This is my permanent nail salon; I did not know how messed up previous nail salons were till I tried La Belle. This location is 5 minutes from home and has a couple other locations. Two of my nails fell off and all the remaining nails needed to be filled in just two weeks at the last salon. The manicurist said it would be 4-5 weeks weeks before I will need a fill. One customer has been coming here for 15 years. My nails are so pretty and straight; my nail beds curve upward; however, Trina, glued nail downward and now they are amazing! Choose Chrome design and it has a rainbow color that absolutely sparkles in the sunshine. The price was $10 cheaper than the previous salon. However, I would gladly pay up to $60. I feel Quality is worth paying a I would highly reccommend this salon!!!!

Started of wonderfully as I am recently engaged and wanted to get my nails done to show off my ring. After I requested a Ombre, they initiated the process with an air brush process which left white paint all over my cuticles and looked horrible. In addition, I requested an eyebrow wax and requested she apply powder to my eyelids as I have very sensitive skin and the technician indicated it would be fine as they didnt have any and end result left with a bloody eyelid due to the wax tearing my skin. To top all of this off, I felt rushed as though they were wanting to close. I would not recommend this place to anyone an sadly, I still need to go get my nails done.

First this place does NOT DO HAIR EXTENSIONS. The technicians here are very unskilled they need to perfect a craft the only thing they can do is basic design. I do not recommend this place at all there’s no creativity there’s no nothing. This place has no prices listed at all everything is based off the top of their head the prices could be anything and they are just adding on and adding on. They do not tell you if you need to book in advance for special things an hour or two appointment. The special things that they do not know how to do. You will just end up settling for something that you do not want to still have to pay for. I’ve never had a nail tech tell me that they’ve been in this business for 30 years but cannot do the style that I want. The nail techs are lazy and in care nothing about they are craft or pleasing the customer the only thing they’re worried about is collecting that dollar. They so lazy they turn people away. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to come here. I won’t ever bring no business or my business back. If I could give no stars I would !!!!!

Let me start by saying they are not following the COVID-19 guidelines. Not cleaning the equipments whatsoever. Second to make it even more worse they aren’t wiping down there work station or chairs. The lady did my nails had so much dust on her desk and not to mention she was sipping her coffee while doing my nails which is spreading germs even more than it will. Very unprofessional and rude and took 3 over 5 minutes breaks while doing my nails. The buffer was way overused and instead of switching it she kept on using it from the corners. I did call the health inspector to get this place checked. Never in my life I’ve visited a nail salon this dirty. Keep yourself away from this place. Cleanliness matters as much as quality and the quality of the nails wasn’t bad.Yvonne is the one who did my nails.
Ive been coming here for 8+ years. All of their technicians are so talented and great at what they do. The products they use here are really top/high-quality. My gel manicures & pedicures always look great and last long. Ive been sending my friends here for years!
I came in for a Pedicure - I called the day before and booked an appointment. I have heard good things from my coworkers about La Belle Nails as I work across the street. I had a fantastic experience here, they seem to always be very busy (which is a good sign for me) but they really do take the time to care for each customer, which I appreciated!I will 100% be coming back here again and all I got this time was a Pedicure.My Signature Package cost $45.00 and came with the works!

The nail technician who did my pedicure was very friendly and she did a great job! My toes looked amazing when I was done. Their spa treatment pedicure was really relaxing. I loved the wax dip on my feet. They felt soft and silky for days after. All of the ladies in the salon were great.
Annie did my nails she was the best! The environment is upbeat, fun, and relaxing. All the ladies take pride in their work. They do nail art reasonably priced color powders and all kinds of good stuff! I recommend making an appointment they are busy but so worth it!
I love getting my nails done in a clean environment. Annie & her staff are true nail art professionals at their craft. She really sets the bar high for other nail salons. I leave her salon everytime with a great vote of confidence ! Thats why she has many repeat customers. Now that says a lot, dont you think?
Went here for the first time and loved it! Will definitely be going back!Redoing my positive review.The owner of this place is rude and doesn’t appear to like her customers very much. I heard her on the phone with a potential client who sounded like it was for a wedding party. After the phone call, the owner, in front of everyone in this tiny shop, proceeded to bad mouth the woman who had been on the phone. Not a way to behave when your business is totally reliant in the public! The woman who started doing my nails, cut me so badly that she had to superglue my finger back together, then she didn’t get rid of the file she was using when she cut me! Luckily for whoever came after me that I don’t have any transferable illness! SO UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE!! Never again!!!!
Excellent service everyone was so nice and made me feel welcomed. Just got my eyebrows waxed and in five minutes she was done. They were perfect will be making a nail appointment very soon!
I liked their service. However, if you ever want your nails off good luck waiting for them to grow out slowly, cutting them off cause their no consumer product (nail polish ) remover that will work. Therefore, have them do it. Im concerned about their products their using, may not be very safe for your nails.
If I could do 0 stars I would. I could see that this place was very popular but my experience was horrible. I came in to get an acrylic set with a rhinestone design which I told the owner over the phone was what I wanted but when I got there the 1st thing she said to the design I showed her was oh hell no. I told them I wasnt set on any one design just whatever they would be able to do. The owner showed the manicurist what I wanted done and they began to argue very obviously about the price to charge me. The manicurists was saying it shouldnt be that much but the owner was insisting on charging a large amount which they did. The argument was in their language but at the end the owner made sure to tell the manicurist in english in front of a bunch of people Remember who signs the paychecks. She ended up charging me nearly a $100 for 1 acrylic set with about 6 rhinestones on each finger. I paid for it because I really wanted for the cruise I was going on but within 2 days all the rhinestone started coming off and left me with a very crappy $100 manicure. The manicurist was nice but the manicure itself was horribly done and the owner was one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered in my life. Will definitely never step foot in this place again.
My wife only goes here after trying nail shops all over town. Annie is who does her nails. I cant speak for any other employees, but we never have any problems with Annie. Other shops rush people through, but Annie takes her time and does it right the first time. Its a must for guys, or anyone for that matter, who dont want to break the bank multiple times per month to have good looking nails. Thanks Annie!
Been going here for years. My nails last a while month at a time. Very rarely have any break. Technicians are so friendly and always offer drinks while youre there. Best nail salon Ive ever been to.
Ive been going to this nail salon exclusively every 2 weeks for the past 7 months. Ive witnessed on several occasions rude behaviors that the owner Annie and some of the other nail techs have displayed to customers.Today I arrived at the salon for my 3:00 pm appointment at 3:04 pm. When I walked in and went to sign in, the owner Annie told me not to sign in because she had canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else who was there for a pedicure and decided to get a manicure last minute. She the proceeded to tell me that the salon policy is that they will cancel an appointment if the customer is more than 10 minutes late. I then pulled my phone out and showed her that it was now only 3:07. She rolled her eyes and said fine, we wont cancel your appointment (like she was now doing me a favor). I just said no thank you and walked out. I will not be returning ever again. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, the owner should probably consider that when treating customers poorly.
They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I get my nails and toes done every 3 to 4 weeks. My nails have never lasted that long anywhere else. Also I absolutely love the ombre look these ladies do. The most important factor is, I have nerve damage in my neck and arms making my hands very sensitive and the ladies have been very pateint with me. For this I couldnt be happier. I stopped in to La Belle for a fill with shellac polish and shellac toe polish change. I was visiting from out of town and didnt have an appointment. The owner/ manager was very accommodating and fit me in since there was a cancellation. The woman she sat me down with did not seem pleased to have my business and was short with me until I snapped back at her, and then became overly nice. The lady who changed my toe polish rolled her eyes at me when I told her she had the wrong color. My advice to out of state visitors: steer clear of this salon.

Got my nails done here on new yrs eve Dec 31st. I got gel polish and within 2 days my nails chipped (gel polish is suppose to last at the very least 2 weeks). Not to mention that went they took the other gel polish i had on off they used the power tools and filled on my actualy nail as if they were acrylic which weakened my super strong nails. went back to have them fix it yesterday Jan 5th and the polish on same nails they fixed are already chipped dont waste your time or money here. I even paid extra for the chrome gel polish. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY ! I get gel polish manicures a lot at other salons and they always last over a month with no chipping what so ever. So i Figured I would try this place since its close to my house. That was a mistake. Never again.
Cindy is my favorite to go to. She is sweet, kind, and fun to talk to. I get a spa pedicure about once a month and it is well worth every penny. I feel pampered. They give you a free water or soda, massage your legs and the paraffin wax and warm towels are the best. Plus their massage chairs work nicely as you are getting your feet done. I have been to places that dont have massage chairs or their chairs are weak, these are great!

I have been going to this salon off and on for about 9 years. As far a product, there is no one better! My nails stay intact and retain there shine with as long as 1.5 months between fills. Very pleasant, patient , skilled staff, in clean facilities. I have had a few hang ups with scheduling, inconsistencies in pricing, and a general rushed atmosphere on occasion. This rare instance of dissatisfaction is easily over looked with 9 years of consistently great product and there eagerness to make things right.Over all they have a five star product and a 4 star service rating... because I just cant give 5 stars if I have EVER walked out dissatisfied even with as RARE of an occasion as this.Advise for a more pleasant experience:*Make an appointment, they are usually booked the better part of that day.*If its REALLY complicated ask for more time while scheduling the appointment and bring a picture.*Get a pricing list and make sure they explain any additional charges and be sure to take mental note of cost..... Two different staff charged very different price for the same product on 2 occasions. In there defence....... this was made right after it being brought the there attention.
I love La Belle Nail Spa. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love both the pedicures and the manicures. Just take an afternoon off and be pampered. I have been going to La Belle for the last 2.5 years.
Pedicure chipped the same day I got it done. Never had that happen before and when I called them about it, they offered no help. Not even to polish again. Horrible customer service. Ill go someplace else. My nails turned out great though

If I could give a zero rating for this salon I would. I have friends who rave about this place and wanted to try it but after my experience today, I am completely turned off to ever coming here again. I came in 2 hours before closing and I know what I only get takes about an hour. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist or lady at the desk, already looked like she was going to turn me away and then proceeded to tell me they closed at 4 when the door and online said 5. She said they werent taking any appts when I told her I thought they closed at 5. They werent busy. I have worked customer service for 10 years and know that is not the correct way to treat customers. They definitely lost me as a possible customer and I found somewhere else. Very poor customer service. I was very disappointed.

So disappointed. My nails stayed on for 8 days. The lady was so busy talking she cut me multiple times. At one point she cut me and the blood wasnt stopping fast enough for her so she put nail glue on it!!! Not going back.

Rude & unprofessional if your not a regular. They messed my nails up profusely and refused to fix em bcuz I didnt have an appt.
I love it here but the girls are always in a rush and get irritated when you have to use the bathroom or take to long to wash your hands. And they get mad when you tell them for a certain design and they do it a little different and you tell them thats not it and have to do it over. Makes me feel uncomfortable.

Place is super dirty and dusty all over. The nail clippers she used on me were dirty and oxidized.

My wife went up there to get her nails done and when she went in they sit her down she said that one of the lady’s doing her nail was rushing and just did a sloppy job when she tired to let her know she didn’t like them she argued back and forth with her and when she tired to talk to the owner the owner said she was wrong and that’s how there were supposed to look they were very rude didn’t want to help her fix them or nothing the nails came out really bad some uneven some were skinnier and shorter than others Let me tell you she gets her nails done every month and these were the worst I hope nobody’s goes there the customer service was absolutely ridiculous DONT GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

2021-12-22It has finally happened! I have found my forever nail salon! Yay me! I have been looking for years for that one place that checked off all of my boxes on my wish list and Le Belle Nails has done it! The staff are welcoming, polite, professional and go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. The salon is clean and every tool was sanitized. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a forever nail salon!

2022-05-18I have been seeing the same now guy for over 20 years and then I moved from the Bay area to Sacramento. Now with gas being so expensive and really the commute just to get my nails done definitely made sense for me to look for somebody locally. I have tried and tried many places and then I found this gem of a place. The nails do not disappoint and Vi is the most wonderful nail technician Ive ever met. Her attention to detail is way above and beyond. She is so creative and has an excellent personality. You wont go wrong. I suck at taking pictures they look much nicer in real life LOL

They do a lot of free hand great atmosphere the salon was recently renovated and it looks amazing I always ask for V she is my regular nail stylist and I don’t go through anyone else. I just watched a mother on live cry because of how she was treated here for bringing her 8 month old baby with her so she could get her nails done.Not only did they ridicule her for bringing her child they embarrassed her infront of everyone there.Theres no signs posted that says please no children without them getting services & the other part is the nail tech started services and then just STOPPED mid way and said she wouldnt do it anymore because of the baby????Why did you even begin in the first place?As a mother we would LOVE around the clock whenever we need child care or someone to help out so we could go to an appointment like this alone, but sometimes as full time moms we dont have that luxury and shouldnt be slammed for it and publicly embarrassed!This establishment is a disgrace, the people are providing a service that requires a level of professionalism, customer service and mannerisms that need to be learned, taught, and trained.

2022-06-12This was the worse place I’ve ever been to very disrespectful and didn’t care about my feelings or time. They sat me down next to my friend then had me get up to move to another seat across from my friend I let it slide and moved. After this they moved me again 2 seats down from my friend and I still wasn’t seen. Everyone was talking about me and talking about me to customers. I couldn’t take listening to all the negative stuff so I left. When I left a lady n the nail tech said “omg so happy that problem is delt with” been here once before hated the experience tried to give them another chance after this never again. Honestly believe it was racially motivated because my friend said she’s been there multiple times with her mom and never had any problems.
