I called this company to get a quote. I havent had the work done yet but I simply HAD to write a review at this stage of the work. They were AMAZING on the phone. I scheduled for them to come out the very NEXT day for the bid. They arrived ON TIME. They gave me a bid that was perfect!! Their customer service is superior!! INCREDIBLE. I even had an email with my bid in 10 minutes. When I called back to schedule the time, they knew me by name right away without me telling them. They worked so hard and they emptied all my junk. I loved Miguel, Miles and Vladimir. They worked so hard and did a great job. There was a lot of items to clean up for a reasonable price. I was however, a bit disappointed in the mess they left in the middle of the aisle way in my storage facility and in front of other tenants units when they were through. There was broken glass everywhere and other items all over the ground. I wish I would have checked the area before they left, because I am SURE if I had done that, these great workers would have corrected it and swept it up. It took me over 40 minutes to sweep it up. I hope they will fix that part of the service in the future. But other than that, THEY ARE SUCH A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I appreciated their amazing customer service and how kind the guys were who came to do the job. I would assume that if told, trash would have been swept up as part of completing the job. I went to the Junk King website and used their “text a photo” number to send a photo of the items we needed them to pick up. I received a quote within a few minutes and they were able to come out the same day (within a couple of hours) to pick up the items. Their crew was polite, courteous, clean and professional. Their truck was clean and they were done in 5 minutes!

I contacted Junk King after another company failed to show up to pick up my dryer. The representative, Rebeckah, was very helpful and responsive. She was able to schedule the pick up the same day and they matched the price to what the previous company had quoted me. Shortly after confirming my appointment I was contacted by the gentlemen doing the pick up and they asked if they could arrive sooner than scheduled, which worked out perfectly for me. This company is great! I was quoted a price originally and when the 3 gentleman came to remove my items, the final price was lower than quoted! They were on time, called ahead and were very friendly. They got almost half a garage worth of stuff out in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had a 10x12 aluminum shed get destroyed by the wind. Called JUNK KING, they came out next day for the free quote, I received a good quote, and they took the shed and we’re gone in a matter of minutes. I offered to help them and they told me to relax and they’ll handle everything. Very professional and cool. I’ll be calling them the next time the wind destroys something else , lol

So I randomly came across Junk King via Google, & decided I would be using this service because it’s a local Black-owned business, first of all. Secondly, they’re very professional & responsive. I needed to change the day & time of my removal, someone responded to my email within minutes & easily changed the date & time with no issues. I received a phone call about 45 mins prior to the removers showing up. They cleared out the sectional couch I needed hauled away within 10 mins, the transaction was so smooth, I recommended them to my mother to remove her couches as well. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs junk or old furniture hauled away. It saved us so much time & hassle & their quoted price was super reasonable & within our budget. The crew called me before they arrived and kept me informed as to their arrival. I had two small (but very heavy) triangular-shaped pieces of concrete paving which needed to be removed. After settling on a price the crew simply pried them up from the ground carried them to their truck. This saved me an untold amount of work. They were punctual, fast and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

JUNK King is great!! I had so much trash from house remodeling. Our garage is piled with cardboard boxes and garbage waste. And our house trash can only fit so little every week. I tried to have temporary huge trash bin delivered so I can toss them out, they are so pricey but they only fit so little too, I have to take down my boxes for them to fit. And I came across Junk King. They responded so quickly. Cleared out my entire garage in less than 10 mins. And the price is beyond reasonable. Even cheaper than the bulk trash can I ordered. Highly recommend!!!!

I am happy with the value and I’m happy with the service but they had noted that we made arrangements for me to pay for it over the phone for my neighbor and they had agreed but when it came down to it they forgot and made my neighbors feel uncomfortable. But everything else was solid
Awesome haulers!! Deandre was polite and on time!! Dude knew what was up! Only thing I can add is that the company should add a tipping section when we pay. Didn’t have time to pull cash so card was all I had.. would of loved to tip them! So please add tipping during checkout process

The guys that came here were quick, efficient and professional. Francisco was the person who phoned me and told me he was on the way. They got here and did what what I contracted them to do and was gone in 15min. No wasted steps, no wasted time.

Junk King did a tremendous job moving everything out of my father’s 2-bedroom apartment after he passed away. I didn’t want the added burden of going through his items during what was such an emotionally painful time. The workers that arrived for the quote were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful, I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. On the day of actually removing all items the two workers arrived promptly and were fantastic! They were hard working and so kind. Did I mention honest? While taking a box out to their truck one of them discovered my dad’s Social Security card and she brought it in to me, explaining where she found it. I cannot say enough good things about Junk King, I will definitely use them in the future for any needs I have.

They we very professional. Had a delay with my scheduled time but kept me updated. Once they arrived they evaluated what I needed hauled away. Gave me a fair estimate. Once the truck was loaded they gave me the final cost. It was less than the original. They were very fast, cleaned up all remaining debris and polite. I will be continuing to clean things out so will absolutely use them again. Great job!

We have been storing broken toys and things that have been donated to us for years, with no way of disposing of it. Since we own a daycare we needed to get the junk out and I was unaware that such a service existed. Upon a web search I discovered them and thought I would give him a try for some unwanted mulch that we had delivered to us free. The cost was a blessing compared to still having the junk around. They did the job they kept to their quote, they were in and out. Quick easy breezy and I would highly recommend them for anybody. Since Im older and age I physically am not able to do the work and it was nice to have such a business handy. It is my goal to use them for some other cleanup items that I need done, and Im just thankful that they exist.
The websites price estimator is completely inaccurate. I had to remove 2 couches and so I chose item removal and chose 2 couches on their pricing estimator. When they arrived I was told they only do by the truck load. On their website truck load doesnt include furniture removal and is triple the price as the item removal. I shouldve called and spoke with someone to get accurate information because their website is inaccurate. I should have paid $85 per couch and they charged $240 which is even more than than the quote for 1 truck load on the website. There was an older gentleman that was completely unprofessional and said that the prices on the website are usually wrong. I am not happy, was way overcharged and the only reason I paid that amount was because I did not have time to find another place. I was relying on the information from the website which is wrong. Make sure you have time to get multiple quotes because this place is very expensive. I will not be using this company in the future.

This is the second time Ive had Junk King remove junk from my home. It was a different team this time, but I am just as impressed with the service. I booked online which was very easy to do. The morning of my appointment they called to narrow down their arrival time which they were quite accurate at meeting. They guys were friendly and very quick. Ill definitely use a third time.

She scheduled a pickup of my sofa for the next day.A follow up email confirmed the pick up time.I was called 15 minutes before the pick up time. I want to say thank you for your service. due to the pandemic I was unable to donate my furniture. So thanks to your company I was able to get rid of my sofa and mattress. For my Queen size mattress and sofa my price came out $130. This was a great price considering some the other companies I looked into priced over 200. If anyone is interested in using this company service, I would highly recommend. Also the men that came out to pick up the furniture, were professional and nice , I forgot to get their names but thank you to all 3 of you.

I found this company on the web they were one of the few places that took mattresses. The sales rep on the phone was fabulous some of the most refreshing customer service I’ve had. I have worked for Nordstrom for years and I don’t compliment lightly.Then the team came for removal and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jimie and Rubeun are like super heroes. They were able to come out same day and were extremely accommodating. I will be recommending this company to be sure.

When I scheduled the appointment, they provided a 2 hour window. They called and arrived 30 min EARLY! The quote provided was perfect for my budget and they even gave me the $20 discount for the on-line booking offer. If you have to do some spring cleaning and have a lot to get rid of, I recommend them!
I called late in the morning to have a mattress picked up and although my zip code was a couple of miles out of their range they still picked up the mattress and on the same day! I called other places and they gave me prices way to high. Definitely will choose them for future pick ups!
It was really convenient being able to text Junk King and getting an immediate response. All my questions were answered and I was able to schedule a free, onsite estimate for the next day. Junk King came prepared with two trucks and four crew members. The price was right and within an hour or so, they were able to strategically load the truck so that everything fit in one!! The crew was hard working and very courteous! I would highly recommend Junk King based on my great experience with them.

They were a little behind schedule, but called in advance to let me know. Everything was loaded quickly, they were friendly and professional, and the cost was barely more than it would have been to rent a dumpster (and I didnt have to get permits). In all, I will use them again without hesitation!

Chris and the guys are awesome. They cleared out a storage unit packed to the gills with heavy trash and automotive junk. There was heavy machinery I was keeping and they worked around it even though it was in their way. Probably the nicest guys in the business! Ill call Chris again soon for help clearing out a garage. Wow! What a swift and easy mattress pickup!The haulers smiled and waved the moment they saw me.The only unfortunate part of the experience was that they called me by the wrong name, Suzanna. My name is Savanna. But I’ve been mistakenly called Suzanna and Samantha my whole life, so it’s a common error.Anyway, the haulers were able to pick up my mattress long before the scheduled time window, which was convenient for me. They were extremely friendly and professional, and the price was much lower than I thought it would be. Great company. Great service. I definitely recommend you hire this company to haul away any large items you need to get rid of.
My appointment was from 2 to 4 PM and I am working from home. They arrived at 1:45 and unfortunately I was not able to meet with them until 2 PM and they patiently waited, which I deeply appreciated. Thank you for hauling everything away. We tried to donate our stuff from storage to 3 different locations and had no luck. They only took certain things but not everything. So my sister called Junk King and they were very helpful. They were there at the time they said they would be there. The two guys put everything on the truck, they were courteous and patient because I still had to look through some of the boxes.

They were AMAZING. Seriously. They came on time, price was great, and they were so quick. They got my sleeper sofa out of the house in literally 2 mins. My original appointment was between 10:00 am -12:30. We got a text that the driver was running behind so it would be 1:30 pm. I called the riverside office at 2:40 pm when no one showed up and when our text went unanswered. I was told by Ashley she would have the driver contact us. We got a text the driver was at the dump and on their way. Several more calls after about an hour more of waiting and was told the last pick up was at 3:00 pm. The dump closes at 5:00 pm and now it’s 4:50 pm. The driver shows up and says oh you need all of this stuff taken, he said his truck is full and the other one in Riverside is full and the dump is closing. So they offered to come back in the morning and would give me $50 off.When I spoke with Shadae from the 888 number I specifically told her what we had to pick up and we needed an entire empty truck. She was professional and gave me a confirmation number. She gave me the time frame from 10 am to 12:30 and my employee and I waited all day. I do understand delays but not a total disrespect of my and my employees time. When the driver showed up at near 5:00 pm while telling my employee earlier he was at the dump and was on his way, that was a lie. His truck was full! He had no intentions of keeping the commitment.I spoke with the supervisor Chris. I told him no thank you and cancelled working with your company.
The guys showed up right at 7am. They quoted me a fair price for removal. Before I knew it they cleared everything away in a matter of minutes! Great guys fast service! Will use them again when i need to get rid of some large items!
The company was almost 3 hours late. Upon arrival I very clearly showed them what I needed picked up, when I went to inspect after they had left, I noticed they had left a chair I specifically pointed out. When the crew first arrived, they gave me a quote of $380, which was insane considering I was quoted $138’over the phone, snd there really was not much to be removed
Absolute worst.3 days in a row these guys make an appointment and don’t show up.For two days their excuse was “our truck broke down”Then they call me and offer a discount if they can come the next day. And guess what?! They don’t show up again!!Three days in a row we’re waiting for them and NOTHING. Complete waste of time.They live up to their name. They are Kings of being a junk service. Don’t waste your time.
The office and the gentlemen that came to my house were all very friendly and helpful. Very fast, easy, and professional work done. Greatest price that I found as well. High recommend them!
Junk King responded to my emergency on the same morning of my call. The time between removal of the old and installation of the new refrigerator was about 45 minutes. So, we did not loose any of our frozen food. This relieved a lot of pressure. Thanks for responding to our emergency emergency.
Very courteous and helpful. Easy to work with. I wanted to add some extra things and they were very accommodating, no problem. I had lots of “stuff” from a patio and an old shed building that filled the truck, with a small amount left over and they returned and picked that up as well, all for a Very reasonable price! I will call them again, when I start cleaning out my garage.
The Jjunk King team was right on time, rolled up quickly, got right into the house, had a look at what I needed to have removed, and gave me an immediate quote. Quote was fair, and the guys worked really hard and fast to get everything moved out. They cleared out a bunch of my Junk way faster than I would have thought anyone could. Very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend them to anybody.
They confirmed the appointment I made on line with them for between 12 and 2:00 p.m. By 3:00 p.m. I hadnt heard anything and had to contact them apparently to remind them of the appointment they confirmed, I was then told it should be within the hour they finally showed up around 4:30pm. I will admit the driver and his helper were very friendly and courteous But considering I had wasted an extra 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting on them I wasnt offered anything for all my wasted time Not to mention that on their website it says booking on line gets you a $20 discount which I DID NOT RECEIVE or maybe its coming much later LIKE THEIR TRUCK DID. Moral of the story assume they will be late and you wont get the discount
Gentlemen that came were very nice and quick. This is the second time weve used this service and we have been happy to use them. I recommend them for all removal.
It was very easy to make the appointment online, call or email them to make any changes, and deal with them remotely. I wasnt even there when they picked everything up; I just had to talk to them and confirm their estimate. I got discounts for booking online and for being a new customer, but even their non-discount rate was very reasonable. Good price + good customer service = great business.
Had a huge chunk of concrete to be picked up so I called Junk King and they came within a few days. It was challenging for them but they took it away. I used them a few years ago when I redid my kitchen and they hauled away all of the demo which included cabinets, tile, drywall, all of it. Always a great experience. I will definitely call them again.

Junk King Riverside stayed in constant contact prior to pick up. The truck was able to arrive earlier than originally planned and the representatives were very polite and efficient. An overall great experience. So convenient!

They were very friendly and reliable. They showed up when they said they would and picked up way more than I originally requested and they had no problem taking all the extra. The 2 guys that came out were very friendly & helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat
The crew was on time and they completed the job within the estimate. It was a large wood shed (10 x 20 x 10 with shelving and windows) and they knocked it down, took it away, and cleaned extra areas around it in 3 hours. The price and service was great.
They have a price list that shows how much you pay based on what youre having removed. No one is making up a price. I made my payment over the phone with the office, but they can take a debit card payment on the spot. I will definitely use them again when I need to.
This is our third experience with Riverside Junk King and again, we were not disappointed! They had an appointment available on the day and time that we wanted, and took everything away in a very short amount of time. We definitely recommend Junk King for all of your haul away needs!

Exceptional in every way. In all aspects they are professional, timely, and most of all go the extra step to make sure their customer is happy. A pile of junk (and mine was huge) can be very stressful but they were prepared and ready to take it off my shoulders. I cannot over emphasize how pleasant each and every person treated me. I would HIGHLY recommend Junk King over and over again.
Called for an estimate, was told theyd be at my location between 1-3pm. By 3:30 I hadnt heard anything so I reached out, they said theyd be another 45 minutes to an hour. I called again at 4:45 to be told their truck was running late but they were about 15 minutes away. At 5:45 I had still not heard anything so I called and cancelled. I am disappointed both in how late they were, and also that I had to reach out to them to find any information. I ended up waiting 3 hours later than I would have and still didnt get the service I needed.
Called Junk King for quote. They were fast and professional at my house next day. They two guys that helped were very friendly and finished right away. I’ll be not only using them from here on out I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I set an appointment a week ago for them to come between 9-11am.. I came in town from another state so I could be here for it.. they called at 9am and said they wouldn’t be here until 12.. never showed up. I called again and said someone would call me back, waited and finally got a call back and said they had to delay it even longer. Totally unprofessional and waste of time.
**edit** The company reached out to us to fix our review. Maybe there was a miscommunication I dont know but they did eventually came back and finished the job at no extra cost. We would have been happy to pay initially for the 3rd load but perhaps the guy working just assumed we didnt want to spend any more money. Aside from the hiccup we had everything else went smoothly. The team was quick and professional.I was not satisfied with this company at all. Hired them to clean out my backyard and garage. They quoted me $1000 for the whole job then left about 30% of the junk behind. They also took and threw away 3 of my trash barrels! Like seriously this is what you do for a living and your guys dont know to just empty out the trash barrels? They also caused me to miss an extra day of work by not showing up until 4pm with a truck full of trash the day they were supposed to clean my yard. They showed up and were like ok well we cant do this today see you tomorrow.

Had an appointment for an estimate today. They were supposed to arrive between 11-1. Called at 11:15 said they were running a little late would arrive in about 15 minutes. It is now 1:43 no one has showed or called. I called to let Company know, young man had the audacity to ask if I wanted to cancel? Duh... the only reason I gave them any stars is because I had to.
The guys called about 15-20 min before they got to my place and have everything hauled out to their truck in minutes. They were very professional and courteous. Would definitely call them again if I need anything else hauled away.
I was quoted $900 and told it would take 4hrs. Miles and his crew of 3 did the job in 3hrs flat!! It was a LOT of concrete and chickenwire stucco and that crew came here and SLAYED THE JOB!!! From the 1st phone call I made until the job was finished the customer service was IMPECCABLE and I don’t say that often. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their services. WELL DONE!!!!!

I had a jacuzzi and Costco swimming pool removed, they showed up on time and within an hour or so the jacuzzi was cut into four pieces and loaded and the pool was loaded up. Within an hour and a half all was cleared out. I would definitely use them again.

Had an unfortunate incident at my house early Saturday morning where a car crashed into my house damaging a corner of the garage and destroying some of our landscaping. Within hours of calling Junk King, they were at the house removing the debris and cleaning up the mess. Very appreciative of their fast response so other issues could be dealt with in getting repairs started.
The young man who came were polite and did what I asked them. I was not sure of the pricing. I felt I was charged more than what the job was. I was desperate for the removal of the dried plants and leafs My husband and I put it in one pile but they did not have a tarp to slide under the pile which would have been helpful.

They were professional and helpful, they did the pickup and gave me a high degree of confidence even though we never saw each other in person. Thank you to them. I would highly recommend them.
What did I like best about the service I received? The personal attention. Two personable professional young men who were energetic and responsive. I should have taken some time to separate the keep items from the go items but that did not seem to bother them. I just had to point and they either took it to the truck or moved it out of my way so that I could get to the other items to be removed. I have a storage unit I have to empty and I am going to use the JUNK KING for that task too. GREAT JOB!!!

The guys work fast, gave me a fair price, and were willing to throw in a little extra at the end. (That wasn’t in the original quote). 10 mattresses, 6 bed frames and some large boxes for $350. Good riddance!

I called for price for removal of queen size mattress and box spring. Before she would quote me, she asked for my phone number. I thought that was odd so I asked why. When she said it was for location I opted to give her my zip code instead. After quoting me the price I said thank you and was courteous but the woman began to push her business ON ME telling me when they can come out as if I asked for service! What an assumption! I explained I was only inquiring about prices but I couldnt even finish. The woman overspoke me multiple times trying to sell me by offering $30 off, etc. I again tried to tell her Im just price shopping but she overtalked me AGAIN with her sales pitch speeches. I finally had to tell her because of the rude customer service I received just over the phone with this lady that I will not use them. she had no response and I was HUNG UP ON.A greedy company looking to make a buck off of you and isnt afraid to be rude about it. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

They came in within their time slot and priced fairly with the amount of items we had. A neighbor came by and wanted to take some items, junk king was responsive and took what they had which they also lowered the price since they took fewer items with them.

I did have a problem on my first day they did not arrive I did call and found out that they were delayed and then the vehicle was full and were unable to empty it at the site and had to wait till the next day when they did arrive they were prompt they were able to pick up and load everything in one and a half truck fulls they left and came back to fill the truck the second time they were very timely efficient very courteous they were able to get everything up onto the trucks I was very pleased with my service
Scheduled for 8am-10am time slot. Needless to say they did not start doing anything until 3pm... Any time frame the person gave me was a joke. Its like waiting for the cable guy. If you dont have anything to do all day then sure you can use them.

2022-08-12After not hearing from so many other companies, they were the first to respond and the first to give me a quote that I can work with. The guys came much earlier than the appointed time but I was fine with it because I preferred something earlier and I did tell my Booker that. Because we had arranged everything closer to the door, they came in, moved out of the apartment, picked it up and walked it down the stairs without complaining. Their personalities were very upbeat and friendly which made this process much easier and they processed payment really fast. Everything took five minutes. I’d love to use their services again!

2021-09-17Moving soon, needed to dispose of bulky furniture. They made a convenient appointment with me, confirmed it, called me when they wanted to adjust the time. Gave me an estimate , which was accurate. Finished quickly, did a great job. Swept up when they finished loading. Took a credit card and sent a receipt immediately.Much better service and price (bigger truck) than I could have gotten from another firm. Would be not hesitate to use them again.

2022-05-28Had a fantastic experience using these guys for a move-out trash haul. They called a little before their arrival window to confirm an exact time and arrived promptly. The guys were extremely professional. Quoted a reasonable price, and they went to work right away and stuck with the quoted price. We had yard waste, furniture, and trash that needed removal from the backyard, garage, and inside the house (both upstairs and downstairs). The guys got everything hauled out within an hour. Highly highly recommend to go with these guys!

2022-03-14They scheduled two appointments back to back starting at 8am. At 8am they called to say they couldn’t get there until noon. When they hadn’t arrived by 1pm I called. Was told they would call within 15 minutes to let me know when they would arrive. No call. At 2pm I called and canceled the second appointment They said they would be there in 15 minutes then called to say 45 minutes. When they arrived they were friendly and polite but oops! They hadn’t brought tools to take apart the gazebo even though I had specially requested that. We loaned them tools and the job got done Maybe this was their worst day ever but I can’t recommend them
