My honest opinionPeople that leave rude comments on here about this place obviously are not vehicle educated,I myself know enough to get around with out getting out the x ray machine, I was sold a ford explorer with a few discrepancies, but thats all on the consumer to pay attention of what your buying If you want a flawless car/Truck you can go to that expensive dealer and Im sure the friendly staff will point you in that direction , but for me the average Joe I couldint afford the $398 a month car payment .So I went to Los compares auto SALES not to be confused with center,the finance guy there Oscar was literally fighting to get me the best deal and the owner Jose saw the look in my face of distress only to low the price more!So payments of $220 a month , you get a warranty (Use your brains trash talkers , this is your chance to inspect what you bought , the staff tell you to take a nice long drive).Oh and the best part! LAUDA was the girl that assisted me from the start, not only did she pick me up My previous car was totaled but drove me back for paper work completion and got my 2013 registered with 2018 tags so I dont have to hassle with the DMV!!!And they have 4 locations to choose from so spots are smaller than others, but thats how you find that one hidden gem waiting for you, so if your like me and wont cry an obvious little issue on a used car or truck for a killer deal and the most well taken care of used cars out of all other you will not be disappointed there , good job you guys and I cant wait for my head rest lol ! Thank you Jose,Oscar,Lauda! See you in a few years for my daughter she wants that BMW X5!!!!!
I have never encountered a most unprofessional shady dealership ever. Cars are complete lemons and their mechanics are beyond incompetent. Dont waste your time coming here.
My husband and I were offered a car without financing from Carlos who we thought was being honest. A week later the car fell apart with extensive mechanical issues. I dont recommended this dealership its a RIP OFF!!!

Not too many cars but they are honest and tell you the positive and negative points in their cars.
Make sure they arent hiding anything about the car. Sold me a car with a bad transmission, bad suspension, and resetted every light with almost due brakes and spark plugs. Dont recommend this place at all

I live here in palm springs and bought a truck from here, and it happens to me like everyone else in this comment section. The sunroof was broken and they dont want to fix anything. The person who attended me when I signed the contract was a culero. Pure cars with problems they sell they buy at auction I the price is very high as if they were new I do not recommend this place pure problems you buy at that dealer better go safely to a serious dealer if you have quality cars

2022-07-17The second day I got my car here. The engine blew out. They “replaced” it and I got no receipt, they wanted me to pay because “my warranty hadn’t kicked in…. Now it’s in the shop again because it blew out again within 2 months. And now I’m paying for it this time around. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I been asking for my receipt for about two weeks now. ( if I’m not mistaking they get their cars from an auction and clean it and sell it).

2022-07-17They sold me a car knowing it was a lemon! Had to go back time and time again to get it fixed because it kept breaking down. They claim to fix the issue but don’t actually do anything. I haven’t had my car for weeks now because it’s still “being fixed”. They’re are good at gaslighting. They caught an attitude when I told them they haven’t actually fixed what’s wrong with my car. Everything they claim to “be fixing” is coming out of MY POCKET. And to make matters worse I barely purchased this car 3 months ago and started breaking down within the first month of having it! Save your money don’t come here!!!

2020-08-25Came here with a family friend, he had spoken previously to a sales man about a particular car. Were from LA, so we drove here once the deal was pretty much sealed. Upon arriving, the team was so unprofessional , the sales guy went to a late lunch even though he knew we were about to arrive and were suppose to meet. Ultimately we left so disappointed. The car had 70,000 miles more than first stated, a broken shield, super worn tires, non- working AC. After being confronted with everything we found that he never mentioned , he still had the audacity to try and continue to sell to us. Once you lie , theres no trust, my best advice is to take your business elsewhere. Id give you 0 stars if I could.

2018-03-01Alex is the best salesman ever! I went there already having low hopes knowing that I got denied at three other dealers I went to the same day. I went to talk to Alex and I told him my situation. He promised me he’ll get me approved! I didn’t believe him until when I came in the next day. He busted his ass so that I can get approve since 7am. And left with the car I wanted 12 hours later. If you guys are in the same situation I recommend you guys go there! Promise he won’t let you down!

We bought a car an I had to call them like y aint I getting papers from the DMV an they were like it needs to b smogged they charged me 4 the smog but he was making it like they were gonna do it 4 free. Then the same say I bought it the check engine light went on
