2022-04-12Ordered a dress, I was told it was delivered but it wasn’t. I asked for a refund. I was told to file a claim with fedex. I need documentation from kiyonna since they are the shipper to file a claim. Ive asked for this 3 times already with no response. Still no dress, no documentation and no refund. Very poor customer service.

2018-10-05Love this place! Find lots of clothes from everyday to evening wear. What I like the best is the fit of clothes and getting lots of compliments when I wear them. The clothes are comfortable, well made and style to enhance my curves. Clothes that make you feel like a million bucks is how I could sum it up. Sale staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to order online and return policy. They stand behind there product

2021-10-13Recently ordered a wrap dress for an event. The color, the quality and the fit reminded me again why Kiyonna is so special. Got lots of compliments on the color, too!

2020-12-07I have just had the worst customer experience with Kiyonna. I wanted the Middleton dress in 2x. Carrie, the Sales Manager while on the Chat function, promised to hold my order until the Middleton dress came into stock. At that time, she would honor the sale price, and send out my order in one package, as I am a Canadian shopper and shipping is expensive. When my order was shipped, I was surprised and contacted Kiyonna. When I spoke with Gabby, I found out that the dress will no longer be stocked. So I was duped into placing an order, for the Middleton dress that I will not be able to purchase. Nevertheless, they have the dress on Amazon, in my size, but I cannot have that dress....not sure why, since it is their item, they are the sellers. Horrible experience. Will definitely never order from this company again, as customer service means nothing to them. They cannot be trusted.

2019-11-23Dont order from them, they dont pay for return shipping and they take 2 weeks to give you your money back. Ive ordered twice from them and both times, the clothes felt cheap. Theyre way overpriced, look elsewhere unless you have money to throw away.
