure to go there as they really care! The service is great from the friendly greeting as you drive up the service lanes. Today my service person was Babz, who even called the mechanics to find out exactly when the car will be done. All went well and the car was ready exactly at the time promised. The loaner service was friendly as well. Simply the best....just like their cars....
The person I spoke with at the Houston call center initially, asked me for the details of what I needed done, including whether I needed a loaner. I said yes. When I came in for my service they had no record of my request for a service or my request for a loaner. Which was an inconvenience as I couldn’t wait for a loaner to become available , as there were 3 people ahead of me for whom loaners had not been ordered either.The shuttle was a big help. My service person , Tamir, was the best I’ve had; he was very helpful.Today I needed a new tire. It took 2 hours, more than a complete service.The service assistant was very nice tho.It took all my patience to be nice.It was lunchtime and I was very hungry and unlike in the past, they offered NO snacks.It was a very frustrating experience!
Great service advisor. Fast and complete service. Final statement advised car was washed but it wasn’t. Vehicle was detailed on Tuesday and was spotless when I dropped it off this morning for service. Picked it up 9 hours later and there is literally grease all over the front clip and floor mats.Makes me wonder what else they missed.
The service is outstanding, been using this location for about 5 years now. if its general maintenance they handle it in a timely manner. If there is an issue with your car, they are on it. Nick R. over there has taking care of my service on a couple occasions now and dude is on it. Fantastic employee. Next time your ride needs service I highly recommend them. They will fix your bucket!

This review is specifically for GM Mark. He was extremely accommodating during my entire car buying experience. Not only was he patient and listened to my needs, he was also honest and forthcoming, rare to find with car dealerships throughout all of Southern California. I have been to many dealerships and leased several cars throughout the years, but this was my best experience yet.
First time Mercedes-Benz buyer here. Not so great experience. Feel like I was rushed into buying. Not enough education on what I was getting myself into. Now I am stuck with a car that is not an everyday car that I was looking for. The car also has matte paint, and no one thought it would be a good idea to tell me how difficult it would be to maintain. Ive been crying everyday since I purchased the car. There is no way out because I wasn’t offered the “Option to Cancel” when signing. I am hoping that the sales manager will see this and reach out to me because I’d like to know what my options are.
Gary and Helen are beautiful souls. Gary was so patient with me and helped me get the best deal I could. I spoke to multiple dealers and went with who made me feel comfy and confident about my first lux car. If you go ask for Gary! Excellent Service. Excellent Showroom. Have all their cars on display; or in garage. Could even test drive Cars despite not having an appointment.Staff are very complying.Some of the Cars were out in the sun. One of the staff took a long time to get the keys despite letting him know what cars we wanted to try. We were made to wait out in the sun, despite being a customer & already owning a Mercedes Benz. That I hope was just that particular staff. So, had to try a few cars out in the sun, without starting it/with AC. (1 less star for only that)But, he was still helpful; even provided us with water.Mercedes are the top sellers in Luxury Cars by a huge margin because of their Customer Service alone, if not for their safe Cars.Space of comparable models were much less than BMWs.
The service at this location was just exceptional. I had a splendid experience. The test drive was smooth and the sales man was not pushy in the slightest. I encourage anyone who is on the fence of purchasing a Mercedes to take a look at this location before bowing out. I think it would change their minds drastically.

2022-03-26If I could give negative stars, I would! I bought my smart car here a few years ago, so I always bring it back for maintenance. Yesterday my check engine light comes on so I make an appointment for today at 8am. The dealership rescheduled it to 9am, which was fine. I drive 20 miles here. As soon as I arrived, Eddie (who I was assigned to) immediately asks if I can leave my car til next week! I said no and that I would be stranded without my car. He continued to say he wouldn’t have time to get to it until next week. I asked why my appointment was even accepted then? He said he didn’t know. So I then took my car and drove said 20 miles home. I’m furious! Terrible service! We are people too. Thank you for wasting my time and my Saturday morning, Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills.

2022-07-09Im currently traveling with my 6yr old in Los Angeles area in my Airstream Sprinter RV... been noticing 2 of my rear inner tires loosing air. Ive been filling the air w/ my compressor but they drops after a day or two...so Ive drove to Beverly Hills service center first thing this morning and were assigned to service agent named CORREY. He informs me that there are no sprinter technician to lift the Sprinter because its Saturday. Do you need special technician to lift Sprinter to check on the tires? Really? And he offers me to fill up the air before I leave and speaks to a passing by technician and he comes back and say that they cant do that either without lifting the van cause its hard to reach... are they kidding me? Ive been doing it w/ my portable compressor all this time. My 9year experience w/ my local Mercedes Service departments in Norther California were World Class. Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills arent. What are shame.

2022-03-24I am so over this dealers Service Department. I took my car there for a very service after receiving an email stating the service due was $450. After getting there the service was over 5xs what was stated in the email. Fine..I drove my car in with the spare on because I had hit a pothole and the tire was damaged. After my car being at the dealer for approximately two weeks, and the Service Manager NEVER returning one phone call, I picked up my car. I kept hearing banging in the trunk. I checked and it was the spare tire holder, however there was NO spare tire. I was then questioned as to if the spare tire was on the car or in the trunk? I was then advised a new spare tire had to be ordered. After waiting about one week, I was advised that they would come and pick up my car to replace it on a Friday, but I would not get my car back until Monday? I am so over this SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE BACK.

2022-02-23Updated:Very good experience a few month ago getting car serviced. got a new key and the diagnosis was nice and thorough. not 5 star experience but probably a mix between 3 stars for items serviced and wait times periodically and 4 stars for some faster help, follow-up and ordering a key through parts. Again, not 4-5 stars (definitely) but an update from 0-1 stars to 3 stars.Year ago+:1 star experiences multiple times. called the parts department 3 times this past week. they answer the phone asking to place me on hold each time and left me there for over 40 minutes, just to finally get disconnected on their end. obviously, each time wasnt exactly 40 minutes but all three times they disconnected me without ever coming back on. I finally, just called back and when they answered and asked the same thing about putting me on hold I responded with this situation and they, thankfully finally came back after a 28 minute hold. then had to place me on hold with 3 different people for a total of 1 and 21 minutes while i repeated the ONE part number i was calling about (a crank shaft position sensor) to all 3 people, no less than twice each person. it seems like this must be a joke. I cant imagine how a business can have 3 different people working in the parts department have such a difficult time with a simple part price quote. then, after an hour and 21 minutes, they quote me over $300 for the sensor. I decided to order a genuine original part online at the many websites that are selling it for $22. MBBH is inane and I wonder how they have 4600+ positive reviews unless none are for the parts department or they are paying for fakes. I guess Ill check their reviews closer to see if i smell something fishy ;-) - I am noticing that many of the top reviews are generic from people with only 1 review. hm.

2021-04-07The worst experience of my life I had in this dealer on March 28, 2021 I took my camaro to get a Mercedes here they valued my car at $ 18,000 and I bought the Mercedes for $ 30,899 with financing and everything came out at 35,600 I gave the 18,000 entry fee, the payments remained at 299 a month, everything was fine until when I was on my way home I realized that the air was not working when I got home, I saw that the horn on the drivers door did not work either. The navigation card was also broken and the dealer was still serrated on March 29 he called them by phone and they told me I had to take it to a Mercedes workshop I went to the Arcadia workshop there they tell me that if the three parts are broken, what should be replaced them I went back and told them to change that car that I wanted another that was not defective and they told me not to fix it or that they would give me another but more expensive than my payments they were going to double and I had to pay 7000 dollars plus I feel scammed abused crushed today April 3 I do not have a car yet because manager Steve Bobak was upset by the comments I put on him today I am kicked out of his office I just hope that the dealer owner sees this and can give me a solution to my problem I have been very uncomfortable with all this for 6 days, I have already been visiting them for 4 days so that they can give me a solution, I only ask for the right thing and if they are thinking of buying, they are very careful that after they sell you they do not want to attend to you, they revive the cars well before leaving there

2022-07-08My car was in for a recall inspection. They treated me like I was a regular paying customer. O dropped my truck off, theu provided a shuttle to and from.
