Inquired about a new vehicle at this Lexus dealership. Received a quote via email. Get on the phone with their sales manager only to find the car is $10k more than sticker price and they have run my credit without disclosing the actual price of the car. Take your business elsewhere, absolutely horrid practice from a car dealership.
I reached out to the dealership about a car today and was sent a spec sheet with the quote Your Price which was $62,100. Then after they took all my credit information over the phone to hold the car for me, they quoted me a price of $79,999 for the car!!! I said that your price quoted earlier in the day was a lot less and Joon told me that it was the MSRP that was quoted earlier. Your Price and MSRP are different, even I know that. Beware of the bait and switch they do.
Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had!AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing!Ive been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one Ive been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy.I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. Ive been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service Ive received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills.Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act.Thank you AZ and Aleem!
Went here today to see RX. Brandon Nezhad was extremely helpful in showing us the cars from the inventory. Despite not having an appointment, he made it possible for us to test drive pretty much any vehicle we chose. He gave us all the info we needed, and gave us a great experience.Great Showroom. Test drive car lot is 5 mins from the showroom, but they will take you there. The car you go in to the showroom is taken care of by the Valet for free.
Hands down the worst experience. The manager was rude and a complete jerk. Highly recommend you find another dealership. They were trying to sell the car over sticker price and $5k more than what we discussed prior to me moving forward with the sales process. He then proceeded to belittle and degrade me. My first experience with Lexus. Might be my last.
Total crooks and unprofessional people. They quoted me one a price for $60k 2022 Rx 350 on the phone. Then this rude online sales manager calls and trying to sell the car $15k over MSRP. The sales manager was so freaking rude he hang up. I am not sure why Lexus has not done anything about this dealership. I will contact the Lexus Customer service. Everyone in this dealership is rude and unprofessional. Go to Longo and you will get your Lexus at MSRP. Stay away from these crooks
ABUSE YOUR CELL NUMBER & CAR STOPPED WORKING AFTER SERVICELong story short, I paid Lexus Beverly Hills over $2,000 to get my car back in worse condition, even after being a loyal customer for years. Before their service, my car was working completely fine. When I got my car back, the engine would not always start right away. I brought my car in a second time because I was really concerned about it. They said the car was fine after inspecting it. My rep asked me to write him a nice review, despite not addressing my concerns about my car afterwards.A week later my car wouldn’t start at all, and I was stranded. In response, my rep said well I left you a voicemail this week to check in, as if that was helpful at the time.I had to have my car towed in to Lexus for its third visit in a month. To make things worse, Lexus asked me to pay for their roadside service if I wanted it towed by them, even though I was in there a week before saying there was something wrong and the car was still under their service warranty. (I was able to get AAA to come thankfully.)My car was finally fixed after being in and out of Lexus Beverly Hills for over a month, without any kind of refund or apology. There was never an issue with my car before then, and there haven’t been any problems since as I now go to Jiffy Lube for a quarter of the price, faster service, and friendlier employees. If by some coincidence my car randomly went haywire at that time and it was totally unrelated to their service (something I find doubtful), Lexus did not handle the situation well at all, and this saga is still ongoing. Now months later, Lexus has been repeatedly calling and leaving me messages – at first every 10 days, then every 5, and now sometimes every 2 days to come back in for a service. They’re abusing my personal cell number to try to give them more business. Obviously there is a note in my file about this, and now their company policy is to try to harass me to come back in.(Other companies / mechanics have never abused my cell phone number this way, and when I ask other people if any company has ever done this to them, they are shocked. In no way could this ever be appropriate.)There were other issues with this experience I will not go into because it’s honestly just too much to include (things like avoiding my calls / emails for updates, etc). I had better experiences with this service center before this incident, but when things did go wrong, they showed their true colors and priorities. After my family and I had been going there for years, we learned that Lexus cares much more about money than their customers.Avoid giving this service center your car or your personal information, as you may regret it.
We were referred to Lexus of Beverly Hills by a friend and because of true car. Everything was going great until I mentioned we had a trade in. I requested to see what the numbers would possibly look like, what the car would cost. Instead they kept asking me what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I again requested to see a break down of numbers of what the car cost, they responded with we will send it right over, before I could say thank you, they hung up on me. I never expected this level of unprofessionally from a Lexus dealer. Prior to this they ran my credit, it has been 3 days and no one has gotten back to me. I was never given a break down of what the car would cost. I wished I would have taken the time to review their Yelp reviews. It looks like this is an on going issue with this dealer, insisting in asking what you want your monthly payment to be instead of giving you the break down of what the car will cost you. Now I have a hard inquiry in my credit report.
Ari Harrison deceived me in order to make me show up in the store. When I arrived he immediately backed up from his offer even though I performed my part of the agreement (showing up with the car).He already had the specs and the history of the car, but nevertheless he ignored that.Management didnt want to take responsibility including compensating me for the waste of time.
As a LONG TIME REPEAT Lexus customer Im pretty familiar with the finance and lease process(since 2007 with 8 different Lexus Models) As a tier one credit customer I typically just sign and drive. I started my search for a 2022 Lexus GX in September as I wanted to upgrade from my current Lease. This was my first time dealing with Jim Falk Lexus; I communicated with Alexander in sales during this process. Once I inquired on a lease quote for a Lexus GX they had available I was told I needed to fill out a credit application to show my commitment. Alexander then asked what number I was trying to get to for a payment - once I responded I never heard back from him that was on Sunday 10/3/21. I felt like I wasnt taken serious and the whole fill out an application just to get a payment quote is very old school, and why would I commit to anything before seeing what the dealer has to offer? But anyway I was able to secure a new 2022 GX at another Lexus dealer. Saw the vehicle online, reached out, received a payment quote, agreed to the numbers and picked up my new GX. The fact that its 2 weeks later and no follow up from Jim Faulk Lexus or Alexander was confirmation that I shouldnt do business with a place like that. Disappointing experience with this dealer.
This place is the worst Lexus dealer in the world scam do not buy a car from these guys John the general manager is an a** and everybody else that works for him is just like him bad bad people do not use them whatsoever they charged more than 3 × 2 do on alignment on one car over a period of 5000 miles and they blamed it on the driver not on the the car
Regret purchasing my vehicle at this location. Horrible, deceitful people. The manager followed me outside to negotiate and to argue me down on how I should spend my money. If I was a male I dont believe I would have received such treatment not to mention his attempt to sell the vehicle 10k over sticker price, sneaky. We called ahead of time to ask if they were charging a market assessment and they lied and said no just to get me to come in, run fast.
Just to be brief as possible, worked here as a Porter, the bad attitude head porter alfonso, if he doesn’t like you, will go out of his way to get you fired, I mean The guy said out loud, he didn’t care about training me, let him get fired out loud, told the supervisor about this an he did NOTHING about it. Who wants to work for a pathetic company that is okay with low morale behavior like that.ALSO This is a car washing position as well, not sure why this is not stated in the description, you will wash A TON of cars here, an michael will lie to you an say you wont during the interview. The dealership was also egged while I was there, I wasn’t at all surprised. Be very careful with this shady company, I do not want you to waste your time like I did.
I have never had such a bad experience at a Lexus service center. My family has owned Lexus forever and I have always been a fan of the brand and the service that was provided with it. This dealership / service center is all about the up-sell, they dont care about you, they just want to overcharge you and rip you off. I brought my car in for routine service and was told I needed all these ancillary services which were completely unnecessary and useless, that was $600 dollars right there. They then called me and proceeded to tell me my brake rotors needed to be resurfaced and that would cost $1400 dollars and when I told them the price was obscene they came down to $895. How can you go from $1400 to $895?! Again, its all about ripping you off. After this horrible experience, I came on here read the other reviews and called Lexus of Woodland Hills, and what a terrific experience I had. They immediately took care of me, didnt charge me for an assessment and were so transparent about what needed to be done to the car. Please dont waste your time at Jim Falks Service Center, it will just leave you feeling angry and ripped off. Go see Ray Garcia at Lexus of Woodland Hills and I can ensure that you will have a seamless experience!
On July 6, I went to Jim Falk Lexus to purchase a car that I have been wanting for a while. So I ended up choosing the GX 460 2021 as I was under the impression that one of the mangers named June was there to help us and get us the best deal to purchase the car. instead, after reviewing all the paper work he altered the numbers on the MSRP and turns out my contract is a lease is and not financed. Furthermore, instead of the car being 61k sticker price he altered the numbers to be at 75k along with my payment being extremely high even after providing a down payment. On top of that they refused to give me the window sticker of the car. I also asked around and I was told to never go to June because he is known to rip people off. As a result, I will be going to speak directly to June to fix this situation if not I will be escalating this situation.
Had the pleasure last month of purchasing my brand new 2021 Lexus IS 350 F Sport With Marlen Gomez. Marlen assisted me at every step of the purchase, from the moment I walked in (no appointment) up until the moment I left with my car. For anyone seeking to purchase a Lexus, I highly recommend Lexus of Beverly Hills. I was warmly greeted by the whole staff anywhere I went within their facility, and was always offered coffee or water. Overall amazing experience compared to the other Lexus Dealers I went to within Southern California.
I would like to report an incident that occurred between me and Lexus Dealership in Beverly Hills. The initial purpose of my visit was to sell my car. Once I talked to sales person about selling my car they started offering me a new car. However, I told them that buying a new car was secondary because my main concern at the time was selling my car. After spending several hours at the dealership I decided that I will buy a new car from them since they are buying mine... not to mention that another Lexus dealer offered me a better deal . Jim Falk Beverly Hills promised that they will price-match and honor same deal. After agreeing to buy a car from them, sales person told me that their dealer didnt have the model I desired so that they had to deliver it from Santa Monica Lexus dealership. Sales manger promised that the car will arrive in 20 minutes with Michelin tires as I requested. But it arrived next day, and it was delivered from Lexus of Woodland Hills and with different low quality tires with a half empty tank of gas. Nonetheless, my deal with the dealer was that I will pay $1500 as a TOTAL DOWN payment which was ok for me , since that what was offered to me by another dealer , and Jim Falk Lexus agreed to price-match it. However, the problem accrued at the financing department when the employee told me (after signing the contract, first they make you sign on electronic signature touchpad then print the actual lease agreement , which already signed ) that my down payment does not include the first month payment and registration fee. I was shocked. I was told since I already signed the contract and the car was delivered ( which was a total lie ) I had to buy it. However, the fact that I was overcharged and lied to bothered me. The next day I called the dealership and they refused to take care of the problem saying that all they can offer is a complimentary service coupon. I decided to call the General Sales Manager John Kim, the General Sales Manager, who turned out to be the most unprofessional and rude manager ever. I explained my issue and said that their dealership lied to me and told me about extra charges only after signing the contract. I also mentioned that other dealership offered me that the down payment includes the first month payment and registration fee and thats what you promised to honer the same deal. His answer was I dont care what other dealerships do. Basically, the entire Lexus staff didnt admit what the did and they refuse to refund the amount that was overcharged and instead offer me some pointless coupon that I was supposed to get anyway. Treating customers this way and then refusing to be responsible for such actions is unacceptable. especially during a pandemic. Instead of trying to be helpful and be thankful that during this hard times we customers still buy cars, they just do one thing very professionally , ripping off, screwing, lying and being dishonest.I noticed that there are many bad reviews about this dealership regarding the same issue. It seems like Lexus of Beverly Hills is specialized in making people sign contracts and then telling the real amount. I would like Lexus to refund the overcharge and improve the way they work.I personally advised my friends to stay away from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills as far as possible unless some people enjoy being ripped off and scammed by liars like them.
I believe Jim Falk Lexus needs to improve on showing the customer the car features compared to other trim features. The person who showed me the car didnt know anything about the car. And i was not shown any other trims of the vehicle, i was rushed to purchase the vehicle. Basically customer service is very poor and car showing is very poor. I would assume that if someone wants to buy a car, you would show him other trims and be honest about the cars features.
Went back to have my car serviced and they found more repairs needed to be done to the car. JOSH and his colleagues were a breeze to work with. This time they gave a loaner with no issues. Because my experience a while back was so bad that I even took the time to write a review, I wanted write a positive one as the service team really went above and beyond with their customer service. Well done Josh, Fred and the rest of the service team at Jim Falk Lexus. I am a happy and loyal customer once again. My post 1 year ago:Ive been going here for years and I must say that the customer service in the Service Dept. has deteriorated. I have had to cancel my appointment 2 times because of their inability to provide a loaner vehicle -which they guaranteed would be available during the time I reserved. When I asked the rep how I can ensure that I do not encounter this issue again, she responded by saying: you just have to get here early enough. No help trying to book with Enterprise as well. Class A car - Class C service. I have better customer service going to a Honda center.
Most unprofessional and shady dealership I have ever dealt with. Starting with Ara in finance, John Kim General sales manager and Evelyn in the registration dept. So many incompetent people working there and nobody follows through with anything,. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER. And needless to say, I will not be returning.
The staff at Jim Falk Lexus are the best!!! The sales manager Johny, the staff member whom took me for a test drive Juanito and AZ whom always is so sweet and courteous. This is the 3rd car that I have leased from them. There is no hassle. They give the best price and great service. They even called me back to make sure all was good. Words can not describe how I feel. I always recommend them to family and friends. Do yourself a favor and go see them.
My experience here at Jim Falk Lexus has been extremely disappointing. The salesman I was dealing with was Jimmy Yac. After spending the entire day negotiating, we finally came to an agreement. The car was delivered to my home at night so it was hard to see everything. Later on I realized that the car was missing a floor mat. There was also a lot of paper and plastic trash in the trunk that was not removed. Jimmy said the car was washed, but it was covered with finger prints, smudges, water spots, and dusty smears on the inside. If they washed it, it was a very poor job. Everything looked very rushed. The next day I let Jimmy know and he said he would take care of everything for me. He said they could pick up the car, get the floor mat, wash the car, and top off my gas tank. I was interested in some cross bars and asked him to check if the crossbars were available first. Several days later (even though I tried contacting him several times), he finally got back to me with the crossbar part number and price. I called the parts department and asked them about the part. It was the wrong part for the wrong year model. The part number Jimmy gave me was for the 2020 model. I just leased the 2021 model. I asked the parts associate on the phone if it would fit my 2021 and he said he didnt know. So after all that effort trying to find some crossbars, nothing was resolved. I texted and emailed Jimmy and let him know about the crossbar situation and he did not respond at all. I eventually gave up on the cross bars and said lets just get the car picked up and take care of all those things originally offered. I texted and texted and emailed and emailed and called the dealership and left messages. No response for 8 days. He completely ghosted me. I guess after Jimmy collected his commission, he really did not care about his customers. I understand you might be busy since it is the end of the year, but to completely ignore your customer after mistakes were made is just horrible customer service. Eventually I had to call into the dealership myself and speak to a sales manager named Michael. He listened to what happened and apologized, but then I asked him if there was anything he could do for me for being ignored and treated like that for so long by Jimmy. He said no, he wasnt willing to do anything else. I was a bit surprised by that. This dealership always boasts about what a great experience car buying is at their location and how well they treat their customers. My experience here was terrible. It perfectly fits the cliche of going to a car dealership, wasting your entire day haggling with a sleazy car salesman, and if you have a problem with your car they dont care about it because they already made their commission. They eventually washed my car and mailed me floormats, but it was several weeks later and it took a lot of effort on my part to get things done.
Manager lied about price of vehicle. I regret purchasing here. Was listed at 61k, with rebates was told 57k and when the contract came the manager lied about where my down payment was going/ cost of car. They ended up charging me 66k. When i asked about the extra price. Iw as told sales tax. But DMV now says i owe sales tax. I was lied to the whole way. I would not do business with this dealership
They are thieves here. I took my vehicle in to get serviced for an oil change, and as expected, they gave me a list of things I needed to get done, or more so what the dealer recommended services are. One of the recommended services were for my front and rear brakes. I knew my rear brakes needed repair because I was told months back it was wearing down. The front, however, I was not aware of, but the service advisor said that the technician checked and that I had 1 mm left of my brakes. I was stressing because I had not noticed any changes or sounds in my front brakes. So I said I would be back to have that serviced, but never did. Instead, I took it to Lexus of Glendale for a separate servicing appointment, where I knew they would perform their own multi-point inspection, free of the knowledge that I had already had the multi-point inspection report from this place (Beverly Hills Lexus). So upon receiving the inspection report from Glendale, I see that while my front brakes Do need replacing soon, they were STILL at 5 mm, as opposed to the 1mm diagnosis Lexus of Beverly Hills wrote down on the report. Im assuming they did that to conjure up some fear in me to quickly get those brakes serviced there. Nevertheless, I will never give them my money or service ever again

I would have been treated with more respect at Yugo dealership. For a so-called luxury car dealership in Beverly Hills, my Lexus would not have been returned with grease spots all over it. The service person would not have insulted me two times and the manager would not be out to lunch the entire day- nowhere to be found. This is the 2nd time I serviced my car at Jim Falk Lexus. Even though I live around the block, I I will not be returning for any reason in the future.

I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership however worked very closely with the salesperson, Misha. Misha was amazing to work with, transparent, easy to speak with and worked really hard in trying to get me the deal I wanted for the car. My last 7 car purchases have been strictly over the phone and Misha was definitely one of the best I have worked with. If you decide to give this dealership a try, reach out for Misha first, you wont regret it.
Please, stay away from this dealership. They tried to sell me an RX350 thats listed on their site at $60,255 (after the $2,000 lexus cash offer) for over $74,000. Tried to tell me it was a rare edition, etc. BS. I found this exactly car at plenty of other dealerships. Even if I have it shipped to my state, Ill end up paying a lot less. The worst Lexus dealership Ive had to deal with in my life. Crooooooks!
Do not buy your car from here. All these great reviews must be fake. I purchased a used vehicle from here and bought 2 insurance policies on it, only to find out that my vehicle was still under warranty. I was scammed. I am still trying to get the 2nd insurance policy removed from my loan and every time I have called or emailed I have received no response. Do not trust these people with your business! I even tried to reach out the manager of the dealer explaining my situation- to not be responded to once again. This dealership is your typical sleazy dealer!! Shame on you Lexus!!
Took my car in for my first 5k inspection, was told first maintenance is free but they said I should do a $300 alignment without even checking my car, decided to opt out of the alignment since it felt like I was just being sold too and got sh*t service after. Left my car at 930, angel Vasquez said he would have it by 11:30 since I had an appointment. He never called, I call back at 12:45, 15 minutes before closing and he tells me it’s ready. I ask him what work they did he said standard inspection. Not even my tire pressure has been adjusted which is supposed to be part of this so I wonder if they even checked out anything with the car.. would not go back to this service center again
Worst car buying experience ever! I felt mistreated by every associate, salesperson, fiance, and manager involved. They failed at every turn to deliver what they promised and worst lied to my face and when given the opportunity to correct a wrong they doubled down on making it the worst experience at every turn of the sale and most off all delivery. In the middle of a sale at Carmax in Ontario, Jim Falk Lexus happens to call me when I was on the verge of closing my 5th vehicle over the years from Carmax (should not have gone anywhere else, much less Jim Falk Lexus). Michel in internet sales was very good at saying that the car I had my eye on was ready and waiting to be looked at and promised to have it ready. After a 1.5-hour drive to my surprise, the vehicle isnt there. I had to wait over 30 min for it to arrive, even after he verified 2 times that I was on my way. I test drove the car I didnt see to much wrong with it. However, after driving for a bit I noticed the left front tire was at 27 PSI, all others 37, 38, 39. Should have never been allowed behind the wheel. Its just a tire and of course the sales associate Michel promised that it would be fixed before I departed. I was the last sale of the day, no one is around they close the door behind me, owner of a new to me used 2017 Lexus IS. I mention the year and model because it is the low end of Lexus and I have treated the same just a lower class of buyer and likewise was told by Yani (sales manager) what do I expect when you by a used car (WOW) and the emphasis on the fact that it was the low-end Lexus. (double wow). The professionalism and caviler of sales etiquette are beyond out of control and not deserving of the LEXUS brand. After they closed the door behind me and gave me the keys, excited about my purchase no way home other than this car. Flat tire 25 PSI, this happened after I was assured during paperwork that the tire was checked and was filled and no problems would persist and just in case for my peace of mind in the sale they promised to give me a new tire if it wasnt. So on the side of the road at the LEXUS dealer 11 PM with no ride and no one answering their phone, I found an employee that took possession and he too promised that the car would be fixed the next day and all but guaranteed that it would be delivered the next day because they are really good about taking care of this type of problem. (Guess this happens often enough)The next day after getting a hold of Michel and eventually Yani (sales manager) at around 1 I get a picture and text stating all fixed. PSI is at 33 everything else 37, 38, and 39 just like the day before. Michel and Yani both promised that a new tire was replaced and that it was set at 33 PSI and that PSIs rarely would match. LOL both experts in car PSI. Of course, turn out the tire was just re-inflated and leaking from a nail, so they lied to me about a new tire. Michel PSI genius said that he could show me every PSI on the lot and that none would match, that it was very common. SMH that it was set to 33, he needs to educate himself before he can speak on the subject. I left out much more of his expertise, but I kept our correspondence in case anyone wants to laugh. The sales manager Yani co-signed all his comments so I guess maybe sales needs to stick to sales. After these 2 psi experts lied to me, I wanted to speak to someone else, Mr. excuses Fred (used car sales manager). This guy must have promised me a call back 20 times, and never did only updates I received were bogus and after several attempts at talking to someone. He threw his assistant under the bus, she was too busy to remind him or take some of his burden, one excuse after another for his own inability to lead, supervise and control the situation and deliver what he and others promised. I didnt get my car for almost a week, I couldnt get a rental which they agree to pay for after all the lies since I never got a call back on time to secure a rental because they kept telling me I was getting the car that day after day and SO MUCH MORE!!!
Horrible customer service experience from the Sales manager and associate named Stephanie. This was a very misleading tale of a client yet again deceived by a Jim Falk dealership in Beverly Hills as they tried on every attempt to mislead, laugh amongst themselves, and lie to a potential client. If you have any respect for yourself you will not enter these premises. As a potential client who enters Jim Falk dealership in Beverly Hills will be objectified with no doubt and for no reason will be taken full advantage of for being themselves.
Jim Falk Lexus has to be one of THE best dealerships in Los Angeles. Bar none. They are very thorough, clear, and just nice. Very little to no haggling required. I told them what car, and they came with the best price right from the getgo. The salesmen and women are all very professional and are attentive to your needs. I will definitely come back for my next car.
UPDATE!!!: Do not trust this dealership! We bought a car and signed for a specific loan rate. When the bill came a month later, it was a full percent higher than what we signed for. I left two messages for the sales manager over the period of a week and he never returned my call. I finally reached him and he said he had to look in to it but promised to call me the next day. That has been more than a week ago. Shady dealings if you ask me...Went out of their way to make the car buying experience not a painful one (as it usually is). Every person there was extremely helpful from the top to the bottom. Best car buying experience Ive had to date.
A dealer full of scammers. They just want your money. Once you pay, you are done. They will feed you so many lies until you sign, once you do, well, brace yourself for a pile of frustrations. Their disorganized business started the first day we purchased the car. Gave us wrong key, guaranteed a service for the first year ( went after 8 months and no such services are covered for me. Called back the sales manager and as soon as I told him what happened, he told me to call back. When I called back, his phone is off. I tried for an hour. Imagine I am doing this from the services location because they are asking me to pay), and recently we had a flat tire, and guess what---- the jack and all accessories werent there. It has been over a year since we bought the car. Ya you can say it is my fault for not checking. But I had no reason to. Also I trusted a big company like this. Anyway, I called to speak with sales manager. I was told he will call me back. Never did. After two weeks I called again. I spoke with a manager, and he didnt even feel sorry. He was too proud to tell me that I have to pay for it. My point is, this people are liers. Dont go there, if you do, Make sure you record what the sales manager and finance manager promise you because they are just saying it until you sign. Also check the entire car. I wish I can give them 0 stars.
Sales:Pretty good. Friendly. Very thorough. Customer service after the sale is decent. I like that whenever I have a question or need a favor, I can contact my sales rep on his personal phone. However, they are not willing to negotiate price. In my case, the price of my new car was perfectly fair, as we confirmed via True Car and Kelly Blue Book, but it was definitely not the best price they could have offered me. The finance department mishandled my paperwork. It took them two weeks to pay off my trade because of an error on their end. Though they did correct the problem as soon as they could, it was stressful having my bank call me and ask why I hadn’t made a payment (on a car they didn’t know I traded in two weeks earlier at Jim Falk). I’d like to see them better organized in this regard.Service:Excellent. Martha Gomez is on top of everything. Hector is a master technician. Both of them together get everything just right. I love being able to have a no hassle, complimentary loaner car. And the department that offers the loaner cars is extremely helpful. Everyone is very friendly. However, their service facility is 1) in a different, less convenient location from where the dealer is located, 2) extremely overpriced. Your local mechanic may be a better choice, 3) their facility is clean and comfortable with complimentary beverages and snacks, but it’s not very spacious or very posh. It’s the least elaborate Lexus service center I’ve ever seen, to be honest. Keyes in Van Nuys and Lexus of Santa Monica have service centers that look and feel like you’re waiting for your car at a luxury resort whereas Jim Falk’s service center is much more basic. It’s fine. It’s just not the prestigious Lexus experience you’d expect considering how much they charge, their Beverly Hills location, how expensive the service actually is, and the experience you get from other Lexus service centers.Total rating given everything considered:Sales— 4/5Service—4/5This dealer will suit you just fine. But may enjoy buying, servicing, or both with a different dealer if you’re looking for the kind of Lexus experience you see in commercials.
Angel, our service rep., greeted me immediately. He was friendly, efficient and well informed about my vehicle. After he reviewed the data from previous visits, he explained clearly what my vehicle needed both for this service visit and the next so that I would be on top of keeping my vehicle in good order. The very nice loaner car was ready to leave when I was.The service was fast and as far as I can tell done properly. And my very dirty car (we were out of town) come home shining like a new penny.Thank you Jim Falk Lexus.
Eddie, the service rider is nice and very accommodating but the service dept and the quality of their work is another matter. I brought my Moms 98 in as the alternator was broken and the car would not work. Because I had some issues with the prices they were charging us the last time I brought in the car, I advised Eddie about the high cost of their services. He shopped around and was able to get better prices on the alternator from other local Lexus dealers and was able to match that price (thank you Eddie). I had them do the general service, which included oil change, a general check of the car over all, car wash,, etc. When I picked up the car, not only had it not been washed, but the indicator on the dash advised us that the window washer was empty, I had them fill it which should have been checked and done while they had the car and were doing the over all service on the car, but the notice was still on. When I pointed this out to the person assisting me in getting the car, he said most likely the wire had not been attached! They took the car back, attached the wire and I was able to leave. But I do not know what else they didnt attach or more importantly look at when they were checking the car and doing the over all service . When we brought the car in I mentioned to Eddie that the speedomotor only worked part of the time. I asked about it when I paid the bill and was told they did not know if it was working or not and could not check it. Isnt that what they were paid for??????? I cannot trust the company nor the service they say they provided and were paid for. I feel we are due a credit for their work.
I came to Jim Falk Lexus to look at the new RC Coupe. What a GREAT experience! Michael Iriana helped me, showed me the car, and explained the car and the leasing process to me. Every other dealership I visited (and there were a LOT) some salesperson gave me the standard high-pressure, fast sale, thoroughly unpleasant sales pitch. Michael was polite, warm, friendly, totally professional, and very respectful. I waited a week and set up a time with him to complete the deal. He made me a terrific price on the FIRST attempt, no pressure, no nonsense, just a straight up great deal with no surprises. He delivered the car to my office that day, showed me how to operate all the gadgets and tech; really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Michael was absolutely great and really made this the most pleasant car-buying experience Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot of cars. Ray in Finance was very professional and thorough, and I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted, and I intend to keep coming back. I recommend the crew at Jim Falk Lexus most highly to anyone who wants a great car, a great price, and a great experience!
Last week I experienced the worst customer service from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills.Let me start by saying I love my Lexus. I would expect that Lexus USA would do a better job of policing the bad customer service incidents that their dealerships serve up to their customers. All you must do is look at the number of 1-star reviews in Yelp by dissatisfied service customers. I was going to Lexus of Beverly Hills for several years until I caught them trying to over-charge and over-service a maintenance check. Compared to Santa Monica Lexus their cost was nearly 20% higher.Since Lexus of Beverly Hills moved their service to a new location (I live nearby) and one of the guys I know from Santa Monica moved over to Beverly Hills l decided to give it another go. It was a disaster. I brought my call in for service on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready the next day; it wasn’t. It wasn’t ready on Thursday, or Friday, in fact it was ready until late Saturday afternoon. The original estimate was $2,400 the final cost came in at $4,400. There were no fewer than 12 texts, 6 emails, countless phone calls and finally I had to personally visit the dealer’s service area to get a timeline for completion of the service. I was originally told that they were waiting for parts, but finally the service rep (who will remain nameless) told me they were jammed with recall repairs and they didn’t have time to get to my vehicle. I think they would have kept it another week to meet other problems with recalls.Back to price issues and over-charging. I took one item off the invoice—spark plugs. The dealership charged a whopping $28 per plug, plus $633 labor. I don’t know what others would charge for the labor but the plugs at a local Pet Boys Auto parts was only $8. That’s almost three (3) times premium at the dealership.I could go through all the remaining over-charged parts, but needless to say, even with their new shiny service building in my opinion they are still a bunch of shysters over-charging and over-servicing their customers.I will say the car is running well, but do you think a customer should go through all this and over pay that much to get a car serviced. Check out the reviews before going to any Lexus dealership for repairs. Again… look at the number 1-star reviews and beware before going to Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills.
This dealership thought they could lie about the legal conditions of how my loan got approved AKA buy a over priced accessory fee that is a warranty! Also they offered me around $5,000 less to what Kelly Blue Book and Carmax estimated/gave for my traded in. They go back on the promise they gave you to get you to sign papers!!
Where do I begin? One star review for internet sales team who said they couldnt honor their offer made to me online. one star review for finance manager who wanted to charge me tax in addition to the lease payment which included the tax. One star review for Truecar offer which obviously meant nothing to Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. Five star review for Heidi who answered all my questions, was extremely communitive, straight forward and professional and made the deal work. Five stars for delivery guy, Aleem too, who was on time, and very professional. And only because of Heidi and Aleem, do I give Falk 3 stars.
I came in just to test drive a few cars because I was in the area and in need of a new car.I wasnt expecting to get a car because I was by myself and I have never bought a car by myself before.I was greeted by Vlad who was a pleasure to work with. He let me test drive the cars I wanted in the colors I liked (which involved him moving several cars to get to it). He went out of his way and was very knowledgeable about each model and was not trying to sell a car but to help educate me about Lexus and each model I was interested in.After I test drove, we worked on lease options with Enrique. I felt very comfortable, not stressed and actually excited (which has never happened at a car dealership before). We negotiated on a few things and it felt fair on both sides. I felt like I got a really good deal and I ended up walking out with a new car!! Enrique was a pleasure to work with and wasnt pushy but more helpful and made me feel confident on my decision.Ray in finance was very helpful, professional and quick. He was thorough and help me understand everything I was signing and took his time. This was the best car experience I have every had because Vlad, Enrique and Ray were there helping me and making me feel comfortable, instead of being pushy.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, Fook the sales rep was amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Fook. When I received my vehicle it was closing time and didn’t have such great light to inspect it. The next morning I inspected the vehicle and noticed a scratch, when I reported to the dealer, all I got was a tube of touch up paint. For all you purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, make sure to inspect your vehicle before taking delivery. This dealership does not have an area to deliver vehicles with plenty of light in the evening, that’s how they got me.If I would of noticed this scratch, I would of never took the vehicle.
I purchased my car at Jim Falk Lexus. Ive always had my car serviced at the dealer to make sure my car stayed in mint condition. The service staff are always very helpful and very accommodating. My recent visit was no different. Freddy offered excellent customer service and Im always pleased with my service visit. Im very confident that my car was well taken care of at Jim Falk Lexus.
I give my salesperson four stars - I would give 5 but he left before I arrived even though I let him know I would be coming by after work that day. I also later found out that the options I thought I was getting were not on the car he sold me. Its also possible that the other salespeople messed up on that issue but if he had been there when I got there, I think everything wouldve been much better. I have regrets about not buying from my local dealer. I got a good price and they gave me a fair price for my trade in. I actually ended up dealing with 5 different people by the time I left, not counting the finance guy. Also, when I got my tutorial on the car, before leaving, I was told that it had certain functions that my car does not actually have.I give the finance guy a zero! What shouldve been a 1-2 hour in and out, took over 4 hours. most of that time was spent waiting for the finance person to take me. I have A-1 credit but he dragged it out, increased the interest rate over what I was told was being offered, and tried to sell me every warranty and maintenance contract available and lied about the consequences of declining them. Then also raised the interest rate by an additional point because I asked for an option to find other financing and then (more than likely deliberately) accidently forgot to write in the option when he asked me to sign the contract. Then he called the next day and offered to reduce the rate by 2% if I went with their financing but said it was conditioned on me purchasing an extended warranty for $2,900!
After they have your money, if you have a problem, they NEVER call you back. Bought a used IS350 but before I took delivery I spotted a broken tail light and headlight. (How was this missed when the car supposedly went through their 161 point inspection?) They fixed those but after I finally got it home I noticed the other tail light was also cracked. Texted and called about just getting the replacement part - no need to even involve service dept. ALWAYS said they would get back to me - Edgar and then Fredi. Even left a message with Alex.I left dozens texts and calls over weeks because they always said they would get back to me. If they had just said upfront that they werent going to replace it (even with a lame excuse) at least I would know where I stood. Instead, it was completely unprofessional to always leave me with the expectation of a return call with no intent to ever follow through.I wish they didnt have the car/color we were trying to find. Knowing what I know now, I would have waited to find it somewhere else. Their operation is true to the worst stereotype of a used car dealership...just with better phone etiquette. These other 5 star ratings are probably shills or theyve just been lucky not to have a problem so far. As it is, Yelp rating is a point lower.
I brought my car in for service last week. Once again, Eddy did a fantastic job and had a loaner waiting so there was no inconvenience to my schedule. The service was completed in just a few hours and my car was washed and ready to pick up when I arrived. Id highly recommend Jim Falk Lexus because of their courteous and professional treatment.
Hands down easiest car buying experience ever. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with “AZ” who made our transaction simple from A-Z. She even went out of her way to offer for a delivery at the apartment, curbside without even having to ask. With all that is going on, AZ and Beverly Hills Lexus brightened up our day in this dark time. Highly recommend !!
I have always brought my car to get serviced here, despite I did not purchase my car from this dealer. The people here are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The last representative to help me was Angel, he was very informative of what I should have done to the car and while I left my car there he maintained me updated through out the day of the progress of the car. Aziza is also another person I dealt with, she is very professional and friendly she handled all my paper work easy and fast. She got me on my loaner vehicle and I was on my merry way. I would recommend this service department to anyone that needs their car serviced.
Really bad after sales service. I bought 2 cars with AZ. She seems like really nice but she doesnt want to take care of paperwork after our sales. Before I buy, I say that Im buying for export. So we really need to have titles after payment cleared. I got titles after 40 days for both. She really nice before we buy them but after that she like horrible. She said Im on vacation and transfer to other people. Alex was helping us.Horrible dealer I ever had. I feel like selling luxury cars on street market.
I was frankly dreading the car buying process, but my experience with Jim Falk Lexus was terrific. Penelope Morris was a wonderful sales consultant. She really listened, understood my requirements and delivered on getting the perfect Lexus for me. I got a beautiful car for a great price. I never felt pressured or on the defensive, as I had in previous car buying experiences.Thumbs up!
From the time I called and spoke with Robby Leverton it was a great experience. Robby took me from start to finish and was very professional and easy going. He scheduled me an appointment and I showed up at 7 pm. after work and the process went about 2 1/2 hours at the most.I test drove the car, he sent it to detail and then they worked me out a deal. The deal met my needs as far as the payment I was looking for also. I drove off feeling very happy especially after Robby gave me a full tutorial on how to operate the system in the car. I was very please with my purchase and wouldnt have had it any other way. Might I add the Jim Falk has the best prices on Lexus Certified Pre - Owned cars and I did quite a bit of shopping. It was a very good experience and I would recommend anyone to go there if you are looking for a smooth purchase and good deal on a Lexus. i would hope their experience would be just as great as mine. Thanks Jim Falk and thanks Robby. :)
Smoothest car buying experience ever. I dealt with Fredi Hoffman via phone and email. She gave me a great deal with no haggling or bargaining. When I came into the dealership, everything was ready for me to sign. Also thanks to Navid, my salesman. This is the way a car buying experience should be.Definitely 5 stars...
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase experience at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I mostly interacted with the internet sales manager and with the general store manager. From my experience this management does not care about their customers. I understand a car dealership just wants to sell as many cars as possible per quarter to meet their numbers but they should care about their customers in the process as well.I purchased a brand new Lexus for more than $50,000. When you purchase that expensive vehicle, you want to make sure that if something goes wrong the management will be there to help you out. My car had scratches on the dashboard that I had not noticed during the purchase. I noticed them when I brought my car home. When I asked the management to help me fix the problem, they told me to pay $2,000 to replace the dashboard. The purchasing process is very stressful, and you cannot see every small detail and confirm if everything is correct with the new car. It is just not possible.I have spoken to Newport Lexus dealership about my Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills experience and they told me they would have taken care of it. Next time, I will purchase my car from a dealership that cares about their customers. Unfortunately, Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills is not it. If you like the price quote they give you, take it to another Lexus dealership with better customer service and purchase your car there.
It was a pleasure working with Garrett, our sales person. He provided us with tons of information and worked hard to find us the best deal based on our needs. I would think of him first when looking for our next Lexus. The staff at this dealer were very welcoming and attentive as we waited for the process to be completed.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. And that includes flying from the bay area down to BH and driving my car home. It was such a pleasure dealing with the staff there I would do it all again in a minute for the deal I got. Tracy and Will in the finance dept are top notch. The car is beautiful and I couldnt be happier. Most important to me is Customer Service and theirs is second to none! Thank you - Ill be back!
I made an online inquiry for new 2019 car they had in stock. I was contacted by their online sales guy, Jimmy. He was really condescending on the phone. Instead of asking me about the car I was inquiring about or what I was looking for, he was grilling me on how I was going to pay for the car, where I lived and whether or not I was trading in a car. I was really put off. All I wanted was best price they had for this car. He said he would email me the price and I never heard back. With the technology available today, I dont think its unreasonable for people to go online and inquire about a car from several dealers asking for their best price. Apparently, Jim Faulk doesnt think so. I took my business elsewhere and I was able to find my new Lexus at another dealer. I will never look at Jim Faulk Lexus again for my future Lexus purchases.
Transaction went fast and smooth just the way buying a car should be.I would have given it 5 stars but one little thing though, when I inspected the car after I got home, the wheel lock key is missing. This is a basic SAFETY gadget that the dealership should make sure is in the car. So I called my salesman requesting to send me one in good faith, he said said his manager will contact me. Well... I know the manager will NOT call especially once the car is sold. Its a cheap thing that I can easily buy myself but hoping that JF Lexus will go out of its way to provide customers with the real Beverly Hills Lexus experience ...Perhaps I should have contacted Lexus corporate instead.
Fred the Used Car Manager is super helpful. I had a rig that needed to be picked up from the store and transported to Idaho. With all thats going on, I was unable to get my vehicle. I called the store, asked to speak with the Used Car Manager and was informed that he was not at work on this particular day. Fred called me back about 15 mis later from his home and let me know he was going to head over to the store to help me out and take care of some other customers. Great job Fred and thank you for going the extra mile.
My service rep Maria was invaluable and fantastic during my last service visit to replace recalled Air Bags and 6 month service. She answered all any questions i had, relayed any status on service completion and expertly explained additional service recommendations and also eased the pain of those additional costs to my IS250. Jim Falks service is second to none and has gotten better with its new and beautiful service location, which still runs like an amazing Swiss watch or a fine tuned Lexus vehicle from Jim Falk
I went to Jim Falk Lexus because of its location, and also because Id seen an ad for a car that looked interesting.Ill cut to the chase - the experience was delightful!First of all, its a really nice store, with all the perks. The salesmen are polite and not at all pushy.I test drove the car, and decided to make an offer. I went into what I call The Steam Room expecting the worst. I couldnt have been more surprised! The salesman gave me an offer, and I countered with a reasonablylower counter offer. He took it to the manager and came back smiling. We made the deal, and Im a happy camper!! YO, Jim Falk!!!
I have been buying and also leasing car for the last 25 yrs, my choice been ONLY LEXUS. The Beverly Hills dealership and service Dept are top notch. I always had great and prompt service with very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. My engine check light came on. I drove to the Robertson service dept, even though it was after the the closing time, they took the car, gave me a loaner car and got it fixed the next day.My lease is due in Sep and I would get another Lexus without hesitation.
I was contacted by the dealership to have an airbag recall handled. They got me in right away, gave me a Lexus loaner vehicle and as is their procedure, they did a thorough check of my car. I do appreciate that they do that. Of course, I still have a choice to have them perform any maintenance or take it to a Lexus Certified Service business.I was contacted the next day that my car was ready to be picked up! As usual, it was washed and I was given the detailed report of my cars condition. One note, all the years that I lived in Phoenix, AZ. where I was the previous owner of Lexus vehicles, I always received a Lexus loaner vehicle whenever I left mine for servicing. It has not always been the case here. Im not sure why. While they DO arrange A loaner vehicle (from a local Enterprise), it isnt to the standard of a Lexus. Ive never complained as I dont NEED to have a Lexus as a loaner.. but I was just surprised.. (I think I was spoiled.. ;-/ ) This is not an issue that I would lower my review rating over. Ive always been treated well by all of the service dept employees so they deserve acknowledgement.
Wasted my time by asking me to check out my car to buy one there and was offered $500 for my 5k car at the time. Also didnt allow me to check out any of there cars. Who treats someone like this when buying a car? Go to Westminster Lexus instead, they wont waste your time. What a joke.
After years of feeling like I was getting overcharged, Ive finally had it. This last experience was particularly bad - My car is about 7-8 years old but only has about 27000 miles. There was nothing wrong with my car and I only brought it in for routine maintenance. They told me I should get a extensive 6 year-maintenance checkup and they wanted to charge me over $1700. That seems odd since there was literally nothing wrong with the car but I was able to get a small discount and I decided it was ok to pay more if I was getting top, expert service. The day after I got my car back, my tire pressure light came on. I checked the tires - and they were each at 50psi. (The standard for my car is 35/38psi.) Id like to think the Lexus dealership would know how much air to put in the tires of a Lexus. I cant tell if they did this on purpose to mess up my tires or if it was simply incompetence. But either way, I will not be returning.
Maria at the Jim Falk Lexus at the Robertson location has helped me with my new RC 350 several times now (general service, no problems). She is terrific! Always there to greet me with a big smile on her face the moment I drive in. Makes the whole process easy and quick. A pleasure to deal with. Have always had a good experience with both this location and the Wilshire location. Highly recommend working with Maria..
My Purchase from Jim Faulk Lexus Beverly Hills started out as a good experience Tracy was helpful and was able to get us the car we wanted. The experience went south after that when it came to financing. Ruby was trying to make me buy a service contract that was 5K and I was only paying 20K for my used CT200h. Later after he added to the contract I caught it and called him out on it he said it was my salespersons fault that he didnt explain it to me. I then told Ruby to remove it from the service contract and he dropped the price of the service contract 3 times to $2,500 at that point I said to stop wasting my time and just give be the option contract for the car only because I was going to finance it through my credit union. The following day my Credit Union sent out the check and they cashed it 2 days later. Then two weeks later I come to find out that they sent the contract to their finance company and I now have 2 auto loans for the same car due to their incompetence. It has been a week since I called them and the Finance Manager Tammy still has not called back saying that they cleared up the situation like she said she would a week ago. I call only to get forwarded to V/M and no return call. This place is a Joke and it’s sad how they can even be located in Beverly Hills with this type of service. This is the first and last time I will purchase a car from Jim Joke Lexus. I will not be recommending this dealership to anybody I know.
I went to the new service center on Doheny a few months ago ... Not good. They overcharge for everything! But at least you can get a loaner vehicle, coffee and cookie which is nice and probably not worth the markup. They charged me $229 for an alignment even though I would new tires in 3 months only telling me this information after ! The service agent said she would include alignment if I bought my tires for them. But looking into it now their tire prices are super high compared to other places. My tire should be $175 and they quoted me $263 per tire. Total rip off! Dont buy tires here. I will try to update this review after seeing a trusted normal mechanic for the crazy amount they quoted me for other services I would need now that it has been few months. I hope to never get taken advantage of again. Shame on you Lexus!!!
Yesterday I bought my 1st Lexus ES 350 Crafted Line with the help of Penelope Morris. The experience with Penelope was just nice and smooth. She was acting with high level of professionalism and support, and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge of the car to the smallest details.I will remember this experience and will recommend my friends to buy at Jim Falk Lexus. This dealership employs quality people who make car buying a quite pleasant experience.
This was my first service for my IS 250 and I did not know what to expect. I was a little surprised that I had to call at the end of the day if my car was ready since I had dropped it off at 9:45 AM (appointment at 10:15 AM). When I picked up the car the next morning I had to ask if all was completed and wanted some explanations before accepting the car. A tech had to be notified so he could review with me how the voice recognition had to be adjusted to work properly. Overall I am satisfied with the service but felt the service consultant could have been more proactive in giving me information and calling me when the car would be ready. Better information can be given to first time customers how long the wait will be (15 minutes) after checking out and where exactly to wait to pick up the car. I did appreciate getting a loaner for the day. I like my Lexus very much.
Maria Hosgor is the finest service rep. She is personable and knowledgeable. She keeps track of all 3 of our Lexus vehicles and reminds me of maintenance needs. I was able to schedule an appointment for service within a day for my husbands car. She was prompt and gave a thorough evaluation of the cars status. She was able to apply a discount to an additional service it needed. I was provided a loaner car, drove home, ran short errands - then within a few hours my car was ready.
I made a same day appointment to go buy a car. The salesman Brandon said he would wait for me to show up. I also got an email from the Sales Manager Chris looking forward to seeing me. He said they were closing at 6pm but would wait for me. I called at 5:10pm and told him I just got out of work and I am going to change clothes and be there at 6pm. He said that was fine. When I get there and park, an employee came out and said they were closed. I guess when they saw me in shorts and I was Latino they refused to see me. I see they are picky and choose what type of customers they like to service. They lost a sale.
Just had my CT200h serviced, and the customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Jacqueline for the wonderful help! I was in and out very quickly and they made sure to work with my tight schedule. I didnt have to wait for my loaner, and they are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I have for my Lexus. I will definitley be continuing my service with Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills!
The service personnel are friendly however we did not experience this as luxury car service. We took our 2012 350RX for service as the key fob was not working. It had not been working six weeks earlier when we initially brought the car for service. Sometimes the fob worked to lock or unlock the car; sometimes it didnt. When I took the car in, it wasnt working at all with either fob. The service rep changed the batteries in each fob and it seemed to work. However, after that service visit, the fob continued to malfunction so that the car could not be locked. I googled the problem and learned that it was probably a faulty actuator. I wished the service personnel had checked this too, the first time around. We returned the car for service and finally it was determined that it was indeed the actuator. We have a warranty so the repair should have been automatic. Instead it took two days to get a managers approval on the repair. The car ended up being in the shop for a week. We kept having to call to see what was happening with the car instead of someone calling us.On a separate matter, I had lost one of the fobs and ordered another one through the Parts Dept. The Parts Dept called us a few days later to let us know the fob had arrived. When I went to pick it up, it took the staff at least 15 minutes (probably 20) to locate it. Then they told me that the service department would have to program it. I went to the service desk where I was informed that it would take an hour to program it. I could (1) wait for an hour while they programmed it, or (2) leave my car and take a loaner, or (3) I could come back another day and wait for that hour or leave my car and take a loaner. It would have been nice had the parts dept. informed me of this at the time I bought the fob, so that I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I still have to go back and have the fob programmed, and Jim Falk Lexus has an unimpressed customer. We think we will give SM Lexus a try, even though Jim Falk Lexus is less than a mile from my office.
Enrique Carvajal provided me with superior customer service with the lease of my Lexus Hybrid. My husband had previously purchased a Lexus from Enrique a few months ago, and boasted about the personal touch that he provided to him when completing the transaction. Coming highly recommended, I decided to give him a try. Initially, I was worried about making two car payments, as my lease for the Mercedes Benz was not up until 2 months; however, Enrique managed to work something out and I ended up taking a brand new fully loaded Lexus ES 300h. I was impressed that he was able to drive to us on a day of heavy traffic (with a family member following), to bring us the paperwork necessary to secure the lease, and brought the vehicle to our doorstep. In addition, Enrique took the time to explain all of the many features of the vehicle, which were all an upgrade from what I previously had. The level of service he provided was impeccable, and I will definitely be contacting Enrique for my second vehicle, and have already recommended him to friends and family members. Thanks so much Enrique for providing my family with first class service. If you go to Jim Falk, ask for Enrique whether youre reading this review online on whether you walk in! You will not be disappointed with the level of customer service that he will provide to you!
Excellent!!! The dealership contacted me regarding a recall on my vehicle. Mike Kim, my service consultant was very thorough and quick. I was streamlined in as I dropped of my car and received my loaner. The process was the same as I retrieved my vehicle. I highly recommend Jim Falk of Beverly Hills primarily for the excellent customer service!!!
Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills has given me the best possible leasing deal for my previous three leases (3 years, 3 years, and 2 years). I have tried to award my business to a Lexus dealership closer to my home but their offers dont compare. This time around I worked with Enrique and Robert, and as a seasoned Lexus customer I know that I have the best deal in town. Deal aside, Enriques customer service is second to none, his knowledge about Lexus cars is highly impressive, and hes an incredibly authentic person. A genuine pleasure and privilege to work with.
Very unhappy with the lack of attention and urgency in resolving discrepancy in reporting the correct date car was traded in which impacted my credit history negatively. Im being billed by Lexus Financiall for a car that was already returned in November, 2019 forJim Falk dealerships failure to submit to them the necessary paperwork on time. Lexus fell short of their promise for an Excellent custimer service! Very disapponting. It is compounding the stress Im feeling in this current crisis.
I received multiple calls from Jimmy Yac and multiple emails after making an online inquiry about a Tesla model 3 at a third party site. Clearly my information was sold to this dealership and they then pulled a bait and switch. They made it sound as if they had what I was looking for just to get me through the door. I actually had considered the Lexus RX my second choice in vehicles, I even tried getting to this dealer last week before test driving the Tesla, but couldnt find parking as this is a very inconvenient location. Due to the scummy tactic employed by Jim Falk Lexus I will be finding another dealer. Considering they will be underhanded getting people through the door, I can only imagine what they do when customers have already spent their money and need help.
Brought the IS 350 F sport at Jim Falks. Came here on July 7, 2020; noise came from my rear tires loose backing plate, got a rental and everything. Got the car back on July 9, 2020 with success, but I got home and realized my dash cam doesn’t work I noticed the power plug was in the radar socket and the usb cord was unplugged. The dash cam shouldn’t have been touched since I brought the car for rear tire problems. I have video evidence that shows my dash cam worked during the warranty work and stopped working on July 8, 2020 17:06:20 this was when the technician (Hector) took my car for an overnight test drive. I talked to the Service Manager (Josh Kim) showed him the evidence about the problem on 7/10/2020 and he told the service representative (Caneen) to tell me to get a diagnostics on the problem from where I had gotten the dash cam installed. Really? You broke it and your going to tell a customer to get a diagnostics on the problem!? Don’t ever bring your car in here unless you want bad service! I expected everything to be fixed and stayed the same, who expects a problem to be fixed and cause another problem?? But they denied any responsibility. I also came back on 7/132020 to see if the Service director (D. Vinci) could help me out but it was the same outcome. He said “how do I not know it broke when you took the car home” uhh because there’s a time stamp that shows the last time the dash cam worked duh... I am really stressed out especially because of the pandemic but your going to add more on top of that? I’ve never been to a service center this out of place and unprofessional, how does a multi billion dollar company like Jim Falks be so lacking?Let me tell you how much dash cam works- Video is triggered by any kind of force for example( car crash or just closing the door) the camera is never turned off it has an internal battery that records motion so if anyone comes within range it records! So if anyone messes with my car I will know and it saves to a SD CARD!!Update: Brought a diagnosis of the problem on 7/20/20 to Dominic Vinici the guy doesn’t believe me after I showed him the evidence. Is he acting dumb? Or is the company doing that bad that they can’t pay for their mistake? I really don’t know. All I want is JIM FALK OF BEVERLY HILLS to take responsibility for their actions and to stop wasting my time!!
I am nor satisfy of this dealer ship 3 weeks ago I took my car there ( the engine light came on on dash board)Previously they work on my car because of the same problem and they have charged me $2400.00. Now they do not give me an straight answer .I asked them please give me a print of problem to see is related to previous one or it is new one but manager of repair shop hesitate to give me a report from computer .I think it is under warranty and he does not want to tell me. Still I am waiting to his answer.
This was my 18 month servicing, third time around, and this was the best experience Ive had so far. My car was finished in around two hours and I even found candy in my car seat that I hadnt even noticed. The service consultant, Kevin Dunlap, was most professional, courtesy and made me feel like part of the Lexus family. It couldnt have been any better and I hope it continues.Thank you.
Ive been driving Lexus vehicles for 10 years now and Jim Falk Lexus has been an important part of the experience. I started by servicing my first Lexus 2007 RX400h with them because they were conveniently close to my home. A few years later, I moved to the valley but the local Lexus service (rhymes with Keys) was not as good. I decided that I would continue to take my car to Jim Falk even though it was significantly farther away.In 2011 I decided to get a new RX450h and Jim Falk offered me a better deal than any other Lexus dealership. My RX has been the best car Ive ever owned and the service from Jim Falk has kept me coming back all these years.
EVERYONE PLEASE SEE THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS ON HERE, you will notice most of the 5 stars are old reviews when the dealership was good. Ive personally had a disgusting experience, this place has drove me to absolutely crazy. Im past the point of caring or being polite with them.I just dont get what the issue is. They have lots of young, unexperienced employees working there and there is ZERO follow through or integrity with their staff. Ive got several cars from this dealership and literally only kept going back because the service was so great. However, everything has started going bad a year or so ago. This last vehicle, was a complete disaster! From the overly push sales person, who was behaving like a teenage boy, very immature and obviously lacking experience. To the leasing office who made a huge mistake on my lease (previous lease 24 month and they said they would match everything, but gave me a 36 month lease). I returned the next day and the managers tried to do what they could to fix the problem, but unfortunately, part of the agreement was that they would pay my registration. Its been 6 MONTHS!!!!! Ive called, gone to the dealership, left message after message and I still havent received the check for the registration. Ive talked to zero people that can help and its so frustrating, everyone shrugs and no one has any authority to accomplish anything. Every time I go there, they all act like they dont even know how to help, say business office is closed, or tell me they will call me. I wont be returning to this dealership ever again and working on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, this level of customer service far BELOW Beverly Hills standard. I will warn others in the area to avoid leasing/buying a Lexus after the issue after issue Ive had with this dealership.
I bought my car 5 years ago at Jim Faulk Lexus. Since that time I have received the most amazing service. Maria Hosgor the service representative I use has a great personality and explains what needs to be done with my car. Due to her, I have the trust in this dealership that my car will be well taken care of without any hassle. Don’t hesitate to take your car to this dealership.
I worked with Simon Aron on purchasing a CPO GS 350 F Sport. I contacted him a week before I purchased when I saw the car I wanted. I was abroad and couldnt come in right away but he kept in touch and let me know the car was still available when I returned. I drove up from San Diego the day after I arrived and was not disappointed with the condition of the car. Some CPOs I had looked at previously were in less than good condition (LEXUS Carlsbad). Everything went smoothly with the finance department and they didnt blink when I asked for an option contract. Overall, very happy with purchase.
Yesterday I bought my 2nd Lexus IS 350 F with the help of Simon Aron. My second experience with Simon was just as nice and smooth than my first experience with him in November 2013. This is my 3rd Lexus bought from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. This dealership employs quality people who make car buying a quite pleasant experience.Simon is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and is accommodating his customers whenever he can.I highly recommend Simon Aron and Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills for your next car buying/leasing transaction.
I purchased a CT 200h about two weeks during my lunch break at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. Sam was such a pleasure to work with and made the experience easy. I felt he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase a vehicle.
Absolutely the wors experience Ive ever had in my entire life. An absolute scam! Buyer Beware - this location has absolutely no management and lack of any care or concern for any new car buyers. Fredi Hoffman lied to get me here promising a great deal, lower than Im paying to get me in the door. They drove me around for hours to three differeent sites to see vehicles that were completely different than promised. They even sat me in a parking garage for 45 minutes stranded with no service by myself waiting for the guy to get the correct vehicle...without my own car. Stranded in a place I knew nothing about. No car. Then he took me 30 minutes to another garage which supposed to be service. When we got there it was another incorrect vehicle. By this time i was there for 4.5 hours, only seeing 2 vehicles of which were not the one I came in for. Their entire management quit. When I got back, the original New manager Fredi, was conveniently gone for the day to answer any qeustions. By the time I made a scene and got in contact with her, she gave me her cell, promising pics of the car and that it would be hand delivered next day. I did not receive any pictures nor have I received a plan to have the vehicle shipped down, which they were going to do to make it right. You are much better off going to the Santa Monica location 15 minutes away. Ive had many experiences with Lexus. This is by far the worst and not representative of Lexus and their license to sell should be revoked.
I have now gotten my second Lexus from Jim Falk which was a great experience. More specifically, Enrique Carvajal went the extra mile for me again. He was very very patient with my choices in cars but this last experience was for my wife. He spent as much time as she needed to make the best decision for her. Enrique also was very straight forward with his knowledge on the cars and he educated us on the cars that best suited our needs. We got an ES 300h this time and my last car with him was at CT 200h (April of 2014).If you are wanting a Lexus, or you think you might want a Lexus, then look no further than Enrique and Jim Falk.
If you can avoid this dealer, stay away from this snobs. I had an offer from another dealer on a new IS 300, Garret was so ego to get me to the dealership, that offered to bit any offer I have, just to give him my business... When I showed up for my appointment, he was rude, did not have a vehicle to show and he could not even offer me the deal I had... Besides, telling to his manager that he never promised me those numbers. I was stunt, because I had a text to proof myself...He asked me about my nationality (very unacceptable!!!)Humiliated, I left...I wasted so much time and energy driving there in traffic with some roads closures...Karma will find him!!!If you really want a good deal on your car and have no BS time waste go to Glendale Lexus and these 2 ladies: Adimika and Linda will treat you with honor and respect!
Just bought my first lexus. And I have to say that Jason was great. He was new also but he was still very helpful, polite and courteous. We shopped around and found Jim Falk to have the best pre owned cars and the best prices. No nonsense. Since Jason was new he brought in Kyle to help, and we found him to be most helpful and was able to answer all our questions. He knew EVERYTHING about the car. We were very happy with our experience and I love my new car. Thank you Jason and Kyle. I would highly recommend Jim Falk to anyone..
Jim Falk Lexus was only responsive when I purchased my car. When I paid off my car, I never received my title. I have called Jim Falk many times and left many messages that were never returned. The woman in charge of the car titles never got back to me except once after weeks of me trying to contact them. She told me to call my auto financing company. I called the company I financed with and they said that the dealership should have sent it back in December of 2017. I just contacted them via their website chat and emails, and they tried to sell me the same car make and model that I already have because they somehow did not understand anything I was trying to relay to them. A manager was supposed to call me and never did. It appears their managers are never in office.Edit: Finally received a call that clarified the situation.
From the moment I walked in, Alex Manzari was able to answer all my questions factually and without a high-pressure sales pitch. He did let me know what was available among the models I was interested in, again without pressure. He quickly offered to drive me over to the garage where I could test drive the particular model I liked. When I made my decision, he and the management were very, very flexible in their negotiation of a price that I was totally comfortable with. The car was delivered to me sparkling clean and Alex explained everything in detail.A great experience.
Enrique was incredible!!!! We were extremely frustrated with all of the other dealerships we went to. Finally, when we walked into Jim Falk, Enrique greeted us and we knew we were in good hands. He understands his clients needs and provides an extremely clear and accurate overview of how he can provide the best possible solution. Everyone else felt like they were not giving us the full picture, but Enrique knows everything about the cars he sells which was very refreshing. If you are looking for a new car whether its to lease or buy, ask for Enrique!
I really enjoyed my experience with Jim Falk Lexus. They were able to find the exact car that I wanted and were a pleasure to deal with! My car needed to be located and they kept me informed along the way and answered all of my questions. Once the car arrived, they really took the time to walk me through all of the features (and there are a lot!) and were so thorough in explaining everything about the car. Most important...they gave me a great deal!! I worked with Huey Han to buy the car and Michael Heredia to learn all about the car features once it arrived-both were fantastic!! Massad Nourini was the Finance Manager and he was so informative and patient with all of my questions! I was so happy with my experience here and would highly recommend them!
WOW. What a wonderful experience we had at Jim Falk Lexus. We leased the new Lexus RC coupe with the help of Bijan in sales and Chris in Finance. They were friendly, welcoming, and did not pressure us to buy anything we didnt want. They were able to get us in the car for the price we wanted. We definitely recommend them and will do business with them in the future! Thanks gentlemen!
I have to say that Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills goes above and beyond to get you the car you car you want at the best possible price on the market. They beach Newport Beach and all other Lexus dealerships by far. I could have driven down the street and paid a little more at Newport, but when you amazing rock stars such as Arezu, Aide and Hyak working at your dealership who can ask for more.Arezu went out of her way to help me with the most amazing deal for my 2019 Lexus GX 460. Not only did the beat everyones price right off the top and I didnt have to negotiate at all, but they had my car delivered so I didnt have to go into the dealership and deal with traffic.Aida helped with all the paperwork and finalize the deal and I couldnt have asked for someone better than her. She was very professional and made my deal come true. You rock Aida, thank you!Hyak, was the person who delivered the car to my house and he was very professional and walked me through the paperwork and also walked me through the car and explained everything so I felt comfortable with the vehicle.Jim Falk Lexus keep up the great work, and keep staffing employees like Arezu, Aide and Hyak. They are rock stars and we need more people like them at all dealerships so we dont have to hassle and waste time trying to buy a car.
I had an extremely positive car-buying experience at Jim Falk Lexus!!! Teresa was a pleasure to work with - she was very helpful and informative, as was everyone I encountered at this dealership. I sincerely appreciate their excellent customer service and I absolutely love my Lexus!
Worst experience overall. I hate to do this but I think people need to know about it. I bought an Lexus from the dealer about a year ago. At the same day, exact night, I couldnt unlock the drivers door. I was so nervous and angry because Ive only been owning the car for hours. I texted my sales and never heard back from him. I called him and he never pick up the phone. I understand that he might be busy, but a text? He could not missed it. I gave up calling them too because it always goes to voice message. I ended up going to my closest dealer to fix it with no cost but ended up have to leave my car there for a week days after I bought the car. Just now I called them to ask for my Carfax details because I am selling the car, and after a long wait for someone to pick up the phone I got a really rude response. Id just say the satisfaction for the service I received from this dealership is the worst.
I had an appointment at Beverly Hills Lexus. I showed up about 30 minutes early and called the person I had an appointment with to let him know I would just look around until he got there. After waiting an hour for the salesperson I was scheduled to work with–to my disappointment he never arrived–I left. No one was at all apologetic and they seemed a bit snobby. It all worked out however, as I ended up at Woodland Hills Lexus and the team there was much more approachable and accommodating. I ended up driving away with a premium vehicle that I love!
I expected more from a Lexus dealer. Especially one in Beverly Hills. Im hoping that my experience was not the norm. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle here, the lounge/waiting room was hot and stuffy. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our vehicle. After test driving and deciding we did want to purchase, it took an hour to do paperwork then wait...another hour to do the loan paperwork, then wait...and the last hour was spent waiting for our vehicle to be detailed. We spent over 4 hours there, only 20 minutes of that was test driving and deciding on the vehicle. To make matters even worse, the detail was not very detailed. There was still a lot of food and spills and such inside and outside the vehicle. After taking the car home we discovered that multiple items were broken, items that should not have passed for a certified used vehicle. I seriously hope that this kind of service is not the norm.
The new facility is beautiful and a nice step up for everyone. The team is very attentive, polite and professional. Eddy and Freddie make a great pair and Freddie is my personal service adviser who always provides a good customer experience. The quality of LEXUS and my low monthly mileage means I dont get to visit very often but when I do Im always pleased. My son has a Prius and receives the same level of service.
I leased a new 2018 ES350 on Saturday, 12-9-17. The following Tuesday I drove with it for a short visit to Rancho Mirage and returned 3 days later. I was impressed with the way the car handled the road and with all the new technologies incorporated into the car. I have driven a number of Lexus models for the past 15 years and had always been satisfied with the performance of the brand and the service offered by Jim Falks Service Department. But this new car was a revelation. I set my automatic speed control and watched the automobile follow the car ahead of me, adjusting the speed as necessary to maintain a safe distance between the two cars. The whole trip was such a pleasant experience. The driving was effortless and without stress. I recommend this automobile to anyone out there looking for a fine, reliable car.
So, where do I start. We scheduled our service on 10/20/18 at 12:15am, asked for a loaner to be ready as we had very important meeting at 1:30am.As we got to the service department of Jim Falk Lexus, we were told to drive to Doheny and Olympic, because the service department on Wilshire is closed - NOTIFICATION WOULD BE NICE.So, at the Doheny Service center - total chaos, mess!!!!!! No service advisers, cars are backed up to a side street. When finally I got a service adviser(Raul Bohorquez) it was after 1pm, I was told that I have to go to get a car at the enterprise. I requested to speak to the Manager(Joshua Kim), guess what - he was too busy to come and speak to me. Question - is this a level of service that you provide? Is he still employed?I could go on, but let me sum it up - I am sure that I would have better service at a used car lot. We have owned more that 15 Lexus cars over the years, most of them came from Jim Falk dealership, I am disgusted by the way that this dealership is handling its clients. Will never purchase from you again, and will make every effort that no one that I can get to will shop with you.Good Luck.
Maria, service advisor, spoke to me over the phone before I brought my car in for 40K service. She was very knowledgeable about the service and accommodating with the scheduling. When I brought the car in she greeted me with a big smile and made the whole experience painless. She is the reason I would come back again!
We walked in and saw Enrique C. after weeks of shopping around between different Lexus dealerships. We must have been every car sales-persons worst nightmare. Enrique was nice. understanding and caring from the second we walked in to hours later when we drove our new car. Never met a salesperson like this before and I truly enjoyed every second of it. He took his time and explained us everything in the process and in the car and made sure to exceed all of our expectations, and far beyond.Theres no chance Ill shop around again or go to a different sales-person from now on!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with my experience. Jeremy- sales representative stated he could honor a price and then fell back on his deal. When I spoke with the Sales Manager unfortunately he also did not honor the deal they said they would. I am saddened to say that the dealer did not take the appropriate steps to handle the situation. Would not recommend.
I give Jim Falk Lexus 5 stars, most particularly because of the excellent attention I received from Penelope Morris. No pressure sales person, very accommodating, very patient. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. She helped me negotiate for the best deal possible. If you ever have to go to Jim Falk Lexus, ask for Penelope, and tell her Valerie sent ya! Youll be in the best hands!!!
Went to the service center for squeaky breaks and was charged $800 for services not involving the breaks. I was told my breaks were fine and that nothing was wrong, The break pads probably need changing. A few weeks later my ABS system goes out and a week after that my brakes stopped working entirely while I was on the highway. Thankfully, I managed to pull off to the side safely and call a tow. I brought it in to a different Lexus service center and they tell me that the BH center didnt make any notes about the brakes, which is what I needed them to check. My car is in much better hands at this other service center because theyre actually working to solve the problem and not just charge me for a myriad of unnecessary work. Very unhappy.
Today was my second time coming here to get my car serviced and I would just like to say it was by far the best! Rob was very helpful, very friendly and had great customer service skills. He made sure the issues my car was having were taken care of. Along with updating me every step of the way. I am very pleased and my experience today was great because of you Rob.Thank you!
Everything was fairly good, but I have to say that I was in there with a leased car for its first major service (all covered) and I didnt appreciate the hard sell on a $300 extra alignment. Ive never done it in the past and its always been FINE but my guy made me say no like five times and only after being forced to look at a bunch of websites showing how much my tires were gonna wear down and how it was going to cost me $1000s later on (which in all my life of leasing cars it NEVER has). Whole experience left a bad taste.
Not only was Alexander Schanz extremely pleasant, he was extremely knowledgeable and i felt like he was honest which is obviously important here. and it turned out he is, my mechanic found something only after i got a diagnostics done there during a recall. now im getting my car serviced there tomorrow. the price wasnt that much more for the extreme piece of mind ill get from knowing its fixed, besides the fact that my mechanic did not find it and he has 5 stars on Yelp and over 300 reviews. my transmission wouldve gone out of this wasnt found. sometimes paying more for specific work on your car is worth it and everyone there is also super nice, not patronizing and saved my transmission.
Bijan and Jim Falk Dealership continued to surprise and delight me throughout the entire process. I had an amazing luxury experience and had constant contact and great communication from start to finish. I never knew buying a car would be this fun, exciting and surprising. I recommend this dealership and especially Bijan to everyone. Even the finance manager was great. The best overall car dealership experience ever.
I like my sales man. The receptionist was really nice and I like the customer service. This is my 2nd lease and 1st Lexus. The only thing I didn’t care for was having to pay for registration and the lack of a good maintenance program. I wish I was told about that upfront. VW took care of all of that for me. I also hate the tier credit system. I don’t have bad credit but it put me in a so-so tier. That’s more to do with Lexus than this location. But the customer service and the knowledge of my sales man was awesome compared to Glendale Lexus. The Beverly Hills location made up for the lack of follow up the last time I back months ago. I’m glad I went back.
This is my most disgusting experience. The car received recall in October 2020 and still cannot be repaired. I ask you to replace this car with a new one, in response they offer me the same car almost twice as expensive... I have to continue paying for the car that I cannot use for half a year((( I do not recommend this dealer!
I am only rating this dealer a 1 star due to the lovely Joey in finance who was the only person I dealt with who wasnt rude, dismissive or aggressive during my purchase of a pre-owned car. From the very start I was given a young car sales person who claimed to be an expert on this model but during the entire purchase struggled to answer my questions and had no curiosity what so ever to find out what I was asking, even to better his role. Instead I was passed onto a very junior manger, Rubie who didnt like when I negotiated or requested supporting evidence of the car details and warranty history. He wouldnt come back over to speak with me (while I waited I had to listen to their colleagues complain about an older lady who was stupid- yes they said this while I say there) instead kept sending the young sales manager until I said I wouldnt be pressured into the sale and would choose another dealer. I may be female but I am a savvy and well experienced buyer, who wanted reassurance of what is a large purchase for me.Working in a luxury brand myself, I also understand the importance of personal brand and high customer service delivery. Yet, I have not received even a thank you for my business. Once I signed the documents I was shuffled out and was made to feel they didnt care as they had their money.in fact neither the manager or young man who sold me the car greeted me when I picked it up. The car wasnt even washed or detailed so I had to wait another 20 minutes to have this done.Overall, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if this is the kind of service and lack of leadership as the entire deal was uncomfortable and I received nothing but attitude, it was simply appalling.
Worst Expierence EVER.First of all, where do I start? I am a bit late on the review. The incident was on 05/21/2018.We took our 2015 RX 350 in for new tires , we discussed many options with the one service advisor . Also the SUV needed a service. We went with his suggestion, accepted a loaner and went up the street to test a new RX 450H after accepting a loaner vehicle.I assume the lady was going on the assumption sex sales..Not always.. certainly not with us. We were steered towards a car even after asking and was told you guys don’t want that. We drove a Hybrid one she knew barely anything about. In the Showroom we proceeding to talk about pricing. At that point her sales manager came over. Very cordial lady, she stated she would put something together for us.We had lunch and visited a few shops. We called about the car and was told 15 minutes. So we went back and sat for an hour at the service center. We drove home and then needed to get on the 405 later, as the speed increased the SUV starting swaying and shaking. We called the service advisor. He said to bring it back in the AM.Once parked in our garage we noticed scratches and nips on the rims. It appeared when the lug nuts were taken off or put on the tool slid across or bounced causing damage on the rims.We also noticed weights on the outside of the rims on two of the wheels. We called the service advisor again. He stated they would repair and give us a loaner , but to repair the rims that he inspected and agreed was caused by Jim Faulk would be repaired but it would take four weeks, we acknowledged without being asked one of the rims had some rash on the bottom we caused. We never went back, it was ridiculous. At this point we had spent $3,624.79 the SUV had to go back and have another set of tires, 19”Michelin, they only had three, so we waited. The vehicle was picked back up, we were told everything checked out and the car had been road tested. This must not have been true.Due to the breach in trust we took the SUV to Keyes Lexus who corrected the alignment and balance. It appeared Jim Faulk just stuck on the second set of new tires.Even after that, I thought well it was a really bad day for someone, so I called in and both the sales manager and the salesperson were no longer with Jim Faulk. After everything we just said forget it. This is not the place, untrained service staff, fast employee turnover in sales, something in service?Very sad, I am sure the owner does not intend the business to be run so Haphazardly.
This is my current situation with your service department.Back in January of 2017, I had to replace a clamp that held my drivers side airbag in place. First of all, I have never seen a loose airbag. Second, its a $60,000 dollar car. Shouldnt have little issues like this for a luxury brand marketed as such. The second issue I had back in January 2017 was a rattling noise throughout the vehicle and at that time I was informed that the sunroof was loose and had to be fixed which it was. Now comes this past week. The same issue with the airbag. The clamp was installed improperly and now I have to pay for something that #1 that you couldnt assemble correctly in the 1st place and #2 you couldnt fix correctly and #3 now I am asked to pay for it. So let me get this straight. You made a faulty assembly and also fixed the issue incorrectly and now you will charge me $300 dollars for things you couldnt get right? I am puzzled what you are trying to pull here. Of course there is a full vehicle inspection so that you can do a little work with parts and have me pay for HOURS for labor totaling $1,000. Why in the world would I ever service my vehicle in your service department when you cant even put a clamp on an airbag? How can I have the EXACT same issue for an issue that you have claimed to fix? Here is another issue. If your front line associates cannot answer a clients question due to the fact that a managers decision may be involved, have the manager call. My service rep Leo Kim, who is FANTASTIC by-the-way, is calling me multiple times a day to get a question answered by his manager Josh Kim. Oh, if the manager just called and I asked him the questions to him directly, we wouldnt have wasted our time with 3 phone calls. This is a triple capacity issue for you and I. You have an associate who is going back and forth trying to get answers for his client and going the manager and then calling me and I have a follow-up question and then he goes back to the manager AGAIN and then calls me and then I have ANOTHER follow-up questions and then he goes that to the manager AGAIN and the calls me back. I mean, CMON!!! Absolutely ABSURD!!
I was so happy with the level of service I received from the people at Jim Falk Lexus in Beverly Hills! Enrique Carvajal was the primary person helping me and I have never felt more taken care of. Everyone was extremely accommodating and nice and they really went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Enrique in particular to all of my friends and family!
Gimel was an amazing sales person..highly recommend him. Highly. Management to closers not as highly liked or loved. Left with an empty tank of gas and a car that was marked up beyond msrp. Actual value was 38000 but sold at 44000. High pressure close with little satisfaction. Our sales rep also doesnt drive a lexus and had very little good to say about lexus after upselling us all the plans that were to our benefit. She even started to give us an attitude when we refused the many packages she offered us...that ballooned our already agreed upon monthly payment. We love lexus cars but will never lease or buy from.jim falk again
I left the dealership very impressed with my experience at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. Hands down you must work with Enrique when planning to purchase your next Lexus! Enrique was very knowledgeable, remarkably persistent, trustworthy and professional. I worked with Enrique for just over a month locating a specific White with Red Leather, fully loaded new model Lexus RC350 F-Sport. Enrique was able to pull some strings and reserve a model in Japan that was still in production. He maintained contact through the entire process, giving status updates and even inviting me in to preview others models as they began to show up at the dealership. The moment my car showed up on the delivery truck, I received a call from Enrique - drove to the dealership and in just under 2 hours we negotiated a great deal (considered this is a new / first-year model). Long story short, make sure to schedule an appointment with Enrique for you next visit to Lexus of Beverly Hills!
I always have a great experience at Jim Falk Beverly Hills Service center. I have taken by 2010 Rx450h there for the last 8 years. Eddie is a wonderful service advisor. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and just a really nice person. The location is convenient and everyone there is friendly.
I went in for a safety recall on my IS 250. Alex as very helpful and knowledgeable. He called me to let me know that the car was ready although he knew that I was going to pick up the car the next day.The only drawback was that they wont hold your car for more than 2 days. I work in DTLA and get off work at 5:30-6:00 pm so picking up my car during the weekday was somewhat of a inconvenience.
The battery on my Lexus RX350 did not have enough power to start the car,So, I brought it to Jim Falk Lexus for service. Maria Hosgor provided excellent professional service. I got a loaner car and she called me when my car was ready to pick up. After service the car was working very well and washed. Thank you Jim Falk Lexus!
I have been going to Jim Falk Lexus for service. The location is so convenient for me and they always took care my car. They provide loaner car every time I come for service. The advisor is knowledgeable and courteous. They always explain what will be done for service ahead of time and notify me promptly when the car is done including a car wash.
I’m not much a review writer on any site unless I truly feel that they deserve a great review and for everyone else to know the information. I really would like everyone to know that we were very lucky to have this special sales guy Enrique for us for this purchase. My husband and I leased 2015 Lexus RX350 last weekend and turned our last Lexus in. Our lease experience was great one. We went into a lower version of RX but we ended up getting a better version for just little bit more than we originally intended to spend. Thank you so much for a great deal Jim! OK, until this point it’s doesnt sound so special. But I am writing this review because Enrique went beyond of our needs after our purchase. I’m sure this happens to many people. Even though Enrique told us many times not to forget anything and make sure to check all the compartments in the car for our belongings, but we did missed some in our old car. But we didnt noticed until few days later. Knowing that most likely we won’t get our stuff back, I did text Enrique at late night to see if he would even reply back after his work hours. He replied back right away and he offered me to look our old car in their storage lot on following morning even though it was his day off. Sure enough, he sent me a text and proof of video clip as a proof of him checking our car the next day. Unfortunately, our car was already cleaned up and it was too late, (due to it has been few days since we turned it in) he managed to find a CD that was left behind the CD player. Even though, I wasnt able to get my stuff back, I really appreciate his customer service and his dedication to fulfill his customers’ needs. He deserves the best customer sales of the year award! He could easily not reply back to me or not to offer any of his help to find my belongings especially when it’s on his day off. Because of his effort and dedication to satisfy his customer, we are for sure going back to Enrique for future lease or purchase. Thank you so much for your help and a great service!
As usual, the service at Jim Falk Lexus was accommodating and efficient, as were arrangements for a loaner. My experience was marred only by a failure to reset the warning indicator so that it continued to show I needed oil service after I had just had it. I took the car back and the warning indicator was reset promptly and cheerfully. Such quality service is not inexpensive but usually worth it.
I was told I bought a car last night. That was my mistake apparently.Signed all the paperwork they had for me, but they refused to accept a personal check as payment. They told me I had to go get a cashiers check. They did not accept or suggest any kind of collateral I might leave as proof of intent, but assured me that a sold sign would be placed on the dashboard of the car.All bank locations were closed at this point. I went to the bank the next morning as instructed, got a cashiers check for the amount (the exact amount they wanted, didnt even haggle this down below asking)... and they had sold my car to someone else before noon the next morning.I wouldnt recommend buying a car here because apparently, your money is no good. Especially if you work for a living and have an office job. They must only cater to people that are free to run around in the middle of a work day fetching cashiers checks. I currently lease an RC350F and have several friends in IS350Fs. Needless to say none of those future leases will happen at this location. The General Manager has my contact info and has never reached out or returned my call. Its safe to ignore the feigned concern copy/pasted on this review.
I bought a 2015 ES Lexus from this dealership. Transaction went fast and smooth. I really appreciate George Ykiam my salesman (very friendly) and joey financial manager (very nice and funny guy). But when I got home I realized that CD player is broken. I always thought that when you buy a car from dealership, they would check everything before selling it, but that is not the case. Now I have to take the car to dealership and they are going to keep the car for 3 days. Boomer, I called and was told it is service managers fault. But to me it is dealership failure.
Great dealer and excellent sales team. Tyler was an awesome sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and made my buying experience very easy. I told him I was looking for a GX 460 and what I wanted to pay. He worked very hard to get my deal done. The best part was that I didn’t have to leave my house. Tyler Personally delivered the GX to my house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Lexus.
I had the pleasure to work with Alpha Dixon at this dealership he was, professional, kind and spent a lot of time going over all features, choices and made my experience the best I have ever had in my life at any dealership. Chris in the finance department was extremely proficient. I hope that everyone will experience what I did thank you to Jim Falk Lexus.
They are always highly professional. Freddy is my contact person and hes the main reason I go here over Santa Monica (which is closer for me). Freddy is honest and extremely helpful = especially when I had issues with my previous Lexus. Hes a good guy and I think the place is much better run than the service center in Santa Monica.
I purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 from this dealership and I was totally satisfied.Huey and Angad was very helpful. They were nice and really trustworthy; they did their very best to get me the best deal. The pricing was unbeatable. I am fairly young with and a first time buyer and walked out with a great deal. I recommend this dealership.
Beware! This dealer had forged my signature.Worst dealership I had to deal with.Recently I trade-in my car and bought RX350.Everything looked good until I found out that dealer forged my signature and submitted fake contract to Bank of America.Total loan amount and monthly payment were different than what I signed.Forgery is crime.Authorized Lexus dealer committing such crime should not be accepted.I returned the vehicle and request flat cancellation immediately. GSM told me they already requested cancellation to the bank and check will be sent out immediately. He lied.It took dealer one whole week to send out payoff check to the bank.GSM’s excuse of such delay was they had to go through all paper works and process.Bank of America took full two weeks to complete flat cancel of loan from the date of payoff check receipt. One another thing this dealer screwed up is they failed to complete title transfer and release of liability of trade-in vehicle until today.I actually received title from Honda couple days ago, which means I still have title of a vehicle that I sold two month ago.I emailed GSM and talked to the sales person.Than sales person submitted release of liability to DMV via online today.I do not know how this dealer is conducting business.I will never return to this dealer. If you plan to visit this dealer, make sure you know what you are doing.
Came in last Saturday for service. Was helped by Maria Hosgor, Shes so sweet and kind and super efficient , makes you feel like at home and takes care of my IS250 every time Im in. Also gives a time frame when my car will be ready and delivers it each time.Amazing customer service, and the service dept is great, I am so pleased with the help and professionalism I had experienced with the staff at Jim Falk Lexus Thank you Maria !!!!!
My vehicle was recently serviced for a manufacturers recall on the side curtain airbags. The installation was complete within a timely fashion; unfortunately, the service department returned my vehicle in a less than ideal condition. I noticed black smudges throughout the ceiling, on the drivers seat, black footprints on the door step and the hood and windshield appeared as if my vehicle sat outside (or near a tree). As a bi-annual visitor to the Jim Faulk Lexus service department for nearly 11 years, I expect a higher level of respect and professionalism for my vehicle. This lack of attention to detail makes me question my commitment to Jim Faulk Lexus moving forward.
We purchased a used GS350 4 weeks ago (as of 08/21/2018) from Jim Falk Lexus. The buying experience was nothing special. We took a ownership of GS350 and paid over $600 in registration and title fees. Within 2 weeks we received a over $400 registration renewal notice (with a new license #) from DMV. Contacted Heather P, the DMV specialist, left a message for her to contact me but nothing so far...Update #1: Was contacted by the dealer, claiming they only charged us $29 for DMV fees. We didnt pay much attention to the contract since weve examined it an hour earlier. The docs we signed is not the same contract we examined. It only included $29 for DMV registration fee.The first contract had >$600 DMV fees included in total price but the one we signed does not.Final update: I changed the star rating to 2 since they took care of the registration issues.
I love the new location and super happy with the attentive service dept, as always. They got my car in and out very quickly and gave it a much needed wash. Ive had a Lexus for the last 12 years and besides loving the car itself, they have always had a top knotch service dept.
Jim Falk has been servicing my car/s for the last 10 years. I love the stunning new service location, thought I miss the convenience of walking around the corner from my home to their former service center. But what is most important is the thoroughness, the speed, the personal attention to detail....and all of that is dependent upon Eddy, my go-to man for all of these years. Eddy is the best of the best and truly enhances all that is great about Jim Falk Lexus service.
Josh was very helpful from the moment I pulled up. I didnt wait to long before he got me in and got into a loaner car. Not long after, he had my car ready. He checked out all my concerns and gave me assurance that all is working great. Since then my car has been running great! I will be going back to see Josh when ever my car needs anything. Thanks Josh for everything.
I bought my Lexus RX 330 from Jim Falk Lexus back in 2005. I had to wait for it to come in but have been exceptionally pleased with both the car and the service I received from the staff at Jim Falk Lexus. I have had several service writers over these years and they have all been very good and supportive. I now have Maria Hosgor, who has been very courteous and supportive.
I always take my car to the Beverly Hills service department as they continue to go above and beyond! Martha Gomez was helpful and kept me informed right to the pick up time. My car was clean and polished when I picked it up. Also the fellow at the valet helped me to re-program my voice recognition and other technical questions. Good job All.!!
I dont understand why this dealership has 4.5 star review. I advise people should read their 1 star comments before deciding go to this place. Especially buying a car from here. Like some people said they try to trick you and have you pay extra money. Also they hand you to different person and sell you something you dont need. The worst thing is they will promise you something but after you sign the contract they will tell you they didnt make the promise. such a big liar. I dont want to name the person. Anyway, be careful with this dealership.
My wife and I were getting close to our lease end, so we were looking around all the lexus dealerships in the West LA area. We initially leased our first 2 cars with Santa Monica Lexus, but after feeling that our leases and terms werent explained well to us, we decided to reach out to another dealership for a fresh perspective. I called Jim Falk Lexus and I was put in touch with Enrique Carvajal, and man is this guy great! I work crazy hours and dont always have the ability to come into the dealer or talk on the phone, so we communicated a lot through text, which was a huge help. He was sending me pictures of invoices and the cars we were interested in. Within a few days, he gave us a deal that surpassed 3 other dealerships in the area, so we are now proud owners of a Lexus RC F-Sport! Thanks, Jim Falk Lexus & Enrique!!
Worse experience ever, weve been buying cars in more than 20 years from different dealerships and car brands, this is the worse so far. We agreed on price shook hands until we sat down inside the office with this Finance Manager Sam Megaly, he change and modified the price and even the APR we agreed upon. Then when we disagreed with him, he treated us in a disrespectful and rudely manner. Beware and stay away from this dealership!!
The best of the best. As a long-time Lexus owner I can attest to the high quality of Jim Falk Lexus from soup to nuts. The attention to detail and to making sure the customers concerns are addressed is truly remarkable.Eddie Chavarria makes you feel like a VIP!!!Keep up the great work!
I bought a car from Enrique Carvajal who couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient, personable, and to the point. He really went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that was right for me and understand the features. I love my Lexus! If you are looking to purchase a Lexus, ask for Enrique. Hes the best!!!
We had a truly outstanding experience working with Enrique Carvajal at Jim Falk Lexus. Enrique was extremely friendly, respectful, professional, accommodating, and helpful. We had previously been to Volvo and Audi and were very disappointed with how we were treated and their lack of transparency and willingness to meet our needs. We had such a refreshing experience at Jim Falk Lexus and especially with Enrique. Enrique was extremely knowledgable about all of the vehicles and took extra time and care to ensure we felt comfortable in the vehicle we had selected and understood all of its features. Enrique went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Overall, we were treated very well at Jim Falk Lexus and all members of the team were professional, respectful, and courteous.
I purchased a NX300 at Jim Falk Lexus . I had signed on with Edmunds to get internet sales quotes and immediately received a call from Bobby Carr. He’s very professional I found him not pushy. Overall I got a good deal but for Several observations: 1. I didn’t get the 10” inch screen promised. 2. The price quoted was net of Lexus rebate. In my past experience buying a car I would get a quote and rebate would be deducted. 3. We waited almost an hour for the car. John Kim, sales manager, volunteered to give us $200 off because of the wait. But it wasn’t shown on sales contract!
Had a awesome experience getting a new car lease from Jm Falk. Danny Valle, my sales guy really was knowledgeable on all the Lexus cars he showed me, I think his knowledge help take away my nerves ( I had alot). If you can read this Danny, keep up the awesome work. I want to thank the cool manager, Kaylaan Day that guy was friendly manager and he worked hard to make my experience memorable:-) I really felt like he cared, even though he didnt know me :-)
I took my car in for the 5,000 mile check up. I had an appointment for 1:00, they were ready for me, had my loan car ready and told me the service would take appx 2 hours. I received a call from them at 3:00 to tell me the service was complete. Even though we were having an unseasonal rainstorm which brought my car in filthy, when I picked it up it was sparkling clean even though it was still raining lightly.Doing business with beverly Hills Lexus is always a pleasant experience which has a great deal with why I am on my 3rd Lexus RX in 8 years. Its nice to go some place where you feel welcome and that they appreciate my business. I pass 2 other Lexus dealers to take my car to Beverly Hills. It is well worth the drive.
I would be happy to change my review if Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills makes things right. This is not against the whole company but rather just the sales ethics. Me and my wife drove from Rancho Cucamonga to Beverly Hills on a Friday thru heavy traffic to lease a new Lexus but once you get there, they changed the agreement. Dishonest way of doing business and not honoring their word! Sat thru 1.5 hours of traffic and 2 more hours of wasted time to know that they were trying to pull a fast one. Buyers beware!
I took my RX450h in for its 110,000 mile service, but only really needed an oil change since we have already done a tire rotation and alignment elsewhere upon replacing tires. Teresa Renteria showed me the usual list of services to be done at 110,000 miles and the total was going to be over $800! Teresa Renteria patiently went through the options with me without trying to upsell and I ended up with what I wanted, which was essentially just an oil change, and she gave me a special promotion to get it for $99. They were very backed up with cars that day so it was going to take all day for me to get my car back, so they gave me a free rental, which made it totally fine. All in all, everyone I saw and spoke with was helpful, respectful, positive, and professional without being cold or snobby. The reason I put four stars instead of five was because I DID have an appointment at 10am, so really, had they scheduled things effectively, I shouldnt have had to wait at all for my car to be taken back, and also the initial super high price was offputting.
I had nothing but a PHENOMENAL experience at Jim Falk Lexus. This is actually the second time I came to the dealer (the first time was for my moms RX). We had such a great experience with Huey Han the first time around that when it was my turn to purchase my first car, I did not hesitate to come back to this dealer to work with Huey once again. Huey is so welcoming and extremely knowledgable with the cars he sells and was able to answer ALL my questions and concerns. He is one of the very few salesmen I have encountered who is NOT pushy and actually has INTEGRITY. Thats exactly how all salesmen should be trained. Huey pointed out a couple flaws in my used IS 250 before I bought it, and that really surprised me. He said that if it was going to bother me that I shouldnt get it and wait until they get more in stock. I appreciated his 100% transparent nature and and his ability to go above and beyond to help me get the best interest rate possible. He spent over an hour with me in the car to teach me ALL the features (of which I am still learning), set up bluetooth, set my radio stations, presets, etc. Hes a very patient and extremely humble sales PROFESSIONAL who is willing to go the extra miles (no pun intended) to make his clients satisfied. To the management of JF: I would rate 5 stars for your dealership and 1000 stars for Hueys phenomenal service if I could. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Jim Falk Lexus to anyone in the market to purchase a new or used Lexus vehicle. Ask for Huey Han- hes your trusted source to satisfaction here. You can thank me later. :)
A lot of new employees.. I went here one last time a bit ago.. been meaning to write an update because Im disappointed..Not only did they screw up when they recorded my mileage.. instead of 40k something... they put 50k something.. so now when people look up my car through autocheck or Carfax.. the mileage is inconsistent.. Thanks..Next.. I went here one last time because my warranty was about to expire and the bass on my car works intermittently. Also the infotainment system freezes up occasionally and I have to do a hard reset in order to get it start working again. At times even that doesnt work and I have to do it one more time. The service adviser that was in charge of my car kept saying how he would have it dealt with and that I just needed a software update..He estimated it would take a few weeks or so.. a few weeks passed by and this time he said that the update is on back order and I can check back every week or every other week or so. Months pass by with him saying the same damn thing and then finally he just told me to call the Lexus number myself and left it at that.. I know my car is a bit out of the ordinary (2013 GS450H), but I dont think my expectations are too high especially for the excellent service that Lexus dealerships are known to give...Thanks for nothing.
I will to take the time and acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Enrique Carvajal at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly HIlls. I walked as a first time buyer a bit nervous, but thanks to Enrique he was able to make my transition so easy and smooth. He answered all my questions and was able to negotiate a plan that worked perfect for me.I have now been driving my new Lexus IS for 2 days and totally in love with this gorgeous car.I highly recommend anyone to open your hands to Enrique and will certainly make you feel satisfied.Alexander Silva
Had a fantastic buying experience thanks to Simon Aron. We wanted a white NX F-Sport with red seats and instead telling us how hard it is to get that car or try to sell us on a different color combination (which happened at the four other dealerships we went to), Simon simply showed us the car, let us test drive it and then gave us the car with the exact price and terms we wanted.Total time of negotiation was literally 10 minutes and it would have been shorter if I didnt wander off to help myself to the complementary espresso. Thanks again Simon for making this such an easy and satisfying car buying experience.
Late November, I was contacted about an early lease return offer from the dealership. They told me the offer was to cover three months of my lease for a new Lexus. Of course I was excited and came in right away, I only had three months left on my lease anyway so it was perfect. I found the car I wanted a 2016 iS 200t. Test drove and I was set, signed the finance papers and I drove off with my brand new car. Now 5 months later I receive a bill from Lexus stating that I still owe the leftover balance from my precious lease AND ITS PAST DUE! I talk to Lexus financial about the agreement and they tell me that I need to speak to the dealership directly and that I owe the balance of $1200+. Jim Falk Lexus has been uncooperative and claim I signed paperwork that states I take responsibility for any balance leftover from the previous lease. Which I never signed! They forged my signature on the paperwork after the deal was done without my knowledge. Totally sketchy business practices going on here. I will be contacting the better business bureau and fighting to get this rectified immediately!
David Bassett and all the staff my husband and I had contact with were very pleasant, polite, helpful and easy to work with. In fact, my Lexus is the second Lexus we leased from Jim Falk Lexus with Davids help in one month and I can even say it was fun for me.What brought us back so soon was not just the quality of the Lexus but the people with whom we worked. They demonstrated a great amount of patience and interest in making a deal without being overbearing. If the service department lives up to the sales, Ill be backkkkk!
Test drive thoroughly - take vehicle for a drive, not just around the corner on surface streets, purchased 2014 RX350 saved for this vehicle and it rides horribly, noisy, clanky noises. Watch color on RX models - bumpers dont match!I saved and waited to make a purchase on luxury vehicles, selected RX - should have got a clue when 1st visiting JF Lexus, young sales rep not interested in helping requested Yvette who eventually helped with my sale afterwards she was pretty much checked out, understandable - this is the process, I get it!Vehicle was to be detailed prior to delivery - not very clean or detailed as expected. Returned vehicle for service twice to get a few cosmetic details fixed, didnt happen and thats fine. Service dept rep (Josh) is rude and seems to not understand customer service - tried to explain to him constant noise on passenger side of car and he proceeded to tell me, I would be responsible for $195 to have tech review, fine - agreed to pay, no choice - tried of noise. Left vehicle for service, did not receive a call or follow-up on status - called twice, told vehicle still being worked on - called again prior to closing, told vehicle would be held until Monday - it would have been nice if service rep, called to update me on status or diagnosis and what was going on with my vehicle! On the plus side, JF Lexus did deliver my vehicle to my home for initial purchase, this person (sorry, dont remember name) was excellent!TIP: Take your time when selecting a used vehicle - certified or not, certified means nothing in the end!Update for above comments: contacted (spoke to) Director of Service, received call and status for vehicle - Thank you! Understand teams are busy, appreciate the follow-up.
I just found Jim Faulk Lexus and bought a GS 350 F-sport from them! They have an awesome way of pricing their cars, a no haggle way to go, they list their cars at the bottom dollar and I know I got the best deal I could because I did lots of price checking everywhere. No other source came close to what I paid. Enrique Carvajal was such a knowledgeable salesman. He was so professional and put absolutely no pressure on me but encouraged me to check around and compare other cars and prices. If you are looking to buy a car and you want to know you got the best deal with a most honest sales approach, this is the place and Enrique is your guy! Thanks Enrique
Lexus of Beverly Hills provides the best service, by far, of any other Southern California Lexus dealer I have been to! The manager, Kevin Dunlap, is always very accommodating and makes sure to give me the thorough diagnosis of issues my car is having. I will happily continue getting my car serviced there!
Freddy Hall is the best Service Advisor ever!!! Its because of him that I continue doing business with Jim Falk! I love Lexus as a whole...but Freddy is amazing! He is awesome!! I would recommend Jim Falk to anyone interested in buying a car or in need of service!! Freddy is your guy!!
They are very good at WAISTING YOUR TIME. They have called me in twice with them already knowing the car i want, the payments i want and how much i could put down, they also already knew my credit score because i told them over the phone. they tell u nothin but lies over the phone to get u down there jus to say we cant do nothin for you..im on my 2nd lexus from them all payments on time. I WILL NEVER BUY A LEXUS EVER AGAIN!! WORST CAR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD SMH!!
The service dept. was great from the call to remind me that my Lexus needed an oil change to the service when I got there. I didnt have my current insurance card which I needed in order to take advantage of the courtesy rental car and Helen who works as a cashier was so nice and contacted my insurance co. and even gave me a copy of my current insurance card!
Id like to share my experience purchasing a GS F at Jim Falk Lexus. First of all, Id like to give a shout out to Danny Valle. He is all that one could ask for in a salesperson. While my entire mission when buying a car is to spend as little time as possible at the actually dealership, Danny V. actually made my time there enjoyable. Now, on to the details. I had been looking at several different vehicles...Mercedes E 63 AMG, BMW M3/M5, Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. I emailed several dealers and wow, they didnt even want to entertain a possible sale. Alfa of Santa Monica, Rusnak Alfa Romeo, and Keyes Alfa Romeo didnt;t give me the time of day. What type of dealership in 2018 doesnt entrain internet inquiries? They all gave me limited info and wanted me to come in ASAP. If the customer service before the sale is that crappy, just imagine how it is after the sale. Bottom line, Jim Falk Lexus of B Hills had a great first impression. Confirmed the vehicle was in stock, sent me a worksheet of lease and purchase options, and scheduled an appointment to test drive. Showed up early to test drive, they were very accommodating. Test drove, loved the car, and talked numbers. They honored what they told me via email, got the car ready, and left a happy customer. Thanks again Danny Valle for a great experience. For a no nonsense car buying experience, head on over to Jim Falk Lexus and see Danny Valle. Loving the car and Im sure the experience will continue to be great when I bring it in for service.
Worst experience! Corrupt Finance Manager SAM MEFALY ! We agreed on the price with the sales person, but by the time we sat to his office, he tried to change the whole agreement, the price of the vehicle and even the APR from the bank. I would never go back to this dealership again. Those who plan to go to check this dealership, read all the reviews about this finance manager first. Beware!
My first Lexus purchase experience was fabulous, thanks to Alpha Dixon!!! I simply told him exactly what I wanted and he advised they had the vehicle in stock and the very next day I went in to purchase the vehicle and met with him. He let me test drive the vehicle and showed me all the bells and whistles of my beautiful pearl white NX. There was no hassle or haggle. Alpha was very professional and organized, he had me in and out in no time. He was very personable and friendly. The gentlemen in finance Omid Navid was also great! Since this was my first Lexus purchase I really appreciated the true Lexus experience. I definitely recommend Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills and Alpha for your next Lexus purchase!!!
TL;DR: returned an IS 250 lease, purchased a NX 200t after half a day of torment, and stuck with a bill of 790 which is with collections. Pretty much dont come here.Story - lease expiring for my is250, decided to give jim falk a call thru truecar, got my original lease through Keyes but BH is closer. Got a call from GEORGIO and pretty much in this mess now. Returned my car and subsequently purchased a new nx 200t after haggling for half a day. Pretty much took 2 hours to lower interest from 3.49 to 2.99, shows you how hard it was to deal with these folks. In the end, drove off with a fully loaded nx200t sports pkg, however, about to drive off GEORGIO just disclosed its a AWD not a FWD which is what I wanted.. i had the choice not to purchase but after 8 hours, I was exhausted and wanted to get out of there with my new ride. I returned my is250 at this location with BOTH keys.Fast forward 3 months, I get a call from lexus financial saying I owe damages to tires, missing key fob and disposition fee. I was astonished and call GEORGIO immediately. When I got the vehicle I was told I will get the disposition fee waived as I am purchasing a new vehicle but he left out that I NEEDED TO FINANCE WITH LEXUS FINANCIAL in order to secure the waiver. At closing we even filled out the dispositon waiver and had documents showing I returned BOTH KEYS. I obtained financing from capital one instead of LFS as they approved the rate and term of the vehicle. Also I wanted to see if i can get the military discount applied but they vaguely said no and did not explain the terms necessary to secure the discount by corporate. I did not get the letter as the address was misspelled and received a call with a past due notice in February.Georgio told me that he cant waive it as now he is saying he never said what he said prior to the sale of the vehicle. Also he will not release any documents of the lease return of the vehicle and Ill have to go through them to the dealer or when the auction happens for my ex car, it will correct itself.. which it did not..To show good faith I paid for the tire damage and now I am left with the bill for 2 items that I shouldnt be responsible for. Now my account is with their collections and I love how lexus and its loyal dealers treat their loyal customers. If I could, I wouldve gotten a Benz suv anyways because I had to return that lease as well... got a bmw instead at glendale and I can already see the difference in service for post sale follow up, i will definitely go back there as a repeat customer. (2 cars for pers and business use)Pretty much they only care about the initial sale and WILL NOT HELP YOU out after with any document request and WILL GO BACK ON THEIR WORDS. Thank you for reading this and now I will have to talk to collections after talking to over 8 customer reps abouts this telling the same story about how I got lied to and how jim falks has mishandled my lease return to lose a key which is then placed on me.Never getting a lexus here and will not recommend any of my friends to go to jim.
I recently had my GX460 left passenger mirror hit and damaged to the point of replacement. Josh Kim at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills was not only great and attentive but worked with my insurance company to expedite the return of my vehicle fully checked and fixed. Thank You!Loyal Lexus Owner.
Jim Faulk has always provided excellent service, and this visit wasnt anything different. They were very attentive to my vhhicle needs, and explained everything they were going to perform to ensure understood the process. Their new service location is really nice, and I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service drive.I highly recommend JF to all my friends and family that has a Lexus that needs service.A big thanks to my service advisor Freddy Hall that always makes sure Im taken care of.
Mike Waxman here and the service I received at Lexus on Robertson was more than exceptional. Its really quite surprising the pleasant and helpful atmosphere that Lexus has created, and I would hesitate to recommend a friend or anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus, as I could assure them that the customer service is top rate. Best in the business.
Jesse Colon helped me while my Lexus stalled last Thursday. He kept me positive and laughing while we went through the paperwork. He kept in contact with me to give me feedback on the work that needed to be done on my car. I love bringing my Lexus to Jim Falk Service center as they know how to take of their customers. I will keep coming back to Jim Falk as long as I have my Lexus.
Danny was very accommodating - even thought it took an extra day for the tire to arrive - i had a loaner car in the meantime and Danny, although not much, gave a mini discount. They should offer additional discounts like other dealerships, regardless of the zip code but Danny provide great customer service.

2022-06-28Ive had nothing but terrible experiences with several Northern California dealerships while trying to find my Lexus UX. I Luckily got in touch with both Christina and Jennie at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills and they were able to secure me a car Ive been waiting months to find. The showroom is absolutely stunning and everyone there were great to work with. Nothing but praise for this dealership and their employees! Highly recommended.

2022-02-28Im posting this review because i had just purchased my lexus rx 350 f sport and it was delivered to my home and it was Night time so i couldnt really see the scratches and swirling on my car as you can see.had reach out to them and and the sales person that sold us the car told us to take it back for a full detailed. And so we did and 3 days later they called me it was ready for pick up. My car has more swirls and cob web scratches made by them and im no detailed Profesionalbut my car looks worst and I reach out to them again and they have not returned my call or email very upset with this service and customer service. This is not ok because we are talking about a 63k car value and thays alot of money for small stuff and they can address very disappointing from lexus of Beverly hills.the sales person was MARTIN he lied to us that my car was fully wash and professionally detailed which it was not. My car still had road rain from the day I took it back to them the first time and was never wash. I had always had good experience with lexus of Cerritos and I will next time purchased my next car with them.

2022-04-15Service was excellent, there’s a very good dealership to buy from. The prices are great, we priced under the cheapest in Southern California, we found an amazing deal, and they are very respectful people. The finance team was amazing, Jenny went above and beyond, and so did the sales representative. I went in with my pastor last year and got a nx300h, they were so respectful towards him. They were really nice, and my favorite part about it was there a coffee machine. It is absolutely incredible, I literally want to get another Lexus just so I can go there and drink coffee. What is that machine!! Too good!! We loved it, even more than the new car!

2022-04-17Very professional and straight forward Lexus dealer. Jensen took care of me, made the whole transaction smooth and made everything understandable. However, when signing contracts please be careful because the manager Michael Shin forgot to write out the important numbers on the option contract. It made me wonder if they were hiding certain figures ?In addition, he had this very condescending “I’m better than you” attitude. I did not like his form of “professionalism” at all. Also, take a friend or family member with you so that they can read the contract over too and point out any discrepancies.Overall, I totally recommend this dealer. Request Jensen as he will go above and beyond for you.

2022-02-11Today , February 10, 2022 , I was out to purchase a new 2022 lease ,,We stopped into Lexus . A beautiful car was in the show room, we asked is this the new Lexus . The salesman says yes , this is an amazing car. He proceeded to say , he could make a Great deal on this car. After an hour of negotiations the manager I was told has been there for over. 20 years. She Stated , this was such a good deal she would take it herself, if she could after an hour of negotiations .. red flags began to surface the manager appeared to become a “USED CAR SALEMAN”. Apparently we had the deal of the century . I wanted time to think it over. After they wanted $10,000.00 down ,,price sticker at over $90,000. Red flags started to appearthe pressure to sell was not normal, considering new cars are hard to come by in 2022, as every one knows who is trying to purchase a new car. Come to find out , the car was not new , it was a 2021 and used by the managers wife with a mileage of over 2,000. The manager her name is NORA. ,, never told us it was used . On the contrary, she now claims the 2021 is just the same as the 2022.. so for future buyers . When you purchase form this company in Beverly Hills make sure they are sell you a new car. They are shysters, these despicable sales people will lie , or do anything to get you into a car. To try and sell a used car as new is so despicable , NORA at JIM FALK LEXUS OF BEVERLY HILLS is the perfect image of a used car salesman , who will lie or do anything to close the deal. Stay away from this dealer ship. Or you get want you deserve.. a used car they claim is new..

2021-12-14We’ve bought many Lexus from this dealer. The experiences have generally been quite positive. Not this time. I traded in a leased IS there last week and leased a new UX. The experience was awful. I was lied to, for example….the F Sport package is only cosmetic - NO It is not at all only cosmetic. Turned out they didn’t have an F sport hybrid so they lied to me. I should have know better. They fast talked me about the pricing of the new car and the equity in my lease return. Wow. They made a huge profit and I got taken. It’s my own fault. My past experiences lead me to trust them. That was a big mistake That I will regret for 3 years.

2022-05-22A total scamming experience with internet sales manager Jinny and sales person Jessie. Had a confirmed deal over a White Lexus RX 450h with the sales person over the phone and agreed to the payments and leasing terms on Saturday. The sales person ask for buyers credit application, driver license, insurance and all documents required from the broker to make the deal. The car was promised to be locked on our name to be delivered the next day, Sunday. The day after the manager Jinny called and says the car can not be delivered because the sales had made a mistake in the payment calculation. The initial payment we agreed to was $3000 down $950 per mnt and now they asking $1100 for the white one! The white Color RX can not be delivered rather a grey one which is identical with the same MSRP and yet in $1033 payments!!!!!Tried to escalated the issue to the GM John and after 3 days calling to express our concern and follow up we got the chance to speak to the GM over the phone on Wednesday. However, nothing positive came out of the conversation so as a general manager he did no do anything to solve this problem yet did not ever bother to call back us!We found out the car was sold that Sunday to someone else so they had a costumer with a better pay that made them to go with regardless of a deal that we had in place with all documents ready to process! The excuse for Jinny was our sales person made a mistake and he is not there yet to give you the right numbers to begin with. And that happens after going back and forth with his manager the good 3-4 hours of Saturday over giving us the numbers for the deal.Be aware of the thief.

2022-06-21Lied about the car and the warranty. Explicitly warned me not to buy a lexus from a reputable Toyota dealership because it wouldnt be certified. Came and bought a similar car with a few more miles and not the exact features I wanted from Jim Falk for a little more money because I wanted to be covered by the certified pre-owned coverage. Went to get my car serviced the first time and found out that Jim Falk of Beverly Hills doesnt participate in the CPO program. If they lie about such an easily verifiable thing, what else are they going to lie about. If youre shopping lexus in Southern California try Longo. They treat you well and havent ever lied to me.

2022-06-11I recently purchased an RX 450 hybrid. The car was delivered with more milage than expected. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was promised a detail and a gift for my wife from their gift shop as a way of an apology for the numerous issues experienced during my purchase. Why wife just drove from Orange County (where we live) to the dealership and she was told that since my salesman no longer works there he will not be honoring any of the promises made. This dealership does not honor its promises and cannot be trusted. I am in the market for another vehicle and will never return to Jim Faulk.

2022-02-04Horrible experience. I contacted this dealership looking for an NX Hybrid, I spoke to Brandon whom was super helpful in the beginning, he searched for the car for me and found 2 options. They sold the luxury one and then they tried to sell me a 2022 NX350h as new but the car already had almost 5k miles on it, not only did they tried to sell me this car as new they also wanted to charge 10k over MSRP. Completely ridiculous and unethical. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and have reached Lexus at the corporate level.
