I bought 3 burgers and large fries and they dont give me any ketchup, what a service is that. I dont suppose to ask for ketchup if I bought fries any way I never come back there and I give them 1 star because I dont have the option to give them half of it
Every normal the sandwich was pretty good
For the second time running I have ordered the delux breakfast and stated I wanted all sausage. The first time they said they couldnt do that. This time I got no sausage and all bacon. I did repeat myself twice to make sure they understood. Last time here for me.
Im not much for fast food but I do like the shakes and Smoothies. They have good desert and such. I cant imagine doing a regular meal here but I do like the chicken salad options. Very convenient for a quick drink and all that, just wish that McDonalds locations wouldnt do away with all of their play areas. That was fun for a quick stretch or a rainy day while with children.
Cold fries, dry burger/no sauces or condiments, diet coke when I ordered reg...very bad!
I consider that McDonalds location as a 50/50 chance due to their success with getting my orders 100% right about half the times that Ive ordered meals there. However even with that being said I must also add that the food was really tasty and the employees were great about correcting my orders .

I share the sentiment of most of the reviews I read. Place is very clean efficient but the service is marginal. I was served by the manager and he was so cold...unusually so. It must be something personal, and Im definitely not going there for the service. Food is good, per usual. Exactly the same at every McDonalds. Cant be mad at that.
It was late on Christmas Eve 2017 and they were just closing and kind enough to take our order and let us sit inside. Food was consistent with what you would expect from Mcdonalds. For having to work on a major holiday late a night, the staff had a good attitude. Thanks.
Manager Michael Moreno at this location needs customer service training ASAP. After ordering, paying, and waiting in the drive through several minutes for my food I was informed they didn’t have the item I paid for. Michael was unprofessional and in accommodating. I won’t be back!!!
I didnt eat here, I was coming from San Bernardino to meet my sister at Eaton for a hike straight after work and I used their bathroom to change into my hiking clothes and refilled my water bottle with water. They were very nice to me and everyone working there were smiling and friendly, they couldve given me a hard time but they didnt which is nice. It was also very clean.
No wait,ordered fast through the self order tablet, had to drive back since they forgot to give me the oatmeal.fries are too crispy and brown,a bit too much salt.

Everytime I go to this McDonalds or any McDonalds for that matter they are absolutely incapable of taking your order correctly. Especially when they have limited time deals they always try to avoid doing them for whatever reason. Its the main reason I dont like going there for myself or eating out in general. Always disappointed with their customer service and attentiveness to the details for their customers. You either end up paying more for what you ordered or they neglect to add something on and you pay a base rate when referring to their limited time orders. Best thing to do is go somewhere else. I will be sure to take my own advice on this matter.I could honestly make something more better at home but sometimes when on the go, the convenience of getting a quick meal can be very inconvenient. lOl
This location is clean. Parking is usually not a problem. I get the breakfast muffins and biscuits and they are consistently good.Today May 22 I ordered chicken nuggets. It took a little time to get my order but they were good.
One of the employees, I believe his name is Marco, is always working hard. I see the lines of cars pile up and he gets the line moving and always gets my order correct. He’s the only reason why I come to McDonald’s. Give him a raise
This McDonalds location has been renovated so its clean and nice inside.When ordering from the drive thru* window, always double check your order when you pick it up because theyve managed to mess up most our orders. As an example we ordered sweet tea and they gave us regular unsweetened iced tea.Other than this issue, its ok to get a quick bite from this fast food restaurant. *There are less errors when your place your order inside.

Been here numerous times. More than half of the time, orders were wrong when used drive-through.Workers seemed nice and try to be helpful. But most of them really dont take their work seriously. Looks like if the manager is not doing it, something goes wrong.Although its located is a fairly good neighborhood, avoid get out of school time if you dont want to dealt with misbehaving teenagers.
The place is always clean, Steven is a great manager and Lian was extra nice at the register. The staff are warm and personable which made my dining experience that more pleasurable. 5 stars
I was pleasantly surprised at the nutritional quality, taste, and price ($1.52, including tax) of the humble side salad. I can count on my fingers the number of times I have, in 17.5 years, patronised the McDonalds a block from my house, but I could make a habit of this little salad! The place is clean and tastefully decorated, and the staff is friendly and fast. My only complaint is that at least three flies had made their way into the dining room, and nobody was doing anything to get rid of them. Being the sole dinner at the time, I was pestered mercilessly until I finally retreated to a hot and muggy table outside. It really should be an assigned employee duty to swat flies in the restaurant in the summer time.

This McDonalds really started to look good up until a few months ago. Literally every time I have gone I the past 6 months (4-5 times) they have been out of something. This past time they were put of bags.....handed me my food item by item....another time they were out of cups. Makes me not want to go while I guess is not a bad thing
Typical McDonalds. Nothing special. Same food, average employees. Nothing and nobody stood out for amazing or going the extra mile. Although for the time of the visit it was pretty busy and hadnt expected that as a walk-in. Had no time to dine-in, so got the order to go with just barely enough time to get elsewhere. My order was prepared within 5 minutes, not a record, but over all in decent time.In the early 1970s when McDonalds was better, it was pretty good with decent portions with decent prices. Today, the beef patties have questionable ingredients, the chicken nuggets when being made in the factory youd never eat if you were to see the process before the final product. My favorite, the Big Mac, is still good even though Ill get one once every few years because its very unhealthy and Drs know it per tests done on those doing a McDonalds food binge for the McDonalds food test and found to be very unhealthy unless just once in awhile. Other McDonalds restaurant fare isnt good. The key is moderation, and not often at that...unless Dr visits and medicine to offset what the food does to the body is whats preferred to do. Ask your family Dr to confirm or deny all this, and the information is found in many prestigious medical magazines and journals specifying the dangers of the food. This is opinion based on fact, and based on evidence collected by those doing the McDonalds food tests, plus proof in all places where there has been medical scientific investigations. Yes, I like the food in taste and consistency, although expensive for the small portions, but bad for health if consumed often. This isnt saying boycott or otherwise, just caution. After all, it IS YOUR HEALTH!!! No ill will is sought against McDonalds. You be your own judge. Do your own research and decide.It did seem some orders were behind and they were trying to catch up (ketchup...lol) to where they needed to be. They were friendly and helpful though. The drive-thru was pretty busy with a long wait starting from the driveway.It was pretty clean inside considering how busy it was. Vacant tables were clean though. The soda fountain area was clean and well stocked with everything in place as it should be.
The service is fast and the coffee from their espresso machine is great when it works.

Really good service most of the time I do drive through so the time is very important so the rep took my order got it right the first time and they got my order correct once I paid.
It was my first time in a year at McDonalds. When I asked if it was a mistake receiving only one half of a cheese slice on my Filet of Fish sandwich, I was told by staff that its policy (at least since they have been there). They do not prepare them with a whole slice of cheese any longer. My $6.25 doesnt buy a whole slice! I will no longer vote for it with my dollars.
I had an order of fries they were cold, a hot chocolate that was horrible, and they took a long time on auto service, I have the same order on different Macdonald’s and is better taste and experience.:(
Terrible customer service! I work nights near here and its one of the only places I can get food this late. Employees leave the window as soon as they hand over the change or food. I dont even get a chance to ask for ketchup. I dont blame them for hating their job, but they can at least treat customers with some polite manners.
As always McDonalds has delicious food. I was craving the special that they have right now the 2×5. It was delicious and well worth the money. Mmmmmm I am loving it!!!!!
Its great when u go any time during the day. But at night, they have the worst service.They dont make any of the special sandwiches, or the ice cream machine is shut down for the night, but its only 9- 10pm!
McDonalds isnt known for quality or freshness. That being said, this place is consistently the worst McDonalds ever owned. I live around the corner, and unfortunately eat it more often than Id like (which would be never). I dont understand how a business owner could be so out of touch with their business so as to allow a group of managers and employees to operate at 0% integrity. WORST MCDONALDS EVER

I bought a McDouble and a McChicken to make a McGangbang. THANK GOD I decided to make that MGangbang because when I opened the cheeseburger one of the meat patties had a bite mark in it. Not big, just a small, but OBVIOUS, bite mark that wasnt visible until I took the bread off. Not only is that DISGUSTING, it was also inconvenient for me to have to drive back and return my food.I did not ask for anything besides a refund, but the manager had a rude snippy attitude with me when I gave her the food and drink back. That gives me the impression whoever is serving food that has been in their mouth did not get in trouble and will do it again. Never coming here again.
Bought a happy meal for my child. There was no toy inside the happy meal box. How could that be missed? Its supposed to be a happy meal....not a sad meal like what we got.

My wife got some food for my daughter from McDonalds on Altadena and Washington in pasadena 12/12/2017 at 5 PM with in an hour my daughter started to though up we took here to the ER around 830 pm she has food poisoning from your establishment. After being there for 12 hours she is being admitted in the hospital she is really really sick . I came here for lunch and ordered a classic chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was too crunchy and hard to chew. I also ordered fries and a soda. The fries were good.
Ordered a breakfast meal and when given the coffee they crushed the edge of the cup so the lid was not secure. The scolding hot coffee immediately spilled all over my hands and lap, burning me instantly. The employee said, “my bad.” , and handed me napkins. Never asked if I was ok, never offered any care or even ice to apply to my newly burnt hands and lap. I was livid to say the least. The employee had ONE job and failed miserably. I had to go home to change my clothes and apply burn ointment to my hands and thighs before I went to work, which I was late for. If any of you go to this establishment, make sure the lid of your beverage is secure before accepting anything from these incompetent teenagers.
Service is sometimes a bit slow and the drive thru line is long Sunday afternoons. Parking is lacking when the large 18 wheeler trucks deliver items during peak lunch times.

80% of the time the food is great. On occasion the fries are not cooked. The worst thing is sometimes they get your order right. Other then that its great.
It gets extremely busy around noon on the weekends, but other than that, this place has the fastest moving drive-thru out of all the other nearby McDonalds restaurants.

I was there today an order two large sweet teas and they gave me unsweetened teas and when I tried to call it kept hanging up on me.
Had a lady just sitting watching us eat.. and some of the employees were too involved in having conversations with each other and eating behind the counter. Totally oblivious to the customers in line.
The employees are all very nice and warm they remember those who are regulars and make sure to get your order right.

2021-06-08This is a vanilla latte.... more like food poisoning . when I went to tell them about it, they quickly interrupted me and tried to quickly explain about their machine not working, sort of rushing me out. Thats not okay. The lady just wanted to give me a refund and leave. ... It would have been nice to also get my receipt the first time but the girl doing drive thru never gave us a receipt and left after the transaction. I get it , you guys are probably short on staff but thats very unprofessional to walk away and not give a receipt or even ask if we wanted a receipt ... double check your food and drinks

2022-02-20I felt a little rushed my person who is taking my order just seemed a little pushy and the parking experience is kind of s***** cars were blocking in other cars from trying to reverse out drive through was packed it was pandemonium it was mayhem I will never ever go back to this McDonalds ever

2019-08-10Went to 7-Eleven across the street for black iced coffee, and they were out, asked the worker where is the next 7-Eleven so I can get iced coffee at the same time I looked up and I saw McDonalds across the street and I told the guy never mind you lost it today sir McDonalds wins. We both laughed about it and I went to McDonalds and I got the one of the best black iced coffees I have had in a longest time I was so satisfied thank you McDonald

2021-10-08I basically get what I expect here, but I wish that McDs would join the many other burger chains that offer Impossible or Beyond veggie burgers. Also a message for this location: replace the ink cartridges on your drive-through receipt printer or replace the printer. If I only once got an illegible receipt, then fine, but it happens a lot.

2021-06-10I dont understand why they cant get my fries right when I keep telling them extra crispy. Well done they call it, I say well done and i say but I want them extra crispy like almost burnt so they get the point----after waiting a few minutes like in any other McDonalds, then my flimsy old soft fries come out not like all McDonalds.

2021-10-27Cashier was very nice and polite. I couldnt get my wifi going for deal of the day code and he said he would honor it anyways but when I got to the window the 4 digit code popped up.

2021-11-29Disappointed...the double cheeseburger was cold and dry, even the fries were cold...I asked for a come and got a diet coke, BIG difference! They dont Care any more??
