Defiantly a diamond in the ruff. Chef cooper has been nothing but amazing. He’s been super patient with me especially with the wedding coming up so soon! The food was very tasty and flavorful, even my fiancé enjoyed the food and he doesn’t like anything.
Chef Cooper was very easy to work with! We just gave him a list of wants over the phone and he worked with us to adjust things to our budget. Fast communication over email too! The food was pretty good as well! The whole process was so seemless. I would work with Krafted Culture again!
This review is long overdue! Our event was on September 25th 2021. We entrusted Chef Cooper and his crew with the catering for our wedding reception, and we were not disappointed! In addition to all the professionalism and helpfulness, the food was DELICIOUS! From the time we first reached out to Krafted Culture back in June, the communication was open and fluid. Our tasting went wonderfully, and we had the hardest time choosing from all the yummy meals to serve at our event. The fact that their food was plant based was the proverbial cherry on top! We know mostly meat eaters and they were none the wiser about the lack of animal products for dinner :). I would recommend Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering to ANYONE, meat eaters and plant based alike.
Krafted Culture Catering was the caterer for our wedding. We originally had our wedding scheduled for April of 2020. We had all the details worked out, the wedding menu set for apps, dinner, and a late night snack. We were ready to go and then Covid caused everything to be postponed. We had already been working with Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering and were hoping to continue. Chef Cooper was so gracious in letting us reschedule our event and just transfer our existing deposit to a future date. We rescheduled for April 2021, and again had to cancel. Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering stuck with us again. He was committed to providing service whenever our event finally happened. We had a venue change and a new date set for October 2021. Krafted Culture honored the original contract and came and did a new site visit and helped us plan out our new event. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. Chef Cooper and his staff were highly professional and delivered exceptional food and service. All our guests really enjoyed the food options and nobody left hungry. We are so grateful that Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering stuck with us through all the ups and downs of Covid, and 18 months after our original event delivered top notch service. We would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for great food, and professional friendly service at a reasonable price.

Vegan victories on every plate. Cook is precious about his craft and is consistently putting out fun and flavor packed batches of culinary goodness. His prices are fair, his skills are well-versed, the menu is always fun, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Ive had many meals from this company and have yet to have a less than stellar flavor experience! Its the perfect way to go vegan if you grew up on the meats.

We had an excellent tasting experience with Chef Cooper which confirmed our decision to select him to cater our son’s wedding.
On July 17, Krafted catered our wedding. Along the journey, Krafted was able to update their menu for us (we added an extra side and they also provided extra tableware for an appropriate amount of money) and were great at communicating up to the week of the wedding. The day of, the servers were really kind and the food was a major hit with the guests. Our guests could not stop talking about the aguafresca, the vegan chickn, and the jackfruit sliders. Not to mention, WE loved it too! Chef made sure we ate at our own wedding, which the groom and I really appreciated haha.Krafted really knows what they are doing. If you want people to go home happy and satisfied, use them as a caterer! You will not be disappointed!
Today, I placed my second order with Krafted Culture, and big thanks to Chef Copper for giving the best service! Last Tuesday my household had the tacos and man!!! We were speechless, and they were done so fast. They were so good, that we wont be eating regular taco for a while. Best part is you dont feel overfull after eating 5 tacos! Great tasty and healthy choice.This week we ordered the, For the Culture Burrito & Caribbean Nachos!! Cant wait :) Thanks again CHEF COOPER!
Krafted Culture catered our outdoor friends and family wedding reception. They were so accommodating and so very helpful in every detail. It’s hard to make wedding arrangements during a pandemic but they made it so easy for us! The food was delicious and healthy and fit our plant based dietary lifestyle, everyone there enjoyed it...even the meat eaters! Chef Cooper and his wife KaSaundra are an amazing team! We will be having them cater our next event for certain!
Last minute, my company needed a catering company and Krafted Culture pulled off a miracle. The owner was gracious with working within our short time frames and squeezed in a variety of absolutely delicious options. The staff was extremely professional and punctual. And they had everything (or had access to everything) we needed to orchestrate a truly upscale event within a tight window. We are greatly appreciative.
Im transitioning into Vegan Lifestyle for health reasons and my love of animals! I truly must say that Krafted Culture Catering makes this transition truly easy. The Customer Service is very professional! The food is phenomenal and delicious!! The food is fresh and reasonably priced! Their BBQ dishes taste like the real deal. Chef Cooper and his team catered a wonderful vegan meal for our friend’s rehearsal dinner. He was extremely accommodating all the food and allergy restrictions, and allowed us to make last minute accommodations. The jackfruit was delicious and I highly recommend using Chef Cooper for your Next event.
Im so late on my review; but let me rave with you all about Chef Cooper and his amazing food! Honestly, I wish I could extend the stars.My brothers and I organized a last minute 45th wedding anniversary for my parents and to lock any one with a short notice (2 weeks) was very difficult to find and for some, few never replied. This is where, Chef Cooper, comes and saves the event!!Chef Cooper was extremely understanding with my Fathers health and eating issues, he is very detailed in helping you find exactly what you and your special occasion, he has an unbelievable menu where you can mix or he will create one for you. In our occasion, this is what Chef Cooper did for my Father. He created a potato soup that was soothing and tasteful to my Fathers taste buds (my father can be a difficult man lol)!!!For appetizers, we ordered the Grilled Citrus Cajun Shrimp Skewers and the Caribbean Jackfruit Rainbow Sliders and my non-vegan family members, they couldnt tell the difference! For Entree Meats, we ordered the Argentinian Beef w/ Avocado Chimichurri Sauce. The sauce is FIRE!!! We were all raving about the sauce the next day.Chef Cooper has an awesome energy and his food is very savory.For any future events, Chef Cooper will be my Chef to go to!On my behalf, thank you for making our special moment a peaceful and calm one during these adversities.I wish I had pictures to share...thats how much of a good time we had!

Chef Cooper was referred by a friend. I made contact with Chef a few days before our churchs event and not only was he responsive, kind, service orriented, accommodating, and on time, the food was AMAZING! Chef catered both vegetarian and vegan food options, and I heard nothing but compliments, saw repeat offenders, and there were no left overs, and for me that says a lot. I’m not Vegan, but Chef Coop has made me fall in love with Vegan dishes. From Jackfruit Mac N Cheese to BBQ Chick’ Un. The flavor, texture and combinations have opened my eyes to different ways to eat.Not only the food but the professionalism and care. The way that He and his team approach events. Wow, Kradted Culture catering left smiles of deliciousness on the faces of my guest at My Jazz 10ft Away concert! Arrived early, set up presentable and worked really well with staff and attendies. From the moment first speaking with Krafted Cultures Catering, to the end of dinner, my experience was phenomenal. The food was seriously Delicious. Surprised my husband with the Spicy Kobe chicken sandwiches and an order of the Caribbean nachos and he was an extremely happy camper. So much so, that we’re now making Friday night dinners exclusively KCC nights. Definitely 5 stars.

Krafted Culture Catering recently catered my 50th birthday celebration and my son’s college graduation party two years ago.Both events were staffed with professional and friendly chefs.The food is not only presented well but tastes delicious. They accommodated are budget well and have always arrived on schedule. My family and I are thankful for Krafted Culture and will definitely be hiring them for future events.
The food here is delicious, and I cant recommend it highly enough for whenever you want your food catered. Chef Cooper was amazing. He was really responsive to emails, friendly, and personable. We ordered the salmon, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, and strawberry walnut balsamic salad. We also had 5 vegans attending our party, and he made these mouth-watering enchiladas made out of jackfruit (Tayacan enchiladas). I honestly had no idea it was made out of jackfruit - thats how convincing it was! Everyone also complimented on how perfectly the fish was cooked, which is hard to do when youre cooking for a group of 30! Definitely will be doing business with him again in the future.

Ordered for the first time last week and Chef Coop worked around my delivery time to make sure I was able to eat the food hot and fresh. The food was delicious. Ordered tacos, shawarma wrap and burrito and was not disappointed at all. Everything was full of flavor and was so delicious.
Got tired of all the faux meats that were available at the grocery store so I decided to support local and give krafted culture a try.I ordered 2 1/2 pounds of the jack fruit carne asada and man it was fire!. Really good taste and texture.Ordering off the website was easy and delivery was on time.Will definitely be ordering again.

What I love about this food is the home-cooked-ness of it. Its fresh and tastes like it was made with a lot of care and love. Its not too saucy or too spicy. Even the packing has a lot of care put into it to be sure the food temperatures are right (cold stuff is cold and hot stuff is hot). Chef Coop is very friendly, grateful, and accommodating, and he updates the menu regularly, which keeps me coming back. Drinks are awesome and fresh, too!
Its difficult to come across good vegan BBQ so we were happy to find Krafter Culture. We were able to celebrate our 4th of July without cooking or leaving the house - they delivered! We ordered 3 types of meats, the mac and cheeze, and collard greens as our sides. Everything was tasty and a real crowd pleaser - our favorite was the Texas BBQ Chikn.
I’d been wanting to try food from Krafted Culture Catering for awhile, but I’m a picky eater so trying new foods scare me. Their food always looks so AMAZING on Instagram though and when Chef Coop posted a picture of Mac n cheese, I was like, this is my time! We ended up getting a ton of food because why not try it all and invite some family over?! We ate the carne asada jackfruit, jollof rice, green beans and Mac n cheese. It was SO. GOOD. I was apprehensive at first because it was all vegan, but it did not disappoint! Coop was awesome! He’s friendly and professional and delivered to our door himself. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and professional and yummy! We hired Krafted Culture for our wedding and they immediately made us feel like family. They listened to and executed on our vision perfectly. Booked master Chef for our wedding in November. We didnt have much to work with but he worked with us!! Vietnamese-American fusion food and flavors - AJ made it happen, yall.Food // all-around great flavors. Banh mi sliders, Vietnamese wings, mmm! Salmon was a total hit. Ice cream bar!! Easily customizable menu items to fit the theme.Service // From the first phone call to the last, AJ went above and beyond to help make the dream. I was so indecisive at times and made many changes on him - not a problem.Tasting is free with advanced booking!! And gosh all our options were so good. I originally planned on getting catering from a second caterer to get an authentic Vietnamese dish...after having the taste test - Krafted Kulture came up top and we ended up getting pretty much all our menu with them.Would have loved a quicker follow-up response, but these arose for minor issues. Krafted Katering took care of us from start to finish and definitely deserves a five-star from us.Thank you so much!!

2022-06-02Working with Chef Cooper was truly a delight. I needed a caterer for an upscale event at a private resort for 270 people...and I only had a few weeks to pull it off. Chef Cooper and his team stepped up and took the challenge. He was professional and thorough during our initial consultation. Communication was top notch and I never had to worry that we werent on the same page. The food was delicious and my guests raved about it. I appreciate Chef Cooper keeping in mind the dietary needs of some of our guests, as well. His staff was friendly, outgoing and professional. I was beyond impressed by how they were able to create an excellent culinary experience for my guests in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend Krafted Culture Catering and will be using them again in the future.

2022-06-08Chef Cooper was great to work with. We made a last minute decision to get desserts catered for the graduation party we were throwing. I wasnt sure wed be able to get someone to help us out with a little less than a week to go before our event, but Chef Cooper put a proposal together for us quickly and we figured it out. Everyone loved the desserts (the chocolate chip cannoli cream was heavenly!). Krafted Culture Catering helped make a really special day even sweeter!

2022-06-29Chef Cooper handles business. I needed to get catering for an event that my company in Ohio was having in Chino, CA. The company I had in place originally, canceled only a few days prior to the event. I was online searching for caters in a place I am not geographically in. When I called, I spoke to Chef Cooper. He was professional and was able to put together full catering for 35 people with tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware, and the food in less than 3 days. His team handled the setup and breakdown. Our attendees had no idea the horror of what it took to get the catering. The food was amazing, and the passion fruit lemonade was a hit. Chef Cooper, I want to thank you again for taking on the job and making it seamless in the time you had.

2022-01-06I requested Krafted Culture Catering services last minute for my daughters 21st birthday. Chef Coop was able to get me a quote by the end of the day with a variety of menu choices. I had never had Bacon Fried Rice before and it was delicious!!! Customer service is AMAZING!!! Thank you for memorable evening. My daughter was all smiles.

2022-01-04Chef Cooper and his team are friendly and professional. We loved that he was able to create a custom menu for us at a very reasonable price. Cooper created a Thanksgiving-themed menu for our spring wedding as a nod to our getting engaged on Thanksgiving. He and his team were also able to deliver dinner (including amazingly delicious pies) despite our wedding happening days before the initial COVID shutdowns when everything was out of control. It must have been an unbelievable scramble, but he and his team never made us feel that way.
