This is a very good place to pick up
Slow loading as usual. Checked in few minutes before my appointment time, they sent me out to the street to sweep my trailer, when I came back they told me I had to check in again and marked me late.
Becareful if you are are doing load from Midwest Contactors Monroe, LA to here, there is 3-5 business day drop trailer. Brokers like TQL will send you the load with 24-48 hours drop trailer. If you drop on Tuesday, you will not get back your trailer till the following Monday which is 6 days.

This place is one of my favorite stops at my job. They get you checked in and backed to a dock quickly and unloading/loading dont take much longer.**This is a commercial site. I am a Truck Driver. There is not a store here, Not open to the public.**
Not a bad place at all.
Always a quick in and out for me loading. Backing can get a little tight if busy. Not take hours tight but just be aware tight.
I had a great experience there wasnt there long at all they loaded me I think it was about an hour its been a few weeks ago now, I forgot to leave a review, everybody was super cool and super nice to me, especially the guy Doug I think his name was, in the check-in everybody just seems so professional and helpful I appreciate it folks!!! 😎👍
The drivers keep sweeping their trash into the street, despite repeated requests not too. This is irresponsible and problematic, as we keep having to repair tires. If kraft is going to mandate that trailers be cleaned, they should provide a place to sweep them out that isn’t in the middle of the road.

Loath this place. Careful they overload axles. And they wont take product off till its been reworked and scaled 3times

Worst place ever!!! Lines take forever, people are rude & discriminatory towards female drivers. They can care less about your hours or even when you’re supposed to load according to the information you have.

Graveyard peoples are so rude specially Marcos , he don’t want to load me because they are closing in 2 hours , Saturday they close @ 6AM and I checked in @ 3:30 Am 👎🏽

2022-08-10Arrived for a live load and found out that they had already pre-loaded the load. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Make sure your trailer is clean, I had to pick up a few small pieces of wood. No big deal, definitely fast and efficient facility. Plenty of room to maneuver and back up your trailer.

2022-04-23Well for my first time, I had an awesome experience. The people in the front office we r super friendly and well mannered. They really know what they are doing. After that the people in the yard they are really friendly. They explain what you need to do. They inspect the trailers so make sure they are cleaned. Professionalism is in that place. Made it in time for my appointment and they loaded me right away. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

2022-04-05Gotta have absolute clean trailer if not you will be asked to leave the facility and clean and come back. Appointment loading unloading is good but without appointment Good luck. My guy waited 9-10 hours for without appointment load. Cheers

2020-07-20Easy place to get to. Truck entrance on S. East ave. There is street parking available on S. East, right after Kraft entrance, if not too busy when you go. Dont check in before two hours from your appointment. Youll be too early. Dont check in right at your appointment time. Youll be marked late. I was advised to check in two hours before appointment time by the recieving clerk.

2022-01-05Dropped a trailer week ago and still no word on when it will be empty. This load came in from Monroe, LA. This facility will take your trailer and will not communicate on when you can pickup. Lost one week of work. Owners Ops be careful.

2021-11-04Arrived at 1:45pm for 3pm appointment. They accepted my early check in. I pulled into the trailer inspection and got rejected, due to my trailer door missing a piece of weather striping. They were nice about it, not their fault for my trailer missing parts. Friendly staff. MUST Clean Out Trailer Before Pulling into check in! Just a FYI. Giving 4 out of 5 stars for trailer rejected. Overall nice and friendly employees.
