I love the apartment has a good size bedrooms and storage. Great in front of the park and first floor.Application not easy to fill out. My landlords don’t have emails and not able to submit my application.Will be nice to submit the information that is available for the applicant.
I would like thank Ms. Heidilyn Binay for a job well done. She handled all our queries professionally and responded to our requests on time. What I love is her very personal approach, she will really listen to your needs and recommend whats best based on that. Surely I will recommend her to anyone looking for a hassle-free property purchase experience.
Just had viewing of Apartment at 4151 Arch Drive in Studio City. The building is wonderfully maintained. The Lobby, Pool area, Hallways, Elevator, Laundry Room, etc are spotless! The Studio Apt I saw hasnt been renovated yet but I can tell it will be lovely. Maclaine was very knowledgeable and kind.
Since we moved in at 326 Reno, it has been readily apparent that Helena is the best building manager we could ever hope for. Attentive, efficient, and most of all kind, she is a shining light in the murky darkness of LA building managers. Great building, incredible manager.
I know Mcintire through Christine Taylor, who manages one of their buildings in Santa Monica. Christine took time to show me available apartment and she was patient answering all my questions about building and surrounding area. She made me feel welcome and building was well taken care off. I did not move in because someone else rented place super fast. I will keep my eye on this building because it is so well managed with Mcintire Real Estate and Christine Taylor!
My building’s manager quit and didn’t inform us so my roommate and I currently don’t have anyone to talk to about maintenance requests. The owner’s assistant also quit without telling us. The company definitely didn’t mention anything.Our wifi is provided but for almost 2 days now our server has been down and neither the company nor the owner of the property are communicating with us about what’s happening. We both work from home and so this is a huge problem. Incredibly disorganized, utter lack of communication, and complete disregard for tenants in need.
Im giving this management company 2 stars because I personally like the property manager at 326 Reno. However, my partner and I have filed so many noise complaints for our upstairs neighbors from the second we moved in. Nothing was ever resolved the entire time 10 months we have been here. We made requests to be let out of our lease months ago since the management was going to do nothing about our neighbors and were ignored. Also, 326 Reno is in a neighborhood that has devolved into a one of the worse crime areas in LA, so we will definitely be moving as soon as our lease is up. Walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear literally everything from your upstairs neighbors.
Recently toured an apartment with Cameron MacGregor and had a very pleasant experience with him. He seemed very honest, knowledgeable, genuine, patient and friendly. I asked a lot of questions 😅😅 and didn’t feel rushed or silly for asking. Beautiful apartments amazing location!! Thank you for your time and patience Cameron!
I want to say that Veronica is a hardworking manager and has changed this building she is always here to help all the tenants she is always trying to help in any way she’s real nice. This building has come a long ways to how it looks now. This management company is lucky to have someone like her on their team.

It was a Christmas miracle!I felt I should leave a good review for them being the 1st apartment management to NOT nitpick every little thing when returning my security deposit in the 26 years (8 apartment move-outs) Ive been renting apartments in the greater Los Angeles area. They only took out a very fair $100 for cleaning.
I am currently renting an apartment managed by this company and they are awful with maintenance requests. I filled a request because I have a leak in my roof since November and the only thing they have done is sent 4 different companies for quotes but no work done yet. I reminded the building manager about this issue a week ago since I saw the forecast for a weeklong raining condition and her excuse was that they authorized the repairs but didn’t know why the company hasn’t come (no one has contacted me to arrange the maintenance visit). Today it rained all afternoon and my restroom is unusable since the leak falls right on the toilet, my floor is flooded and my 6yo slipped and almost fell. On top of all this they sent me a notice of monthly payment increase which we refuse to pay since they are unable to provide a service for our own safety.If you are a building owner DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUILDING TO THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE. We have spoken to many of our neighbors and they say the building had been good with maintenance until the recent change in management. We love our apartment and the neighbors but they are really forcing us to look for another option.
McIntire Management is indeed highly recommended!! Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night(on a Monday, no less). I didnt want to riskserious water damage, so I did a quicksearch and found Fast Response Plumbing &Rooter. I requested a quote on Yelp and theyresponded within minutes. They arrived, andsoon my toilet was flushing like it was brandnew! Appreciated them walking me throughthe process and answering all my questionsBig thanks to Mr. Syed Amri P. I moved in about 5 & a half months ago to an apartment located in Arcadia. I feel very comfortable and safe in this new residency.The manager of the apartment is very diligent and kind. He works hard to keep the apartment building always clean and tries to answer back quickly. Recently, I requested fixing a bathroom water problem and the Mcintire management company responded quickly and sent a worker. The worker was very respectful and he finished his job nicely. I like this management company . If I need to move to other city or place with some reasons, I would choose the housing of the Mcintire management company.
Kudos to the management in handling different concerns and inquiries with quality customer service and great professionalism. Ms. Heidilyn Binay handle our inquiries smoothly and she knows what to offer based on our needs. Highly recommended especially if you’re looking for stress free transactions. ^^ More power!
They did a great job when they hired Arjay. Very courteous, very patient, and very helpful. Definitely the kind of person you want representing your company on the customer service ends of things. If only I could give 0 stars to this company. They tolerate theft and don’t care about their tenants concerns. I have been trying to talk to someone for 3 weeks, nobody is answering the emails, messages or voicemails. Their answering service said “good luck with that” when I asked to speak to the manager.Ridiculous for the premium rent we are paying. 0 customer service, 0 responsibility.
Helena Paredes is our on-site manager, and having her here has been a godsend! Shes extremely responsive and empathetic about tenant concerns, and shes always on top of any minor or major issue that arises (people parked in the wrong spots, trash chute clogs, etc). Its made our lives so much easier!
McIntire Real Estate is the property management for the owner of the small apartment complex at 530 East Cypress Street Covina, CA 91723. It is a small and very nice, quiet, complex with very nice landscaping palm trees, plants that give a relaxing peaceful feeling. The neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. I am very happy and content living there. When Ive needed maintenance service the response has been in a timely manner.
I have been a tenant under McIntire for about a year now. They have been super responsive to any issues that I have had in the last year. I have had a furnace that needed to be replaced and they sent contractors that were very professional. Overall I think their response and interaction with their tenants to be very fair. I had never felt that they had encroached on my rights as a tenant! Really I have nothing bad to say!
McIntire has been such a lovely management company to work with! We had to move to Pasadena pretty quickly and they made the process so easy, and with a discounted price! What I really loved is that they vetted us thoroughly before we could rent - they really care about who lives in their properties. That makes a huge difference because the neighbors are lovely and the building is well-maintained.I want to give a shout-out to Katie Mclemore, who helped me with the whole application process and was such a pleasure to work with!! She made me feel at ease and even helped me when there was a hiccup with setting up my utility bill.Any maintenance request is taken care of ASAP. If we ever have a question it is answered immediately. Such a night and day experience from my previous living experience! Thanks!!
I wish I could give this company zero stars but theres no option for that here. I used to rent at one of their properties in Arcadia. Just awful customer service, property managers come and go on the two years I lived there. You dont know who youre dealing with. the people at the Arcadia office are just clueless as what theyre doing. Just really unprofessional and rude. When I moved out, it took them a month before they returned my security deposit contrary to what was stated on my lease (21 days). Overall a not so pleasant experience. I feel bad for my ex neighbors who still live there, they have to deal with this company and its staffs incompetenence.I just hope management will take criticisms as constructive and will make them improve on service, hire better employees and give tenants a better living experience at their properties.
Stay away from this management company!!! The 5 stars reviews are fake!! Read the 1 star reviews from real tenant experience. This is the worst company ever!! I should have believed my friends they all told me not to rent an apartment from this company but I didn’t listen to them and now I regret so deeply!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Charles wilson is the worst!!! He’d say great things about this world to make you rent from them and once you paid he’s gone!! Rude and unprofessional. Never came on time for an appointment. Very difficult to get responses!
Absolute buffoonery and incompetence.Long story short: The property management company mailed our security deposit to the apartment wed just vacated.Read that last sentence again.Wed provided a forwarding address. Wed called and called. Email after email. Little to no response regarding the return of our security deposit.Finally, when pressed as to why theyd send a check to an address they know to be vacant, Jasmin tells us its the last known address they have on record. I was able to provide her the email correspondence with another representative at McIntire, wherein we provide a forwarding address. When I mention filing a formal complaint with the housing authority, we get a thin apology. Finally, one of us ends up having to drive halfway across LA county to pick the check up from the place we legally vacated over a month ago.Jasmin and the McIntire operation are at best incompetent and lazy and at worst verging on criminal.Im going to be filing a complaint with the pertinent authorities, as this latest episode caps off an entire year of their negligence and carelessness.
Save yourself some time and dont bother with this agency. On three different occasions I scheduled apartment visits and all were cancelled last minute. Why show viewing times when no one is there to show the place? If they cant even manage that, I dont want to know how their buildings are managed.
I had a very nice, ground floor, apartment in the Myrtle Tree complex. Very quiet, peaceful location. The grounds are well kept and lovely and the parking is great too! But the best part is Cinthia, the manager, she is wildly helpful and super responsive.Honestly, I’m only leaving because it’s time to start the next phase in my life, but I will always have great memories of my time at my “dojo”.

I was renting at 4410 Sepulveda Blvd in Sherman Oaks, Ca. The place was beautiful and spacious. Yami was the on-site manager and is she just awesome. Great personality and always got our request done. The reason I gave 2 stars off was because above my apartment (303) were new neighbors that moved in. These neighbors were awful. I complained about them probably 4 times and nothing was done. They would wake me up at 3-4am on aMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night with loud music and jumping. Even though I also went to knock and asked them to keep it down the noise still continued for months. I remember at 7pm I kept hearing this loud bang and it would shake my entire apartment. I went to knock to tell them to keep it down and come to find out they were working out and dropping the weights like it was a gym. I complained and complained and nothing happened. Being a nurse I had to be up at 5am during the pandemic when it first started but never got good sleep. It was awful. Come to find out these neighbors were paying less for rent. This website I found posted all of our rents and they paid about $400 less a month. I couldn’t live like that anymore and dealt with it for months and we finally moved out. Such a shame that they preferred to keep young noisy people instead of people who never really made a sound.
5 days ago I discovered & reported a wall covered in mold, and the property manager still refuses to call me back to discuss the problem. Over the last 12+ months, Ive tried so hard to get a hold of her for various reasons, but she literally never responds to me. Ive actually never even heard her voice. Not through emails, phone calls, or voicemails. I have so many concerns about how this mold problem is going to affect my family, and she cant even give me the time of day to call me back. No concern for my familys health, my home work space, or the fact that this might mean well have to leave the property during repairs. Instead I received a notice telling me to direct any questions to the community manager who is basically just a sounding board. This company makes it clear that they dont care about the tenants, their health and safety, or their humanity. I wish my land lord had stuck with their old management company.
The first three month of McIntires management was challenging for me. Due to age and no interest in learning the technology, I struggled to maintain the paid a bill in person.In this area McIntire allowed me pay rent and have dialogue with a live person. Therefore, I was served by persons rather than automation systems. I could ask real questions, get answers, and receive invaluable advise.
I wish I could give a zero. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! I lived in apartment building 3748 Keystone and began renting from their newly renovated apartment which for starters didnt have ANY kitchen draws??? and no working doors because they hired inadequate contractors. We had constant problems and nothing fixed AND ON TOP OF THAT -- when I went to receive back my security deposit (which for starters they mailed the check on the exact 3 weeks mark, but no email telling me where, when and what check number), when I went to cash the check, THERE WERE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!! Its been over one month now since Ive moved out and still dont have back my security deposit. Not to mention over the time I was renting there, it was a revolving door of dozens of different people from McIntire that were representing our building. They are unprofessional, have no idea whats going on and will give you unnecessary problems that are theirs, and now become yours. STAY AWAY!!
This is one of if not the worst management companies I have ever known, I live in one of their buildings and I have to tell you, God forbid they ever get back to you on something, very very very very poorly managed , I have gone thru 4 different reps so far, no one lasts. Absolute garbage. Avoid any building you see that says it’s managed by this incompetent, careless, irresponsible idiots.
Do not do business with these people, especially UCLA students. They are unresponsive, and you will not hear from someone for weeks even if it is urgent. They just take your money and forget about you. The worst place of business I have ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Had a very disappointing experience with this company when I went to see an apartment in Los Feliz recently.The lack of professionalism made this company really stand out. I found a very promising listing through an online portal, and I had an appointment to see the place with one of their agents, Jessica Ray, who gave me her cellphone number so that we could coordinate. An hour before our appointment, I texted her to confirm we would be meeting there. She replied and asked if we could push back the appointment. I told her that since I had just started a new job and we were during work hours, it would be difficult for me to do so. She agreed to stick to the original plan, but right as I was heading over, she said she could not make it. I asked her to please understand the situation and she said she would clear her schedule and get back to me. Nada. I texted her to follow up twice that day and the next, and I got no response. When I finally reached her in the office the following day, she said she did not recall our conversation and was brazen enough to ask me to stop texting her – this is when she had given me her number and said we could text to coordinate. She also finally found it fitting to inform me that there was another applicant ahead of me and that I was being processed as the secondary applicant.When we finally arranged a showing, she did not bother to apologize. She was professional enough during the showing, and I ended up being offered the apartment. But the tacky approach to the whole thing and no ability to take up this strange approach with management really made me dubious- if they would approach new business in such a cavalier and unprofessional manner, then what might they do if a tenant has a real issue? Im glad I walked away.McIntire bosses: Please realize that renting a home is an emotionally taxing and expensive process for most tenants, and that treating clients with some integrity is the least you can do. I hope you take this and other similar reviews as an opportunity to improve, and that you invest more effort into training your new agents on the right way to conduct business.Regards,Hiten
We had a bed bug scare with bites 2 weeks before moving out of the apartment in March this year and wanted to get pest control to check before moving. They gave us an appointment with pest control and purposefully put it on hold until after we moved out. Never an inspection either. And then, charged us for the bed bug treatment that was done after us moving out and withheld the amount from our deposit. Shady management. The property manager even wanted to charge us for painting the house after we lived there for more than 3+ years.
Im in the process of moving and thought I was ready to pull trigger, but was totally rubbed the wrong way. To be fair, they were professional in dealing with a credit freeze Id put on my credit bureau files on account of someone trying to hack me credit sometime back. Umm avoid this crooked company at all costs.Not only are they extremely unprofessional the tip toe the line of illegal as well. I moved out and they tried to charge me for renovations as well as not giving my deposit back. The building was made in the 1940’s so when I moved out they said that I damaged the 60 year old sink and tub and tried to have me pay.Including a 300 dollar fine for changing electrical socket covers. They painted my windows shut and didn’t fix the issue after it was brought to their attention for a week and tried to charge me for the cost. This company is laughable.
This management is just a failure. They cannot even handle a security deposit return. I am struggling with them for weeks now. Their responsiveness is horrible and their excuse is that they have so many requests and only one person to take care of them. So, people the solution to having so many requests is not to delay them. Hire more people or MANAGE! less number of properties. They did a mistake while charging us for the security deposit and now they are trying to pin it on us instead to resolving the issue with the ownership.
DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!My roommates and I have been trying to contact management for about a month now and we keep getting referred to people who have no authority. Our health and safety are at RISK and management is not doing anything about it. There are TERMITES in our unit that have been seen for about a WEEK and we are STILL waiting for something to be done... Our elevator keeps breaking, there is ASBESTOS in our building and currently the building is under construction, which is DISTURBING THE ASBESTOS TO BE AIRBORNE!! I am scared to come home because of the danger for my health and safety. Water keeps being shut off without warning, they keep telling us to move our cars out from the parking lot and are NOT compensating us (since we are paying for parking spots). There are just holes in our walls that are open and like I said before, ASBESTOS IS AIRBORNE! Will be pursuing legal actions soon...

2022-03-15I have had an amazing experience dealing with Helena Paredes at the 326 Reno Property. She is immediately top of any issues that arise and follows up to make sure your request has been seen through properly. She responds quickly even after hours, and clearly communicates and updates us on any issues with the building. Very understanding and is always willing to aid in problem solving a request. Seeing some of the other reviews I hope she never leaves this property!

Every time I have needed anything she is so quick to respond and gracious well always finding a solution for me and the other tenants.I would recommend McIntire Management to anybody because of Christine Taylor‘s work ethic and dedication to her job I feel protected, cared for and have more faith in the company because of her. I hope all of your managers are as personable and dependable and friendly as she is. 2022-01-31This is our first time living in an apartment and we were nervous about it but Helena P. has been such a great building manager. She’s attentive to any concerns in the building and communicates with tenants to keep us in the loop. She honestly goes above and beyond. She has has been quick to handle all maintenance requests and follow up with us. Would recommend any of our friends or family to live in a building under her care.

2022-06-06Although Ive only been here for a month, I am very happy with the management of this apartment complex. Ive had a few maintenance issues that have been resolved very quickly and with care. As an added bonus, the apartment manager is very friendly with a genuine interest of wanting to make our apartment complex into something more than just a place where we retreat into our individual spaces but into a community of neighbors that know each other.

2022-02-02My experience at 326 Reno has been peaceful, safe, and quiet. The area is nice and very central so its very convenient to get to pretty much any part of LA that you need. Helena, our property manager is very attentive, responsive, and super friendly! She gives proper notice for maintenance things and inspections and if there is something that needs to be fixed, she is on it. She is also pretty much available through text at all times, which is helpful being that things pop up unexpectedly sometimes.

Having lived in a rental managed by this group, I can say that I have had a positive experience (which is something that cannot be said for other groups that I have experienced in the past).Some strong points:-communicative, quick turnaround in responses/inquiries-innovative as they incorporate new tech for making rent payments, adding a work order for maintenance etc.-friendly, which is a big factor for me.I also want to give a shoutout to the Building Manager, Helena.
