Difficult to determine if KK Termite did a good job. While customer service appeared to great, on the day we were able to return to house the house keys were almost given to a random woman standing near end of my walkway to front door !!!Then after expiration of warranty I received a call from Yuki stating that KK Termite was behind in their follow-ups & I would be receiving an email shortly.This was weeks ago.No email & no call. I called KK TERMITE; spoke with owner; scheduled follow-up inspection (after much discussion, free of charge)... however, no one showed up !!!So, if u want peace of mind that what you paid for is what u got ... well you can decide for yourself

I have used KK Termite for rats,termites and wood repair. They have always been honest, courteous and at a fair price. KK Termite is very thorough with explaining what needs to be done. When other pest control companies recommended tenting, KK Termite explained that the infestation I had was subterranean termites and only required underground treatment around the perimeter of my home. There was some wood damage so KK Termite did a fantastic job replacing and priming the damaged wood. It is not often I find a company that EVERY employee is courteous and professional. KK Termite is that company. I highly recommend them.

I must say that Lily and her Team are amazing! If you take a look at different review sites, you can see their clients love them. I will always recommend KK Termite to any of my friends who need Pest Control in Orange County!

We have used KK for over 5 years and they are always prompt, accomplish what is agreed to, when they have agreed to complete. Great company in a sea of termite companies that can be questionable

I had an 11am appointment. By 11:30 no one had shown up. I called and they said they couldn’t get ahold of their inspector or whoever and they would call me back. By 12 I didn’t hear anything from them so I began calling their office to get an update. After 3 calls that went unanswered I gave up.

These guys are great. I thought it was going to cost a small fortune to get rid of my termites and replace the majority of my exterior trims&siding. I highly recommend keeping. K.K.Termite
