2022-06-16Layne and Rachel are world-class real estate agents. Navigating the current market is no easy feat, and they made our first home-buying process so seamless and incredible. As first time buyers, we needed a lot of guidance throughout the entire process and that’s exactly what Layne and Rachel did, and then some. Not only were they highly communicative and transparent, they held our hands through the experience from start to finish, going above and beyond what most agents do. They were so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the 3 areas we were considering (everything from the safety to home value to lifestyle), did a ton of research to ensure our offer was competitive (we won by $5K) and even entered our new home with some equity thanks to the incredibly accurate purchasing guidance of Layne and Rachel. The closing process was smooth and we couldn’t have asked for more. Bottom line is you want someone who is diligent, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating and above all, someone who is honest and caring that you can trust when buying a house. 2021-12-09We had the best experience selling our home with Layne and Rachel. From the beginning, they were very honest and thorough in setting expectations for the selling process and the price we would be able to sell our home for. After one weekend of open houses, we received 5 offers and ended up accepting an offer 35k over asking. The marketing for our home was beautiful. We accepted a contingent offer which can be scary, but Layne and Rachel made sure to do research to make sure it was an offer that would stick. It was a smooth process from listing to closing and we are so happy we chose to work with them! Not only are they super knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, they are also super kind people. Highly recommend, you wont regret it!

2022-02-25We are so happy we used Layne and Rachel to sell our old home, and buy a new one! They made the whole experience very easy, and they’re wonderful to work with. We wanted to downsize to something smaller and stay in the same area. Rachel was able to let us see a highly desired condo which was listed as Coming Soon. We made an offer that day which was accepted and closed escrow 2 weeks later. Thank you Layne and Rachel, and to your team for guiding us through this process with ease!

2021-07-24Layne is an excellent realtor. I dont know of any other realtor that I have met that could have done what Layne did. He sold our high- end beach front condo in 48 hours for the listing price! He did all of this while having to communicate with 2 groups of attorneys, 3 property owners who were at odds and two other condo owners that had first rights of refusal on the sale. There were many moving parts and lots of personalities. His attributes are too numerous to list. That said, he demonstrated the highest level of integrity, professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Layne Harrison and will be using him again.

2020-12-10We met Layne and Rachel through a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. The previous agent we were working with was not following through or getting things done. We lost precious time and many great offers, and were completely discouraged.Our experience with Layne and Rachel was the complete opposite. Throughout the whole process we knew they had everything under control and were on top of everything. Their communication and follow through was top notch. They led us through the whole process of construction upgrades, staging and photographing our home, crafting the listing, and coordinating showings of our home, and during Covid, this was not an easy feat. Their expertise, guidance, and communication during negotiations gave us confidence and security, which led to selling our home for over asking.Layne and Rachel are experts at their job.
