I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for a tire repair (nail in tire), they were not going to get to it for 45 more minutes!So, I left with the nail still in my tire and called the next morning to make an appointment. I called at 8 am and was given a 1 pm appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would be over an hour to an hour and a half! With an appointment!!!The young man at the counter helping me was a bit rude and badmouthed his co-worker. This is not how other Les Schwab locations treat their customers. I have been to many over the years. I just might change tire store companies.
I brought my car in to have both CV axles replaced. Peter had inspected and given me a quote last week. My appointment was this morning at 9am. Peter greeted me and said it would be around 2 hours. I waited there and about an hour and a half later he called my name. My car was done. He test drove it and said all good. I couldnt be happier with the outstanding customer service I received!!! Thank you Lodi Les Schwab, especially Peter. I will definitely be back.
Stopped in to get my tires rotated and was told a 1.5 to 2 hour wait. Figured I could just wait and decided to stay. After 2 hours noticed my vehicle hadnt been touched, so I went up and asked about how much longer. Another appt had shown up and it was going to be another 45 minutes. If I was told it was going to be close to 3 hours, I would have came back another day. Guess it doesnt really matter to them since they already had my money from the tires and I was there for a free rotation.
Went in for flat repair and rotation told them please check for any due service(tire rotation!) Did flat repair not rotation,they told me on the phone if i dont ask for it they cant do it,what part of check for any service due did you not understand! So you you drop the ball admit it!Dont jabber on with flimisy excuses!Gary left from being the manager,Chris too!You are getting stupid there!
Time Honored Tradition and Corporate Policy not honored in Lodi.I have been a customer of Les Schwab for years, recently had to purchase my tires at a different center due to Les Schwab failing to provide the time honored customer service that they have been known for at the Galt California Location. This was after giving the manager and regional manager from the corporate HQ in Bend OR every opportunity to make the issue right, I reluctantly ended my business as a LS customer.Now, one thing you can always count on Les Schwab for is free tire repair. This has been a time honored tradition, that reflects the customer centric principals Les Schwab founded this business on back in 1952. No matter where you are, and no matter WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR TIRES, You could always count on Les Schwab Tires to repair it for you. This is the very reason I USED to take my business there for over a decade!Sadly, according to Ivan Lodi CA no longer upholds this founding principal, and once again shows that the customer is NOT important, their safety and well being is not important either! Each store kinda does it their own way, so... Excellent customer service! (Sarcasm).No longer can you see your tire pressure warning light pop on, and say to yourself Its ok, Les Schwab is right up the road they will help us out.No, now you can only count on Les Schwab to worry about the bottom line, Profit and Loss, and people who already bought tires at THAT store.What a sad state of affairs, the HQ in Bend Oregon already has a voicemail in their inbox waiting but sadly I doubt that will make any difference. I will never, ever, give my business to this company again.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I specifically came in asking them to check my low tire pressure and advised them that I’m driving out of state. The rep literally disregarded everything I said and sent me to bay 5 for air check. Long behold the next day, I got a completely flat and had to go get a completely new tire. So unreliable.
Fixed two holes on my truck tire for free and I bought those tires somewhere on line. Pretty cool of them. I am I customer but these specific tires were not from here. I love this place. Also Shaun was the one who took care of me. He went above and beyond for me and it definitely is what will bring me back to have some work done next time. Thanks.
Les Schwabs is another one of my favorite places for great service. Lots of smiling, friendly people work there and they really do run out to your car to greet you. I can stop in anytime to get the air pressure checked in my tires, free of charge. And making an appointment to get the work you needed done is just as easy. Be sure to stop by the next time you need tires and dont forget the free popcorn.
This is pretty much the only place I go for tires. No extra charge for warranties, fix flats on any tire at no cost if youre their customer. Few places have this level of customer service today. Have been taking my 5 cars there for about 15 years. Its nice to not have to shop and just have a go-to place you trust. The only thing you have to watch out for is, I have a sports car I only drive maybe 3000 miles a year, and one of the tires went bad and they no longer made them. I had to buy a new set because I didnt want 3 of one and one of another. As long as your replacing tires at normal intervals its perfect.
Not happy with todays service. I was told that they had my tires in stock but they didnt . They could have picked them up but they didnt. Nor did they call or let me know the problem they had. I never received a call and after nearly 8 hours I was in touch so I went by. Now maybe I will get them tomorrow.
Les Schab, Galt has made a remarkable improvement with their customer service since my last visit. I have purchased a few sets of tires from Les Schwab, Galt because of the convenience of location in relation to our home. Their previous Sales/Customer Service, made me feel like they were not trustworthy and I often felt unsettled after a purchase. Though with my most recent visit, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
Great experience as always. I brought my 2015 Tacoma in to get the tires rotated. I didnt buy anything from them at this time. The truck already had the wheel and tires upgraded at the dealer when I bought it. Gary the manager is a great guy. He totally took care of me as if I was his personal customer. Id bought tires and wheels at the other Les Schwabs and Id always had great experiences. I will always recommend them because, theyre just all around great guys.
Im not sure what to think. I took my conversion van in for a break check because they are squealing. I came back to pick up the van and the guy behind the counter said everything looked good and that he didnt notice any squealing. They were squealing right away and have been since. Les Schwab is the most trusted brake service shop that I know of in Lodi so Im not sure if I trust them and keep driving or go get a second opinion
They opened right at 8:00 and promptly started helping customers. They repaired a flat in a tire I previously purchased from them and didnt charge me. (Ive been charged at other shops where I have purchased their tires). I was out of there by 8:30 and on my way to work!
Great tire shop, I have all my vehicles serviced by less Schwab. The Lodi store has knolagable employees and technicians that are familure faces and friendly neighbors. They are usually busy but always happy to serve, the service and value for your dollar is always worth it.
I can only say great things about this store!!!! The story is way to long to go into, but they stand by their products and service, and go above and beyond!!! Also, I hope they realize what a valuable employee they have in Tom!Thank you, Les Schwab!!!! You have a lifetime customer!!
Honest service with friendly experts. I have used Les Schwabs in the Central Valley since 2004. I recommend their service above any other Tire shop. Furthermore, they do brakes, shocks, and so much more; and many of their services come with free repairs, (depends on service, just ask).
Brought in my truck for a slow leak in the back drivers side tire...waited over an hour and was told it was a leaky valve stem. Drive it back to work and home and the next morning it is flat again. Take it back and they tell me they found a screw in the front passenger side tire. I watched as a kid whom they appeared to be training work on the tire as the original tech moved to another customers tire. The second time I came in was Wednesday & by Friday afternoon my front passenger tire was completely flat! Called Saturday morning for them to come and fix as I was stranded. Told me they would be here in an hour, 4 hours later I had to call again. Finally sent a tech out and they went to fix, but called and said the tire was now no good!?! And that I needed a new one! That they are old! JOKE! Tires are BFGoodrich and cost over $1,000 less than a year ago and I drive it less than 10 miles a day to and from work. So I tell them to bring me back my tire I will deal with it on Monday. Mind you they have my tire and rim. It is now 30 min. after they have closed on Saturday and no-one has brought me back my tired and will not answer the phone!!!! What kind of company thinks its ok to keep a customers tire and rim over the weekend while they are closed after they stated it would be returned!
The counter employee seemed too bothered to want to help me as a walk-in prospective customer. Im glad i checked this business out BEFORE spending almost a grand. Prices were literally HUNDREDS more than a couple of other places in Lodi. Do they know they are NOT the only Tire Shop in town? Using the three metrics of quality, service, and price, there could be no way their quality could offset the poor service and high price quotes they displayed.
Actually pretty busy today. Maybe an employee called out or mgmt want expecting the duties for today. (Saturday). Have about an hour wait before my car can even be pulled in for tire rotation to be started. Only see 3 white shirts in work area which may be normal for a Saturday afternoon.
Awful service. Brought my car in for a rotation and alignment. They did the rotation but refused to do the alignment because they say I need new rear brakes, new CV joints and lower control arms. For the parts and labor, they quoted me 1500 bucks. Keep in mind I took it in for the alignment because I took it in to my mechanic for a new timing belt and front brakes. He told me my rear brakes were fine for another 6 months, and looked at the CVs while he was working on it. Everything was fine, but my front tires were wearing on the inside so I needed an alignment before I left for a trip. I took it in Friday before i left, and they said no problem. They called 20 minutes before closing (after having it for 5 hours) and told me to come in. I went over and they gave me this rediculous quote. They want to charge 101 dollars PER BRAKE ROTOR, when OReillys has Bosch rotors for 34 each. And my CVs and control arms are fine, verified by my mechanic literally 24 hours before. I told the girl that their parts were way overpriced, and her exact words were well we dont price match sir. As if I would want these hacks to price match and do the job in the first place! The only reason I came here was because I bought my tires here, but Ill be going to Americas Tire or somewhere local instead. Lost my business and my trust. Dont take your car here. They prey on uninformed and innocent people.
Dishonest and Deceitful shop, poor leadership, abusive employees. I felt robbed and abused in this transaction. Once a good company, their current management has made decisions that are deceitful and abusive. If you must go, then purchase only tires on site. Awful experience.
Five hours and 450 dollars later I have new brake pads on my car... After being forced to buy brake pads from them after I already had some brand new and replaced one... But they wouldnt replace the other one without replacing the brand new one I had just replaced. Very money hungry.

2022-03-20Same great service far from home. We had a flat tire on our journey to Arizona. The guys at the Lodi shop were ready and willing to help us as soon as the store opened on Saturday. Unfortunately we needed a really specific tire that they didnt have on the shelf. Since we didnt really want to wait until they could get one in the afternoon, they helped us locate the right tire at a competitors store nearby. They definitely have retained our loyalty and future business.

2020-05-13If you have a 4x4 that needs work or a lift and tires, Chris is your guy. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. Had my truck done almost 2 years ago and he still taking good care of me. Won’t go anywhere else for tires and wheels.

2022-01-10This is the best place to get new tires. The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. They now offer all kinds of repair services as well as warranties on the work that they do. I bought new tires from him about 6 months ago, and one of the tires got a flat and was beyond repair. They replaced the tire for free because it was still under warranty. I have no complaints with their services. They just saved me $300 or more. I will always go to Les Schwab before any place else. The work they do is great, and also a great price. I recommend them to anyone looking for tires.

2019-09-07Wasnt bad at all but the kid I came in and talked to literally had no idea what he was doing.. he told me a 6x5.5 wont fit 6x139.7 and its the same pattern.. tires are a little pricey here too so shop around.

2021-08-18Even though I waltzed in 30 minutes before closing. They helped me and were able to get my tire all patched up. The lobby is clean, theres soda and drinks available to purchase and everything is really calming which is exactly what you need after you need to get your car towed here.
