The people at front after repeating the order 3xs still got wrong Sausage mcmuffin with egg was missing the sausage A regular sausage muffin only had cheese Went back to take back the order they said they would give me back my money all of it which is about $20 I got $10.45 I used to be a manager At a McDonalds I know how it works There employees need to be trained better Would I recommend this place no Drive the extra few minutes go somewhere else
Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is so trash, I didn’t get my change back I ordered two large drinks and I got a medium plus I ordered a 10 piece McNugget and only got 9, like how bad can it get. The employees or totally nonchalant and don’t provide good customer service whatsoever it’s just a horrible establishment period. I’ve lived in bishop for 4 months and went there once and after this experience it will definitely be the last.
Lucky to get 1 star rude cant get orders right cant even take an order half the time gotta use the kiask blasting mexican music and the people in the back rude very rude will never go there again and we live in this small town and wow i would call them something else but im being nice.wont get my money ANYMORE.
Rude night manager. Asked for 4 burgers got 3. Even asked if everything was in there and assured us before we left. Then I went back after leaving and asked for one because they missed it. Then the manager told me it has with special meat and sorry for the wait. I checked the burger and one of the patties had what it looked like a bite taken out of it. Then he argues with me on how this happened and told him to make a dam burger. Then they called the cops. the cop said hes been there before for similar issues laughed with us shook my hand and left us alone. After all that they didnt give us a burger or our money back. A young nightmanager abusing his power. Bob Morales. Im more upset on how he delt with the situation how he treated a customer which was unacceptable.
Rude drive thru worker, missed me three times, took orders from other lane...then thanked me for giving her a backhand compliment never will return to this McDonalds, plus they are way over priced too compared to other franchises, and they charge $1 for a cup of water. Food was aweful and cold and old, my doggie spit out the biscuit when I tried to feed it to him, even he would not eat it... and my Coke was mixed with ice tea or something which I think was watering it down on purpose all combined with a rude staff :(
Heck how do you manage to mess up McDonald’s? My quarter pounder lacked salt and so did the fries. Signs plastered everywhere that they would charge you for extra condiments and their staff claimed they weren’t running certain promotions despite their website saying they were a participating store and the dates being valid.
Placed an online app order with a coupon code. Then I scanned my coupon code and automatically got charged the original full price instead. I found out the total price was wrong on the receipt and asked them to void this transaction for me. The female manager yelled at us, gave us attitude and insisted that there is no refund once transaction is completed ( which I highly doubted).In the end I got my refund back but it took me way too long. I suggest talking to your credit card company and void the transaction instead of wasting your time with this unethical branch.A young male attendant was very kind and trying to help us figure out the system error but unfortunately there wasn’t much he could do on his end.I saw a lot of similar reviews complaining about the same coupon problem. If this specific location does not want to accept normal McDonald coupon then they could just talk to the headquarter and make it clear. Why bother scamming consumers’ money.
We had one of the people give us the wrong order and when we went back they said we grabbed the wrong to-go bag even though they handed it to us. We were then told to reorder instead of being given the right items. I gave them 3 stars because i feel like this was an one-off kind of thing. If this happens again I will be thoroughly disappointed. It is also super expensive for a fast food chain. One good thing is that its pretty clean.
Standard run-of-the-mill McDonalds, but the facility has been going through a refresh. The dining area and restrooms were surprisingly very clean and looks more modern. The indoor play area was still going through the renovation, so it was not open. The drive-thru line was extremely long at the time of visit.
The employees of the Bishop California McDonald’s are the most lack luster, snarky, incompetent, entitled, and lazy service (un)professionals I’ve ever had the sorry experience of encountering. Their attitudes are always poor in their greeting, they can’t or won’t understand what I am trying to order. Even though I clarify how I want my order and get confirmation from the employee I’m speaking to, they still get the order wrong! After checking my order, because it’s always wrong, and I inform them it’s blatantly wrong; I.e. the exact opposite of what I asked for and sometimes not containing a patty at all, the employees of Bishop California McDonald’s blame me for them not understanding even with clarification by their own admission! How long will McDonald’s allow their culture of customer disservice to persist? I’m voting with my dollars and won’t patronize Bishop California McDonald’s as long as this poor work ethic is allowed. I’m seriously disappointed and never thought the service industry in the eastern Sierra would fall this far. Please some one bring the In-N-Out chain to us. Now that’s a fast food restaurant that has their priorities in order!!!!
Clean, but Ill never stop here again. Small town driving through. This McDonalds requires code to get into bathroom. Long wait for code after I placed my order on the computer terminal. Also probably the only McDonalds in the U.S. that doesnt offer refills. I would suggest eating somewhere else.
We had traveled to Mammoth for a get away and had exceptional service the whole time we were there. I even spoke to managers from several restaurants complementing the staff. Unfortunately as we stopped in Bishop we decided to drive through McDonalds for a quick breakfast. We drove up and the first thing I saw was a sign saying breakfast served all day. When we ordered breakfast she responded we dont serve breakfast after 11. I said the sign says Breakfast all day. With contempt she said there was another sign saying because of Covid they would not be serving breakfast all day. The sign was ripped and smudged and behind us. I told her she did not have to be rude and she told me she didnt need to serve me so we left. She said her name was Barbara. Im said for her as she either doesnt like her job or her life. I hope she finds happiness. Reading some of the other reviews I see Im not alone in my experience.
Tonights experience...super irritating when they ask. Is that all after everything you order...all we kept saying was no thats not all...please someone train them right. So annoying to constantly being asked. Is that all? Is that all? Is that all?And they got the order wrong again...And the sweet tea tastes like its soured...ugh8-3-21 late night run...and surprise surprise they forgot a whole damn meal again...I guess I donated $10 or soYou suck Mds
They told me they would charge me over $1 for the cup of ice tap water, even though I was ordering food. Then they got my order wrong and charged me for an extra sweet tea that I never ordered. Customer service is lacking and the staff seemed incompetent. Plus the quick drive thru experience I was counting on took far longer than it should have.
This McDonalds in Bishop was terrific. I had stopped going to McDonalds for a couple of reasons, but one was because it appeared they didnt care about how the food was being presented anymore. Driving back home from Reno the other day I waited an exorbitant amount of time in line in a long line in the drive thru, which wasnt their fault, for fries and when I got them they were ice cold. I was so disappointed. I tried once more in Bishop, Ca and same long lines, everything was perfect.
They never get an order right. They have people who do not care about their jobs who are employed there. I am a local, born and raised and have never experienced such a lack of customer service than when this kid Daniel is working. I have to go back through every time and tonight I overheard another employee tell Daniel I told you he would be back when he forgot our fries and gave us an incorrect sandwich. All I ask is that you hire a more prideful and respectful staff, its beginning to be clear how unnecessary it is for these employees to be making $15 per hour for minimum wage.
Could have been better. Tried the big Mac with bacon. Accept there was no bacon on it. Every McDonalds I have been to can never get the order right. I work at a fast food restaurant and that is very important and serious where I work. We get great reviews because we do the greatest in customer service. But this McDonalds is one of the worst. The management doesnt care either.
We went inside to order food and use the bathroom. They took awhile to take our order, but what was most aggrevatting was that their bathrooms were closed to customers. This McDonalds relies heavily on customers traveling to and from Mammoth Mountain and we expect a bathroom when driving hundreds of miles. I will not stop at this place again.
The guy who took our drive thru order was rude and talked to us in a condescending manner. Even tried to make us pay for ketchup. When we said theres no way were gonna pay extra for ketchup when we ordered 2 big mac combos and 2 cheeseburgers the guy eventually gave in and got us ketchup but not before rolling his eyes. He had no name tag too.
Honestly this place is not bad then the posts claim it to be, the staff is nice and we got our order perfectly fine. Why 3 stars? Because looking at the line is like waiting for a ride at a theme park. This will often cause people to look for another place to eat. It could improve in speed.
All I ordered was an iced coffee. It took way longer than it should have, and when I got it you couldnt even taste the coffee so I asked them to pour some out and add more coffee...that took another 5 minutes! And it was still VERY sweet and milk heavy. All this while there were less than a handful of people in there.
Horrible service. I went through the drive through, the line was long. When I finally got to the window to get my order, I had to wait 10 minutes... Watching the employees laughing, cutting up, chatting... Anything but working. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. It certainly isnt fast food. The staff was lazy. Too much clowning around. Never had such poor service like this in a long time. I asked the girl for ketchup and the salt and pepper :never got it. She was too busy flirting with another co-worker and acting all cutesy. Horrible service 😠
This is the best McDonalds Ive been to in a long time. The burgers were made fresh and tasted better then usual that i have eaten at other McDonalds. Also the girl in drive thru was so patient and sweet while taking and giving our order. We had 3 separate orders that one of us changed twice and she just took it in stride with a big sweet smile.
There are many reasons why I did not like my experience in this McDonalds. The crew was unprofessional (you have to hear this), they got our order wrong (typical), and the service was really (really really) slow.We went through the drive-through on our way to Lake Tahoe from LA.1: When we placed our order, they didnt ask Is that all? or Anything else?. They didnt repeat our order to make sure they got it right, they just didnt say anything and didnt tell us to move to the next window. Then, when we got to the first window, I immediately noticed that the crew lady was not in her uniform but instead in a pink shirt. A PINK T-SHIRT! How unprofessional! How do you forget to wear your uniform to work! They could have sent her home to change instead of having her stay there in front of the customers wearing a RIDICULOUS PINK T-SHIRT!2: This is a common problem with fast-food restaurants but Im going to mention it any way. We ordered a Large Chocolate Chip Frappé and instead got a small one, so we have to pull over one and of us had to go inside to get the right size Frappé. It was an inconvenience but nice because we got to keep the small Frappé.3: Now, let me talk about the insanely slow service they have. This branch is not a fast-food restaurant. We had to wait for twenty minutes for our order plus the time it took for them to give us the right size drink, which takes the fast out of fast-food.With all these reasons together, I really dont recommend this branch of McDonalds. I think there is another branch near this one. Go there instead.Now, between you and me, I wanted to like this McDonalds visit, but Id give it zero stars if I could!I hope you see this Alex and Christine Schiefer and I hope this somehow gets into your podcast, Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet.
Fries were old and lukewarm, McRib was cool. Cashier very nice and helpful. Didnt appreciate staff yelling across the room to other employees (in Spanish) then laughing loudly....very rude and obnoxious! Bathrooms needed cleaning as did the dining tables and soda counter. This location had continued to decline over the past few years...sad!
Coming home to San Diego from Tahoe, we ended up grabbing lunch to eat on the road from this MacDonalds. Hot food, cold drinks, quick service especially given how busy it was. I will have to say that my chicken nuggets did not come with the sweet and sour sauce as I requested. That was the only downside, but chicken nuggets plain is not very good and a very easy thing to get right.
Slow service, seemed confused when ordering an item which was on the board behind the counter and had to ask the manager. Chicken was dry and had clearly been cooked and held for too long. Food also took a long time (by fast food standards) and the restaurant was not busy. Staff too busy laughing and joking with each other and preparing their own food. Floor dirty too. Come and visit a McDonalds in the UK and learn a bit about how to run a restaurant and about customer service too.
We drove through on Sunday, May 17. We ordered 20 pieces of McNuggets. After we got up to the main road we drove back and informed them they didn’t give us our 20 piece. They wanted to charge us for the angle price instead of 2 for 7.79. McDonalds in other locations have adjusted the price. This location is not a good McDonalds. I rate them a “F” for customer service. We left without my husband having any food for our long drive. They owe me for this. Now he is drinking coke for his dinner. The women who took the order needs to be fired.
Got two Happy meals. One didnt have the nuggets. Both yogurts were hot. I watched them pull it out of a unrefrigerated container. I addressed the issues and they gave me cold yogurts and found the nuggets. But if I hadnt checked my kids could have eaten them. Even though they fixed the problem I cant ignore the glaring public health issue.
Relatively clean. Although neither stall in the bathroom had toilet paper.Reason for my rating was that I kept seeing customers going to the counter to complain of a wrong order. In the short time I was there, this happened 4 times. This has to be adding to shrink.Manager reading this and want to address the situation? Look at how much fooling around there is going on at this location. Indeed, even my cashier seemed distracted throughout the transaction and ended up not charging me for 2 of my 5 items. Pretty ridiculous.All that said, everyone working did seem friendly.
Quick stop to pick up food, on our way to Mammoth Mountain. Typical McDonalds Fast Food quality. Location Was Really Clean, out side was clean, inside was clean, and the Restrooms were very clean. they have an Indoor Play ground for the kids. My kids ran around the playground for a few minutes to let them stretch their legs..
I actually thought that this was the worst McDonalds I have been to for awhile. Not the service because that wasnt an issue. The staff was nice. It was the way it was setup it only had one station for drinks and condiments and the one of the two ice machines didnt have ice. We ordered a sausage mcmuffin and 2 orders of the sausage burrito and 2 iced mochas. When we finally got our order we just got the food. The iced mochas we waited for about 10 more minutes for the drinks by that time I got to the table and my food was cold and everyone i was done eating. Just think that if needs a better flow for customers.
I ordered my burger with no mustard and extra pickles, and it came with extra mustard and no pickles. Yuck. Unfortunately, it was a to-go order and i was several miles down the road before discovering the mistake. My frozen caramel frappe was also partially melted, because it was made first, while waiting for the fries to be ready. Also, like most things in this area, the prices are a bit higher than thr chain elsewhere ($4.99 for a filet-o- fish sandwich, for instance). OTOH, the fries were typical tasty McDs fries, and the man who waited on me was super courteous.
Took 2 managers 15 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund for a botched transaction. A coupon provided in the app for this location was not considered valid, which was the root cause of the problem. The increased cost wasnt as much of an issue as the time wasted doing nothing. Didnt even really fully resolve the problem. All in all fairly friendly though
The French fries were fast fresh and flavorful. The bathrooms were reasonably clean for a busy Saturday afternoon. The internet, though not fast, worked. Appears to be a well run McDonalds. Just what you would hope for in an extended bathroom break and snack on a road trip
The good: stopped to use the bathroom on our annual Tahoe trek. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The bad: I tried to order a hot chocolate. Despite being on the menu (at a hefty $4), the cashier wasnt sure they could make that. Someone from the back said yes, they could. We waited probably 8 minutes for the hot chocolate and my husbands caramel macchiato. Macchiato seemed like standard McDonalds fare. Hot chocolate was hot but not chocolate. Tasted like warm milk product. Also bad: no A/C in the kids play area.
Just got home from the bishop mcdonalds. It was cold inside. A woman inside said it was cold and said something about it. So they kept running the air conditioning. I am not homeless. Now I have to use the bathroom,wash my hands with cold water. Next I get to dry my hands with the cold air the hand dryer is blowing. Not happy about my experience today.
This place took Fore......ver to complete my order. Its took 30 minutes for only a 10pc, lrg fries and lrg drink ...😩😫. Then the employees look their newbies. Only one fountian drink machine work, other broken.. Even the soda syrup wasnt refilled. Ask them to fill it up and still no replacement..🙄.. trash was overfilled, tables not wipe down, bathroom needed cleaning. For a Saturday, and high volume area of travelers, this McDonalds would be fully staff. But guest not😢😢😢😢
This restaurant is my favored. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the food they offer is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Place is clean, service is great. At lunch drive thru is very busy. During the week if they are not busy they will close the lobby early. The close at 11 pm most nights earlier than that. Check your take out orders they are usually missing something. This is a typical McDonalds. Prices are sky rocketing. Breakfast is the best choice in town for a fast food restaurant. This McDonalds has a inside playground for your children. Its awesome.
Worst service ever. 20 people standing around with thumbs up you know where. I would rather starve than go here again. I work hard. I don’t waste my money. It was wasted here on family road trip. Ray Kroc would take a flame thrower to this place if he was alive. No wonder Mickey D’s is going down the toilet. Worst customer service. Go to in and out and see good service.
I was going to order by Drive thru at Plaza Blvd. The lady asked what we wanted to order. My husband said we are looking at menu. Then she raised her voice and said WELL SAY SOMETHING THEN! We put the car on reverse and went to Carls Jr down the street. We couldnt believe how rude she was.
McDonalds is well .... McDonalds. This location however was weird. The guy working at the front counter was a mouth breather and just stood there staring at you slouched over. Bro, have a little pride in the work you do. Second, ordered 2 nugget kids meals. No sauce for either, when I asked for some the girl rolled her eyes and gave me 1. Im like trust me these kids wont share 1 ranch can I have another. The slouching male sighed and gave me 1 more. The mcchicken was barely warm and when I had them add extra pickles they put a total of 1 pickle on it. The food upset my stomach eventhough I took all the bread off. Yall want 15 an hr?! No thanks!
The bathroom smelled, and the floors were dirty. The big mac was really dry, over cooked, very little sauce. To make it worse, they had the Big Mac on special for 2 for $5, we ordered one $4.89, no one told us about the special when ordering. We saw it show on the digou tal sign after we got our food, they wouldnt do anything about it.
Easily the worst McDonalds I have ever had to the horror to stop in to, and I will eat almost anywhere. Flies everywhere, one of the workers could not understand my order (that being a Sausage McMuffin with Egg), people waiting up to 30 minutes for burgers and fries, and people swearing to never walk into a McDonalds again. On the upside, I did meet someone from Germany here.Avoid this place. Run. Go to KFC or Taco Bell. Just not here.
My wife went into your establishment this morning for breakfast, after paying for it she went to visit the bathroom and wash her hands, the manageress was sitting close to the toilets and said they were closed, my wife asked why as she needed to clean up, manageress said there closed because of covid...My wife walked out and was welcomed across the road at another restaurant.
The Bishop McDonalds is doing some major price gouging! We stopped in for breakfast on 5/24/2019 the bill was $29.27 and for the same exact meal we purchased from a McDonalds in Ontario CA. On 5/27/2019 just a few days later, the price was $21.21 we were told the outrageous increase in price was do to new new management. We are Bishop residents and will not be going back to the Bishop McDonalds as well as making our friends and family aware of the gouging.
Just ordered six mcdoubles. No one to help at either the pay window or the pick up window. Waited for some time, finally I got to pay, then five minutes later got the mcdoubles, there were only five in the bag. I had to walk back in to get the sixth. Upon going in saw at least six employees 3 of which werent busy at all. One of the busy employees asked me what I needed, I told him, he reached behind some bags and magically produced a mcdouble sandwich from nowhere. The guy was the same guy that helped me at the drive thru. And then he blamed someone in the back.
Long wait for cold food. Cashier acts like coupons come out of his wages. Last visit took 40 minutes to get food w only 1 car in front of me. Cold Big Macs and fries as usual. Mc Doubles were still warm. Isnt like food gets cold on the 10 min drive home. Suspect fries and Big Mac are bagged 20 mins or more before Mc Doubles. Also lose 1 star for closing at Midnight.
6:10pm and the crew seemed to be out of control. Yelling at the manager Cory, yelling at the customer that their order was made wrong. Yelling at the back as to whether or notthe quarter pounder meat was ready. No name badges on. Finally our meal at6:26pm.Would suggest more training for all staff, on customer ediquite. So sad, were locals but if were seeing this think about our tourist guest.Danice Balint
This McDinalds is very slow, understaffed and rude . They forgot one of my items ( a $1 menu item) when I received my order , I handed it out to the kids and when I informed them it was missing , they called me a liar . I found balky got my $1 item but not before listening too them bad mouth me in Spanish .Don’t waste your time , jack in the box or Carl’s are better for fast food drive thru .
Had a good breakfast here this morning, and just had a great filet of fish, lettuce wrapped. When you go bunless at mc Donalds you tend to spotty results when it comes to packaging and quality. Getting a super hot filet of fish with nice melted cheese, tomatoes and neatly lettuce wrapped was great! Enjoyed Bishop in general, like this mc Donalds very much.
My mother and I were returning to Spokane Wa from Victorville Ca. Stopped in to get my iced coffee and get some breakfast. First off the guy taking our order didn’t seem to be awake or something cause he sure was not paying attention. My mom ordered a McGriddle meal and I a big breakfast. Along with my large iced coffee and a Carmel frappe for mom. When our order came it had our drinks, 2 McGriddles and the big breakfast. When I tried to inform the guy that the order was wrong the guy was like yes 2 McGriddles, I said “No my mom ordered the meal, there are 2 sandwiches and no hash browns.” He then proceeded to fix this issue and I was like ok (not super impressed) mom and I were having our breakfast when I took a drink of my beloved iced coffee that I desperately needed since I had been up for a number of hours. I almost choked on that first drink because there was no sweetener. My mom took it up to have it fixed and the same guy just put plain granulated sugar which if anyone who loves ice coffee knows granulated sugar will not melt into a already cold drink. I then took the drink up and asked him for a new drink. He at first proceeded to argue then decided to make the drink. When it came time to put the liquid sugar in he put it and the iced coffee on the counter and proceeded to shoot the sugar into the cup getting harder and harder with each pump to where on the forth pump the sugar splattered all over me and my jacket. I then asked for a refund and was told by the guy ”I didn’t mean that” no apology. I told the guy he need a new job.Will never go to this location again. Please go the extra mile and go somewhere else.
Horrible customer service, under new ownership, unfortunately was sold to someone who owns to many stores already so they dont care, this place is just another number to them, and what is worse is that I think McDonalds corporation has lower their standards so low. I will be filing a complaint to McDonalds corporation and not the office of this family owned franchise, hopefully they care a little more, they may not be aware of such situation.
Whats up with the young boy working here ? He seems like he hates his job. Also he looks like he is passing judgement on everyone that orders from him. He treats people like they are dumb. Also he messed up orders while I was there.. hes kinda rude. Other then that its a McDonalds.

The woman who is in the front sneezed in her hand and cleaned her runny nose with her fingers. Right after she took the fries box and with those fingers opened the box ( the red fries holder) and put the fries in it. Basically her boogery fingers touched the bottom of that fries box to open it up. Ew! I obviously did not order from there!
This is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been too... They messed up my order this morning and I went back to have them fix it and they still couldnt get it right... Almost everytime I go through the drive-thru they mess my order up. Im convinced that its because they have alot of spanish workers that cant speak english. This is america and if you cant understand english then get the hell out

2022-07-21This is the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. The workers are apathetic and rude. It is dirty and the food is awful. My son gave the cashier cash with $2.55 due in change. She stated that she didn’t have change and actually said, “I don’t know what to tell you. Just deal with it.” Fortunately, another patron saw this and came to the rescue with change. There is also signage around related to time limits and refill policies that make you feel like a criminal just for being there and bothering them. this is a McDonald’s that depends on passing tourists who don’t know any better. My advice is to keep on driving!

2022-06-16We were heading home and passing thru and got hungry, so we decided to have MacDonald and you cant go wrong with their improved in food tasting and with their special coupon deals. Spent lots of $$$ on vacation and save a little its good since gas fuel had been increasing and will increased more in summer time! We really enjoyed our food and the facility was very clean and up-to-date.

2022-04-16My daughter and I were driving through town and wanted to get the old reliable #2. Mine was with a large Coke. Everything went quickly. After pulling away and on the Freeway I put my straw into my favorite drink from my favorite place 😋. The Coke has obviously been sitting for hours🙁 because the soda wax totally watered down and when I opened the lid there were 3 lonely cubes floating. UNDRINKABLE.UNACCEPTABLE! especially after spending $18.45 😒Buyer Beware!!

2022-03-26OK. I NEVER go into McDonald’s expecting GREATNESS, but this was THE MOST disgusting McDonald’s I’ve EVER been in! You needed a code for the bathroom, so I was thinking it would be clean. Nope. Not clean AT ALL! I bet it hasn’t been cleaned in the last week! Got my food & the fries were soggy & the hamburger tasted like it had been in rancid grease ALL day! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

2022-07-04Make sure u have ur order complete. I wanted to order an extra medium fries on the window where I pay and the manager came out and said “we are too busy to add medium fries” lol way to go making McDonald’s their money guys! It’s was JUST medium fries! RidiculousNever coming here again, every other place would have granted me another order of friesOH AND I GOT CHARGED FOR A MCDOUBLE AND GOT A REGULAR CHEESEBURGER. RIDICULOUS

2022-07-04Very poor quality service couldnt even place two orders, if I wanted another order they wanted me to go back around thats pathetic. And the manager was very rude and unprofessional. This mcdonalds socks and their staff as well specially their manager. If I could give a negative 5 star I would. And they messed up my order. What a wate time.

2022-06-14I went through the drive-thru which took approximately 13 minutes. I ordered a milkshake and a double cheeseburger. I got to the window and they told me they could not do the milkshake they were out of ice cream. So I just got the cheeseburger which was very good, but disappointed about the milkshake.

2022-07-18Drive thru configuration allows for autos to cut line and restaurant does nothing about line cutters. Always backed up to main street.

2022-07-16I ordered a cheese burger but I got a plain Patty and no cheese, no nothing. Kinda bland and disappointing . And I was stuck in the drive through for awhile.
