They sold me an LG washer on clearance that they assured me worked and it did not. I had to pay someone to deliver it and I have no way to return it. It is under warranty but the warranty company A&E (sears ) did not show up to their scheduled appointments three separate times and I cant afford to take any more time off of work to wait for a technician that wont show up.
Im currently on hold, and have been for 4 hours now. For something that should only take 5-15 minutes. When someone answered, they told me an RTM Clerk or Manager would call me back within the hour. I left my name and number with them. It is now close to being 2 hours since they told me that.Oh this is on top of the fact that they were supposed to contact me OVER TEN DAYS AGO.Update: Stillllll on hold. Corporate seriously needs to restaff this location.
Definitely not the best Lowe’s I’ve been to. Some of the staff have a “non-customer service” oriented attitude. Check out can be a nightmare. The carts are rarely where they’re suppose to be and the sanitation supplies are almost always out.Succulent selection is rather pathetic. Not much to say for the indoor houseplants except for an occasionally nice Monstera or Calathea. However, other (non-succulent) outdoor garden plants rock! Over the past couple months, I’ve purchased many flowering shrubs/vines and ground cover plants to fill in multiple bare garden beds. Very happy with them!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I was trying to find a product that online they said had 80 of but only 5 in store. THREE SEPARATE times i had to track someone down to answer my question, they would send me back to the aisle promising to call someone, and i would wait 15 minutes for no one to show up. i spent 45 minutes in that store and they never ever helped me. never coming back, that was the most pathetic excuse for help ive ever seen
The manager (in Burbank, CA) there named KAUN (pronounced KAN) is the “NICEST Guy” always willing to go out of his way and help!!!My husband and I got to Lowes a little bit right before they closed and the guy that “cuts the plexy glass” had already clocked out.We were gonna have to come back the next day to get it cut.And KAUN “the manager” came and cut the glasseven though he had never cut that kinda plexiglass (OPTIX is extra thick) before,he still came and helped us and got it done!!He is also a Very “hard working man” and he is always so NICE & helpful to all the customers and employees!!!I’m always shopping at LOWE’S because I’m always renovating so I see him all the time.KAUN is SUCH A BIG HELP, & LOWE’S Corporation are lucky& should know they have “Hard Worker that’s genuine and doing a GREAT JOB!!I actually kept forgetting to write this review, but KAUN had such a “Big impact” on me that I always reminded myself to“MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER TO WRITE THE REVIEW”, it’s worth it!!!…..HE’S WORTH IT!!…..
Worst customer service. You cant use your Lowes credit card at the self checkout because you use the slider on the credit card machine. You have to go to the register or cashier to checkout. They only have one register open with a long line and the cashier has sense of urgency or to call for help. The person who is over seeing the self checkout is complaining about someone to replace her instead of helping.
Certainly theres a lot here if you happen to need the basics. I like the garden center with its many hummingbird feeders and 30 kinds of gloves. I didnt find what I wanted this time but they have cool seasonal stuff - mainly a great Christmas selection...in October. Ive gotten a lot of stuff here over the years. I wish they had a directory on site with more specifics on it.
I recently place an order online for in-store pickup at the Lowe’s in Burbank, and I’m sad to report that my customer service experience was far from ideal. First of all, my merchandise was not waiting for me when I arrived in spite of the fact that the website said it had been for two hours. Then the associate at the counter said that she thought the item was out of stock and sent me unaccompanied (to the wrong aisle no less) to look for it. Thankfully, another employee saw me wandering around aimlessly, and directed me to the correct area. This guy was great, and if I had not encountered him, I probably would have left a lower rating. Hopefully I’ll have an overall better experience the next time I visit this Lowe’s, but as of now I cannot in good conscience rate them higher than three stars.
No one in the store answers the phone. Ive spent over an hour and a half calling the Burbank store (as well as the other local stores since I could not reach a person at this store) trying to get an answer to a simple question: What hours is the Pro Desk available? I need answers about a product which, according to the manufacturer, is sold through Lowes as, I believe, a special order item, but apparently Lowes is not interested in my business.
Zero customer service. Everytime you go there it is the same. At returns they would keep customers standing for 10-15 minutes and they just would talk to peers or just walk away. I have been to other Lowes in Pacoima or Ventura and none of those stores is comparable to the Lowes in Burbank.
Having placed an order for $2000 of appliances, they will not answer the phone. The stove and refrigerator might eventually get delivered, or not, but Lowes is fully armored against any customer contact. Their basic practice is keeping you on hold for 15 minutes and then hanging up. Even buying the stuff was unpleasant - the salesperson got deeply angry, offended that I would not buy their extended warranty. The items in the store might be okay, but the people at the store are truly miserable. As an update, the refrigerator was eventually delivered (no sign of the stove) and the guys delivering it were aces - competent, cheerful and swift. Id made a point of telling the salespeople that there were 37 steps up the hill to house and they did not pass on the information. The delivery guys just set to and made it work.
Why These people are in business . Customer service 0 . Not answering phone calls , always unhappy faces of employees not willing to help . Why they taking space if someone can open a better business there . I am talking about Burbank Lowes. Terrible , terrible experience . Managers never available and I amSure they don’t care never read reviews
Clean store. I have it pretty much memorized. I just wish the employees were a bit more knowledgeable. I was looking for a tool that on previous times, Ive purchased here before. If they hadnt moved it, I wouldnt have needed to ask where it was. 2 employees didnt know what I was talking about and another employee said he was pretty sure this tool wasnt a thing. Imagine having to show an employee proof that a tool exists by pulling up their own company website... ended up finding it on my own.
Hard to get help here. Showed 2 separate sales reps what I needed and was sent to 2 different aisles that did not have the product..at two different ends of the store. Finally after the third sales rep I was sent to the correct aisle. All I needed was caulking and a washer hose. Not uncommon products.
Just a couple of bad experiences in two of their departments by indifferent rude behavior employees. They made up for it by another employee, greatly assisting me in hardware and he even made certain that the beam size was measured to my specifications and that the color was right. Great store...at times. Almost everything you need is here. Very good prices on cleaning & kitchen hygiene supplies.
(STOP BUYING APPLIANCES)We orderd 6pcs appliances from this store for $7000.on delivery date the gas range was missing. Driver told us they gonna deliver another day. After many time calling to schedule the date they told me we delivered to you!! Now I lost $1000 and nobody trying to fix this
This is more of a review of Lowes online ordering system and customer support, but nevertheless this store was involved and I feel that consumers should be aware of how atrocious they are.Several times now, I have ordered something from their website for store pickup and items have been randomly cancelled from the order due to no stock, sometimes without any notification. Delays are also extremely common. This doesnt stop them hounding you to pick up what little does eventually arrive. To compound this: Recently, I ordered a large item for pickup. It was shown on the website as being in stock and that it would arrive in store several days later. As the day for pickup approached, I was informed that the order would be delayed by a few more days. And then... no updates for another two weeks. I logged in to look at the order, and it appeared to have spend the last couple of weeks stuck in a nearby UPS depo. I called Lowes customer support, advised them of the situation, and was told theyd try and reorder the item for me. They put me on hold for around 10 minutes, then dropped the call and never rang back. Especially frustrating considering theyd confirmed my phone number with me earlier in the call.Another week later, it became increasingly apparent that no action had been taken by CS, so I rang them again. After well over an hour on the phone, mostly spent patiently waiting on hold between bouts of politely directing the CS agent down various avenues of inquiry, I eventually learned that UPS had indeed lost the item, the item was no-longer in stock, Lowes couldnt tell me when it would be in stock again, and my only choices were to have them refund the item or pay more for an alternative. This, after weeks of waiting and a couple of hours of my time pushing Lowes to investigate the issue. I put all the effort in here, and I have zip to show for it.So by all means order online at Lowes for pickup in Burbank, but dont expect them to actually supply the thing you ordered, follow up on the order when it inevitably goes awry, communicate with you, or help you resolve the situation.Ordering from Lowes is a gamble!
When I have used my phone Samsung pay to make a purchase at the store on Tues than Wednesday A supervisor tried to make me ferl that Im loosing my mind by insulting my intelligence and questioning if I was at home Depot. Lets out it this way,. Adriana is the supervisor as I have been told and at this current moment that store had suddenly caused a return for 7 items purchased in the last three weeks totaling 6k. Additionally i would not place my foot in that door as long as disrespectful, Informant and shameful staff members such as the person who I rlfeel sad for due to being ignorant.bbi had proof that I purchased using my Samsung pay and yet he walked away from me as if I did something wrong. There was a gentleman manager in the paint department that actually understands what I went through so you can verify with him. After spending 2 hours he cause me to walk out with disgust. I have havd a horrible experience in the last with the same person so this tells me this person should not be employed at that location. On Saturday the busiest time of the day I will be there to tlteturn multiple items that all been used an opened but within the return period so that may e a better understanding is adhered to how significant the experience because to be the worse than ever. For now
No customer service whatsoever they do not want to sell the items and you were treated as an inconvenience I search the web before coming to the store they were 49 available it told me the aisle in the bin location got to the store they’re not available in that aisle I did find them in a different aisle or different location but they’re still not available 49 items are not available in asking customer service I waited over 20 minutes for someone to respond and then I was treated as an inconvenience because they couldn’t just lollygag around so now I have a customer service person kind of walking up and down the isles Space looking for the item they then going to ask somebody else and they go oh well they’re right here you know five rows up towards the ceiling so then he says OK no why would you have sent someone over who doesn’t not know the area and they walk around like a puppy dog when the person who actually knows the area did not help or did not respond then I had to wait for somebody to get a forklift to get the items down and then I was told that this is only part of them because they can’t get the other ones down they don’t have the personnel to do that right now this was the worst experience I have ever encountered
No one ever answers the phone. I try every extension and it just rings till someone hangs up on me. The only way to get through is to drive all the way there every time I have an issue regarding this large order. One of the pieces has now arrived broken after being backordered, and then lost. I cant get anyone on the phone, yet again. Looks like trip number 6 for me to drive all the way to Lowes will be the only way this gets handled... again.
Thank you, Omar! Went in with a shade that we needed mounting hardware for. The first employee we showed it to was not at ALL helpful. Basically just said, Yeah. Dont think we have that but you can check. As we were walking out of the store, we decided to ask another employee, Omar, the same question. Omar took the time to examine the shade thoroughly, find the part number and the name of the manufacturer and suggested we call them for the replacement part. We never would have known how to find ANY of that. We went from deflated to elated! What a difference great customer service makes in a shopping experience!
Lowes just makes me dislike shopping that much more and some of the folks that work there must have just started because the last time I was there 2 different floor personnel sent me on a witch hunt clear across the store... These big chain hardware stores are not for me mom and pops only for me..
It takes 3 Lowes employee to help on one register. When there is a line and open register to be used by the employees. Great time management. Employees walking around like they dont want to work . Forth employee even takes off his Lowes vest so it doesnt look like 4 employees at one terminal.
Terrible service. Unprofessional. Told us a lie that our washer would be delivered the following day. But the next day comes, and we were told that the item was OUT OF STOCK! What was more upsetting was that they didn’t even know when it would be in stock. Is this a joke? We waited for a long time and needed a new washer right away, and they do this to us?! This was supposed to be fulfilled by Lowe’s Valencia, but they didn’t. Seriously, this is unacceptable and the service is poor to say the least!! Will not recommend buying appliances here for sure.
Please do NOT do business with Lowes. They are not an honorable company, they hire incompetent employees, they lie to their customers and their customer service is one of the worst. I will never patronize them again. I actually bought a couple of $300 gift cards for some people and they couldnt even do that simple transaction correctly. I went to the Burbank Empire Center store and they said I had to go back to the original store of the purchase to straighten it out which is over an hour away here in greater Los Angeles. They lied and said that no Lowes store can see other Lowes stores transaction. They told me to call the Corporate Lowes office which I did and at the end of that call, with me providing the receipts and all other information, even the Corporate Lowes said I need to go back to the original Lowes, again over an hour away, to try to resolve the gift card issue. Its a hard card not an e card and I have all the receipts. Please, please take my post seriously and Do Not Use Lowes for anything.
I purchased a outdoor shade for my patio online for pickup in the store. When I went to pickup the item I didnt check the measurements because I was sure they got it right. They didnt, so I didnt freak out I just got in my car went back and got the correct size now Im home once again trying to put it up and none of the hardware or brackets are in the box. This store is by far the most unprofessional Lowes Ive been going my life
Bad experience. They cant manage deliveries with this terrible service called DSI Logistics, which apparently all Lowes in SoCal uses. Store is combative when I call--even trying to be as calm as possible. Escalated to store supervisor Ishmael a couple times, who stopped listening to what I said, which was infuriating, and then hung up on me. Had to call Lowes corporate to get a refund. I will not do business here again - and I will not recommend this store to friends.
The. Delivery guys did not change the fridge door from right to left. I had asked for an extended warranty from Lowes but had request it again. The customer service phone line never picks up. I had to drive to the Burbank store to correct these items. It was a phone transaction. I wasted half my day. The communication between store and vendor and delivery is not up to par.
Zer0 Customer Service !!! Came in at 8am , nobody inside and the female at tools isle wouldnt lift her buttocks to help me find a socket inside a drawer. Also gave me the worst attitude when asked details about the availability of the items I was looking for. Pretty much find it on your own if you want to.
Me and my daughter came to look for the floor tiles , we found the right tiles at display but We were not sure were to locate the product , Brian ponze helped us to locate the product and he loaded the product in to the cart charge it in the register and he offered to load in to our Vehicle. He was courteous, had excellent product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills. He created an great impression about the place he works.
Normally I love coming in to the Burbank Lowes Home Improvement store. I had done my research I needed to get to programmable light bulb sockets. On their website it said they had four on the floor. So I come in and ask one of the guys behind the returns desk where dimming and motion detecting light switches or light sockets might be. When I go on to explain what I need he goes on to say we dont have anything like that then I tell him well yes you do because I found it online, again he tells me no and then begins to tell me that the website is usually wrong so not having any patience and just needing to get what I needed I cut him off and ask him just appoint me where I needed to go. I go to aisle 10 and boom exactly what I was looking for were sitting exactly in front of me it took me less than 2 minutes to get in there and get out. Bottom line for a sales store, you should never sit there and turn away any sale. Its ridiculous that this guy shut me down didnt want to help also told me the store didnt have what I was looking for and they absolutely did. Maybe training might be in order.
Worst Customer service! We ordered a fridge and after taking off the whole day for the delivery it came with a dent. After calling 100 times with no answer we had to go down to get them to re send it. 4 days later the Second delivery just came and same thing another dent in front door! Just tried calling back, after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they hung up on me before I could even talk to anyone! Sad that Lowes has such horrible customer service, makes no sense whatsoever that no one can answer a phone call!
The store is clean even through remodel. The employees avoid you like they dont know anything but time and a paycheck. Their bathrooms were horrendous. If they could feel ashamed that would surprise me. Its a good store as long as you are able to hold it while shopping
I would do 0 star if there was an option. This is a 3rd time I am ordering BBQ grill and getting horribly customer service. First 2 times it was not assembled and delivered as promised even by the managers. Last time I was told I wouldn’t have that issue if I placed the order in the store. Well I did that and was promised that it will be ready for a pick up on 05/15/21. I came to store and not only the grill was not assembled, it was not in stock. Even though I placed the order in store a week before that and I was told that there are 7 units in stock. Also 99% of the time no one answers the calls. Or if someone answers they put you on hold and hand up after 15-20 minutes.
They went very helpful because I needed to know about a shopping cart on sale the sale girl didnt give me the right one I went to the cashier for help they called they say they had in stock it was right in front of the sale girl I asked for another guy to help he went around in circles didnt want to help either I was on a goose chase until I final found someone that found the right one then they made me wait up in front for half an hour they made me wait but finally I couldnt stand waiting anymore the right sale person found it after half a hour wait but the good thing two young nice workers put my wheels on very nice young guys thumbs up for them they care the others no I even talked to the manager he said he will address the problem I had thats why I gave a not so good score but those guys were great 👍 still I shouldnt have gone Thu that because lack of caring customer are always right !😷🙄😚🙁
███ Horrible customer service! Was at Lowes half hour before closing last night and waited for 15min+ for someone to open the paint cabinet after pushing the help button which pages over the intercom that customer service is needed in the spray paint. I heard an employee yell from several isles over someone get the paint already after the intercom rang out several times. I even asked the guy at the desk in that department if he had a key to the paint to which he replied umm its a combination not a key, plus Im busy. Like guy youre lucky Im not a Karen, but its experiences like this that make me not want to bother with Lowes and just give Walmart my business instead which is located at the other end of the shopping area.
My fridge arrived damaged. I filed a complaint with Lowes customer support, and they said the manager from the store would call me to discuss options. Its been a week with no call back, and the store absolutely never picks up the phone. The stores phone system automatically hangs up on you after 15 minutes of holding. Im disabled so I cant drive to the store myself.
Pretty miserable experience. Waited nearly 30 mins for assistance with zero customers in the appliance dept. Many employees looked at me but none ever attempted to assist. Even when standing right in front of them. They’d rather talk or text on their phones or crack jokes with one another. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
I need to get Stainmaster carpet installed. Turns out Lowes bought Stainmastere so theyre the only show in town for this. Someone came out to measure as scheduled and it went South from there. I cant reach anyone at the store. I have been trying for TWO DAYS to reach ANYONE who can complete the order. NO ONE answers the phone. Ever. I called the headquarters and they could see my order and tried to help me but even they couldnt get a response. They suggested I go to the store. What? This should be simple. I want the carpet. I know which one I want. You have the measurements. Why do I have to drive miles to get customer service. I used to be a big fan of Lowes, This has changed my opinion. If you need carpet, this isnt the place for you.
I paid for 20ft of turf. They ended up giving me 2 strips and then find out that they are actually different colors. Guess they ran out and gave me the other color like it wouldnt make a difference. I call the store and get no answer. Finally I go to the store and they are out. Since they are out of what my color i try to go to another location to hopefully exchange it for a uniform color. The Burbank employees said they wouldnt exchange it and accused me of trying to give them non Lowes turf. I was furious. I had to wait for the original location to get another shipment, which was a few days later. I definitely dont want to shop at Home Depot but yall are making it easy for them.
Stay away from Lowes. Long lines with one teller and NO self service. They will not take NEW never used returns 1 hour past 90 days. They are out of stock of for months of common items like wall anchors, 80 volt batteries for outdoor equipment and almost all smart home devices like switches and Google hubs. There web site will show things in stock when they have not had them for monthsTo top it off they kept my returns to sell again but with no refund. Oh and they will never answer there phone but to be fair they are not open the hours when there web site or phone says they are so maybe that is why they dont answer the phone, no one is working. Home depot is 100% better than Lowes, who is quickly going the way Frys is with limited stock no one wants and only a handful of untrained workers. And NO I will not go back or recommend. So sad they had potential but that is gone.
I have never experienced such horrific customer service. We ordered some lawn furniture. I got a call the day before delivery saying it was out of stock and will hear back in 2 weeks. The next day delivery was actually attempted when we weren’t home to expect it. I called them to reschedule, and again I was told it was out of stock, and again some kid called a few days later saying it will be delivered next day, only the delivery never showed up. I called again, and again was told the items were never in stock in the first place and that they would refund me at least delivery cost... meanwhile it was all charged... I have paid FULL price for items that were NEVER delivered. This is horrific!!! I want my money back and will never shop here again
If there is an earthquake or an emergency everyone inside this store will die because all the exits are blocked off with merchandise and all the sidewalks force pedestrians to walk in the street in front of the store..God forbid if you are in a wheelchair! How is this store allowed to infringe on all public spaces?
We had poor service at the Lawn and Garden section, I walked to the Customer Service Representative on 4/8/2021 5:05pm. I asked for help and the representative said Ill be with you shortly. As new people approach him he continue helping every other customer, we waive and totally continue ignoring us. My uncle being a card holder purchase his blower, but I end up taking my business at Home Depot. I felt the Customer service Rep at Lowes provided Poor service, poor acknowledgement, lack of commitment.
Customer service not very friendly here. Since products are not easily available on the floor. We thought we would ask a Sales Associate. Well that was not very helpful. We basically said to the Sales Associate excuse us for asking. He was so rude...We went to Homedepot first the Sales Associates there were very helpful and gave us advise since they did not have the product we wanted.
I don’t know why they hire people at the service desk if they’re not going to answer the phone. I called 4 times already and no one answers the phone. I was calling about availability on some redwood picket fences for my project but neither the people from customer service nor the people from lumber answered the phone. Management should get their act together.
I was very impressed. Ive been to many lowes and this one, the staff were nice and attentive. They were very helpful. Everything was arranged and neatly organized. I didnt have to dig through a bunch of garbage to get what I needed. Lines were short and check out was quick. Had everything I needed.
Came to get a curb side order. Don’t do it! Waste of time ! Just come in and get the items. Sat there for 20 minutes for a guy, Rafael, to come out and have the wrong order, said he would come out with the right order. Then, waited about 10 minutes and look online to see my order was picked up. Went inside and the guy I talked to acted as if someone else took it out. If they did wasn’t it your responsibility to make sure they did. Unorganized! Only reason I gave it a 2 stars BC the owner is not Trump supporter. With this might just go back to Home Depot!
Stopped in to purchase a new fridge on 11/2/20. One associate for all kitchen appliances. Waited 45 minutes to get assistance only to discover the website was incorrect and instead of having 4 units in stock of the model we wanted, they had none and it was on back order until January. The sales guy didnt know much about the appliances we looked at either and made no effort to locate another comparable model for us. We left and with us went out 3600 bucks we were going to spend. This was the Burbank Lowes around 1:30pm 11/2/2020. We wont be back.I located the fridge at a smaller family owned appliance store, paid and its being delivered today. Dont know what happened to Lowes but I know they have reduced their manpower by a huge number due to the pandemic. However, I would absolutely hire better people for the few jobs they do have instead of the lazy people we encountered. I gave 3 stars because part of the issue is the Pandemic. However, my faith in Lowes to be a safe and good place to come shop during the pandemic was clearly misplaced. The last thing we wanted to do is go to three stores in search of a very common LG refrigerator. I sized up Lowes poorly I suppose. Wont happen again.
Here at Lowe’s Burbank. I came to have some glass cut. It took a few minutes to get someone to the department. Hector was a customer service representative who was extremely understanding about getting the service to have some glass cut for me. He personally didn’t know but when Manny showed up he asked for a lesson to learn how to cut the glass. I think this was a Awesome as a customer to see the inspiration of the associate to help the customer.Thank you guys for your help and work and teaching lesson!
Attempted to call to inquire about a products availability. Was met with an electronic menu that transferred me to the appropriate department. So far so good. The phone rang. And rang. And then, suddenly, looped me back to the start of the menu. This continued for over ten minutes and across at least five separate calls, all of which I fielded to different departments just in case any single department was too busy with customers to answer. When I finally arrived at the store I inquired about their phones being down... and was informed their operator wasnt in yet. This was at 10am. The store opens at 6am. Do their phones just... not work until 11am? 12am? At all? And yes, the product was out of stock, and yes, I got to enjoy the half hour drive to the store before finding that out. All because no one is on their phones. Awful, almost unbelievably so.
Is this location really military friendly!?! Have been coming to this location for years and was just here the other day presenting my military ID without any issues. I went to buy washers and doorknobs today and was told that they dont acknowledge military ID and that I have to register in their system. I also tried using my lowes card but it wouldnt scan the bar code and the cashier lady refuse to manually enter the numbers. On top of that, she accidently knocked off my polarized prizm Oakley glasses on the counter to the floor lenses first and didnt even apologize!!!!!! A few bad 1%ers staffs can ruin years of a great reputation in a matter of seconds.
The store itself is nice. Well laid out and usually pretty stocked (although with the pandemic its hit or miss on expendable items like Dremel bits or blades). Customer service is on par with any other big box home improvement store. Nothing amazing but for sure adequate for my needs. The two star loss is for the people who shop here. Mostly rude and in their own world. Dont care at all about attempting to socially distance while waiting in line or giving you 30 seconds to select what you need and for you to move out of the way before they swarm you like vultures on the only carcass for 100 miles.
It was extremely frustrating!!! I went to what I thought was a curbside pick up. There was no curbside pick up. I had to get out of my car, walk into the store and stand in line for about 30 minutes, after I walked around the garden center waiting for the line to diminish!! I still had to wait for 30 min. And the design was totally in efficient. The set up was at the entrance where you had line up at the entrance for returns and pick ups! I felt I had to direct people as the came in, returns or pick up! And you had one person take no your info and the same person went looking for your item! How efficient is that? Not sure what was going on, or maybe it was a day with less personnel! In any case,, I was not happy!!
(One star because zero or negative stars was not an option). At least Im not alone. We ordered a product in April with a delivery date in May. The product was never delivered. I tried to cancel the order online; its not actually possible to do so. I tried to call the store literally nobody ever answers. Until finally someone did, and then they disconnected me before I could ask them to cancel my order. There is no place to send an e-mail and you cant talk to anyone. Calling corporate Lowes is equally ineffective; nobody answers the phone there either. I cant imagine that any 5 star review here is from anyone other than a bot. I doubt that any real human being has ever had a successful experience here.
Terrible customer service. Went into the Burbank store solely to seize the grill deal - spend $400 and receive free delivery and assembly; for anyone that has put a grill together, its a daunting task so the free assembly was what made us choose Lowes over Home Depot. Sadly, the grill was delivered in a box (e.g. unassembled) and we sent it back. After multiple attempts at calling the store, we spoke to Corporate Customer Service that advised us that someone from the local store would contact us to rectify the situation. As of today, weve yet to hear anything and we spent $730. Will definitely choose to patronize a competitor next time.
I went in to purchase wood. Their saw machine was out of order. Two associates informed me the tech was there and had been working on the machine all day. I walked to the back to get an update on when the machine would be fixed. A manager mentioned they dont have a way to contact the tech, he wasnt sure where he went for 45 minutes (its 3:00 p.m.) and he isnt sure what third party company he works for. I was told to go to customer service and speak to a manager to get the status of the machine. Sandy rudely said She doesnt know who the tech checks in with, status etc. I called corporate while I was in the store. The representative was very sweet. She heard what the managers were telling me, apologized and said it was false information. The tech has to check in with someone. This has been a store complaint. Finally see a male exiting a private office and I ask if hes a manager. He responds Yes, Im over the store. I explained what had transpired. He mentioned its his job to ensure the saw machine was working. He didnt know the tech was there in his store for hours. He apologized for the lack of customer service. He took down my number and asked what wood I needed cut as BOTH machines are inoperable. I called the Lowes in Pacoima and their saw machine was also inoperable. I received a call later that evening, to tell me the machines were still down. This morning Ive tried reaching 4 different departments including Lumber and no one is answering the phone. Total lack of customer service.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOWES!!!!!! Trust me.... you will be wasting your time, I took a day off because I was expecting my refrigerator and no one showed up for delivery, I even got a text message that my order was arriving soon , it NEVER arrived, I am still on hold because they DONT pick up the call, and when they do, they will HANG up on you.... WORST customer service
Just got back from first visit to Lowes in Burbank. Wow...badly organized. I was at gas grill area. 2 salespeople politely told me they would return in a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then just left. They also had hellishly long cashier lines. I live by Monrovia and usually go to nearby Home Depot. So well organized there with plenty of employees to help customers.
I wish I could write a review without having to give them any stars. NO ONE ever answers the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes . I called back attempting any department and finally Khan in flooring picked up. I asked him to please transfer me to the store manager. 25 minutes later on hold again line went dead. This is terrible customer service.Reason for my call was that they scanned the wrong washer machine so now I can’t use my warranty and only the store can go that far to obtain the proper records.I never buy anything at Lowe’s only reason I purchase this washer was for my mother in law as it was the simplest model available for pick up at the store the same day.Now after a year and a half the machine won’t drain I have a warranty paid for but not sure if I’ll even be able to use it.Absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service this place gives. NEVER WILL I SPEND A PENNY AT THI PLACE.
Where to begin... I ordered my same day pick items online on Friday morning (bug/weed spray and adhesive, 6 items). After noticing the status never changed on your website (showed item at store). I tried calling several times to see if was ready for pickup Friday afternoon/evening. Nobody would pick up the phone. Saturday morning I tried a again a few times and finally got someone to pick up only to be told I would get email when it was ready (a day late). I got an email that it was ready a few hours later. I ordered from it from Lowes solely to use your curb side pick up. When I arrived all the spaces were full and nobody was waiting in there car... I waited for a spot, then called the number and there was no option to enter and ext. before, during or after the voice prompt (extremely frustrating). So I had go into the store anyway to pickup my items. I was the second person in line when I walked in. There was only one girl doing the pickup and she seem to be completely overwhelmed and didnt have a clue on what they guy in front of me had for pickup. After calling for a manager several times, she left and didnt return for very long time. Finally after 30 minutes or more standing there as the second person in line. The line behind me grew to more than 30 people. Finally some guy that was not previous there assisted me, he pulled my order and told me that only part of it was available.... I wasnt notified of a partial order being filled (again extremely frustrating). I would have cancelled it and save myself ton of frustration. He even told me go look in the store for it myself. The whole point of ordering it online and picking up was so I didnt have to do that. This will be last time Ill ever go to Lowes in mylife time.
1 minute Read:What can I say about LOWES, that you havent heard? whatever yhour home improvement plans are, or yhou just need to fix, patch a thing or two, LOWES most likely has what you need. The Staff is always helpful... when you can catch one. Parking is always plentiful. Got a garden? yhou can find fertilizer, compost, brick, flooring, lumber, water pales, wire fencing and a whole lot more. Thanks
In store pickup process is not working. I stopped in to pick up my order. The pickup line was long and there was no place for me to line up and be socially distant. One customer told me he had been in line for 40 minutes. There were still 10 people in front of him. He said their systems aren’t working. I tried to find a place to wait. People kept passing in front of me on their way into the store. No one completed a transaction and advanced the line while I waited for about 5 minutes. I did not feel like I could safely wait in line. I left. I will try again tomorrow morning.
I have been attempting to reach someone by phone for over an hour and I am put on hold for exactly 11 mins each time before the call is disconnected. How is it possible for NO ONE to answer the phone for over an hour. Letting the phone ring for over 10 mins and just walking past or ignoring a paying customer? It wasn’t enough I was literally last on the list. They gave me a delivery window of 1-5 and the fridge arrived 5 mins before delivery. DAMAGED. Unapologetically the delivery driver attempted to convince me twice to accept the fridge as is. And of course - store won’t answer my calls and I have no way of finding out about the replacement unless I go personally to the store. RIDICULOUS
Order a grill from here, they set the date as Memorial Day and we thought that was weird but were happy because it meant wed have a grill. Well the store canceled the delivery the morning of. When we tried to call this store to talk to them no one would pick up and multiple people have that issue. I wish I had seen it before I bothered to order from them. Guess they dont have to do anything differently if you cant even call in to complain. Never again, Im only ordering from HomeDepot from now on because they actually deliver their orders.
You’ll never get your curbside order. No wonder Home Depot is better. That’s why Lowe’s will never catch up to Home Depot. If you place an online order with Home Depot for curbside you get an email right away. Not at Lowe’s you’ll be waiting weeks for your email and your will call what a waste of time.
This Lowes is one of a kind. Is always stock up. Clean the cashiers all of them are respectful professional and kind excellent customer service. Whit the exception of one cashier she has a cast on her hand . all the loaders and the lumber crew are awesome and hard working. Even thoe they know when i come in they now i purchase big orders.they always greet me with a smile and nice greetings . David in management is always professional and has excellent customer service. Theres also another worker short and bold and light skin i can picture him in a future management position thank you Burbank LowesSincerelyCustomer LALO
Convenient location! lowes are popping up everywhere! There really should be minimal lines at each Target at this point. This was the case on the day that we went. No line! Hopefully it stays like that. This location has a good amount of parking surprisingly. Theres a side lot with about 15 or so parking spots, half of which were handicap. Theres a second floor if you continue up the ramp which has much more parking. Then theres an elevator to take you down to the store. The day we were there, only one elevator (out of 2) was working. The lay out of the store is interesting - everything seems elongated horizontally, with many aisles made very short, even for a city target. It seems that you can still find everything you need, but it gets hard at times to keep a distance from others this way. There are two areas to check out, one side near the door exiting to the parking lot and the other near the front. I only wish that there was a better way to go back up to the upstairs parking from check out. Youd have to double back if you pay at the side check out, and it just is cumbersome and too crowded near the front IMHO. Maybe it could help for the store to be set up in a way that leads customers towards an exit separate from where customers are entering. Not sure if it could work here.
The store is well stocked and prices are pretty good; however, the employees attitude is not pretty. I had a hard time finding an item that my online search of the store stated there were 15 in stock. I drove 10 miles in heavy traffic to get there. I asked three different employees to locate what I was looking for, they only pointed me to there, that corner and or in the BBQ section while at least one of them was doing nothing at his desk. The 4 stars I gave is for my purchase satisfaction: good brand, good value, good price, rapid check out.
Worst experience I have had purchasing appliances. Placed an online order and asked for the delivery. In the delivery address section which I wasnt allowed to make changes I made a note NOT to deliver to the billing address. I get a call from the delivery company that the appliances will be delivered the next day to my billing address. I informed them about the wrong address and was told I have to call Lowes to make the change. Two days in a row I called Lowes, every single option I picked in the menu the phone kept on ringing and looped back to the main menu again. I finally called the appliances department and someone picked up. I asked to talk to a manager or a supervisor. I was connected to a different number that kept on ringing for a while then I was hung up over.I was forced to call the delivery company to cancel the delivery and thats when a rep from the delivery company put me on hold and got a hold of someone at Lowes which at that point the address was changed. Going through this for a simple online order has assured me to never shop here again. Im not the only who has had these issues, just read the other reviews.
Horrible customer service! I bought a few plants and some seeds and the next day went to plant and one of the packages of seeds was ripped at the bottom and either someone took the seed or poured them out but there was about 3 seed in the package. So I was a little upset because I dont like in burbank and I had half of the seeds planted then to open the second package to find it empty. So what do I plant in the second half?? Ok no big deal, let me call them and see about getting another package. LOL Right ! they dont answer the phone and after 10 rings yes I counted them it disconnects. After the first time I thought well maybe it was an accident, NOPE happen 2 more time. So I am now letting people know what to expect from this place for service. I dont blame them for the missing seeds, but they should do right. If they dont I will be adding on.
Pickup orders were not handled well. Ordered items currently in stock at the pickup location (about 6 in total). It took 4 days til everything was ready to be picked up despite being in stock. At pickup 1 item was left out, 1 was the wrong item, and when I got home one boxed item was broken to the point of being unusable. Called the store, called the corporate customer service lines and after an hour gave up. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM.
In this era where customers need a reliable store to do business with online and over the phone, Lowes Burbank is failing miserably. They are overwhelmed- I ordered a dishwasher online and would get notice that the delivery date was set up- take the morning off work and then no one would show up. This happened multiple times. I have tried to call about 40 times...No one picks up the phone so I literally cant get help unless perhaps I walk in to the store. They finally dropped off the dishwasher one month after purchase... I paid for pick up of the old one (haul away fee of $30), so I set up a pick up date and no one showed up, a second one, no one showed up, now I cannot get anyone on the phone to help and I have an old dishwhasher just sitting in the kitchen thanks to Lowes. Literally cannot do business with them.Save yourself the agony and during Covid take your business to another store that have time for customer service and honor delivery windows.
Horrible curbside pickup!!! I am so mad!! Waited so ok g, came 2 times, no one picks up phone, then they gave me 3 of four canned light kits! One light will look different now!!! They are out of the ceiling fan that I came to buy! Waited 3 days for my order to be ready- they never. Said they were out if any of it! Waisted 3 days, and 2 hours driving back and forth and waiting outside.
Overall its a very neat and clean store. Got a cut on my hand from the shelf when I was trying to get something from it. Had some blood, asked for a first aid kit, but didnt get anything. I just left the store to take care of the cut. Be careful around those metal shelves.
Do not do curbside pickup. I ordered online for curbside pickup yesterday afternoon and still have no email to say “come get it” even though all items are in the store. Tried calling several times but no one answers; it just rings until the menu repeats. Terrible customer service and user experience for curbside pickup which is supposed to be a service offering efficiency (anytime) and enhanced safety (during the pandemic.)
This location has THE WORST customer service. They screwed up my order and I cannot get anyone one the phone to fix it. I’ve called at different times of day and been on hold for 15 minutes each time before automatically being hung up on. Hours on hold, on both the customer service line and the pro line. How do you not have at least ONE PERSON answering at least ONE PHONE LINE ??? You suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very Poor Customer service. I will never shop at the Lowes in Burbank. My Girlfriend purchased a brand new chain saw. Opened the next day to find out it had already been used. There was oil all over the inside of case. The blade was used and wood chips in case. The blade needed to be Sharpened. Nobody answered the phone, and when she did reach customer service. They said that they would contact store. We really needed to get our project done,so at that time we did not return. The chain saw worked great, but I still have a bad taste in my mouth, that they would sell as a new item.
New review ( May 2021) Went there to spend $2,000 on commercial-grade washer and dryer because of their huge sale. Two employees present the entire full hour I was there, mid-afternoon (3pm-ish). If Lowes cannot properly staff their store, while at the end of the pandemic, on a Sunday, during a major holiday weekend, with a major sale going on, then customers will do what I did (along with 4 other couples during my hour there), and that is to walk out and take our business elsewhere. Shame on management!Old review: (@ 2019) Great, quick shopping experiences, most of the time. Management is not the best, but it is what it is... (Their online ordering system is terribly slow, and the pickup is not the fastest! Blah!)
One star is generous. Such horrible customer service. Given the run-around on a PAID delivery order. No manager available, on hold for 2 hours, over 4 delivery times promised, still no product or refund. Up until now I have been a Lowes cardholder. Go to any other store.
I bought a flower pot, which had a price 14.98, cashier rang 18.98. I had to go to customer service for them to adjust my payment. I was in line for 25min to see a customer service. Only one person working at the service. For a large store like Lowes to go through so much hassle is unacceptable!
Disappointing. The service today was exceedingly poor. No one to help on the floor, hard to understand what the person in a full face mask was saying, the lines were 9 people long and 1 register, and finally the cashier ended up overcharging me. So now I have to go back to fix his error. This is why I prefer DIY Center.
Great service and knowledgeable staff, the flooring department folks offered great advice in a very friendly manner unlike many other home improvement stores where the staff are somewhat arrogant. In any case, they not only helped me decide, the folks in the flooring department around closing time today all pitched in to help me load over 600 lbs of flooring! Great experience here and will definitely be coming here for all my home improvement needs. Another big plus in my book is not only thier military discounts but also veteran dedicated parking!
Havent been here in years, they have a great selection, and Julio in the paint department gave outstanding customer service, but throughout the store the prices border on outrageous to tolerable. The paint prices were competitive, but I nearly fell over in the lighting dept.Copper string lights that I have purchased at Target for 9.99 or 7.99 on sale were $29.99 here! And the LED lighting, forget it, they practically need a loan department so people can finance it!Beautiful store, clean and well organized, and I didnt hear any of that overhead chatter that Home Depot® always screeches across their stores all the time, so four outta five stars, not to bad!Keep up the good work Julio!
Lows is getting to be my favorite place. Great selection and much better prices than others.I also like their pick up system. The greeters are a great surprise to me.What a bright idea .These people are so entertaining , pleasant.,happy go lucky. It is wonderful to listen to them and pay attention to their comments .You couldnt have picked up better people. They are priceless and part of Lows success.Thank you Lows - you are doing a great job..........
TL;DR: If you are on a time schedule or value your money, do not use delivery. Also, store will not answer a phone. Two orders were placed for delivery. One for drywall and drywall materials, and a second for flooring and flooring materials. First delivery was fine and on time. The second still has not been completed. Half of the order was delivered (no notification that they were en route) and when I asked where the rest of it was, they said Call Burbank and took off. I called them three times, spent 3 hours going thru every option, just to listen to a machine boot me back to the main menu when the call wasnt answered. I called DSI (the delivery company which Lowes uses) and they said it had been cancelled and rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Since Lowes does not enforce a mask policy, I figured the best course of action was to just wait.Today is 3 weeks later. DSI sent an email saying the truck would arrive between 12 and 4. When it didnt come, I called DSI who said the order had been cancelled at 6am and rescheduled for next week. Once again, no call, no email, no notification, no explanation. I attempted to call the store for an explanation, but they still refuse to answer the phone. This is the last time I will be shopping at Lowes, since they clearly do not value my time, nor my money. I will be going elsewhere for my home construction projects.
Horrible store ! I have been calling three days no one bothered to answer , they didn’t bring all my pieces when my email said it was delivered ! I do not recommend this store this company is horrible ! The associates have horrible customer service ! Not helpful at all ! Do better !!!!
A nightmare, only 2, checkouts working, self service shut down. If they would have used the people that were acting like ushers open a checkout it would have been much faster. The line went from the 3rd cashier stand all the way down to the commercial big garage door. I, at the commercial end, saw 5 people leave their carts & walk out. The girl at the commercial end was fast, courteous, knowledgeable AND while waiting for a price check for someone, instead of making us wait, she opened another check stand to keep the line moving!!! No one left her line & she didnt even have any ushers.
I was on the phone for THIRTEEN minutes, trying to ask a simple question and then speak to a manager. Out of the 13 minutes, I spoke to a human for a total of 15 seconds. Not once did the operator pick up and not once did a manager pick up before I was DISCONNECTED. What kind of owner/manager cant even make sure employees are up to the simple task of answering a phone? Not only am I taking my business to Home Depot, Ill be sending a recording of the call to corporate. These people can go f*** themselves.
Ive had to come here for work errands a few times. the staff is sometimes knowledgeable/helpful. i was looking for distilled water and unfortunately they did not carry that. but they did have 4 diameter PVC pipe and were kind enough to trim down a 10ft tube into 1 ft pieces for me. they also have a pretty vast nursery/plant section which i love browsing through!
Axel is the worst person to manage a store! When Yelp says Lowe’s closes at 10pm and you arrive at 9pm you have every right to do your shopping! But as usual Lowe’s loves to give their customers a hard time because it employs young high school kids who don’t care on bit about customer service! Lowe’s is the most sloppy, unprofessional with zero customer service skill store that is in business! Axel shouldn’t have a job in customer service on fact he shouldn’t be employed at all for his customer service! Shame on you Axel!
Ordered a grille for 4th of July with expedited next day shipping, not only did they not ship on time, I called to get a status update 5days later and they apologized and said they had outsourced this to the vendor and wanted me to check with them Grille vendor directly. Unacceptable. Its okay to outsource but you must accept responsibility for your vendors actions. Bad service recovery. Extremely dissapointed on the professionalism and the responses.Spoke to Terra, she tried to help but we got no where, I asked to speak with her manager and she said she couldnt guarantee to get a hold of them right away.WowLowes is a joke. I wish I shopped at home depot!
They sent me an email that my online order was ready, went to pick it up. Waited about an hour and the guy could not find my order. Its not like its small, there were 2 storage cabinets measuring 48 by 74. Had to wait until like the next day. In going there now, I hope its ready...
Lowes is why people go to Home Depot. I needed something only Lowes carries, there arent many Lowes around, I was there at 9:02 p.m., they close at 9:00 p.m., and they wouldnt let me in.I needed the one item, there will be people checking out for another 20 minutes, theyre probably going to be closing for another hour. I hate inflexible people. Ill never go there again.
They wont pickup calls, forcing us to show up there during quarantine... we bought a refrigerator from them that simply does not work, we lost over a hundred dollars in food and now having to risk ourselves leaving our home just to talk to customer service, again.Lowes in Pacoima did not have this issue.
Horrible customer service!!! I called 2x to follow up on the status of our order. Mind you, they called us but we missed it and when I called back, I got attitude from one of their customer service rep named Pamela. I told her I was calling back and she tells me well the notes here say... I get it, thats what it says on your end, BUT IF YOU LISTENED, I said Im calling back. You couldve told me what you said WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. Second time was the day of delivery. I called and same thing, I got a response WITH ATTITUDE. Like come on, your job is customer service, you can help people without being a smart a** and without attitude. Im only giving 2 stars because of the delivery people they had. Super professional and nice. No complaints. They were great! I ordered a fridge from Lowes instead of Home Depot thinking I would receive better customer service and boy was I wrong!!!! LOWES BURBANK, you need to train your reps better.
Ordered a product online and went to the store to pick it up - only they were completely sold out! I heard other potential customers (for other products) being told that there was a 3-day delay for most online pick-ups. Extremely poor inventory management - if you don’t have a product, please don’t sell it!!
For some reason my original review disappeared. Perhaps they didnt appreciate my feedback, but I didnt appreciate getting my time wasted. Long story short, I spoke with at least 5 people none of which could help me. They either didnt want to or didnt know what I was talking about. Multiple people tried calling someone for the department, never showed. I was there for over half an hour and left empty handed. And if youre wondering, this wasnt a simple hammer buy.
Horrible experience. Remembered why I don’t shop here. Bought a grill, assembled. Don’t. Do it yourself. Took it home and they didn’t do something right with the gas line and my propane take was leaking gas when I connected it. Thank God I didn’t light it. I took it back. Got another one. Ignighter does not work. I’ve called numerous times to speak with a store manager. I’m placed on hold and hung up on multiple times over 20-30 min each call. Told by associates a manager would call me back. Never did.
Sales is fantastic for being a department store however shipping is horrible! Was told my washing machine would be delivered within 7 days! Called on the 7th day to verify delivery and was told the item was on back order and it would be an additional 6 days than the operator proceeded to tell me I can cancel and get it from some where else if I feel I can do better. In other words we dont need your business we have plenty and many will accept our lack of customer service? In the end spoke to their customer service department who got me a delivery date for the next day!As a customer why do I have to go above and beyond to get service?
The only reason Lowes gets even one star is because of Delmer in the plumbing department. No one else in the store, including the so called managers, have any integrity or clue about customer service. They do not take responsibility for mistakes and just pass the blame. They continually put customers on hold while trying to pass the responsibility on to someone else.
Worst experience of will call I have ever experienced. Online pick up is a joke. One hour and my merchandise still hasnt come out. Update: They never pulled the merchandise which was suppose to be pulled Monday. I have to come back in three hours wait in line for another hour then get my merchandise 😂😂😂 wow Lowes your absolutely terrible.
No customer service at the Burbank store Victorville Blvd. center, I needed help with a stand lamp I had to walk up to the registers all cashiers standing looking into the store I ask for someone to help me, they never came. I saw another girl walking through the the lamps area I ask for help and again no one showed up I just Left . Worse service , do not Recommend
BEWARE! When it comes to appliances, this store location is as low as it gets.We have purchased a NEW stove from them and it was barely working, we had to spend many calls and requests until they finally gave us a new stove, same brand, same type, and it was not performing well and burnt the ceiling and fan.The department rep was completely rude and has no respect. You want to return the appliance? You are going to need lots of time, energy, and prayers.BEWARE of Lows appliances department!
Customer service is horrible, absolutely horrendous. If you really need Lowes, go to the Pacioma location, its not that much farther to drive, other than that use home Depot or your neighborhood store. It took almost 2 hours to order doors for my home, no one ever answers the phone, you have to go through 4+ option lists before you can talk to a person, if someone even picks up. The level of incompetence I experienced has me floored, and everything is someone elses responsibility.
All over the website, and on the FRONT OF THE STORE ITSELF, it says closing time is 10:00 p.m. on Fridays. Drove over there about 9:15 and it was already closed. Pointed out sign to employee inside and they just said, thats Saturday. I pointed again to where it says Friday, 10 p.m. There were also other people standing there who had come to shop and were annoyed, too. I looked on website again and it says, in one small place, hours may differ because of Covid. You cant update within a year? Still, it shows a bright green Open until 10 P.M. on the top of the hours page.
Went looking for a specific flooring, saw it and several others. Very helpful salesman improvised a sample from open box so we could see in our home. Other friendly staff helped with bath accessories and tile. Much better than the other, closer chain I usually go to. Makes one wonder, are a few bucks worth no service? Im thinking not!Downside, parking lot was a mess due to local construction and the freeway had closures — just temporary, but very inconvenient.
Ordered some chairs from here, received confirmation email stating that I would be contacted in 24 hours. I received no such call, checked online order status, order shown as still in process. Called Lowes Customer service, who had to contact this store, apparently my order was canceled, I received no email or call about my order being cancelled. I reordered from another store, who hopefully actually care about their customers enough to communicate.Dont order from these people, they cant be bothered to communicate with you or actually work to get you what you ordered.

2022-05-16Failing to comply with ADA, parking spaces farther away, and ADA access blocked by planters. The parking spaces that are on the left side, by the garden center are badly located , those are on the path of the exit and bearly space enough for the vans. If are loading something run the risk of being hit by a car racing to the mall exit. Curbside pick up it’s efficient, associates are available for advise, help and questions.

2022-03-29Lowes has top quality help in the paint department all my questions were answered and i left happy with a paint purchase! Large DeWalt display. I left a similar store for not helping me in the paint department Im glad I stopped by.

2021-06-20Saddest Lowe’s I’ve been to. Nearly all the outdoor succulents were dying as well as many other plants from the heat. Not much of a selection for houseplants. I didn’t photograph much since many of the plants were dying. However I did enjoy looking at their little 1.5 oz succulent pots. I haven’t seen these little ones in other Lowe’s I’ve stopped at.

2022-05-16Huge store with a wide selection. Crazy parking lot thats too close to Costco for my liking. I only go to this shopping center when I absolutely have to. But thats probably just me being a little crazy. If youre in the area and need anything for your home, work or hobbies... This place should have it.

2022-04-30Do not buy appliances here. They only give you a 48 hour return window. We had a nightmare of a time with an appliance that had been delivered damaged. Nobody answers the phone (we tried all hours of the day and various departments). We therefore had to go back inside the store to schedule the return. We never received the refund, so we went back again to request it. Both times, they called on the overhead speakers requesting the Appliance department to call the front desk....and they didnt. We ended up going to Pacific Sales, worked with someone extremely knowledgeable (who gave us their direct phone line), had a great delivery experience, were given a 2-week satisfaction/return period, and are very happy with our purchase.

2022-05-09A great alternative to Hone Depot. I used to like the higher employee to customer ratio but seems like that’s changed recentlyHard to find staff to ask anything during my last 3 visits.Maybe nature of things post pandemicHopefully they’ll bring in more trained staff so they can differentiate themselves from Home Depot

2022-04-22Worst experience. Ordered something online and then they kept changing the delivery date without notifying me. I ended up getting a shipping window from 8am - 8pm and no one could give me an answer on a shorter time frame when it would arrive. I’m 8 months pregnant and this is going to a small business so I really needed a shorter time window to make sure I could be there but no one at the store seemed to care or offer any real help which was after I was on hold for half hour. I wish I had just brought this from Home Depot or another store that has better customer service and delivery options. First and last time I’ll order from Lowes.

2022-04-21Lowes is extremely difficult to deal with. I tried to order online, I couldnt get anyone to take my order. I had to go to the store and pay for my order. Even thought they offer free delivery they wanted to $79.00 for delivery. I said Ill pick it up and then the next day they could not find my order even though I was told it would be at the customer service desk. It took hours. I wont be back.

2022-04-20The one star is based on the behavior of Eddie in the paint department. I couldnt find someone to mix paint for me, not even customers around, and so I found Eddie in one of the aisles. I asked for assistance and he said hed meet me at the front paint desk. I waited a minute, but when he came up he decided to help a young woman who had just walked up. Pretty much ignored me. He wouldnt even let me hand him my paint chip where I had written down the amount and type, so I could go shop. Was rude about it too, doing the fake over exaggerated Yes Sir and Have a nice day.Guess a pretty face matters more to him. Im sure Lowes is desperate for workers, but if he did that to customers at my business, hed be fired. I guess thats why he works at Lowes, very little responsibility. 🤷♂️

2022-04-06This is the first review I’ve written in 10 years but my experience was so bad I hope management will read this and take corrective action. I had to call the store 3 times yesterday before someone spoke to me. The first two times I said I said I was interested in a trailer and it rang for a few minutes and disconnected. The third time I said “tools” and I got someone. I asked him to check the inventory and I gave him the item #.He told me I had to come between 8:30 and 5 to buy the trailer from the person certified by the DMV.I arrived at about 10 am and was told to go to tools where I spoke a Hispanic male with a gray ponytail and a bad attitude. When I told him what I wanted he told me I should have got the name of the person who was DMV certified never making eye contact. Then he pointed in a general direction and said something to the effect of “you need to talk to her.”I had a question for him but he turned his back on me and began having a reunion with someone he knew.I walked down and found a female with tats and short hair. She abruptly told me the trailer that I was told was available was not. I was considering buying the larger more expensive trailer but she seemed to be talking me out of it. She told me it weighed 800 pounds more than it does (not true) and told me that I needed a much bigger vehicle than I own to pull the larger trailer (I don’t think is true). She also never made eye contact and didn’t seem interested in helping me.The trailer I was originally interested in was $800. The one that they had available is over 1000. I would have gladly paid the extra money if I had been sure it would work with my vehicle and been dealt with differently. It looks like I am going to buy a trailer for $1400. elsewhere. I used to buy Porter Cable tools and liked going to Lowe’s. I don’t think I will be back until I have exhausted all other options.
