They are charged me with a nonsense 180.00 cleaning fee. It was raining. Was not honest and reliable. Also, the RVs are good only by pictures. In -person are old with more than 130k miles.

This place is a complete scam, do not rent from them if you value your money. They were hours late getting us an RV, did not have bedding (we had to buy from Walmart) and when they finally showed up they gave us a completely different RV than the one we booked. The RV they gave us was faulty. We had to replace the battery because it wouldn’t start and the automatic stairs kept extending and retracting while we were driving. Complete scam and don’t care about customers.

This place is a joke! Do not rent from these thieves. I don’t even think they service their vehicles regularly, I would definitely say not safe enough to travel with your loved ones. If you have issues with your rental, you can’t even reach them to resolve it. They have these poor drivers deliver them and you can tell they are even flustered, they try to help, but the clowns that own the business don’t seem to care, customer service is definitely not a priority with these guys. Our RV was leaking water inside and the headlight was out, who charges you thousands to rent and gives you an unsafe vehicle. Save your money and work with a more reputable establishment this business is garbage. They deserve ZERO stars!

I wishi would have read the reviews here before booking with Luxe RV. The RV was very used. They were late dropping off the RV by over an hour and then they showed up with a completely flat tire. Luckily my neighbor had what we needed to get it filled back up again which took an hour. Otherwise we would have been waiting hours for their roadside assistance. The RV was not cleaned well. The person that dropped the RV had no idea how to start the generator but after 15 minutes together we figured it out. We cleaned the RV before using (as it needed it) and then again before returning. Then we were charged a $200 cleaning fee! Finally i had to contact them multiple times and eventually, after 3 weeks, i got my deposit back. Avoid this rental agency.

Dont believe all the reviews. The owner will threaten people with lawsuits for any negative reviews left and will also bribe people to give good reviews. Look at all the bad reviews on Yelp (including the ones not shown). The RVs are filthy -- most arent even cleaned after Burning Man. Their customer service is the worst -- they will upcharge you for any and everything and will not refund you any deposits. Dont give this business any of your money.

I had a great experience with Luxe RV. They’re entire staff is on point and organized. We took their Mercedes Ultra to Lake Tahoe for a bachelor party and the RV was perfect. Such a great idea. I would definitely recommend
