Another great experience in the service department with Braulio. He provided me with a loaner car while my truck was in the service the whole time. He stayed in touch the entire time to let me know what’s going on. When my truck was ready for pick up they made sure it’s detailed and the work that was done on it was impressive. Thanks again Braulio always great service.
My family and I are grateful for Jorge Miramontes at Jessup Auto Plaza service center. With his help and knowledge of the warranties on vehicles, he was able to find a warranty coverage we didnt know we even had and saved us over $600 in repairs to our vehicle! He provided excellent customer service and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Even provided a follow up phone call after we picked up our vehicle. This is one of the busiest service departments I’ve ever seen. The waits can be long but they take good care of their customers, and not just with the large comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and snacks but with the excellent customer service. Ron Austin is a rare bird in this industry. He has shown that he truly cares about his customers and their needs. I know the sales department is always the shiny star of most companies but it is people like Ron in service that keep repeat customers returning. Thank you for taking care of us Ron!
Called on Friday and Chase at Sevice was able to fit my on the schedule for the following day! That experience was the easiest and fastest service ever. I was also very impressed about the shuttle service they offer. Chase called at the promise time and send a shuttle to pick us up again! No having to wait! Easy fast and simple! Thank you Chase for your help with getting our car service today!
Sadly, not the experience I had expected. Leased a 2018 Buick Encore. Great little work car. During leasing process was pushed (finance officer) to getting an in house warranty on a car already warranted. The salesman was able to pull it together and I ultimately leased the car. Over the two years, I kept the car in excellent care. When time came to return it, well lets just say not like other leased vehicle returns. a screw in the left front tire service price $250 for one tire...Bought four outside dealer for $430 Installed.Ultimately, I was charged a disposition fee which was never outlined by the salesman or Finance officer. A ding of $495 Plus tax ....during COVID no one would/could provide the document proving such an egregious charge....But they were able to DING my credit during my request for docs period ....No one could get the doc or show it was in fact a real charge...but someone COULD process a credit fail on my behave...ALL tallied my credit score has been effected by 120 points......to say NOT HAPPY is an understatement. BEWARE !!
I recently went to Jessup to get my cars oil changed with my 2 year old daughter. Chase helped us and he was a great man for the job. Jessup is a great place that cares about how comfortable the area is for their customers. My daughter and I had a great time watching television, running around in the childrens waiting area, drinking hot chocolate, and eating some snacks. The women and men at Jessup Auto really know their stuff, and Chase is definitely the man for any of your car servicing needs.
After we shared a review of our experience at Jessups for concerns about an oil change in April 2019, we were called by the service manager, Mr. Austin, and he made everything right, over an above what we could have imagined. We want to thank Jessups for caring about how the customers feel. We will return there for future oil changes.
It started with replacing fuel pump under factory extended recall warranty. Since then it has been back to the shop 4 times once towed from gas leaking, they didnt tighten a clamp, fuel leaked all over carport., Got the car back again and last night it started leaking gas again.. took it in this morning and now they want $250 to replace a $10 hose. Having been a life long GM owner Jessup service single handedly has destroyed that. Next car will be a Hyundai or KIA with 10 year warranty..
I took my 2500 diesel h.d. in for an engine light and it would not defrag so I ran the codes I new what was wrong my device writer gave me an estimate of $175 I had an 8 a.m. apointment at 10 am they sent me home said there was 5 in front of me then she called me said something was not right and it would cost over $1000 and would me ready the next day the next day they called me told me the fan blew up and whent thru the radiator and the bill was up to $2400 I will never take or suggest them to anybody sherry is a lier and they were rude thought becuse I had out of state tags all would be good and they could screw me so they did Ill be writing a review every week on this place not good quality people they thought becuse I drive a nice truck I had money I dont !!

2022-06-01I brought my 2007 VW GTI to Jessup for A/C service. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready for pick up on Thursday. Everything went well until pick up. I paid for the repairs at 1:13 pm and was told my car would be brought around. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked one of the service clerks what was happening with my car. At that time I was told it will be up soon. After 30 more minutes I asked again. At that time one of the service clerks went to check on my car. At that time, 2:15 pm, my car was brought up front. I was told that another car was in the way. For 1 hour? Why didn’t someone tell me what was going on? I’m a very patient person, but over an hour waiting for my car to be brought up front is ridiculous.

2022-07-25I was in from out of state. I had a programming issue after swapping out my ECM on my own, I was guaranteed if I showed up at 8 a.m. they would get me in and out. Promise fulfilled! Thanks

2022-01-12I bought my car at La Quinta Chevrolet. They gave me 3 free oil changes.I set up the first one at JESSUP. No problem. I go to do the 2nd one. I call La Quinta and ask if its OK to do it at Jessup. Sure. I go back to Jessup and tell him Ive been here before and its a free one. He says Im not in their system. They do the oil change I brink back the paper that shows the free oil changes. The manager starts playing pass the buck. Ive done it before. I show him the past receipt. Im pretty annoyed at this point. And he says Im not going to help you. Charge her $60. Ron is the manager. Hes no help. And the customer is not right even with proof. LA Quinta may be farther away but they are a far better business in every way.

2022-01-19Usually great. Not so much today. When I picked up my car, my eyeglasses were under break pedal, my floor mat was all crinkled to one side and they were supposed to give me a part they replaced. The guy pulled up, jumped out of my car and ran off. No, thank you, have a nice day or anything at all. Not very happy with the customer service.

2022-05-30Extremely unhappy with Jessup diagnostic. $190, then once your auto gets that diagnostic and you dont want Jessup to repair it. Jessup charges you another $190 because you didnt use their services. Never again Jessup!

2021-08-27Jessup Service Department is GREAT! My employer has recently purchase three vehicles and unfortunately one of these vehicle continues to have mechanical issues. I/we have the pleasure to be working with Ron Austin Service Manager as well as Steve Michael, these two gentlemen have gone over and above the call of duty for us. I/we like to say THANK YOU gentlemen for all the help and attention you both and your company have provided us. Highly recommend the dealership and everyone that works there. 2021-12-30Had car got it back with only oil change, Rob service manager is checked car in and said I would have car no later than next day. Service team members weren’t helpful, until I voiced my opinion and sat down. No customer service edicts whatsoever. So what was the purpose of me getting extra warranty that I paid cash for, is useless. Never again an American car for me.Tony Spears

2021-10-25Everything should be righted by Monday but man, you gotta really be on top of them. Very understanding but not real spun up on the inventory.Absolutely the worst, will change on Friday if I get what I want butA. The part I had been calling for almost a month for didnt have all its pieces.B. I waited 2 hours for them to just throw it on top of my trunk and say it was installed. This was for an appt I set up 2 weeks in advance.C. I had to ask a 2nd time to rotate my tires so that meant literally nothing was done to my car in the 2 hours they had it.D. The charger there doesnt say it but it will charge your chargepoint account $5 every time its activated which I did 2x not knowing. Paid $10 for 0.7 miles of electricity.E. They charged 2x what the website said it would cost.F. When I asked for quote to install a tow hitch and roof rack they wanted almost 3x what the website says. I understand 1.5x because I part the parts so.ewhere else but 3x!!! Insane!!!!Going back Friday to see if I can salvage this experience.No one was rude or unfriendly.

2020-11-19I had an appt to get my truck looked at because of what I thought was a sensor problem. All of the customer service reps were very friendly. Sherry was awesome. I explained to her my problem. She said it would cost $160 just to LOOK at the truck! But... She came up with a solution. She went outside, worked her magic, pressed some buttons, did a reset, and then she said I was good to go! I truly appreciate that I went to a service place and didnt get ripped off for something so minor. I will definitely go back to Jessup Auto for future service!
