The Staff Were Back And Forth From The Play Area Talking To Friends And Giving Free Food, Drinks And Mcflurrys To Their Friend That Was Hanging Out Playing Music On Her Phone... They Werent Enforcing The Rules Of No Food In The Play Structure... Just Wasnt Clean Enough For Me, The Floors And The Tables In The Play Area Were A Mess PERIOD...
They don’t let paying customers use the restroom, I would suggest to go to another McDonald’s. I had my little one that was hungry and needed to use the restroom badly so we bought food here and to my surprise customers can’t use the restroom so my poor son had to wait a little bit longer. If I would of know they don’t let there customers use the restroom I would of avoided this place. Come on guys other locations bathrooms are open why are you still denying customers access.
Waited 5 minutes in line to be told to order through kiosk. Ordered through kiosk waited 20 minutes order was never made. Was asked to see order# she looked at the receipt funny so I just asked for a refund and received one with no apology. This place is the worst under staffed door dash orders always come first! drive thru second, and dine in good luck!
To the Ate-up Managers- if there is a problem with a drive-thru order and the customer calls and you take the customers Name in order to get the replacement items, a list should be available for other Managers/employees to provide these items.An employee just took two seconds to ask about two replacement McDoubles and told us no one knows about that. His customer service was unacceptable in trying to correct the initial problem, now there is another problem.We paid for two McDoubles on 22 February 2022 and did not receive them in our drive-thru order. Now we wasted a trip through the drive-thru to get those replacement McDoubles.Can the managers handle this problem at this and any other McDonalds establishments that forget food items that are PAID FOR and NOT placed in the bag?
Went there tonight just looking to buy 2 apple pies, they were all out.. so I asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies and they only had one left so I bought it.. but when I went to the window to get it they said I would have to wait 5 minutes while they baked it. If they would have told me that they would have to bake it I would have went somewhere else.. it was cold sitting in my car waiting for 1 cookie.. Oh.. and then just the other day my husband and I went to McDonalds and ordered a mcdouble and a chicken sandwich.. easy right? Left the drive thru opened the bag and there were 2 mcdoubles.. yuck.. I dont eat beef. what a waste
After waiting in line at 9PM at night wanting to order a cookie tote as well as a hot fudge sunday, the person at the speaker said a little late boss, mc Cafe closes at 8PM so i asked for a cookie tote and he said, they only have 3 cookies left. The Mc Donalds closer to my house for some reason will have hot Fudge Sundays past 8PM as well as fresh cookie totes each time i have ordered them. Sometimes i even went as late as 11PM and they still gave us these products. Im not sure if this is just because these people at this specific location are just lazy or what, But each time i have been to this location it has been nothing but headaches and bad experiences. Just drive to another location to get a better experience and better service. Trust me.
My partner and I enjoy McDs carmel frappuccinos, and at a fraction of the price of other popular coffee shops. We also enjoy the Chicken McNuggets, Double Doubles w/cheese, and French fries. McDs is always consistent on quality and price with friendly drive thru staff. I am only giving 3 stars for this visit because there we a few missing McNuggets. Other than that, all was good.
After waiting in line for a while, my order was repeated more than twice. Ordered a kids meal with a cheese burger. When I paid confirmed the order and when I pick up the order made sure the order was correct. Got home and I received nuggets instead of my confirmed three times for a cheese burger... Never go back no joke . 😡😡😡
Drove to this mc Donalds from the deer valley one because that line was looking loooong, only to find out mc cafe closes at 830pm. Which is ice cream and shakes. Thats fine. I order a cookie tote, was told they only have 4 cookies left and no option to get more. Seems weird. I always go at 1030 pm after work for sundays and a cookie tote and they always make me fresh cookies. So not sure what the problem is. Lazy? Tired? So am I and I want my cookie tote. Get it together and stop calling people boss.
Frys were cold, items were missing, order was taken down incorrectly, staff was rushing us and I honestly wouldve been better off popping the last bag of popcorn I had left at home. Id like to say I wont be back, but I will. Next time give me hot food and give me the right order!
When I walked in, there was a lot of the food alarms going off, staff looked unorganized and were trying to get things done as quickly as possible, bathroom was a mess and one of the food handlers was chewing her gum with her mouth open. Not to mention, one of the tables had garbage on it. Over all, poorly run and I have seen this place do better.
Will never visit this location again.I waited in a deep line (drive-thru was also backed up) for 5 minutes and only one customer was served during that time. I was the 7th person in line. I could only see 2 people working (though I couldnt see very deep into the cooking area). The same person who was taking orders was also delivering them. There was no way I was going to wait 20-30 minutes for mediocre food.
The place is in bad need of leadership and guidance. The employees were doing cashier work and serving the foods (dirty money handling plus food not a good combo). The employee doing my service was trying but wasnt sure of procedures and everyone seemed caught up in their own problems so no help was forthcoming to him.
Food was hot. Customer service terrible. I felt like an incovience. Not to mention the women working the drive thru pick up window is complaining about poring another coffee. Its 9:36 am and by the way your job is to pour coffee. You picked the job. Enjoy it. Nobody smiles or says thank you. However Im sure McDonalds doesnt care about that. Only $$$$
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful concerning use of ordering kiosks. Asked to eat in but put food in bag with no napkins. When asked for napkins staff was rude. Napkins not available for self serve. No salt packets were available either and music was extremely loud. Difficult to carry on conversation. When asked if it could be turned down a little we were told they dont have control of volume. McDonalds Radio. Will not be returning to this location.
So sick of missing food EVERY time we go here. Also its been 6 months and they still havent figured out how to get soda working. Was not even available for months, no sign either. This means, you get in Drive thru and are stuck ordering, since they never post a sign indicating that somehow their most profitable item, is not available.But this review is not about the soda, but the management here overall. This is by far the worst McDonalds , consistently, that I have ever been to. I am not sure why it is so difficult to match an order to the receipt. Today was missing so many items, that even after we parked, they still stole money from us by not providing the food ordered.Also the phone number to call, is aa fax line.Call District manager to complain so the management is let go and they can find some capable people to run this place. How can you be out of soda for months?!
I walked into this store and found employees playing around while I waited to order. The drive thru employee told another to take my order. A male employee came toward me and told me I had to use the kiosk. I said I want to order at the counter and he stated he couldn’t take my order. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they could not take my order. Everyone is to use the kiosks. I asked why there cash registers had credit/atm readers and she said those are used for cash sales only. Note: when paying with cash you don’t need to use a credit card reader. Bottom line these employees don’t want to work and their customer service is lacking greatly. Won’t ever be going to this location again!Other Mc Donald’s (with kiosks) still take a customers order at the registers.
Just went through the drive through at 9:40pm and theyre out of sweet tea, and their milkshake machine is broken. UNACCEPTABLE! The girl at the drive through had a bad attitude also and wasnt willing to compensate us for them not being able to fulfill our orders. I wont be going back to this location EVER again and also will be writing a complaint to corporate.
This place deserve A zero review . The lady manager there and the employee are very very rude I never went to any restaurant have attitude like them ........ will never go back there again and will ask my friends not to go there I’m sure a lot customers experience this ! And I’m sure they put a lot a lot of the fake reviews to keep the reviews high . Go there check it out !!!!! U can just go there order and eat or go . If you ask them any questions godddddddddddddd. What can i say? Its your typical Mc Donalds. There are somethings that do require mentioning though. First and foremost they are slow at peak hours. I know i know, its peak hours right. But they are incredibly slow. With 5 cars ahead of me in the drive through, i got to the window with my food in 20 min. Thats a long time to be waiting. It just seems like theyre always short staffed. Another thing worth mentioning is that they typically close half an hour before they are scheduled to lose. Why? Because again they are short staffed and cant continue service. That is what ive been told when ive gone with 30 minutes left to close. I had to go home empty handed.Sometimes they close a whole hour early. . . Other than that, its just your run of the mill mc donalds.
Drive here abd saw the drive thru wrapping around the building. Went inside instead but it took almost 15 minutes to take our order due to the customers indecisions and the cashier helping with the backlog. It took anothet 15 minutes to get my order after asking what the hold up was. No boys toy for the Happy Meal. My burger was lopsided, one of the 10 pcs. nuggets was cold, had to go back for a missing chocolate milk for the Happy Meal and everything else was alright. Big Mac Meal-ok. Happy Meal-good. 2-Cheeseburger Meal was good.
Miracle did her thing at the front, from what I seen she should be training to be assistant manager at least because the manager on duty was hardly no assistance to her. There was a rush there was no attempt to back her up.. then they had a delivery which caused the manager to send the custodian into the lobby to ask handicapped patrons to move their cars for the big rig. This angered customers and they took frustration out on the younger staff while the supervisor just kind of slinked around the whole situation. Food was good, customer service was good. The cashier Miracle held it together while being bombarded for at least 30 minutes straight, unnecessary. Lacks proper management. Step your game up amigo
Look I get McDonalds is a fast food joint but my god this is a disappointment. Never go here for the love of god if you wanna live past 20. Their food will slowly kill you, your more likely to get an infection from their food than swimming in a pool of moss. And you have a better chance at winning the lottery than their ice cream machines working.
This being the closest McDonalds to where I live, Ive been here a number of times. McDonalds is the benchmark for fast-food, and everyone knows what to expect here, and this location usually delivers the goods as youd expect.Service has occasionally been spotty, which isnt surprising given that most of the front-line jobs are entry-level, but there are rarely any real problems with the staff. The few times theyve made a legit mistake, theyve fixed it.The biggest problem at this location is the clientele. Its very close to Deer Valley High School, and when school lets out, its swamped with teens who tend to be rude and make big messes, which can overwhelm the staff in their efforts to keep the dining area clean. There is also the occasional trouble-maker customer (not necessarily a student), and the staff sometimes struggles to deal with them.But overall, the food is good (for McDonalds), the service is mostly good, and they do have free AT&T-provided WiFi like all McDonalds locations, which is always a plus. Nothing is very good, and the worst elements are mostly out of the control of the staff.
It says open 24 hours. However I just arrived there and waited about four minutes at the drive-thru for someone to take my order. No one came, instead of telling me that they werent open, they shut off the lights. While pulling through I saw them sitting at the first window watching the monitors.
This has got to be the worst McDonalds I have been in. The service here is retarded. They have no human resources skills towards there customers. I ordered a coffee @ 11am and did not get it till 11:26am. They had no coffee made. They need to fire this morning shift and higher a new morning shift.
Indoor PlayPlace :) I think all locations of McDonalds should have an indoor PlayPlace because a lot of people and I love McDonalds PlayPlaces. Most locations of McDonalds do have an indoor PlayPlace now a days. Most McDonalds PlayPlaces are indoor have the bouncing up and down letters in their sign which a lot of people and I love, cool, colorful, and modern now a days. Most modern locations of McDonalds do have a PlayPlace. Most McDonalds buildings without a PlayPlace are getting an indoor PlayPlace added. Indoor McDonalds PlayPlaces are more cleaner, safe, and modern than the outdoor ones. Indoor McDonalds PlayPlaces have more cool stuff like basketball, video games and air hockey while the outdoor ones only have the play equipment. All McDonalds buildings with an indoor PlayPlace are the best McDonalds buildings in the world so there for I think all McDonalds buildings should have an indoor PlayPlace so kids can play at McDonalds during severe wheather, and hot wheather indoor safe and sound. Indoor PlayPlaces are my most favorite part of McDonalds buildings. Most people and I love indoor McDonalds PlayPlaces because indoor McDonalds PlayPlaces are more clean, safe, and modern than the outdoor ones. The indoor McDonalds PlayPlaces are very popular, common, cool, and modern.
We arrived at McDonalds at 1:08 thats the time that was on my ticket and my order was taken I received my order incomplete at 1:25p.m why it took so long is beyond me there were plenty of crew working at this time when I did receive my order it was incomplete I had ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasnt with it I had to wait another 20 minutes and then to come to find out it had been sitting there the whole time not even under the heat lamp the young lady that took my order was very nice about it and she kept apologizing but the rest of the crew that was working just had no urgency whatsoever to be honest it was not even busy if it had been I would have understand will not be returning to this location.

2022-06-02This is my go to place. I order on the app, pull into my spot and MAGIC! my order arrives quickly at my window by a pleasant staff member with my food. My kids love it still so I come here. Never has there been a mistake on my order which saves me time overall!

2022-07-22Horrible!!! Ordered my family dinner from this location because my daughter chose to eat here for her birthday. First off my wife burger was undercooked and the meat was pink. I had brown wilted lettuce on my chicken sandwich it tasted gross. My youngest daughter had a old busted open sweet and sour sauce with old dried sauce on the side and hair on it. They forgot a cheese burger that was ordered and paid for. The fries tasted old. To top all that off I spent close to $100!! Wow really never giving this location my business again!!

2022-05-06After a round of golf, my friends and I stop in to get a soda to cool off. The soda is good, the price is the best, but getting someone to ring you up and give you a drink cup is like pulling teeth! Otherwise, its all good.

2022-03-31This location is horrible. I ordered chicken sandwiche fries and a Sprite, what I received was two pieces of dry bread 1 little piece of chicken and 1 pickle. The Sprite taste like mildew water. I called the location and spoke to a young lady who claimed to be the manager. Well after I lodged the complaint she told me she is following corporate rules and if I didnt like take it up with corporate and hung the phone up in my face. Now what kind of customer service is this. Dont waste your time or money at this location. What a joke

2022-06-28Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 McChicken Biscuits, got the chicken on mcgriddles, which is disgusting plus Im a diabetic. They always seem to get something wrong whether in person or delivery. Go somewhere else.

2022-04-30Was asked to wait in a parking space by the front doors even though only 1 car was behind me and all those spaces were filled with other cars. Then half my order was missing. Basically had to wait 30+ minutes over 3 contacts with the staff for the same order.

2022-04-10Was not greeted well. Asked for coke zero, was told they only have diet. I have ordered coke zero before, at a different location. He said they never have had coke zero. This McDonalds has never been very good. Wont be returning to this location.

2022-04-11Very disorganized, people in drive thru had to get their food taken outside, others came inside, those inside were leaving bc drive thru orders were being prioritized over in store customers. It was madness. 🤪
