Trash, knowing the son of the owner of the place who treated my guests like they were not part of the business. You should tell your dad to close all his business, there’s nothing more then trying to shut 100+ people who thought the same. This may not be the business owner but he’s related to him, I have never made business with the son of Henry ramirez but I’m sure scripts are made to scam and take peoples money, Henry is not a man of business nor his son , as you can see. Critics are critics no matter who signed the contract. You just have to deal with it Ramirez family. Advice for next time , don’t treat your clients like they don’t mean anything to you. Worst venue I have ever attended. They shut the bar down half way thru the wedding reception because they were not carding underage. Owner is very combative and threatens to cancel the whole event if you do not agree to his demands. Hands down worst event I have ever been to.
This place treated us horrible. The service was the worst and they shut our wedding down 3 hrs early because of thir lack of security. They even tried to add 2000$ xtra charge for idk what. Horrible people, horrible buisness and I would never recommend this place to anyone...

DON’T RENT THIS PLACE! EL PEOR LUGAR, NO RENTEN ESTE LUGAR!!!My family had an event in this place las Sunday and the owner was really rude with all the guest. He insulted several of my family members only because we wanted to play a special video made for the quinceañera, and when we tried to played it all his equipment was really old so we had to buy stuff to get to play the video. Also the owner doesn’t let you choose the music or change it. He plays what he wants! He changes the rules in the middle of you party. No hagan negocio con este lugar el dueño del lugar es muy grosero con todos los invitados y no te deja hacer las cosas a tu manera. El quiere controlar todo aunque a ti no te guste. Todo su equipo de sonido es viejo y no te deja tocar la música que tú quieras! Don’t even bother talking to him at first he was nice but on the day of the event he is rude and gets mad at little things you want to change!
The owner Henry is awful! He will be very nice and sweet until the day of the party when his attitude changes and starts changing all the rules. He gave the parents of the quinceañera a hard time about everything. He threaten to kick out people for asking him to change the music. He even went as far as getting security inside the hall to kick out a my cousin and lecture her about respect. Excuse me? She wasnt being rude. And then started claiming that she was drunk?? Wow. False accusations.His system is also outdated. If he tells you, you can play a video in his projector by giving him a DVD or USB, he is lying! His system is so old that absolutely nothing will play and will blame it on you for not doing it correctly. He is not tech savvy at all and is unwilling to corporate. Go next door to staples and ask the employees. They have several stories from people trying to get slideshows to play on his projector and how problematic the owner is.I wrote this review to warn you to stay away! Although the hall is very pretty and conveniently located.. THE OWNER WILL RUIN THE PARTY.He will also tell you to SUE him and like, who has the time and energy for that? He likes to throw the word around because realistically speaking no one will.Reviews make a bigger impact and I hope Henry learns his lesson.

NOT WORTH THE RISK OF RUINING YOUR PARTY!(Please also refer to older reviews from years ago on YELP and FB)NOTE: The party was only HENRY (the owner) and his table staff, he was doing it all.My Experience:This was a family’s Quinceñera I attended and assisted with.It was around 3pm when we started putting decorations up. At this time, a few of the dancers wanted to rehearse but the owner (HENRY RAMIREZ) said that they can’t because it wasn’t covered by his insurance. Wait, what? Your place is insured the entire day if they decide to dance when it opens or at midnight—there’s no time limit on insurance for the same day of an event.We obliged but this is when we knew there was going to be trouble. So it continues..The sister of the quinceñera had created a Quicktime video on a usb for HENRY to play, which he recommended weeks prior. But his system won’t read the USB or play specific DVDs and he won’t allow you to try and fix the problem with his system (PLEASE NOTE HE USES AN OLDER PORTABLE DVD PLAYER CONNECTED BY RCA CABLES CONNECTED TO HIS EPSON PROJECTOR).He’ll continue to blame you because your format is incorrect instead of trying to help you and be accommodating. He needs tech support at these parties for these sort of occasions and needs to stop trying to be a one-man band and do everything— I understand you’re trying to save money.. but man, will you lose business.SIDE NOTE: The projector is off-balance and the images are distorted and look like a triangle at the bottom. He claims videos are filmed like that, which they aren’t—it’s because the projector isn’t in the right position. So please note that the projector isn’t the best set up already. Also, the STAPLES next door had the same comments about HENRY and say they have people come in there all the time trying to fix their problems with his DVD player. They tried making a DVD, but it still wouldn’t play.Back to the sister, devastated in tears because she took weeks creating this video, she kept going in and out trying to find a solution. After several hours, we see her and the photographer come in with a windows laptop, projector, speakers and extension cords to play the video on their own personal system. WOW. They really had to do that?Then around 730pm, we see security walk in for some reason. Apparently, the cousin of the Quinceñera was trying to ask him to change the music to something more appropriate for a sweet 15, and HENRY was offended and threatened to kick her out because she isn’t giving him respect and he’ll play whatever he wants. He was playing rancheras and cumbias (which are fine, but these girl’s weren’t interested in those and it is specifically a party for teens of THIS GENERATION.)NOTES FOR THE OWNER: Please cater to the party’s needs, not your own. I know you want an easy check and for every party to be the same and to go smoothly, but they aren’t. Every party has different needs. LEARN YOUR VIDEO SYSTEM OR UPDATE IT TO SOMETHING SIMPLER FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND, LEARN HOW THINGS ARE PLUGGED IN. We know someone installed this years ago and all they told you was to push this button.I don’t even know why you’re at the party and there is no DJ.. Any DJ in the world will change music if people ask.. they cater to the crowd, but HENRY WON’T.It’s unfortunate, because the hall is actually a nice set up and the food staff is incredible and attentive (we tipped them constantly for their great service). It’s simply one man’s pride to be “the boss and owner”.BIGGEST NOTE, please don’t be at these parties if your attitude isn’t going to be appropriate. Hire someone to know everything and pay them so you won’t have to be there. BECAUSE YOU were the problem.. nothing and no one else. It was YOUR ATTITUDE HENRY.
Place offer great services: including waitress, wine n beer, cake and food for your party.The payment plan is confusing because they dont record all payments in the same sheet. You have to be on top of balance.
We just had a Graduation party at Fiesta Max Center everything came out great, The owner Mr.Henry was very helpful,polite and freindly he did what it took to make sure the party was a sucses. And the waitress were very professional and very helpful.I was very happy with everything came out perfect.
The owner Henry is a two face liar who is only interested in getting the most money out of anyone he has such a bad attitude and does not care about anything ! We had my mother in laws wedding he wouldn’t keep his word with anything he says ! Bad businesses I honestly do not recommend him to anyone he sucks ! He’s so bad that he charged 300 just to take a bottle of tequila for the guest . He also charged 300 for a DJ that only played about 30 mins !!!!
The owner is a great person. he did my M/C great and had everyone laughing and up on the dance floor. thank you for making my wedding more memorable.

It was a good place big and entertainment but the only thing I DIDNT like the they were serving to small to people and the chicken had a lot of skin, other then that . I will gladly do another party.
BEWARE!!!!Henry the owner will ruin your event had a family 15 At the garden grove location and he kept threatening to shut the party down if you don’t do things his way he is ignorant and unprofessional ruined the party security was also making all my guest feel uncomfortable because of their rude attitude right as you walk in to this filthy place.. save your self your money and look somewhere else if I could give it negative stars I would stay away read other reviews and you will see he has the tendency of threatening on shutting down your party !!!!
Good place to celebrate any occasion but the owner of this place is a rude guy and change the rules in the middle of your party. The food is garbage. So bad.
Henry was amazing and helped me every step of the way. My daughters XV could not have been possible without his expertise and guidance.
Its a big place I like the decorations and the space to dance everything seem very adequate.
The place is kind of small , if you got a lot of people to invite, this is not the place for you.
It is a very secure place to throw a party.

Terrible place ... !!!I do not recommend them !!!!!!!!the owner promises them things that even he cannot fulfill.I regret having paid a lot of money, for a horrible service ... full of mistakes and the worst thing about seeing that gentleman, that the only thing that he is interested in is having the money in his hands.My party was a disaster and needless to say, the food and the cake. It was not the one I had ordered.The photos that gave me horrible, and very expensive they charged me for a crap of photos and video that I paid with that Mr. HenryI do not recommend them .. !!! A month ago, we had our silver wedding in that place ... when you make the contract the owner or person in charge of the place, promises you the sky and the stars and behaves to all mother to be able to reach the deal, but when it is the day of the party, he transforms into an arrogant and despotic person, and controls you completely, in reality he does not care about your party.very careful my people do not pass what k to us.
Good place but the music is the worst, the dj needs updating badly. Knowing your client more before making the contract would help you a lot.
Terrible!! You can not say anything to the owner because he wants to run from the party! He doesnt care about your party, he just wants to do things his way.

A very rude person will not let you put another all the instruments that the groups bring or another dg besides that their dg sounds terrible horrible the bathrooms if you close the door you do not enter the bathroom the food seems like a toy they give you a pittance and they dont even know say the air conditioning lousy I dont even recommend it

2022-05-14The ballroom is clean staff is attentive. There is a con with the women restrooms are way too small definitely; would not pass code. Toilet seats covers not available. The ball room is a decent size. The food provided at the event was good. The open bar was great too. The tables, chairs and decore were nice.

2022-09-10I came from Georgia exclusively to my sons Baptismal ceremony and party; and Im giving this place five stars exclusively to the awesome service they had and cleanliness of the place! The food was delicious too! The only pet peeve I have; is a leftover food they dont give it to you, they throw it out. There was a lot of leftover food that my son couldnt take, a lot of the guests did not show up. I wish I would have known I would have had seconds. Being with my Marine son; the experience will stay in my heart forever! Had a real great time! This wouldnt have happened in Georgia!

2019-10-09Was invited to my Good friends daughters quincenera (15) and the place was TOP NOTCH 👍🏽 the room was plenty enough for large guest and huge dance 💃🏼 floor a plus!It has a stepped up stage for the quince and her Entourage with a table of three own on one side...a separate stepping stage to the right for the cake to be displayed facing the crowd. 🎂It has a gated outside area with plenty of tables if you want to socialize without any of the party noise from the inside.Parking was ample enough for a huge group of 200+ guest...and plenty more on the same plaza area.The place was super clean restrooms and all.The extra staff that came with the service were very professional.I tipped 💰 the bartender and he hooked me up with a little more of a shot 👍🏽Over all our experience was very professional at FIESTA MAX!

2021-08-31Brenda, Daniel (the owners) and their entire staff are AWESOME!!!! From the day I booked until the day of the event I was able to text/call them and ask questions to which they would reply right away. It felt as if they were part of our family helping us plan our event. They were always willing to work with us and help us out with anything we needed. Being able to talk to them anytime I had questions took so much stress of my shoulders. The day of the event they made sure that everything ran smooth from the set up to last minute setting up tables for guest that went over my original guest count!!!! They added the extra tables and chairs for me in such a quiet way that it was barely noticeable! During the entire event they made sure everything was going good. My guest mentioned to me that they also greeted tables to make sure they everything was good. One of their staff (didnt get the name) but he was also awesome and went out of his way to help with a set up that was not part of the venues amenities...talk about great service!!! Brenda reached out to me the next day to make sure everything had went well and to my liking which I thought was GREAT customer service. I never felt like a customer with Brenda and Daniel they totally felt like FAMILY!!! And the food...WOW excellent!!! My guest loved it and I received many compliments on everything from my guest. I will definitely be having my next Quinceanera with them in 4 years!!!! Will also be recommending this venue to friends and family!!!

2021-08-11This VENUE! is a horrible place to do your venue I DO. NOT. recommend at all. The small little “man” will steal your money. He acts all nice and says yes and okay to all your needs for your event and as it gets closer to the day of your event he will randomly up charge you. The day of the event he was taking pictures of our guests coming in(creepy) l,1HOUR LATE wasted for cocktail hour cause he wanted the groom there first for no good reason. Then at 9 pm they shut down the bar cause an “underaged person” was getting drinks we asked who this person was and wouldn’t say who mind you the bartender did not ID anyone AT ALL the entire night

2021-08-03Do not plan your event with Henry Ramirez! First of all, 2 DAYS before the wedding, he went back on his word and tried charging more money than what was agreed on. When questions were asked about the extra costs he did not explain, he threatened to cancel the whole event and not give a single cent back. Then he threatened to go to court over it! He cursed out family members and continued to make threats about cancelling the wedding reception all the way up until it started. Wouldnt let guests in for cocktail hour (AKA got paid to do nothing for an hour). Ended up closing down the party for a reason he would NOT prove when asked (also getting paid to not work the full length of time). Not to mention he and some of his staff were incredibly rude to guests and family members at the party. Read the reviews, almost everyone is saying the same thing. Hes a scammer, wants you to pay him and then will do everything he can to not work. Hes lazy, a poor party planner, incredibly rude, and literally does not care about you or your event. DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT WITH HENRY RAMIREZ. He does not have your best interest in mind.

2021-08-01Beware!!! This so called business man, Henry, will make your special event a nightmare!!! My sister and her husband booked their wedding reception at his Garden Grove banquet hall in the Cedarbrook Business Park (pretty sketchy that you cant find the business name anywhere on yelp or online). The week of the wedding he decided to upcharge my sister for no reason, other than the fact that he has the power to cancel her event literally 2 days before her wedding. He kept changing the prices for certain things and they had no choice. Hes a scam artist and do not do business with him or anyone there. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional of him, the way he treated my dad and everyone involved with the planning. He didnt let us set up the hall or even drop things off the night before like he originally allowed, we had to wait till 12pm the day of the wedding. He didnt allow guests inside for cocktail hour until the groom arrived, so that was a whole hour wasted that was already paid for. When we were walking in the hall, Henry was hovering the doorway watching every single person come in and was actually recording or taking photos on his phone. Super weird. The venues food was cold, salad consisted of about 2 pieces of lettuce and a carrot with a drop of ranch. Some people didnt even get served a plate. Others had the portion sizes of a toddler. The servers were actually nice and helpful but there were only 2 so it took a while to get served. The bartender made a scene to the groom mid-dancing and closed the bar 2 hours before the event was done because of underage drinking yet he wasnt IDing anyone the whole night. He also made weak drinks. Safe to say this guy and his venues are trash. Yelp needs a 0-Star option!!!

2021-10-09Beware! We went here for a party and our entire table plus the one behind us got food poisoning! Its been a horrible week for all of us. They need to learn how to properly control the temperature of their food especially if they make large batches ahead of time and its a warm day.

2021-07-31Do not Do business here, Im leaving this review again after Henry the owner threatened to cancel our event the day of, because I left a bad review. He tried to raise the price of the event 2 days before the wedding, asking for almost 1 thousand dollars more than the contract stated. Then disrespected anyone who went to go ask why he raised the price. He was late to open the hall up for us to set up, and ended up shutting our bar down at 9pm because of underage drinking when his bartenders were the ones not IDing anyone. Make sure you get every part of your deal in writing or this scammer will nickel and dime you for every single thing you want. He will threaten anyone who tells him anything with either being kicked out or taken to court. Do not do business with this trash business, they tried to ban me from their event after leaving a review but I still went anyways because there was no way Im letting that shady owner tell me what to do just because his feelings got hurt by a 100% honest review. Worst venue Ive ever been to.look at the reviews on Yelp if you want to see how many people this has happened to, definitely not just a one time occurrence

2021-08-03Two words, unprofessional and untrustworthy. They put the bride and groom through unnecessary stress by threatening to cancel the event 2 days before the wedding. On top of that they threatened to take the family to court when they asked for their money back. Although they were paid more than the initial agreed amount, they didnt let guests in for cocktail hour until the groom got there an hour past cocktails were supposed to start. The security and bartender failed to check ID cards for the bar and when they saw a minor getting a drink they completely shut down the bar 2 hours before the end of the reception. This was their fault but they punished the entire rest of the guests for their mistake. They failed to take any responsibility and tried to get away with thousands of dollars for no work. Do NOT use this venue.
