2019-10-16I cannot say enough good things about Los Angeles Classical Guitar. They were highly responsive to both email and phone inquiries and gave me fantastic customer service. After a very bad experience at another classical guitar store, Billy and LA Classical Guitar were a breath of fresh air.

2018-01-26Billy was so warm and patient with us. From the time I talked with him on the phone to the time I have purchased the beautiful guitar he was extremely helpful every step of the way. We must have tried out every single guitar there. It took us about two hours to decide on which guitar to get. All of the them sounded so beautiful. He flew these wonderful guitars all the way the best luthier in Spain. Five stars for Billy! Thank you!

2017-06-22I emailed LACG late last night because a student competing in CA on Friday broke a string and the replacement on his contrabasse.I got a response back FIRST thing in the morning with nothing but ways to help, even offering to restring the contrabasse at the competition!Totally impressed!

Really recommended to buy Spanish guitars of all price ranges. Neither Guitar Center, nor Sam Ash ... Los Angeles classical guitar is the right place!
