Kilter Termite has it all - Whenever I have called, the office staff is knowledgeable, informative and professional. I have had a rodent problem for over a month. I have contacted people in the area where I live who are supposed to be helping me rid the area of rodents, but they have been little help until they finally contacted Kilter. Kilter people understand what it is to have to deal with pests - they demonstrate a sincere sense of urgency when I talk to them. For example, they made an appt. to send someone out to review the problem and decide on a plan of action. The appointment was about three days away. They called me later that same day to say they had a cancellation, and would I like someone to come out the following day! That is customer service. That is someone who understands emergencies and responds the way I as the customer want them to respond.Their work is thorough, I dont have to check or second guess or try to remember to ask the right questions - they come out as soon as possible, get the work done, and come back in a week to check the results. They are the best! I dont need to call anyone else.
Our inspector was Marcellas. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail why I should go with their treatment instead of tenting. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision to contract with Kilter for termite extermination, rodent removal, sanitization, removal and replacement of insulation, and monthly pest control. Today, Aldo came to do the termite extermination. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We also dealt with Sue in customer service. She was pleasant and professional. Working with Kilter has been a good experience. I would highly recommend Kilter.
Josh arrived on time and was very accommodating regarding protocol amidst the virus. Due to my 95 year old mother on the premises, he suggested inspecting the outside today and leaving the attic for a less vulnerable time period. He explained what he was going to do, got right to work and then showed me all areas he treated. He kept his distance, wore protective gear and could not have been more courteous. An excellent experience!
The crew led by Chris came out to clear out my attic, patch access points and sanitize my attic and some other areas of the house. They were very professional (extremely polite), they took care to explain what they were doing, and advise me on what I should do. They’ll be back to lay down new insulation & I’m confident they’ll do a good job.

Anthony is Hands down THE BEST rep Ive ever dealt with for ANY company. Super honest, trustworthy, up front and VERY helpful !!! The staff in the office that coordinates everything, especially Sue is also FANTASTIC !!! This is a NO PRESSURE company, with EXCELLENT AND FAUR PRICING AND QUALITY SERVICE !!!! Hard to find both of those things in one company but you can count on it with Kilter !!! It has been a great experience working with Sue at Kilter Termite and the whole crew that took care of needs with rodent infestations and with the termite problem we had in our home. We signed up with the rodent protection with bait traps on the quarterly basis. Even found the dead rats that ingested the bait by our tech Geoff. Josh was awesome, he went above and beyond finding additional termite activity I wasnt aware of and treating the wood. He even got on a portion of the roof to treat a rafter tail. Very friendly as well.

Still have Termite problems within one year of treatment. Called customer service three times before she accepted to send for inspection. The first response was sending someone for on the spot local treatment which obviously would not kill the termites in the areas that were not obvious. The inspector came when it was raining and could not do thorough inspection. He said that they will call me to reschedule. Its four days today and I am still waiting for their call. Meanwhile termites might still be destroying my property. I am not happy with the outcome of the treatment.

Kilter has taken care of my peat needs at two homes for many years. They provide knowledgeable and quality service with excellent customer service.
Kilter calls to make sure someone’s home, then the worker shows up, doesn’t knock on the door, finds the gate open and says to me I’ve finished. Less than 5 minutes total time and less than 12 oz used. All this, and the charge is $105. This is wrong.
We have been kilter customer for the past 15 years and we have been very satisfied with their services. Our recent visit was done by josh and we found him very professional.
Tech was really nice and fast... customer service was excellent.. so 9 months later and they didn’t meet my expectations cancelled them and took up with Orkin their level of experience was on a higher scale plus when I called to have service in between my scheduled maintenance they actually called back and showed up when they were advised that was my main issue with Kilter would call and never received a call back or update to service

2021-08-02We’ll first, making the appointment for the inspection was quick and easy and they scheduled me in three days later, Sue was great! Then a gentleman Anthony came out and did a thorough inspection of my whole house. He checked everything, very professional! Then a few days later a gentleman by the name of Fernando came out to do the work. Fernando worked diligently and treated all the areas that were obviously infected with termites. He was very professional and worked very hard under the house and all the other areas.Thank You very much, have already told a friend that’s looking into tenting. This was so much easier and safer! Kilter thank you very much!

2021-02-12I had a great experience with Kilter for our termite issue. While our Rodex experience wasnt ideal, whenever we contacted or dealt with Kilter (whether in person or by phone), every employee was polite, professional and responsive. Sue and Billy have both been exceptional and helpfulwhenever weve reached out. Its because of these two people weve continued with the company. Our house is old, so their teams had many issues to deal with and complete rodent eradication may be impossible - that should have been their honest selling point (under-promise and over-deliver instead of the other way around). In all, the insulation install went without a hitch and were generally pleased.

2020-09-18Both inspection (Anthony) and treatment (James) were done by professional, personable, and knowledgeable individuals. Very responsive with a thorough quote, and very responsive to any and all questions before, and after, treatment Polite, well mannered, clean in appearance and work site, and did not rush either quote or treatment, focusing on end result and customer satisfaction. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, so we feel it was money well spent. Good team effort. Highly recommend.

2020-10-01I dont think Ive ever left a review for any business before but Kilter has been great. I dont live in the area that I needed service but its a business and needed service fast. So I had to call around. Kilter was able to get there 5 days faster than any other company. I have no complaints so far and Im not good at compliments but if I was, I would give them each one they deserve.

2020-08-12Chris and crew finished the time consuming job of cleaning out the attic insulation of our property. They were extremely polite, clean, and professional. Both days they covered the walkway and adjoining crawl space area with plastic. They sealed multiple openings as well. Steven, the previous day sealed all outside vents. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Again, he was extremely polite.Today, Maria called to ask for the balance of our bill. She was very courteous and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and thanked me for our business. I am EXTREMELY happy I chose Kilter!!!Sue in the Pest Control Department is wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable and sets up appointments, with reminders, very efficiently. I like how she explains all processes and costs carefully.Sue is easy to work with and friendly.

2021-10-14Noone supervisor has been out to monitor his work. As a customer, I shouldnt have to go behind their technician to make sure hes doing a professional job. Being a contractor myself, I would not do business with this company. I dont know why my real estate agent was so insistent on using this company.

The customer service has been impeccable and they treated our termite problem with exceptional service and we are so happy that we purchased the warranty. Kilter is committed to delivering unsurpassed customer service and they solved our termite problem. The Kilter team member Josh was on time and even called me to let me know he was on his way. They are dog friendly and knew how to make friends with our 3 dogs before they entered the house. They have a local Long Beach office and I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors, family and friends.
