When I walked near staff, browsing in staffs work area, acknowledgement was not shown. Cashier appeared to be blasey.

Ive found quite a few bargains at this location. The prices are reasonable and the selection is good. The staff are courteous. There is a clean customer restroom and there is free covered parking in the shopping complex. The store is easily accessible from the BBB routes 5 and 7. Its also a short walk from the Expo Line.
Id visit Marshalls In 2 weeks ago and that was fun to shop
The staff in here are so rude. I approach a staff member in the fitting room( which she claimed her name is Sky but when I ask management, her name is actually Nesy) just to simply ask her where the restroom was, she did not greet me, even though I said Hi twice. It discourage me to continue the conversation. I then proceeded to ask a security guard (who claims his name is Ike, but he might be lying too) by the door, and he was even more rude. Gave me attitude. Like I’m supposed to know where the restroom is. Overall, it discouraged me to proceed my shopping here. All in all, if they are having a bad day, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. If they hate their job, they should find another one.

Today I bought everything from artificial orchids to Guerilla glue, and even found a device that cleans three slats of a blind at once, plus treats for my dogPreviously Id bought some great clothes at good prices, but as theyre adding Home Goods to their store theres almost everything you need here.Parking, including handicapped, is convenient.

Although I didnt buy anything, this marshalls had a wide variety of things to buy! Everything from mugs and rugs to makeup and dresses. Its mostly organized so thats always nice.
I called over the phone for bubbles. Sounds so silly but it was for a specific brand that we love. Marshall’s doesn’t carry specific things constantly, it’s a hit or miss. So I called and spoke with Manuel who was a part of the children’s section. He was super courteous and went over and beyond to see if they had bubbles in stock. I then asked if the had the brand I was looking for and he gave a slight chuckle and said “of course we have them, everyone loves them”. I was so surprised as I had literally been to 3 separate stores (not Marshall’s). Our trip for bubbles ended up being over $200 😂 They have the best everything there, you can’t just get ONE thing!!! What a difference a pandemic makes. You can actually walk around the store... enjoy shopping as clothing is not all smushed together. People in the store are acting appropriately too. Sanatizingstation at the front door!! Keep up the good work Marshalls!

If you ever want to feel racially profiled (as a person of darker pigment please come here). Each and every one of these employees will have their eyes locked on you. Most uncomfortable experience I have encountered. I feared for my safety. The entitlement here is insane. Had a white pigment lady tell me to move out the way while i was waiting to get checked out. I told her, is that how you ask? I was raised by telling people please. Then she decided to walk around me. My cashier even insisted to her coworkers i hope they do not try to steal. I wish I can give a zero stars.
Bad parking lot its always crowded. The store has a bad selection of ugly clothes and especially SHOES!! Looked like a Halloween thrift store
Follow social distancing wearinng mask and. Sanitize all the cart and basket before and after use. Maintain small capacity inside to avoid crowd. Good and better shopping.
Make sure to get here while there is still parking. Early in the morning is best while the clothes are most organized. Great selection of name brands. They even had Valentino boots. I came for slippers but left with workout clothes. 2 sports bras, 2 pants, 2 shirts, and a 10 pack of socks for $107. Not bad!
Fully stocked with many nice finds. Prices are affordable and quality is pretty good.
I’m a huge fan of Marshall’s. They always have great prices on brands that cost so much more at stores in the mall. The downside is that you never know what you’re going to find. One day they have exactly what you’re looking for and the next day they don’t. If you have patience and are diligent, there are really some great deals to be had over here.
Not sure about whole store but mens shoes department is chaotic and totally messed up. Price tags doesnt match actual items, if you dont have a detective skills than find a shoes, box and find out the price will be extremely difficult.
Way too much clutter. The show floor needs approx 15% less stuff but the staff and the deals save the experience. Youre cramped most definitely but awesome staff that are extremely cool help with the atmosphere of clothes on clothes on clothes lol

Great place to shop for high quality items for a fair price. I always go back here after trying to shop at different places. One negative side: if you bought any item at another Marshall’s you cannot return it here, so sometimes it’s inconvenient.
1/19/2020 Wanted to use the restroom at 7:27 pm, the security guard very rudely said we are closing in 30 minutes you cannot use the restroom.I said you are open till 8 pm. You should let me use it. She was extremely rude and ignored me and turned her face the other way as if she was talking to a criminal. It was a very bad experience. She needs to learn how to talk to customers.
They ask the customers to pack there items into the bag. It is their job as a cashier to make the customers happy. I wasnt even done packing it away when she called for another customer. They shouldnt be paid just to scan items.
Right clothes right price. whether Im on a budget or not, Marshalls is the right place for me to shop because if its divers clothing selection and knick-knacks that I can also pick up. My kids love shopping hereas well because the labels are acceptable in their clickie social environment in school goings.

I was looking for a certain top in a larger size and one of the guy managers was very helpful and tried hard to find it for me.Unfortunately the checkout line was very long and not enough windows open so myself and 3 orhers left without purchasing what took us 45 min. To find.:(
Both African american guards on Tuesday night around 1030 PM made me feel like I was going to steal something from there. They waited in the front of the doors waiting to tackle us down to see if I was going to steal something from the store. Never going back again. Worst feeling ever. They need to be retrained on there judgement .
Good selection of household items, knick-knacks, pet toys, shoes and clothes for good prices! The store has alot of cashier stations, so the line moves pretty fast even if its sometimes long.
Got stuck in their elevator for ONE HOUR...NO HELP, NO EMERGENCY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Having lived in West LA for ages, I’ve been shopping at this particular Marshall’s for years. Not anymore. They’ve recently installed a lock to the restrooms, which almost no other Marshall’s or T. J. Maxx stores in the area have done. The employees refused to give me the code, claiming that the restrooms were closed for cleaning, well before the store closed. I’m not shopping at this Marshall’s store anymore. Instead, I’m going to the one in Beverly Connection from now on.

RUDE MANAGER. RUDE STAFF.This store is a rip off. They sold me a worn bathing suit and when I took it back they refused to take it back. Unsanitary. Gross. The store is disgusting.Their manager is so beyond rude I was shocked he still has a job.

This place is good for some stuff. But you have to check it out periodically since what they have is closeouts and once its gone it is gone forever.
Very big and has a large variety of selections here. More crowded than the ones I have been to but not too much. Adjacent to a free parking lot which is a big plus.
Never ever go here. They sold me a bunch of stuff that didn’t work. Their return policy is basically nonexistent.

Great product selection, however, the glass selves were over stocked so much that the glass was bending and looked like it could break at any minute.

2022-06-15I like this Marshall’s. It’s always clean and stocked with new items. Word of advise avoid going right before a major holiday like Mother’s Day. Father’s Day. Christmas. If you don’t have to go the week off just don’t. It’s a zoo! Prices are not cheap like at Ross. But it is like a Ross in a way that the things they sell are priced lower because they have most likely been discontinued but the maker. Always check the date on food, cooking spices etc. Parking can suck too. The best is to park on the top floor and take the escalators down. The elevator takes forever.

2021-05-27Well stocked and MUCH more organized than most Marshalls Ive been in across the country. Sorry that I didnt take a pic but the cosmetic, soap and moisturizer area is award winning in that all the rose is together, all the lavender, cedar, etc., neatly organized by label color, product type and scent. Someone is ON IT. The pics I am posting are from and of the wait-to-pay aisle, which is notorious for being a mess elsewhere (first pic is my purchases--rose stuff for Mercury Retrograde ☺🌹). Nice staff, reasonably cool A/C. Tons of clothes. (Short on teas in the food section and fake flowers, but strong on bedding, purses, shoes, kids clothes.)

2021-09-19This store continually updates their merchandise focus, such as bath and body and deals along the main aisle ways. They also change around their departments for better organization. Housewares has gotten bigger and bigger, as at most of the Marshall and their chain sister stores, and so has bath and beauty. There is still an enormous selection of clothing in this very large store. Now that there is a Home Goods store upstairs, they also seem to be trying to have complementary but not the same merchandise as the new store.The staff has continuously been friendly and helpful.Four years ago this store was transformed from a hodge podge of hidden treasures, e.g. the best selection of lowest price Italian handbags and cashmere sweaters. In fact, I was going to return an Italian bag I purchased here to another of their chain stores, and the clerk made me keep it because the price was so good -- I did.
