Horrible service, waited 4 months for my Jeep that I ordered with them, they claimed it got into an accident upon delivery, I called Jeep and they said that the record says it was delivered and they’ve never heard of that happening, the guy I was working with, Alton, refused to show me any record of the accident and proceeded to block my number, most unprofessional and horrible customer service experience I have ever had. Dishonest greedy people.
Brought our new Ram Promaster in for a coolant leak under the dash into the footwell of the passenger side. We kept calling for an update with no reply to our messages. McPeek kept the van for a week and told us it was melted glue leaking into the passenger footwell. Picked up the van and the satellite radio would not work - saying the antenna was disconnected. Took the van to another dealership who found that the antenna wire was cut. Cost us $390 to reconnect the cut wire.
Horrible customer service in the Parts Department this morning. Their employee, Alan, had no interest in actually helping me, a long time customer solve a serious issue, even when the mistake was made by McPeek’s. I advise everyone to avoid doing business with McPeek’s.
False advertisement... I drove in from LA yesterday to look at what I thought was a $55-56k (USA) 2020 White Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel with brown saddle interior. I know my picture is a Grand Cherokee, so don’t confuse my review. I didn’t take any pictures of the Jeep I came in to look at off Cargurus as I was shocked when I arrived and looked at the dealers tag, it was just north of $62-63K. I know the dealership hadn’t done any work to the Jeep; ie Mopar lift kit, bigger tires or new wheels as it was all stock from the factory.I also couldn’t find out why the price increase on the sticker, though I could tell this wasn’t fully loaded as it didn’t have the Camera in the front. I eventually left after about 25 minutes of walking around all locked Jeeps and not being greeted by anyone.
Went here looking for a 2021 Dodge Charger SXT and left feeling extremely disappointed like they were very intent on making as much profit as possible on markup then actually selling the car. Worked with a salesperson named Miguel and although he did his best in trying to negotiate, I felt as if he wasnt very transparent with the pricing and what could be adjusted regarding said price. I understand theres a chip shortage and low inventory all across, but there will come a point where times will change again and all that unwillingness to sell cars in good faith, will be the reason preventing me from ever coming back. Wouldnt recommend anyone coming here to buy a car, they will try to squeeze you out of every dollar you have.
Please do not work with this dealership. They are highly rude and will try to profit as much as they can off you. Customer service I would rate overall 2 stars. Everyone I spoke to was rude. I do not recommend coming here. Try the luck at a different dealership you have a better chance working with straight forward people.
If I could give this dealer O stars then I would. I took my car in for a recall, returned to recover my vehicle, and received my car back with a battery light on that had not previously been there. Spoke with the advisor there who became argumentative when I disagreed with their notation that the light was on when they received the car. After going back and forth with him, I was cursed at my Raidel, and told he was not going to help me anymore. I had to demand the managers contact information several times, because he was not on site managing his operation, and Raidel had walked away from me. Called the manager Michael and left a voice mail, however, I did not receive a call back. Called the manager again the next morning, and he called me a liar regarding what I advised him his employee said to me. He tried to convince me that I needed to bring the car back into the dealer to have the battery repaired. When I advised him their practices at the dealership were unethical, and I would be speaking with corporate he laughed and hung up the phone. Please, do yourself a favor and go to another dealer who is going to value your business but most importantly your car. First time going to this dealer because of convenience and definitely the last.
Want to have your time wasted? Drive all the way to the dealership for a vehicle that was placed “in the back” to be sold as soon as you arrive at the dealership? Look no further you’ve found the best let down. Was told to get there sooner and they still sold it before I could even get there. Within 30 mins the vehicle that was in the back gone. Awesome thanks Mcpeek and Nina most of all.
Took my new Gladiator here multiple times for routine oil change and tire rotation. They did a good job in a timely fashion.Came back for steering related issues and told to take it back to where they put my shocks on and they cant do anything unfortunately.Dont waste your time
Update: called in today and spoke to Brent in service who was beyond helpful with providing information about a previous recall I had completed at a different service location. I have increased my 3 stars to 4 as the good service should be recognized, although he did provide 5 star service. Previous review: I called in to verify that parts were available for a recall on my car and Roxanna in service was very friendly and actually called me back to confirm information but I was on the phone so I called back and spoke to Doug who was also somewhat helpful. He said I would get a call or email to confirm my appointment time and availability of parts. I didnt receive info about parts so I had to call back. When I called back I spoke to Allan in parts who definitely needs some customer service training as he was not friendly(sounded half asleep or something, didnt say who he was or asked how he could help, it was just what parts do you need). When I arrived for my appointment, Mike in service was not friendly or welcoming at all but he asked for my key and when we stepped inside, George in service was very friendly, and seemed alot more welcoming than anyone else in the office. I would gladly go back and get help from George or Roxanna, but I will likely go to a different dealership. Customer service is definitely lacking but I think its becoming more common at many businesses now unfortunately.
Their service advisors never follow up with updates in a timely manner, we always are having to call only to be fed some line about the tech going home early or the part not being there yet. The next day is the same story…. We only go because our cars are under warranty, if you are paying for repairs please look for another dealer or a good local shop…
Service department is terrible! I have had my car in for the same issue 4x in the same year. Each time they assured me it was fixed. This last time they had my car for 9 hours and still hadnt touched it. Never a rental car and they do not call back when you leave a message. One star is to many! Do not even bother with this dealership.
First time visiting this location for Servicing. I have a 2016 392 Charger - I took my car in for a coolant inspection I informed Gilbert that I have never done service for the coolant. Gilbert was very friendly and looked over my car he recommended we do a coolant flush and add new coolant - he also did a pressure test to check for any potential leaks. All in all the car was done within an hour and some change. The entire staff was friendly and professional im so glad I took my car to this location.. Unfortunately some locations for servicing are not this way.
Had my Chrysler Pacifica serviced last week here for the 5K service. Very efficient at checkout, professional, and courteous. At pickup even more efficient as other dealers you have to talk w/ your consultant but here you just go to the cashier and leave, really enjoyed my experience here Ill see you guys at 10K!
I wish I can rate more than a 5 star because this place and its employees deserve it. I was able to purchase my new vehicle today! Big thanks to Daniel F., Todd, Alan, Manny and Luis. Very grateful for them! The process was so smooth and fast!! As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed and comfortable with the staff. They made sure all my questions were answered and took their time explaining in detail. I couldnt be anymore happier with the service I got from them. Definitely will be going back in the future, theyve earned my business!
One star would be an over rating. I have taken my dodge to the service department for three years and always been the same issue with no updating or response on my car status ever. The last time my car was in the service department I had to call for a week straight to try and get an update to be told I would be called at a later time with an update, that never came. I left many messages, and tried talking to the service department manager Paul. Also was failed that. If you ever want to know whats actually wrong with your car and be updated I suggest you go else where. They dont tell you how long it will take, leaving you with no car or even a rental car, which happened multiple times to me. Ive had many problem with my 2014 car Ive reach out to some lemon law layers to get some further assistance since dodge was absolutely no help. Paul thank you for never getting back to me. I hope you take your car business to any dealership other than this one.
I have purchased a 2020 truck from them. They have promised me a cover for the truck when I purchased the car. It has been 31 days and they have not provided the part. I have called them many times and they have told me not to call them unless I want to buy a vehicle from them. They also said “Don’t call here” . just to be Very clear I have talked to their parts department and the sale team have not placed an order for my cover. My experience was nothing less than awesome. Justice (sales associate) didnt have to convince me to much, given I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived. The process was long, but exciting. The team (Miguel, Jessie, and Todd) were amazing. Miguel was excellent in explaining the difference in models, and features that each one had. I love my new ride, and I feel like it was made especially for me. Theyve definitely earned a lifetime customer. I give McPeeks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars for all aspects of business. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a new car and the best deals in town.
I have used them several times, but only because I leased my Ram truck from there. I am disappointed that communication between the service advisor and myself was so poor. In my opinion, I feel that as a service advisor, he or she should at least provide a daily check in with the customer to keep them in the loop. I was the one who always initiated contact to get an update on my vehicle. I had a great concern about my visor dropping down in front of my line of vision while driving, but SA did not think it was a big deal. The passenger one was replaced but driver side on back order. I understand that his hands were tied, but he was happy to put the ball in my court to deal with the manufacturer myself (although I was not given a number to voice my complaint). I feel like the whole dealership had a negative vibe and that they weren’t looking out for my best interest. Mike (tall thin guy-sorry about your name) was the friendliest toward me and he wasn’t even my service advisor.
Nice selection of vehicles. However they have a policy you cant test drive a car unless you sign something saying your really interested in buying the car (any V8). Maybe Im over thinking it. But that turned me away from even trying the cars I was strongly interested in.
First time buyers beware,my sister was taken full advantage of was told a Mopar old changes were Included once got home it was 4000 came back to remove it and the fiance manager was extremely Rude and said contract is signed and we wont remove and you cant do anything about it,its done bye not once was their empathy regarding looking out for the clients interest just out to make their money go to a different dodge dealer or jeep.
We were vacationing from Oregon and as we were on the freeway coming into Orange County our car engine light came on...which we had just had it in the shop for a check over before traveling. We made it to our hotel and I began looking up Chrysler dealerships...this was the first place I called. I explained our issue to Mike in service, he kept me calm and said he had an idea of the issue and that they’d get us fixed up the next morning and not ruin our vacation! Reassuring me that we could get a rental etc. if there was something major. We showed up the next morning, gave my name and they already had my paperwork to begin...again super reassuring me that they’d take care of us! About 30 minutes later Mike said they had it figured out...And under our warranty still! I appreciated Mikes help from the first phone call to the making sure we were back to our vacation within an hour!! Thank you so much for taking care of us...before our hometown dealership even returned my first call I had made to them! This Coos Bay girl will always remember this GREAT service.
My son is serving at Camp Pendelton and had his vehicle towed to Tuttle Click Dodge where they tried to convince him he blew his Eco Diesel motor and Turbo and had the Factory Rep confirm this complete lie . I towed his vehicle to McPeek and they diagnosed a simple air sensor under warranty failed , it was replaced quickly and without charge . Its really sad when businesses( SHAME ON TUTTLE CLICK) try to rip off our military men and women , McPeek has our business for as long as we are in California , I would recommend all service members put their trust in this honest dealership . Trying to find specific information for parts from a dodge vehicle. Tried calling their parts department but the guy who answered the phone was unwilling to help because I dont have the last 8 numbers of the VIN (part came from the junkyard, trying to refurbish it).Apparently he had zero ability to look up by make/model/year or even by specific part information (I have the bill of material number for the axle) and when I asked him to do that he put me into hold purgatory (a common tactic when a parts monkey just doesnt want to deal with a customer).Highly recommend you stay away from this dealership if you just need parts.
Purchased a new vehicle. Our sales person Miguel and Ronnie the GM were best folks we ever dealt with regarding a new car purchase. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for any one of the products that have listed you go see them. No pressure sales at its finest! Once you make a decision you’re not waiting for hours we were literally done within 40 minutes... I lkept track! Best new car dealer purchase I’ve ever experienced!
Staff was great. Had check engine light on. Had everything fixed correctly I’m just being a bit sour because I know I could’ve paid less elsewhere only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. But then again it’s the dealer so I should’ve expected to pay top price for top service. Car was running fine but check engine light was on and had to fix it in order to pass smog check. $180 diagnostic whether you completed the job there or not. Which makes sense. They ethically gave me that heads up. Just wasn’t expecting that the issue would be the gas tank and would pay $1,600 for the gas tank change. Only reason why not giving a 5 stars was because paid more then expected. But overall good staff. Car is running well. And the job was done correctly.
My husband and I were looking for a Ram Truck...We went to three different dealerships and they were of no help...Just went we thought we weren’t going to find a deal...We ended up stopping at MC PEEK Dodge Dealership. Genaro and Tyler were very professional, extremely helpful, and had great customer service. They offered us a really good deal we couldn’t resist. I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 in for a relatively minor repair. And it turned into a major repair. They offered me several options including trading the truck in. I opted to trade the truck in and left with a new 2021 Ram 2500. Frank, my service advisor was great and handled the whole issue initially. Jose and Manuel in sales made the process effortless and bent over backwards to satisfy me. In all it was a good experience and I highly recommend this place.PS. This truck has more bells and whistles on it then I could have imagined. Im still finding out new things about it. It is a great truck.Denny Mikus
Was driving my Jeep today (12k miles) and my drivers seat belt latch decided to break while I was out doing stuff. Decided to try and drop it off since that was closer then home without a seatbelt and got told I would have to come back another day.Guess they do not care at all about your saftey. Only their bottom line. Since how dare I try to drop off my unsafe to drive car to be looked at whenever.
My experience was mostly positive. Salesman Miguel did a good job and I felt like the sales team handled the transaction honestly. I dont feel the car was detailed very well, just a quick and okay exterior wash. The interior was not well done, the windows were not very clean. Supposedly the car was serviced, but the oil life shows 30%. I had to add brake fluid and coolant to put them at the proper level. I know I am entitled to 3 years of oil changes, but I dont feel confident in your service department.
First, let me begin by saying that Todd Fulmer is an absolute rock star.Our 2016 Jeep Cherokee stopped working in LA (after a cross country trip from NYC 😅)Of course our next stop was DisneyLand so we had our vehicle towed to McPeeks in Anaheim.It took a couple of days to receive our diagnosis of a failed computer which would take 1-2 weeks to be delivered and repaired.Reminder that we live and have to drive back to NYC. (Frustrating, to say the least)We decided to explore the option of trading in our vehicle for a newer vehicle since waiting was not really an option. Luckily, we were graced to have Todd as our salesperson.Todd was patient, professional and had the right sense of humor to calm my feisty NYC family down to put us at ease.Within a few hours, we were in our brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee heading back east. Todd also followed up the next day to make sure our trip was going well. He didn’t just sell us a vehicle, he provided us with a positive experience. My only regret is that we didn’t get to ring the big bell at the dealership once we closed the deal!Todd, THANK YOU on behalf of the LV family from the Bronx.
When I pulled in for my appointment, the advisor seemed genuinely surprised that I had an appointment that late (it was only 6:00 pm) and that I was actually going to wait for my truck instead of just dropping it off. He told me that the service techs usually go home between 5:30-6:00 which is weird because why would the website have allowed me to set an appointment for 6:00? He said normally customers with such late appointments just drop off their vehicles to pick them up the next day. The appointment website specifically asked me if I’d be waiting for my truck, why doesn’t that info get passed along?... Anyway, when he confirmed that a tech was still on the premises, he reassured me that my truck would get worked on, and 45 minutes later I got my truck back. I get that it’s the end of the day, but come on, at least when you’re in front of a customer, pretend that you want to be at work.
This has been a overall great experience. I explained to Daniela what I was interested in. I have purchased cars in the past and hate the experience and always shop different dealers. Which is why I so standoffish at first. They made me feel comfortable because they were transparent. I explained what I was willing to pay and Hector her manager worked with me also and made me feel great about purchasing the car from them. Art the other manager also made us feel comfortable throughout the whole purchase. I own my own business and I love when people are up front and deliver on what they say they will do. I will definitely reach out to them for future car purchases and recommend my friends directly to this dealership.
It took 2 hours for an oil change i had an appointment for. The price is actually pretty decent compared to other dealers. Do not rely on them notifying you about when your car is done because they’ll forget so call every hour or so just to check or if you’re waiting at the dealer come outside to check every once and a while if you’re vehicle is ready because they’ll just leave it there without notifying you that it’s done (which is what happened in my case my car had been ready for 20 min and no one had come to notify me). And if you are a person who genuinely cares about the quality of your cars paint do not get the car wash here. There were horrid streak stains on the windows and soap stains on the car that they didn’t bother to clean. I had to wash and detail my car after because how bad it came out.
Everyone at the service counter were great to work with! Daniel did the work and did a great job. Owning a Jeep is like having another child, and we are very protective of said child, but these guys made me feel confident I was leaving her in the right hands! And Daniel even proactively ordered parts for a warranty repair. Couldn’t have asked for better!
I called in for a warranty service and they were very professional and attentive on the phone. They did well with the first part of my experience: the set up of apportionment and the diagnosing of my issue. Where they lost a star was informing me that they would have a part in at a certain time and when I arrived. No part was there and took two additional days. Apologies were given but doesnt make up for lost time.
I just recently went in to purchase a new 2021 Jeep rubicon and it was the easiest process I’ve ever been through. Everyone is so friendly and nice and make the process such a great experience. Todd helped me pick the car and i might add he’s very good at customer service, very good attitude. Happy to say my experience was a 10/10
My sales rep Todd was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. When i left the dealership i had a few additional questions prior to the purchase and he responded promptly. Once the deal was done he helped me get everything set up and walk through most of the features. They were very competitive and I was able to get out the door with the truck i wanted and maintained my budget I had set! Will be back in the future.
We just moved to the area and I needed to find a new location for general service for my Jeep. McPeeks was just down the road from us and was very easy to schedule a service. All the staff were very friendly and honest. There was part of the service that I requested that they werent completely comfortable doing and the service technician brought me back to the vehicle and informed me exactly why, and gave me the option of having him preform the work (at the expense of a lot of time) or bring it to a more specialized shop. They saved me time and money, even the oil change was less then some other shops. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because there was a mix up with the shuttle ride home, but I dont see that a problem in the future.
I brought my car in for the airbag recall and the technician noticed I needed other repairs that were covered under warranty. I authorized the repairs and when I picked up my car one of the custom decals I have on it had a tear in it. I had to bring it back to get that repaired by your body shop. They had issues getting it put on and had to order another set of decals. This took 10 days. I was provided a loaner car. Upon picking it up all looked ok and when I got home I noticed one of the decals was put on too low and was not acceptable. I was dealing with Craig, the service manager initially but then never spoke with him after I brought it in the final time. It has finally been applied properly and looks great! We have purchased several vehicles from your dealership and felt he should have personally made sure I was satisfied.
I was treated like family at McPeek’s yesterday when I took my wife to look for a new car. Since my wife had called ahead of time, Todd meet with us and took us for a test drive, and Allan was able to gets us preapproved and had all of our paperwork ready. This was the smoothest car purchase ever. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife loves her new 2020 Jeep Compass.Thank you Jen, Todd, and Allan !!!
My Jeep Patriot had a recall on a part inside of its engine so I came into the closest dealership to me. They did an amazing job of being prompt & giving me a next day appointment after I called. They gave me a correct estimate on when it’s done & explained everything perfect. Gilbert was the guy who took care of me & my car & he was amazing ! I came back & he had my car washed he let me know what other things I should probably take care of soon on my car as well which I appreciate considering I’m young & usually let my dad take care of everything lol. I will definitely be coming back for any servicing my car may need! This experience changed my views on dealership service.

Took my Jeep in for recall service and another small item. McPeek was closest so even though Id never been there before, I decided to give them a try. My service rep, Michael, was friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the service area was upbeat and positive. When Michael called to say my car was ready the issue was resolved even easier than expected. When I picked up my car everyone was friendly from the cashier to the person who brought my car up. In a crazy often stressed out world it really matters that businesses get the importance of the customer experience. They got a new customer!
Daniel was the person that handled everything for me and he was pretty awesome. It was a job that should have taken only a few days but ended up turning into a few weeks due to the warranty company, not the dealership. I appreciate how Daniel always gave me updates and did the best he could to speed up the process. When the parts came in the dealership finished the work ASAP. Would definitely recommend McPeeks. Ok...service of the truck and recalls are still pending. I bought the truck when it was dark l notice the next day a small ding. I notified Todd of it. Now l was told not sure if they will take care of it. Also small discolored spot on the hood. Lets see if Todd get back to with a positive response. Not a cheap truck....Over 65,000.00 plus.

I had an appointment for a recall on my car. When I called to make the appointment I told them what it was for. They said it was fine and if I wanted to go in on Friday. I called on a Tuesday. I showed up to my appointment on time. They took my information and when in to office to do paperwork. I was then asked if I knew if the part for the recall was there. I told guy I made the appointment on Tuesday and guy said everything was good to go. Service guy called someone then informed me that they didn’t have the part. That I would have to reschedule 😡😡. Waste of time. Love my car but it has given me so many headache and I feel as if every time I bring my car into dealership something else goes wrong with it and I’m told I need to fix something else that warranty doesn’t cover. I’m a woman but it does not mean that I’m going to say yes to everything they say without getting a second or 3rd advice from a second party before I hand over my hard earn money.
I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 7:30am. I called around 10am to see if my vehicle was ready. I was told it would be ready at 10:30am. My husband dropped me off and left. I was waited to speak to Frank . He came out and told me that my back brakes were 2cm and I need to get them done. I agreed and 2 and half hours later finally it was done. I purchased a used Truck at this Dealership on March 7. Omar greeted me with a Welcoming And Friendly Attitude ! He was extremely helpful with all my questions and patient with me because I ALWAYS have a ton questions when I make a big purchase, lol . The Management was exceptional, not pushy like a lot of competitors, extremely accommodating and friendly, I really appreciated that from all the team members. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the best, easiest experience I’ve ever encountered. I would highly recommend their team for any vehicle purchases you may be needing.
I love your place. BUT... the problem I took my. Nitro in for didn’t get fixed. My cluster panel flickers and shuts off in park. I was told that my vehicle didn’t do that at all the whole time they had it...over a week. The car acted upfour times on the way home. I called the Service Dept right away and no one was available. I asked if I could leave a detailed message for Daniel, since he’s the one I’ve been dealing with. I have not received a call back...from anyone! So I was told a recall was issued for my vehicle on the airbag. I thought that was great because the airbag light has been on forever, but unfortunately that wasn’t fixed either. They did however fix the Evaporator for the AC, which I told them was needed. I’m glad my AC works but now I have to take my. Nitro to someone else.
Craig the service manager is always polite and helpful. I’ve had my 2015 Ram serviced there from day 1. George and Sophia are also awesome employees in the service department. These 3 make a good team. I’m sure the rest of the service department employees are great too, i just didn’t have the opportunity to be working with them.The mechanics that work on my truck do thorough job. They’ve never made a mess of any oil services and I’m happy to know my truck is taken care of.
Originally i went in with the intent to browse. That all changed when Brian Lara took his time to help me explore the different car options i was interested in. For a first time buyer, it made me really comfortable to be at a dealership who is very professional and actually cares getting the car that is the right fit for you. Also positive note with this virus going around i was very comfortable on how they maintained safety guidelines.
I came in for an oil change and was in a hurry. I have never used this dealership before so I was a little hesitant. I can assure you that they went above & beyond, they got me in & out in less file than quoted. The service writer was amazing & I will be back for my next service.
I really like taking my Jeep here. Its a 2000 cherokee. They were the only ones that could properly diagnose an issue with the air compressor that had been going on for 5 years. Took it for a general service and they fixed my door panel with some extra clips no charge. Very pleased everytime I take my elderly jeep here.
I had several recalls as I bought this car used from a used car dealership. I had to take time off of work to bring it in and of course we all know time is valuable. The first recall was done with in the time frame the service writer had told us. The second part had to to be ordered so we ordered it. I took more off work to take care of this. When the car was finished nobody came in to the lobby to let me know it was finished. I had to walk out several times and kept asking when it would be done. And As I walked out every time the car was stillParked. Low and behold it had been done the whole time. I understand people get busy and side tracked but it did not seem that busy this day. All in all th service writer was very nice and knowledgeable. Just need some more communication. We give our phone numbers and emails for a reason. Thank you for the service. I would come back here if I needed too.
Dropped off my Dodge Charger for service due to the exhaust valves being broken (not working) and rattling while driving. I left work and dropped my car off at the dealership. Once dropped off they did not have a rental for me as I needed to get back to work and needed to get to work the next three days. I also asked if they could shuttle me but they didn’t have a shuttle to get me back. Unfortunate as my boss wasn’t happy with me being late trying to find rides while my car was at dealership. A rental should be given to everyone in need of one.
The staff at McPeeks are awesome! I told them what I needed and they did everything they could to make it happen. Ali and Tyler were great to work with. They even negotiated over the phone. They delivered the truck to my house and I signed papers here. I cant thank them enough. Best car buying experience I have had yet. For all my car needs in the future, I will start at McPeeks first.
I went in to get my seat heaters replaced because of a recall. Chill place and desk staff are cool. They even gave me a shuttle home after I dropped my vehicle off which was cool. However, they told me it would only take two hours and they’d call- I kept calling and it ended up taking 8 hours. Also when they replaced the seat heater buttons from inside my center console, they threw everything important I had in there all over my truck.
Mike is awesome in service. He always makes sure that things are done correctly. He keeps you informed every step of the process.Calling in to the dealership is another story - it’s impossible to get through to service without calling in several times. Also phone rings forever before anyone even picks it up.
I went to McPeeks to get my car serviced and they were amazing they took care of all my concerns with my car. They even had loner cars available to rent while they worked on my car. Even though they fixed my car , I enjoyed driving the loner so much I decided to trade in my car for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a not so good experience with Mc Peek Jeep. I understand that things are busy and companies are short staffed due to COVID. However, the customer service was horrible. They had my car for several months and struggled to communicate or fix the car. If it is hard to fix I understand, it was an older Jeep. However the lack of communication was the worst. I would be put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on. No call backs. No updates. Very frustrating to say the least. This place needs better management!!!
I’ve been through 2 different Dodge dealers ever since I got my Charger Hellcat. So far McPeak’s have been the absolute best. Special thank you to Daniel Ferraro at Service for taking care of me. Went in for an issue I had and also took care of a recall. I went in at a later time but he got my Charger finished the next day with no issues. I’ll be returning!
Took my vehicle in for an oil change and after they returned it the wheel was damaged from them curb ration it. They said they would repair it I took it back to them two months later after their guy was available and all he pretty much did was sanded down and painted with black spray paint did not color match it to the rim color or even get me a new rim.After I told them I wasn’t satisfied they said that there was an anything they can do
I took my car in to have a recall done and to rotate my tires the service department staff member Gilbert was very excellent in his customer service and letting us know everything about our vehicle. Find another dealership to service youre vehicle. Misdiagnosed, typical insincere sales people, no customer service whatsoever. This sorry excuse for a dealership had my vehicle 4 days for a water pump. They said that the job would be completed in one day. Never received a call from a sales person once for a update. Hopefully the truck is fixed after paying over $1000.00.
They were able to give me an indication of what was most probably my issue while I was dropping my car off and they were able to confirm and fix my car by the next day after ordering parts. I am very pleased and will use them for my services in the future. I had just taken it to the Huntington Beach dealer who I have used over the last 4 or 5 years and they had my car for 3 working days (Sat, Mon & Tuesday) and had not been able to solve my problem.
I took my Challenger in for an oil change, tire rotation, and I also requested new cabin and engine filters. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am and went to work. I received a call a few hours later and picked my car up after work. Easy as that. I will go back, very friendly and professional staff.
I bought a 2018 ram 1500. My experience there was great. My sales person Nate had the truck ready for me when I got there asked me questions and worked very hard to get the deal done . I have bought numerous vehicles in the past and my time there was great. The best dealer I have been too. I had an appointment at 645pm and was driving my truck home before 9pm. The finance manager was great as well didnt go back and forth and understood what my terms were. No back and forth and got me a great deal!!!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Mopar. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell and dont play games like other dealers. My friend is looking to buy a new car in the next year and I will take him myself there and talk to Nate.
It took a lot longer than I expected. I took the car in because my tire sensors told me I had an underinflated tire. I know better than to try to deal with myself, since an underinflated tire tends to mean theres a leak somewhere. It turned out that the bad sensor that Ive had trouble with for years had finally failed completely and had to be replaced. Once I learned that, I felt a lot better about things. It meant that theyd checked the problem out thoroughly and had found the true cause. Im relieved to finally had a long standing issues resolved.
Went there on a Thursday for my 1st time for my Gladiators 1st oil change, made an appointment and everything...Brought my own oil & filter, so thought this would be quick...3 HOURS later my Jeep was done...They admitted it was too long of a wait and took care of me...I asked then to check for an Air Noise on the passenger side, they drove it and agreed it was a little loud even for that model... Made an appointment for Monday morning...FOUR WEEKS later my Jeep is done!!! I go pick it up and its filthy inside and out..They out 60 Miles on my Jeep and the gas was in the red!!!!Went to general manager and he said That was normal

I needed a quick oil change and this place was the closest to home that would take walk in appointments.Didnt have much expectations because of the dealership in HB.Walked in and got services right away from Daniel. He didnt nickel and dime me and was just oil change? Okay.From start to finish it took around an hour fifteen and there was no problem waiting at all. I didnt get plagued by messages asking for five star reviews.Daniel was very friendly and very funny and so were the other two people in the office at the time.I am definitely coming back here for oil changes and any future service. Ive seen the bad reviews but if the experience continues like this then they have my business.
Worst experience of my life with servicing a vehicle, I dropped off my truck on Friday night so they would have all day saturday to do what they needed, i was told I would get a call in the morning about what is needed, I asked them to look at 4 items, 2 recalls on my truck, fix the AC fan and fix my Key FOB. At noon i had not heard from them so I called, It took me 4 calls to get the right person, I was disconnected twice and sent to parts once, When I spoke to them they said they planned on calling me Monday, I told I needed the truck back that day. I asked for the service manager of course he already left for the day, So i finally spoke to Paul he said they did not have the part for 1 of the recall items but would order it, He said I needed to replace the FOb and quoted me $280 I said no but then changed my mind and called the parts dept and found out they did not have stock anyway, So finally they called and told me the truck was ready. I just picked it up and they gave be paperwork that showed only the 2 recall items , I asked Paul about the AC Fan and why it was not on he paperwork and he told that they needed more time to diagnose the problem even though had my vehicle all day, But he said he did not charge me for a diagnoses like that makes up for my wasted time, Paul was also not wearing a mask and putting people at risk. Do you yourself a favor and go elsewhere, The Good news When I was walking over to the cashier I dropped $240 in cash and another customer found it I think his name was Chris and returned it, Thank you Chris, Thank you for your response, However how can I pick up my vehicle without going inside, also i do not know what Paul attempted to accommodate me as much as possible means, I wanted my vehicle diagnosed and fixed which you did not do so how is this accommodating me. CDC guidelines require masks to be worn which was not followed.
This review is for their service department. I brought my car in for a couple safety recalls that I had been putting off. The process was painless from start to finish. I was given a loaner , since one of the recalls was going to take some time. My car was done the next day as promised. I also received two phone calls throughout the day, from my service writer (tony), updating me on the progress of my car. All in all, great experience with their service department.
Not in any way have been swayed or bribed by the staff here. This is my honest opinion. I was well taken care of and they did everything they could to make me feel taken care of. When another car dealership wanted to scam me out of almost $1,400 for something my car supposedly needed. I was recommended to get a second opinion here. Right off the bat they told me they can save me $250 but they were going to make sure that what the previous dealership said I needed was true. Brought my car to McPeeks they kept my car for a day and a half and right away figured out what was wrong. They called me up and explained to me what was wrong and what was initially a $1,400 job turned out to be a $165 job!! I’d rather pay $165 over $1,400 any day. If I have any other problem I will always go back to them. They are 28 miles away from where I live and I’ll go back to them for service. That says something about their quality of care toward my car and myself. Thank McPeeks! And a special thanks to Paul Lewis, Ali, and George and his team. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and a recall, got other things fixed as well.I prefer to go to this dealership over the one that is closest to my home for a good reason.These guys do a proper job from setting the appointment to delivering.Speaking to co-workers, they had similar experiences so I know It’s not just me.Everytime I go there I see cop cars getting their regular maintenance so those guys must be happy too.I drive a 2014 Truck and I have been using them since 2015.Never change!
It was Luis and his manager who made all the difference in the world with my shopping experience . I was very specific with my needs since I already had a new car under my name however my husband is the actual driver and car payer . I explained what I wanted to do and even though it took 3 hours to get to what I wanted they took care of me and my little one the entire time worth their engagement and positive attitudes. I left with a brand new 2019 . More importantly , Luis was very professional as a young associate. We were glad to help him .
This place made me feel taken care of. After being hassled by salesmen at Huntington Dodge, it was really refreshing to have someone upfront and transparent. They never made the mistake of assuming that because I was a woman that I could be taken advantage of. Even after agreeing, they offered free services that they by no means were obligated to do. If I wasnt sold on where I should go for my next car, I am now. They are as friendly as they come, and dont try to make a bunch of money off you by lying about what you need.

This is the second time at Mcpeeks in Anaheim . First time, I was there they left my car with lots of dirt . This time they did tire rotation but did not check the tire pressure . It make you wonder if they even bother checking anything else. Also , customer service is not good. They could benefit with better organization and signage letting people know where to go and what to do when picking up . They don’t even bother covering your car up for protection. I would go else where . My last car was a Honda , they where not the greatest but in comparison to this they are .
Very professional and at the same time very family oriented. They made my family and I feel like at home. The whole team from sales to financing were amazing. We are actually going back within a couple of weeks to purchase another family vehicle. Todd our salesman is amazing.

Even though they were fully aware that I already had my own financing with my credit union, their management ran my credit four times with four different lenders. I received four letters within a months time after We finalize the contract for my vehicle, when I contacted the dealership in regards of the 4 different credit inquiries I was told it was ok because the manager whom ran my credit was no longer employed there. They took no responsibility for the negligence of running my credit four different times even know they were fully aware I have my own financing with my credit unionwhich recommended their dealership. I will never do business with them ever again they showed no compassion for my situation and the blemishes that my credit score has taken
Dont waste your time on getting pre-approved. Plus the e-price they give via email you IS NOT the actual price. I asked multiple times to not have the paint/dent protection. But nope.....they kept throwing it in the deal. Ill take the Security GPS option if the car is stolen because that will pay itself off in a cut in monthly insurance rates and yeah the manufacturer warranty was going to expire in 18 months so Ill take the extension - but didnt need the paint/dent coverage. By then, it was getting late and I was done fighting over it. They made their money on the damn deal.
I received very prompt, courteous and professional service from Service Advisor John Kuntz. He was very thorough in explaining the needed repairs. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was shown the defective parts. I did not give this dealership a 5 star rating because of the facility itself. Its old and void of the customer friendly amenities that are available at most other car dealerships.
I took my car in to get fixed on a Thusrday because it was making a weird noise. Turned out somene tried to steal my catalytic converter and damaged it. The Service writer estimated a total of 2200, so i called my insurance and they sent a adjuster the total dropped to 1900. The service writer called and said that the car would be fixed by Monday and it wasnt. No one called to let me know why. I called every day after Monday and the part was still on order. I understand the delay but do not appreciate the no contact to update me. Clearly here the customer is not first and I would have gotten ripped off if it wasnt for my insurance.
Wasn’t thrilled with my experience.Negatives:-I was hung up on several times when being transferred to the service department.-it took over two days to just get a diagnosis. Apparently there was a problem with their internet/computers but they didn’t inform me of the hold up until the end of the second day.-no one informed me of the $300 cost to evaluate my vehicle. I should have taken it to my usual place that does free diagnostics-they did not let us apply the $300 to what we wanted fixed because it “wasn’t on the list of what we brought it in for”-their work quotes were way higher than what I had been quoted beforePositives:-it was awesome that they gave us a loaner car for part of my cars stay, we really appreciated that-interaction with the staff in person was great, very friendly-they did a quick cleaning of the vehicle and it looked nice when it was returnedOverall, wouldn’t ever bring my car here to get work done again. The negatives in our experience outweighed the positives.
BEWARE!!! Dont bring your vehicle here for service!!! I hand a 1pm appointment on a Saturday just to have a shorter wait that before. ( i used to bring my 18 jeep grand cherokee here without appointment and ending up waiting half a day before) but the appointment did not made a difference. The vehicle was released almost 4 hour later. The services I asked was oil change and tire rotation. During the check out, the advisor told me that the rotation was not done since the technician cannot find the wheel lock key!!!! What a big lie as the key has always been in the glovebox. The last rotation was also done here, so they should know where was the key, unless they just said that they did it right?? Also,, how come they did not even attempt to call me and ask where was the wheel lock key? Nobody called me!! I was just sitting there in the their freezing lobby!!!!! Furthermore... the rude advisor (MARTIN GRANADO) tried to charged me money for the services without looking in the records if my vehicle was still covered with MOPAR,,so eneded up walking bak n forth, back n forth to the cashier to remove charges and that rude guy did not even attempt to recognize their shortcominng!!!!! NO- tire rotation since cannot find the KEY??? try calling owner to ask OK? then dont try to charge money without checking for Mopar protection firts.. WILL NOT BRING VEHICLE HERE ANYMORE
I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and with service advisor Daniel Ferraro as well as all the other staff! Daniel and Forman had promised 4 hrs for a recall repair on my Jeep and called to say it was done after 3 hrs! I would highly recommend service and repairs here! Great job 👍
I initially took my car in for brakes botts when I picked it up it had a squeaky noises. One of the tabs to my custom wheels what’s missing also. At first I was dissatisfied and spoke with the manager. He made sure that I had a great experience and went above and beyond to get everything corrected for my vehicle. Everything was taken care of right away and also replaced the missing cap. I am understanding about that mistakes happen and I was very pleased that they owned up to it and corrected the mistake. Most places wouldn’t have cared to resolve this issue or would not have taken responsibility. The manager really understands customer experience is more important then customer service, and therefore I am always going back to this dealership.
The staff was very nice and helpful. My car was serviced promptly! They also shuttled me home while waiting and was willing to pick me up once service was complete. One thing I would suggest is that they get chairs in or near Service Center while customers are waiting to check in. Other than that great experience!
I took my car to be serviced yesterday. Upon pick up, the employees could not find my car and I had to personally go around the facility to locate my car for them. When I drove it down the alley, I noticed a squeaky noisy coming from the breaks that was not there before. Last time I was here to have car serviced, they lost my key fob and I had to wait a day so that they could make another one for me. They seemed very unprofessional. The only reason I bumped up from one star to two star was because of prompt response that was taken by the manager on duty ( Craig) after I filed my complaint. I was thinking about trading in my truck to get 3500 but I am definitely going to another dealer to make the purchase and I am not entirely sure if I will ever be back to this dealer. This is ridiculous.
I needed to get my car fixed for a while with a couple of recalls and a check engine light on! The check engine light indicated I had an emissions system leak that was detected. I have a 2017 Dodge Durango with mileage that was 10,000 over my warranty coverage! Daniel Ferraro helped me and he was amazing!! Because It wasn’t covered I knew it was going to be a fortune! Daniel talked to the manager and he allowed me to only pay a deductible!!! If he didn’t do that for me I would have paid over $800 dollars! They took care of me and my car and I am forever thankful! Even when I had to go to work cutting it close to pick up my car, Chuck the mechanic managed to wash it and explain to me what the problem with my car. Daniel finished everything and I was out of there! I highly recommend going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to thank them!!!! My car runs like a beauty!
First offI would like to give 109% to the salesmen Luis!! This boy knew how to do proper car sales technique . He approach me with me respect and didn’t ask to run my credit once I saw the car I liked .He showed me the car and let me do my thing .He made sure everything was good!!And most importantly the man who closed it was Allen !! The best finance director !!You wanna go buy a car go see Luis and Allen they will treat you right !Overall excellent customer service and I’m glad he helped me .
I went quite aways from my house on a suggestion from a friend to go there since I’m not happy with the dealership close to my house. Very pleasantly surprised, the crew went above and beyond with the personal touch and all were friendly and helpful. Guess I will have to drive out of my way now because I was confident in all they did.
The level of professionalism that I received during the repair of my Jeep Cherokee was the best I have ever experienced. Craig kept me up to date not only with expected repair timeframes. But also took the time to explain what exactly had to be done. Im busy and cant always take phone calls, so I really appreciated texted updates. Great job!
From out of town and needed service done on my 2014 Dodge Durango. Easy as could be to schedule the service and when I arrived Alfredo took care of me like I was a returning customer. Durango was serviced and handed back in the time they stated and they even washed it! Great service given I was just visiting the area, they could have just pushed me through but they treated me like one of their regular customers.
I went in for a specific reason and they called me to sell services I didn’t request. Then I asked for an oil change and after they changed the oil, oil was dripping from the engine. They didn’t bother to clean up their mess. Now I have an oil stain in my driveway from their sloppy work. The technician left oily hand prints on the hood of my truck.
This review is for the service dept, especially Mike!! We bought our Charger at another dealership but werent happy with the service so we brought it to McPeek. Mike in the service department was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, as well as the other guys there that day. Everyone was great! Update -George is still the best. My truck needed it’s first service and computer update. Within the promised 1-1/2 hours, I was back on the road again. Thank you George and the McPeek family.Service Advisor George Medina has never let me down. I had an issue with my new truck, that was created by my family, not a Ram defect. Last November had a great experience with service writer Jack. Yesterday didnt see him and not such a good visit. I had an appointment at 10:00 for oil change service. It took 2 hours. They werent even busy. Not happy. Why even make an appointment if they dont get you in around that time?
This dealership is honestly one of the most efficient ones out there. I have purchased cars elsewhere & all places have taken at least 5.5-6hrs to close the deal. I drove out with my awesome new car within 2hrs, (mainly because I couldnt decide on the color I wanted!) Omar Wafa was my sales guy & he was down to earth, chill & not-pushy whatsoever, he took his time & actually had a conversation, definitely made me feel valued appreciated. All of the sales & finance guys were chill & made me feel comfortable and did not push or pressure me into anything I didnt want! This is definItaly the place to get your car & not worry about being pressured & rushed!! 5-stars all the way.
After I keep calling to confirm my appointment and getting a loaner car that I really was needing in order to leave my car for the two recalls but never getting a call back. I showed up anyway and the service department took care of me then and was not having to come back took about 40 minutes. Kudos to the service department.
I am extremely thankful with the customer service Mike Northcutt provided me with. I had a few others answer my call before and they weren’t helpful at all. Mike truly was amazing, he went beyond and above, truly, from our first conversation over the phone until the last encounter I had with him face to face. Again, thank you Mike.
I have good and bad to report. The service writer was great explaining what was needed to be serviced and the cost. I told him I just had my tires rotated by my tire shop so no rotation was needed. After I left and was on the freeway, my low pressure warning light came on. My front tires now have 80 psi of air and rear have 60 psi. I knew the tires had been rotated. I went to get my air gauge from my cup holder and it was gone. It was in there before the service. My bad for leaving it in plain sight. Instead going back to have them rotate the tires back, I had my tire shop go it again. I called to speak with the service manager but he hasnt returned my call.
Positives:I brought my car in for some work to get done and a oil change. They were really quick on getting it serviced.Negatives:When picking up my car I had to wait about 15 mins for them to bring up my car. As soon as I saw my car bring driven up I noticed a black mark on the drivers side door from about 15 ft away. When I got closer to my car I could see that there were 2 black scratches each about a foot and a half long on the drivers side door. I had to go back into the service department and let them know about the scratches. They brought out the iPad to compare photos and tried to convince me that the scratches were already there when I brought in the car and since “I brought the car in dirty it made it hard to tell”. I know for a fact they caused the scratches and the manager assured me they would replace the damaged trim. So, we shall see what happens next.
I’m glad you asked. I was told a oil change cost $45.00 and would take around an hour. I left my car at 7:15 am. I received a call at 9:00 am telling me my car was finished being washed to come pick up. I said I’l be there at lunchtime. I arrived around noon. First you tried to double charge ($89.00)for the labor which you said was a honest mistake. Then you tried to charge for 6 quarts of oil that only took 4 maybe 4.5 after all that I waited 15 minutes for my car to be pulled up when I asked where it was I was told it being washed yet No water dripping or when the young lady rolled down the window No streaking of the window now if it had just been washed it would have had both. Does it take 3 hours to wash a Jeep Compass. I Think Not!!!
I bought my Ram 1500 pickup truck here 4 years ago. I continue to have my truck serviced here every 3 or 4 months for an oil change and tire rotation. Whenever I have been here, the service dept. has always been polite and respectful. They keep my truck running great and have never disappointed me in any way. Even though my warranty has expired, I continue to bring my truck there for scheduled maintenance. If you are in the market for a new or used truck or car, stop in and check out their inventory. There are many car dealerships that you can go to but you may not find nicer people to deal with. For all you guys who like me and love their trucks, stop in at McPeek before you buy anywhere else.
Took 4.5 hrs to get a simple oil change... they constantly lie about how long things will take. They offer rides back home and tell you it’ll be 15-20 mins but really took over an hour. When my car was finally ready they bothered my husband at work instead of calling ME at the number I Gave Them to let me know when my car was ready and when I tried calling to have them pick me back up the receptionist couldn’t get someone in the service Dept answer so she just hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up my calls again it wasn’t until the 10th attempt to have someone answer the phone that she finally picked up, didn’t even say hello and just transferred me over to the service dept. never again .....
Second visit:I went back yesterday to have my lighter/charger fixed. Mike in Service was very friendly & professional. He had it fixed while I waited in the lounge. I can charge my phone now and Im super happy. Loving McPeeks!This was my first visit to McPeeks. I received steller service from George and the mechanic Michael. They made sure they could identify the noise I was complaining about & document all my concerns (i was saving a few not urgent repairs like the phone charger for one visit). One part is on order, but I got my car back freshly washed and fixed. Im very happy I found this dealership!
I have had bad experiences at every Chrysler dealer I have taken my car to over the last 17 years. I was very apprehensive about trying another one but needed a dealer for this particular service.Working with the Service Manager, Craig Martinez and Service Advisor George Medina was a breath of fresh air. They connected me directly to the technician that would be working on my car, Mark, who patiently listened to me rant about my past experiences and what was going on with my car.Within a couple of days, Mark had determined what was wrong and a course of action to repair my car. I just picked it up yesterday and it had been washed and ran perfectly! I couldn’t be more pleased. I never thought I would be able to say nice things about a Chrysler dealership but McPeeks did a great job. Thanks!
Horrible customer service! 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change!! And that is after having an appointment! How could it possibly take that long to change oil? And then no one can understand why I brought by Honda there. I BOUGHT IT THERE ! Why is that such a hard concept for everyone?! If the oil changes were not free, I would not be back.
Brought car in for work another dealership didn’t fix and had a terrible time with service department. Never once called us to keep us informed never called us to tell us car was finished. Didn’t offer a rental car for the three weeks they had my car. Overall not a good experience. On the plus side they did finally manage to fix the problem with the car.
It was the worst service I have ever had in my life.It was there for a total of over 3 weeks.And when I picked it up it was still broken!!!!!They were supposed to fixpower windows that would not roll downpower locks stopped workingfix my back up camera.I went to pick it up after the first week and the vehicle wouldn’t even start!!!Then 2 weeks later I came to get it and my remote (which locks my doors) was dead. So when I got home and checked the door locks only 2 of the locks were working!They charged me $900 for this service and the only thing they did was change a fuse (which did make the windows work).The manager refuses to return my calls so I took my vehicle to audiomotor sports and they fixed it all for $160!I am going to dispute this change of $900 with my bank since the manager will not return my calls.
Our car started malfunctioning and we were in town for a week we live 14 hours away and had to get back Saturday morning. We showed up without appointment and they were super busy when we explained our situation to them they fit us in despite how busy they were and were super understanding, they also have a car service that will drop you off anywhere within a 10 mile radius and pick you up when your car is done. Very nice very good service.
Ive been going to McPeek Dodge for five years and never had such bad service. When I heard a noise from my vans engine, I took it in right away. They had the vehicle for 5 days and never even looked at it. I had to call them every day, sometimes twice to get a y update. They would not call me with an update (because they werent doing anything about it.) After 4 days, I was told their trans guy was out for three days. Why was I only finding this out now? In the end, I picked up the van and went elsewhere. I will not be back. They lost a customer due to their poor customer service and horrible communication.
I was there for 6 hours. I was told 1 hour for the diagnostic and 2 hours for the repair. Mike forgot about me twice I had to go looking for him to see if my car was ready. He was in the “bathroom” they told me when I wanted infonon my car. I waited in the showroom and no one asked if I had been helped or if I would like water u til I went to the vending machine and one of the parts cashiers offered me a water. My phone died and the complimentary charger didn’t work so I asked the receptionist if she had one I could borrow and she just said no- didn’t offer to ask anyone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappointed. Workers were walking around on personal calls. Including one telling someone they got a hotel so they could chill.
Mike in the service department is absolutely amazing. I had issues where my Jeep would randomly stall and shut off. I took it to a AAA mechanic, spent hundreds, and the problem wasn’t fixed. He and his team kept my car and worked on it until it was safe to drive again and I haven’t had a problem since.
Over 2hrs to get an oil change done. Waited 30 min longer to have a tire patch put in. Their machine wasn’t working, so no tire rotation and no patch. Came in at 830 and left at 11:15 for an oil change. Simply not coming back. 2:30hrs for an oil change. Not wasting my time going back for any service.
I am beyond satisfied with McPeek Dodge. I bought my RAM truck there even though I live about an hour away because I got the best deal there. And for about a year I had all the service done there. I was very happy then for the last year I thought I’d try another dealership closer to my home. Boy was that enlightening. It truly does matter where you get your service. I tried 2 dealerships on multiple occasions and they were both a Big Fail! Needless to say I am happily driving to McPeek and will never go anywhere else. I recently had to take my Van for a Check Engine light repair (R/O #6085501). We have the Mopar Insurance and it was the WORST experience ever had with the service department. The Service Department almost never returned my calls to keep me updated with the status of the repairs. I always had to call to find out the status of the repairs.The service was almost none. Repairs took very long, almost a month (from 11/11 to 12/05) at the dealership with no offer from them how to compensate for the delay. I am not sure if management tracks KPI for services but for the service received, I doubt it. This is troublesome since it appears they only track KPI for sales. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars just like the service I received. I will never go back to them and will never buy a Chrysler/Dodge product anymore.

I bought a used 2018 Ram Promaster van a few months ago out of state. When I bought it, it only had 1 key fob. I lost the key fob, so I went down to my local dealer McPeek CDJR in Anaheim, CA to buy a new replacement fob. My van was locked in my shop, and it couldnt be moved I needed help fast.When I went to order the part, I decided to order 2 key fobs and was told by Parts guy Luis Rocha the keys didn’t need programming it was included and not to worry. He had to special order them from back East special order. He said he was going to try to put a rush on the order. I got a call to pick up the keys 2 days later. That was fast, I was excited and rushed down to the dealer.When I got home the keys were not programmed. I instantly became worried and rushed back to the dealer. When I talked to Luis in parts he said he never said they were programmed and that I misunderstood. I became angry and asked for a manager immediately.A man names Paul Lewis the Service Manager came out, and said not to worry he is taking care of the charge of $200 to program the keys for me. He handed me a card. It said “program keys no charge” with his signature on the back. He then said go schedule with service to get they keys programmed for free.From that point, I was treated awesome. The very next day my keys were programmed for free as promised. They shuttled me back to work to and from for this service. They also even washed my van for me.Thanks Paul Lewis and MkPeek CDJR of Anaheim, CA for not only doing what you said you were gonna do, but going above and beyond. Clear check in with my vehicle. All information of service was explained and listed and reviewed with me, as well as estimated costs. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. One thing I would like to see ALL dealer service departments set up different is to have a specific person handling check-ins for vehicles with scheduled appointments. Seems like all dealer service centers check-in vehicles according to the order they arrive in line (this is of course, assuming others in line do not also have a scheduled appointment).
Brought my 2018 Ram Rebel in for a backup camera issue. Although it was no longer under warranty, they covered the replacement and I only had to pay the diagnostic fee.Even better was that Dodge/Ram Customer Service is reimbursing me for that diagnostic charge, so this repair cost me nothing! Ive had several repairs in the past handled in a similar manner.McPeeks and Dodge/Ram really know how to take care of their customers.
I usually have good service but this last time I brought my car in on Nov. 14, I specifically told the technician that my tire indicator came on and that my tire was low and to please check it, which he assured me he would. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, MY TIRE INDICATOR IS ON AGAIN, AND THERE IS A NAIL IN MY TIRE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED AND FIXED!!! Consequently, I have to waste my time going back to the service dept. Im very unhappy with the service on Nov. 14!!
Excellent Experience - Eddie Viduari was my salesman in Commercial...he is professional and able to do what he promised. My vehicle did have 3 things that needed attention (module for the windshield wipers and the cradle for the motor had to be adjusted as well as an alignment) but they were taken care of right away at the service department. I would recommend this dealership and Eddie to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

Dont let them run your credit unless you know your leaving the dealership with a car no Matter what. They Dont look out for there customers. They will burn the briges with the bank and hurt your credit. All they want is to sell a car and theh dont care of the expense of the customer.
The buying experience was great at McPeeks! Although I had seen people leave bad reviews for McPeeks Dodge, my experience was great! They took really good care of my car, gave me a ride back home while my car was being serviced, and all of the routine maintenance was covered at no cost to me (just as promised when I bought my car from them). They gave me the option to rotate the tires for $24. Since they were already covering my oil change, I went ahead and did it. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience 🤙🏼
Last week we came and realized we needed a large down payment as an accident and Corona did a number on my credit. Came back with more than we needed for a down and ready to purchase. We know what we want. They met us in the parking lot and told us they didnt have one and couldnt look for us to get one. Funny.
McPeek made my car shopping experience quick and easy. They informed me well on how leasing a vehicle works. I like that everyone who helped with the purchase of my new vehicle was bilingual. Omar was very polite and informative about the vehicle I purchased. And he offered to be of service for any questions or concerns after I left with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealer to any of my friends and family.
My service contact was Micheal and he was very helpful, kind, and patient. Although his team mates did tend to pick on him a bit, I got the feeling they were a close knit family - working together for the good of the customers. These close working relationships can only develop when those at the top, supervisors, managers, etc., allow the freedom of each team member to fully embrace their work ethics without a micro management environment. Again, kudos to Michael for all his help and to McPeek’s service overall.Good job everyone!
Customer service is severely lacking at this dealer, I have had work done on my charger at this dealership before, had an ok experience. Came in to look at selling it due to downsizing. I had to go find someone to talk to and they didnt seem friendly, told him what I wanted to do and he said I have to go talk to my manager. Ok, so we wait inside for 15-20 minutes with many people passing by, nobody was smiling or asking if we have been helped. Everyone was avoiding eye contact and didnt want anything to do with us. Finally the worker returned, realized nobody talked to us. Disappeared again only to tell us that the used car manager wouldnt be in for another few hours but that they could do an appraisal and call me. After the experience I just had, we told him that we are leaving. Very disappointed with this dealership overall, will not return and this dealership just lost a lot of business. My family has driven nothing but Chrysler vehicles for many years and I will get my next one elsewhere. This dealership just doesnt care.
My van had a coolant leak and I brought it there. I believe they overcharged me to fix a leak. It was the Y joint that had cracked. Its a simple job of removing the Y and replacing it. An hour or hour and a half at the most for labor. I was charged 3 hours labor for a simple re and re. They knew I was from Canada and needed it fixed asap and they took advantage of that. They did fix it for me so I could get on with my vacation, for that Im grateful but I still had a bad taste in my mouth. I dont mind paying for work but the price should reflect the work involved.
Todd was so helpful from the moment I got there. He listened to my situation and was open and honest about everything. He did the best he could to help me meet my price. I got so overwhelmed with the entire process, but Todds genuine customer service made everything run at a slow and steady pace and I never felt rushed. Thank you Todd and Alan!
Miserable rainey day; lost my Jeep keys out of town and cancelled classes due to the “virus”. Everyone was very accommodating. I did wonder however why no one asked me to buy a new Jeep while I sat in the showroom for a couple hours.... even jokingly. I may have bought one. The service person gave sales speeches. HOWEVER, I spoke with Vannessa and Paul (department manager) both whom addressed the warranty issues and fixed my truck. Vannessa stayed calm and respectful even though I was mad about my service advisor lying to me and not being helpful. Vannessa debriefed and took concise notes; therefore, she is competent and cares about building clientele. HENCEFORTH THANKS TO THEM!I WILL buy a Ram and SRT Charger from them and do my service with them!Also, they gave a Dodge Charger rental for free. Some service personal get away being unprofessional because a lot of the clients are docile or Latinos Spanish speakers (who very nice and respectful) who do not challenge their opinions. I can speak Farsi, English and Spanish and have multiple degrees and worked in car sales and mortgage sales.The problem was that the warranty cover the truck!
This my first time ever at McPeek Dodge. I went to get my Mopar Oil Change and recall service. I met two of the best people in business. Sydney, the service coordinator is awesome. She is very communicative, very professional and very caring. Jack Robinson was my service representative. Hes a true professional. Hes very good listener and really cares about you as a customer. This has been a very very positive experience in a very very long time at a dealership. Congratulations to the department manager Craig for good leadership and smooth operations.
My car is currently being serviced. However the service technician Gilbert is on top of it. He has called with updates and notified me of any change. Although my car has been there a few days I feel comfortable that it is being evaluated well. Thank you Mcpeek and Gilbert

2022-04-17I came to pick up a company truck. After waiting for while, I was told they couldnt find the paperwork. So we decided to leave when the fleet manager told us they have the paperwork and to come back in one hour so they can prep the truck. We came back two hours later but was told our fleet manager is busy with someone else at the moment. So we waited for over an hour more and he finally came out, apologized and ask for one signature and told us someone will drive the truck to the front for us. That ordeal took over four hours for a five second signature. I think thats a perfect example of poor service. I wouldnt come to this dealership. I would be sure to go to other dealerships in the future. I do not recommend this dealership.

2022-06-01So we contacted this dealer looking for a wrangler. The sales person on the phone Manny was very rude and hung up on me. A sales manager contacted me shortly after gave me a sob story that the sales person has a lot going on. And I get it we all go through things but when you are working you are working and should be respectful to your potential customers. The sales manager then asked me to leave the dealer ship a good review on google. So we get a bad experience and you want me to leave you a good review that just doesn’t make any sense at all. I would definitely never do business with this dealer.

2022-04-22I got my vehicle serviced here for a recall and an issue with the door sensor. Mike from the service department did a great job and was informative with what was being done to the vehicle. He didnt try selling me on unnecessary services like I have experienced at another dealer. Ill be coming back here to get my vehicle service again.

2022-05-20Took daughters Jeep in for simple service. Oil change, tail light, new key and didn’t even bother leaving the car. The service and attitude of the guy at desk was very unhelpful and unprofessional. He might as well have said from get go, we don’t have time for you, we are overwhelmed and can’t handle anymore new customers. I would have respected that much more.

I made an appointment for a test drive when I went their the sales person went inside to bring the keys to car and he came back and told that this is an expensive car if you are buying today then only I can do a test drive. And made an appointment to test drive the car they should have mentioned it before giving me an appointment I drove 30 min to the dealers lot and turned down.

2022-01-16This trip wasnt great, a 1 star kinda vist. But, the parts guy helped to reach the 3 star experience. My service liaison wasnt friendly from the start. And he became less helpful as the days went on. Dropped the car off for 2 reasons, first the windshield needed the rubber on the bottom fixed, had been told by a car window shop, You need to see the dealer for that piece. So I am at the dealer asked about this particular part of the windshield piece, I am told they dont do windshield repairs at the dealership, but he could order the part and I could find a shop to put it on. I also had a bad battery, but not sure if it was due to my alternator or just the battery. So this is Thursday at 9 am. I get the shuttle home...at about 4 pm on day 1 I get a call to authorize the battery replacement. I ask if theres any other thing wrong. The guy says he wont know until he gets the battery in. But, it prolly wont be done until Friday. I text Friday afternoon, no response. Saturday morning 9 am I call the service department, and the lady has to ask if its ready, hold on. Sure, so I hear someone ask who is on the phone and what car. She tells them , oh yeah its ready. I go to pick up my car, $345.00 for my battery, still no windshield repair. I step over to the parts guy, try to explain again, he says lets go look.Tells me I need to order a *cowl grill* $275.00 and they can put it on for me at the shop. He explains it is $185.00 per hour for labor, but just a sec.. he wants to check something, he comes back says it will take about 30 minutes to put on Im looking at $75.00 insulation fee.So, I ordered the part. And I will see if I can find it installed at a windshield repair place. This was a long 3 day ordeal.

2022-03-18Overall pretty good experience. Enrique (a service manager) replaced the radio on my Wrangler JL free of charge even the vehicle is out of bumper-to-bumper warranty. He managed to negotiate with FCA via Goodwill program.
