I’ve been a very loyal customer of the Jiffy Lube company for many years, but I had a less than ideal experience on a recent visit to check air tire pressure. I was told to wait more than 20 min, even though I only asked if they could put air in a single rear tire because my alert light was on. I’ve went to jiffy lube for this exact reason many times over the years and have never been told to wait an half hour for such a simple process. And the technician (didn’t catch his name) was not very friendly either. I definitely won’t be going back to this location for any services. That’s a shame.

Just moved to the area, (and drove from Maryland) and my experience was fantastic! I knew my car would need some TLC from the trek, so I searched for a Jiffy Lube, since I used them back East. Gerardo was so kind and helpful. We talked about my situation, and he found a coupon for me to use since i had to buy another part as well as the oil filter. Wanda was the technician, and she was so fast and thorough. I felt really comfortable being able to stay in my car, lessening any likelihood of exposure for both the technicians as well as myself. Grateful that I stumbled into this location specifically! Thanks Gerardo and Wanda!

Okay first of all let me say wow! I didn’t realize when I took my car to get my oil changed that I wouldn’t even have to get out of my car! My visit here was so quick and easy, I was out of there in less than 15 minutes for an oil change. Wanda was so helpful and answered my questions with ease and made me feel confident with the service. Definitely a much better overall experience than if I had gone to my dealer that’s for sure

I have been a resident of this area for 35 years and never once have I visited a Jiffy Lube.This review gets 5 stars for the awesome customer service I received on my visit.I usually take my car to the dealership to get it serviced but I was planning on leaving out of town the next day and needed an oil change and I didn’t want to wait long or pay the crazy fees the dealership charges.I was driving by Jiffy Lube and decided to call and ask how long the wait would be for an oil change, Brandon introduced himself and said to stop on by that he can have me in and out within minutes. I told him I’m down the street and will be there in seconds.As I pulled up the welcoming employee guided me into the shop and introduced himself to me as Brandon and he said, You just called correct. He gave me my options on prices and said it will be no more than 10-15 min.As they started working on my car Gerardo came my window and asked me to stay in the vehicle, that it will all be drive up service. I was so impressed that my oil change would be done so fast and I didn’t have to get off my car. With everything that’s going on with Covid I felt super comfortable with being allowed to stay inside the car. Brandon and Gerardo were super helpful, friendly, and took all precautions by wearing a mask and social distancing.As Brandon finished up with my car Gerardo handed me a receipt and had me fill out basic information to put into the system. That’s it, I was all done and ready to get back on the road.I had such a great experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.Also make sure you check in on yelp and get a discount on your bill, they have a great discount code.Thanks Jiffy Lube but BiGGER thanks to Brandon & Gerardo for working during these difficult times and still giving 5 star service, you guys ROCK!

I came to Jiffy Lube in Arcadia on Sunday afternoon 2/28/21 for an oil change and the whole team was so nice and helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! The employees who helped me were Christian, Wanda, and Efren :)

I’m hoping this review prompts somebody to help me, because my car just leaked a full quart of oil in less than 24 hours since I got my oil changed at this location. I came back this morning and the two young gentleman told me they could not help me, I needed to go buy a new oil plug.My car wasn’t leaking before I brought it there, I got an oil change and now I have to go purchase a new oil plug because somehow it’s my responsibility their inexperience technician cross threaded the plug back into my car?Called corporate customer service and they are closed, but have a nice message that says contact the store.Tomorrow I am leaving for a week, camping at one of California’s beautiful state beaches, hence getting my oil changed before I pull my trailer to the campsite. So now I have a choice, spill 6 quarts of oil in a state park campground next to the beach or cancel the first day of my family’s vacation to go back for a 3rd time to get it fixed tomorrow.The fish in the Pacific Ocean are extremely disappointed in Jiffy Lube and definitely recommend Valvoline instant oil change from for all your oil change needs!!There’s a few locations not too far away, drive over to Rosemead or the one up on foothill but don’t deal with these amateurs at Jiffy Lube Arcadia unless you want the same headache I haven’t gone through.To be continued.......2/9 As you can see, a copy and paste reply from corporate. Wish these two would have just done the oil change in the first place instead of training the new guy on my diesel vehicle.All in, I spent too much time dealing with this oil change but they did make me feel much better about the situation and got it taken care of

The service to my vehicle was performed while I sat in my car. The techs were friendly and even helped me with resetting the maintenance alerts on my cars dash screen.
This place was great for multiple reasons. The manager Theresa was very helpful and explained a lot of things to help me while not pushing me to buy things I needed, and for this reason I will gladly come back. I mentioned I was a Sub Teacher and she told me they have discounts for us as teachers as well as the advertised Police and rescue professionals. They were very polite and quick as can be with their work load, and the price was very reasonable with my coupon. I highly recommend this location if you need service done. Thanks guys
I initially called my local dealership to get a quote and see how they were doing oil changes during COVID. After giving my information and never receiving a call back from the dealership’s service department, I decided to take my business to Jiffy Lube in Arcadia instead. Brandon and his team greeted me. Since it was my first time coming back to Jiffy Lube in a long while, they needed to re-enter me in the system. They were able to scan my vehicle barcode to reduce asking me standard make, model, year questions, which was a nice touch. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 25-30 minutes. Of note, Brandon was professional, polite, and good at what he does. He takes pride in his work, and it shows from the details within his QC and providing information I needed to know about my car. The rest of the team was friendly and personable as well—Kudo’s for maintaining high spirits during these rough times. I’ll be sure to come back for future services.
Good value and fast customer service that is done with a smile. I got an oil change with a transmission flush at HALF the price of the toyota dealership in pasadena. Same fluid and service without the dealership trying to overcharge you for anything. They also cleaned my windows and topped off my window washer fluid without even asking. I will be coming here from now on for car maintenance needs.
Excellent, quick, professional service. Despite the pandemic, Jiffy Lube Arcadia did a great job taking care of my car: they changed the oil & filter in under 5 minutes, replaced my air filter for a fair price, and had me paid and on my way in under 10.

My vans alternator came loose and me and my dad would have been stranded had it not been for the help we got from one of the workers there; Brandon. He helped us realign the alternator so the vans battery would charge. Thanks to him we got back home to Pomona. Now we have a better perspective of Jiffy lube and that they have the best employees that you can find in Arcadia. We thank God Brandon was there to help us in our time of need, he is a champion. Showed up at 4:45 needing an oil change for a long desert drive the next day. By 5:05, I had paid and was on my way out. Staff were excellent and courteous and appreciative of my business.
The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. Answered every question I had. And there were a lot! They got me in & out of there less than 30 minutes! I also was provided air conditioning while I waited in my car. Thank you Wanda!

Wonderful customer service! Went in because the change oil light was on, even though was changed 3 weeks ago. They topped off my fluids and told me how to reset the light. I would go back again.
The oil change resulted in me having engine problems the whole next day, being towed twice, and missing work costing me a whole days wages. Didnt know that they over filled my oil. On the freeway my vehicle suddenly started billowing white smoke, loose compression and power. Had to make an emergency exit. Was towed to the nearest AAA repair shop and they refused to work on it any further once they completed the inspection and explained the issues and potential results.Update: As you can see, owner reached out to me for my contact information. Although I sent information, I have yet to be contacted.
Love this Jiffy Lube! Ive been coming here for years even after moving 30 minutes away. I still drive the extra miles just to come to this location. The service is always great!! No matter whos working the staff remain friendly and helpful.

Glad to know this one is open till 7pm since I get off work at 630pm typically and I ran out of time to do the oil change before work. Supposably I had a radiator flush done here.... found out I needed a new thermostat a few months later. When the mechanic drained the radiator he asked when was the last time I changed the fluid. I explained JiffyLube did one a few months ago. In his professional opinion the fluid was never changed. The fluid was extremely degraded and there was no sign of work done.Guys here seem courteous but Ill never go back after that.
Quick service. No appointment needed. I went in for an oil change and to check why my car was overheating. Just refilled my fluids and I was all good. For not knowing cars that well I didnt feel screwed like I would at other mechanics.

Good except when the manager made a comment when I didnt want to change my air filter. Why would I when I could get it for a quarter of the price at Pep Boys or Autozone? Lol Otherwise great.
My friends car broke down and she made it as far as here. The guys were super sweet when I asked if we could leave her car there until we called AAA to tow it to the garage/shop who fixes my cars.

2022-05-13I did not describe my experience when I first made this review. I will now because of the issue I am having with the person who replied to this.Ive been to many jiffy lube locations and the people at this location didnt seem to be very interested in doing a good job. I wasnt asked for my keys. I was told to make a new profile even though I had one already and the guy left the pad with me holding it for 20 minutes. He didnt offer any other services and asked me what type of oil I wanted without suggestions. They didnt check any of the fluids in car or air filter. They didnt inspect any of lights on my car. And they didnt reset my oil light before I left.Ive been in communication with the person who replied to this email. I was asked for the invoice number and I sent it and I was told they cant find it. They asked me to recheck it. I did and sent them a screen shot of the invoice and attached it. I was told the attachment wasnt on the email. I sent another email, which will be my last with the screen shot attached twice and I also pasted it, into the conversation and told that person Im not a moody Karen throwing bad reviews around because Im in a bad mood. I had a bad experience which I believe was not worth the money I paid so I left a bad review.

2022-04-02I’ve never seen a drive through oil change! I was definitely curious lol . And mannnnnn. I’m glad I did. It was quick, easy, and painless. I get so stressed when it comes to my truck. But they took that away instantly! She even topped off my coolant ! You have a regular customer !
