Daniel is the man!! I’ve been going through a tough time and he made a stressful decision a lot easier by getting me a storage unit. Most people don’t care as much as he does and he made it an easy decision. The facility is also safe and very clean. They helped me with a moving truck to get my stuff out, since I was on my own and no moving vehicle, it definitely helped. I highly suggest this company especially with someone like Daniel working there.
I believe this may be the best facility in the area. The place is kept clean and they exterminate often. I think its a bit pricey but the security is great. No worries of people staying in their units overnight or not being filmed should someone try to enter your unit without authorization. Parking is limited if youre parking out front. There is a payment machine right on the front. They have all the tape and packing supplies etc.. I like it.
When i come to Pouch Storage i feel so much love and support. Mr Randy,Kevin and Michelle have all played apart in helping me keep my belongings safe. There always smiling and ready to serve there customers, even when ive come in upset they dont take it personal. I couldnt have found a better storage location. Thanks guys keep up the GREAT service.
I am pleased with this storage facility; i feel confident my stuff is safe due to their security being awesome. I do have to say one thing; they are closed on holidays; holidays are when I have the time/needs to get into my unit. This Im not happy with. Other that this no issues except an occasional increase in rent.
Better than Self Storage! The staff are friendly, and helpful, and understanding! Thats important to me! They will work with you on finances if you are late or have an unusual, unforeseen issue come up. I was late once and wasnt made to feel as though any moment my belongings would be auctioned off!
The only storage Ill ever rent from!After quite a few storages I disliked all of them except for pouch storage!They even Supply a moving track on your day of moving they work with you they dont just want you to lose your stuff so they can sell it very clean facility very great employees thank you everybody at pouch for keeping my stuff safe Randy is amazing customer service 10 stars! I would highly recommend

Disappointed to say the least! We are a non-profit business who has had an account since January of this year. From day one of signing our contract, Randal was yelling at a person who was having a difficult time understanding his instructions. While Kathy worked with me (Great costumer services, but have yet to see her at this site since January) he continued to berate and belittle this person who wanted to pay their bill. When I left, Randal asked the other staff to come out to apologize for him instead of doing that himself. On a separate occasion, Randal ran out after our general council/CFO who has parked in the lot and walked to the side walk to direct another manager coming to drop off boxes. Yelling at them from the door saying that they would be closing soon and to move their cars. Assuming they were not going into the unit. It was described as rude, aggressive and unjustified by the managers unloading boxes.Lastly, and the reason for this review, is Michelle at the front desk letting us know that there would be a lean on our until until we pay the amount due, plus a fee added that day. The card that was was on file and used the previous month was declined by the system with no explanation to us from Michelle. We came in to pay the fee, plus the late fee and reconcile the account (e.g. credit card, contact, telephone numbers) but instead Michelle asked that we resign a new contract because an h in the address line from the original contract made our contract INVALID. She also refused to here us out, sounding paranoid by saying I see what you are doing inferring that I was up to something illegitimate when asking for details regarding contact efforts to us and who we should contact about waiving fees added on that morning.Ultimately, this place is convenient and the price was right enough to ignore the angry and patient-less staff at the front desk. Michelles unwarranted attitude to a business coming to pay a bill in person was the last straw and Im waiting for someone to call me back to make our final payment and move to another space with better costumer service.Evelyn, I see you mentioned in other comments. Please give me a call as soon as possible to resolve this last payment and schedule our move out. Thank you.
Im trying to take this place to court right now... If you know better NEVER rent from them. #trustme Im sure every post on here is from someone who works here. Probably that crazy ass lady thats supposed to run the place she seem like the kind that will make a few extra profiles to post good ratings ... I have a potishion circulating right now with over 300 signed names that say way different... But I will not sleep till Im compasated Im going for the channel 5 news to investigate as well... Been with this storage company about 15 or 17 years and its ridiculous how they give out No Discounts for customers who have been with the company for years and they go up on the their Storage Fees every dam year or months when they feel like it or when the they upgrade the facility so they make us pay for it thank God I bought my home this year 2017 I no longer have to go through this 11/1/17 I am gone . YES YOU GET NO MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

2022-04-21Very helpful and courteous staff. Daniel is always very helpful and has a great attitude. All of the guys at this location are super helpful and it doesnt matter who attends you, you can be sure its going to be smooth and speedy. Highly recommended!

2022-06-08I have been with Pouch Self Storage for many years now and have been satisfied with the services of the different staff members throughout those years. They are always friendly and helpful. Especially Josh, Daniel and Keyun.

2022-04-20If I could give a ZERO I would.2 “managers” with the poorest attitudes. One, Keyon, clearly done for the day upset because I can’t read (as he pointed out w/ his face and body language) when he asked for my ID to access my unit (which I didn’t have on me). because I have been there for 3 days straight and it was the first time I was asked for my ID so I asked about it- instead of answering in literally any other way- he points at all the notices about the ID. My question was if he was the only one who followed their rules because I hadn’t been asked. He mumbled something like “that’s them.” (Clearly not understanding that consistency is key to having customers understand the rules- they still have mask notices and neither of them were wearing a mask- so can they also not read like me?)I asked the other “manager” who was there the day before why they hadn’t asked for my ID. He jumps into a story about one time I gave him attitude (this would be 3 times in reaction, albeit not justified, because his attitude is so NON service, for every item he makes it the most inconvenient, including “setting up” autopay that despite repeatedly reporting that I don’t get the texts he set up, he blank tapes and is always shocked- but TODAY he has a memory of our conversations). He has to be Manic because he set my autopay up just the day before with a (fake) good nature- I have no problem admitting that I am confrontational- but Daniel wanted to fight- and I gave him one. He jumped in with such defensive attitude and ranted - and when I asked about yesterday he said “that was yesterday” - the hypocrite- basically saying let it go when he is bringing up old stories himself. He ended with the very mature “if you say so” when I called him a liar- he was using the story to claim he had asked for ID (when I tried setting upAutopay the week before, not for my check in). Maybe he just needed to vent about me- or maybe the 2 HORRIBLE managers feel empowered fighting, and even better a female “with attitude” from behind a counter. Weak. Poor service from poor men.When I asked which one of them is the manager they were “both managers,” when I asked for the names, Daniel went deaf, after having eavesdropped on my conversation asking if Keyon is the only one who does his job. I asked again, he pointed to an area with multiple cards (6 stacks or so) and said it was there. Idk if they even have their real names, but if you see them, you’ll know- it’s a drastic change from the 3rd person who works there and is very gentle.I called corporate, they won’t do anything, not even this review.Too bad I have to see this need through- there are plenty of storage places- but I had already an old account with them from years before, and you go where you know. NOW I know- and when I’m done here- I’ll go literally anywhere else should I find the need again. Will they miss me? Not likely, but I’m not on google getting my service reviewed.

2021-06-08Wow! This is a great self storage spot! during this crazy time, I had to get a storage container to keep all my moms old belongings, I went to several different locations and none of them had any available! I had been turned down so often I started looking for out of city spots! I was so stressed But porch came to the rescue. I came in and Daniel helped me out, found me a space in a couple days and I was set up in a couple mins, he even came with a truck and picked up all of my stuff FOR FREE! He navigated this crazy long beach traffic and parking and got me a good spot where I could load up all my stuff and drop if off for me. the Facility is super clean and quiet, and super secure, they have all these innovative safety measures, they makes me feel super safe, they place has been around for years and its probably for a reason! all the staff was great shout out Paul and Mike too! they helped answer all my dumb storage questions and didnt make me feel silly. if I ever need storage again I know where to go!
