Great sandwiches, exceptional service. My partner with Celiac mistakenly ordered a sandwich with an ingredient that contained gluten. The staff were happy to exchange the sandwhich, no questions. Super friendly
The pork belly banh mi was excellent. The bread and proportion of aoili were 👌The kale salad was...mostly raisins and walnuts. Avoid it if youre actually looking for kale.
Great-tasting food at reasonable prices
Yummy and healthier than a lot of other choices out there! Had the not so fried chicken sandwich with the pesto shells side. The drink was a mix of the vanilla creme and Mandarin orange sodas (pop). Delicious from.beginning to end! And, great atmosphere👍
Poor experience. Took very long for someone to take our order despite limited customers. One half of our order wasn’t ready for over 20min despite checking in multiple times. Finally I see it sitting there and it’s luke warm so it had clearly been sitting there. Why not utilize the pager you made me hang onto? The person running the food to people was socializing with another customer the entire time. The staff offered no apologies and went back to socializing with one another.
Upon entering you are being a little bit rushed as the greeting staff will take your order immediately. But you will get compensated... While waiting for your order you can taste different delicious sides from the deli bar. Mendocino Farms is known and advertised for its healthy and high quality sandwiches. But the salads are great as well. They come in generous portions which you can split with a friend if you want to keep it light. I loved the Curry Couscous.
Mendocino Farms is always a safe bet when you’re looking to get something fresh, healthy, and tasty. This location is currently open for outdoor dining and takeout during covid. You can order ahead online and go through the side door to pick up at one of the food stations. Otherwise, you can place your order (enter through the main door) at the cash register (credit cards are accepted) and then you’ll be given a tracker if you’re dining there. Bathrooms are available further in the store on the right hand side (gender neutral is available).The food options are great. I’m a big fan of the vegan banh mi (comes with tofu) although any of the sandwiches are good options (popular for catering too!). I opted for the sophisticated salad this visit (I needed some prosciutto in my life), which you can opt to have dressing tossed or on the side. The servers are super helpful and quick.
I ordered Peruvian steak sandwich for pick up but got pastrami instead.
So sad. This used to be such a great chain before the pandemic, but everything has gone downhill since. Obviously, something so good wouldnt last. They sold out to a mega conglomerate and no longer serve organic. They made their reputation off of farm to table, and now theyre just another fresh *themed* chain without the family attention to wholistic integrity. Masks became optional at the begining of the pandemic, for all cooks and food prepprs, which was really sad considering all the farm worker deaths and lack of health plans. But the menu still retains many of the flavors from when better owners existed. Some things are just too good to last.

Minnesota needs a Mendocino Farms. We came to this location twice on our trip we were not disappointed in the slightest. Staff was very polite, kind and courteous. The food is prepared quietly and presented amazingly.We were told that this is suppose to be compared to Panera it doesnt even come close. This is fresh food not froze or microwaved. We will be back. Thanks Apollo (Manager) for making our visit so great!

It makes me really sad because I moved out of state and when I come to visit this is always my first place to eat, love their food but they always mess up my order somehow. It costs too much and it is too difficult to get something out sent out. But when I order the chicken and prosciutto sandwich with no tomato I expect chicken to be on the sandwich
BAD ATTITUDE. Find another restaurante.Ordered a salad with vegan chorizo using Uber eats. I received the salad all mixed with cheese and chorizo. Granted that the menu has that as part of the dish. But you would think as a place that is known for vegan salads they would put it on the side or use vegan cheese with a vegan chorizo. To top it off when I called to let them know I was transferred to a gentleman that said very politely that that is the way they do it. I was expecting at a minimum an apology and using my experience so that they could make sure that it would not happen to another patron.I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF MY BUSINESS.

Absolutely incredible. Its a fresh, healthier option, but dont let that scare you into thinking flavor is compromised. This is one of the best tasting places Ive ever eaten at, and the prices are very reasonable. Ive never seen anything but smiles from the staff, and the service is very quick.
Frequent Mendocino Farms often to have lunch since our office is located here at The Point. They have a lot of great menu items to choose from my favorite is the impossible taco salad I usually get it with all kale add extra crunchies tossed with oil and vinegar. During lunch it can be pretty busy but the staff is really good about moving the line quickly. Shout out to Malek for being extra helpful & cool!
Great sandwiches, great atmosphere BUT since the new ceo came in multiple changes.1. Healthy sodas are gone for the healthier coke. Make sense . NO. I was told it’s for sanitary reasons but they have other fountain drinks at their watering hole.2. Restrooms! No men’s bathroom….. a unisex and ladies bathroom. Ladies use the unisex bathroom and ladies use the ladies bathroom. Make sense, not to me. Make both bathrooms unisex.I personally will take my business elsewhere.This is what happens when the original owners sell.Then they respond on google and I follow up with them and then it take 6 weeks for them to get back to me for them to let me k ow it’s gonna take an additional 4 business days. Good food, pathetic service. You lost me on service alone. They is just too much competition to not provide 5 star service.🤦♂️
Very impressed. I am not generally a fan of their menu, but the company with over 150 employees that I work for has a different opinion. I was not aware of their 24hr advance policy on catering orders, and as luck would have it, my company asked me to put in a catering order for 40 people at the last possible minute. Rather than turning me away, Lindsey and her team pulled off the impossible task of fulfilling my $500 order in the middle of a mid-week lunch rush, 1 hour before I was asked to deliver the food. I could not be more grateful to Lindsey and the great team Mendo has offered. We will definitely be putting them at the top of our list for the many future catering orders to come, and this time, we will be sure to put them in 24 hours in advance. Love eating here - always so yummy! Cant get enough of the plant based meat options, hope they keep adding more! The manager, Alex, is always so welcoming and accommodating. She really takes the extra time to check on everyone in the restaurant and handles every situation and guest with respect.
Food here is always great - though do be prepared to spend over $10 per person.
Mendocino Farms in El Segundo is my go to lunch spot. Their modern caesar 2.0 and their greek lemon chicken & farro soup are my favorites, but they have a great vegan burger as well. Theres great shopping there after lunch also.
Organic, vegetarian, vegan and plant based and meat choices. I had the The avocado and Quinoa Superfood Salad which is their number one seller and I know why. Butter and romaine lettuce mixed with curly kale, quinoa and miller, housemade superfood krunchies, black bean, corn and jicama succotash, red opinion, cilantro m, corija chees, tomatoes, avocado with chipotle vinaigrette.I made a few substitutions because of allergies and they were so accommodating even subbing the generous half an avocado for chicken for no charge.They have fountain sodas sweeted with pure cane sugar.

This place was amazing. The food is fresh and local. The service was very friendly. They have lots of options for different dietary needs. You can find healthy options here if you desire. They even have their own homemade sodas that are really good (made with real sugar as opposed to artificial sweeteners). This is a great place to grab a bite for lunch on a workday.

Great sandwiches as always with lots of different flavors and options. Service is slow at lunchtime because it’s so popular so order earlier than you need it if you need it by a certain time.

Please Please Pleeeease bring back the BBQ Tempeh sandwich!!!! It was a favorite for us vegetarians, leaving the only meat-substitue option being the Unreal Reuben. Not a fan. Impossible taco salad is very good, the burger is only so-so (better ones offered elsewhere)...but sometimes you just want a sandwich, and the BBQ tempeh was amazing - and I know Im not the only one who was disappointed when it disappeared off the menu. Please bring it back as a solid year round staple!🙏🌻😊

1st time visiting. Tried the Not so fried Marys chicken sandwich. Made with shaved, roasted Marys organic free range chicken breast topped with Mendos krispies, herb aioli mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, pickled red onions on a toasted ciabatta with BBQ and mustard pickle remoulade. The service was excellent and friendly

The unreal reuben was amazing! Super flavorful and filling. The Thai turmeric lemonade was okay and imo had too much turmeric for a drink. The chips have a little bit of a spice to them but are very addicting. The service was quick and resturant aesthetic is very nice.

Im a little salty… because my Peruvian steak sandwich was ridiculously salty I couldn’t keep the first bite down, we had to toss it. I tried to contact the store to let them know, but three times they would click on me when I was on hold. I get it accidents happen, but it’s the customer service that is really lacking. It super upsetting spending that money only to have to toss your food and get treated like that

My wife ordered a Completely Cool version of a Sandwich Study of Heat, but even though the workers and the receipt said it was, in fact, Completely Cool, after she took one bite, it turned out to be Completely En Fuego and she immediately spit it out. Not a good way to start Date Night!

Really uncomfortable experience there this afternoon. The guys making the food spent a lot of time ogling and commenting on young girls (including my daughter) and being really disrespectful. We just want to eat in peace so we had to eat outside to get away from them.
Good fresh food. Sandwiches, salads, vegetarian, vegan, and also for carnivores. Good food and service. You walk in and make your order. There are menus outside so try to make your choices or you will hold up the line. Once order is made, go and pay. They have samples to try if the line is long. Find a seat and your food will.come out to you. The ingredients are fresh and simplistic like going to your garden and then making a meal thus it is $$ compared to $ at a deli or something. We like it. It seems clean, fresh, and decent.
Delicious, full of flavor, and fast. We got the K-town sandwich, curry cauliflower soup, and potato salad. Complimentary cookies and cane sugar fountain soda. Not big enough to share on its own, but good to swap halves. Going to go again.
Excellent seasonal salad (Spring Roll Salad), liked that it was made to order so I could skip an ingredient and they offered to double up on another. All the food is fresh and healthy and still delicious! Efficient and organized, friendly staff.

I found this cute little shopping center that I didnt even know existed up until last week (the Point) and I had to investigate! The guy taking the orders was super friendly, and I like how they let you try the deli salads. I liked their tomato veggie pasta salad.FOODI didnt want anything too heavy so I opted for the vegan bahn mi and I was not disappointed! The bread was crunchy yet soft and chewy, not too dry. The tofu was cooked to perfection, the pickled carrots and other veggies were delicious, and the jalapeno gave it a nice kick! Not a dull sandwich at all.SEATING / AMBIANCEThe farmhouse vibe of the restaurant is fun. I liked how the designer used real windows/doors throughout and I noticed some of the seating was also vintage. I chose to take my food to go and eat lunch outside in the warm sunshine.This place doesnt disappoint!
Now this is one great place to eat. If you are looking for a great sandwich you need to try this place. The selection is excellent and the staff is great. This place was thought out before they built it and the attention to detail shown in every step. The food tastes great and the ingredients are so fresh you can taste it in every bite.
I absolutely love this restaurant. All of the food is always super fresh and they offer so many different options. I love the impossible taco salad and almost always order it. The Farm Club sandwich is also amazing. The wait is always a bit long, but the food is totally worth it.
Oh man, if you are looking for something fresh and tasty, look no further. The sandwiches here are amazing. So far I have tried the Peruvian and the tuna melt, and let me tell you the tuna melt is by far the best I have ever had! The sauce is to die for.

2022-07-02This place was very busy!! Food is great, lots of options to choose from. Ive heard their fried chicken sandwich is delicious. I wanted something healthier so I chose a salad. Tip: you can build your own salad if you order online! Lots of seating inside and out. Its attached to an outdoor mall with a ton of other options for food & shopping!

2022-06-25Best resturant in El Segundo location. They have the best food. I had their Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken sandwich. It was one of the greatest sandwich I ever had. Staff were helpful and order was super quick. They also have different drink options. Outside table, as well and inside dine-in available. Overall great environment and good olace to hangout with your friends, as well as work colleagues.

2022-03-29When you think of Mendocino Farms, you assume the food is supposed to be on the lighter side of the spectrum. Although the food is always top notch, I can’t say the same about this location. While the not-so-fried chicken was delicious, it irks me that the staff felt like not making enough beverages or order enough produce for their lemonades and aguas frescas, and as a result they ran out of their drinks on, out of all days, a nice warm beach day. Yes, they had sodas available, but the point of this restaurant is to eat light. When complaining to the staff, they brushed it off like it’s no big deal. If this were my business, I’d be embarrassed, sympathetic and more transparent as to why my restaurant ran out of drinks, whether it’s poor management or supply chain issues. Probably won’t return until they get the beverage situation sorted out.

2022-05-28Came with my son took 30 minutes before I had to check in on my food. Turns out they gave it to someone else. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes. They gave me two free next time entree tickets. Although I appreciate the gesture it was a very bad experience for me.
