Plan was to browse and see what’s available and ended up buying a mattress. Jennifer was very informative and knowledgeable. She showed us different options, answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us. The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend that store to anyone looking for a mattress.

We came in just looking around for a mattress and to compare prices. we were preparing ourselves for a difficult time or only expensive options being available outside of our price range. we were completely wrong! their associate michael gonzales provided excellent customer service, he was super knowledgeable about every single question thrown at him and probably the best part was he was very patient throughout the whole try out process on the showroom floor. i highly recommend visiting this location if youre in the market for a new mattress.

Christian at Mattress Firm was so courteous and attentive. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to buy anything. We will definitely be back to purchase our beds at Mattress Firm.

I purchased the Posturepedic Spring Bloom 12 Medium Mattress and I love it. I purchased online after visiting the Chino Hills Store. Christian helped me with ordering. Everything went well from beginning to end. Very happy!

I would really have liked to share my positive experience with the Chino Hills Matrrss Firm store. I was greeted by an employee and found a bed that I really liked by the end of the visit. We set up the delivery - I even made sure to confirm that Matress Firm delivered to the area I live at before placing the order and was told yes, but only once a month, on the 18th. That was ok with me, it was the 12th of May so no problem there. The return policy was explained, card handed over for in full payment. I walked away very happy with my decision. Then, a day before delivery, I received a call from a Chino Hills store employee that the order had to be canceled because Mattress Firm conveniently changed their nationwide delivery method the week prior (the very same week we had placed the order). Now, Id have to either place an order for $2500 or cancel the order. I asked the employee to cancel the order, please. Then the employee informed me it was going to take 3 days to unlock the account before the order can be canceled. When I didnt see a refund to my CC, I called back 4 days later but was told the order was canceled May 12, not May 20th, and it would take 7-10 business days to receieve a refund. I decided to wait until after the 7-10 business days were up from the 5/12 cancelation date to call back if I hadnt received a refund to ask for the date the order was canceled so that I can plan to pay off the remaining balance that I currently hold on my card (plus the interest charged for the mattress order). Today, 5/27, I called because I wanted to know what date the order was actually canceled. The employees response is that Mattress Firm has updated the stores computer system, and its going to take a while for the store employee to locate the account so hell have to return my call. I get it, its Memorial Day weekend and the store sounded busy, but I was also a customer of the store and should also recieve the exemplary service that a successful order receieves. Thats just good customer service. Even a, let me place you on hold and I will get back to you when Ive located the order would have been nice. Regardless, this, combined with the fact that you cant speak with a Matress Firm rep by phone and by Live Chat they cant help you with store orders, means that at least I will never place an order with Mattress Firm again. I hope that Chino Hills a) receives quicker updates from Mattress Firm about policy changes, b) re-trains their employees to service customers quickly, kindly, and efficiently, no matter if their order was placed successfully or canceled because of Mattress Firms policy changes and c) amend their customer POS model to speed up refund time, because 7-10 business days is just much too long in todays society. I was initially very happy with my experience at Chino Hills Mattress Firm, but what followed has made me a very unhappy customer.

Me and my wife stopped this location to check the Purple Mattress product. To our very surprise, the saleman, later found out was the store manager Liam was very knowledge about sleeping products. Even give us few tips about washing, fitting and comfort for different body type. We are very happy that it was a great experience. we end up with Purple 3, motorized bed frame and 3 purple pillows. He even give us few purple sample to take home. Amazing experience overall. AAAAA++++++

This place was wonderful. I walked in there just to browse around and look for a double bed. We talked about all of my options since I already had a twin bed which did not have a frame. He was able to talk me through everything from all of their double beds to their mattresses to their frames. I ended up buying a frame for my twin bed and it was very reasonably priced. He was just so nice and I got a great deal.
