Donna, the Store Manager, runs a tight ship! It shows, in every way, how much she loves her store, her consumers, and especially her staff! This team is extremely friendly and helpful, and the product is terrific! Keep up the wonderful job...I will definitely be returning the next time I drive through! 6 stars if I could!

2022-07-06I love Levis,and this location has wonderful staff. Thank you. As a truckerIts difficult to get home regularly. The Outlets at Barstow is fantastically located. Right up the road from three truck stops. Lots of truck parking in the area (NO TRUCK PARKING AT THE OUTLETS AT BARSTOW, TRUCKERS PARK AT TRUCK STOPS OR IN SAFE LEGAL PARKING AREAS NEAR BY- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER OUTLETS).. The Outlets at Barstow, CAI-15 ext 178 WB make a left follow till you see big sign on the right, EB, make a right at top of ramp follow around till you see sign on the right, just past AM/PM

2022-03-21Coming from the UK where a pair of Levis will cost you anyway for £85 -£100 its astounding to come to a place thatll sell you them for somewhere in the region of £40. The range of choice is second to none also. During our visit staff were really helpful and cheerful. A great place to visit.

2021-03-21If you check my review history I very very rarely do negative reviews. That being said...Service was as expected. Store was neat and clean. Not crowded. No lines like other outlets. My only issue is that noone was in the same page about the current promotion being offered. Then when I was willing to forgo the promotion my my military discount was denied.Ive shopped Levi outlets for years. Camarillo, Visalia and others. Ive never been denied military discount wether or was a promotion or not.

2021-12-30Stores close at eight and fitting rooms closed at 5:30 because the fitting room I charge did not want to clean the rooms after 5:30 … I was going to buy five jeans but left fully disappointed … customer service is 0 out of 5 never coming back to this store

2019-11-25I stopped to this Colombian outlet store on my way to Vegas. My husband found all his favorite shirts at a great price. We were helped by Guillermo who was friendly and very helpful finding my husband size . They have a great handicap access to enter the store and by the register. I would come back again .
