What a hidden gem! After looking at multiple furniture stores for a recycling couch, we finally found this Living Spaces Outlet.Huge inventory and most importantly because this is happening everywhere- you don’t get your items months out from your order date. Solid prices and good customer service as well. Definitely recommend this place.

The representative who sold my wife and I the sectional couch with Chase and recliner was excellent. However, once the delivery happened, they only delivered two pieces of the four for the couch. And no recliner. Only half of my order was on the truck. I called and they told me that they don’t know when they can deliver the rest of my merchandise. Worst experience ever. The furniture is organized and orderly. The girls at the front were friendly, it was a little hot in there typical warehouse temperature during a hot summer day.

We love shopping at Living Spaces in Perris because of the unique choices, the great prices and because the employees don’t hound you for a sale. That’s a positive aspect of not paying your employees for commission. Any place that pays their employees commission, is doing a disservice to the customer. No one likes to be constantly followed and hounded for a sale. Jennifer helped us with all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, nice and informative. Nice staff. Alot of couches. Not outlet prices, which they admit. Same prices as other living spaces but you can order from this store if another store doesnt have your item.

I received a damaged chest. Now I have to wait six weeks before I can receive a replacement. Word of advice, fully inspect your delivery while the delivery people are on-site.

Horrible quality! If you are still going to buy here never buy the Care Free Plan it’s a scam! We bought our couches and fraying of the poor quality stitching happened. It’s clearly a workmanship issue that is not covered under the Care Free Plan. Care Free for living spaces to take your money! They find any loop hole to try not to cover your low quality living spaces furniture.
We are still trying to figure out the purpose of this location. Its an outlet center, but you can order anything in the other stores, and the prices dont seem to be better than the regular stores. We were a little disappointed our first visit just because we thought it was going to be a place to get great deals on Living Space furniture. Staff was friendly, and they do have a good selection of sofas. We did buy a chair here, and we are thinking about a dining room table.
This is the hidden gem I think this is marino Valley but its a huge warehouse its off the beaten path but it has some of everything in it of everything in it and its a good drive if you just ask somewhere to go looking for some furniture youll probably find it at living spaces there are a lot of regular stores but this is the outlet so imagine the savings youre gonna get here there was a chair that I purchased back in November for around $1000 Give or take a few dollars And now I see it on sale for 350 I am definitely gonna see if I could get the difference cause I do have my receipt is not within 30 days but is definitely within 90 days
It was wonderful! The space was open and made it easy to see every thing . The sales staff was very helpful and answered all our questions, and helped us get everything we were looking for. Check out was quick and easy. And this was all on Black Friday when they were extremely busy. I will shop there again without hesitation!

I LOVE this place. My only regret is not having found it sooner. We originally ordered a sectional from Ashley’s which had a 2+ month delay. We found a sectional here for half the cost AND available the same day. We had to rush to clear our living room from how fast they delivered. All the employees here are super nice as well and not pushy (they don’t work on commission).
I just purchased a living room set from this location and was helped by Audrey she is very friendly, knowledgeable and we felt extremely welcomed. Never felt rushed, she was able to answer all of our questions and we are very satisfied with her service. I Also want to acknowledge the great manager at this location. Jennifer, our sales rep, answered all of our questions well and spent a lot of time with us.I recommend that you bring a tape measure and have your measurements for your space ready before you come. Its not a knock against living spaces, but shopping in a outlet can make it more difficult to visualize your space.

My girlfriend and I were thoroughly impressed by the service we were given on the morning of Dec 9, 2020. We just moved into our new place and went here in a Uhaul to find a new couch for our great room. Because we needed to return the truck by lunchtime, we quickly found one and the available team (the saleswoman and manager - sorry I didn’t get the names) helped package and load the couch in the truck. I ordered a couch back in April 2021. it was supposed to be a sectional. I fell in love with it when I visited their warehouse in Perris. Upon receiving, the couch was sent with two left sides and both were returned. they gave me option to hold one part until the other came back in stock but they did not have a clear date for the right arm to be back in stock and it made no sense to keep one with a big hook attached and visible.Living spaces is holding 2,200$$ of credit for the last few months and will not release it. it has affected my credit score and more recently has affected the chances of me being able to purchase a new vehicle. Every time I call the creditor they tell me that living spaces has not processed the refund and have noted that I will return to purchase. I am not going to be paying for something I never received. Not to mention their reps do not speak fluent english and they always give the the run around. Absolute disgust!!
We went in just to take a look around and Hailey came up to us and asked if we needed help. We said we were just looking around and let us know if we needed help to let her know. We then really liked something and she came to us again before we even asked, she helped us out and we walked out buying 3 items. She was a great help and felt very genuine. Thank you.

Underwhelming is what I would call this outlet. If you live close by I can see the appeal of checking in once a while. However if you live far away and think living spaces outlet have great deals you are mistaken. They do have a good selections of sectionals, dinning chairs, bed, dresser, etc. however most of the price is the same as the normal living spaces. There is a small clearance section in the back that I would consider outlet pricing.The employees here are very nice, friendly and helpful. They have delivery for big or small items. All sale are final FYI and sold as it. It just not worth the drive or saving to justify going here.

This is the place to go! We were greeted immediately upon entering! Then, without being pressured by any sales people we were allowed to look around and check out the displays. When we were ready to make our selection the sales lady was super helpful and friendly. The item we selected (5pc. counter high table set) needed to have an order placed for delivery. The sales lady was super up front with the time that we would have the item delivered and didn’t want to over promise anything. I will be returning in the very near future for another purchase!
After going to more than 10 furniture store we found the outlet store to be easier on wallet and a better no pressure sales atmosphere. Jennifer, our sales associate, did a great job of answering any questions that we had in a clear and concise manner. To tell the truth, we were able to buy 2 rooms of furniture for the price of one couch at the competition. My wife and I are really satisfied customers.
We love to go to Living Spaces stores, however the outlet center is a bust. Mostly just sofas and couches that other people didnt actually pick up, and they sell them at the same price as the stores. The only advantage of going here is you can pick up stuff directly from the warehouse rather than waiting to have it delivered. Not worth the drive.
This place is HUGE. Customer service was excellent. So much to choose from. All different styles. Delivery is quick for a furniture company. Prices are very reasonable.
We went to Living Spaces to purchase a specific furniture item. Allison came over as we were looking and we figured out that what we wanted would just not work in our space. She stayed with us as we looked and showed us many beautiful pieces and we hit upon a solution that we wound up really liking and would work perfectly for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and very, very nice to work with. I am going back in the near future to get some more pieces and I will make sure she helps me. You have a great employee there!!!
Its okay... prices arent that great most of the furniture is priced at what you would find in a normal Furniture store like Mathis Brothers. I don’t know why its called an outlet if nothing is really marked down. And theres not a large selection of furniture. I would recommend going to Mathis Brothers in Ontario Mills instead. Its a drive but it has 2 floors of furniture.
My wife and myself went to shop at the Perris warehouse on Labor day to complete our bedroom furniture. We were in and out in no time 15 minutes at the most for what we were buying. This is our second time there and will be returning for more items in a few weeks to come. Keep it up folks with your knowledge and experience.

Anna helped us out and was INCREDIBLE!! We found the couch we’ve been dreaming for in under 5 minutes!! 10 minutes of us deciding between two couches we loved and we were out the door!! We got home and put the bed together and one side of the rail brackets were the wrong ones. I called the number and I was told to take the rail back for an exchange upon taking the rail back I was told once arriving I needed to take the complete rail kit back and wasted a trip and I could not just exchange one rail. Completely disappointed in living spaces.
The worst experience I have ever had! Bought a set of $1700.00 couches a year ago. One of the sofas didnt recline and they assembled it wrong. I have spent over 5 months trying to get it fixed or replaced. Nobody ever calls you back. Whenever I call them they tell me same thing.. We will call you. Just today I found out it will be another month before anything can be done and that I am responsible for the removal of the couch that doesnt work? What?? They also will not assemble the new couch when it is delivered unless I pay the assembly fee again! DO NOT buy your furniture from this company! Save yourself time and headaches and shop elsewhere.
Mike was a big help, explained how living spaces dose business different from other stores. Left extremely satisfied. I canceled my purchase from a different furniture store because of lies and delays, I was able to buy a much better dining table for a lot less idk how that was possible and with the money I saved I got a new Hercules recliner. I had a great experience at the Living Spaces Outlet in Perris, California last week. I got EXACTLY what I wanted for for hundreds less than the other furniture stores- that didn’t have or offer to create the configuration I was looking for. Our sales associate, Jennifer was so helpful! She suggested we create what I wanted, then sat down with me to design the sectional by using different pieces from a particular model. I recommend scheduling an appointment. At the time of our appointment we walked up to the building to check in and it was a smooth transition into shopping mode. Monica was assigned to help us. She did a great job with providing information on items we ended up purchasing and provided us private time to talk and think things over while we explored around the store. We did not feel hurried or pushed to buy anything. Now we cannot wait to get our furniture.

I had the pleasure of working with a new hire. Her name was Ana. I was in search for a new queen bed set and fell in love with one that was out of stock. Ana took my name and number Informing me she would call as soon as they came back in stock. To be honest I didn’t believe she would call. Sure enough four days later I received a phone call letting me know the set has come in. It’s so nice and satisfying that their are “Ana’s” out there who truly display exceptional work ethic. Ana blesses others with keeping her word and having such a pleasant attitude.

We love using Living Spaces for all our furniture needs. The outlet center is very well organized and everyone there is super helpful. Monica helped my wife and I buy a kitchen table and dresser this time. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The process was quick and easy we will definitely be back when we need our next item!
Jennifer helped me at the Outlet Center. My husband and I had looked for a couch or sectional at a different location but were unable to purchase the set we wanted due to it being out of stock. I went to the outlet to see if they had something else I liked that would be in stock. The same sectional that was unavailable to order was there and we were able to order it to be delivered in about 2 weeks.We were told at the other location, once we mentioned going to the outlet, that the outlet didnt have much of a show room and it was only a very small selection of furniture. Although it is smaller than a the typical store, it was much larger that the employee lead us to believe.The only negative about the outlet has nothing to do with customer service but everything to do with the lack of A/C in the building. It made it so uncomfortable to shop in the heat we have been experiencing. I cant imagine how the employees can last their whole shift with the temperature in the store. That being said, in spite of the unbearable heat, all the employees were very kind and helpful.Because of the negative impression given by the original store we visited and because of the friendlyness of the employees at the outlet center, we will continue to shop there.
Our Experience at Living Spaces was wonderful. Ozzy was extremely Professional, helpful and friendly .He helped us find the right furniture to fit our needs and made this experience easy and fun. My husband who dreaded having to go shop all day didn’t complain once and was thankful it was a simple and uncomplicated process.Marissa was another employee that rudely interrupted us and Definitely needs some training in customer service . Please address this with her ASAP. She was disrespectful and insensitive to my husbands medical condition when he felt light headed and had to pull down his mask from his nose for a minute to breath in some fresh air. He almost passed out and she should NOT be working with people until fully trained properly. For her we would rate this a 1 star but Ozzy helped us to make it a 5 star rating.We are looking forward to our delivery , wish we could get it sooner than 8-10 weeks but since it is a special order, We understand & it will be worth the wait.
Our sales rep was Allison. We bought a sofa and a recliner. She is very knowledgeable and informative, nice and patient with zero attitude. We appreciated her very much!!
These are COVID times. I scheduled an appointment, I knew what I wanted before I showed up. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman at the door. He looked up my items confirmed delivery was available for the following day and I made my purchase. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Most furniture stores are only offering curbside drop off, Living Spaces is still delivering in home and set up.
Great experience at the Perris Outlet. Mike the associate was an excellent help. He showed us the furniture we were looking for and let us know if it was in stock for pickup or if they would ship it to us free. Overall a great experience from the moment we walked through the door.

The absolute best outlet facility experience I have encountered. True, it does not have the ambiant setting of a standard furniture showroom, but the wide open, anti-Covid sharing arrangement of the displayed furniture is quite pleasing. And the staff is extremely professional & patient. Highly recommend shopping this Living Spaces location.
I live in Arizona. I was dealing with a warranty issue, and felt like I was getting the run around. I called the LivingSpaces customer service number and Ashley Salcedo answered my call. She went above and beyond and even followed up with me to confirm a resolution was reached. She made my experience so positive that I will be going back to LS for furniture. Their furniture was fine. I didn’t find anything I wanted but that wasn’t the problem. From the second I walked into the showroom, the employees hovered behind me and followed me everywhere I went, constantly asking me questions.I told them I would let them know if I found something I wanted but they just kept bothering me. I left partly because they were just bothering me so much.

It’s a great place to shop. No discounts but fair deals. Non commission staffs are very welcoming and fair. Overall a great place for home furniture shopping. No rugs or outside furniture here though. But couches and bedroom sets are great!!

I pick up loads for Living Spaces to deliver to other places. Its usually quite easy to get in and out, but sometimes trailers are hard to get out of spots. But other than that i dont spend a whole lot of time trying to get my loads from there.
Had a FANTASTIC experience at the Living Spaces in Perris. Tania helped us out. She was friendly and, given her it was her first day, she was very knowledgeable and when we asked a truly tough question she got the answer and was back on a flash. She even moved furniture from one side of the store to the other so we could see if the colors worked! The best part was she didn’t hover but was aware of us so when we looked up to find someone she was right there. That’s the best customer service! Yuiven who helped over the phone was great too - their 5 year protection plan is the bomb! And when I ordered another custom item over the phone turned out the person helping me, Allison, also worked at Perris location. Trying to figure out a color you saw but forgot to write down...she was patient and went into great detail and comparison so we made sure we got the right one. Will definitely be going back again.

The day we went to the outlet we found a floor model for much cheaper than regular outlet price so we saved a lot of money. But not everything is priced at an outlet price. I recommend that if you are looking for a new set of couches to definitely check this place to compare prices.
Great place to shop for furniture, lots to choose from and alot of help on hand,I told them they need a sign on the freeway side so people would know that its not just a warehouse but a huge outlet also.

I am one of many now on the international list being that I am in Georgia. Of all stores available to me, Living Spaces is the only one that has the color of furniture that I have been looking for, in a good quality and great price. COVID-19 has all deliveries of all kind behind; nonetheless, Living Spaces delivery time is still shorter and quicker than those literally close to me.
Went to the Perris location. Went to just look but left with a full family room set. Associate Allisson made it so easy, no pressure and had everything done within minutes. I will be back again. Thank you for an easy buying experience.

If you are looking for studio or apartment furniture, this is your place. If you are looking for substantial furniture, do not come here. Everything was okay. It seemed that all the sectionals were the same style. But the sizes of the furniture were just too small for what I was looking for. Also, Ive purchased furniture at Living Spaces before and this furniture seemed comparable in price as to whats at their normal not outlet store. Isnt an outlet supposed to be much more affordable? Any who, I wont be returning here.
Went to the Perris Outlet to order a couch that I had already chosen. The item is out of stock but on its way back to the LS Warehouses. Jennifer was extremely helpful and even reassured me that she would check the status in a week to try to get me an earlier delivery.

It was aiighht. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasnt what it actually was... not that it was bad. Cuz it was in no way bad.Im at a loss for the right word to describe it.... cold (not in the temp way tho), like stark, just very strict looking if that makes sense. Like there were no accessories, or lamps, or rugs.... I fully get that its actually inside a warehouse type building, so being grey and kinda drab makes total sense... but maybe throw some rugs down, put some accent lamps out with warm light bulbs; cheer up the space a bit, ya know. Anyways, its def worth checking out if your in need of furniture - for sure.

I personally would not call this a clearance center. About 75% of the items are items to order. Very large space and excited to see what they had, made the long trip out but sadly, there was very little. Ive seen more options at their stores with a clearance section.

2022-03-10First, we were welcomed warmly upon arrival. Sales staff did not hound us. We had a chance to look around a bit before Jennifer came to check on us. She was great. She answered all of our questions, looked up available items and provided options for us to consider.Jennifer was casual and made us feel welcomed and provided great customer service. The other sales staff members were also friendly and ready to help.We felt the selection of items was good and, though it is referred to as an outlet store and in a warehouse, it was well organized, if a bit chilly. We will certainly return when our furniture needs call for it.

2022-06-05We’ve been here twice now. Once for a bed for my mother in law and now we went back for living room furniture. The ladies there were so very nice, no high pressure sales and they had knowledge about all the furniture. We were there for a couple hours and had come from another living spaces store where we had purchased a custom couch and chair. We checked here on our way home and actually found EXACTLY what we were looking for, canceled the customs order, spent $1000 less and will have it in 2 days instead of a month. Highly recommend checking them out!

2022-07-28I shop at the Living Space Outlet in Perris on a regular basis because they are always getting new things, quality of their furniture is good, prices are reasonable and everyone is helpful and friendly. This past year I had four homes to furnish and thankfully with the help of Anna, Joey, and Jessica they all look great. Another big PLUS is they deliver quick and it’s always been an exceptionally good experience with the delivery drivers.They make my job easier and thats really appreciated!
