I had an exceptionally good experience with Mattress Firm in Chino Hills, CA.When I first arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by Vincent Villamor, the sales representative. The store is very well organized and heated (it was mid-40s and windy cold outside). Vincent did an excellent job in asking questions and allowing our conversation to flow. He is also a good listener and showed me a few beds that were all comfortable. I had many technical questions and took good notes. We eventually settled on the Purple3 Hybrid mattress with the MF900 adjustable base. The purchase process was easy, and we had the bed and base delivered and set-up within the week. There was a minor issue with the Purple pillows as they were out of stock at the Mattress Firm warehouse, however, Vincent was able to authorize a pick-up of the pillows at the Corona, CA store. Our first night on the bed was (actually all of our nights are) very relaxing and the massage feature put us right to sleep. We wake up well rested and ready for the day.Overall, my wife and I are very happy (hard to tell with the masks) with the bed and the sales team, including Mike and Kim who did an excellent job in helping to answer our questions. I would just like to point out that my wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Vincent was the one that helped us initially and he was very informative and not pushy we took all the information that he provided for us and a quote he gave us home with us to process everything and returned a couple days later and we were then helped by Jennifer which was also a pleasant experience and she did a very good job even though they were super busy at the time. Only thing I would add is we went with a Tempur-pedic mattress and they are expensive but that is on the manufacturer. Excellent experience would recommend to friends and family.
My husband and I were looking for a firm and comfortable mattress. We walked Mattress Firm in chino hills store yesterday and Vincent helped us. He is very knowledgeable and effective. Kyle did a great job in helping me choose the right mattress for my parents. He made sure i was presented will all options especially within my budget. He patiently explained to me the differences , pro s and cons of the mattresses i was interested in and from there i was able to choose the perfect one. Walked in casually on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by Vince. I liked how he broke down the mattress selection process into several steps that made it easy to not get overwhelmed. He was very knowledgeable and was able to apply my feedback effectively to help me find my ideal mattress. He also made sure I had all of the information I needed for delivery and setup of my mattress and came off as very genuine through the entire process. Definitely would recommend for those who don’t know where to start when choosing a mattress!

Jennifer was awesome.I called the store and knew what I wanted, and she instantly found it for me in stock: Tempur Pro-adapt Medium Hybrid. In less than 5 minutes, she had the order written up with an adjustable base, pillows (a $300 savings promotion) and delivery installation. They sent me a payment link via text message and I was able to process the payment immediately through my phone! I recently went to Mattress Firm in Chino Hills and i have to say that my experience there was spectacular. We were met at the door by a nice gentleman by the name of Christian. He greeted us with a friendly smile and some nice chitchat . He proceeded to show three type of beds. A plush, a medium, and firm to ensure we chose the correct mattress for my wife and myself. This is especially important since we are expecting a child and my wife needs the perfect mattress. Once we established the type of mattress, Christian showed us the different brands and types of mattresses they had. A few more customers came in and he kindly excused himself as he greeted the new customers, but he made sure to constantly check up on us as we made our decision. He didnt pressure us into buying anything, he laid out all the possible options and made us make the choice that benefit us the most. He showed professionalism and friendliness that is hard to come by with some of these mattress sells teams. 10/10 rating for Mattress Firm Chino Hills, and a 100/10 for Christian. Highly recommend!!!
My family and I had a great experience today. We were instantly greated by Vincent, which provided the best experience buying a new mattress. We honestly were just going to look around and get an idea of what we wanted but Vincent was such an expert that we ended up loving the mattress he showed us. He did a great job in explaining how important it is to buy the mattress your body needs. We appreciate all his knowledge and great family like customer service. We went in looking to purchase a tempurpedic for the first time and was helped by Kim. He was extremely courteous and made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He never once came off pushy which is what we appreciate and gave us al the time we need to test the mattress. After taking our time figuring out what mattress we like kim kindly answered any question we threw at him in a very friendly manner. We end up purchasing the mattress with delivery just this coming Sun! We left the store excited and Kim def help us made the whole process Much easier! Needed a mattress and box springs for our guest bedroom and visited Mattress Firm in Chino over the Memorial Day weekend. Prices were great and service even better. Our salesperson Vincent was friendly, professional and we never felt pressured to buy. He showed us several options in our price range and once we made our selection, the sales price made it impossible not to select a new foundation for our daughter’s room too. Had an amazing experience here at Mattress Firm in Chino Hills! I had been stressing over purchasing a bed for weeks now, comparing prices and a bit nervous to spend a huge amount of money. I had such a wonderful experience here. Usually I’m hesitant to try these stores, but I walked in and was immediately helped by Vincent who kindly showed me to the mattresses within my price range. I have a great experience with Vincent. He was very good at explaining to my mother and I the difference of the types of mattresses and their durability. He was able to help us and guide us through what we should be looking for in comfortability and warranty in how long our choice should be lasting. He was able to give us a deal price for the budget we had even though we went over our original price. He was very professional and concentrate, highly recommended this location and Vincent as your go to man.
Husband and I initially bought our Purple 2 mattress back in November. We were helped by Vincent and he had a very personable demeanor and very knowledgeable advice for us. We slept on our mattress for 3 months and found that it just wasnt the right fit for us. I needed a softer mattress as I am a side sleeper and it just didnt feel good on my shoulders. We were within our 120 day trial period and came back to exchange the mattress. Vincent was the one to help again and he made sure I felt happy and comfortable with the mattress we exchanged for, he even showed me more options that had not been available the first time around.We have chosen to stick with Purple but have switched to the Purple 3. It has that extra give I need for the shoulder area and Purple is a really great mattress considering I sleep hot. All in all it has been a journey but we were very lucky to have had a kind and understanding experience with Mattress Firm.
I came in to buy a mattress and although I no one was immediately available to help, I was greeted and reassured that someone will be able to help me out. I was glad as it gave me time to look around and get a feel for what I wanted to buy. Vince was the person who helped me and he was just awesome. A retired Air Force Vet who is friendly and helpful. He took his time asking me what I was looking for and showed me all the available options in the store. After narrowing it down to 2 mattresses, he didnt pressure me at all as I was having a hard time deciding between the 2 mattresses. Eventually I made a decision and the checkout process was a breeze. Everything on the invoice was explained to me and no hidden charges. I was however charged extra ($99) to have the mattress brought into the room upstairs. I kind of expected this so I had no problem with it. Mattress was delivered in less than 24 hours. All in all, price included, Im very satisfied with my experience with Mattress Firm and will definitely buy from them again. Maybe the Tempur-Pedic this time around. :)

Went into buy mattress topper because our bed was too plush. Vince greeted us and explained what our options were and took his time explaining to us and showing us different products to lay down on. He is very knowledgeable guy, nice, cool, and funny. Didnt try to pressure us to buy something that was out of our budget or make us rush to decide what we want. He worked with us until we decided what we really wanted and gave us all the savings he can for us. Next time we need mattress, will definitely go back to Vince!

I went in today not expecting anything. After researching online we wanted to feel out mattresses and tested them along with some pillows. Kim was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He made sure our needs, questions, and concerns were all addressed. He had other customers, the phone ringing, and delivery workers calling for his attention but he still took care of us first and was able to multitask and tend to them simultaneously. For my first and only experience at Mattress Firm, it was great! Kim is awesome and now we are just waiting for our order.

We bought a Purple mattress here. Kim helped us with our purchase. This location offers all of the current promotions that purple.com has. Kim also helped us get discounts on some of the items we purchased. He was also very helpful with finding items at other locations. Very highly recommended.
Right when we entered, Mike was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. He showed me what to look out for when choosing a mattress and helped me narrow down my options. Because I got the head and foot adjustable base, I thought the installation would be difficult so I payed the $150 delivery and installation. However if I were to do it over I would just have them delivery to me for free and I would install myself. Other than that, bed, installation and delivery was good.

Kim was awesome! I went in just needing a basic twin mattress for my two year old. I absolutely loved that he didn’t try to get me to look at anything crazy expensive or talk me into a nicer mattress. Me and my husband decided to change out our 14 yr old Cal king memory foam mattress. We decided to stop by Mattress firm to check out all different mattresses. We were greet by Liam, he show us few mattresses after hearing what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, end up it was really helpful. after 1 hr, we purchased Purple 3, I believe my husband really want Purple from beginning, we just need to try it out. Overall very happy with our experience and purchase at matters firm. The sales associate who assisted us was Liam and he conducted himself in a very helpful manner. Never pushy about anything. Liam met every one of our needs and made sure we left satisfied with our purchase. I purchased this purple premier 3 hybrid mattress from mattress firm Chino Hills. Kim the manager there was very knowledgeable and professional he made my choice and purchase very smooth and felt this is a trustworthy company. I made my purchase for my son who has multiple sclerosis and needed a good matress helping for pressure points with his adjustable base. Delivery was fast as promised in2 days ( January 1st 2021) delivery people were very pleasant We highly recommend mattress Chinohills and the purple mattress

I recently purchased a mattress online with Bobs Furniture. Somehow my mattress got lost in transit and Bobs Furniture basically said oh well there’s nothing we can do. I’ve had a good experience today at Mattress Firm. All the associates were attentive and I shown examples to make sure I pick the right bed. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Liam was an honest and helpful guy and I highly recommend using them. They worked within my price range and I walked away satisfied.

Vincent was a huge help with an internet order that was delayed due to Covid. I went in to the Chino Hills store and he showed me some mattresses based on my sleep preferences.I’m pleased with the choices I saw and tried out.I hope I don’t need a new mattress for a long time, but if I do, I would go back to Mattress Firm.
Marco was great to work with; very informative and patient while I tried out half of the mattresses in the store (well, maybe not that many). I ended up purchasing a floor model and got a good discount. I know this is common practice, but I am not thrilled that there is no return policy on floor models, though they do offer a 5 yr warranty. So while it is beneficial to purchase a mattress in person so you can try them out (and, of course, if you buy new this is not an issue), but getting a great deal on a floor model comes at the cost of no returns. So you better be confident in your choice! I scheduled a delivery for my mattress, box frame, and frame at a 50% discount, but ended up picking it up. Getting a refund for the delivery was easy and both guys in the store helped me load everything.
Friendly sales person, not pushy, provided us with a lot of information and showed us a range of products, I was hesitant about prices and he showed us a range is different prices as well so I can compare. Great service without all the pushiness you get from other stores. Also the store was very clean, everyone wore masks, and they had covers for you to try, so they really made you feel comfortable in these times. Delivery was also great!!

We walked into this mattress firm because we saw it after we had finished dinner. We were just planning on looking around and feeling what the different mattresses feel like, but we were greeted by Marcos, who was so friendly and patient. Husband and I came in and were helped by Liam. We already knew what we wanted since we shopped around online and called different places. The reviews for the mattresses we bought are good. Came in and tried them out, two mattresses for our kids and they felt good. No sink even when my husband laid on it so they will be good for the kids. Only gave four stars because Sit N Sleep has lower delivery fee and free delivery with purchase of over $300. Our purchase was over $300 but there is still a delivery fee so that’s why I didn’t give five stars. We’ll be picking up our mattresses ourselves in a few days.

I went in for the Sealy Plush Hybrid 14” Mattress that I had been looking at online for the past few days. I met the sales associate, Santiago, and he was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I did not have the intention of getting a Tempurpedic base with the mattress, but he sold me on it! I have acid reflux and even trouble sleeping on my side due to having broad shoulders, which with the base will help to alleviate both. I highly recommend speaking to Santiago for all your questions on finding the perfect and affordable mattresses and other accessories!

I have real problem with Mattress Firm business model and maybe other brick and mortar stores like them.My biggest take away is if you really want to save money definitely try the online retailers first. If youre in the market for Nectar and Purple, maybe other online bed in a box companies, please save you money and order online first.The restocking and pickup fees are horrendous!My story.I have been in the market for a new mattress. I tried Nectar and Dream Cloud but have always missed my Beautyrest Black Mattress so I went to Mattress Firm to find one. Chris, the sales person, said they dont have one and the Beautyrest Beyond is their version of it. I tried other mattresses while I was there but was fixed on the features of the beyond because my Beautyrest Black was so amazing.Long story short. I bought the mattress. The medium version and immediately hated it when I slept on it. It was as hard as a rock. I called Chris to complain and he did say that the mattress will need to be broken down and settle. He said to walk on it and sleep on it for 3 weeks so it can soften up.Its been 3 weeks and my back still hurts so I returned it than rather exchange it. Either way, if you exchange or return the mattress youll be stuck with the added fees. Fees that were not present when I purchased a mattress online.Now I have to eat up $600 worth of charges from the restocking and pick up charges. To me its a big rip off especially since I only used the mattress for 3 weeks and they will later flip the mattress later for profit. The new buyer will benefit from it being broken in and the company profits from me and the new customer.The margin on this mattress is over 60%. Either way you look at it the business makes money and transfers cost to consumers.Please do yourself a favor. Skip stores like this and order online. It will save you money if you shop around.

Liam asked the right questions and explain the difference between the spring and foam matresses (the type we 1st bought) and directed us to another matress. They were so helpful! We desperately needed some type of boxspring solution for our townhome that we just moved into. All of the crazy turns in the stair well made it impossible for us to move our bed, so we were left tired with no way to move our bed into our room. They helped us find something more compact that would work for us! It was a little victory for the day and it was greatly appreciated.

2022-05-28I would really have liked to share my positive experience with the Chino Hills Matrrss Firm store. I was greeted by an employee and found a bed that I really liked by the end of the visit. We set up the delivery - I even made sure to confirm that Matress Firm delivered to the area I live at before placing the order and was told yes, but only once a month, on the 18th. That was ok with me, it was the 12th of May so no problem there. The return policy was explained, card handed over for in full payment. I walked away very happy with my decision. Then, a day before delivery, I received a call from a Chino Hills store employee that the order had to be canceled because Mattress Firm conveniently changed their nationwide delivery method the week prior (the very same week we had placed the order). Now, Id have to either place an order for $2500 or cancel the order. I asked the employee to cancel the order, please. Then the employee informed me it was going to take 3 days to unlock the account before the order can be canceled. When I didnt see a refund to my CC, I called back 4 days later but was told the order was canceled May 12, not May 20th, and it would take 7-10 business days to receieve a refund. I decided to wait until after the 7-10 business days were up from the 5/12 cancelation date to call back if I hadnt received a refund to ask for the date the order was canceled so that I can plan to pay off the remaining balance that I currently hold on my card (plus the interest charged for the mattress order). Today, 5/27, I called because I wanted to know what date the order was actually canceled. The employees response is that Mattress Firm has updated the stores computer system, and its going to take a while for the store employee to locate the account so hell have to return my call. I get it, its Memorial Day weekend and the store sounded busy, but I was also a customer of the store and should also recieve the exemplary service that a successful order receieves. Thats just good customer service. Even a, let me place you on hold and I will get back to you when Ive located the order would have been nice. Regardless, this, combined with the fact that you cant speak with a Matress Firm rep by phone and by Live Chat they cant help you with store orders, means that at least I will never place an order with Mattress Firm again. I hope that Chino Hills a) receives quicker updates from Mattress Firm about policy changes, b) re-trains their employees to service customers quickly, kindly, and efficiently, no matter if their order was placed successfully or canceled because of Mattress Firms policy changes and c) amend their customer POS model to speed up refund time, because 7-10 business days is just much too long in todays society. I was initially very happy with my experience at Chino Hills Mattress Firm, but what followed has made me a very unhappy customer.

2020-03-04Me and my wife stopped this location to check the Purple Mattress product. To our very surprise, the saleman, later found out was the store manager Liam was very knowledge about sleeping products. Even give us few tips about washing, fitting and comfort for different body type. We are very happy that it was a great experience. we end up with Purple 3, motorized bed frame and 3 purple pillows. He even give us few purple sample to take home. Amazing experience overall. AAAAA++++++

2019-06-04This place was wonderful. I walked in there just to browse around and look for a double bed. We talked about all of my options since I already had a twin bed which did not have a frame. He was able to talk me through everything from all of their double beds to their mattresses to their frames. I ended up buying a frame for my twin bed and it was very reasonably priced. He was just so nice and I got a great deal.
