Worked with Kat Bassenger. Helped us last year in ordering our Benz. Lead time was long which was to be expected. Preparations for paperwork from finance office did take long. Kat went above and beyond. She answered all questions and was patient in explaining all functions of our vehicle. From arriving to finishing paperwork took about 4 hours. Highly recommend. Will return.
I came here on Friday to look at purchasing an S500 or G Wagon. I pulled up and walked the entire outside of the lot and inside and not one person would even look my way. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable I left the dealership and went to Fletcher Jones in Ontario where I got my new 2022 S500. So happy they were able to help. Never judge a book by its cover!
Very annoying experience. I probably got close to 50 messages from Rusnak personnel leading up to the end of my lease. It was clear that these people did not communicate with each other. When it was time for me to buy out my lease, I made an appointment with one of the salespeople who contacted me. But then he called me to reschedule because he was being sent to training on the day we selected. And when I showed up on the new date, he was not there. The salesperson who helped me was competent. But the process took nearly two hours! I just wanted to write a check, submit the odometer statement and leave. It was not to be. The dealership apparently also sold my information to finance companies because I probably got 20-30 advertisements from them, wanting to finance a continuing lease. Not what I had hoped.
First time purchasing a car from Rusnak Arcadia and the experience is by far the best of any dealer. Peter Liew was wonderful to work with and easy going. We took the car for a test drive, and once that was the model we wanted, he went to work and took care of everything else. Again, the best buying experience!
Check Engine light came on my C250 with only 57,000 miles. Took the car to this dealer they said the extended warranty expired two months ago. They wanted $2064 to replace the high pressure fuel pump that was defective. I called the customer service, they offered no help at all. It was a defective part they knew about it and yet I have to pay to have it fixed. This is the worst customer service. I will never buy another Mercedes ever again.
I went yesterday to lease GLB250 I asked the receptionist if anyone can help me she told me no one available now we have only 3 salesman all of them busy , I told her ok no problem I will wait , after 40 minutes older guy came to me said how can I help you , I told him my Lexus lease end and I would like to lease this car and I already have the stock number 35220576.He told me can you come tomorrow morning because now its 7:35 pm and we have to close 8 pm because Covid, I told him I dont want to test drive the car all Im asking to get how much payment for 36 months,He told me around 800or $900 before even he take the stock number .I told him ok thank youToday I have appointment already at Mercedes EncinoThey offer me good number for trade in Lexus too .I dont know why you guys not helping clients I dont think that you guys busy and by the way I leased 2 Mercedes Benz before.bad experience

He suggested me the best service packages for my Mercedes Benz and did an amazing customer service. Car was ready and done sooner than promised and was clean ready to go once I arrived for pickup. My car was due for service A1, but when the car was retuned to me, The dashboard showed a message stating: “Service B is overdue for XXX days”. I addressed the issue to John the agent who returned the car to the service department; however, he returned the car back to me stating that it will take about two hours to reset the car, to take it on Monday to be reset since it was almost 4:00pm. Additionally, I had to return to the agency because my car was returned to me with the mold bent and sticking out from the bottom right side.
My experience buying my new EQS 450+ was the best my salesman was Peter he took care of my needs and he gave us what we want we paid over $130000 with tax. This was our first electric car we love the car but the free 2 year charging was the worst experience we have to go through. We purchased the car on 4/23/22 and to now we still have not find out why my Mercedes Me cant get me going with the free charges. I been on the phone with Electrify American, Chargepoint and Mercedes Me. All three company is telling me is not there end the problem is the other company. Atlease both charging company is saying the Mercedes Me app is the problem. I am running down to 45 miles to go the charger that mercedes gave me in the car is a junk! I charge it for 9 hours it only gave me 40 miles. Today I had to go pay at Chargepoint. Mercedes should offer me a home charger this is just unexcepable. I need someone to get back to me to get this fix ASAP.
I had a great experience at Rusnak Arcadia Mercedes with Joseph Ma! We were able to secure our car in less than 15 minutes and waited a short time for all the paperwork to be processed while the car was getting detailed and gassed. Joseph was fantastic and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Mercedes Benz of Arcadia is the best Mercedes dealership we have ever dealt with. This is our 5th vehicle we purchased from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. The customer service is top notch! Bo Xiao, our sales representative was an all around class act. He is very knowledgeable and will make sure your transaction is seamless. Tim Martino is the GM of this location and he does an amazing job. The staff who works under his management is a reflection of who he is, and the values that Mercedes stands by. He too will ensure a pleasant and smooth transaction. Overall, this dealership is state of the art, clean, and very well managed and staffed.

Got my third AMG, a GTR from Rusnak Mercedes of Arcadia and the whole buying experience was extremely smooth and relatively quick. Jay was my salesman and he was very respectful, accommodating, and reasonable. Negotiating was a breeze and I was very satisfied with the final deal that was reached. Definitely one of the better experiences Ive had with Mercedes dealers. Highly recommend this dealer for all your Mercedes needs.
Ophelia from service is great! If you ever need service done go look for her. Very professional, very patient, and also answer all your questions and concerns. I love how she responds super fast via email. Great at communicating, let you know whats being done to the car and explain things in detail. Trust me, she will make taking in your car for service a breeze.
Stacy was a great, she will take her take with you and really help you get the car you want. She didn’t have that typical “car salesman” aggressiveness, she was honest and very clear. Scott the other salesman was great as well took myself and my sister on our test drive, what a great guy. Overall service was great.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Service was quick and to the point. My experience was pleasant due to my sales representative Stacey Huynh. Stacey paid close attention to my needs and met my budget. Stacey was very courteous of my time. I had my 10 year old daughter with me and the loan officer had another client therefore it was going to be a while. Stacey advised us to go grab lunch and come back, once we returned the loan officer took us right in. Did not feel pressured nor did I feel as if I wasted my time. I had 180,000 miles on my E-Class and never had mechanical issues, but it was time for an upgrade before it would start giving me issues. That is the reason why I purchased another E-Class. Although the two I had in mind sold the day before, Stacey showed me others that would make me say Yes. Overall, it was Stacey that made my experience pleasurable. 🙏🏽 Thank you, Stacey!
Ive been getting my cars from Peter Liew for the last 15 years and he is simply the best. Peter makes the entire process so easy and pleasant. Just bought our leased car and Peter took care of everything. We just had to show up and sign the documents, thats it. Peter is definitely the person to go when buying or leasing a MB.
*****UPDATED REVIEW*****Added my 2016 CLA to the dupont service contract this week. I figure Id post a picture. A picture speaks a thousand words right? Look what fantastic work they have done to a few years old car!!*****INITIAL*****Their General Sales Manager, Ken Lau, is extremely helpful. He answered every question we had for the product. He even coordinated our recent dupont service (hassle-free).My wife purchased the dupont service with the dealer and recently used it to service her GLA. Let me tell you this. It is the best decision we have made for car protection services. The dupont service took only 5 hours or so. They gave her a loaner, so it doesnt really matter.Right before this service, we took a family trip to Nevada. You can imagine all the dust, watermark, bugs and etc was building up. Kids were spilling drinks onto their seats.When we get our car back after the dupont service, we thought we got a brand new car. It is that amazing. I am working with Ken to get my other car into their dupont contract. Thanks Ken! Keep up the excellent reputation!

My agent Marc is really nice and actually---everyone in the dealership is nice and made me and my son feel relaxed the whole time. I didnt feel the pressure of car buying unlike in the past. They offered me everything that i think is for my advantage. Marc even did a follow up to ensure that my good car buying experience did not end when we leave the lot.
I brought my car in for an air suspension warning light on the dash. I am very happy with the services that I had received. Perry was able to help me get Uber services to and from work. When I was told that I had to leave my car overnight, Perry was able to get me a courtesy car also. All the repair done were under warranty, and they even replaced my battery free of charge after their routine inspection of the vehicle had discover that the battery had lost most of its capacity. They even washed my car for me. I would definitely bring my car back for future services and recommend others to bring their cars here for services.
I highly recommend this dealership. I have visited it in the past and recently brought my son’s car in for him for a recall. My service advisor, Yohan Chen, was amazing. He was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. He went over everything step by step and even had some great suggestions for me. My son’s car was ready when promised and was sparkling clean when we picked it up. The dealership was spotless and the rest of the staff there were also professional and extremely friendly- from the receptionist to the porter that brought me the car when it was done. It felt like family. Will definitely be returning and looking for Yohan when I do.
I called being very interested in purchasing or leasing a car from Rusnak Mercedes in arcadia. the guy on the phone (fleet manager) was off today so they had some guy named Joseph call me back. while discussing options and a car I was interested in, he kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. I was a bit offended and told him in a nice way that i wasnt finished talking. He then said to me OK, YOU NOT INTERESTED IN MY CAR...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I am shocked to be spoken to as a potential customer like this. I can see if I was buying a low end car from some cheap dealership, but a Mercedes dealership?? I would expect and appreciate some kind of respect for a potential client. obviously RUSNAK Mercedes is not interested in my business. I am fine with it as there are more Mercedes dealers in the area who can appreciate potential customers. I will suggest maybe JOSEPH look into some training on hospitality.This place must be embarrassed to employ people like this guy.
I have a good experience for purchase the Mercedes. The sales Jack is the one who help me to get my ride. He knows the car model very well. Such as, the technology, functions, engine, safety issue and the like. In addition, he has patience for all my questions regarding about the car. He took such good care of us, through every step of our purchase, from the moment we stepped into the dealership, to the moment we drove off with our new car. Service and the way staff treat you respectful is refreshing especially being an African American manYou dont see many in my culture in Arcadia at a Benz dealership probably for fear of being profiled. However that was never an issue. People should simply show love and they did here.Its truly changed since my experience of buying. Ill now come for sure to get my next benz.

I have been going to Rusnak for the last 3 cars. Each time, I had Scott Hong assisting me. He’s very knowledgeable and courteous. Always provides an enjoyable, quick and smooth service. Just recently got a 2021 E class and it’s amazing. When I told Scott the packages I was looking for, he was able to get it from other dealership right away and still gave me a nice deal. My kids are enjoying all the bells and whistles this new car has. Let’s just say now the little ones are very entertained with the panorama roof view and the ambient lighting. Happy kids happy dad.
Very Poor Service ExperienceWe went to fix the panoramic sunroof for our C-Class .But at the pickup time the vehicle was not fixed and making noise while opening the sunroof.This is very basic thing that should have been checked before calling the customer to pickup the vehicle.We have to make another trip to the dealership which is a wastage of time.This was definitely not the experience customer expects from brand like Mercedes-BenzUpdate:Another issue noticed after the service now sun visors are loose and vanity lights are not working.Not sure if we can recommend this dealership to anyone17 Sep 2021Same thing happened againI wondered if the engineers check the things after they fixed

I was totally impressed with the service I got from Rusnak MB in Arcadia. My sales rep, Bruce was a very straight forward guy. He is so easy to deal with, no bs. We came at 7:30 pm and closed the deal in half an hour. No pressure selling and the numbers were what I wanted. I was lucky to get the car I was looking for in a long time. E63S Station Wagon. Andy the finance manager was also quick with the paperworks. I am so happy with the whole experience.

I feel that theres a lot that comes to mind when you think about Mercedes Benz of Arcadia; the ambiance as you walk in, the arrangement of vehicles on their lot, the welcome of the receptionist, the perfectly adjusted temperature, bottles of Rusnak labeled water, and just from a visual standpoint its all very well put together. Their showroom both on ground and upstairs in the AMG section is stunning and perfectly clean each time Ive walked in. Ive been a customer here for over 20 years, and my parents and my in-laws have probably bought over 20 cars from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia over the years. The team they have there, from the sales agents to maintenance, and service department are all very professional.Peter Liew, by far, is the most client-oriented individual weve had the pleasure to work with. Most of our cars are purchased through him, whether they be stock cars, or custom cars, Peter can do it all! Our most recent purchase was a custom car, which Peter rush ordered for us and even gave suggestions that we did not regret and actually were far better than the original options that we had selected. Well, after only a few short months of waiting, it finally arrived last week. Peter ran the car through an entire pre-purchase inspection and made sure everything was included as requested, including the all season floor mats. While building the car online before order, Peter helped give suggestions that from his experience benefited other customers, and recommended removing additions that would not serve a great purpose for us. But dont think of Peter as just your average sales guy, he can even work the IT stuff, and also works around the clock. Trust me, because Ive sent him text messages late at night with an instant response from him. Even on his off days, he is eager to help resolve any issues his clients are dealing with. For him, its not just a one-time sale, it is a lifetime Mercedes Benz experience. For example, weve had trouble with one of our 2019 vehicles with pairing to the Mercedes Me Application on our phone. Not only was he able to pair all of our cars to a single account, Peter was able to add my issue vehicle in less than 5 minutes which took customer service and Mercedes Me App agents more than 45 minutes on call without a resolution.Peter really does it all. If you need anything, or want to make a trade-in, new purchase, or even just to sell your old vehicle, dont hesitate to find Peter Liew. I cant even list the number of frustrations Ive had with reps from other dealers in West Covina, Fletcher, Downtown, Irvine, etc. Peter really goes above and beyond to answer any questions, solve your issues, and tries his best to exceed your expectations. Was in between a Tesla, Mercedes and Porsche. Went with the Mercedes after working with Peter Liew.Amazing first class customer service!!Gave my family and I a tour of the showroom to look at different vehicle options. Found he the perfect vehicle with all the right options.Zero pressure from Peter nothing but great advice and product knowledge.Made my decision a no brainer and I am beyond pleased with my lease terms.Not my first Mercedes but this experience was much better than any other purchases in the past.Showroom is beautiful and everyone was friendly.Highly recommend this dealership and Peter to anyone.
If I could give -10 star for this place I would.Worst dealership I have ever been. The manager Mike Marsh has the worst attitude . He treats the customer like they owe him. I had an appointment to take my car there and they promised to give me a loaner but when I went to get a loaner he comes and says we don’t have any cars but there was like 12 loaner cars there. I asked him what are those his respond was everything is booked for tomorrow and instead of apologizing he was giving me attitude. So after two days I called he picks up the phone and no hi nothing just says we can’t give u a loaner anytime even though I took my $180k msrp car and I called and made sure they have a loaner available. Worst experience ever
Mercedes Benz of Arcadia is an is the best place to buy and service your Mercedes in San Gabriel valley!The team is very professional and friendly. I came in recently to get my recalls fixed, and they did additional work to inspect my car for other potential issues. They found some other parts that need to be fixed and sent me pictures and descriptions. I can decide and select the items that I want them to take care over the phone. It’s very convenient.
Great and thorough service. Appointment was easy to make. Was kept informed on the status of the work. Mike T as the service advisor was courteous, professional, and provided complete and easy to understand responses to my questions. All the other staff from the valets to reception also was great to interfere with. Place is set up with appropriate precautions for covid.

Awesome customer service received from Service Advisor Perry Roeder. He took the time to explain what service “B” entailed and assisted with a few additional issues which needed to be resolved. A great conversationalist and positive guy. I will be back. Ask for Perry, you won’t be disappointed.
Brought my car here to be looked at due to it smoking! Was told at 10 am that I will receive a call by 3pm with the diagnostic results! At 3:45 Mike the manager calls me and ask why is your car here ? (In those Exact words) I explain, then was told he would have Tyler(the person who Assisted me) call me back with more information! No call . Next morning Tyler let me know the problem and that it will cost me $2200 to fix be cause the issue was hard to get to so the labor is expensive 🙃. I declined and had my car towed home , then to another shop that service Mercedes as well. I was told the entire job will be $928. And that the problem is NOT UNDER THE ENGINE its to the right of it! I could think of a lot of reasons why I was treated this way !But I wont type it here . I learned my lesson and will never go back
Had a great overall experience in the used car department. Joseph in sales was pleasant to deal with and he made the sale smooth and efficient. Surprisingly, this location was super organized. I could get the appointment the same day or the other day.When I arrived, all staff wore masks and social distance has been well-practiced. Rebecca served me. She was so attentive and kind. I had some issue with my prepaid package. She and Allen helped me out.I was happy with the service that I received.Highly recommend on this location!!!
Built an order G wagon with GM Tim Martino in March, did changes, do PO sheet, deposit sheet, all done and agreed upon x amount over MSRP. Followed up with Marc Hung in sales monthly (nice guy) G supposed to come in August, 2 days ago get a call from Marc, “Tim wants another 10k on top of the agreed upon price” ?? I have emails from Tim and Marc, (and deposit sheet) with agreed upon contract price plus extra. Worst GM I have ever dealt with. I was told the market changed? Ummm…I have owed 7 G wagons and also own a G4x4 squared, I think I know the market on G wagons, and I was a previous dealership owner in California. Plus my wife and I are the #1 global partnership in Arbonne and promoted over 120 VPs (which means we have over 120 Mercedes on our team) No ethics, No long term business sense, Rusnak group, embarrassing. Get ready, this isn’t over.
My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while, so weve done a significant amount of research. Once we decided on a make and model we started reaching out to different dealers. In this current day and situation, I emailed various dealers for prices, asking simple straight forward questions. Most of the replies I received were the same quotes given on websites, the come in lets talk or the Weeelll what did the other dealerships quote you? approach. Right off the bat I felt like I was about to get played. Despite being an hour drive away from us, Rusnak Mercedes had the vehicle/trim we were looking for and we emailed them.Long story short, Corry Polk, the internet sales manager was outstanding. He quickly and succinctly answered all my questions over email and text, including prices. When we met with him, Mr. Polk was straight forward, engaging but didnt play that over the top car salesman persona at all. There was a no BS approach about him when it came to coming to terms with the vehicle and accessories. I really appreciated that. The whole purchasing process was about the best Ive ever dealt with while buying a vehicle. We were in and out in about 2 hours.For me its the simple things that make or break a business. From where I live to this dealership, I have about 5 or 6 other Mercedes dealers that are closer. Their simple, clear, straight forward approach is what drew me in. Im glad we chose this dealership, we are happy with our purchase. If youre in the market for a Mercedes, check this dealer out...
While this dealership advertises on Autotrader, MB of Arcadia, by policy, will not sell used vehicles to out of state buyers. Dealerships are loving the lack of supply of autos, and cashing in doing so, while providing a poor customer experience. Save yourself about 20% -- Wait a few months until supply catches up to demand. Find a dealership who appreciates your business.
Excellent service, impeccable, courteous, professional. My sevice adviser was Joseph YU, always with this guy, he knows cars and take care real good. I was there on that day he stepped out for lunch and to my surprised i was greeted by the Service Director, Mike Marsh, very nice person, caring, eager to help, so he asked another service adviser to help me out.Overall, exceed my expectation every time and I always have Rusnak sevice my car, I have two, been there a lot. Do not buy any cars from these people. I am a car fanatic and live in Arizona. They rarely got back to me and when they did it was a complete waste of time. These people don’t allow you to pay your rightful state tax when purchasing a vehicle. Which is complete insanity. I have purchased over 500 vehicles in my life and have never once not been able to pay the tax for the car in the state I am residence of and where the car was gonna be registered. They also make you pay thousands for their “certified” shipping service that takes weeks and won’t even let you use your own shipping service to ship your OWN car. What a disgrace, the worst dealership on the planet. Do not buy from these people.
For being a luxury brand vehicle, my experience with Mercedes has been nothing but problems.I most recently bought a new vehicle at Mercedes of Arcadia, and since I took it out of the dealership I’ve been in and out of the service department for repairs.We found out the NEW car is due to 15K service as it was in their dealership for so long.In the past two months since I bought it, the vehicle has gone for service three times already and Mercedes is not taking any responsibility for the excessive amount of times it has gone for repairs.I’ve tried to speak with the General Manager, Huy Nguyen and Sales consultant: Jon Montgomery at Mercedes of Arcadia several times and have not heard back from him.When I purchased the vehicle they promised they would be there to assist if we had any issues or needed any assistance but that has not been the case.They have been unresponsive to the issues we’re having with the vehicle and unresponsive to our needs. And it all began the moment they didn’t deliver the vehicle when they promised they would.We bought the vehicle requesting certain modifications be done to it and they promised to have it ready in five days after our purchase date but that wasn’t delivered.We had to wait another three days to have it delivered and they didn’t deliver it with all the keys to us. We had to let the dealership know we were missing a set of keys.I didn’t purchase a new vehicle from them to be in repairs every month. I don’t recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Mercedes of Arcadia, it has been a terrible experience for me and it’s only been two months since the purchase date.
The service was awesome. Dropped off my car, picked up a loaner in less than ten minutes. When I returned I literally got our of the loaner, and exchanged keys with my service writer and got in my car and left. I have never experienced better service in the over 50 years I have been driving
Rusnak was flawless from booking the service, arranging a loaner, confirming warranty coverage, interface with the service writer, rental return, with my car waiting at the curb outside when I arrived. They did not miss a step in delivering superior customer service. Oh yes...and the work they did was amazing. Plastic piece coming off the passenger handle...brand new handle. Metal skin on the Park button....brand new button. Flawless from every angle. I could go into the purchase of the car, but that would be the same review about another subject.
We had one of the best experience buying our 2020 GLC 300 AMG Line at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. Our sales person Scott was the best! It was a super laid back no pressure no gimmicks buying experience. Also credit manager Barbie was really nice to work with as well, there was no up-sale pressure at all. We vey much appreciate the level of service and attention we received. Scott and Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia showed us that car buying doesn’t have to be a dreadful experience. I leased two new cars from Rusnak in Arcadia in past week. I have nothing but positive things to say about the people working there. From the moment I made contact via their website to completing the paperwork, I found every interaction with the staff, sales department and the service team, to be positive, professional and respectful. Josh Kim is an excellent young man who spent nearly 6 hours with my parents and myself as we looked at our options and made our choices! We had quite a few questions and he had tons of patience! We were new to Mercedes and he made us feel very comfortable in making our purchase. Unfortunate, one of our cars had a minor issue that required a visit to the service dept, however, we had our car back, 💯 fixed and perfect in 24 hours and they were kind enough to accommodate a request to deliver it as no one could pick it up due to logistics. Josh followed up with us every step of the way and has made sure that we are doing well even though it has been nearly 10 days post deal. Speaks volumes for his professionalism and work ethic! 5 ⭐️ for Josh and Rusnak... we will definitely return!

It made me feel good to know that I did not have to call and be transferred and hope that I get the same person. It’s one on one service. The service is fast and of excellent quality. Ive been here three times and I am ready to conclude that the positive reviews are fake. There is no way they have such a consistent rating if my three separate experiences are any indication.I brought my E-Class in for a regular service and asked them to look at a broken button on the AC controls. They replaced the AC control module under warranty. I noticed immediately afterwards that the thermostat for the AC did not work, only warm air would blow unless set to the lowest temp. I made another appointment and brought it back in and, 8 hours later, was told there were no faults and their technicians could find nothing wrong with it. It was one of those days I could not spare the time to argue (I was told that my only recourse would be to speak to a manager). I then took it to another dealer who diagnosed damaged thermostat wiring, something they said would have happened during the cabin air filter replacement, and that since the damage was due to external influence, that it was not covered by warranty.In addition, the Arcadia service rep was dishonest about cost for the service and performed a service and charged me for a service that I had pointedly refused. After all the time lost to this shop, the fact that they lied to me, and that their negligence and lies ended up costing me out of pocket, you better believe Im warning people to stay away.
Great car buying experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was even pleasantly surprised that when I pulled away from the dealership I noticed that the vehicle was filled up with a full tank of gas. Will definitely be back the next time we’re shopping for a car.Update after 2 weeks. Even though I had a great buying experience, I’m not thrilled about the vehicle. When I bought it the salesman raved about how well it was taken care of mechanically and they had just serviced it. Unfortunately for me, it’s broken down 3 times since the purchase and I’ve only put about 200 miles on it. It’s now in a shop for transmission issues. Can’t take the car back because it’s used and probably a lemon. My only saving grace is I purchased an extended warranty. Not too happy. Had to downgrade my rating from 5 stars.
I just got home from buying a CPO E300 at Mercedes of Arcadia and I couldn’t be happier. My experience was five star from beginning to end.Silvia Lee, one of the Internet Managers, was a superstar who took great care of me throughout. She kicked off the process by personally taking photos of a new arrival that didn’t have any photos up yet on the website and sending them to me by email after my first inquiry. She then made sure the car was ready for me to see the next day. After examining the car and doing a quick test drive, I was ready to purchase the car. The dealership put four new tires on the car and detailed it, all while Silvia followed me to Burbank Airport (in rush hour traffic) so I could drop off my rental car and get back to the dealership to drive off in my new car. What a great way to end the day!Thank you to everyone at Mercedes of Arcadia, but especially Silvia, for taking such great care of me today. I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the best experience I’ve had. I can’t recommend them enough!
Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Every employee treats me with respect and makes me feel like I was their only customer. Joe, my advisor, is the greatest! Its so easy to communicate and schedule appointments with him. He makes sure everything is done in a timely manner and gets me an Uber or MB driver to bring me to the mall while I wait. He is honest with what services I need to have done and I truly appreciate his candor. I had a great experience with Mr. Mike Tone. Mike is the best customer coordinator I have ever met. He is patient, experienced, detail-oriented, and professional. I know very little about cars so I had to ask a lot of questions. He explained everything very well and offered his professional knowledge to help me make decisions. Also, he is very good at communicating the service, price and time with me face-to-face and over the phone. I was in the meetings all day and he contacted me through different ways to let me know the progress of my service. Mike is also a good case manager. Before we finished the service and I was about to pay, Mike went through my whole documents of the services and the prices again to make sure everything was correct. I feel so comfortable to have him handling my case and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
Bad service, come to try looking GLE 350, I never see sale person very bad like that, her name is Tracy ( Vietnamese). She is even don’t care to serve customer, when I make it deal with her, she never responded my called, I have to call her, she didn’t need to call me, when she pick up the phone and talk to me, she said is she very busy and will call back an hour but all days gone she never call back, I thought this dealership won’t need customer. Never come back again.

She was professional, easy to talk to, kind, courteous, modest and not pushy as some sales people can be. I genuinely felt she actively listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time showing me cars that didn’t offer what I was looking for. She communicated effectively and clearly. Above all else, I felt she was completely honest and open about everything during the entire process. When I got the keys to my car, she thoroughly explained every component of the car. We sat in the car for a good half hour while she helped me set up the car to meet my personal preferences. She even put a pretty bow on the car and took my picture with the car on my phone. Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia shines with Customer Service Excellence far beyond our experiences with other dealerships in LA County.Denise in Internet Sales is straight forward and makes the car buying/leasing experience comfortable. We just leased our 2nd car from Denise. This time, it was during COVID-19. With all of the health and accessibility restrictions, along with resource constraints, Denise worked hard to get us into our new car. Denise is amazing and trustworthy!Over the years, in the Service Dept., Rebecca So has been exceptional in providing the highest level of Customer Service. She is very communicative and well organized. Rebecca is truly wonderful!!During my recent visit, due to major safety concerns with my new car, Mike Marsh, Director of Service and Parts, was awaiting my arrival and had researched my concerns. Immediately, Mike put me at ease and assured me that they would address my concerns. He also assigned Rebecca as my Service Writer for my new vehicle. Again, Rebecca is The BEST!Long story short, a week and a half prior, Roadside Assistance towed my vehicle to MB of Beverly Hills, as it was the closest dealership. However, they were not honest about the work that was completed. I was told they worked with MB Manufacturing, later to learn there was no existing case. It was an awful experience, leaving me with much doubt and it tarnished the Mercedes Brand. MBUSA suggestions I bring my car immediately to MB of Arcadia. This is where Mike took on the responsibility of making me a happy Mercedes customer again.Mike has truly gone above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He assigned the lead mechanic to check my vehicle and to ensure I continue to feel safe driving it. In addition, Mike continues to work with me through my MBUSA case.Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia Service Department is a class act!

They reached out to me via text: sent a video of my car’s multi-point inspection, sent me a message of the car’s health report, and the invoice! All I had to do is pick up the car, no run-arounds. Joe Yu took care of me and the car issues. Go see him and his team. No disappointments here.

Service Advisor Perry was very polite and thorough with my service needs, there was a need to order parts but I had a courtesy car and was in no hurry, wanted it done correctly. I was able to pay online before picking up my car which I found very convenient and quick. My car was cleaned and ready to go, no problem or long wait.
Worst place to take your car.We took our Mercedes there,It turned off suddenly and didnt turn on, when we took it there ,while unloading it from the towing car one of their employee pushed the car and made a damage in the back trunk which they didnt accept to fix it(but the towing company did).They refused to give us loaner at fist and after waiting 3 hours they finally gave us a loaner car.They couldnt find our car problems for couple days and when they found it and fixed it finally they said that your air bag light is on, and if you want us to fix it for you , you should pay more! we told them the light was not on before but they didnt accept. anyway we told them to fix that problem too, it took 2 more days and they finally figured out it was their mistake that the light is on.AND WORST OF ALL they stole a big jar of hand sanitizer(half a gallon) from our car!NEVER GO THERE.

Such a great experience! Bought my first car (2014 C-250) and got a great deal! Andrei the Russian Guy, was wonderful and took care of me! The place is very nice and I was treated very well! We had an excellent experience buying a brand new car at Rusnak Mercedes last month with Denise. She was knowledgeable, easy going, very honest and wants you to be happy with what youre getting. Shes the best sales person we had ever dealt with for cars. We figured it would be a long, drawn out process but it was quick and easy. We did have a few issues of our owe trying to figure out if we should buy or lease. She took the time to see whats best in the long run for us. If you have any concerns at all, dont be afraid to throw it out there. Shell try to find a way to do it, if its possible!! So if you are heading to this dealership, I would absolutely ask for Denise! It was definitely a VIP experience for us! =)
Got my new benz lease thru them. And part of my lease deal i was supposed to return my old benz lease to them and get 1 last month payment waived as loyalty credit.It has been 6 months now i got the new car from them and i got an letter from MBFS that i owe them some money. I checked and it was the last payment of my old benz lease that rusnak benz was supposed to tale care of.I have contacted them numerous times from july til now and they cant take care of this matter.They said that they will try to do best to take care of this, trying is not enough, it is their job to take care of this matter because this was part of the reason why i went back to benz to lease another car to get the payment waived.
Our family has been working with Stacey Huynh for over 10 years. We have purchased over 5 cars with her from her previous Mercedes location and followed her here to Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. We arrived from San Diego to purchase a glc300 that we did not find at any other dealership.The dealership is like a museum. Clean and nice.The crew people are extremely polite.The car was great and they finished the detailing while we were at the accounting.The knowledge of Stacy the sales person was superb. I bought a new car in January which was then totaled in May, so I do have something to compare. This time I decided to get the car I should have bought. My experience in January just took forever. I must have been at the dealership for 4 hours. My experience with MB of Arcadia was so quick and pleasant in comparison. Stephanie, who works with Marc, was so great to work with. I couldnt be more pleased with her. The car was ready, Marc gave me a great deal and shortly thereafter I was driving away. I am really, really happy with my new car and my experience at this dealership. I highly recommend both Stephanie and Marc.

Bought my car here and the sales person Marc went out of his way to accommodate what I wanted.Brought my car in for service and was greeted by the Service and Parts Director Mike Marsh. He and my Service Advisor, Joe Vu listened to every concern. Open communication via text along the way which is fine for me. Great service overall, Joe will be my guy for all my car service needs.
I got checked in as soon as I arrived the service department, and the receptionist is fairly friendly.The service advisor came to find me at the waiting area within 5 minutes after I checked in. He is very friendly and nice and I left my car with him for next couple hours service. Then I got a courtesy shuttle ride which took me to where I wanted to go within 10 miles radius away from the dealership.However, the day I went in were a very busy day for them in service department, so I was unable to reach the advisor when I wanted to check upon the readiness for my car and wanted to get a ride back to dealership. I had to wait for the advisor to call me back.After all, I got my car serviced and picked up and he also arranged car washed !It was good overall.
I recently brought my E250 in for a review/service. Mike Tone was my assigned service rep. He did a great job. And, the staff was welcoming and professional.I have owned several Mercedes and I have had mixed experiences at various other LA county Mercedes dealer service centers. So, I tend to approach servicing my car with a degree of trepidation. I am happy to report my Rusnak experience was excellent.
I had a very nice experience there with Billy. Handling with all my hesitations and uncertainties, he was patient enough and definitely delivered such a smart customer service for what exactly I needed. Now I m in love of my car and would definitely recommend him and this dealer to all my friends.
Greeted by courteous staff member when I dropped off the vehicle for airbag recall service. Service managers were helpful in addressing the issue and concerns. Staff are respectful for customers time. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely and clean manner. Overall I am satisfied with the most recent service at this Rusnak Arcadia Mercedes Benz.
I went to the Mercedes Benz in Arcadia and Khaled was really nice and very helpful. I showed him the car I wanted on the website and he showed it to me and let me test drive it and I fell in love. I drive an hour to bring my car to this dealership for service. Ive tried almost all other dealerships in LA area and no one compared. The most streamlined experience and everyone is very professional. The opposite is true for the sales folks though. Probably my least favorite buying experience. Ill definitely be looking elsewhere to buy my next car.
My 2021 GLE350 was overheated on 101 E on 6/30/2021. Towed to Arcadia Mercedes. Service advisor Rebecca So called me and provided me a service vehicle because of the July 4th weekend and the lengthy service time required. Really appreciated because parts were needed till after July 4th.
Shoutout to Sylvia (sp?) who was so patient and prompt with me during my quote process for a SUV! She was incredible professional and tried her hardest to get me a great offer on the car of my choice.She delivered a quote as promised the first thing Sunday morning when we had chatted the night before 10 minutes before closing. Definitely recommend her for your next Mercedes!
What a wonderful team of sales associates, managers, and finance persons! From the moment my fiancé and I came in, our sales associate Jack was welcoming, informative, and made us feel very comfortable. His manager was superb also, he went the extra mile to make sure walked away with the car we wanted in the quickest turnaround time I’ve experienced of all my car leasing/purchasing. There is no other dealership I’d go to when buying Mercedez.
It’s an absolute pleasure driving my car because I know if anything goes wrong, everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia is totally capable of getting me back on the road again. from my service advisor Perry, Who is knowledgeable, fast and sensitive to my needs.Mike Marsh, Who is helped me many times and is capable of dealing with my rather retentive personality.I don’t know my mechanic personally but he must be incredibly qualified, because the work gets done fast and efficiently.When I drive in I’m greeted with a smile, and if I have to leave my car, they make sure that I get back to work quickly.I seriously couldn’t ask for more, they’re all great !!!
Total cost of repair was below estimate, car was ready before promised time, and the best part... I accidentally left a clear Zip-lock bag with a few hundred dollars of cash right on the passenger seat. When I got the car back, the cash was still there, untouched. I also requested shuttle service while they were working on my car. Both drivers were superb, exactly on time, friendly, and I couldnt ask for much more.
I worked with Joseph and over the course of a couple of days, negotiated the purchase of my car. He was absolutely fantastic and I have to say that it was, hands down, the most pleasant purchase experience I’ve ever had. Although we certainly had opposing agendas (he wanting to sell the car for as much as he could, and me wanting to pay as little as possible, of course! 😊), he could not have been more pleasant, respectful, professional, personable and polite throughout the entire process. I would absolutely consider purchasing a car from Rusnak/Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to refer someone there for the same purpose ~ and to seek out Joseph, of course, if he was available!
I was very impressed with the Roadside Service (first time user). Israel was very accommodating and followed me to the service department to ensure my safety. I have always been impressed with my service rep, Brian. He takes the extra step to make the servce visits very tolerable. He is patient, pleasant, resourceful, and has this great attitude...no is never the answer. It has always been a can do attitude.

2022-02-05The experience working with Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia was remarkable. My initial email - through the online contact form - was answered by Stacey who was extremely nice as she assisted with my questions prior to coming into the dealership. I informed her that I would come to view the vehicle that evening. Stacey informed me that I would be able to speak with Kevin when I arrived. Kevin was very pleasant, skilled, and answered our questions that evening.Even though we initially walked away, we were not pressured to make a purchase right then, instead Kevin thanked us for coming in, gave us his phone number and informed us to contact him at any time. The next morning, after much thought and more research into the vehicle of choice, Stacey followed up with us to see how our visit was. I had more questions and asked to speak with the GM.Although the GM was not in on the weekend, I was very pleased that Stacey did not just leave it at that. She instead was able to get me someone to answer my questions, and that was the pre-owned manager, Willy. Willy answered my questions, although firm about the price he was wonderful regarding how he went about explaining the pricing and why there was no room for a further decrease in the price of the vehicle. I did not get off the phone feeling like he was being unfair in his dealings.All in all, we went through with the purchase that day. We are very thankful to have worked with Stacey, Kevin and Willy and would certainly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia for your next vehicle purchase.

The operation is properly run, with relatively easy availability of loaners (unlike other dealers) and the technicians generally seem to know what they are doing. 2022-06-06My engine oil was filled up to min level after my oil service was done. Although they fixed it by filling more oil later, the service manager claimed they did nothing wrong and tried to calm me down by persuading me that driving with the min level of engine oil is fine. You can say what you have to say, but at the end of the day, no one (including yourself) is satisfied with the min level of oil right after an oil service. No mention I will be driving the vehicle with min level of oil for an entire year with many road trips to come and your service costs double or triple than a normal auto shop does.
