We knew what we wanted (Land Rover Discovery) and knew what we wanted to pay and wanted for our trade in. Corbin was the friendliest, no pressure, sales person we have ever met!! He showed us the car we wanted, minus a couple of the amenities as the one we “built” they did not have. They offered us what we wanted for our trade and what we were agreeable to on the new purchase. No back and forth at all. Then their finance person, Evelyn, found us the same finance rate and terms as our credit union offered so we had one stop shopping and were in and out in a few hours. Best car buying experience ever!!!
Leasing 2016 F-type from this place. Excellent customer service, free car washes and great prices. So far so good, only a few minor things needed to be repaired on the car, all was covered under warranty and they give you a cool range rover to drive while the car is in service. Definitely the place to shop for your next Jag or Range/Land Rover. They are the busiest in the AM, so come after 3-4pm and you will get things done quickly.
Great place! No pressure, everyone there was very friendly. Corbin Wilson was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in seeing & test driving. He was very helpful from the get go when we communicated via email & text. I’m extremely with happy my vehicle & the whole process.
Terrible experience. Girlfriend and i walked in the showroom. Was greeted and said would be helped shortly. We looked at almost every vehicle inside. Walked out to look at the Range Rovers outside. We were there for 20-30 min with no help. Terrible customer service. Chatted with an online sales person who said they would be in contact with me. No word for them. I contacted them again and said Im taking my business elsewhere...
I think lot of this surveys are just made up surveys by dealership. If I could I would give this place negative stars. Went in looking to purchase a car and was helped by Joe. To begin with Joe was dressed very unprofessional. Looked like he just wanted to be out of there. Since the time he saw me and my family, kept saying oh I have dealt with bunch of Indians and Indians this and indian that. Made me felt like he was not interested what so ever in helping or selling the car. I kept telling how much down I was doing and I have been approved by my bank, mind you which they are partner with, with a great rate and this guy just wouldnt listen. Kept coming up with crazy numbers which never looked anything one to what I was saying. I even had to guide him to download and payment calculator app so other clients he can help better. What drew the last draw was his defined and response when I asked to see if there is anything dealership could do on the price. I felt so disrespected and offended by his response that I walked out of the dealership. I am a proud owner of multiple exotic cars and I would never go back to this dealership because of this treatment. Treatment of Porsche Newport Beach has set such a high standard for me that racial comments like this and the bad service are just not acceptable.
The Land Rover Anaheim Hills Service Department is demeaning and incompetent - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they drop the ball on items scheduled and confirmed, including the rental car - they missed a coolant leak when the car was specifically brought in for a coolant inspection.Sadly disappointed in the lack of service and quality - although, they were well versed in excuses; they even had the audacity to suggest a coolant leak was too complicated for me to understand. If you want to buy a Land Rover, buy it from anywhere but here and spare yourself the headache that will inevitably hit you once you are done with the Sales Department and left with the Service Department.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Where to begin. Our car is a 2012 Range Rover Evoque and this place is the worst! The car had a rattle noise, brought the car there and were told it was fixed, picked it up and rattle noise still there and told that the car was fine and nothing was found. The noise became louder, and we took the car to a local mechanic who found an issue with the cam shaft, the stopper pin was broken. We made the BIG mistake of taking our car back to Anaheim. While working on our car, our service advisor and technician left and were no longer with the company. We were then told that the foreman was taking over...they had our car for two months and couldnt get the failure to clear. Charged us for parts/services not covered by our extended warranty. I get the car back, and it feels weak as if it was losing power, I take it back, it gets checked for 20 minutes and they were quick to send me off my way and said nothing is wrong. On Thanks Giving Day of 2018, the car stalls while running, begins to expell lots of smoke and smells as if something is burning. The shifter felt very hot, and the car had to be towed. Amish takes the car in on 11/30/18 and on 12/21/18 we are told that the car needs A NEW ENGINE....how??? I was never given a loaner and was treated like a number not like a customer. They kept saying it was fine...oh and they wanted $5,430 JUST for TEAR DOWN and claimed that Assurant (warranty people) were requesting it but when we called Assurant, they had no info about the car needing a new engine!!! My gut was telling me to take the car else where, so I picked up the car today. Amish was RUDE and very disrespectful! The reciept he left up front for me to sign had an area that read Reason denied: Too Expensive. I became furious! We have wasted so much $$ and time there and the car now needs a new engine and its no biggy to them??? I spoke to Ron ,the manager, and he is also rude. It starts with him!! BEWARE!!! I had AAA tow it to a great honest mechanic and guess what....he is treating me with honesty, respect, and keeps me informed as he EXPLAINS what he finds! So far, the turbocharger and manifold are being inspected and states that he hasnt seen signs of needing a new engine but will fully inspect my car...mind you, hes only had the car for about 3 hours!!! We pulled our car out of Anaheim for a second opinion, not because we couldnt afford it. This place nelgected the symptoms we reported and then they turn around and say it needs a new engine I dont think so! Do me wrong once shame on you, do me wrong twice, shame on me!!! Take your car where they know what they are doing PLEASE learn from our mistakes!! That comment on my receipt was discriminatory!!! RUN!!!! Heres a picture of the pin stopper that was found by our local mechanic in Jan 2018 who we went to for a second opinion after Anaheim said nothing is wrong.
Prompt and friendly service. Joseph was our service manager and he was outstanding. They helped us get a loaner and their communication was exemplary. Very very impressed with Anaheim Hills Rover Service. We traveled from Las Vegas to get annual service done. The service is so so so much better here. Have worked in hospitality and these guys are true professionals. 🌞🌞🌞🌞
Great service and communication from my service advisor as well as all the staff I communicated with during my time there. Other dealerships there usually is such a long wait with less availability to schedule a service appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the days and hours that were available for my vehicle to be serviced right away. 10/10 service with my service advisor and the friendliness of the staff. I will recommend.
David was fantastic, he was very personable and helpful and attentive to both my needs and the particulars of the car. Given all of our interactions during the ordering and waiting period, it felt like we knew each other even though we only officially met for the first time when I picked-up the car.andSpeaking of the car, OMG, what a car it is! 575 HP of technological marvel. It is both machine and beast. It is unbelievably powerful and undeniably gorgeous. When you hear that cat growl, it is quite an experience. Although you can just get in and drive and its wonderful, Im still learning about all of the different personalized settings to customize all of the creature comforts.Although the anticipation was grueling, as they were detailing it for me, I knew it had been worth the wait. The dealership is huge and clean and comfortable. Everyone made sure my needs were met as we completed the purchase process. They accommodated me wonderfully.Im so glad I ordered what I did.!Its quite a car... the Jaguar F Type Rocks!
My experience with Land Rover Anaheim Hills, was exceptional from start to finish. Franz took excellent care of me, worked hard for me and made the process of closing on the car I’ve been searching for super smooth and easy. Everyone there was fantastic and made me feel at home
Prior owners and ownership was horrible..I actually changed service locations and drove all the way to Newport when I work down the street. You’d think that you’d get impeccable service for a luxury car. But the old company treated you good only if you complained a lot- and they should treat you good regardless of whether you were “high maintenance”.Decided to give them a try again with the new ownership & management. Had an amazing experience. Jay was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We are loyal to our dealerships & service techs. I hope Jay stays a long time!
Excellent customer service!! I called and was able to get an appointment the following day. Prompt check-in and I love that my service advisor took the time for me to show him the issue. Jay was awesome throughout the entire process. Im new to the Land Rover family but already know this location will be my service provider by choice. Timely service, very clean, professional & easily accessible location.
Greg Suzuki was accommodating, knowledgeable, and transparent. His experience with Jaguar was appreciated since I had many questions in regards to the technical aspects of the vehicle. He was also helpful and informative in regards to equipment options and work-arounds, and his clarity in regards to warranties, maintenance, and financing, left me completely satisfied and gave me the peace of mind that I made the right decision in purchasing my vehicle here at Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills.
Horrible experience!! Unethical and unreliable. Franz was our sales person and has no follow though. Had a deal done, have texts telling me that all is good, he will have the paperwork and info to me to complete. It never came, had to keep following up and i kept being told they are busy, but they will get it done. It never was done and they sold the vehicle out from under me while I was waiting on instructions from them. I had sold my other vehicle because I was told we had a deal. Horrible experience and incredibly unprofessional. I was paying full price also, not like I had some special deal that they changed their mind on. Go anywhere else!
Once again, Jay made sure everything was streamlined and prompt. Excellent communication and took time to listen and go over all the details. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you again for making my experience wonderful. I will definitely recommend Purchasing a new car or getting a car serviced here at Anaheim Hills Jaguar Land Rover.
Id like to commend Jay Kaufman for his stellar customer service. My parents recently had their car serviced and he was amazing, walking them through everything and keeping them informed throughout the process. He made the visit so easy, which was a relief to me, as I wasnt able to be there with them. Thanks again for such great service.
Anyone looking for a Range Rover, Land Rover, or Jaguar needs to meet with Greg Suzuki! He not only knows the products he’s selling, but also provides valuable insight into which vehicles are best suited for you and your desired lifestyle! Greg always respected my price range, took time to help me make decisions, and wholeheartedly honored what I was personally looking for. I never felt pressured or manipulated into getting something that I didn’t want or didn’t need. He was also easy to communicate with and promptly answered all of my questions. After a few days, I was able to find my dream Range Rover Velar, all thanks to Greg Suzuki! I am so unbelievably happy with my decision and am frisbee grateful for the assistance Greg provided during this process. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, communicative, dedicated, and personable sales consultant, I highly recommend Greg Suzuki. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
I was driving with a handicapped family member and all of a sudden my power steering went out and I couldn’t move my car. The first roadside assistance operator was not helpful at all. The second one was extremely helpful and she connected me to a tow service and the Anaheim Hills dealership. When I got there they were prompt, friendly, understood my situation and were able to look at my car the following day and fix it so I could get back on the road with my family member. I live in the San Jose area and I’ve had quite a few issues with my dealership up here and their service department and I feel like if I was in the area than I would make a service appointment here instead of locally. George was a “Rockstar”
Meet Jay for the first time and was impressed with his handling of my service issue. He made it a non issue and called several times to let me know the progress of the repair. Everyone their is a pro and service oriented. Thanks to Sven for having a great group of people.
The gentleman assigned to my car Joseph was very professional, attentive to my car concerns, and accommodating. I chose to wait for the car and the young lady at the reception are was incredibly helpful with wifi and help i needed to work as i waited. I appreciate the outstanding customer service.
I had my car towed from the Cerritos Land Rover after it sat undiagnosed for a week after being promised an answer in two days. From the first day Jay kept me in the loop. Unfortunately the parts needed to fix my Velar were on national back order, but Jay sourced some from another dealership and had them sent to Anaheim Hills. My only complaint is the repairs still took days longer than told once the parts arrived. But overall, a much better experience than Cerritos, which we will never be going back to.
Wow some places just have no clue how to treat a customer. I was asked in a text after servicing my Vehicle, if I would recommend this dealership. I said NO, I felt the service was done well, that was not my issue. It was the customer experience. I just received a call from the Manager as a followup and he completely supported the Service writer and the dealership, again leaving me feeling zero confidence in this dealership. No I did not buy it at the dealer, if they had this vehicle, it would have cost much more but its still a Range Rover and there is, with all luxury vehicles a certain expectation on how you should feel buying or servicing it and the visits to the dealership. Unappreciated is what I feel, Manager points out that I should not have received the prepaid service as i was not the original owner, like i should be grateful they didnt catch it and charge me.Again always looking out for the dollar instead of the customer!
I had a very positive experience at LR Anaheim Hills. Steven Zaki my Sales Consultant and Jam Nejad in the Finance Dept were both friendly, no pressure, and easy to work with.I was interested in the new Defender 90 but the local LR dealers in San Diego did not have much inventory during this pandemic. I was willing to make the drive to LR Anaheim Hills due to their variety of new vehicles. It was worth the drive to find such a beautiful, large dealership right off the 91 Fwy. I highly recommend LR Anaheim Hills for a relaxed and friendly experience.
We were shopping for a new family car and ended up with a Land Rover. After having horrible experiences at Rancho Mirage and Cerritos we gave Anaheim hills a try. From the 1st inquiry to drive off Greg Suzuki was the man! Each time I showed up without an appointment( which I dont recommend) but he juggled me in between clients and had me driving off in our new Land Rover in no time. He was kind enough to accommodate me and my family. As for the numbers he was straight to the point and no fluff. He made the numbers work for what I was comfortable with. I would be definitely coming back to this dealership as long as Gregory Suzuki is here.
I had a blown tire with my Jaguar XF . I called the roadside assistance number and they attended to my situation immediately. A service truck came just within 15 minutes after my call. they changed a spare tire and I contacted the service department of jaguar Anaheim Hills. Dan was very accommodating and accepted my visit the next day afternoon. he arranged a new tire under the insurance plan. I ended up paying only a few dollars for the disposal fee. all the way Dan was very friendly and professional. thank you
David was great no pressure at all and did not mind explaining to us the difference between every vehicleTook his time to show us all the benefits of each car which each package and did not rush us at all. He gave us great deals and because of that we bought two cars the same day from himDenis
I will never bring my vehicle back here! Service is horrible, non attentive to detail or customer service. I have never been so dissatisfied with Land Rover. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/4 and was told that they were behind which is understandable. I had to call back after 10 days to inquire about the status of my vehicle and they said it still was not done. 12 days later I receive a call from service stating they had just looked at the vehicle (not worked on it) and gave me info on what needed to be done. My service advisor stated that he ordered the part and it should be at their shop Friday and vehicle completed by Monday (10/21). I received NO call Monday (even just as a follow up) and sent an email. My advisor emailed me back stating that he sent out 2 notification texts and electronic invoice stating that my vehicle was completed. I received NO such texts or emails. And yes, I checked my junk mail. Why not check if I received the invoice since they now have my email address. Also, when I called previously, I gave them another number. A simple phone call to confirm I received these said items would be customary, right? I picked up my vehicle today (19 days) and a couple of the things he said they would take care of were totally neglected. I called and sent another email with a photo of what was neglected. I do not expect a follow up. After 19 days, this place has not even met standard expectations. Perhaps a little more attention to detail and consistent follow ups with the customer should be implemented in their service department. I thought customer satisfaction was important. I have to assume that it is NOT at Anaheim Hills.I only gave one star for the gentlemen who saw me waiting for my vehicle and he actually noticed I was there for awhile and made an effort to bring my vehicle out himself.
First let me share that I have bought more then 5 vehicles in my lifetime. I decided to try a different dealer in a completely different city and honestly was the best experience I have ever had! It started online sifting and weeding through used and new cars going through carvana, true car, carmax, Honda, Ford etc.I wanted a used BMW saw one located at Land Rover Anaheim. I live in the SFV. The experience started via email just getting info and then to texting which felt more personable. My salesmen “Corbin” was from the get go the most honest, humble, non aggressive, non sales pitchy man I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much!Corbin and the Land Rover Anaheim family were the easiest to work with on every level. If you don’t want that over the top pushy and aggressive salesman, ask for Corbin. He really does have your best interest and cares about taking the time to explain things in detail. Even my Finance guy “Jamshid” was fantastic and easy to work with.I will definitely come back when its time to upgrade and stand by recommending Corbin and The Land Rover Anaheim family!!! Thank you again!
Had a really good experience servicing my 2016 Jaguar XF. Appointment with Jay was on time. Precautions with Covid were extensive, including social distancing and required masks. This was my first time at Jaguar Anaheim Hills, and my service consultant Jay took the time to review my car’s service history ( via VIN), Inform me of any complimentary scheduled maintenance still available, warranty issues, and recommendations. My car was finished on time, and was washed and ready by the time I picked it up.
I initially spoke with Patrick. He gave me a quote on one vehicles and when I asked him more questions. He was upset and didnt want to help. Very rude.Next I spoke with Greg, first thing he asked me if I ever bought a car for 121k. He said he is not trying go be rude but people have payments for $600 and they are trying to jump to $1200. Very bad service 😒. If you looking for Range Rover go to Newport Beach. Very nice and helpful.
I just want to say a big THANK YOU! To the dealership for getting Jay Kaufman back in the service department. I have my parents take their vehicle there and they had a bad experience not long after Jay left, so bad that I didn’t want them to go there again. Luckily when I called I got to speak with Jay and I was elated to find him back there again. Thank you Jay for treating the customer like family and taking care of my parents for me. I always trust Jay and will be sending my parents back to Jaguar Land Rover A.H. Once again!
The service manager was totally inappropriate and treated me with disrespect on the phone while discussing the return of the loaner car and the pick up of my car (f-Pace) for the fourth time within 3000 miles since purchasing the car. In my opinion all of the issues that Im dealing with are due to the manufacturing of the software at Jaguar and the management at this dealership. All other employees have treated me with complete respect and understanding. If this is any indication on how they are treated buy their own management, they deserve better.
Now I have had two interactions with this dealership and one thing is very clear. Their only goal is to move vehicles out at the best profit possible. No one has ever engaged in a conversation with me about what I like in cars or anything to get to know me. As a current Jaguar owner I was never asked how I like my car or what I think of it. Also I have dealt with two different sales people that seem to know less about the vehicle I am interested in than I do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that you actually feel like a person and not a wallet walking in the door to spend money. Honestly this is the typical low ball on trade-in, high price on the purchase vehicle, fill out the paper work and leave kind of place. Oh and prepare to spend time here while they play the game of let me ask my manager about that
I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Jaguar Anaheim Hills and talked with Franz Burke. After finding out I was not local Franz became disinterested and said he would call me back. Never heard from Franz again. Maybe if you are a local you would be treated better, but if this is how their customer service is I would recommend finding a dealership that wants your business
I had issues with the starting of my Land Rover ,I finally got it to this dealership on Monday 3/1/21 .my service advisor was Laura Valencia, she made sure the car was diagnosed properly! Laura called me the same day and car was fixed !explained exactly what was wrong with car ! So far my Range Rover is running good !She is excellent and really cares about her customers concern , thanks LauraThank you Anaheim Hills Land Rover !
I must say that I’m very impressed with the costumer service here at this service department. Starting with the initial call with the service appointment. He was very efficient over the phone and confirmed the email. However, I had missed my appointment in the morning, within hours of my missed appointment, My service advisor (Aaron) called me to reschedule. Amazing.... because usually I have to call to reschedule. When I got there, service agent was there to take my car right away and direct me to my service advisor. Paperwork was orangized and had it ready. Car loaner was ready. I couldn’t asks for more from this team. I appreciated it very much.
I was pleasantly surprised with the sales staff, they all were very professional. Even thou I did not purchase a 50 k Jag or land rover vehicle I was treated as if I were going to purchase one. At the in of the day it was a great experience at the location which led to a car purchase. Thank You
I love this dealership - they definitely value loyal customers! Ask for Patrick Branson - my family has been purchasing and leasing vehicles through him for years, always with exceptional service! Also, special shout out to the finance team and Gabe for making the purchasing process as easy as possible. I will definitely return in the future!
Greg helped me with the purchase of my new car. He provides great knowledge and gives you all the time you need to decide. He is definitely NOT your typical car salesman. He has a way of making you feel very comfortable. He asks all the right questions to see what kind of car is right for you. I had a very pleasant experience.
The salesman CORBIN is so pleasant to work with. He is not pushy at all and is very up front and truthful unlike a lot of salesman in the car industry. If you’re looking to purchase from Anaheim hills jaguar Land Rover I recommend asking for salesman Corbin. You won’t regret it. This was my first fast and PLEASANT car buying experience ever!
We drive two hours each way to get our vehicles at Anaheim Land Rover. They have the best customer service, and prices. Everyone is very friendly, and courteous. They do what they say they will do. I want to especially acknowledge Corbin, Saran and Julio. They make the car buying experience a real pleasure. No hassle and great follow through. Good job Mr. Rusnak for have such great employees!
While this was not the first car buying experience, it surely was the best. The whole team, from salesperson, to service manager to general manager were pleasant, easy going and very informative. And NO sales pressure. The salesperson showed us the details about the car I had no idea existed. General manager walked us through many decisions and all his suggestions were right on.Most importantly, they are not bunch of sleazy car salesmen. Just good guys, easy going. After all suggestions, no one was trying to get us to buy a car TODAY.My wife wanted to think about it and they welcomed that. No chasing after us, no old style sales tricks. And the deal they offered was not matched by any other Land Rover dealer.Good going guys, see you in 3 years for next one.
Corbin sold my daughter her dream car, a Velar. He does his homework, great sales person, not pushy and informative. He worked so hard to get a great deal. I have purchased many cars for our family and Corbin was the best at closing a great deal and making the experience pleasant.
Jaguar and Land Rover Anaheim has the best customer service I have experienced at any auto dealership. I have purchased one vehicle and leased another recently from this location and I only returned for the 2nd vehicle because of how great the sales associate, Corbin Williams took care of my needs and answerd all of my questions during my 1st vehicle purchase experience. Corbin went above and beyond and communicated via text before I went to the dealership in person. This way I already knew what I wanted and was ready to go by the time I arrived to the dealer. The 2nd vehicle which was leased during the beginning of the pandemic went just as seamless as the first. In fact, the general manager had to prepare the finance documents because the finance department was temporarily closed back in March of 2020. He did a wonderful job filling in and made all sorts of accommodations along with Corbin Williams to ensure that my experience enjoyable and efficient.Lastly, Anaheim service is the best around and Dan Ranciglio was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out in no time and my wife and I could not deny that the Anaheim Jaguar and Land Rover team truly cared about our concerns and made sure we were completely satisfied with our service and experience. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Jaguar and Land Rover Anaheim.Brian S. CARTER, ESQ.
My experiece with LR Anaheim Hills was outstanding. I had a big problem with my wifes 2014 RR Sport on an issue not covered past warranty. We recently moved to south OC so I took her car in to ask for assistance since the car only has 21K miles. They were totally unprofessional & more or less told me my chances of getting help from LR North America were slim to none. So I called LR Anaheim hills & asked to speak to their GM. The person who answered the phone was very attentive & professional. Took a complete description of my problem & assured me a call back. Within 30 minutes the GM Sven not only called back, but had his service manager Matt on the call. I was pleasantly shocked. I told them that I bought 2 RR Sports from them & needed help. Also told them we had moved & our bad experience down south. They listened & said they would do everything they could to get us help from LR North America. I brought the car in to our assigned service advisor Tom Carvalho. Tom informed me immediately that he was briefed on the issue & he would do his very best to get us assistance. Tom was extremeely knowledgeable, professional & assured us they would diagnose the problem & get back to me asap. I received a call from Tom in 2 days verifying the issue & he told me that LR North America agreed to pay for 60% of the fix.So our experience with LR Anaheim Hills was 5 star incredible. The way they handled this entire experience was great. Bottom line is this is the kind of dealership you want to buy a car from. Great people who care & you can trust. Thats rare these days!!!
Compared to BMW and My Mercedes experience it rates third. 1/2 hr wait for scheduled appointment and then said they did not have a car they promised ready, so I would have to wait. Also have asked repeatedly with help to understand all the features on my XJL, but not had any satisfaction. Will probably start to take to Newport Jaguar, even though it is 10 miles further. Love the car not the service!
I had a very good experience with having my Jaguar serviced. From the onset, with the receptionist relaying my needs to the service dept; to the service dept getting back to me within minutes: to ultimately with Dan in the service department handling everything once I dropped my car off.
My boyfriend and I knew which car we wanted and let the salesperson know. However, we do believe we were discriminated against because of our age, race or appearance. I dont know what the problem was but the salesperson kept letting us know that the payments for the car we were looking for were 1k or more. Me and my boyfriend are fortunate enough to be able to look for cars in this dealership because WE CAN AFFORD TO. We decided to leave. We went to a different dealership and got the car we truly were meant to have. I would recommend for anyone wanting to purchase a car to avoid this place because the experience we had was disappointing.
When I first took my Jaguar FPace, back in 2018, service was great, however since then They cleared a engine alert and my car would stop notifying me of scheduled maintenance or alerts. Between mid 2019 and early 2020 I called no less than 10 times to schedule maintenance for my car and only got one call back. Most recently my parking sensor on my FPace would alert there was a fault but there was no visible damage to my bumper. The dealership had my car for 9 days and then told me the bumper was broken and I would have to get it fixed by a repair shop. This seems incredibly shady. I actually suspect if there was internal damage it was done while investigating the issue because they HAD the vehicle for 9 days!!! I’ve logged a complaint with Jaguar LandRover N.A. I’ve owned lots of luxury cars but worst experience so far.
I brought my XJ in for rim repair as I had recently scraped them pretty badly. I was fortunate to work with Jay who informed me that my rims may not be able to be repaired, but assured me they would be fixed or replaced at no cost (since I had bought an insurance policy at the dealer a year ago). He was very nice and offered me and my wife waters before taking us over to Ron at Enterprise to secure a short term rental (free as well). Lastly, Jay followed up with two phone calls upon the vehicle being ready for pick-up and set up a weekend pick-up since he was out of the office. It could not have been easier. Thanks Jay.
I went there looking for an E PACE, The Sales Manager, Eric Rockey, was super helpful and very respectful. He did follow up with me and kept me informed as necessary. This is a nice dealership and I highly recommend Eric if you are looking for a new Jaguar! Thank you.
I bought a new Range Rover Velar from David Oler. The car is great, But everything else has been horrible customer service. David said it would take one day to wrap the top in black, it took four days. David was going to setup Brandy for an encore visit. She would show me how to use all the features of the car. She never came over. I still don’t know how to use all the features. I have had the car for 6 weeks. I have contacted David three times and nothing ever happens. They’ve lost all my future business.
I had a perfect experience with Land Rover Anaheim Hills. I was greeted by a friendly, warm and sincere sales force. Scott and Brett both worked with me making sure I found the right Range Rover. They were dedicated to making me happy. Scott worked so hard to make the numbers work and to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They had patience and a great understanding. The General Sales Manager Khalid Omar also worked with me and he was very very committed to making it work for me. He went above and beyond what any other dealer was willing to do. I really appreciated everyones hard work and dealing with all of the changes I made. I am so thrilled with my Range Rover. I am above and beyond happy. I cant wait to get another one from them!!!!
I only have the highest praise for JLR of Anaheim Hills. My high praise is due to Sven (General Manager), Scott (Service Manager) and Daniel ( Service Advisor). I purchased my new Velar about 10 months ago and had some issues with the vehicle. Even though it took multiple visits to repair, I can honestly say that the three mentioned really care about their customers. They never gave up to resolve my issues during these COVID 19 times. Their word and product is their bond! In all my years, I have never found a auto dealership as efficient as JLR of Anaheim Hills! I will never buy from any other in the future because of the exceptional way I was treated. You can’t go wrong with JLR of Anaheim Hills🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We worked with Joseph at Land Rover - he went above and beyond in ensuring our Range Rover’s minor issue was detected and repaired ahead of schedule.Of note, we had taken the car to a different Land Rover place in Colorado and the problem was undetected and remained due to them not taking the steps required to detect the issue.Land Rover in Anaheim hills came through for us!
I will start by saying that I ever hardly a review, but I read and rely on the reviews of others. Jaguar Anaheim Hills you have quite a team there!I will start by saying that last week I bought my Jaguar E-Pace.1) Abraham, the best Jaguar salesman ever.I walked in the dealership with no actual plans of buying, I just wanted to explore my options. I met with the salesman Abraham.Abraham talked to me and immediately knew which car was right for me. He showed me the E-Pace, which was exactly what I wanted, inside and outside and prompted me to fill in an application. I never thought of buying because I never thought I would get approved. Yes I had a decent credit score, but being financed for such amount was beyond my expectations. Still, Abraham said: lets try, we have nothing to lose. If you are not approved, I will lease the car to you. But I think you will get approved. Come on... So, I filled in the application and to my greatest surprised I was approved! He was right! I bought that car and I dont have to count the annual miles on it!If someone knows how to sell a Jaguar, i am telling you its this man!He sold me the car and then he explained everything inside the car, he helped me connect it to the satellite, figure out all features and adjustments... Abraham, what would I have done without you! I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful car you sold me.Next step: Off to the Financer, Evelyn, to sign all documentation and add extra protection packages (optional).2) Evelyn, the FinancerI will not talk about singing the documentation, because this is standard and obligatory.I will talk about adding protection packages. So, Evelyn has the client in front of her, a client who is sold already to whatever she will recommend, as who doesnt want to protect their investment and the beautiful car?Evelyn could have solve me anything and I would have bought it. But leaving the dealership I would think: why on earth did I spend a few thousand dollars more? Why did I not decline everything.?That WAS NOT THE CASE!Evelyn explained to me one by one all the additional packages, and help me understand realistically, not only in theory, what each one was and how it would affect me on the daily use of the car. It was fascinating! Together we discussed each policy and she helped me decided which ones I really needed!!! Did not sell me anything I did not.- Yes, I need the tyre protection (with my Mercedes ML SUV I was running through nails in LA very often),- Yes I need the Cilajet interior/exterior protection (my interior is white leather)- Yes I need the safety insurance in case the car is totalled at some later point with a much less value that when bought and I still owe the whole financing amount to the bank.Ms. Evelyn, thank you so much!!!3) Miguel Cabrera, the service advisorWho went above and beyond to get me an Enterprise car, (while I had my jad cilajeted) and did not let me go to LA by 2 trains and buses. I had been told that they did not have any loaner cars available, and I should find my own means to move while the car had to stay there for just 1 day (8am-4pm) (I will not say who did not help me and said that I could have no rental car in the meanwhile) but I will say that Mr. Cabrera made it happen for me.To the Manager of the Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills:You have quite a team there, on the next staff meeting say thank you to all three of them from me!Katerina.
I wonder if the right hand knows what the left hand is doing! Issue after, issue ever since I purchased a Jaguar f-pace. My service person seems to be trying his best, yet I question over and over that the team as a whole do not communicate well or with their customers. I have a little over 2000 miles on my new f-pace and its back at the dealership for the third time. I could go on and on but what is the point. I found this review site while looking for another dealership to talk to about my problems. Im frustrated and stressed to my limit. My past experiences with BMW/MINI, Audi/Porsche/VW, and Honda, have all been excellent. What happen here?
This dealership by far is the best one I have dealt with in my years of purchasing/leasing vehicles. Brandon Niitani, sales consultant, listened to what I wanted and realistic expectations, he was extremelypleasant throughout the process. The General Manager made happen my realistic expectations.Luis De La Torre in finance was a pleasure to deal with. This dealership understands the importance of providing excellent customer service!!I Highly recommend this dealership!!
I been a customer for over 3 years with the service department is the best. I just purchase new tires I not real happy the are very noise I was told by jay that the noise will go away after the have a few miles I hope so I come back for my yearly service in Jan I hope they can replace them if still noise. The sales department is not the best. I was going to trade by 2011 XJL in for a new Land Rover but they tried to steal my car the cars worth over $40,000 they only wanted to give me $25,000 not to happy with them, I expected more by them, but the service has been great, thanks five stars for the service department only 2 stars for sales department.
Wow, I have been to quite a few luxury car dealership / service shops before. never have I been subjected to poorer treatment by the service dept of this place.brought my Jag XJL in on Wednesday the 8th after appointment was made to look at several issues. the agent said they are busy and they MIGHT not even be able to look at this car today and the whole repairs might take a week . i thought OK, i will take a loaner car for a week. fine.was given a text with promise that text message is always replied to promptly (its a lie)3 days later on 11th , asked .how is the progress, 4 hours later got a text back saying vehicle still waiting to be looked aton 15th, (7 days later) after 2 more text message / voice mails with no reply finally got a reply saying oh we are waiting for a technician to LOOK at your vehicle so basically no one looked at the car for a 8 days for some one to even look at the car. had i known I would not have left my luxury car in car strangers for more than a week just to wait. do they not know how to make a appointment? when you have the manpower then you tell customer to come in. when you are busy you tell the customer to come in later.... I feel like this is service 101. Then REP had the gall to tell m”e that oh yeah i told you it was going sit for a week. Uh no. you told me it might take a week to fix it, if you said it was going to take a week just to wait for it to be looked at i would drove my car off and came back in a week. You have to know how to schedule, if your tech is not available, then DON”T schedule any appointment! I figure this is service 101? Apparently not here.so finally on the 17th , 9 days later with no update again, i have to call / text to find some one might be working on it today.on the 21st (13 days later) was told in a half finished text that they cant fix any except one of the issue and they are trying to confirm one last thing. then went silent again. no more return messages or calls.22nd, finally went to pick up the car, the rep S.N. never even made an attempt to find me / call me when i was picked up the car. was not even at the desk when i try to find her. the first thing i did was to verify one of the thing they could not verify which was gas nozzle keeps popping up when fueling. they of course told me they cannot duplicate the problem, I know it was false and duplicated it right away at a nearby gas station. At the same time , thats when I noticed that my rear center console that was previously had a hairline crack in it was fully broken into two pieces. i brought it in to ask if that was covered by warranty and if it wasnt i was not going to fix it since it is only a hairline crack and hidden in back console where no one usually sits. How i found it was fully cracked in two pieces with greasy oily black fingerprint all over it. clearly some one tried to fix it and broke it in half. called them immediately , of course no answer until 4 hours later and the reply was oh we found it like that ...... wow. i mean i used that excuse when i was 8 years old , after broken my mothers dishes... I guess this person still feel like they can use the same excuse as a adult. Sure I guess I was going through all this trouble, losing the use of my car for 13 days just to set a random dealership up.....then i was promised a manager would call me in 30 min to talk about these issues. so 2 days later.... surprise suprise, got NO CALL.at this point i knew this agent who represent this Luxury dealership is committed to fix any of my problems nor owe up to anything.took it the next week to another Jaguar dealership in Riverside. Fixed all my problems on the list including all the ones that Jaguar of Anaheim Hill could not duplicate , including the gas nozzle issue, and replaced the center console they broke.I would never recommend anyone to this place to service or buy a car there (which you would need eventually serviced) based on this horrid experience.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2016 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Anaheim Hills. I had previously purchased my BMW 650 from a Rusnak dealer and since I was very comfortable with my salesman I asked him to recommend a dealer for this purchase. He recommended this dealer because they were in the Rusnak family and suggested I speak with Joe Saeh. I immediately contacted Joe and we were able to pretty much strike a deal over the phone. He also pre-qualified me so the only thing I had to due on arrival was inspect the car and sign the paperwork. It was one of the easiest experiences I have had purchasing a car. Joe was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable working with him. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.
All around good experience! Most importantly, they got me in and home with the car I wanted on the day of my first visit. Very helpful and accommodating.I wanted to buy a Range Rover HSE. No other dealer had the model/features/colors that I wanted. I spent over a month trying at Land Rover dealers. Finally, Ibuilt my dream car online, and David from Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills called me the next day. He had a very similar item in stock. I went over to Anaheim Hills to check it out. The car was exactly what I wanted and more. They gave me a great deal and a good trade in value, and I drove away happy (same day) in my new car.
Our sales person (John) walked through the vehicles and effectively explained the many features on all models narrowing the vehicle that best fit our large family. The facility is exceptionally clean and refreshments are available. We will definitely return for the purchase of our next vehicle.
I leased the F Pace , top of the line back in May of this Year, the car broke down at the 10,000 Mile mark. To make a long story short, the car has been in the shop for over a Month, they still do not know what the problem is. In the mean time I have a rental FX basic model from Enterprise. I have made 2 payments for a Car I am not even driving just sitting in the shop waiting for corporate to tell them how to fix it. Very disappointed with the service , with the follow up , with the quality and I am not sure how this is going to end, since i have to wait till they fix it to take it up with corporate to see if they will buy back , i do not want to keep a Lemon ........Update : Dec 29th , as a follow up to my previous comment, I have not received a call back from Corporate yet after leaving Several messages to Terry who is handling my case at corporate. The F Pace has not been fixed since I dropped it off back on Nov 21st. I have only received an E mail back on Dec 6th from corporate asking for some documents to start the Buy back process but no follow up from them. I have been in contact with Connor and Adrian from the service dept at Anaheim Hills Jaguar but at this point, it is beyond their power to do anything else.. I hope something happens quickly, i will pursue sharing this bad experience in other review sites so People are aware of this situationThird update: 1/10/2018Received a call on Monday 1/7/18 from Corporate with as message that the purchase Back had been Authorized. However, I have called at least 8 times since Monday and had been unable to talk to Karen German , the person in charge of my case. She does not return calls and when I asked to talk to her supervisor , they forwarded me to her voice mail as well. No one seems to care nor have the professionalism to follow up with clients. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership , do not buy or lease from Jaguar ! it reflects the horrible customer service all the way from the top corporate office all the way down to the dealerships
Horrible experience, after seeing so many reviews for Greg Suzuki. I called in and spoke to him, and like a typical car salesman, great talker. I expressed to him that my time was very limited and i didnt want to waste time T the dealership, he told me to just come in and we will get you a car for sure. So the next day I messaged him again stating the deal I wanted and that it would be difficult to come in but if the deal was possible I would do it. He told me he was off but to speaker with Julio Casillas and he has told him everything, and we are good. So I made the journey and .....Julio is off today!! What kind of business is this? Horrible communication. Lies after lies. Worst experience I have ever experienced. His major sales pitch was we are the largest jag/ Land Rover dealership in SoCal whats the point of being so large and having nobody working there.
Ill keep it really simple - With all the respectable Range Rover dealerships in Southern California, do yourself a favor and DONT use this one! My girlfriend recently purchased a used Ranger Rover Evoque from this dealership, and our experience was appalling; the follow up service once youve purchased is completely non-existent, they quite frankly couldnt give a damn. We had two key issues:- Firstly, the car wasnt supplied with floor mats, despite being assured by our salesperson that everything you would find on a new RR would be included - Including detailing, mats etc. What car doesnt come with floor mats?!! Especially a premium vehicle like this. When purchasing the car it was covered with a plastic sheeting to obscure what was missing, and we didnt realize this till we got home. We immediately followed up with the salesperson (next day), who quickly chose to ignore our e-mails and pretend we didnt exist once the sale was complete. I then followed up with the dealerships generic support email address on their website, who also completely ignored us!! Over a month, and no response yet. They couldnt care less.- Secondly, after purchasing the car, we were immediately informed that the log book and spare key were actually missing (This is, after making payment!). (!?) They would however be FedExd to us the next day. Over a week later we had to follow up with an e-mail to the salesperson, and finally this arrived; completely unnecessary stress in the purchase.. And what dealership loses something as important as this? Again, once youve left this dealership, they really could not care less.As I say, do yourself a favor, and shop somewhere where customer service and follow-up means something! And unless you want hidden surprises, please dont shop here.
I have a 2003 S-Type. The right front door window would not go up. I called the service department, made an appointment, brought my car in for service and was given a rental car to use while my car was being repaired. The service writer called me with the diagnosis and told me how much it would cost for the repair. I approved the repair. I was kept informed of the status of my repair and then was called to tell me my car was ready.Bottom line: good service, timely updates and minimum impact on me, the customer.
Im currently in the market for a new Rover, but in 2009 my wife and I were promised a deal for a new LR2 back then. I cant remember the name of the salesman, he was Australian. Very nice but misleading with the negotiated price. We agreed on a total cost out the door and the next day when the car was delivered the salesman suddenly raised the cost nearly 4K. The manager had no interest in the deal and said they couldnt do anything. Very poor customer service. The next day I purchased my LR2 from Land Rover Cerritos.Needless to say I have never been treated with such dishonesty. Now as Im ready to make another purchase, of course LR Anaheim hills will not be my dealer of choice.
If you want a Dealership that actually cares about the customer and makes real attempts to help them, I would suggest you do not call or visit this one. I had two bad experiences in a week, and frankly they didnt even care. I spoke to Mr. Larson the GM and he seemed so concerned and promised me a better experience, didnt happen. Too bad as I was a real customer ready to spend a lot of money.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!You will be scammed!!!Took the car (2013 Range Rover sport with 60.000 miles on it) to fix coolant problems. They messed my battery and never fixed the actual problem and tried to take more money from me saying that the first problem was the coolant light. LOL! So I paid $2000 to get a light turned off??The service manager Ron ReedThe service advisor Amish Patel------------Full story,We were pretty clear about the problem explaining details like: the light is on saying low coolant level, the car leaks when we park and we have to keep on putting coolant at least once a week.Theyfixed the car, I went to pick it up and saw that my lights and the car in general had low power like my battery was bad. They probably left my car lights on all night long at the shop or something similar. And the car still shows service needed. I showed the problem to Amish before leave with my car. He said if the problem persist to comeback.Next day I was in the meddle of the 60 highway at 11:PM with my car dead(battery) waiting for AAA came to give a jump start.I went home, The low coolant level light came back on and I saw that the car still leaking. What a lovely day!Next day AAA came again gave the jump start, I took the car back and explained all what happened. After many bla bla bla... the manager said that he would agreed on give me a new battery if I would pay for the service. So there was $300+ out of my our pocket.Got my car back, and only a 4 days later the light came back on Low Coolant Level, Car still leaks. I called Amish and complained about it. He said bring it back and when I brought the car back he started to act like he didnt know what the car problem was at the first time I came. I reminded him Coolant Leaking!!! Of course he needs to act that way if he basically had the plan to charge me for the same thing again. And there was $2200+ to fix a coolant leaking in the car. So what I paid for???This time I said NO. Ill not pay for something I just paid to get fixed. I talked to the manager face to face to see how he could lie to my face saying that I never took my car to fix the coolant problem but a problem that still cant understand I went there for.He said what was on the report was nothing related to leaking coolant. So Amish needs to know how to listen to clients to write the reports better. Or maybe the mechanics need to learn how to fix a damn car!Almost $2500 plus all the day off from work, gas and my freaking time for absolutely NOTHING!!! Just stress!Because of these people I want total distance from any Land Rover, Range Rover car.The only good reviews they have is from someone buying a new car. What a shame!!!
I have seen many negative reviews on this dealership but we decided to purchased a new Land Rover Velar anyway. The process to purchased the car was fine until the end. While we were in the finance office, I asked if they could make sure that there was a full tank of gas in the car. The salesmans response was that management has issued a new policy indicating that if the car is sold for a discount that they will not top off the gas. This has made me think if they are cutting corners on topping off gas (on sold $62K car), what else are they cutting corners on? This this type of cost cutting measures is consistent with other comments (although gas was a new one to me).Unfortunately this cost cutting measure along with several of the other negative reviews makes me not able to recommend this dealership. Do your homework before buying a car as the RUSNAK experience is not as advertised. There are many dealships in orange county that provide first class service. Unfortunately this is not one of those dealerships.
I had a very poor experience here, trying to buy an $82K Velar. Multiple failures on their part to respond to my emails, including two failures of the general manager to respond. Ultimately bought my Velar elsewhere.I had submitted an inquiry online and the response times took several days and at one point, no response at all when I inquired about discounts. The general manager sent me an email and I made a second attempt to say I was interested in the car and wanted know about possible incentives; he never responded either. So I really wanted this car, so I inquired a THIRD time and when I spoke to the new salesman on the phone, I asked him about what sort of discounts and incentives were available; he said, oh, there isnt much profit on these cars, so Im not sure what we can do, but let me call you back tomorrow when I get back to the office, and never called me again. I ended up contacting all three of them, as my FOURTH attempt of contact, explaining that I was trying to buy a car. No response.Never had this experience at a dealer before. Fortunately, you have other choices when buying a Range Rover. I suggest checking out one of the other 5 dealers nearby; you can got to landroverusa and click shopping tools to see the inventory of all of SoCal!!! One location was so incredible, they responded the same day, we negotiated a deal over the phone, and I put a deposit the same day. I flew in a few days later and Im very very happy with my new Velar P380 R-Dynamic HSE that I bought in Land Rover of Rancho Mirage. I definitely dont recommend Anaheim Hills.
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD !! I cant believe the level of service provided by Rusnak Jaguar Anaheim Hills in their service department. They are not only arrogant but they have zero people skills. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Ive had other luxury cars (AUDI, Lexus) and Ive never had treatment like this. My service required light came on and they are telling me you cant bring it in until a year, otherwise Jaguar wont cover it......
Went into see their loaded 2016 Discovery Sport and dealt with Greg Suzuki. Greg is a true professional - knows how to treat his customers well, make the sale pitch and go for the close. The car more than was I wanted but the color combo was just too alluring (Aintree Green and Almond). Greg and I were negotiating for many days until the car ended up being traded.Greg called the morning we were supposed to meet for my trade in but it was traded out.Greg handled this sales very well.Maybe next time. Thanks Greg.
The worst dealer I ever dealt with . The service department has the worst service ever . Aaron and Tom are very unprofessional and rude and should not work in customer service. They over charged me and Tom was very very rude. I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy Range Rover . Go to Newport Beach or mission viejo dealers , they are more professional and way nicer.
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.Jay provided no transparency as to what they are doing to my vehicle. Now I am stuck with the repercussions for and after speaking with Scott, he admitted into the phone that he does not care about my vehicle and is willing to lose my business. Absolute dirtbags.
Very frustrating, dishonest dealership. Heres what happened. I turned in my Jaguar XF as the lease had run. I spent over an hour waiting for them to appraise it and give me a value. They finally came back and we negotiated and agreed on the lease trade in value and then the purchase price of a New Range Rover Sport. We agreed, they took my lease trade in and I took my new car. However, they did whats called grounding and didnt actually buy my car from me just acted like they were and then turned it in place and handed it to Chase. Chase then came in and assessed it themselves adding over $1,600 in fees for ticky tac things saying there is a little scratch here, tires are a little worn etc. However, this should have all been the responsibility of the dealer since they gave me a low trade in value for the car and we agreed on an as is basis. Instead, they passed it on and I got hit with all the fees. Then, they let it go to the auction and went and bought it back even cheaper...In other words, the entire negotiation of value on the trade in was fake. They gave me a good value for the trade in so i would pay a higher price for the car, but then turned the car into Chase and stuck me with all the residual anyways. classic bait and switch. when i called them back, all they did was tell me you dont have anything in writing...youd think when you buy an $80,000+ car, they would treat you a little better. Just my two cents, do what you want.
I really feel like I struck gold by finding John Totaro at this dealership after being snubbed at several dealers. He is very ethical, genuine, and made me feel very welcome. I really enjoy the wealth of knowledge about Land Rover and the car industry in general (he was able to recite things immediately off the top of his head I have always wondered about when no other car sales person was able to answer for me) he has; and feel as though I will be a customer for life after learning so much and being so welcomed by him.
I cannot find enough adjectives to convey the horrible service I have experienced from this establishment and its Staff in particular the Service DepartmentIt is utterly beyond belief on how Aloof, Remote, and inhumane these people are.It is as talking to a robot.Frankly I don’t know why this place exists and who gives business to this place with their monotone attitude and personality. My horrendous experience revolves around having taken there for an accident. They promised the car back in 30 daysI ended up getting the car back in 5 months. That is not the end of it (I wish it was)They gave me the car back with a Major Dent on the Front Door, and a nonfunctioning ACAfter Collecting $ 27,000 from my insurance, not only they did not have a common courtesy to even wash the car after having sat there for 5 months, they incurred more damage.Further the Service Dept has the Audacity to say that The AC wasn’t part of our job , The Freon was vacuumed , now you have to pay to fill it up.I cannot say enough dilemma I have (and still going through dealing with them). It is an injustice to give them One Star They don’t deserve Any Star Period
We had been there to take delvery of Land Rover SUV, of my son in law , Mr. AC of Irvine CA, which was repaired after it had broken down at Temicula city while on our way to our week end home there.Found thier services very efficient. The office and its sorroundings were in excellent up keep. The most satisfying feeling was that this was all to the credit of capable administration of our multinational Indian company owned by TATA in a far away land USA, where consumer satisfaction and their grievances are given top priority.
No customer service, no attention to detail, no smile from the receptionist. I regret leasing my new Land Rover from them....not what I expected of the brand. Very disappointed in how the smallest issues were handled and after being at the dealership three times, not one person could go over the car and features.
We have been taking our car to Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills for the past 2 years. We were dissatisfied with the service department at Cerritos and thank goodness we called Anaheim Hills. Joe Rivera has been nothing but honest and helpful. It sure is nice to take your car in for service and be treated with respect and NOT GET taken for a financial ride for being told that unnecessary repairs need to be done. WE APPRECIATE Joe and will continue to take our car ONLY to this service department because of Joe. THANKS FOR YOUR HONESTY & WILLING TO HELP ALWAYS!Eric & Toni Tautolo
BE CAREFUL (LAWSUIT) of this dealership!! They will threaten and sue their customers as we have found out.. My wife leased a new range rover and they are now suing her for $20,000 because she decided to sell the car!!! Which is 100% legal and the contract does not bar anyone from selling their car. She did not like the vehicle as it was too big for her. In all my years buying cars this has never happened and I have never heard of this from any other dealer. If I was buying another Range Rover it would not be from this dealer. What a horrible way to treat your clients. She paid full sticker price which means they made a lot of money from her and now are suing her. What a bunch of unprofessional people. In my opinion not worth the risk when there are other Land Rover dealers close like Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Cerritos or Hermosa Beach Land Rover.
It was a real pleasure working with Patrick and Chris and all the other folks there. They were all very kind, attentive as well as provided great customer service. It was truly a great experience buying my car there. I would totally recommend my friends and family to go there. Thank you all!!!!Lizzette Reyes
I had read wonderful comments online about this dealership before we went and I am so glad the comments are true. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was very pleasant, all because of Brighton Traux! My husband was dreading having to go to a car dealership with me at the thought of haggling with car dealership sales people. Within 30 seconds of our arrival at Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills, Brighton came out to meet us and his demeanor made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. He explained in detail the differences between the Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Evoque that I was interested in and the 2015 models. After our test drives, even though the 2015 Evoque was beautiful and I loved the way it handled the road, we decided on the 2012 Evoque because of its pre-existing upgrades and low mileage, and I essentially still had the full warranty to 100,000 miles or 2019. We had planned on also going to the Mercedes dealership down the street but decided to see what kind of numbers Brighton could get us. We were so glad we stayed because Brighton came back with a pleasantly reasonable number, especially after they gave us a very fair trade-in amount for my old 2009 NIssan Murano. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours but the time flew by and it didnt seem like we waited that long. I didnt think I would be driving home with a new car that same day, but I did!I would absolutely recommend Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills to anyone who is interested in getting a Range Rover, and ask for Brighton Traux! Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills has set a high bar in customer service and no-haggle transactions that other dealerships will have to try harder to achieve.
I purchased my first Range Rover from Land Rover Anaheim Hill and I was assisted by David Oler.Due to the type of work that I do (taxes) I currently work long hours including weekends so it made it impossible for me to go car shopping.David assisted me with all my questions, financing, and looking for the exact Evoque that I wanted. He made this ridiculous buying method, that I was going through, such an easy experience that I feel that I may shop for cars in this fashion for now on.Once everything was settled David drove the car down to me from Anaheim to Glendora and then even Ubered back. This just speaks volumes on the person David is and the dealership that he represents. It also speaks to the dealership for allowing him to do this for his clients. He brought all the financial paperwork to me and everything was done so painless.Thank you David and Anaheim Hills Land Rover...... You guys ROCK
Jay Kaufman from the service department helped me out to mend my vehicle. My vehicle had a suspension fault and I was very weary about the extent of the problem and the expense it would incur to get it resolved.Jay was expeditious in resolving the issue most in a very cost effective manner and thus making the whole service process very enjoyable. Jauguar Anaheim Hills / Rusnak, thank you once again.CheersAmar
Read many positive reviews about this dealership after visiting and calling ALL the RR dealers in LA area, my wife and I decided to give JLRAH a try even though its further from us. We already knew we wanted a car so we just went online and submitted an inqury and soon Bill (William) Gleba started helping us via email and phone. Bill is a totally easy guy to deal with and not pushy and trying to sell me on anything we dont want. Instead he listed to us and found a vehicle for us thats arriving in a week. The best part is that both my wife and I work so Bill delivered the vehicle to my house 50 miles away from the dealership making this the most amazing car buying experience! I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Anaheim Hills and ask for Bill, hes also got a great sense of humor!
I took my Jaguar in for a routine service to Anaheim Hills, for the first time....WOW!! What a great place. Joe Rivera was my servixce advisor and he treated me like royalty. He was very informative and kept all of his promises to me. Tha best place to service your Jaguar in the O.C.
47 days after buying a landrover, still no title. Called over and over again and local store have no clue and keep transferring my call to corp office. Left messages again and again for 2 weeks and no one ever called back. The communication within the company is simply a disaster! Today was a typical example, got an CC email from GM who told use car GM to take care of it and he emailed a lady at corps called fabiola. I call and got transferred to corps since I got no answer from either used car gm or title lady and corporate never heard of this lady but transfer me to the title department, then I got disconnected while on hold...serious folks! Then I called again and this time someone actually gave me number to corporate and again no answers so I left message. Later on I got an email saying they apply for duplicate title 25 days after I bought the car ( august 8th) and they might have title soon. There is expedited process with DMV but I guess they did not bother after losing the title and then not applying one for over 3 weeks, that is an example of customer service !
As I drove home from the dealership yesterday after supposedly getting the multi-point inspection done along with an oil change and front brake pads and rotors a lady stopped me on the road and said my left brake light and cyclops light was out. How does one miss this crucial point of the inspection. The inside was not wiped nor vacuumed. This was my first time at this particular Land Rover dealership and I was very very disappointed. I dont think they even did the crucial inspection that they offer as a Land Rover owner.
All the staff members are wonderful from the sales reps to the final finance department.Except for one particular person. If your not purchasing a 6 figured price tag vehicle, then this person will treat you like crap. You will notice the douche who walks funny. Probably his ego up his @$$
It is a pleasure to bring my jaguar to Jaguar Land Rover because I know my SERVICE REP, JAY KAUFMAN will give me excellent care and the trouble will be identified through his excellent knowledge.and I will continue to buy another Jaguar. I have owned a Jaguar since 1986.
I Thought they were awesome, I took my car to two mechanics before I took back to the dealer thinking they are going to rip me off! . instead they helped me out and took care of the car problem within no time.. it cost me $300 dollars to fix at the dealer...how ever other shops charged me over $3500 for problem that they couldnt find.....I got all my money back with few new parts... I advise every one to take ur car to the dealer.
My representative was on top of his game. I called for info, ended up with a Cadillac CTS. Lololol. If you need any type of assistance ask for Rocky, he go waaaaay beyond your expectations. But, they need to get there coffee machine fix. Lolololol Ask him to take u for a ride on the fake mountain, seem like a ride at Magic Mountain. It seems like u r going to fall off.I recommend u talk to Rocky.
Met a very impolite service consultant, Joe Rivera, front desk girl leaded me to him, and he was busy on the phone, without felt sorry to keeping me wait for him, then asked me: whats wrong for your car , I told him that we hear some unusual sound from the engine, he asked me to show him, but after that he said that he didnt feel any thing wrong and refused to check my car, I told him if the car doesnt have anything wrong, I wont wast time to drive to the service center today, even when I did the alignment for this car, the alignment person also hear the unusual sound, so I asked him help me to check, but still he said : No way . (Id never seen such bad service person and impolite person in any dealer)
I took my 2018 HSE discovery to this dealership las week because the truck star leaking water from the windshield and the service is poor, no body help me, they tell me to call the land rover corporation and they say to call the dealer ,I cant believe this corporation ,this dealership no body wants to be responsible for rent a car Im losing money and maybe my job thanks to LAND Rover
Very bad I took my 2014 Range Rover and they refused to fix it even it’s under recall it’s so unsafe to drive doors open by them self don’t lock they have a big recall for doors and when u take it they don’t fix itI already contacted my lawyer for themThey want to charge 3k for a door module and it’s under recallPlus one of the door they said it’s under recall and they said they fixed it and I took it home after 10 days and it wasn’t fixed

2022-04-29Worst Dealership ever. I ordered my 2023 Defender X. Was told the vehicle was in. I was in Montana at the time told them I would be in in a few days. When I got there took it for a test drive. Then sat down to only find out they now want a 15,000.00 up charge on a car that was to be sticker. Plus I was also told they would not be able to register it in the state of Montana. If this transaction was to go through Boise Idaho I would have had gotten it for sticker and I would have my Defender today.Never buy or service your car at Anaheim Land Rover.

2021-10-26Went in on a Saturday intending to check out the Discovery HSE. Sales guys were super low-key and treated us well. Washington showed us the car and was enthusiastic about taking us through everything. I liked his style in answering questions but being laid-back and not talking constantly. For all my questions, he knew a lot of details about the car and was able to clarify things well.Went back to buy it the next day, and it went pretty quick. The financing part was fast. Franz was super helpful the whole time as well, and Id strongly recommend him. He helped me over the phone the next day when I was having trouble setting up the InControl account as well. Left happily with a 2022 Discovery HSE. Everyone was very friendly and just happy to show cars. They even let my Dad test drive random Jaguars just for fun.I would recommend them if you want to shop Land Rovers with friendly guys who arent high pressure.

2022-03-22Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had while shopping for a new Range Rover at Range Rover of Anaheim Hills. Due to the inventory shortage another dealer was unable to locate the SUV iI was looking for or even quote me a price if I were to order the vehicle. I was able to locate the SUV I was looking for at Anaheim Hills. We called them to confirm it was in stock and they set us up with an appointment with Sean the next morning. Sean was first class from the time we pulled up at the dealership. He made what usually can be a difficult process simple. My husband and I were able to get in and out of the dealership in a minimal period of time with our first and surely not our last Range Rover. I certainly recommend seeing Sean in you are in the market for a luxury SUV. We are so happy we did.

2022-03-05Shady business practice . The car I originally leased was crashed into a pole by one of the employees right after I signed the lease paperwork. Supposedly they were giving me a “better” car and no extra cost, same features and model so not sure how it was better? Turns out the MSRP was higher which caused my credit to be ran a total of 3X! I was never told this would happen. Unfortunately found out as I was getting a pre approval for a mortgage. Dealership didn’t care , the owner wouldn’t return my call. My address was also recorded incorrectly, I had to drive over 50 miles to sign off on new paperwork reflecting the correct address. I wish I would’ve shopped around , other dealerships are offering 10K miles a year, I was lucky to get 7,500K. I should’ve walked away after the first car was wrecked.

2022-01-30We have purchased our 1st Range Rover HSE, P400, it’s a awesome Vechile , we all loved it. It’s an amaging car with amaging features. Joe was our sales consultant and he was outstanding. His service was excellent, he is a super human being, we were extremely happy with Joe, as well as Jamshid Nejad, finance manager, he was also outstanding with his service, we already suggested our friends and family whoever is looking for a new car to try out one from the Land Rover Anaheim Hills showroom. Hopefully in the near future we will return for another Range Rover.

2020-08-26Have purchased/leased over 10 luxury vehicles in my life and on the way have visited and dealt with MANY different types of sales folks and dealers. They say you buy the relationship not the car, and this held true. Been a BMW guy the past 6 years but ended up giving that in for a Range Rover Sport from this dealership - team of Sam Kim and Greg Suzuki were the reason. Extreme professionalism, honesty and just ease. No pressure, and no BS. They went beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with the CPO we purchased - it honestly feels like a new car due to their help. A+.

2021-10-06Can’t say enough great things about this place and it’s employees! as soon as I walked in the door the woman was pleasant. Greg was my salesman and he was amazing! It was my first time buying a car and he was welcoming and taught me so much! He was never pushy and worked with me to get my needs met and the car bought! My finance lady Ronnie was also so genuine and helpful. They made my first experience perfect and I walked in so nervous!!!!! I’m so happy with the whole process from start to finish and love my new car
