One of the worst hotel experiences weve ever had. No maid service, no clean towels without getting new ones at the front desk. This was never disclosed to us prior to arrival. We were placed in a room next to a guest that had a dog that barked until we had to move rooms. New room had a dog 2 doors down that barked too. The hotel hallway carpet is disgusting. The ice maker was broken. Included breakfast was 2 granola bars. Internet didnt work. No manager on duty during our stay. Ive left two messages for the manager to contact us without a return call. Front desk staff was very little help
We stayed in suites. The rooms were spacious. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and microwave. The tv room was separated by a door and furnished with a small couch and two chairs. There was also a desk. I had plenty of towels for a two night stay. The room was clean except for the couch which was stained. I notified front desk upon discovering it so we wouldn’t be responsible for paying the fee. The hallway carpet was a little dirty. There was grab and go breakfast between 6am and 8am. They have a parking garage and it is $20 a day. Check out was 1130am which was easy. Stay safe was nice and helpful. Super convenient location. Steps away from Anaheim Garden Walk. A short Uber ride from Downtown Disney. Overall a had a positive experience.
This place looks nice but its deceiving. First off our room was given to us a little over 2 hours late. The beds were uncomfortable, the trundle had no blankets or pillows. We had to ask multiple times for blankets and pillows. We ended up buying an air mattress to accommodate all 6 of us. The beds are small. There is no maid service so good luck getting towels or trash bags. People were just dumping their trash in the hallway. The breakfast was a broke down waffle station and some danishes that everyone was hoarding. The whole stay was terrible. Iwould never go back and wouldnt ever reccomend this place to anyone. Such a waste of money.
The worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. Reasons:1. The staff is super arrogant.2. They still provide no in-room service under the reason of covid, funny when its over ages ago.3. They ask to order towels and other room services over phone and never show up. You have to walk down all the way to reception to get those. Youll be lucky if they have those.4. ACs do not work, at all.5. Internet absolutely do not work. I am even writing this review from hotel using my own mobile data.6. They charge $20 for parking and parking spaces are very cramped.7. The only single lift do not work times and then if you are on 5th floor, like we are, youll have to climb stairs all the way.8. If you are lucky, youll get breakfast. They simply put notices like breakfast is canceled todays.9. The night receptionist confirmed late checkout but the morning receptionist lady - the susper super arrogant lady with rude and bossy tone- simply denied it and threated us that if you are late by even a minute, she will be charging us for an entire day.10. Rooms are smelly, unhiegenic and very very small.Overall, they are simply looting people just because they are at disneyland. Stay away from this hotel and dont get fooled by bit lower rate than others. Theres reason for that and dont fall for the deception and save yourself from trauma in your disney experience.
This was the epitome of over promise and under deliver. The rooms were nice enough. We booked 2-1 bedroom apartments (so basically 2 rooms with beds) for our family of 4 and my in-laws family of 3 so we had plenty of room to spread out. Thats about the only good part of our stay. We had requested conjoined rooms if possible when we booked the rooms but when we got there we found out that our rooms werent even on the same floor and there was nothing they could do about that.We booked this hotel for our Disney trip and liked it because it was close enough to walk, but they offered shuttle service as well. Turns out that they dont offer shuttle service, they just point out how you can use the city transport. The free breakfast that they boast of has been shut down due to COVID (still?) and they just offered a bagged breakfast in the lobby from 6-8am with a muffin, a granola bar and a KoolAid (not exactly a breakfast juice). They also dont offer any housekeeping due to COVID (again, still?) so our 4-day room experience got really gross toward the end with only a tiny garbage can to use. For our family of four we were offered 4 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, 2 tiny bars of soap (one for hands, one for the shower), and the worlds tiniest bottle of shampoo. That was it. When I called the front desk on the first night after the bottle of shampoo was gone after two uses, they told me there was no one available to bring up any amenities and we would have to come to the front desk.We had a night flight home and were planning on spending our final day at Disney and have the hotel keep our luggage (something that Ive never had a problem with at any hotel experience before) and when we asked the hotel about this the day before our check out they said they wouldnt be able to offer any sort of service to hold our luggage. I asked if they had any suggestions of options as they must run into this all the time and they said they had no suggestions for what to do. We wound up having to rent a car for the day (a very expensive thing to do these days) just to have a place to store our luggage for the afternoon.Overall, this was an extremely disappointing endeavor and we will definitely not be staying at La Quinta again.
No one answered our front desk calls before our late check in to confirm. Alarm in room was still going off from HOURS before so that had to be annoying for other guests before we arrived (and made me question when the room was last checked/cleaned)And at our late check in we were told the continental breakfast is everyday 7-9 but somewhere in between us arriving and waking up it was canceled. This worked for a spontaneous trip but I will not plan on staying here again.
Service was horrible. The Manager Andrea is a joke. She doesnt know how to fun a hotel. The hotel is completely run down. Water leaking al over the place. And it was a sunny day no rain in site. Redicoulous service all the way around. I hight recommend you look somewhere else. Also they wont tell you until you get there but no breakfast. Unless you want to call a paper bag breakfast and they also charge you for parking each day. If you tell them forget it they will still charge you your stay so you are forced to pay the parking on top of your stay. Also they tend to run out of towels for the day. What hotel runs out of towels. Pets are allowed on the property you might hear one barking all night long. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Please dont waste your money.
I use to stay here alot on last minute family trips to Anaheim. We stayed 2 nights a week ago and definitely not my recommendation at all. Front desk was not helpful at all. The girl seem very young and had no answers to my questions. The rooms were clean bed comfy but the moment we got to the floor it smelt like marijana. It was gross. I tried to cancel the 2nd night ahead of time but the front desk was no help and basically could not help me until it was to late and I would be charged either way. This was also the first hotel who charged me double the deposit, plus my rooms for both nights then double the parking. I paid double my rooms plus an extra $150. I still have not got the refund. With all other places I stayed on our road trip they put a hold and was off the day I checked out. The amounts NEVER fully deducted from my account. This place is not worth all this. Rooms were clean but the service and smell was far worst then a clean room. I will not stay here again.
The air conditioner did not work in the room, 3 hours later they gave us a different room. They have no house keeping during your stay so I called for more towels in the morning and they didnt have any available, the hair dryer didnt work and the elevator did not work. Customer service is a joke the lady at the front desk hung up on me. Oh and there pool was also out of service
Positive: Walking distance to Disneyland, but shuttle option would be nicer. Room clean and updated. Negative: Hallway carpets dirty/stained and elevator dirty. The 5th floor stairwell was blocked with yellow tape, so no fire exit available during ENTIRE 2 day stay. I informed desk who said work being done on stairs - UNACCEPTABLE to block fire exits for so long!
I traveled all the way from Texas to find out that they canceled my reservation and gave my room to someone else due to an issue with the card authorization. The justification I received was that they emailed me at 1am to let me know. At this point they were sold out so I was stuck looking last minute for a place to stay. Clearly La Quinta cares more about $$$ than their customers. A simple phone call from them would have allowed me to clear up the problem. I will never spend a dime with La Quinta and you should not either.
Expect to pay 25$ a night for parking. This charge is separate from the stay.Breakfast right now is a joke. 2 granola bars and a sugary muffin, with no drink. Also the elevator doesnt work properly and customer service is terrible. You can hear everything in the hotel. The doors are raised an inch or two from the floor.
Positive: We loved the divided room and space, the location was great. The staff was friendly and location clean. They didnt do house keeping during our stay but I prefer it that way. Negative: They advertise a full breakfast with like meats and eggs but its super basic. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. Their chafing dishes in the corner unused. Really short open time too. Its time to get back to full service or adjust the price.
There was no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed my son was sleeping on. Both TVs in the room didnt work. They sent Security to try to fix. He changed batteries and still TVs didnt work. Front desk said to email manager. For the price of the room and to experience these issues, wont recommend or book here again. I will be emailing manager because I believe compensation is owed for these problems.
My rooms seemed clean which is probably my biggest concern. That being said I had an overall good experience, but Id still deduct one star and mention the key cards dont seem to stay programmed for long at all. Which can end up a pretty big problem depending on the time of day and what not. Another thing to note is that the pool that I almost originally thought looked like it was being advertised as an indoor pool is most definitely an outdoor pool. Lastly, if this is where your staying for a Disney-trip, figure out the shuttle situation prior, as we counted on the La Quinta staffs advise (had me download an app that totally had nothing to do with our transport ect.) we ended up figuring it all out in time on the morning of, but it was stressful.
The water in the shower is dripping. No matter how high the heater is, it stays consistently at 72. Free breakfast is not really free breakfast, it is just a bar the handed out between 6 and 8 a.m, yes 6 and 8 a.m only. And parking is not free even though on services like priceline listed as free, it is $18 a night.
We stayed there from the 11th of June till the 17th it was very pricey for the service and the condition of the rooms we were never told the pool was not in service something we always look forward after an 18hr drive. When we go in the room we were given it was dirty hair all over the tub dirty and soap scum on the tub o and lets not forget old food in the fridge and it smelled my daughter and after 2 days my daughter went to the front desk and asked for a for the person at the front desk refused to give her one only if she would buy something so my daughter was going to buy a Ramen noodles then refused to sell it to her she was rude her name is Tyesia from front desk she is rude and unapproachable you guys need to hire more people like Christian Moreno from front desk he was really friendly polite and very helpful I doubt we will ever stay there again we use to stay there every year for our family vacation but not no more. O and lets not forget the lady and guy there that are are supposedly the valet that were always on there phone and seem bothered when you asked them a question no help what so ever to help you park so they were getting paid to be on the phone.
I got charged more than i had been originally confirmed on email. no house keeping i had garbage piled up for the 3 nights i stayed, ran out of clean towels, the pool wasnt working without nobody letting us know prior to our stay, ice machine wasnt working either, stains all over the carpet, blankets were not clean, and above that you have to pay $20 per day for parking which wasnt stated in the booking so i had to pay double parking for disney as well, so inconvenient !
I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel. Check in was easy and the afternoon clerks were helpful. The rooms are good for families and good location for Disneyland. The ART bus (Disneyland Shuttle) stop is right next door. $6 round trip. The room was clean, new paint and carpet. The beds were soft due to age and not very comfortable. There was a small shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. They now charge $18 per day parking. The grab n go breakfast is not breakfast it’s a small muffin and 2 small granola bars, Coffee but no juice or even water. Breakfast ends promptly at 8;00 am. What!? Most families aren’t ready by 8:00. At 8:05 the desk clerk refused to give us our bags because breakfast was over, but did hand us 2 bars. The coffee ran out repeatedly and it took 15 minutes to get another pot. The ice machine was broken on our floor. They no longer have housekeeping. Ask the front desk if you need something. I did. I called the front desk asking if they had a toothbrush. I was told they didn’t. Next morning I looked as saw they had them. Frustrating. Garbage was sitting in the hallway over a day. Next time we will find another place to stay.
Terrible customer service! Heater not working on a rainy night? We are staying here for 3 nights and they want to upsell me for a resolution?! Just because the maintenance guy left for the day? But we called 7 hours ago? Someone dropped the ball. Also The manager left for vacation so no one is in charge to make decisions! Is this Motel 8?!! Seriously get it together!
Positive: There¿s nothing I like about this Hotel¿. It was the worst place I have even stayed. Stuff very rude, Room dirty, matters stained, toilet flooded, hair dryer not working, door not opening and closing properly. It was a waste of money. Negative: There¿s nothing I like about this Hotel¿. It was the worst place I have even stayed. Stuff very rude, Room dirty, matters stained, toilet flooded, hair dryer not working, door not opening and closing properly. It was a waste of money.
This La Quinta was actually quite nice. The staff was accommodating and reasonable, really nice attitudes at check-in, and very prompt at check-out. For the price, our room was really quite cool (see the attached pictures), so no complaints there. Here is why Ive given the joint a three-star review:1. Our room, although nice, had a few minor issues that many may find unsuitable, such as faulty bathroom outlets (these didnt work, had to make coffee in the little living room space), there was a leaky pipe above the shower, as well as in the AC unit (hence the towel on the floor in the bathroom picture), our TV remote was synced to both TVs in the room (turning one on would often turn the other one on, switching channels was a pain), only one TV would allow us to access basic Dish channels (the other would not load them), and the office chair in the room was a tad dirty (see attached picture).2. I was charged $20/night to park our car in the hotel garage, which is fine as many hotels in the area do that same, however this was not advertised as part of the cost when booking online.3. The pool was rather nice, but really seemed to be a section of the parking garage carved out specifically for the pool (I was very jealous of the Worldmark pool just next door, owned by Wyndham as well). For Disney guests: Its a bit of a walk OR a short drive if you want to pay for parking at Disney. We walked and got some good exercise along the way, but walking back after a long day at the parks may prove to be challenging. Regardless, the hotel is a good value, as you likely wont be in your room that often. For guests on business or doing other things: This hotel is a good value, but be sure to watch for minor issues in your room such as those I described in the previous passage. The office chair, although dirty, was super comfy after I gave it a good wipe-down. The view was pretty nice, and our bed was reasonably comfy. Conclusion: I wanted to give this hotel a 3.5 or so, but Google would only let me go to three or four, so three it is!
My family and I stayed at this hotel about a month ago. Our room was next the cleaning room. Our first morning they were all extremely loud laughing having good time. The hall way carpet was so filthy. I would never again bring my family to this hotel. It was so dirty. I lifted the sheets and there were hairs on my bedding. I was so disgusted by the shower. I was very disappointed in this hotel. Lets talk about the Continental breakfast given before 8am. You are given a white bag with an orange and muffin with mold.. Truly a disappointing. The shower was just as dirty. They could at least add some paste around the shower. The doors to the bathroom truly black from people closing amd opening door. Hotel can easily buy some magic erasers and wash that off. The pool floors is so dirty. Unfortunately when we stayed someone else booked our hotel with their credit card and we just paid the cash.so there is really not much I can. I can write a review tho...
First time we stayed at this location everything was great. A week ago we check in not only are we told parking is 18.00 a day but will also be placing a 100.00 hold on our credit card, breakfast will be in a sack bag and can be picked up at the front desk (a granola bar and rice crispy treat) limited on workers so there is no house keeping. You would think things like this would be told in advance so there are no surprises upon arrival. Not sure if there will be a third time staying here.
If you site Covid19 as reason to not clean your rooms, then Covid19 should also be the reason you don’t open your doors so people can give you their money to stay in your disgusting unsanitary spaces. Period. Our card was charged with hidden fees. “Tourist Tax” charge is absolute BS. What the site states price wise is NOT what we were charged. We were up-charged way more. Our room was not cleaned at all. We kept checking for bed bugs. They basically made the beds and put towels on the rack. Zero CLEANING was done. With all the dirt and grim buildup, it looked like this has been their poor standard for months now. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I honestly don’t think this place would even pass a health department inspection if they were to show up tomorrow.
It was okay. The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. They didnt give us conditioner and only one bottle of shampoo for a 3 night stay with 2 guest. They also only gave us one coffee pod and no straw to stir. We were advised we would not get house keeping durning our stay, which is understand with covid....but they should have at least supplied the room adequately. The had grab and go from 6am to 8am which is a very short window. Disneyland is a 20 minute walk but hotel is very close to garden walk which has lots of restaurants. We were not impressed and will not be staying there again
Positive: The size and that the living area was great. Its nice that you have a door to Separate Negative: Diana was who we got. She was Unpleasant not friendly. I was having issues with my card There is no one in the lobby. She was just rude and made fill like I was Bothering her.The light in restroom was out and the tub was backed up with water.
Horrible check-in, hotel doesnt take cash for anything although 3rd party site does not indicate this. Room was subpar. Dirt spots on top blankets, mold in bathroom around shower, breakfast room closed due to Covid however, the breakfast they did offer was a muffin, granola bar and Capri sun. I dont really consider that a replacement when breakfast is advertised as modified. Would not recommend.
I would avoid staying here with your family. I had been attempting to make contact with a supervisor to discuss issues with my stay since I checked in on 7/24/21. Issues with safety, cleanliness, and hospitality were just the starting issues with my stay. I was on the phone with customer care who asked for my number in case the call was dropped, which it did, however no one ever called back. I have a claim already created with Wyndham Customer Service and no communication way well over 10 business days. Our first room had no AC working, dirty clothes on the floor, shower dirty with hair and hair dye, and it was clogged and would lead to flooding. After requesting another room, room 2 was way smaller, dirty, and more water drain issues. The “manager” (Sam?) is never present to speak, and even the housecleaning and maintenance say it’s better to just file a claim with customer service online or on phone. Jamie at front desk was nice, but I don’t appreciate given the run around when it comes to talking to leadership. I stay here at least 2 times a year, and my family will sadly never be back again. I hope this hotel does a revamp, not only on staff, but the whole building. We had sleepless nights due to the unsanitary bedding and towels, flooding, and overall safety. It got so bad that we even missed our dining reservations at Disneyland, and we had to search and search for available hotels in the area to just get out of La Quinta.
I had a reservation at this hotel for the weekend of 9/10-9/13/21. I booked well in advance. At 2:15 am on 9/10/21 an email came through that my reservation was cancelled because my credit card didnt go through for whatever reason. These things do happen occasionally for no explained reason, right??? The email from the general manager stated that if I called within 24 hours, he or she would gladly reinstate my reservation. I called 4 hours after receiving this email in the middle of the night at about 6:00 am that morning. I was told that my 2 rooms were given away because the hotel was overbooked for that weekend. I was not allowed to speak to the general manager. Emails and faxes have not been returned. Wyndham customer service also has attempted to communicate with the general manager and nothing. This put my family in an incredible bind, and we were left scrambling to try to find a place to stay.
Over all the Hotel is great. It is clean and well kept. The staff is very accommodating. My only complaint is they do not provide daily service to the room. They claim its due to COVID. COVID is spread person to person not by surface contact. Other hotels in the area provide daily service.
The first time we stayed here I really enjoyed this hotel. However, the second time not as much. The tub wasnt draining properly until we fixed it ourselves. The main TV wasnt working that it took two remote controls and it still did not work well. The kicker was seeing pet s are allowed on this site and made me feel uneasy with the cleanliness of this entire place.
I had a suite , bed was comfortable and that is it! Hall carpets are dirty, strained . Havent been cleaned for sometime , or maybe just replaced .. no hand grips in the bath tub too assist in safely stepping out of the shower. Shower was in the bathtub requiring a stepping over the side of the tub too get in and out. Nothing to hold onto. My room was supposed to include a breakfast bar , it was closed , nothing mentioned in their website. To go too the desk, I had to take an elevator all the way down too outside then wait at the front doors for someone too push a button so I could open the door.. what a hassle !! Not staying here again..
Very nice front desk service when we checked in. Rooms were nice and clean. But the AC was leaking a lot of water but the front desk said that it happens in every room when the air conditioner is used. They said there was no point of moving us rooms because it will happen in that other room too.
I stayed here with my family last week and the room was spotlessly clean. It was so convenient to have a refrigerator in our room as well. The staff was very friendly and very fast with delivering extra towels for us both times we requested. We will continue to stay here every time we visit California.
When we checked in we were met with hidden charges such as unlisted parking fee. The room smelled like mildew, the refrigerator had the prior occupants spinach dip in it. We asked for towels and we were told that we had to get them ourselves from the office. We didnt get their grab n go breakfast for 2 mornings in a row. They kept the door locked so that we couldnt enter. We were told that the service was bad because there was only 1 employee per shift. This is the worst LaQuinta that we have stayed at
This was a horrible hotel for the area its located. They charge you daily for parking, No house keeping to bring you towels, a little bag with a muffin and granola bar its your continental breakfast, If I would know this first hand, I wouldnt stay here period, ac went out the first night, got another room with a clogged tub, outlets that doesnt work, not comfy beds, noisy sliding door. We wished We had gone to another place to stay, very disappointed. Please check reviews before coming to hotels.
Very poor experience at this motel. I stayed at this motel to take my daughter to Disneyland. I booked this motel due to the fact that they take dogs. I would not recommend- there is trash, broken bottles and glass, and remnants of people hanging out and possibly living in The parking and around this motel.- there is absolutely nowhere to walk the dogs. There is small strips of dirt in front of the cars in the parking lot that are completely littered with trash and broken glass and bottles, which is the only place to walk your dogs.-It has a very unsafe vibe outside. There are many people that hang out in their cars in the parking lot, sit in the parking lot, and seems like a lot of drug activity.-The inside of the motel reeks of cigarettes and pot. Which is especially wonderful as Im walking my daughter out of the motel to go to Disneyland and she is inhaling everybodys smoke.and she is inhaling everybodys smoke. Even in front of the hotel reeks of pot.-in my hotel room, all of the outlets in the bathroom were broken, the fan leaked water onto the floor constantly, making a puddle.- the bare minimum accommodations for provided in my hotel room. One bar of soap, one coffee pod and package.-The motel is completely sketchy. With really weird sketchy looking people in and out of the motel. On our last day there, police were there arresting somebody right on the stairs of the hotel.-If you have dogs and want a dog-friendly motel in this area, the extended stay America hotel right next door looked about 20 times better, and that is where I would take my dogs over to walk them. Best motel just has an unsafe situation going on all around, especially for children that are inhaling cigarette smoke and around really sketchy people.
Pros The hotel was clean, close to Downtown Disney and Cheesecake Factory. Cons the staff is not friendly it’s almost like a jail. The rules are pointless. They have people with loud dogs on the same floor as guest with no dogs. They have the nerve to be rude if you forget your room key. I would not stay here again. Both ladies at the front desk were rude . Stephanie was the worst of the two.Not a good look for Wyndham. UPDATE 2 weeks later the initial charge for booking the room has not been dropped off BEWARE
Positive: Staff was very attentive without being intrusive, any issue I raised was corrected immediately. The room was amazing with awesome new technology and comfortable as can be! Negative: The key card doors in common areas often didn¿t work and were very frustrating to have to go to the front desk and get 2 new keys made because I was locked out in the middle of the night because I wanted to smoke. The key card system could use improvem
HORRIBLE!!!!!! We used booking.com to reserve the LA quinta inn hotel for our vacation. We reserved 3 rooms for 6 nights. The pictures looked good and all the promises sounded good. The LA quinta inn charged my card the day before we arrived. Once we arrived to the LA quinta inn we seen a sign at the front desk that states they have no cleaning service, no breakfast and no fitness room. All items that are not offered should be posted on their website before you arrive. By the time you get to the hotel and see the posted sign, its to late to cancel and find another hotel, luckily we were able to find a hotel. We were going to be there for a week, we definitely needed room service.
This hotel is first-class and extra-ordinary. It has everything you would expect from a luxury room, fantastic view, perfect accommodations, excellent service, and professional staff. I couldnt have asked for a better service from this hotel during my stay. The surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended!
Positive: Location. Negative: Rude offensive staff! Families, including ourselves were made to wait outside for hours until 3pm to check in yet wed specifically requested earlier check-ins. NO maid/room service through stay. Dirty and run down. No breakfast. Fraudulent establishment!
Hotel was alright, very small. The AC in my room was leaking and my one year old slipped in the puddle of water. I made numerous calls downstairs to the front desk and NOT ONE PERSON came to check our room nor AC. I called for the manager the following day and spoke to a Stephanie who was pretending to be the manager (I found out she wasn’t the manager when I called again for my unresolved issues and was able to speak to the actual manager). Nothing was done, no sense of urgency for my child’s well being. All they could say was that they were completely booked up that weekend and could not switch my room. I asked for some sort of compensation and was promised a credit back to my debit card. The credit never came. They then told me to “take it up with my bank”. Horrible service!
Hotel stay Wed 07.21.21 to 07 24.21. I was charged a hold deposit the price of a one day stay on the day I arrived, before I arrived. I was then charged the full price of the stay on top of the deposit hold for the room. So now I am into the room for the price of 4 days stay.. After paying for the stay I was charge an additional room deposit. When I went into my room the A.C. did not work. Half of all the outlets did not work. 1 of the 2 TVs did not work and I spoke to the front desk and was given a cheap box fan for a 2 room suite. I was assured the A.C. would be repaired the next day when I was out of the room. I gave permission to enter the room while we were at Disneyland. When I arrived back to the room the A.C. was still not fixed. Another hot humid night in the room. I spoke to the desk and was told Sam the General Manager would be in at 7am. He did not arrive then. Nor at 7:15, or at 7:28 or at 7:56. I tried calling Wyndham Corporate and was told I needed to speak with the General Manager. I tried the next day, and still could not reach him. I asked about the A.C. repairs and was told they could not enter the room without me being present. I explained to them I was asked if it was okay to enter while I was out? and I gave permission then. I ended up getting a room for that evening at a different hotel. I cut my stay early and I left without staying for the last paid night. I tried calling again on Monday to speak with Sam the General Manager and was told by Jamie that answered the Front Desk phone, that Sam the General Manager would arrive at 10 am. I called back at 10:08 and he was in a meeting, 10:31 still in a meeting, 11:15 still in a meeting. I called at11:52 and was told he was still in a meeting. The customer service is unacceptable at this location, more is expected when dealing with Wyndham resorts.
VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: We had booked a stay WEEKS AGO, and I called multiple times to confirm (WHICH THEY DID CONFIRM), and when we arrived we were told there was no booking under my name. We booked this stay for our 2 year old’s first Disney trip, and since we had no where else to go, we were forced to stay in our car at a McDonald’s parking lot for the night because no other hotel had last minute availability. The employee was no help, and she turned us away without caring. To make matters worse, my card was charged!!!!!!! I had to take actions with my bank to get a refund. I will never stay at La Quinta. Terrible experience!
We booked here because it is close to Disneyland. When we checked in there were no towels or toiletries. We asked for some said they would have some later. Came to hotel after a long day at the park to find out that they didn’t have any towels til the morning and could only provide one roll of toilet paper for a family of 7. The receptionist at the front was being very rude and loud. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Last time I book at any La Quinta Inn.
Don’t be fooled by the shiny photos, this is a budget hotel. With budget amenities, and services. It has been recently updated. The room it self was nice, and the staff was very accommodating. We initially had a room on the top floor, and were awakened several times by very loud banging on the roof from the heating equipment. Staff graciously offered to move us to a new room which we did the following morning. Free breakfast, close enough to Disneyland . We did not use the pool, and the spa was closed. Very basic free breakfast. Beds are so incredibly soft, which if you’re into that is a good thing. Good option if you’re on a budget looking to be close to the park.
Positive: Nothing. Negative: The service that was provided to us. Your front desk lady was horrible, was given a lot of attitude & we weren¿t notify that our room was declined. We were fully unaware at the fact you guys ran out credit card without the back 3 numbers on the card.
Great service, clean room. The extras were basic, the pool area was there to have, but mostly just not to use, since its very basic and dirty (considered going ta couple of times but just didnt find it inviting enough). My 2 bed/sofa bed room was just what we needed for our family trip to Disneyland. No quarrel with the rooms. They were really good. It IS within walking distance to Disneyland, since its 2 blocks away from the park and you save a couple of hundreds of dollars on your stay. They mentioned they had shuttles going there for a price. Parking is not free. Would DEFINITELY return here, but didnt give 5 stars because of the lack of hot buffet items at breakfast. It felt to continental for my taste, specially considering the room rate... and we really needed our sausage/bacon in the morning :p
One of the worst situations I ever encountered for a hotel, we had the booking a month in advance but the day we got there we were told that our card had declined (not true) and they had to give away our room. Not one phone call or voicemail in advance. I was told the person handling the reservation was new and they couldn’t do anything to help because they were booked. One of the most unprofessional hotels I’ve ever come across we were stuck trying to book a hotel last minute. Just horrible...
Giving this hotel two stars only because the bed was clean, but let me tell you - this is one of the worst hotels that my boyfriend and I have ever stayed at. I apologize in advance for this lengthy post, but I’d like everyone to be warned prior to falling for this joke of a hotel. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our birthday weekend at Disneyland and wanted to pick a hotel that was walking distance from the theme park and that offered breakfast. We did a lot of research and came across this hotel. It was pricey compared to the rest but the website claimed that the cost of the room included breakfast- eggs, meats, fresh waffles and so much more. We were sold and decided to pay double just to stay here.We pulled up to this hotel, walked into the lobby and immediately the experience started off poor. The valet guy was watching a movie in the lobby and had the volume turned up so loud that we could hardly hear the gal at the front. We went and parked the car in the garage, but then had to take all our stuff back down the stairs to get to the elevator because there aren’t any that connect to the garage. When we went downstairs to find the elevator, we found the pool. The pool area is connected to the bottom floor of the parking garage - weird. It was also dirty and looked like it hadn’t been picked up after. Finally we get to the room. The layout didn’t make sense. The bed is right by the door and there’s a little sliding door that separates the couch area and had a lovely view of the parking garage. Beautiful. The layout should have been flip flopped. Oh well, at least the bed was clean. The pillows were lumpy though and very hard to sleep on.Our room was right by the house cleaning closet. Every single morning, the maids would gather by the closet and talk so loudly. They were constantly slamming the door and going in and out. We never could sleep in and whatever they kept in that room smelt so bad. It made the entire floor stink. The bathroom in our room was awful. Being a woman, I couldn’t even wash my hair the entire time because the water trickled out of the shower head. There was also a huge spider in the tub. Sick! The toilet is right by the bed too. Awesome. The water also trickled out of the faucet. It was difficult to even wash my face. The last night we were there, the toilet clogged on its own. We couldn’t use it the entire night or the next morning!!Now, let me finish by telling you about the breakfast - which was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. It was TERRIBLE. Don’t let their website trick you! The only warm food that was served was the warmed up waffles and the watery oatmeal!! There was no eggs, no fresh fruit, no meat, nothing!! We were so disappointed and ended up still having to go buy breakfast somewhere else.We will never ever stay at this hotel again. 100% not worth it whatsoever.
Nice large rooms, friendly staff, perfect for our quick Disney trip with the whole family. Breakfast was simple but worked well for us. Our reason for 4 stars is because the floor wasnt vacuumed well and when your eating and have small kids in a room I need that done Daily. Also the fridge had no freezer for our ice packs.
We stayed at this location recently, the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I really love and appreciate their animal friendly atmosphere. They have a small patch of grass with a poo bag dispenser & trashcan at the edge of their property. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The laundry facility is also nice - works well & didnt make our clothes smell like other locations. I would give it a 5 star but the fact that we were moved from one nice, large room because it started to rain and the roof leaks (a leak they knew about because they came to ask of it was leaking yet about 10 minutes before it started to leak) to a smaller, crammed room was very frustrating and disappointing.
It has been a good stay and we would stay here again. The pool was closed for cleaning the first day we got here. You can hear everything going on outside, but in all reality such a great price and its close to Disneyland. We had one of their biggest room, one king bed two full size beds and a sofa bed. The room has two bathrooms which we werent expecting so it was a nice surprise.
I may say that the staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very spacious, clean and bright. However the facilites are not sound proof. I very much appreciate my sleep and wasnt able to do so all night. You can hear everything! For example the neighbours showering and bumping into the walls, talking down the hallway. The mattress was an old spring mattress, very uncomfortable. Honestly, it wasnt worth the price paid. $160 cad for a sleepless night, only worth the proximity to Disney and again the super friendly staff. I would not recommend staying there nor our family would return to it.
So disappointed by our stay at La Quinta. The only positives were that it comes with breakfast (although its not amazing) and it was pretty close to Disneyland. The room was decently updated but had lots of negatives. First of all, if you want your kids in a separate bedroom so that they sleep well, dont stay here! The family suite is a good size but it only has sliding french-style doors to divide the room. So they hear everything and see every bit of light shining through. When we put the kids to bed at 8:30, we had to end up going to bed, too, because the TV was so bright shining through (we even tried to turn the TV away but it didnt help). Even just our phones on the dimmest level were bright enough to keep them up. And instead of my husband and I actually being able to sleep, we listened to the people above us stomp around for hours. There is clearly no insulation to help with sound. The beds were so short that my toes hung over the edge and Im only 54! So my husband had to sleep in the second bed so that he could sleep more diagonally since hes 61. The pillows were so lumpy even my 4 year old said she felt like she was sleeping on wood. I tried every pillow out of the 9 in the room and they were all completely lumpy. Also, we requested a crib right when we got to the room, and they said theyd send it right up, but it took about 4 hours to get it and 3 phone calls down to the desk. While sitting on the toilet, we were getting dripped on by the panel in the ceiling. Really hoping it wasnt dripping directly from the toilet above us. The AC wasnt very efficient as it turned on and off every 5 minutes, and we had it set to only 68 degrees. Parking was an extra $15 a day, which I wasnt expecting because Ive never paid for parking at any other hotel near Disneyland. The bathroom next to the breakfast area was filthy. I didnt speak to the manager because honestly with so many negatives I didnt feel like it would do any good.
The rooms are a bit dirty, but very spacious. Location is good for Disney or Convention Center. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is free in the mornings, so that is another big plus. They offer rooms with sleeper couches, so great for families with kids. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
One pro for me about this hotel is that its only like a 20-25 minute walk from the park so that was nice. There are a few cons the bed we had was extremely hard and uncomfortable yet it says on the website pillow mattress beds...the self parking is super tiny although they do have free valet parking, the breakfast was not good I was not expecting top chef food but this was pretty bad. The waffles tasted very weird, there were no eggs besides boiled ones, or any other protein and it was really the least they could do. The thing is they are charging resort fees when this hotel falls very short of even resembling a resort status, from the rooms to the pool which looks very poorly kept. If you are going to charge people extra than atleast give them the decency of a good quality hotel.
I love the size of the rooms. Parking is poor and would be difficult for anyone with a large car. Walk distance to Disneyland is good. Pet friendly is good. Value is good. Breakfast is simple, but good. Cozy and cheap, but it doesnt matter if you are not spending a lot of time in your hotel room.
Guests beware of added security deposit feesnot mentioned in your reservation confirmation even if you deal directly with the company and not third party vendors!!,they will add the fee upon check in and claim is refundable after inspecting property and assess there are no damages?but it takes 3-5 days to reflect on credit card bill?why that long to receive the credit when it took less than 5 minutes to add the surcharge when checkin ?if everyone is assesed such a fee and everyone has to wait that long then it only makes sense this company is just profiting from the collection and retention of temporary depositssince im sure is not just sitting in some drawer.once the room is declared undamaged the claim of holding the deposit should not even exist and neither should the surcharge!!
Our stay at La Quinta was enjoyable and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were fairly clean, and the location was great. Less than 1 mile walk to Disneyland. Hotel has a small pool and hot tub - covered but outdoors. A tiny gym on the top floor, and coin laundry machines. The sink water is pretty gross to drink even with ice from the ice machine, but its the only option aside from expensive vending machine bottled water. Fridge and microwave worked great. Rooms are technically suites, with a bedroom and secondary room separated by a sliding door. The separated rooms were great to have with kids, but the sliding doors are mostly frosted glass and dont really filter out light. Rooms include tons of lamps and drawers for clothes in both rooms.Unfortunately, the back room was always freezing at night and the bedroom overly warm, regardless of the thermostat and which vents we closed, but I dont imagine that most rooms suffer from this issue.
The room was great especially for the price. We were able to quickly check in and the valet was very quick. I did not go to Disneyland, but I would choose this hotel given its location and cost. The room had nice TVs, and the beds were very comfy. The only thing I would complain about is that the breakfast left a little to be desired but was free and still tasty nonetheless.
We had a great stay here. Its within walking distance to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast is great. The rooms are pretty nice. Its a great option for traveling with children. We can put them to bed in the back sitting room area and then stay up in the main bedroom area. The only downside is the divider wall between the two rooms lets a lot of light through, so if your littles are sensitive to light while they sleep, it might be an issue.
Parking lot is a bit tight, & they charge you $12 a day, but their valet guys are nice & because we have a huge car we worry, but theyve always made it work, they park & pull the car up for you, weve never had to walk in their parking garage to find our car.Weve stayed at this location a lot before, its the closest to Disneyland, & they allow dogs.Service is great. I took 1 star away, because each floor has a different benefit, like ice is only on the 3rd floor, laundry is only on the 2nd floor. For ice they should at least have another ice machine in the middle of the floors on each level. Other than that, we dont really use the pool. Breakfast is good, the usual. Its near some restaurants & 7/11 so thats good if youre hungry, the restaurants are with in walking distance.Rooms have always been clean when we check-in. & checking out has always been quick & easy.
Rooms were nice and the staff was wonderful. The reason for taking a start off was (1) the breakfast was really lacking and (2) they never mentioned they offered a shuttle service when we checked in. That would have been great to know instead of walking 20 min with 3 kids to the park. We ended up found out on the second day by chance, but mentioning it to guests at check-in should be standard.
While the location was great, a short 7 min walk from Disneyland, the hotel was below standards. Our room was ok, however there were used condoms in the hallways, water mains breaking in the ceiling and poop in the pool. We called about these not once, but 4 times before any action was taken. On the day we were supposed to check out we got a call at 7a informing us that our card had declined the charge and we needed to come down immediately to remedy it. As my husband got into the shower to get ready to down to chat with them, they sent the cleaning staff to knock repeatedly on the door until I opened it. When she saw I was still in the room, she pulled the door shut without apologizing. We packed up our room and went downstairs to deal with the bill - which upon checking our online banking had went through - the counter informed us that it was their error and that there was nothing wrong. No apology, no anything. While yes it is close, and I did love that about it, I will not be staying here again.
The rooms are real nice. It is beautiful here. The staff is very friendly. The free continental breakfast is great! The parking sucks. The hot water for the shower is luke warm at best. The kids running up and down the halls, yelling and making excessive noise at night between 9 going on well past midnight made me yank the door open to have to do the job that the parents of these kids could not do and ask them for a little common courtesy. I really dont think I will stay here again. The proximity to Disney is awesome and I think that may be the reason everyone forgets that there are other people besides them in the world.
Walls are thin, room keys dont work for the entire stay. We had to get at least 3 new keys. No breakfast as advertised. Poor internet. When we asked for help with our smart TV connecting to the internet we were told to call their 3rd party ourselves to fix the issue.
When I called with questions after booking they were very nice. Parking does cost 12.50 a night. The room was huge with two TVs. Pool was nice. Breakfast was really good. Limited but got us full before Disneyland. Waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, toast, boiled eggs, cereal (fruit loops, Raisin Bran, Cheerios), and muffins OR bagels. OJ, coffee, water, milk. Rooms were clean and updated. Sheets were clean and that’s the most important thing. We were only in our rooms to sleep since we spent all day at Disney but it was wonderful to have a nice big clean room and free breakfast. Also had hair dryer, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Definitely staying here in the future. They offer a bus for fee to Disney but we walked to and from everyday and it was a super easy safe walk. Maybe 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly with all interactions we had. If your in a Disney budget and want to stay somewhere nice and safe, this is the place. We used to stay at a closer spot to Disney double the price for 5 minutes closer, this was way better we thought. Also, the couch in the suite pulled out to a bed. We didn’t use it but thought it would be great for a couple with kids.
Nice rooms with a great location. Access to the parking garage via stair case or elevator was definitely a plus. Included breakfast was great and the food didnt run short the entire time it was provided. The rooms only failed to keep sound in or out. In the hallways to the rooms you could quite clearly hear everyones conversations and in short yours could be heard as well. Inside the rooms wasnt much different. Personally, guests making too much noise isnt a problem for me, I was more concerned with being to noisy for other guests. Slightly difficult to gage, but other then that. Great spot if youre planning on staying near the park.
Nice place to stay, if you cant stay on property at Disneyland. Its walking distance. I can literally see and hear the fireworks outside my window right now. The place is clean and neat. Theres only one elevator, so it gets crammed near check out. The continental breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Youre better off eating at the park.
Clean rooms and all staff were very professional and courteous. Breakfasts were good and they had plenty of seating unlike a few other facilities we have visited. If you are going to Disneyland, this hotel is perfectly located as the ART bus picks up just behind it. For parties of 4 or less, I recommend the busses as parking at Disney is expensive. Staff know the area well and can make great suggestions for places to visit.
Remodeled and done so with parents and families in mind. The suite we got had 3 beds, enough for a family, and a great divider creating two separate rooms. The interiors are nice enough and the beds are clean. The free breakfast is simple but plenty, consisting of waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and hardboiled eggs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was a slight cleaning issue with our room. The front desk made up for it and corrected it. Id recommend completely for a family traveling to Disneyland on a budget.
Thank you to the lovely front desk clerk that saved our trip! We were traveling out of state with 30+ people on a school field trip when our tour bus had engine trouble. She quickly found a wonderful shuttle company that filled in for the weekend. Thank you for all your help. The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast had a good selection.
We had an amazing room. It had two rooms. One with a couch, TV, coffee table, and desk. The other room had a king bed and looked like a normal hotel room. It was close to Disneyland and you can buy all your tickets there. They also have tickets for a shuttle. The staff was extra friendly and when we asked for some directions they printed them for us. They also held our bags so we would not have to carry them around. By far the best hotel experience we had the whole trip. Another plus is its about 2 miles from the angels stadium and bus/train station.
10-15 minutes from Disneyland & DCA. Had an outdoor elevator that I was surprised to see. I felt like anyone could enter the hotel. Rooms were older but updated. Shower must have had previous repairs, but were clean. Breakfast was OK my kids didnt complain. For the price we were ok with it, but not sure if we would ever stay again.
This hotel is alright. The staff is friendly and very polite. Everyone i spoke with was fantastic and accommodating. The two bed rooms were very small. And the smaller bed was hard, not very comfy not at all. The breakfast bar was indeed that. Hard boil eggs, already made mini waffles, coffee, oatmeal, juice, milk cereal, bread, bagels. And thats it. They had fruit punch though that was delicious. I was on the fifth floor. Hotel is not very big. They do have laundry machines. Fitness room. The pool area is laid back and relaxing its an indoor outdoor pool. The couch out there was more comfortable than my bed. But all in all its not a bad place to stay. Its just a little pricey in my opinion.
Spent my first time in this hotel. To start off, the bell guy LEFT when we got our things out. So, we had to take everything up to our room. The room smelled. The bed cover REALLY SMELLED. There was also only one roll of toilet paper halfway gone. I also saw a cockroach walk into my room.. its not too bad, but not too good either. The bed is comfortable and its kind of close to Disneyland. I will actually come here again.
My wife and I stayed here for a few days as we hit up Disneyland. Our experience was great! The hotel staff was so nice and polite. We arrived rather early on the day of check in and intended to do a bag drop, but our hotel room was conveniently ready for us so we were able to check in early. The walk to Disneyland is short and refreshing (takes 10-15 minutes). If you walk along Katella to return at night its well lit and usually has other people for added security. Our room was nice and comfortable and the king size bed was really comfortable which was wonderful after long days walking at Disneyland. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying again on future trips.
It was pretty decent. What youd expect I guess for the price. Pet friendly. Bonus: no pet fee for my 2 dogs! Ive never been anywhere that didnt charge for pets. There are no vending machines, despite what some of the elevators say. Breakfast was great! I would recommend and would stay there again.
We booked due to proximity to Disneyland and price. We were a little upset about the additional $15 dollar fee to park as without reading the reviews you have no idea that is coming. The room itself is nice, comfortable bed, bot impeccably clean, but nothing to write home about. Overall its not bad so a not bad / not great rating.
We have stayed at this La Quinta Location several times over the years, but with the increase prices, mandatory parking fee, and limited breakfast this may have been our last. For me and my family it comes down to the numbers, the hotel is great for families because it has all the 2 room suites, and it is within “walking distance” of Disneyland. However, the walking distance takes our family an average of 15 minutes either way with 4 kids ages 7-14 to get to security/ticket gates. This distance does not seem to justify the mandatory nightly parking fee. I remember staying when there was no parking fee, then they began charging but only for valet parking, now they charge all parking. The rooms have been updated since our first stay here, the beds are still not the most comfortable, and the bathrooms only received new flooring and paint. The tub/shower, and toilets still show their age, and almost every bathroom we have tried has a slow draining tub.Breakfast is included, but seems to get more and more limited each year. Also the room rates seem to continually go up, now I have to constantly check, and reschedule to try and get best deal. This is just my honest opinion as a Gold member and return visitor of this location. In the past we have been able to overlook the flaws, because of price and location. But with the rising prices, the addition of the parking fee, and limited breakfast, we will now look farther away for these same or better amenities, and plan on paying for parking at the park.
Pros: Easy to find, Friendly staff and great customer service! Prices good.Cons: Room on the second floor had a very unpleasant smell. Laundry section is small and the machines were not clean. (I dont normally use public laundry but it was needed on this trip) breakfast was mediocre, not a typical La Quinta breakfast bar.
Decent for the price we payed when we stayed and convenient for our pets with they free pet stays they have. Parking was a cluster mess with little to barely any parking. Didnt try the breakfast but it seemed to be the same average breakfast they have at all The Quintas. With convenient access to Disney Land. They had a bus that picked you up and dropped you off with only a $5 fee for each person. Overall decent.
Rooms are fine and reasonably clean. The location could be a bit too far a walk for some people, but not too bad. The hallways are just too narrow, as you often cannot walk past the housekeeping carts. Elevator takes forever, so ask for a room on the 2nd floor so you can take the stairs instead. The breakfast is not on par with other similarly priced hotels, very limited in selection, and quality is not sufficient. Hard boiled eggs as the only protein option for breakfast is not great, would love some scrambled, and some wider variety for breakfast items. There is enough seating in the breakfast area, which is great. The air conditioning in the room really should be cooler, but thats a common complaint. The service was okay, but the valet might want to be a little less overbearing. If we say we dont need help, were good and you can leave us alone!
I spent $150 a night on a king suite for my honeymoon. For a “King suite” the only nice thing about the room was the bed. The bathroom was super tiny (same size as a small powder room) and the tub and the toilet were super small. The Tub barely fit me so I could take a shower and I am a an average sized dude. (“5’8” / 190 lbs) When my wife was trying to take a bath, her feet were up above the faucet because the tub was so small. The toilets feel like they were designed for Children. The sink wasn’t even in the bathroom, but right next to the entry way.The room also had a joining room to it? You think for a king suite they wouldn’t have this but they Did!The TV only had about 30 Channels and the mini fridge didn’t have a mini freezer with it so you can’t freeze anything and the icecream melted. The breakfast was a little sad. They only had super bland cereals (raisin brand, Cheerios, and fruit loops) and very little if not no toppings for the oatmeal. They had Bananas, Apples and Oranges. They had very bland and dry muffins, bread, bagels and they never had any juice even when you woke up early. They put the yogurt in a big plastic Tub out in the open instead of using smaller separate containers and putting them in a little fridge. The hotel didn’t seem like they cared about the health of their customers during breakfast. The hotel just seemed a little run down for what I was paying for the room.As for the bill. The hotel over complicate it beyond comprehension. They charge a “tourist Enhancement fee” and charge like $75 to park a car in their parking lot for four days. If you can’t find room in the parking lot then they charge you an additional like $15 a day for Valet Parking. After the second day my door key stopped working for some reason and whenever I tried to get a new one, no one was at the front desk. They said they had Vending machines on every floor but I went to every floor to find them and I couldn’t find them.Overall, it was definitely not worth the price I paid for the room. I didn’t have a good stay. You think for that kind of money, you would have a decent size bathroom and a better breakfast.
Hotel is in a great location. Parking is terrible and $15 a day. Valets are quick and courteous, but they used the self parking to park cars multiple times. This forces others to use valet when self parking fills up quickly. Rooms were okay. Pool is small.Breakfast has only cold egg for protein. The rest is carbs. They make the waffles and put them in a pan for you. Eating area is tight.
I stay at la quinta almost exclusively when I travel. I have had many great experiences with this hotel chain, however this is not one of them. This hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the gate of Disneyland which was nice. I found that the distance was not bad. The hotel lobby is nice and the employees seem to be nice and helpful. My stay was for 5 days, with five people, two adults and three children. Unfortunately the building is old and the upgrades are just paint over old paint. The walls are cracking in areas, and the air conditioner is not adequate for the building. Our room was set on 65, but the room never got below 73-74 degrees. The halls are not air conditioned at all. It has the feel of a Motel rather than a Hotel. They have laundry machines on Level 2 which is nice for the people staying for weeks at a time. However they caught fire while we were there. Instead of pulling a fire alarm they killed the power to the laundry and placed box fans in the hall ways to remove the smoke. It didnt get rid of the smell of burnt materials though. The beds were very comfortable, but the couches and chairs were fairly horrible. The walls were thin and we had a family of at least 8 above us. Every day we had to call to get the hotel staff to ask our upstairs neighbors not to jump on the bed or run from room to room. There were a couple good qualities about the hotel, but next time we go to Disney we will definitely spring for a more expensive hotel. You get less than you pay for at this one.
Stayed for two nights over the weekend, and was not impressed at all. Two different occasions called the front desk for extra towels and BOTH times the towels never came. Could never seem to find Valet to get the car. The breakfast was awful and the breakfast room was very messy. The rooms however, were clean and very comforting. The experience, not so much! Better luck next time
The hotel is sort of old but is walking distance of the Garden Walk. The valet guys didnt help you gather your belongings but only give you a dolly to do it yourself. Costs $9 plus tax for self parking. The 2 bedroom suite itself is decent. Has a mini fridge, microwave, iron, blow dryer, but overall minimal amenities. Complimentary breakfast but didnt wake up early enough to check it out.
Its a different kind of hotel, the reception is at the corner and has a little snack store there, outside is the elevator, you need to put your room card to operate so dont forget it. There is a fitness room at the 5th floor, if youre fitness ask the 5th floor room. The pool is near the parking garage at the first floor but its indoor. We were 4 people and our chihuahua, they gave us a nice room like a suite. The area is quite and you can walk and find some restaurants and Disney near there. I would like they have a restaurant or cafe at the same hotel but still is recommended.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had in my life! I spoke with Jessica and her manager Stephanie P and Im not sure how they are in the hotel business because they dont know how to treat customers. The hotel is dirty and the staff is hard to deal with. We showed up and the hotel is not like it was described and when we tried to cancel two out of three nights all we got from them is attitude and the no cancelations rhetoric. They have made this family vacation into a nightmare!!
Hotel is good. Beds are clean and comfy. Rooms are very large, and the extra suite is very nice. I think the breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade, for example itd be great to get scrambled eggs. This place can be a 4 star if we were provided quality shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
This is my second time staying here. We got a suite this time around with 2 full beds and 1 king bed. The sofa also pulls out into a bed but its really loud and uncomfortable. The rooms are clean and sized well and there is plenty of closet space. The two bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I noticed less noise than our last stay. Ill definitely be returning, especially because pets stay free.
About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Decent hotel rooms. Stayed in a room with two double beds and a fold out bed. Would have been nice to have two queens like other hotels. It was weird that the sink was outside of the bathroom and right next to the front door of the room. Theres parking but you have to pay per night. Theres also a pool but its close to the parking garage. Saw it but didnt take a dip. Finally, daily breakfast comes with the stay but its very limited. Premade mini waffles, fruits, yogurt, bread/bagels, oatmeal, and cereal.
Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. The housekeeping staff was unreliable, and our room was cleaned only sporadically at best. The first night we arrived we were given a room, and upon entry found that it was not at all what we had booked. When my husband approached the front desk he was told that they were aware it didnt have the correct beds (we were given 2 doubles when we had paid for two kings and a couch), but the hotel had been overbooked and there was nothing they could do. Throughout the entirety of our stay there was only one operable elevator, and it appeared the other had been broken for quite some time. Then the only remaining elevator broke and we had to cart our stroller, coolers, two kids, and other miscellaneous paraphernalia up four flights of stairs. I was 5 months pregnant during our stay, and this was less than convenient. None of the hotel staff was apologetic or even seemed to care that seemingly standard services were unreliable or unavailable. Next time well choose a hotel that at least offers everything they claim to.
We stayed here for almost a week, it wasnt horrible, but it wasnt great either. My first bad experience was with the cleaning staff. Not only did they not remove all trash in the room (even though we nicely placed it all by the entrance to the room) but we were left to have two shampoos for the entirety of our 4 night stay. On top of that free coffee is offered with the room, when we got there we found a single cup brewer with two packets to make two cups. This also was not replenished until we called the front desk. We asked for extra packets but never received them. Also asked for shampoo, ended up buying it from a nearby CVS.When I saw a roach crawling through the room I knew I would never stay there again, even with my rather significant company discount. The price was great and while the room was a little snug, it did fit my family of 7.Rated the two stars because of the price and they could accommodate us on VERY short notice.
Horrible service, they didnt clean our room, we asked for extra towels and pillows and they give us dirty pillows. We drove 7 hours to Disneyland with our 11 months baby, and they said we had to pay for an extra day or wait 3 hours to do an early check in at 3:45 amWe had two days reservation, and I called them days before our trip and asked them can we do an early check in we will be driving at night and be there early. They said yes.Tired for driving with a baby in the car, no one will like to wait 3 hours in the car to do an early check in.We said ok, lets pay. They over charge me $167 for 2:30 hours early check in, they didnt clean our room, dirty pillows, dirty sheets, no one help us with our stuff. They gave us a room in the fifth floor, and the next day at 8:15 am the construction guys started to work!!!Really? We couldnt sleep, ohhh and on top of that some other guests were smoking marijuana, in a non smoking area.Find another hotel if you really want to enjoy your vacations.Family and time off from work are precious, there is other hotels around Disneyland with better quality and about the same $$$$$We asked for the manager in charge, and they said is not here, and wont be here until Tuesday laughing!!!!We are members of la Quinta since 2010 and we wont stay in these hotels anymore, after what we pay and for the horrible service we had.Such a bad experience!!!
Room is nice, but I was taken back when I found out that they charge their paying costumers $15 a night to park at the hotel that you have paid to stay at. Talk about taking advantage of your clients. So just be aware of that before you book here, besides that you are conveniently located near disneyland.
My family and I had reservations to stay for a week In A family suite. We were prepared to pay a good chunk of money for a nice hotel. First room they put us in had something brown on the sheets and floor was not vacuumed also, pee behind the toilet. Second room had pubes and skin remnants in the bed and also pee behind toilet and stuff all over the floor including garbage. Third room I only went as far as the bathroom where I found blood in the sink, and diarrhea on the toilet seat. We left and got a full refund. All 3 rooms were terrible and I wasn’t going to try for a fourth. Also, why can’t i upload pics?
This hotel was ok honestly as I didn’t really stay long I don’t think it was great either. The location was perfect as Disney land was only a 15 min walk & a couple of restaurants were also nearby. The staff were friendly & very informative. The downside is the parking lot which was pretty tight squeeze with all the other cars there & the pool was tiny .. if you can look past those things it’s a decent hotel for a few nights.
Stayed at many laquinta hotels due to pets staying free and I can honestly say this is the worst.(Negatives)ROOM: When we got to the room there was toilet paper wadded up in the toilet, multiple outlets didnt work, pull out couch bed had the worst box springs that barely supported a 40lb child comfortably, and the water pressure is terrible.FACILITY: Back stairs taped off and back elevator worked intermittently with heavy rattling and noises as it went down. All the hallways were full of cleaning carts that kept blocking passage and our room with no cleaning person in sight. The parking is horrifying and an additional $15 a day. There is a garage for self parking and valet. We woke up on the day of checkout with multiple cars parked blocking other cars including ours. Breakfast was continental and ok. Anyone who stays at laquinta knows about the waffle maker and that is not offered here. Only small pre done waffles.LOCATION: About a 25 minute walk to Disney, alot of homeless and drug addicts nearby, construction accross the street, not many places to let your dogs out.(Positives)ROOM: Separate room with sliding French door which was nice for the 1 king bed option.LOCATION: Accross the street from cheesecake factory and the garden walk with shops and resturaunts.Overall I will not repeat for sure. There are plenty of better options nearby and alot closer to Disney. Worth paying any extra pet fees. Motels and inns near Disney looked much better than this place.
Rooms aren’t bad , but we had a problem with our reservations and their customer service was horrible. We talked to 3 different hotel personnel and management and none Where able to help with the simplest issues . We were repeat customers to this facility and will not be returning. I highly recommend you look elsewhere to spend you hard earned dollar.Another think I thought was odd ( but did not mention to front desk) was the parking fee . We arrived from out of state sat night late and left early Tuesday morning and charged $45 for parking , which may be the normal in Anaheim. I don’t remember being changed in the past for parking..
Overall, a good/ok stay. Location is great so you can walk to Disneyland, garden walk., as well as many restaurants around. Also, a 20 min walk to Anaheim convention center. And its a pet friendly hotel with no extra fees. The downside is that the breakfast room is in the same hallway where the guest rooms are located. People walk and talk loud while going to have breakfast and will wake you up in the morning.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to its proximity to Disney. We were able to easily Uber ($6-8) or walk (15-20 min) to the parks. The hot tub and pool are both closed, which is unfortunate after a long day of walking. The breakfast area is small and selection is limited. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear anyone in the hallway or above you all through the night. You are required to pay $12/day in parking for their attached garage. There is only one elevator, and it is slow. In my opinion, you are better off paying more and staying at one of the many other hotels on the same block.
FLEAS!! In not one but two rooms we booked! And when we complained we got “well we are a pet friendly hotel”. THAT WAS A HEALTH HAZARD. THEY NEED AN EXTERMINATOR.We did end up getting two new rooms but no apology or concern. They swept it under the rug and just gave us new rooms. My boyfriend requested to speak to the manager, hoping making the problem known to a manager would get the health hazard taken care of or at least raise more concern. But no. The manager ignored all attempts at contacting him for the 2 days we were there.Disappointing all around. Don’t take your family or dogs here.
Their staff is very welcoming and helpful. We booked a room for the weekend of our daughters 5th bday to take her to Disneyland. In the special notes I asked if they could just leave a small note for my daughter saying happy bday. They went above and beyond and the excitement my daughter had on her face was more than I could of asked for. She felt so special, they put a pink stream and happy bday banner along with a beautifully written card. We appreciate that so much and will definitely be back here on our next visit.
This is going to be long, but dont even think about booking a room before reading this!1) SLOW ELEVATOR ,,, it took around 5 minutes to get an elevator so we had to walk in the stairs that smelt like weed.2) this hotel has some terribly rude workers. the manager herself is very accusatory and just plain out rude.3) my sisters girlfriends airpods went missing, and judging by some yelp reviews, i dont think it was her fault.4) if youre coming for the breakfast, dont. its small and they only have soggy waffles, fruit, bagels, and cardboard cereal5) the pool was alright, until our last day and there was a legitimate piece of poop in the pool6) my mother went to the laundry room and there was a lady washing her clothes because there was bedbugs in her room,,, her daughter had to go to the hospital7) we kept having to get room keys because none of them worked.so overall, dont come here. there are way better places in Anaheim that are far cleaner, far more friendly, and much better for your wallet.
Stayed here for VidCon in 2016. Its about a 12 to 15 min walk to the Anaheim convention center and maybe 20 to DisneyLand if you dont buy the bus pass $5/day. I allowed my kids ages 16 and 13 to walk to and from there in the morning and back for dinner. After 8pm though I did pick them up, but many other kids were walking safely along the sidewalks (which I felt were very well lit and safe). The Hotel itself was very good as well. The pool is nothing special and not a place to lay out in the sun (maybe thats a good thing for you??) as it is completely covered. There is not a lot of self parking but the valet service is free and they are very quick to get your car. (Less than a couple minutes usually). We did find a small nail coming up from the carpeting. I alerted the cleaning staff about it. I then went to the front desk to get my room key reset (dont keep the key next to your credit card nor phone) I mentioned the nail issue to them and they already knew about it. When I went back up to the room to get something Id forgotten, maintenance was already fixing the nail issue. This was all taken care of in about 8 minutes.... Very impressive to me. The rooms have also been redone and look very nice. There were 5 of us and my 13 year old loved the pull out trundle bed. The breakfast is average (no scrambled eggs or bacon as many other places have) but the waffles are decent and they have fresh fruit and pretty good coffee. The staff was very friendly in all places (valet, front desk, cleaning, and maintenance.)
The bathrooms were tiny and I felt like I ws going to fall through the floor in the shower. The top of the shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The pool was closed and the sent us to another pool telling us it closed at 10. It closed at 8.The staff was good helped with requests. There Breakfast was a joke no selection. For the price not a bad hotel. Prob wouldnt stay here again.
Overall, I think it is a decent place to stay close to Disneyland. Our first few choices were booked full. Option for valet to park your car. You can purchase tickets at the desk for the shuttle. Has a few stops on the way... 10 to 15min ride cause of the lights. Decent breakfast. Cereal. Assorted Yogurt mini waffles.
Location is within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies and more importantly Disney itself. Unfortunately my family stayed on the 5th floor which was very noisy throughout the night keeping us up... Part of my family had to move rooms at 3am. If possible avoid the top floor. The rooms themselves are lovely and well maintained.
SO loud. Our first stay here. We read other reviews about the thin walls but wanted to give it a try because their rates were reasonable. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. It would seem that your neighbors are actually in your room, it’s that noisy. It sounded like the people above were dropping bowling balls. To be fair this was made more frustrating by the fact that neither housekeeping nor other hotel guests observed a quieter voice even late at night or early morning. There was constant chatter or yelling in hallways. The room itself was comfortable; we had no problem with the bed. Our room did need to have spraying faucet fixed as well as a slider door that appeared off its track. It was very hard to open and close. Besides the noise the other big problem was all hot water went out the second day of our stay. It did get fixed by evening but we did have to endure a very cold shower before they had it running again. No apologies from staff for this. Parking is limited. Spaces are somewhat narrow but if I can maneuver it, anyone can. Walk to park is about 20 min door to door. Pool was still closed the duration of our visit. We only had the breakfast once, it’s limited but what I expected.
The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious with interior corridoors. Breakfast was not full of variety, as the main options were waffles with hard boiled eggs or cereal. The walls are SUPER thin, but if all you need is a place to crash, this is perfect since the streets stay relatively quiet.
We had a two bed suite with a couch. The room itself was fine and the bed was confortable.Walls are very thin. Hallways and elevator are not air conditioned or they do not turn on the air so they were always hot. We had to pay for parking and you could self park or valet. The top floor was full so we parked on the bottom, we were told we had to move it and have valet park it back there. They had plenty of parking they wanted only valet to use. This was frustrating when we were tired and just wanted to park and not argue and worry about paying and tipping more money for their shortage. Breakfast was very limited. So much that we didnt bother eating one day and bought other food to add to it another day. I have stayed at many hotels in the Anaheim area and this is by far the worst breakfast. I would look to stay somewhere else next time. Disappointed because I really like La Quinta Hotels.
My stay can be summarized in this: while we were lying down we saw how cockroaches were walking along the wall, and I also hurt a leg because one of the mattress springs was out. I thought the room was clean until I got the cockroaches, the truth, all this was quite unpleasant. At the time of checkout I commented to an employee and he told me that if I wanted to tell someone from the hotel, I thought he was someone from the hotel. I know that the price is not the best, but I did not expect a breakfast with so few options. Never again in my life will I stay again.
I stayed in this hotel with my wife, two kids and mother and father in laws. Our stay was from Wednesday to Sunday.Room qualityFirst room AC leaked and refrigerator did not work. After being harrassed by guess next to us because AC was serviced at 9pm and that woke up our 8 month year old who cried. We asked to move rooms to avoid this old woman who choose a hotel next to Disneyland to recover. The new room was slightly better, the AC did not leak but it did not maintain temperature. I set it to 65 and the room never reached a comfortable temperature, just to note I keep my termsistat at home at 78 and I find it comfortable. The temp outside was nice and if I had a window fan and a window that opened the room temp would have been better. The beds and pillows could have been better but they served their perpose.FoodI have stayed in many La Quinta hotels and did not expect much for their continental breakfast. Usually there is at least one thing that is good. The waffles were very dry, the hard boiled eggs were like rubber, the cereal I did not try. The Bread was hard as a rock. The one day they had beagles was nice. The coffee tasted like water. The juice was either watered down or over concentrated. The water may have ran though a filter but the in no way would I call it drinking water. It was slightly brown and smelled fishy. I think the water from the sink was better. The tables were clean but I think that was more a result of not many guess eating the breakfast at the time I was there.Guest servicesThe front desk personnel were hit or miss: rude, stupid, or just did not care. Maintenance personnel arrived quick after calling. The maintenance person was friendly and quick to try and fix each issue. We called 3 time, once for the fridge, once for AC, and for a stopped up toilet. The front desk and maid service had to argue who should get us pillows for the pull out couch, and extra towels. But that was more of a room design issue, room for 6 with only 4 towels and no pillows for the sleeper couch. The front desk arranged a cab for us that should have been at the hotel at 7am. When it was not there the front desk said I called them in an annoyed tone. When the cab showed up 7:20 and was a car for 4, we asked where is the van as we requested because we are a party of 6. The response was that was not requested and we ended up cramming into this small cab. Not sure if this was a mistake of the front desk or the cab company but I would bet it was the front desk if I was a betting man.I would not recommend this hotel. I do not plan on staying here again.
Parking was a nightmare, at least the valet was somewhat affordable. They kept skipping our room for cleaning several nights! Breakfast was the bare minimum, not enough proteins to start the day. The staff are being overworked, they tried their best. Which was appreciated.
Worst mannered manager, a belligerent and ignorant man to converse with . I needed to use laundry , he said theres plenty around here, go find one and through money at me he pulled from his wallet, all because I tried to have a discreet conversation about bathroom had overflowed by previous tenants and feces enriched toilet water was coming up out of the wood flooring in bathroom, and contaminated much of my clothing, Im disabled was put there by my functional restoration program , hall acted threatening 5o me when asked me to speak with him outside. My taxi arrived I left with out a word, yellow taxi company is the best call ask for Steve helpful on time friendly 2 times a day for six weeks.
Great value- Yes the rooms are small, and the fold-out was horrible, but the price is great. I was blown away that I was able to get a 2-room suite for 4 people, with cont. breakfast and covered parking for less than $100 a day after all the taxes. Seriously, if you expect more for the price, youre being unrealistic. The people were extremely nice. The cont. breakfast included fresh mini-waffles.covered pool area.15-minute walk to Disneyland.free wi-fi worked fine.TVs were nice.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, even if the prices were jacked up on pretty much everything Ill guess due to its proximity to Disneyland. The room was very, very nice. Its in a good location within walking distance of a lot of attractions including Disneyland itself. However, the free continental breakfast service was terrible.
Much nicer than I expected! The rooms were clean, and had a very delicate decor. Our room had two rooms, both with TVs. One room had the bed, and the other had a couch with a hideabed. The water is hard, which is a nice feature. Other Anaheim hotels soften their water and leave you feeling slimey all da after a shower, but the water here was great. 10 minutes walking to Disneyland main gate.
Recently stayed here on our trip to Disneyland. While I found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly, there were a few things that dampened our satisfaction with this hotel. We booked the room through Hotwire for two adults and two kids. We were given a room with a King sized bed (comfortable) and a pull out sofa (not so comfortable). Five nights is a long time to be sleeping on a sofa bed. Other than that the room was comfortable with a mini-fridge and a microwave. The housekeepers were excellent. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The biggest issue I have is that the listing on Hotwire, and here on Google, as well as other places clearly list free parking. This is a SCAM and a lie. They charge $9/day plus tax for parking!! Secondly it says there is a shuttle for Disneyland, and when I called they confirmed there is a shuttle. What they didnt bother to mention until we got there is the shuttle is through a third party and costs $5/person/day. These are important things to know when budgeting for your vacation. It is only about a 10-15min walk, but that is tough on kids after spending a whole day walking around Disneyland. Things to take into consideration when booking your stay.
This place, Inn is Great. As we drove in, We were greeted with GREAT ATTENTION FROM THE VALET!!! On the PM on the 7th of June, Sorry I am uncertain of your name, BUT THANKS SO MUCH, YOU ARE AMAZING AND WE ARE GRATEFUL!!! BLESSINGS IN GODSPEED 💞 😇🙏 💚Great location, rooms are AWESOME, price is good. Breakfast included. Not 100% hot, but still GREAT!!!YOU ALL ARE STELLAR employees and I believe Great CARING, loving People!!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR ATTENTION! BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL 🤩🙏
If it was just for the room would give more stars. Man on night duty needs to learn customer service skills. Made a huge fuss about giving me a cup of hot water for my tea (there is no coffee or tea in room). Kept banging on that management are doing an audit but he will do it this once!. Took him all of 5 seconds to fill my cup with hot water. Note to hotel : you have a coffee urn in reception. How hard is it to add another urn of hot water for people who drink tea? Also think about providing tea bags for your international guests! Also this hotel took A$103 out of my bank account saying it was for any extras. We did not purchase any extras! You are NOT supposed to deduct money from peoples account unless there is something they did not pay for! Phoned the manager and she said I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back! Will not stay there again.
It was a nice stay but their was to much noise from the construction a cross the street. So I couldnt sleep and I found hair in my shower. The air conditioning kept turning on and off and the auto wasnt on. You had to pay for parking I didnt like that. So me and my family want be coming back to stay there again.
Horrible Hotel, Nothing like the Pictures. The Staff was not Friendly and Careless when presented the concerns. I will never stay there again. They park your car for you and while being there they crashed one vehicle of a guest. It Smells horrible and Beds were not Comfortable at all.
Oh La Quinta...how great were you! The 2 bed with suite room were perfect for us. They fit our family perfectly for our trip to Disneyland. Just a little over half a mile from hotel room to Disneys front door. Good breakfast. And when my car battery died Miguel and Julian, staff members came through with jumper cables and another car to help get us on our way as we were checking out. Thanks again.
The hotel rooms were nice up until we realized there were fleas in the room !!! I’m a huge dog fan and am all for having pets go on vacation with me but I’m glad my dog was not with me this time, poor thing would have gotten infested with fleas!! We did inform the workers at the lobby and were moved rooms but the room we were staying in was for 7 people and we got moved into a way smaller room so some of us had to sleep on the floor and as if that wasn’t bad enough the milk in the breakfast room was rotten !! For the inconvenience of the flees and moving us rooms they did give us free parking ($30 back) and $50 back from the room. I personally think it should have been more or at least an extra night there. I would honestly recommend you check your rooms before staying there !!
This is our first stay with La Quinta Inn and I must say we are more than satisfied with our stay .The main reason I am rating it 5 stars is the employees and to mention one by name because she went above and beyond to resolve a concern we had during our stay , Miss Tyesia at the front desk is the reason we will stay at La Quinta inn next time we are in town, if during your stay here you have a concern ,go down and see her and she will treat you like family. The room was good size, two queen beds and a pullout couch , we are a family of six , we were comfortable with the sleeping arrangement. The price is very competitive for the area , and the location is within walking distance to Disneyland.I recommend you give these guys a try , I am sure you will not be disappointed. For the record, La Quinta inn offers Military Discount.
My family of 16 rented rooms at this location last year, prices were reasonable, customer service was always excellent, super close to everything, the shuttle to Disneyland was super convenient! The rooms were very well taken care of and super clean and breakfast was great! Looking forward to coming back again this year!
The housekeepers will knock on your door at 8-9 am each morning to clean room and they don’t give a no disturb sign. Talk about a non existent peaceful stay. Parking is an issue their garage is tiny and they charge you $12/night to park and don’t say anything above this charge until you check in. The breakfast is very very basic, don’t expect cooked eggs and bacon, I will be looking for a different hotel next time for these reasons.

2022-01-18Great service & conveniently located! A group of 6 of us took a long weekend in Anaheim and stayed here. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Hotel is located perfectly for Disney & Universal Studios. Lots of restaurants close by in walking distance. Would stay here again easily!

2022-05-17Our stay was decent. We were really only there to sleep as it is about a 25 min walk to the parks. The beds were decent, bathroom small and outdated. Our AC unit did NOT work the first night and it was SUPER hot in our room. Talked to a gentleman at the front and they had no rooms to move us to for that night, but he promised to have maintenance in our room the next day to try and fix it. They brought us up a couple of box fans and we opened the windows to cool the room off. Thankfully the next day they did fix our AC and left the fans with us.

2022-06-15Worst! Hotel! Experienced! Ever!I NEVER stay at LaQuinta but I decided to give it a chance since some friends I was traveling with did and I like the apartment rooms. I have never been at a hotel with so much freaking noise! All 4 walls are paper thin! We heard upstairs and neighbors banging and yelling literally all night! The hotel does NOT enforce the quiet hours, instead they contribute to it banging on doors at midnight to warn people of a tow…avoidable with signs.Cleanliness needs improvement!! There was hair in our bed/towels. Not enough towels ready for my party size….& no outlets near bed!NEVER AGAIN will I downgrade from a Hilton again! DEFINITELY not worth $100+!!

2022-04-16I am very impressed with the size of the suite AND that it has 2 bathrooms as well as a sitting room. The website did not give an accurate description of the room at all. What I am NOT impressed with is the cleanliness. The carpets, chair, and couch are absolutely horrible. If they cannot be scrubbed clean they should be replaced. The mattresses on the double bed is warn out and indented. The mattress on the couch bed has springs poking through - had to sleep on the couch cushions instead. The hallway carpets are stained and gross. The I had to pay for parking, that was not mentioned in the reservation. Overall, not happy would NOT recommend.

2022-02-03I wish I checked these reviews before I booked. I booked one night using the Wyndham website--paid for it and checked in last night--this morning we hit Disneyland and it was quiet so I decided to extend two more days. I called the front desk and Stephanie informed me that I must physically return to the motel to extend -before noon--or I wouldnt have a room at all. I wasnt about to leave my family at the park so I called the Wyndham line and extended my existing reservation-confirmed then called lobby again as a courtesy so theyd know we werent leaving and no need to clean etc--Stephanie advised that the only reservation we will recognize here and honor--like I told you earlier--is in person-before noon today. Customer care is a joke- they did nothing--Im pulling our reservations for our teams and clients for the next year--I had no idea Wyndham was so unaccountable

2022-04-03This used to be a great place for families. I grew up coming here and referred many families because my family and I always had a great experience. This weekend was my first time coming back since 2019, and I am so disappointed and sad at how much this place has deteriorated. The hotel is full of grime, smells like marijuana, and cleaning is terrible. There is no housekeeping during your stay, and if you need clean towels you have to go downstairs to the front desk, request them, and then wait for someone to drop them off to your room. I think it would be much easier to let people call in the request but 🤷🏻♀️. The great breakfast they used to offer, is no longer available. They advertise “free breakfast” but they don’t serve breakfast. They gave us a paper bag with a muffin and two granola bags as “breakfast”. After checking in, I arrived to my room to find the carpet full of crumbs, the microwave was dirty in the inside, the trash can in the bathroom full of garbage, and toilet seat with pee on it. They moved me to another room which was just a bit better but the carpet is disgusting and I had to buy my own supplies to clean the bathroom. I do want to mention that the front desk staff that helped me when I checked in were very nice and helpful.

2022-01-20The pull-out couch was old and very noisy. The beds were too soft/old.The bathroom had no ventilation and the door was squeaky. We asked the front desk to fix it as it was abnormally loud. They said they would in the morning. They never did. They did not clean, take dirty towels or trash in four days.Breakfast was a stale muffin, granola bars, and a Capri Sun. It was the worst complimentary breakfast I have ever had.We stayed for 4 nights and would not stay again.

2022-04-12Very close to Disneyland! However they charge you $20/day for parking because its close to Disneyland yet you still obviously are paying for parking at Disneyland too. They dont tell you this when you make your reservation, they quietly tack it on as you pay and then say they sent you an email about it... The rooms are good size and accommodate 3 couples or 3 singles well. The bathroom has rot that was being covered up by newer moldings. A vent near the door leaked badly the first night and then here and there the last two nights. They also didnt have the free breakfast for our safety but the pool were open.. All in all its a 2 star hotel for a 3 star price. Wouldnt stay here again.

2022-06-15Great space for a family, good location, but its in disrepair and they dont seem to care. Pool, & washers do not work and nobody fixing. Light dim in bathroom, musty no ventilation. Good to have free breakfast but too many guests too few working waffle makers. Some mattresses hard some soft. Wifi went out sometimes.
