Always very professional, and very courteous. I like taking my car to a location that has expert trained personnel and Lexus is where I want to take my car. They are very detailed and upfront about what the service and cost will be. I don’t drive my car very much, 3000 miles per year, so they are patient and willing to talk to me about how to service a car that has such low mileage. Also, they provide a list of the 50 or so check points of inspection that my car received. They know that this RX 350 needs these inspection points, but I’m not sure that just any service shop down the street would know that about my particular car.
Had my regular, scheduled maintenance service at this local Lexus dealership. Service was excellent. They treat their clients with respect and impeccable service. Eric was my advisor and he’s very good on what he does. Very knowledgeable and friendly. That’s why I always go back here for my car maintenance and repair.
I just moved to Sacramento country. My family highly recommended Lexus Sacramento dealer, and they were right. Mike was super patient, courteous and kind to help me through a complicated process with contacting my previous dealer about pre-payment maintenance. I admire his politeness, clearness and patience to everyone. I hope to be able to work with him again.
I was greeted within seconds of pulling up. The advisor Eric was very nice, accommodating with offering me a loaner car (due to my error of scheduling) and offered me snacks. Who doesn’t love free snacks?! Although I didn’t accept, I appreciate the fact it offered. The dealership is newly remodeled and clean. I waited less than 5 minutes before my loaner car was issued to me. This is my first Lexus I bought brand new and my first time going into Lexus for service. Hands down probably the best experience I’ve ever had compared to other competitors. Keep this up and I’ll buy another Lexus! The loaner car also helped sway the wife’s decision in replacing her car in the future.
My experience with Lexus of Sacramento was not bad but not good. Usually Lexus of Sacramento service in the past that I used them for my vehicle were very good service. For my service today the 03/17/2022, it took me almost 4 weeks for Lexus of Sacramento to schedule my service maintenance. After I received my car back, it was clean but there were some smug on hood, and carpet in driver side wasn’t clean. As it was clean when I brought the car into Lexus of Sacramento for service. Also, I checked the grove compartment, the tray that was holding the car manual booklets was removed but never was put back into place. My service advisor service were great. I got my car service. He explained what I needed to get service on, and what I don’t need the technician to check in my vehicle. He got me loaner vehicle. My overall experience today’s service maintenance is average.Thank you.

Always a super pleasant experience with Eric in the service department. Just recently brought my vehicle in for routine 10,000 mile service. Discovered another item that was in need of repair. Received fast efficient service from Christina my service advisor. I was given a nice loaner car then had my car back the next day. This was exceptional considering how difficult it is to obtain parts now. I couldnt be happier with the service I receive at Lexus of Sacramento.
I waited almost 15-20 minutes in my car for someone to come out to get my information although I had a 9 AM appt. and I was there at 8:55 AM.Then I was told I did not need an oil change although my window sticker said I was due. I was informed the sticker mileage was just for a 6 month check.It took an hour and a half to check my car and rotate my tires They did find that I needed a new battery. Therefore, my hour drive there and an hour drive back and hour and half plus wait wasn’t a total waste of time.I was asked if I wanted all these services that aren’t necessary but recommended for $217.I was charged $49 for a tire rotation.The staff was kind, helpful and not pushy.I will not be returning for routine maintenance though. I will just have a company closer to home complete my oil and filter changes along with my tire rotations.
The remodeling to the location was completed and the customer waiting area is very nice. I stayed while my car was getting its 25,000 service. Mike as always was very prompt and handled the processing of my transaction quickly. It is always very efficient service whenever I take my car for servicing.
When my vehicle needs any type of service, I contact V at Lexus of Sacramento. He is knowledgeable, personable and in one instance recently where I needed emergency service for my vehicle from a remote location and it was getting dark, he gave me his cell number so we could stay in touch till my car could be towed to Lexus of Sacramento. I have purchased 2 of my 3 Lexus vehicles from this dealership. Pleased with purchase and service on all of them.

Horrible! I came in for oil change at 10:45am. I was told it would take at least an hour and a half. After 2 hours I check back with them. They said for some reason they didn’t work on my car. The guy said sometimes this happens. He asked me to wait. After another 40 minutes. He said they have finished oil change and ask me if I still want car wash. He said it would take about 20 minutes. I waited another 50 minutes. They said car is ready to go. But I found out they didn’t wash my car. I really got mad. By that time it was already 2:15pm. How can this happen? I was so hungry and my blood sugar level was low. I almost pass out.
The new facility is quite comfortable for waiting customers. The service was finished approximately within the waiting period told me by the service rep. Not being knowledgeable about mechanics, I can only trust that the services were performed satisfactorily. The service rep Eric is friendly and efficient.
Service could not have been better. When I arrived for my appointment my service advisor, Mike Huttleston, had already reviewed my vehicle’s service record and let me know that nothing was required except an oil change and inspection.When the mechanic found collapsed and leaking lower ball joint assemblies, Mike explained what he recommended and already had checked their inventory for the required replacement parts. It turned out that the work could not be completed until the following day and 10 minutes later I was on my way home in a loaner.The work was completed as promised the next day.
Lexus of Sacramento is the only place to go for a car and service in Sacramento as far as I am concerned. From day one of my purchase of my 2006 RX I have been listened to and have received excellent quality service. Today was another great experience and Mike Huttleston is part of the reason why you want to give them a try!
My service representative Christina was awesome! In addition to some maintenance work, I needed to get an estimate for some body work from a local body shop. She contacted them and arranged for an estimator to come to the Lexus service center. Was not expecting that kind of service!
My Service Professional, Nick Cruz, is undeniably in my experience, the best Representative at Sac. Lexus. I DO NOT recommend you to get extended warranty for your vehicle because you pay a big amount of money upfront for it but when time comes to repair your car through warranty dealer waste your time and doesn’t repair your car, by saying that they could not address the concern? I brought in my car for suspension issue they are telling me it’s normal noise and also telling me that I installed aftermarket “DASH CAM” on windshield which is not touching or rubbing against nothing can be cause of that? unbelievable!!! Also telling me if I pay out of pocket possibly they can find the concern. Please don’t buy extended warranty!
They did regular oil maintenance..was good experience...I always go there for my maintenance..they just had completed there renovations and I took my 6 year old to check out the insides he was very impressed..the advisor even had him take the new magazines.. made my sons day..I appreciated there service.. Hi, I had my first maintenance with Lexus yesterday and although that part went well, the cleaning did not.I like to keep my car clean and I even do the carwash myself, so I know how a car should look like after it was cleaned. So I was very frustrated when I saw my car, especially the windows. There were streaks/films everywhere and I can even tell which directions they were wiped at.I’m sorry to say, but they did a very poor job. It may seem like a little thing to you, but those little details matter to me and one that I would not expect from Lexus. Hope you can make this right next time. Thank you.
Making an appointment with Lexus of Sacramento to have Perma Plate / Windshield Protection perform on my Lexus RC350 was easy. When I arrived at the dealership I was approached by Mr. Moua who was friendly, professional in appearance and very helpful. I was offered a car loaner while my car was being serviced and I really appreciated that very much. Even if I only met a few of the staffs and employees, the way I was tested today, I’m sure all of the staffs and employees of Lexus of Sacramento are top of the line and professional in what they do.
In general, the service is OK. Only make me uncomfortable is my service consultant who seems do not want to talk me in detail of what services my car needs to be done, neither asking me if I have any questions. Other two consultants I met are nice when I asked questions.
I was disappointed when the car was washed after the service as it came out with Black tar mark and a couple of Scratches. I pointed this out so it was taken back for cleaning again and still had marks in it when returned.Obviously QC was not performed and I was told that they would chat with the service advisor. To late as the experience had already been received.The gentleman I spoke too also lacks a little training in Customer Experience due to his communication methods as in who has the White GS instead of Mr Wells
Eric has been my service advisor since I bought my 2020 RX350 F Sport at the Sacramento dealership. Today was my 20K service, and we added ding and paint chip repair. Erics been helpful and attentive, and made sure to use warranty services whenever applicable. Cannot emphasize enough that Lexus is so well made, that Ive only ever used their service department for routine maintenance, (or tire and wheel damage of my own fault). So instead of focusing on grievous problems, advisors can truly focus on excellent customer service and I drive away feeling Ive been made whole - without bleeding tons of time and money. I did have an appointment and they were able to get me in. They were able to find the the problem quickly and fix it. They kepted in touch letting me know the process. Because it turned out to be as a computer problem their was no charge. I always have a great experience with Lexus. Love the new building as well.

Gotta love Nick and the team effort at Lexus of Sacramento!I brought in my 2007 LS 460 with a need for some work that I’d neglected for several years because I was certain I was going purchase an EV (patiently waiting for Toyota/Lexus to get into the game by the way).With three teenagers, an absolute love of my second-ever vehicle, and a passion to limit my utilization footprint in this world, I decided to get work done so I could comfortably and carelessly drive for another several years until lateraling my car to the teens!Nick went to bat for me with the corporate side of the business and got some additional work covered for free and that will absolutely let me lateral this awesome vehicle to my teens. Safety and reliability is something we all need for ourselves and our kids and this LS easily has another 100K miles and now a smooth and enjoyable ride.I did spend some money on some issues, but the perks received were above and beyond and are the reason that we will always be Lexus/Toyota loyalists (5 and counting on our household).Nick - thank you!!
No appointment Friday morning, but we had damaged a tire overnight and were on a donut spare. They got us in and replaced both damaged tires. And since we had an appointment for service the following week they volunteered to do at same time. Gave us a loaner and we picked up car Saturday morning. Great experience all around.
I have been taking my Lexus since 2015 and with a few purchases, kids are driving now, I take the new and old Lexus’ to Lexus of Sacramento. I always deal with Eric P., and his excellent customer service is what keeps my family and I coming back. There’s no surprise and it’s always disclosed; if anything is ever found, I obtain a call directly from Eric to wait or move forward. I’ve dealt with another dealership and unfortunately had one bad experience which led me to Lexus of Sacramento. I couldn’t be more pleased! Ask for Mike Huttleston in Service and he will take care of ANY issue you have. I would also strongly recommend to see Kent Owens if you are interested in a purchase or a lease. Kent is really a up front guy and will give you the best deal. It’s employee’s like Mike and Kent who make Lexus for Sacramento a great dealership!
I brought the car in Saturday at 9:00 to drop it off to have 2 CV boots replaced.I was told I would get a call when the car was ready.I got a call around 1:30, the message indicated that the parts for my repair were not ordered, like they should have been.The car would not be ready until the following week, but I could keep the loaner.I called service on Monday but the receptionist I said no one was available to speak to me but a service consultant or service manager would call me back shortly to tell me when my car would be ready.The next day, Tuesday afternoon I got a call indicating my car was ready for pick up.The service consultant I spoke with indicated the cost of the CV boots and alignment would be about $950.When I came to pick up the car I was told the cost was about $1150. I questioned the amount so they brought the amount due to $950.Wow.I can definitely say that my customer service experience was not good.
Received info regarding inspection of vehicle. In addition fact sheet identifying next check up info for vehicle and it’s approximate cost. All staff courteous from the time I needed roadside service to the dealership. Attentive to addressing my inquiries. Great experience!!
I’m leasing a new RX 350 and brought it in for service. Waited over 30 minutes for a loaner car, which was a bit frustrating. I requested this when I booked the appointment so why wasn’t it ready to go when I arrived for my appointment? Went back to pick up my car in the afternoon and it was returned to me as dirty as it arrived. I assumed it would have at least been run through an exterior wash. Overall, an underwhelming experience.
The Lexus service very warming and welcome a little slow but you could work around that I can understand that but the service was excellent first time going bringing my Lexus thank you for your hospitality your service and need to be more look into the service before leaving the vehicle make sure you clean the seats you left some black stuff on it and other things whatever you do I do appreciate it once again I give you a for my 1 to 10 Ill give you a thank you again hope to see you next two or three years or when God bless
My experience with Lexus of Sacramento was amazing! Service rep Eric, did an awesome job with my interactions with Lexus.They made it convenient for ME, not them.My lexus was in the shop for several days, it needed some attention. Lexus loaned me a beautiful Lexus 350, to use as long as needed till the car was completed. “My” lexus engine light came on for what ever reason shortly after I drove it home, I took the car back a few days later, Lexus loaned me another Lexus 350 sport. Lexus diagnosed the problem, they found what needed attention. My Lexus of Sacramento showed me so much love, they made my Christmas when I got the invoice!I’ll leave it at that. Lexus of Sacramento repaired my 2015 Lexus RX350 after storm water damage. V Moua, my Service Consultant, was an absolute dream. He kept me calm through the process, saved my car from being totalled by my insurance, and returned my car to me shiny, fixed and like new.

2022-01-27Took my 300h for its first 6-month check up. I was sent a reminder and followed up with an easily-made appointment. It only took minutes to drop it off with service writer Nick, although I easily could have waited since it took less than an hour. Pick up was quick and no charge for this visit! I got to view the new showroom which was very tasteful and upscale. This is my 3rd Lexus in 33 years; such a wonderful product!

2022-05-26I went in for an oil change and to have a windshield protection film applied. They were very professional. I was immediately greeted when I drove into the service aisle. It took about 10 minutes for someone to start helping me. I had to wait, the service was only going to take 90 minutes. It ended up taking closer to three hours. The waiting area is very comfortable. My car was nicely washed and vacuumed. Lexus of Sacramento is a quality business to do business with.

He even took the time to connect with the financial department and Concord Lexus regarding a warranty that I had questions about. The service was good with attention to the details of the service that was required. Good communication by phone and email. Car was washed and tires cleaned without my request. No complaints. 2022-03-17Whole process was very easy! Erick was very professional and helpful in showing me what needed to be done with my vehicle. Super convenient.Only complaint I had was when I picked up my car. Drop off was easy and they told me to go to cashier. Seemed kinda slow but nobody was at the desk. Didn’t really see any customers either. The woman who came 5 minutes later happened to be the same person who was socializing with another employee at a cubicle before I was helped. Kinda sucked cause I had somewhere to go and was waiting 🙁Would otherwise give a 5

2021-12-25I brought my RX in for its regular service at Lexus at Sacramento and met with Eric Pantoja. They just finished renovations at this location and it was easy to drop off my car under their covered drop off location and meet with Eric. Eric was quick and friendly and got all my paperwork to sign off ready for me. I needed a quick turn around on this trip so I stayed and waited in their nice clean customer lounge area while I waited for my car to minimize any delays. Today’s maintenance normally takes about 2 hours from start to finish plus car wash and Eric didn’t disappoint—he got my car back to me within 1.5 hours which was very appreciative as I needed to travel two hours to see my mom and can’t be late. I’ve only been here 3 times in total as I only moved here a year ago and each time, Eric has been very helpful in getting my car serviced exactly as needed. He is always cheerful and a delight to talk to and always make me feel that my car is in good hands. I enjoy coming to this location and will continue to do so and seeing Eric for all my car’s service needs.

2022-07-01I took my RX 350 in due to vibrating when I braked. I was frustrated to hear my rotors were warped. After speaking with Christina and explaining my disappointment due to the low mileage I had on the vehicle, she took it upon herself to reach out to management. I received a call from her soon after dropping it off and she said Lexus would help with the costs! I couldn’t believe it!! I am so thankful for her willingness to go above and beyond! It is rare to receive great customer service, but that’s exactly what I got from Lexus of Sacramento. As well, making my original appointment was smooth with next day service and getting a loaner for the time my vehicle was being worked on with absolutely no hassle. If you want the best customer service and a top rated vehicle Go To Lexus of Sacramento! You will not be disappointed!
