I love my State Farm insurance company .. Ken and his staff is always on top of any questions I have. My husband had a fender bender and they were so quick to resolve it and be sure we were safe and not inconvenienced., We have been with them for over 10 years and never have had a complaint.
Great customer service and pricr. Ken explained details of policies and answered all my questions This is my second year with Ken Inouye and plan to stay with Ken and State Farm Insurance for years to come.
If you ever have any questions about your policy, claims, etc ask for Mike. He’s great, on his job, very responsive and hands on with whatever you may need. He was helpful , informative & professional. I’d highly recommended him to anyone.

This place is horrible! If I could give them a -1 star, I would. I have been trying to surrender a few policies that my grandmother had opened with Ken. I have been trying to get in touch with Ken Inouye, who is the agent on all the policies, since back in February. Over 8 months later, and I still have not spoken to Ken. Instead, Ive only had little contact with his brother Mike, who has not been helpful at all! I have consistently been misinformed and redirected by him. I followed all of his directions to fax all of the required documentation to a place, I found out, that never even received them. Stay away from this corrupt place!

2022-01-22Ken Inouyes office has been my insurance agent for a good number of years, but it was not until I had a claim that I realized how valuable having the right agent is. Anyone can sell you an insurance policy, but are they there when you need it? They were and are. We face several months of clean up and reconstruction, and Mike has been exceedingly helpful and responsive in explaining the arduous process and assisting in managing the flow of documents that need to be processed. Mikes assistance has reduced our stress levels and we really appreciate the exceptional service we are receiving.

Their service and services (home/auto/life insurances), are always affordable and explained into the smallest detail. 2022-07-01Mike Inoye is an exceptional agent. I have known him for over 25 years. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in helping people. There was a time when he even helped me with my mom and offered his notary services. He also gave me info to help save on insurance with all six my cars. State Farm is lucky to have someone like him along with his great teammates Danielle and Cecille.

2022-01-25Ive been with State Farm since 1965, first in San Diego then with Ken Inouye in Cerritos for about 30 years for homes and autos. During that time there have been a few auto accidents and a home fire. Mostly dealing with Mike on issues, I can honestly say they have consistently exceeded my expectations and Mike has been an absolute pleasure to work with to address my problems. I have never once considered another insurance firm...there was just never a reason to look elsewhere,
