Lowes never fails. If I need something for any DIY type work at home then this place is where I go to find the items I need for the job. From a bathroom sink to little hooks for cabinets and whatnot. Hardware, tools you name it, they have it. Plus a generous Military/Veterans discount as well.
Called the store and checked online to confirm product availability. When I got there they didn’t have what I needed. And they must have gotten an exemption for the mask requirement because in the less than 10 minutes I was in there I saw 11 customers with no masks at all, and 3 employees with them off. Left and went to Home Depot.
This is probably one of my favorite Lowe’s. There is a lot of staff hanging around so that you are able to ask questions. They are incredibly helpful. And they move the lines along quite quickly in the store. Only one time did I go in here and they didn’t have some thing that I wanted.
Earlier in the week I ordered a refrigerator and washer and dryer online and it said it would be delivered on February 4th. In the middle of the night while I was sleeping I received an email that I read this morning it says my delivery dates have changed to Feb 6th and Feb 7th. I guess they can change whatever they want whenever they want.
My favorite lowes. But lately all the employees do is push shopping carts in the isle ahead of you and walk away blocking your path. Seriously it started being annoying and then darn right frustrating. After they drop the shopping cart in your path they talk to a coworker while watching you attempt to navigate the carts. I counted 38 carts in the way that employees left. Kind of explains why there was hardly any carts for customers.Update. I gave them 2 extra stars because of a employee. The Gentleman named Larry went ABOVE and Beyond to help me find something I needed. Thing was I had a very hard time describing what I was and had no clue what it was called. I was a complete buffoon and he took the time to figure out what I needed and helped me locating it. Larry is awesome. On a side note, they still have yet to fix the shopping cart problem and half the isles were blocked with random put backs.
Bad carpet installation! They use the same installer for the past 10+ years and their installer does not power stretch. They use knee kickers and a year after install (just outside of my warranty from Lowe’s) it started showing signs of loosening. I called the actual installer and they refused to do anything. I even agreed to pay them to fix and they never called me back after I made several attempts.
Low manning for appliances area, purchased appliances delivery arrived 5 hours after initial expectation. Also several appliances are not in stock but still being shown on the floor. Wife had to change appliances she wanted several times due to not being in stock and no known delivery dates.
I would like to say thank you to the Menifee team. My order was out of stock the day of delivery. I called and talked to Diane. Wow...She was amazing. Customer service is so hard to find. She made my frustrated experience into a won. She had me come down to meet with Jose. He was so helpful and made sure I was happy with a new stove. After the crew helped me, I finished off woth Glenn to get my new order in and he was the sweetest. I dont live in Menifee but from now on, That Lowes will be where we shop. Thank you for haveing such outstanding employees.
This Lowes feels awkward. Asking where items are is about the extent of where the good service ends. It feels very judgemental in this Lowes. Have a return? Better be able to deal with harshly asked questions as to why youre returning it followed by awkward silence. Have an online order? Stand in line with the returns. Want help picking out window treatments? Better off buying several options and figuring it out on your own because theyre too busy to help you. (Which is why we had returns today.) Ive been here several times now and Im going to avoid it whenever possible and drive further to the Home Depot 7 miles away.
Today, every employee we spoke with was extremely helpful. We were directed to the correct aisles, given good information to our questions/problems and shown the products needed. This has not always been the case but tonight was great. When Jose said come back and see us again, I knew we would.
Worst Product and Service. We ordered a door in January 2021 and after many, many, many calls the door was delivered end of August 2021. The door came in wrong size (twice) third party had to cut it to fit, door is scratched all over and NOW Lowe’s does not want to fix it - Horrible customer service!!! Spoken to two employees and two managers and still no result!! As a customer why do I constantly have call and beg for some one to fix the product that I payed thousands of dollars!!! No one calls you back and nearly impossible to get hold of any of them!
I had a bad experience there yesterday. One of the employees walked up on me and asked if I needed any help. I got half way through my question when some friend of his said hello and he just walked away. So disappointed. I went to Home Depot the next morning and found exactly what I was looking for. Still gave them three stars because when I know what Im looking for I walk right in and get it.
Mr White in appliances was so nice! He answered all of our questions about all the different new additions to a stove, other than to cook your food. Theres so many variations. Also, pay attention to your appliance handles when choosing your appliance suite, who knew? GLENN DID! Thanks Glenn! Its already installed!
We have now met with Jackie Osborne to design our kitchen and I cant give her any more praise! We are beyond impressed with every aspect of working with Jackie. She has been so thorough and taken her time to design the kitchen of our dreams. Could not recommend Jackie more.
The store it self is like any other lowes the problem is the parking lot design its terrible one one those easy In.....yet you be waiting in traffic to leave....I understand development does this to insure shopping but I hate feeling trapped in this place the shopping center.
I had never had an experience like the one I did tonight. I went online and purchased a Maytag washing machine, the website said it had 3 available at this location. We had to bother our neighbor (after a long day of work for him and my husband) to help us pick it up and also use his truck. We picked it up, brought it home and as soon as we opened the box we noticed that the top of the washing machine was broken. I called Lowe’s and they told me to take it right back. When they got back to the store they were told that they did not have any more available and that they would be able to discount the one we had, I’m sorry but I didn’t pay close to $1000 for a new washing machine for it to be broken. They were told that the inventory online is from the morning and that they didn’t have any others. This is a LIE because when I purchased it the website showed 3 and when I checked it while they were at Lowe’s it showed 2 which means that it had been updated. They were told they could drive to the Murrieta store because they had one available. They drove all the way out there picked it up, brought it home and right as we opened the box that washing machine had a dent on it. Of course the store is now closed and i won’t be able to talk to anyone till tomorrow and now I’ll have to bother our neighbor for a second day in a row.
This store just continues to find new ways to get worse. The staff used to be helpful, now they are nealry non-existent and when you do find someone, they seem annoyed that you are asking them for something. Its not like they are busy doing something else like organizing or stocking shelves because nothing is ever in its proper place. Even the app is a mess and says they have things they dont have. I dont have this problem at other lowes locations, just the Menifee store. I cannot tell you how much time I have wasted trying to find what I need because it isnt where its supposed to be or not stocked when the website said it was. You better double check every nut and bolt you pull out of the bins because they are all jumbled up. Ive been burned many times pulling of the same 10 bolts from the bin only to discover once I get home that several of them are shorter or longer than the bin said they were. I cant express just how much I hate this place. The true value on Newport and Murrieta road is a way better option. They have odds and ends you cant ever find at this Lowes and their prices are often actually better. And the staff there is more helpful as well. Shoot, a rabid badger would be more helpful then the people at this Lowes store. If you must shop at lowes, save yourself the trouble and drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to the one in Murrieta. Youll make your time back in them having what you need the first time and saving you multiple trips.
Plenty of good parking available.Had our list mapped out by Aisle using the app so getting our items was fairly quick and easy.Not too crowded.There were long lines at the few check out stations, however, our check out person was very friendly, fast and efficient. Check out went a lot quicker than I thought it would when we got in line.
Having been gone for 13 years they have really improved their stores and services tremendously compared to their other competition who have gone way down. This is THE DIY center for all your home needs. From buying to check-out to returns everything is easy and well stocked. The best one is their customer service for assistance with any project is just way better compared to their competition.
I am only giving one star because at checkout the cashier was friendly as we were trying to find the manager which we were unsuccessful of course. We had a horrible experience prior to that with two employees that were rude and did not want to help us in two different departments. With all the upcoming projects we have you can guarantee we wont be back to Lowes. If you have questions about wood or it being cut this is not the place for you. We are a patient and respectful family that never leaves negative reviews on anything. This was unbelievable and I am really upset over this experience.
I couldnt find what I wanted on the shelves. I found plenty of employees working near the area where I was looking but none were able to help me. 1 person asked but it was not his dept. Four calls went out for assistance... still no one came; not even the mngr. Boooo to Lowes on this trip. Please do better.
I purchased a pallet of tile from Lowes and when we went to pick up the order, we were told that someone from my company had already picked it up. I told Lowes that no one from my company picked it up. However, the manager, Diane went as far as to accuse one of my employees of stealing the material. Lowes never checked the persons ID or called the number that was on the invoice to confirm before releasing that material to this other individual. I have a customer that is waiting for me to finish installing her floor so she and her family can move into their home, but after 3 days, I was told by Diane, the Manger that she is looking into it.
Just visited to get a Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker. None on the floor, but website said 5 in stock. Spoke with an associate and he brought me up a fully assembled unit with all packaging paperwork etc. He also helped me load it into my truck. Very helpful and friendly. In & out in about 20 minutes! Awesome! Thank you..
Liliana in (RETURNS) absolutely rude and disrespectful!!! Racial profiling for sure!!! I went in on a Sunday afternoon to do an exchange on a tree I had purchased and had warranty. I had both the original receipt and price tag on the item, she asked to go get another tree and bring it up and we would do the exchange, when I came up with the tree she said they where not the same because of the difference in size but the tag on the item was the same as the tag I had brought in and the same price!! She wasnt buying it and tells me I could have changed the price tag on the tree for all she knows. Are you kidding me she calls the garden guy who convinced and helped me get the bigger tree, I was originally going to go with a smaller one but he told me the bigger one would be better because of the bad soil in Menifee. I was insulted and it showed, I was upset we kept going back and forth,(Liliana) they got a head cashier to approve the exchange, she kept wanting to discuss the matter and I told her I didnt want to speak to her anymore to just take care of my exchange, she dropped my receipt on the table and walked away leaving me unintended so the head cashier finished up the transaction. I did speak with Paul the (Manager) and he was extremely professional he heard me out and he handled it very well. I just think no one should ever be treated that way, she could have handled it a lot different and her approach was not professional at all.
No cashiers. Busiest time of the day and they had one available. Self checkout compared to Home Depot is pre historic. You cant use military discount at their self checkout so you are forced to wait on a 20 minute line to checkout with the one cashier. They are so understaffed its pathetic and the manager should wake up. Only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because they usually have everything pretty organized and in stock. I hate this Lowes so much. The manager should be replaced.
Worst customer service. No one seems to know what their job is. Waited an hour to get mitre saw that was in the rafters instead of on the floor where you could get the product yourself. Once someone came with a lift, the employee brought one mitre saw down, leaving an empty place on the floor, so if the next person wants that mitre saw, they will have to go thru the same hassle. Store was totally unorganized. Freight laying everywhere. I have never seen so much product lining the walls instead of being brought down so it could sell. Very disappointed. We finally had to get a manager to help us get our purchase. Corporate needs to get involved with Menifee Lowes.
I wanted to make you all aware of the experience I had a the Menifee, CA lowes. I went in looking to see the washer and dryer I had just purchased online, and to also look at refrigerators which I also ended up purchasing online. Well I went down the aisle minding my own business and found the washer and dryer I ordered. I was pleased to see they looked nice. Del, the appliance person walked up to see what I was looking at. Mind you , I am in the process of completely redoing my entire condo and had already purchase thousands and lowes and was about to spend thousands more. I told him I already purchased online and he said, oh you should NOT Have done that. When I asked him why, he said because I would NEVER get my appliances and that they dont have any stock. I let him know that you could tell what was out of stock and I ordered units that were in stock. He said no, no you wont get them. They dont have accurate counts and it might be months before I actually get them and I should have gotten them in store. I asked him about refrigerators and he said they were out till DECEMBER. He also said I needed to get it IN STORE because online was terrible. I was already under so much stress in escrow I did not need to hear this news. But guess what? He was dead wrong. I got my washer and dryer exactly when I was supposed to and my fridge is ready for delivery. I am NOT happy about the service I received from DEL> I will not be going back to him. I will however continue to shop at LOWES because I have had nothing but good luck otherwise.
Went in to get liquid solder.....anyways, Nikki was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a pleasant person to speak with. Found what we needed and left. Long line for 1 cashier at front entrance, I went to the lumber department and checked out right away.....only 2 customers and it went really fast. (So I had to walk a little further to get there, but beats waiting in the long line)
Cant say enough good things about this place. I love lowes and this place has some of the towns freshest sod. I also love the rose selection. I always try to check out in the landscaping area because the people who work there are awesome. Keep up the good work. This is a veteran friendly business.
Okay. The lines were a little slow. Self checkout even slower. Product availability was pretty good. Veteran discount still not available to me in this store. Ace is my number one choice. They actually reward me for being a customer. Coupons added up more than the discount Lowes offers me. Also Ace will order anything I need.
I won’t be ordering appliances or scheduling deliver and install from here again. We went into the store to purchase a dishwasher and the customer service rep informed us that most of them were back ordered, but he had one in the back. We decided to go with that one because we could get it that week. Well, that wasn’t the case and it wasn’t communicated to us until after we left the store and had to follow up days later. They didn’t have the right info on file even though we gave it to them numerous times. When they finally scheduled a time to deliver it about 1-2 weeks, they were outside the window of time that they stated. It has been a headache having to deal with them because their lack of communication and several errors.
This lowes absolutely needs to be closed down. I went in store to get some items. Waited over half an hour for help getting a tool that was locked up. Never got it, I asked multiple employees who said they couldnt do it and needed to find someone else.Just decided to go with a different tool, because I want getting help. Went to checkout, waited there for another half hour, and then I just left. Employess here just walk around the store not helping at all.So I placed the order for pickup. They left out an item that was almost $100. Ive been trying to get ahold of them about it for two days. Nothing. They refuse to answer the phone at all. Completely shocked that this company allows a store to be run so terribly.
HORRIBLE STORE, the flooring department messed up on my flooring order over 2 weeks ago and this problem has still not been fixed. I been going in and speaking to several associates and yesterday finally got to speak to a assistant manager and hes was not helpful one bit! He never apologized and expects me to call the third party they used for installing the carpet. Even though I paid Lowes directly and went through Lowes directly in the first place. Lowes should be the one fixing this damn problem and should of been fixed over 2&1/2 weeks ago!!!
The people that work there are very nice, I suppose thats why you pay a little more there than the orange box store. Always have trouble finding small things here, today I was in for some hose clamps and pool supplies.The pool supplies need restocking, they did not have everything for an above ground pool that I needed.Hose clamps were in the back of the store, not really labeled well to find them.Store is always clean, employees are friendly.
This store is unsafe and the associates are careless. My husband and I were in the lumber aisle and the next aisle to our right they were pulling and picking pallets of wood. We were standing looking at plywood when the side we were on began to shake because the forklift driver hit the rafters on the side he was working on. The pallets and rafters on our side began to shake... When we notified management about the safety concerns, we were met with a very rude assistant manager. She told us that safety protocol says that as long as theyre not working above 8 feet (which they were working above 8 feet) they dont need to block of the aisle next to where they were working. She made us feel like we were the ones being irrational, though we were the ones at risk. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY AT LOWES EVER AGAIN! They hire rude managers and dont care about safety.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a washer and dryer on July 2nd. Was supposed to be delivered today. No one called me to tell me any different. I got rid of my old washer and dryer THINKING I was going to get my new ones on July 23rd. I didn’t get any call the night before so I tried calling the store. That was just a joke. Was put on hold and hung up on. I called multiple times and never got a chance to speak to anyone. Tried calling again today with the same results. I tried to call the corporate number and gave up after waiting 30 mins for someone just to come on the line. I went to the store tonight after work to get an update. The person that helped me was very nice, but told me what I ordered was on back order! I can’t believe that no one would call to let me know. The associate that was helping me was not able to give me a new date because the distribution center was closed. She promised to call me tomorrow and give me an update, but won’t hold my breath. She told me even when she calls the distribution center, she has to wait on hold for a long time. Seems like a very poor system to me. Lowe’s USED to be known for customer service, but that’s not the case anymore. The store manager should be embarrassed by the lack of customer service at his store.
I own construction companies and I’ve been in the business now over 30 years my companies go to Lowe’s almost every day all over Southern California, Oklahoma and Connecticut and this is by far the best pro department I’ve ever dealt with everybody there is incredibly nice and helpful. Kammi, Monique, Brandon and Martin thank you all very much for always going beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend all of them the Prodesk and this Lowe’s location. Experience Lowe’s Prodesk dept. at this location for yourself. You will be back. I guarantee you good service. A+ “10”
My new go to store, l love it. I just started a new hobby and Lowes continues to have everything l need.Customer service is excellent. Got to commend on an employee of yours. I had ordered on line some outdoor shades and was unable to pick them up on time. No luck on the phone trying customer service for days. I called and a young lady from the curb service answered and had time to fix my issue and my order was held over for the next day.She made my day and made my choice to shop from now on at Menifee Lowes. Her name is Jennifer l believe.Love the store.
Had the greatest experience at Lowes in Menifee,CA. My salesman was Glenn White. Knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. We purchased a wonderful refrigerator from him after going to 3 other establishments. One of them was another Lowes. Think I will always drive the extra miles to Menifee.
Went to Lowes to buy and cut mirror glass. They won’t cut glass. They sell mirrors to be cut but won’t cut it. I’d be willing to pay too. Customer service was awful as usual. It takes 10 minutes to find someone to answer a question. The employees always avoid eye contact because they don’t want to talk to customers. When they answer your question they’re rude and dismissive. This store sucks.
Friendly staff, we asked 3 employees questioned and everyone easily and pleasantly answered questions answered.When we found the restrooms they had just closed the females for cleaning. When she saw us waiting she offered to let us use it before got more involved.Sadly, they were out of what we were looking for, but we sure couldnt complain about their willingness to help and their positive attitudes.
This is my company of choice when it comes to home needs of improvements, however my most recent experience with the store visit especially during this pandemic really concerns me and should others whom do not want to make the billboard of contracting the virus or death toll!!!I will like to continue with everyday living and being able to feel safe when leaving home. It is very disappointing that they allow employers to wear mask that is not cdc approved. I can do my best at avoiding other customers by just moving away or waiting for them to leave the area prior to approaching the aisle. However if you need more information and employee assistance and they wear thin material just as a show of cover up is very disappointing. To also see a manager/Supervisor walk around with a mask that is the size of a kid that does not cover his nostrils most of the time (it does not fit regulations to cover your nostrils and mouth fully) , just saying... He is not leading by example so no wonder the employees are risking customers and others the possibility of contracting a killing virus. If this establishment continues to hold safety as a priority WILL NOT THIS mean the most concern TODAY/NOW!!!THIS is the TIME to rethink if safety is a high priority and/or take your business somewhere else. They can catch the virus and house it to many others... I really think the District Managers/Corporate should hold the employees to higher standers. Please don’t tell me about The everyday, every hour discomfort unless you truly know what our first responders, and medical staff have to do all day trying to make the lives of those that seek their needs more comfortable in bettering the concerns with others as well as keeping people alive. When it hits your home or family or friend or even employee you will than rethink what the experts are saying! I really hope they start citing people and businesses a huge fine since it is known as a horrible and terrorism act that has been known to take lives!!!If you want customers than show just how appreciative and set the example.
Bad experience today. I couldn’t find anyone and when I did, I got attitude. They couldn’t find the carpet but said it was in stock. Seemed like there is not enough staff and they all seemed unhappy. Checkout was same. The guy before me got attitude and was told to go take a picture of the price and come back. There’s a reason why I have a commercial account with Home Depot but today Lowe’s was closer. Mistake. Ended up going to Home Depot anyways 👎🏼
WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE INLAND EMPIRE. Don’t waste your time here, just go to Home Depot instead. Let me tell you about my experience at this location. I don’t have a truck so I planned on paying for a delivery service during my visit to this store. I gathered all of my items and the clerk rang them up. He then sent me to customer service to have the order setup as a delivery. I placed my order on Monday May 18th, first of all my order was set to be delivered on Thursday of the same week. That did not happen. I received a call from Lowe’s telling me that their delivery truck was not working and that it had to be serviced so they would not be able to fulfill my delivery at the original date which they had promised, but until Saturday May 23rd. I thought to myself “really? what a lame excuse is there not more than one truck for such a big company?” but I said no worries I can wait. My order was mostly lumber and one glass sliding patio door. The delivery truck arrives at my residence on Saturday as promised, however my order was incomplete. I was missing the sliding glass patio door. I explained to the delivery driver and he said “I couldn’t deliver the sliding door because this truck is only for lumber” I said “okay, so when will I receive the rest of my order” he replied “I don’t know man I’m just a driver, call the store manager so he can help you.” So I did, I was put on hold for about 20 minutes with no one to answer. Finally someone picks up the phone and tells me the door will be delivered separately on Monday. I said okay fine. So I hang up the phone and go to check on the parts I did receive just to find out that some of the lumber I ordered was missing too. I was missing half the amount of drywall I ordered, two pieces of molding, and to top it off one of the 2x4s was cracked! At this point it is too late to call again because the store had already closed, so I went in person the next morning which was Sunday to explain everything. They said the door would be delivered on a separate truck on Tuesday, when they had just told me it would be on Monday! I say okay fine. Then they said the rest of the lumber would come on Wednesday on a separate truck. I say okay fine, then leave the store thinking they will fulfill my order on the date they have promised. Well Tuesday comes around and still no sliding door. Wednesday, May 27th which is today when they had promised to have everything done, they call me and say that they are unable to deliver my order until tomorrow. The funny thing is that they said “We’ll just put everything together in a box truck and make it one single delivery for everything” WHY COULDN’T THEY DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE? is my question. Instead of making me wait almost 2 weeks for something that should have taken 2 days at most. I have lost money due to their negligence. I had construction workers come to my property twice waiting for the delivery to be made to start on the project. Well guess what I had to send them home because Lowe’s failed to deliver on time. They could not commence the project without all of the material. I had to pay them for their time even though they did not yet start the project. $79.99 is a lot of money for such inadequate delivery service, not even UPS or FedEx charges that much and they would have got the job done right! I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Lowes’ delivery service. I have had orders delivered from Home Depot plenty of times and never had such a bad experience. Now I’m just sitting here hoping they will actually bring my items tomorrow like they have promised or if they will once again fail to deliver my order completely. This was my first and LAST time shopping with Lowe’s.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer service is great.The reason they only get two stars is that too often, this store is out of stock of the item I want. Small parts are a mess and dont appear to ever get sorted out. Be careful with prices; sometimes the price sticker doesnt match the item above it.This store is closer to my house than Homer D, but I usually make the longer drive because I know theyll have what I want.
I found a kitchen faucet at the Lake Elsinore store that was on clearance, but that store didnt have any more of those faucets in stock (they had only the display one). A store clerk checked to see if any other Lowes stores in the area had the faucet and what the price was. She saw the Menifee location had the faucet but did not have the faucet on clearance. She called to the Menifee store, spoke to a male there (I wish I would have gotten his name), and asked if that store would honor the price. He said they would. Just in case, I took photos of the clearance price and went to the Menifee store. I found the faucet there and went to check out. I told the clerk there (who was a female) about the above. She said they wouldnt honor the price. Another clerk (also a female) went to speak to the manager, and she came back and said the manager wouldnt honor the price. I was so mad that I simply left without pressing the issue further or demanding to speak to the manager (who knows if he was the male who said the Menifee store would honor the price), so thats my bad, but I dont know if doing so would have changed anything anyway. In any event, I hope I have a better experience at The Home Depot.
Generally I like Lowes, but this time they let us down. My wife and I ordered a washing machine last week, which they told us would be delivered today. Half the day went by, no word. So we called, and they told us the clerk who took our order was wrong and the washer only arrived in store this morning. When asked when to expect delivery, they said next Friday, literally a full week away. This was unacceptable, as wed counted on their accuracy and sold our old washer previously, so on little notice we had to go down with a borrowed pickup truck and collect the washer ourselves. Lowes offered no apology for their mistake, nor made any effort to rectify it whatsoever. We will not use Lowes as our go to for appliances any more.
The worst experience Ive ever had. Two weeks to receive a washer, showed up damage. Another two weeks to receive replacement. While waiting I was notified of delivery and nobody ever showed. Called multiple times to try to get info and never got a call back. Wish I could have just cancelled but the return was harder than just waiting for a delivery. Horrible customer service I have never been treated so poorly. This star is really a 0.1
Not all Lowes are created equal. This one however is always well stocked and clean. As soon as wel walked in we were treated with a smile. The store is huge and finding a specific thing right away can be overwhelming. I got excellent help from the person I asked it from. I got my items and a couple other things I did not need and was on my way in minutes. Good job Lowes.
SHAME ON THE STORE MANAGER! Just sit and watch your cashiers (without them knowing). Customer service here is awful. I would rather drive to HD in Perris. EVERY TIME I get some young cashier they are beyond rude. Zero customer service, this has happened more than ten times during the last few months. My wife did not understand until yesterday why I refused to go with her. Now she gets it, I would rather order on line, or go someplace else. BUT next time (if I absolutely need something) I will just leave my purchase at the register, and call the store manager. So take care of your customers and this will never happen.
It was okay clean helpful they had one guy that was very helpful there I think you could have run the whole store at least he had the attitude to help the best of any Lowes Ive ever been to theres a kid probably no older than 25 but he would ask others if you didnt know the answer which is what you want to hear doesnt know everything but is cheerfully there to help
I worked with Ian for my recent carpet and installation purchase. The service was top-notch. He was very helpful, and he definitely knows his stuff. I walked away confident I purchased the right carpet/padding at a great price. He listened when I told him what I was looking for and was a great help making sure I got exactly what I needed. This store is my go to for the stuff I need to fix around the house. Glenn helped us out in the doors the other day and spent an ample amount of his time going over all of our questions no matter how trivial. Associates can be hard to find at times but the help request buttons always bring someone fairly quick. I prefer Lowes to Home Depot myself so I am glad this store and its employees value my time.
I had to get some paint at Loews in Menifee, and was faced with the dilemma of which size paint brush I needed to use for edges. I approached a customer service clerk named Polly who not only guided me to brushes but also explained the why and how to use the brush. You need more Clerks like Polly who is actually interested in helping the customers.I also had help from a tall young gentleman who helped me with a paint exchange question. He didnt respond with I dont know, but rather went and asked Diane for a response. Shame on me for not getting his name. That was near closing time on 11/20/20 He was by the exchange area.
Upon entering you immediately feel overwhelmed. There is no one to great you and yet you get that sensation that you are being watched.So many workers but no one made any eye contact or even said hello.We even were interested in getting our kitchen remodeled, but couldn’t find anyone to help. After walking around the remodel section we saw people in the back on their phones sitting behind desks which appeared them to be busy. I thought to myself, well I shouldn’t bother them.We found what we needed, and left. At least the cashier was friendly and attentive. If not for the good prices I could of happily left without buying anything.

I am trying to make Lowes my go to home improvement store. They are not helping. I needed a particular power inverter they carry. There were supposed to be seven on isle 17 bay 5. None on display. I was fortunate that this is also the ladder isle. I was able to put up the ladder climb over the shelves and find the seven. Yay! I bought two at the self checkout. Life is good.
Glenn in appliances was extremely helpful. We purchased a new refrigerator today and Glenn was very professional and took the time to help us decide which fridge was best for our family. He additionally helped us in obtaining the fridge from a different store since the Menifee location was all out of stock. He made our experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!!
Went to pick up some mulch this evening and Sergio assisted me, he was amazing! We were waiting for a manager to unlock the side gate to load the mulch for awhile, however he apologized throughout the wait, informed me about the quality of the mulch I had purchased and did a great job loading all that mulch. I will definitely return to this location 🙂
So, yesterday I went in to get some screws for a TV mount. When I walked in, I asked the first person I saw, he directed me to an isle, and when I walked over there, I couldnt find them. I walked around some more until I could find someone else to help me, and after about 10 min I found someone who directed me to a different isle and said he would call someone to help. I went to the isle and waited. Then I waited some more, and still no one showed up. By some miracle, I found another worker that said he would have someone there shortly to help. I kept looking to see if I could find it myself, but no such luck. I finally called the store from my cell while still in the store. The operator directed me on which isle to go to, and I heard her page someone to go to the isle I am on for help. Shockingly, NO ONE CAME!!! I ended up buying a brand new TV mount because no one could be bothered to help me. I guess thats how they make money? That will be the last time I buy anything from them, they obviously do not care about helping their customers. I can Drive the extra 15 minutes to Home Depot. Attached Pic is just to show that I actually did buy the mount. I always try to find the positive, like maybe someone was having a bad day, but 4 people? The most helpful person was the operator I talked to when I called while walking around. At least she paged someone. Just disappointed all around!
For some reason, none of the employees on the floor seem to know where products are or if they are stocked. But I am finding this to be a common occurrence at most Lowes. The crew stocking the shelves needs to really step up their game because they are out of stuff all the time. The cashiers are very nice. There was a young man by the name of Tim who helped me load stuff into my truck. He was very helpful and polite. The cashiers and Tim are the reason for this particular location getting four stars. Their customer service should be used as an example to your other employees.
BLACK FRIDAY SCAM!! - I bought a washer and dryer for 40% off and a $75 online rebate and was told delivery would take two weeks. I agreed, went home and went online but the web asked for the order number, which was not on the receipt. I called the store and spoke to Christina and she said receipts don’t have an order number - of course! I told her the web asked for it and she said the cashier should have given me TWO receipts.HOW IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT??? Anyhow, she took my number n NEVER called me back - no rebate for me!2 wks later, 12/13, I received a Delivery Status Notification and it said to click on link to confirm delivery.When I did, it listed BOTH my washer n dryer and hoses being delivered the next day, 12/14 between 9:30 am - 1:30pm. Of course I rearranged my schedule and at 9am on 12/14, just 30 min before deliveryAdam from Lowe’s calls and says the washer didn’t come so they are canceling delivery. - How can you CONFIRM that both the washer and dryer are being delivered and then call to cancel bc the washer didn’t make it? - EVERYTHING IS INVENTORIED. - I’m paying off my card, closing my account and going with Home Depot like I should have done in the first place. - what was I thinking??
Julie the head cashier is AWESOME. I have been trying to exchange 3 shovels I had purchased from Lowes for about 4 years now. The handles bent when I used them. The are Kobalt brand and even had the factory sticker still on the shovel head. I always got the run around when I took them in. I saw Julie today for a different transaction and I asked her why I was given such a hard time, she replied bring them to her and as long as she can visibly see the are Kobalt brand she would exchange them for me. I just want to say this has been the worst experience with the customer service with this store and lack of communication. We called corporate about a deliver of our dish washing washing machine that was 2 weeks past the ETA(now I know it is an Estimate Time of Arrival but the response from everyone is what I have an issue with) and corporate pointed the finger to the store while the store just said If you want to cancel your order and reorder its up to you we called the store and they just keep transferring to different departments. This is the first and last time we order anything from LOWES I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT TO ORDER FROM LOWES OR THIS STORE. We finally got an answer and we were advised the unit was there but they couldnt deliver it until 2 weeks from now... We ended up going to pick this unit ourselves... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, we never had this issue with Home Depot, You learn from your mistakes and this was our first and last with Lowes.
Still waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready within 24 hrs. I understand and am more than willing to make allowances during this time - but no one at the store has the same answers. I was told: it will probably take about 5 hours; it might take 24 hours, and at 24 hours was told the order must have been misplaced (???); just give us a little time to get the items together; at 28 hours - we have to go in the order received (???) Arrrgh
Worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced. I was out in garden area tripped over vendors water hose .Dave the manager was so rude. You cannot get ahold of corporate office. On hold over Hour. They called me back at 6:00 am. But I do have to say I love my Murrieta location. They know customer service and how to treat their customers.
Clerk called a man to help us. Never came. Told my husband I would go find him, had his name. He was busy talking personal, not business things and when i asked him directly for help, he said oh yeah, like he forgot. He was of no help. So we went to Best Buy and got great, immediate help and advice on our purchase. Night and day difference in service levels.

I had a love-hate relationship with Lowes. A couple years ago they had messed up an order very badly, but made up for it in a big way. But now its just a hate relationship. This is because the Iris by Lowes home security shutdown fiasco was the final straw.If you use the Iris by Lowes do-it-yourself security system and have not yet seen the news, Lowes is killing it off. They are giving partial refunds, but I am getting less than 2/5 of what I spent on my system. I am going with the Ring security system, which I only discovered after I had already purchased the Iris system less than a year ago. The Ring system is cheaper overall and has some better features, such as cellular backup. If you have Ring doorbells or floodlights, you can get the $10 per month monitoring and get video storage for all your Ring devices. That is a pretty good deal if you have multiple Ring cameras.Though it is farther away, I will be driving to Home Depot from now on.
Lowe’s in menifee. My Husband and I walked in around 8 am on a Saturday Morning, waited for 45 mins to get help about the window AC unit. A lady finally came and took our information but did not hear back from anyone . I think Home Depot has better service.Unhappy customer es👎🏻😩
I always find what I need when I come here. Last time I was here, a customer was getting really angry that he had placed an order online and still had to wait in the store. I felt kinda bad for the lady working at customer service. Its not her fault. Its the stores fault. Just improve your online ordering software or whatever you use that causes delays.
We were looking in the orchid supplies. We need the bark chips. Your only selection was made by miracle grow. No other brands were available in your store. Your bathroom hadnt been cleaned for awhile. Is there no one available to clean the at least once in the late morning and the second time in early evening? I had been in a Lowes long ago. Now I know why I switched to The Home Depot.
I am a person who shops all avenues open to find good deals on my list. Sometimes its toss-up between local businesses and on the internet. But for my needed the same day price is the factor.I find that Lowes will beat HD in certain areas 80 to 90% of the time Heres a few I know that they are lower in prices, Air gun staples, blinds etc.,and some special lumber pieces redwood lattace sheets 5.00 to 10.00 cheaper. So thats my rating Lowes is my choice first.
Military ~ Take your business to Home Depot, Lowes is no longer military friendly... UNLESS you do not mind providing them with more personal info, than your IDs... I felt like I was applying for a high security clearance.I am giving them two stars because I have never really had any problems at this store, and have spent $1000s here. Online pick-up needs help. 4 times I have been emailed and called to say my order is ready. Then I get there and wait 20 minutes for them to find my order. Their managment needs to fix the communication issues. I cancelled 2 orders from them and just bought from Amazon because of the issues.
Tried to buy a fridge, called and the lady that helped me said they had one in stock. Went in the next morning and paid for it. By the time I got home someone called me and said they didnt have the fridge and proceeded to lie and tell me that the lady that had helped me said they didnt have the fridge. We went back to the store and got a refund.The next day the lady that had helped me on the phone called to ask why I cancelled my order. I told her what happened and she said the fridge was still there.I smell shenanigans and feel sorry this lady that was so nice lost a sale because of someone in the store lying about her.
I was picking up some items for the house, about 830 at night only one cash register open about 15 people in line they opened two other cash registers three people in front of me I waited and when it was my turn they close the cash register and told me to get into another line. They were more interested in closing the cash register and checking me out.The manager displayed poor Customer Service
I have a construction business and needed a couple tools before I started my work for the day. I arrived at 5 am one hour before opening at 6 am and the security asked me to leave the parking lot. I told him I was going to wait for the store to open and he said I could not wait in the parking lot. I refused to leave and he called the police.
Always a disappointment with delivery service. I have used their delivery service for large and heavy items. Each and everytime, day of... they reschedule . They come outside of the time frame window. And this time, waiting months for a washer and dryer. They schedule a day. Only to call me in the morning to say they need more people to make a delivery cause the item is heavy. Hence the rescheduling. Any proper manager would not reschedule, but merely adapt to the situation. Their delivery department needs and overhaul of their processs.
We bought whole house carpet from this store and had Lowes install it. Three years after the install ALL of the carpet installed by this store became rippled....to the extent we are beginning to trip over it. Brought this to the attention of the assistant manager because the store manager was nowhere to be found. He told me it would be best for me to followup with the carpet manufacture and the installer. Basically in his eyes its my problem to deal with. Notice to all: dont buy any carpet that needs to be installed from the Menifee Lowes store.
I practically live here.... But I am started to question the employment. We just left after looking for an anchor flange for a toilet. No joy. That could be because either no one works in plumbing or the other times are busy gossiping with other employees while my wife stand next to them staring at them after asking for help. Dont worry Lowes I helped the old lady get everything she needed to replace her toilet while I waited and helped load it in her cart. The only props Ill give and the only reason I am giving you 2 stars instead of 1 is the guy who was working in lawn and garden at 3pm today. He tried helping me even without knowledge of plumbing(I still left empty handed). He came over to help the lady load in her toilet and after I watched her wait for a code 50(which I assume is help loading something to someones car, and two people are assigned to it per shift per the white dry erase board in the front) he was the only one who responded to it. I was going to offer to help her once I finished checking out, she checked out well before I even got in line. The help loading into cars staff really needs improvement. Apparently, last month my 6 month pregnant wife got me a very heavy tile saw for me for Christmas(i wasnt there with her) and after waiting 15+ minutes for a code 50 no one showed up, they were called over 5 times, so she just walked out and loaded it herself.
By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any store. We started out by pulling into their overcrowded parking lot and asking a very nice employee who was pushing shopping carts if they rented pressure washers. He said yes, over by garden, and they even rent hand held power washers. Ok great, went inside and the first employee we asked directions to tool rental told us we dont rent anything. Wow, strange. So on the way out we asked who I assumed was a manger speaking with another employee if we could rent a pressure washer. One said yes and one said no simultaneously! Trash company, trash employees. Seriously? Think I took all this time to write this for what? Im shocked and pray that nobody has to go there. Do us all a favor and go out of business. We dont need Lowes for anything. Put this in your weekly bulletin for employees or something. Im sure this will be erased because America is nothing anymore. Everyone is shut down or called a racist. Bye!
The most amazing experience in my life! JOEY aka JOSH is AMAZING! I was really frustrated when I walked in to Lowes. I purchased back splash a year ago for my new kitchen I just started to finally work on and I was advised I did not have enough. Desperate to find more, I knew it was going to be impossible to find. JOEY did everything in his power to help me find it. His attitude was so positive and he was so entertaining and helpful. He was all alone and was able to juggle himself between 3 of us. He made us all feel valuable and assured he would be right with us. I waited patiently since he took the time to listen before he zoomed off. He actually brought me joy while being funny since he knew ai was down. He gave me hope and energy (long day) to find options. He helped me pick out alternatives and was genuine about his opinion which I truly needed and valued. He was so knowledgable when it came to dementions and was able to tell me exactly how many boxes I needed. He loaded my basket, pushed it for me as he walked me to check out. He introduced me at the cash register and made me feel once again valuable. After I checked out he walked me to my car and unloaded for me. I was probable no more than 30 min in the store. He made it a breeze to do business. Thank you JOEY! Lowes needs more JOEYS! This world needs more JOEYS!
This is the worst place I have ever shopped. It is closer than Home Depot and we just moved to this area so we wanted to shop local. We have been here three times in two months, never again. We will drive as far as needed to go to home depot. Employees are rude, not knowledgeable. We thought first time got a lazy employee so willing to try again a rude employee and third time would take too long to explain.
Purchased a stove, that was easy. However they came removed the old on and left the new one uninstalled, when I explicitly asked and was charged for installation. 3 calls I was redirected and then once I finally reach the department I can hear someone pick up and hang up the phone. Finally the 4th time I ask to speak to some form of management for the application department. I believe she said her name was Elly. I dont know if she would be helpful or not since Ive been on hold for over 1 hour after she ask what the situation was. Prior to this they messed up the stove order twice. I highly discouraged the purchase of applications from this location. We also bought woodflooring and supplies for installation. That went smoothly. Just avoid the appliances department now I need to go in person...again
This Lowes does not mandatory mask wearing! Even some of their employees do not wear masks. They do not disclose the fact that some of their employees have gotten COVID! I have a relative who works there & he/she is thinking of quiting because they do not enforce masks & social distancing. It should be mandatory.
Went to go buy appliance before noon that I had already researched online. Online said they had in stock and delivery was avail for the day, apparently item was not in stock, one in stock was days out to deliver. Sales rep. was in a hurry to get back to doing nothing and chatting with coworker, it was busy too, no help whatsoever not only for me but interested customers. I reluctantly went to BestBuy and got golden glove treatment, 0% finance and way better model for same price, out the door in 20 min., and item was ordered shipped an installed a day n half later. Customer service was crap, cmon now, you guys have the easiest job next to selling paint.
I have just done some major remodeling, so I have spent many hours this past week shopping at both Lowes and Home Depot. Both have their pros and cons, but I definitely prefer Lowes; especially this location. I have met many helpful and extremely unhelpful employees at both stores, but one employee stands out. Skyler, who works at the Lowes on Haun Rd., is not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely good at customer service. He has assisted me a few times, and every time he has been extremely helpful, and saved me hours of time finding and returning products.Last time I shopped at Home Depot (Perris Crossing), I was left for over an hour waiting for assistance in the plumbing department. Several times an attempt was made to call for assistance, and nobody ever showed up....I ended up leaving extremely upset. This never happens at Lowes on Haun. Whenever I shop at Lowes, I never wait more than five minutes for help, no matter what time of day I am there. Lowes will get all of my business in the future!
So I go to Lowes Home Improvement in Menifee because my mom bought something that totally didnt work or match. We go in and try to return them with a reciept and they said because its cut they cant return them. Yet my mom told them the blinds are falling apart they are cheap and flimsy. They still denied it even thought they previously told us unless theyre broken, we cant return them So I ask for a manager. This guy came to me and said what can I help you with, I address that I work in the same type of business and that since theyre broken, we dont need them and he said that they can exchange them thats it. I litterally kept on telling him I dont want other blinds theyre broken and cheap. He said over and over again Im not going to do this with you or Im not going to play this game with you .. What kind of manager says that. So I told him youre really not going to put your customers first and he replied with dont play or pull that Home Depot game with me . Im shocked on how this manager treated me. Their customer service is on a way low standard obviously and Im not saying this just because I work with another company, Im saying this as a customer. Im so disappointed. Oh and he sent us to a lady who didnt listen to what we wanted and she without my moms consent told the manager we are just going to take screws they were going to throw in and thats it. We dont want screws when did we ever say that? Disappoint.
BEWARE OF LOWES APPLIANCES in Menifee, they will take your money and you will not receive your purchase!!! They order appliances from out of the country, after they take your MONEY. After waiting for over 2 months with only a partial delivery (that they did not notify me in advance). They are not willing to offer any compensation or refund. BAD BUSINESS!!!
Rude racist customer service employee literally pretended not to see me and attempted to help someone else in line BEHIND me . I say attempted because I stood up for myself and made her help me FIRST but my experience was unfair and disrespectful. Couldnt find the specialty bulb I needed to test if my light outside my garage door is functioning properly but I did find a new light fixture that looks decent and was under $5 that takes standard light bulbs. I also found LED replacement bulbs on sale in the whole project cost me under $10!
Bought 3 cement benches online and paid for next day delivery, $248 came out of my account.No one from Lowes called or delivered my benches the next day.I called the Menifee storeOh he says, your order was canceled, someone should have called you, we dont have any of those in the store. I cant seem to understand how I can goto a lowes store get a belt sander yeah right this place doesnt even have anyone that could help me even after I went to cashier and asked her to call someone which she did but no one showed up so I needed a truck and the girl behind the customer service desk tells me it is getting oil changed even after I explained I parked next to the truck and it wasnt getting oil changed but oh well I think this store has a serious problem no service no help no more I am going to home depot.
Deceptive price labeling. Bought tile, it was priced at $1.79. So I bought 4 boxes. Looking at the receipt it said the tile cost $3.49. I was told that $1.79 was the square foot charge but the 12x24 tile is $3.49 each. This is misleading even though both prices were on the tag, your eyes tend to look the yellow price without looking small print.
I absolutely hate there delivery they never get things right and they are always late. They need new management. We where supposed to have our washer and dryer delivered today and my husband had the day off today now I have to be here between there window Tom hopefully they are not late!!!!!Oh ya did I mention we bought the units in November! It is January and they just now got the units in.They dont even deserve a star in my opinion negative zero more like it
Ordered online and was texted when my order was ready. Parked in designated area for online orders. A friendly employee Travis came to my vehicle to get my online order #. Travis returned with my order and I was on my way. Thank u Travis, lowes will be 1# with employees like u!
Very dissatisfied with this visit. Couldnt find anyone who knew where spray paint was. Then had to move a 10ft 4x4 off the 2nd shelf without any help. Then we asked if we could have the wood cut into multiple pieces for a childs backyard game. The two employees then told us they couldnt cut the wood because it was too long. My daughter (age 42) and myself (age 70) left HOME DEPOT because of similar issues and they sponsored Tony Stewart. Now where do single women go to shop for home improvement and cant find help ?
Was helped almost immediately, explained what I needed,(nuts for some bolts I had), they said here you go sir I paid for them and left. Like an idiot I didnt check the nuts before leaving. You can guess the rest. I dont blame LOWES I should have checked before leaving.

2022-06-01Came to make a key 🔑 to my house 🏡!Walked around for a second and saw that the store was nicely organized!Robert assisted me and in less than a minute he was done ✅ super cute key 🔑!Less than $6 dollars ♥️Nico also helped me and finding the key section.Honestly I came early in the morning so the store was empty . But they have a big selection of everything!Garden 🪴, appliances, outside furniture, all electronics , lamps , cleaning supplies , you name it they have it !Definitely recommend this store !Everyone was nice and friendly!They also had a nice selection of keys and they where fun 🤩!I left super happy !

2022-02-11I would like to say that it was a very enjoyable time coming in at Old dark 30 in the morning. The store was clean aisles were clear and customer service agents were out there to help you. The pictures were approved by point. Perla, was the first face that I saw when coming into the store at 6:02 a.m. she greeted me and asked if there was anything that she could help me with, and of course there was it was a great transaction to see that even this early in the morning there are people like Perla that were on the ball and had things going. I thought Id be able to catch a customer service agent off guard since it was so early in the morning but I was wrong she was on point she was professional and she kept the conversation going to get what I needed back into my account or what I preferred was a merchant gift card from Lowes Menifee. She was able to do that with a quickness. Which made my day go a whole heck of a lot more since it just started at 4:00 and Im already at Lowes by 6:00 a.m. . The store was clean as you can see by the pictures the people were happy to be there. At this time Perla is going to go on some needed vacation I am sorry I will not see her for a while but shes been at the store since James T Davis has been there and she is one of the lucky finds that he had working in that store prior to him getting there. The whole thing is to put together a team that works and performs at high levels all the time always remember to put in the customer service first but still remembering that they represent Lowes corporation Lowes Menifee store. I cant wait till you get back and again I wish you the very best and thank you again for making my day.Outstanding customer service was able to get everything I needed when I got there places clean people have masks on keeping the social distance when they but theyre always people there to help you get what you need. It seems a day taking the extra effort to try to make sure that you get what you need and a timely matter and able to get you a good price remember that price matching at the store is available. And unlike Home Depot here you get a military discount on everything including the wood.

2022-05-17Mari/Mariela, the sales specialist is awesome! I got a really good amount of discount on all the items that we bought for a home improvement. We bought some paints, lumber, strip nailsWith everything costing an arm and a leg, a big discount helps tremendously. She offered the business account which you can get even if you dont really have a business. Since I am very particular on my credit and not wanting to open the business credit card, I still got the big discount by joining the program they have without running my credit. She even offered me a cold water while waiting. The other staff seemed really nice and liking their jobs. People who are willingto throw a smile your way when you enter the place says a lot about how the company is taking care of them and management. Kudos to all of you, keep smiling, and providing excellent customer service. The world needs more people that are happy at their jobs.

2021-07-14We always love bring in our dog Buddha to any store that allows it, thankfully one of my favorites does! We have never had any problems with anyone being rude about him being with us, we always tend to make new friends and he is able to be trained socially! He loves helping me pick out plants for our garden this is his most recent pick (chamomile)

2022-02-27Found most of what I wanted. Got help from someone in a different dept, which I knew and was not told that. I told him I get it if he wasnt sure and gave me his best guess after thinking a minute. Great and thanks! Got to the isle and saw someone from that dept, asked him, pointed me down the isle. Nope, sadly that wasnt what I was looking for. Went hunting and then thought about their website. Searched the store I was in on their site and found the isle and bay number where the mysterious item was. NOPE! They moved it and no where near by. Sadly, left without a new shed handle/lock. Already tried their competition with even less luck, if thats possible. Otherwise, Lowes is a good place to shop.

2022-04-28I went to get some new knobs for my shower. I had someone help me and I ended up with the wrong ones. I own 50% of that because I didnt really know what yo look for or what questions to ask. I think a manager helped me because when he asked if I needed help I noticed he glanced over to the department cashier area I imagine to see why nobody had helped me yet. Im a retail manager as well so I picked up on that but I could have been wrong. Either way I left with the wrong stuff. He did his best with the info I gave him. The store was neat and orderly

2022-04-27Your Menifee location employs a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Your Manager there that I dealt with, middle aged Hispanic female, was just as rude and impolite as her subordinates.I had to return a can of Flex seal that I bought there within the last 60 days because it was missing the button on the can. Additionally, I ended up with the wrong trimmer string because it was misplaced on the shelf. These were the two items I sought store credit or exchange for and I also needed to purchase propane via exchange.When I arrived at your store, I walked in to the foyer to ask where I should place the empty bottle of propane but before I can ask, a young, Hispanic male rudely chastised me for bringing it into the store and told me I had to take it to the clear opposite end of the store. I didnt appreciate his tone and told him that I had to do a return/exchange and that I didnt appreciate his tone and that I wasnt going to walk clear to the other side of the store then walk back to do the transactions. He then instructed me to place it outside the doors I had just walked through closest to the exchange desk.While doing my transaction, he was unfriendly. He gave me a gift card for $29 and then I proceded to get trimming line. When I got in line, I saw the self serve kiosk and asked the employee there if I could also get propane there. She said yes and attempted to do my transaction for me but after repeated attempts, it was unsuccessful. She then instructed me to get in line with everyone else and get it done at the register. By this time, I had already been there 25 minutes or so.The cashier botched my transaction somehow. The credit was never applied and she was trying to charge me $45 for a propane tank and Craftsman trimming line. The $29 gift card was never applied. However, somehow she erased the gift card balance in the process. She became stressed and unable to do her job. Feeling bad for her, I told her that I would pay the $45 and we could deal with the gift card situation after. She rang me up, I paid the $45+ and she simply sent me back over to the returns desk. Not calling ahead, not walking me over to explain... Nothing!At the returns desk, there was a tall, large, young African American female with a mask. Between the mask and the plexiglass, I couldnt even understand what she was saying. However, she was incapable of correcting the error and told me I had to wait for a supervisor. By this time, 45+ minutes had passed.The supervisor showed up after 10+ minutes and never said a word to me. Finally, she asked for the card I used and after several minutes, put $29 back on my card, supposedly. No sorry, no thank you for your patience, sorry for the inconvenience... NOTHING.I then told her that I still needed the propane. She then sent me to the far exit where the propane was and told me that someone would be there to get me a tank. After 10 minutes of waiting, I had had enough and went back into the store and immediately saw her. I told her Id been there an hour and I wasnt going to wait anymore (I was already 10 minutes late for a Little League Baseball meeting at my home). Still impolite and unapologetic, she gave me my propane and acted as if I was bothering her as a paying customer.I can honestly say that this store was appalling with their customer service. It was clear to me that it seems to be okay for them to act in this manner and theres probably no repurcussion to correct them. Rude and disrespectful employees there that made me stay 45-50 minutes longer than I should have and didnt think anything was wrong with that.You have serious issues at this location and it makes me want to take my business to your competitor.I have all my receipts and can provide more detailed information if your organization is even the least bit interested, which I seriously doubt.

2022-04-05Just like any other Lowes but what this store side apart from all other Lowes is the customer service. Every time I visit them, they greet me and ask for assistance even if they are very busy. If they sees you lost, they will make sure to ask you if you need help. I buy almost everything from here for the house. Thank you Lowes for hiring amazing employees.

2022-06-28I shop at this Lowes store on a regular basis and generally experience good service. Unfortunately today and two previous times I have attempted to get information about replacement windows. On all three visits I went to the desk near where the windows are and found it unmanned so I rang the bell that you press to request help. The first time I waited for nearly 15 minutes and then left. The 2nd time I went to find someone who was kind enough to walk over with me to help find someone only to find that the individual who was supposed to be there was temporarily unavailable and it would be about 20 - 30 minutes before he returned. Today I walked in at about 9:30 AM only to find no one at the customer service desk again. Another Lowes employee was walking by so I asked if he could call the person who could help me. He was kind enough to do so and the individual answered which to me acknowledged that he knew someone was waiting. twenty minutes later the same employee walked by again and asked if I had been helped. I told him that no one had responded to his call. I thanked him and told him that I would come back another time and left. I understand that most retailers are shorthanded but A person can only wait so long to spend $15K - $20K when there is no one to help.

2022-05-12We went in to purchase a microwave for over the stove and paid to have it installed. The third party installation company called the day of the install to cancel, which was a bit upsetting.We ended up just going into Lowes and picking up the microwave to just install it ourselves. The sales associate, Jacqualine, helped us out and even quickly refunded all of the fees that went for the installation. Thanks Jacqualine!
