I bought a diamond ring/setting many years ago at McCartys for my mother. She passed away and I returned there to have the setting replaced. While I originally wanted to custom design a new setting, it didnt work out. Page was able to accommodate and give me full credit for the previous purchase and a new ring of my choice.

I have a single.piercing - my left earlobeMy friend and I were on our way to have lunch at Legends. I stopped on to see if I could purchase a single stud. They were very helpful and considerate. I bought a garnet stud for a very reasonable price.

Contacted McCartys over the phone to ask if they could adjust a watchband (not purchased there)and they said they could. I also asked if it would be possible to wait for the adjustment and again they said no problem. I brought the watch in and within 20 minutes and several adjustments the watchband fits perfectly and the price was very reasonable.

Really a fan of this store. Great service and knowledge. It’s hard to find small, independently owned Jewelry stores who give you that small mom and pop feel. Support this small business in Long Beach. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is lovely. Everyone asked if we wanted to see anything or needed assistance in anyway. Had my necklace cleaned — I can honestly say I have never seen my necklace shine so brilliantly. Thanks for the complimentary cleaning, was a great opportunity to see the jewelry selection.

My husband and I took my rings to be repaired and a bracelett to be cleaned and a charm added. They did an amazing job! As always service was so friendly . I have been a customer since the 1980s. Would never go anywhere else. Picked up my rings today soooo beautiful. Thank you McCartys Jewelry family.

McCarty Jewelers is the best. While it took sometime to get in due to COVID distance regulations, representatives were very attentative.😥 They will be closing for good. Who else can we trust with our precious jewels?

Its taken me over a year to write this review because I just didnt know what to say about my experience with McCartys. They were extremely helpful when my husband went in to pick out an engagement ring. When he wasnt seeing anything Id love they even helped him design a custom ring with my grandmothers diamond as the center stone. The ring they made me was a beautiful concept, but executed poorly. After he proposed to me I had to awkwardly mention that the band didnt meet up with the center stone. There was literally a space where the metal didnt connect. You dont know how awkward it is to tell your new fiance that the ring he just gave you has a flaw. But I had to mention it because I was worried the ring would break. When I brought it back to McCartys they happily took it to fix it but mentioned they had rushed to get it done. This was puzzling because my husband never asked them to rush. When I got my ring back the second time the band connected correctly but the center stone was off center and very wonky. Worried I was being too critical, I asked others for their opinion and everyone could see it. I asked McCartys to fix this. This is now several months that Im without my ring and newly engaged. So when people in my life are asking me to see my engagement ring I had to lie and say it was being resized. Because I was moving I asked them to send it to my new address and they happily agreed. But I was super anxious about getting back another imperfect ring long distance. When it finally arrived it was completely different. In order to fix the wonky center stone they added a bunch of prongs around the smaller stones. Changing the look entirely. They also raised the center stone a quarter inch up above the rest of the ring when it used to sit flat. I couldnt bring myself to call McCartys again and instead emailed them. They called saying they would fix it. But I had to have my husband talk to them and explain we just werent willing to try again. They had messed it up 3 times and it just feels horrible to love the concept of the ring and not the way they made it. Now we are married and I have to find a local jeweler to finally fix it.
