If i could give zero stars i would......do not and i repeat do not order or buy anything from Jeromes. worst costumer service ever!!!!!! i feel like i am in a bad nightmare dealing with them. do not pay for VIP delivery unless you want damaged furniture delivered, not just once but twice. they outsource their delivery to independent contractors who do a terrible job.the supervisors are all rude, and they have no desire to help you or work with you to actually resolve the issue, the amount of time i have wasted is ridiculous.see picture, this was supposed to be delivered VIP, which means they put it together and bring it in and set it up nicely in your home. what happened is the delivery man showed up set it on porch and asked if i need help putting it together, mind you it was an extremely heavy package. i told him yes, and he said ok i need to run back to the truck to take a picture and i said no problem. he proceeds back to his truck gets in and takes off. leaving me standing on the porch and unable to bring the package inside. luckily later i had help to get it in and set up, well low and behold it was damaged completely cracked on one side. this is the second time they have delivered me a broken product. see below review i already posted for my first horrible experience.customer service is rude!!! supervisors are rude!!! take you business somewhere else. they dont care about their costumers and it shows. good luck getting through to costumer service you have to wait 45mins to talk to someone, probably because they plain suck!!! lots of unhappy costumers im sure.
Christopher was amazing and really helped use his personal experience as I expressed what brought me to the store. I never felt forced to buy anything. When I would say no thanks that was it. I wasn’t there for hours and my little one and I felt comfortable while choosing our bed.
Purchase the 5 year warranty for my leather sofa which costs me several hundred dollars and when when the seam in the head rest started to separate I tried to use the warranty and they would not cover it! Very disappointing and I will not be purchasing at Jeromes any longer because of this! I paid over $4000 in my furniture I expect better quality!!!
IOur salesperson, Chris, was terrific. I learned a lot from him about mattresses which surprised me because I did not have high expectations.. He also listened to me. I live that in a salesperson. When I go back to Jerome’s to pick out some large area rugs, I will look for him.
The staff (Javier Lopez ) really knowledge, professional and friendly.He was patience and answered all my questions.When we get to the financial desk the lady name Carmella ( a finance lady ) really helpful and friendly.I will plan to come back for more household furniture.
We needed a new sofa and went to several stores after looking online. A salesperson introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction. He checked in once but left us alone to browse on our own.We ended up buying the Palisades loveseat/recliner on the website and really like it. The construction is solid, the design is what I wanted.We will definitely be back.
Very unprofessional, I had to wait 2 months for bed frames and headboards. Headboards and frames delivered after 2 months, with no slats. Promised to bring slats at next appt, next appt only brought enough for 1 bed, but I purchased 2 headboards and 2 frames. Next appt JEROMES DIDNT CALL OR SHOW UP TO MY HOME!!!!
Place is a rip off!! Took 4 months and 6 deliveries to get what we paid for. Unorganized company , to many people that dont know what theyre doing. Takes forever to reach some one to speak to, dont even have a direct line to the store. Will never get anything from there again
Good looking furniture, alittle pricey and most of the worker stayed in front/middle of store, no customer service had to go look for them and they all together talking to one another while customer needing help or have questions, you have to go find someone to answer your questions, NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE,
We ordered two items in October 2021. They were supposed to be delivered mid December. We paid for them back in October. One was delivered the other will be delivered mid May 2022. We received an email with a 100 credit on future purchases. We purchased 4 chairs which hopefully will be available mid March. We couldn’t take advantage of the full 100 credit because we had to pay a delivery fee because it was too hard to pick it up or add it to our order that has been paid for since October. Jerome’s has had our money for all these months and still couldn’t give a true discount. After these orders are filled, we will never purchase from Jerome’s again.
Went in there with the sole purpose of coming out with a dinning room set, no one asked us how we were or if we needed any help. We walked around the whole store and saw employees crowded by computers chatting away. No one offered any help so we left without a dinning room set. There were other couples walking around and they were greeted right away and helped. Why did we not receive the same courtesy? Will be taking my business elsewhere. Management, do better.
SERIOUS issues with quality and defects! Even after their own inspection people agreed. Still being charged, but not in possession of any furniture at this point. No help from sales at the store, customer service ( which doesnt actually answer calls, but does respond thru messenger/texts) says they cant help, their credit company Synchrony bank is the very opposite of any help, yet each division says contact the other! HOURS spent on this issue without resolution. Sorry I ever walked in the door! Looks like small claims court or a lawyer may be my only options. Buying a few new furniture pieces was supposed to be a fun & happy event, but nothing could be further from the truth!
Our salesman Christopher was awesome. I told him what kind of furniture I wanted and he took me right to what I asked for. The furniture has everything & more of what I was looking for. My fiance Alex & I looked around the store by ourselves and realized our salesman found exactly what we needed in the beginning. I appreciated that he wasnt a pushy salesperson. I would not have liked that. Thanks to him we bought the quality furniture we were looking for.
The staff was very attentive and frequently asked if we needed help finding anything which we declined several times while we explored.However, once we made our purchase we were told the delivery situation would be handled after payment. Once payment had completed we were informed that our items were not in stock and could be delivered by the end of October (a month) so my new house will not be furnished for 3-4 weeks because I was not informed of whether or not items were in stock.I don’t see myself needing furniture again anytime soon, but I’m hesitant to return after this encounter. I still followed through with the purchase (because I need furniture) but I was overall not happy with how this trip went.3 stars because they do have a very large variety to choose from.
I’m not sure how this store has this many stars their service is horrible. In store they treat you ok as any sales person does that’s until you receive your delivery. We spent 7k dollars at this store and received damaged items we sent them back waited another week. Same the guys that deliver the items are unprofessional and not sure where they get hired finally after being fed up with the back and forth and the drivers wanting to use paint to touch up nicks in the new table we purchased we decided to cancel. We called they set up a pickup for us and we waited all day for them and when we called they said no one had scheduled the return. These guys are super shady if you don’t believe me go find out for yourself. We decided to go to Bob’s furniture in Brea they are super professional and much more fair priced. Last time we buy anything at Jeromes worst case go to Ashley at least they care there. Look at his excuse for poor customer service below. Try chatting like he says try calling the store right now see how long it takes to get a hold of someone. Til this day it’s been almost two months and no refund for the damaged items we canceled. We called the store finally got a hold of someone and they said the check should be on it’s way soon yeah right. Save your money don’t trust these reviews they are fake check for yourself the profiles have two or one reviews no profile pictures.
Really great selection, decent quality furniture, and very good service. I love how you can mix and match your pieces. We got a mission style bedroom set. Really nice! The showroom is laid out very well. We went to a couple of other stores and Jeromes gave us a good value. Update: we ordered in June, its December and were missing some of the furniture. I dint know when well get it.
The customer service was very responsive. The sales people very nice and helpful. Our new couch was very comfortable. Thankfully we purchased the Guardian insurance for our first couch we purchased because it had many defects due to poor design. The metal lever for releasing the manual leg rest broke and the legs would not stay closed. Also the cover came off and tore the fabric of the adjoining section. The wood used under the leg rests were very weak and broke on all three sections. We received a replacement section for the torn fabric but the lining fell out. The center leg rest was never fixed to work better. With no improvements such as a strap instead of a bar for leg release and something stronger to replace the weak wood, the couch failed to last very long and again the legs would not close and the lever tore the couch again. We then were offered the price of this couch in credit at the store to purchase a new one of our choice and pay the difference. I hope the new but different couch will better than this one. If so I will leave a better review.
We purchased our dining room set in September. Two of the chairs had defects. They initially said that the replacement chairs would be available in November. Then the availability was pushed back to December. It is now December and they said that the chairs wont be available until March 2022. 6 months is UNACCEPTABLE. They need to be making existing customers whole instead of selling the chairs to new clients.
The store was relatively empty there was nobody greeting you when you walk in the store I needed to go to customer service and the 2 girls and one guy were talking and joking about he needed some supplies and 1 girl eating cookies laugh and telling him she dont order supplies so I oh I would not be going back to this store and then on top of that they couldnt give me a refund they sent me to Rancho Cucamonga where Coco manga where I originally made my purchase Ridiculous
So disappointed in my order.. I went to the showroom to pick out a couch all the way from Los Angeles. The sales person lied and told me it was in stock and I would have it by next week. It is now November and I ordered the couch in August and they keep pushing back the dates of arrival. When I call customer service they have no answers and are just as clueless. WARNING Do not purchase anything from here they lie and say it’s in stock and probably make you wait 5 months for it. I am so close to canceling my order if they continue to push back the dates.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a couch from Jeromes Anaheim and it was delivered on October 16, 2021. It is a sectional couch and one side had short legs and the other piece had tall legs. I told the delivery drivers and they called back to the store. The wrong legs had been sent and they said a tech would come fix in a week. It has been over a month and I have left 5 voicemails, sent 3 chats and called the salesman and no response. I am so angry and I call sales and someone picks up right away but I have to talk to customer service and they never answer or return voicemails. How do I get my couch fixed. Worst customer service ever. Will not buy from Jeromes again. I wish someone would just call me to fix the problem. I bought my bedroom set and couch from there and I will buy again because of this experience. Jeromes should be ashamed. They rip off their customers.
BAD DELIVERY SERVICE, I BOUGHT A TABLE AND FOUR CHAIRS TWO WEEKS AGO, FIRST DELIVERY THEY BROUGHT TABLE AND CHAIRS. TABLE HAD WRONG HARDWARE AND TWO CHAIRS WERE NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY, THEY WERE LOOSE AND SAID THEY WOULD BRING CORRECT TABLE NEXT TIME, WELL SECOND AND THIRD DELIVERY THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG TABLE TOP AND HAD TROUBLE WITH HARDWARE AGAIN AND DIDNT FIX THE TO CHAIRS AT ALL. TWO WEEKS WITH NO TABLE AND TWO LOOSE CHAIRS AND ALL PAID IN FULL. NO COMPENSATION AT ALL FOR MY TROUBLES AND TWO LOST DAYS OF WORK.
Minerva is the saleswoman who assisted me at this location and she was very helpful, kind, and had a great attitude. It was my first time purchasing something like this for myself and I even had her help me apply for the credit program. I felt comfortable with her help and am very satisfied with my visit. I will definitely be returning for anything else.
Sales person Adrian and his manager were amazing. We went to all the major furniture stores and although I’m aware every place has sales people that can be suffocating to the buyers, we had the great luck to deal with Adrian and he was patient, understanding, accommodating and never pressured us to pick it he most expensive furniture or to make a decision on the first visit
I have to say, don’t ask for a discount because they are already the cheapest. And ask for Minerva. She’s a total boss and deserves a raise. Actually she deserves two raises. Raise her salary and raise her position in the company. Friendly service and very accommodating. We told her what he are looking for and she stayed within those parameters. 5 stars on everything from cleanliness to professionalism in the store.
We had a wonderful experience with both the sales people who assisted us. On our first visit Christopher listened to our needs and directed us to a few selections that met our criteria. We left and went to some competitors for comparison. When we came back the next day Christopher was off and we were helped by Minerva, who was equally helpful. No hard sale on upgrades, just an explanation of the benefits.
Christopher walker was our sales person and made my whole time in the store very comfortable. He knew how to treat a costumer. He didnt annoy us with the usual sales tactics. Instead he gave us an understanding of the business works and how to correctly view the pricing on every item. Will definitely shop here again.
Going into the showroom was different because the salesperson, Mike wasnt shadowing me (which I was okay with it). I knew mostly what I wanted. I found out after they delivered the wrong mattress that he didnt properly sell me the mattress. Be sure when youre buying items to check, double check, and triple check because they dont care once the items are in your possession. I am highly dissatisfied and wish I had went with other company. You live and learn. Until then I am stuck with a mattress giving me more back issues than beforeI was forced to keep the mattress when I attempted to refuse it and even called while drivers were here
Christopher at the Anaheim location was amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable representative. Even though my family and I came in close to closing time, he was incredibly helpful and guided us to exactly what we needed for my family. Exceptional service from Christopher!**UPDATE** Jeromes set update delivery for today between 11A - 3P and were a no call no show. Called Anaheim location and spoke to Edgar who informed me that they never scheduled in the system. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and he said they only work from 10A - 2P. I was shocked that employees work without a Supervisor and only work 4 hour shifts. I requested a refund and was denied. VERY poor customer service that now has tarnished the stellar service we recieved when I purchasing. Should have purchased at Living Spaces....
Christopher had our backs the minute we walked in. He was so friendly & got us in & out way quicker than we thought possible. No haggling- they had raised the price of the sofa we wanted to buy since the 2 weeks before, but he got us the original price & made things so easy. Thank you Christopher for making a stressful situation so pleasant.
The drivers arrived in non-Jerome’s rental truck. We’re not very courteous at all, needed to move items into garage myself. They just dropped off and we’re in a hurry to leave, no interaction at all. One box was torn open and taped up like it was already opened and repackaged. Items were not going into home because of construction going on, but at least place them all the way inside and assist moving them in, not just drop them off and leaves us to fend for ourselves. Definitely need better delivery service. Only good thing is I had family there to assist. But they too were blown away by the unprofessional, quick to leave delivery people. On the flip side, I had other deliveries earlier in the day from different business all were courteous, and asked where I needed the items since we told them just needed in the garage due to construction going on inside. Completely different experience, not even a good bye please verify your order or anything by delivery people. This left a sour taste in our mouths at Jeromes and returning for future business. Better off doing it yourself or going to another business. I guess the pleasantries stop once you have my money. Need improvement. Definitely.
Changing my review. Buying was positive but service ended there. Low quality furniture that took a month longer to arrive. The sofa is already coming apart and the ottoman looks like a factory reject. Zero support from the company so far. Can’t get anyone to return my emails or pick up the phone.Avoid Jeromes.Great products and selection. Javier helped us out and was never pushy. Super professional and happy with the whole process. I would come here again.
The service was excellent. Spoke with Minerva who was also helpinganother customer so she had the manager (sorry I forgot his name)help me. She quoted a price on the items I was looking at. The pricequoted was less than on items and the manager honored that price noquestions asked. Great customer service. My sister was with meand her and I were very impressed with the service and showroom.My sister said she would be going there to look for new bedroomfurniture when she is ready. Delivered on the day they said andearlier then scheduled which worked out perfectly. Got a recliningsofa and loveseat set which was so easy to put together probablyless than 5 minutes for each. Would recommend Tustin Avenuestore in Anaheim.
Chris was amazing, he spent great amount of time with the mattresses to earn my business. As a former furniture sales person myself, getting a 5 star review from me is hard. But Chris passed all my gradings and answered all my questions with 5 stars. Chris knows that providing amazing service and not be that pushy sales rep, keeps revolving clients like me coming back. This Is THE WORST DELIVERY IV’E HAD!! Having spent 10,000 on my whole set One of the guys was very rude didn’t know how to put the bed together, yelling at the other he caused one of the purchased furniture pieces to be scratched, then they noticed that they forgot a whole furniture piece so the set was incomplete, after trying with the bed and seeing that not only they weren’t able to put it together the mattress was stained and missing pieces to also put together as well . So they came back the following day and brought another mattress that was also stained and the wrong furniture piece so they were scheduled to come back on a Thursday worst delivery I’ve ever Had with any company, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. One star is still too good .
Michael was open and honest with us. Knew the furniture and recommended pieces that fit our ideas. We got the piece we wanted and were in and out in about 30 minutes. He gave us time alone to talk letting us quickly decide to buy. Did not feel like vultures watching us ;-). A very good buying experience.
We went to our local Jeromes store to look at and possibly purchase a recliner. We had a wonderful sales associate who directed us to exactly what we were looking for. Our purchase was made and it certainly was a pleasure doing business at this location. If we are in need of additional items available in this store we will certainly be back. Highly recommend.

Christopher was the best! I wanted the price on an accent chair and the number on it wasn’t legible so he went above and beyond to help me find it. Not only did he find the price, but he found out it was discontinued so he dropped the price from $425 to $250! His customer service skills were phenomenal and I plan to go back and ask for him for our next purchase at Jerome’s!
Sales person sold us a display model couch that was going to be swapped out for a new model. We got 50% off and were thrilled at the deal we got. I get a call the next day and was informed the couch we purchased as already sold. The individual was pretty apathetic to the whole situation. We got refunded but are out an awesome deal. Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication between employees.
Great Showroom. Quality Products. Good financing options. Very nice designs to fit lifestyle. People were helpful. Just wish they would offer good discounts. I was planning to get Living Room, Bedroom Sets, and paying mostly everything. Yet everything was at full price even though it said that bundling furniture would be cheaper . It wasnt the case when I received my estimate. Other than that I would recommend them.
This store atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The sales people were not pushy at all. In fact, they didn’t even try to sale the products, they told us the positives of the items and gave us information on what the store offers such as warranty on the furniture. When I returned to buy my couch the salesman I spoke with earlier remembered my name and I really loved his attention. Great store, quality products!
Started looking for a comfortable and durable sofa. Christopher was the first salesman to greet me as I walked through explained how the store was set-up. He stated if you have any questions I could ask him. As I walked around I found something very nice. I found it! No pressure, no salesmen/women following you around. Just easy and seamless shopping. Purchased Dinning set and couch from Jeromes. Their staff is great at this location.However, be warned when they sell you the Guardian plans. It is a huge pain to get warranty for spills or workmanship after the first year. I have submitted my claim about a month and half ago and still no results until today and do no cover accidental spills or hardware defects. What is the point of calling it accidental protection??
I pretty much knew what I wanted in a T.V. console and Jeromes had exactly what I wanted at at a very good price with delivery and assembly included. Salesman Mike G. made the purchase process easy. Now waiting for delivery and hope everything will be to my expectations.
Went into Jerome’s looking for a dining table set. Minerva the sales associate was very friendly and patient. She showed me a few options and I was pleased with my choice. I also was looking for a mattress and bed frame. Minerva once again took the time to help me find the perfect comfort in a mattress. Was very happy with my experience at Jerome’s in Anaheim . I financed my purchase through them, 24 months with no interest.
I was greeted by Javier when I entered. Then I was given time and space to browse around at the furniture at my own pace. I really appreciate that and I didnt feel like I was being followed. They were very informative and answered all my questions. The service was excellent and I recommend you visiting their showroom.
Tl;dr: Very disappointed in Jeromes and their customer service. Dont bother when there are so many other options out there.I went into this store on my lunch with the intent of looking at a mattress and some furniture, then returning later in the day or the next day to complete my purchases. Unfortunately, the sales people at this location were apparently uninterested in selling to me. I can only assume that this is because I am young - late twenties - based on later interactions, but it is unfortunate for the company because I do, in fact, have a well-paying job and a new house that is pretty empty and needs furniture. Furniture that I will now be purchasing from a Jeromes competitor. No store employee would so much as greet me during my first visit - and the store was DEAD when I was there around 1 PM. There were at least 5 salespeople on the floor that pretended not to see me and exactly one other customer shopping at that time. It was only when I returned with my mother that I was apparently visible. And when I did return with my mom - who was there merely to provide a second eye on my furniture options - they spoke to her, not me, even when both of us expressed multiple times that it was my furniture for my house. So I walked. Theres plenty of other options to buy furniture at similar prices in Orange County; Ill go with one that actually acknowledges me when I walk into their store and treats me like what I am - a paying customer.Furthermore, Jeromes has a ridiculous COVID delivery policy. You cant pick up in-store, which I understand completely. However, pretty much every other furniture store is offering free delivery as they have the same policy. Not Jeromes, apparently - its another $70 for delivery (not set up, just to get it to your house) unless your order is more than $1k; otherwise, you can drive down to San Diego to pick up - presumably M-F during regular business hours, when most customers are working. Im redoing a house room by room and working full time. I just want to not be sleeping on an inflatable mattress any more, then will make bigger purchases as I get walls painted and floors redone. But Im also not going to get screwed over when similar businesses have similar or better quality products and a much better delivery policy - or work with a company that basically penalizes customers for not spending a grand up front.
Spent about an hour in the store w my husband, in search of a sofa bed. Now normally, Im annoyed by pushy sales people, so i was fine browsing w no interruption for awhile but then when we had questions and needed assistance, it was no where to be found. Granted, some sales people were busy, but others just hung out in a group chatting it up. We left...wasted time...and Im bummed. I liked some things...
I seriously regret ignoring the previous negative comments. PLEASE DONT BE ME AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! I came in the store looking for a sectional couch and Steven was great. I let him know I needed something that could be delivered quick. He quickly pointed me in the right direction to what I was looking for. I go ahead and pay for it all upfront and also pay the $150 delivery fee. I let him know I needed them by Saturday night the latest. He assures me that I will get a call the day before to schedule a delivery time. Friday comes around and by 5 pm I still haven’t received a call. So I call in and one of the associates tells me that they’re still working on their route and that I will be notified later that night or the next day in the morning to schedule the delivery. I NEVER received a call, text or email. I leave my house to go to my morning workout and get a call from some guy saying he’s outside my house trying to deliver the couches. I tell him I’m not home but that I can be there in 20 min. I rush home only to find out theyre gone and wont be delivering my couches until later on the week when that doesnt work for me and it was their promise of quick delivery that convinced me to go with their furniture store instead of DPR furniture store. I rather go with a company who is upfront with me then go with someone whos misleading and doesnt even attempt to make things right with a paying customer. I will not be shopping at any of their furniture stores again and as a matter of fact I just requested a refund.
My experience at Jerome’s was wonderful! The service was excellent, thanks to Mini! We noticed that she was never far away but also never overbearing. We appreciated her sincere kindness as well. We got a beautiful dining room table set that we are thrilled with. And for a really good price! Thank you Jerome’s!
From the time my family and I entered, through the purchase and delivery setup, our experience st Jeromes was great! The sales associate, Steven, was professional, courteous and very helpful. He helped make it a seamless transaction. Two sets of bunkers and mattresses are on their way for our four boys!
What a great experience. My friends recently purchased some furniture and Jeromes was easy to work with and had some great options, so my family and I decided we would give them a shot. WOW is all i can say the store was clean, the selection was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Elizabeth was our sales rep she was knowledgeable and personable, she really connected with us. She sold us a custom loft bed. Our son is so excited for his new bed and bedroom set. Thank you Elizabeth and THANK YOU Jeromes! We will be back to decorate other rooms.
I just purchased a couch from Jeromes Furniture in Anaheim. I am very happy with the service I received. They have beautiful furniture at affordable prices. Their delivery fees are very low. My new couch will be delivered in 5 days! I looked around at other furniture stores and the delivery dates were 6 to 8 weeks. I will definitely go back.
Javier was a great salesman. He knows his products and was very patient with us. Answered all our questions. Rather than spending hours running around to multiple stores, we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Owning a retail store of our own, we definitely know a good salesman when we meet one.Michelle

I came in here to Jeromes Furniture in Anaheim, in need of furnishing my new place within the next week. I was immediately greeted by a really nice gentleman named David. He spent Im sure over an hour and a half just explaining everything from mattresses to couches and tables that fit my taste and budget. He was genuinely nice and didnt rush or push me into making any decision. I left as a very satisfied customer. Christina a rep and Arlene were also an awesome help in addition to David. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is superb!!!!!
We knew exactly what we wanted so the transaction was fairly quick. The process for delivery was easy and it gave me a window from 9:15 and 1:15pm. No one showed up or called me. It was 1 PM.. so I called customer service....which sucked being on hold for 30 min to get someone. When I finally got a hold of a person...I got a text from the delivery company they were 30 minutes out. If they were going to be late I would have appreciated a call.
The absolute worst buying experience weve ever had. The worst! The customer service is hands down the worst Ive ever experienced in my life. Full of headaches and stress. The field tech JR-1 made a comment to us in our home that Jeromes Furniture is NOT here to sell anyone comfort. What?!? Weve been trying to resolve our faulty couch situation for over 1-year with no resolve. $6,000 down the drain! My life has a sour taste thanks to the experience weve had at Jeromes.
The one star is for Zack and his professionalism. Stay away from Javier he’s a liar and not true to his word he would tell you all you want to hear for the sale but doesn’t come through with his word. Stay away from Javier ask for a different person. Other than that make sure your purchase is in stock if not get an exact date of delivery because if not they will take there time. I visited Jerome’s furniture to look for a new couch and I am hooked. I love the layout of the store, the furniture, and the prices. Also the sales associates are very friendly and informative. During my visit Christopher greeted me as I entered the store. He gave me space to look through the store on my own after his initial greeting, but was available for any questions I had and happy to assist. By the end of my visit he had helped me find the perfect couch for my style and my budget. I am looking forward to returning to Jerome’s for all future furniture needs.
Arrived at store with intent to purchase a new bed frame as well as upgraded mattress but after a good matter of time looking around in the mattress department as well as walking the bedroom section, I realized sales staff had no interest in selling. I walked in with intent of spending $2000 to $3500 and left buying a metal frame for $80 plus.
Adrian was very helpful. He had already helped me a few weeks ago in picking out a desk for my daughter. He met me on the showroom floor today and handled the transaction very efficiently and quickly and even arranged to get it loaded into my van as I bought a show room item.
Friendly sales person, not pushy at all, which I appreciated, but after spending quite a bit on multiplepieces, we have had four separate deliveries, 2 of them with incorrect furniture . Now I can get no one to answer my calls or reply to me. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Still waiting on last our last two pieces , hopefully we get them at some point considering it’s been a month. Last time I ever shop here, too bad, they have great things.
RUDE, callous, utterly deceptive money-coveting sales staff who sell defective furniture will make for an AWFUL shopping experience. I implore you, PLEASE dont patronize this establishment. Safe your hard-earned money and avoid these disingenuous, greedy, smarmy con artists at this awful store. Btw, this showroom is dirty and the public lavatories were even worse. This place is as atrocious as Bobs Furniture. Ill stick with Living Spaces or Franks if i again need decent furniture.
This store is set up really nice. The furniture seems well made, and heavier than what you would expect. Our salesman David was great! Totally educated on everything we looked at. Not the least bit pushy. We went in to look and ended up purchasing a new beautiful couch! Next is the amazingly soft need weve been wanting!
First and last time buying from Jeromes. I was totally mislead by salesperson on delivery time. I bought couches and have no idea when they will be delivered. Also I encountered five salesman during a 45 min period of me shopping. Not one asked if I needed help. The white customer s got help immediately. Sad.
Manera, sales lady that assisted me with my purchase was very professional. She showed me many different beds to help me decide my choice. Just an excellent sales lady. She was very professional in her position. She even escorted me to the front door as I left the facility.SHE IS AN ASSET TO JEROME’S FURNITURE STORE.
We were looking for a very specific couch and loveseat combination and actually found it right away but we proved the entire store anyway Steven came and introduced himself and said he would help us if we needed anything but then left us to look around and didnt bother us at all. We came back to the first couch and loveseat that we had found and he actually found an even better price for us and we got financing so that the monthly payments are reasonable and we got our dream furniture we are very pleased with Jeromes so far!
Elizabeth was our sales lady. Very informative and a good sales person. The furniture looked top quality. Very happy with our selection. Looks good in our home, and comfortable. The gentlemen delivering it were very efficient and friendly. Yes we would highly recommend Jerome’s to friends, and family.
Excellent furniture buying experience! Went to Ashley first and their salespeople didn’t give you any time to just shop around and try different sofas...not to mention every one we tried was stiff and uncomfortable. Jerome’s was the polar opposite. Our saleswoman gave us our space to sit in all the sofas until we found the perfect one. Price was good. Quality is excellent, and it was delivered the next day! Definitely recommend Jerome’s!
Very disappointed Horrible customer service . I purchased a couch, paid for delivery to set up couch in my house . Waited 2 weeks nothing was delivered I called and Jeromes customer service said my order was on stand by . Got that issue fixed and the soonest they can deliver was in a couple of days . I said okay and today my couch got delivered but on the order it said to drop off . Called customer service said they couldnt have no one come back and set up my couch . but they took off some money from the balance I owe and they didnt even bring the battery pack I purchased. Never going back to Jeromes to purchase anything.
The store experience was okay got what I needed it took over 30-40 min for someone to acknowledge us. I was with my boyfriend, but I figured maybe someone will greet us or at least as us a question we had to ask someone something first. Got stuff mattress was messed up center or anyone still hasnt reached out have Been calling for over 2 hours. Mattress is bent in corners really bad. By time I tried to go outside to tell them to take the mattress back they were already gone. Will really like someone to call me back
What a great experience shopping for a new sectional this evening! We knew what our criteria was and Danny, the salesman welcoming us in, took us straight to the various couches that might interest us. He showed us the materials they were made of and the features they had. We fell in love with some, he ran our credit and we’re having delivery tomorrow. Such a pleasant experience, highly recommend!
Sylvester and his teammate could not have represented Jerome’s any better than they did for us today! Starting from first thing this morning when they called us about a hiccup with our order, they walked us through the issue and saw our delivery through to the end. Sylvester proactively reached out to Gabby in customer service who then reached out to us, she was also polite, professional, and made us feel at ease with the issue we were dealing with. It was an absolutely pleasure having someone in our house that made it feel as if we were being taken care of and that being a customer, we mattered. Thank you so much!
Christopher answered all our questions gave us input on different styles of mattress and adjustable base, he was very patient with us. With his input my girlfriend and I were able to taylor and choose our mattress and adjustable base to our liking and feel. We are very pleased and happy with our purchase, highly recommend Jeromes if your looking for a new mattress. We are looking forward for the delivery of our new bed this Tuesday. My husband and I desperately needed a new bed and mattress and went into Jerome’s in Anaheim we were greeted by Zach who’s customer service is AMAZING!!! He found the best mattress and pillows for our needs he took his time and was very friendly and professional ( if you’re not sure what your looking for ask for Zach he will take his time and help you figure it out). Also the day before our delivery he found out that an item was missing off the truck he used his lunch time to personally deliver the item to my home. The staff that work there are extremely helpful and kind. Sadly we needed to refund our order. We had been putting money down every month to buy a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. I had fallen in love with it while back. Unfortunately my husband lost his job. So we made the hard decision to let it go.We bought a wonderful bedroom set. And two love seats last year. We wont shop any other place for furniture. Hopefully in the future we try again to buy that beautiful little table and chairs. Thank You for Great Staff. God Bless You All.
First day in Jerome’s, Bob was our salesman. He was very friendly, not pushy, we had a very good experience. Went in a couple of days later, Christopher helped us complete the sale that we had started with Bob. He was so friendly, helpful, and eager to help in Bobs absence. Excellent service from both Bob and Christopher, could not have been better. Will definitely be back for future needs.
I was shopping for a new living room set and was pleased with the sectional I found at Jerome’s. Great price, perfect size for my small space and the color is awesome (steel gray). I worked with a very nice salesman (not too pushy) named Rian and he was patient, he answered all my questions (I had a lot) and he was genuinely nice. It was a great experience and I would recommend checking them out if shopping for new furniture, they have a good selection to choose from.
I really like Jerome’s. They have a great selection and great prices. I believe my salesman’s name was Michael. Michael was great because he let me walk around and browse without hovering or bugging me with questions. I will walk straight out if a salesman won’t leave me alone. The finance process was easy and smooth and delivery was great. Brian delivered the furniture with two other guys. They were extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place!
Tracey from the Jeromes in Anaheim helped us. I was looking for a smaller box spring for a daybed and nobody seemed to have them. Even though the computer system said they didnt have them he took the time to go in the back and do a visual check and found some. It wasnt a large order only $100. But he went out of his way to help and was very friendly. Would definitely go back to Tracey if I need more furniture.
My husband and I went into Jeromes and were pleasantly greeted by Mary Jane. She gave us a run down of where we can find all the bedrooms sets and went over mattresses with us. We had visited a few other stores locally and I must say Mary Jane was so attentive without being pushy. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t able to finish looking over everything as we had to go but I will be back! Again, Thank you Mary Jane for the AMAZING service.
Excellent experience with our salesperson Nick. He had exactly what we wanted, was very warm and friendly and not at all pushy. We appreciated his knowledge and the way he worked with us. If all Jeromes sales staff are like him then its a great company. And as I said they had exactly what we wanted.
Salesman told us that using a credit option through Synchrony bank would not impact credit and was not a credit card. This turned out to be a complete lie. We were misled and pressured into signing up for what was essentially a credit card while literally being told by the salesman that it was not a credit card. Not only did this sketchy sales tactic violate Synchrony Banks policies, it likely violated California law.My experience at Jeromes in Anaheim was absolutely horrendous. We called to complain, received a discount offer from management, but declined because we simply wanted the credit card to be cancelled. As such, we cancelled the order and took the hit on our credit report. No way were we going to give this place any business.These people will do absolutely anything to get a sale, even take advantage of people who have already agreed to purchase furniture just to squeeze out a few more commission dollars. Never go here.
I had a great experience at Jeromes in Anaheim from start to finish. My very helpful sales lady, Elizabeth, was a pleasure to work with and made my whole shopping experience a breeze. I did some comparison shopping before heading to their store which also aided in a smooth effortless transaction. The quality of the pieces that I purchased was on par with other furniture retailers I had visited and in some ways much better.
We were greeted by Zachary who listened to what we were looking for, he showed us many options, and we decided on a sofa and matching chair. Zachary was very mindful of our size restrictions and color preferences and offered design ideas. Were very happy with the price and the quality of the furniture we looked at, and ultimately purchased. Delivery will be in a couple weeks because of COVID but thats ok...well be back again for a coffee table and dresser, and well definitely ask for Zachary.

I called ahead and spoke to Steven who was eager to help me check if the items I was interested in were on the floor. During our visit the next day, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient! We will definitely be back to see him again whenever we need to furnish.
Giovanni was so nice! He helped us decide which couch to get and answered all our questions - he alone deserves five stars!! He worked with us and was very very kind. He directed us to exactly what we needed and did not push us to buy all kinds of things, which made us more excited to actually buy stuff! Its so annoying at other places when people just constantly hound you to buy things because their management are trying to make quotas. I didnt feel rushed or forced at all when I was here!The store is clean and really giant, which is great as we can walk around and find all kinds of items. The prices are fair in my opinion, and they seem very high quality.The only bad thing Id say is that the shop people follow you around a little bit too much. If management is telling them to do that, they really need to stop - its a little uncomfortable!
Great experience ordering my couch. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciated assistance. We were in, made decision, purchased and out in 45 minutes. The only concern is that all sales are final, even with new products. Not even a 14 day return policy unless you pay for it. It makes me hesitate over purchasing large $$$ item from them.
Well I have to say Jerome’s furniture went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. No pressure sales , no lies , and good attentive service. Alex our sales man was excellent and didn’t want to ever make you feel like you were second class. The deal breaker was when the finance lady Jennifer, made sure we had those fabulous cookies and some great coffee. This was not your typical financing BS. Lupe was the sales person that helped us view and select the right sofa and love seat for us. She was the perfect host, friendly and professional, discreetly walking a few steps away when sensing we needed time to discuss our options amongst ourselves. She was helpful when dealing with the financing by offering to call and get our account information from a prior purchase so we didn’t need to complete all the paperwork again. We are excitedly waiting for delivery two days from now.
Mike was so helpful! I knew the names of the bedroom set I wanted to look at and he took me right to them. Had some questions about mattresses and he was very knowledgeable, but never pushy or sales-y. He would check in one me every 15 mins or so and I never felt crowded or rushed. I picked a bedroom set that was luckily in stock and I cant wait to have it delivered! If all goes well, im definitely coming back for more furniture in the future! Thanks Mike!
I’ve usually had good luck with Jerome’s but this time not so much. Went in the store on a Friday morning, not 1 person offered help. Went to the back to request help, they paged and still nothing. Went home and ordered online. Then found a dining set but instead of 4 chairs and a bench I wanted 8 chairs, they overcharged me $300 and put the wrong color, it’s been over a month and I am still waiting for my furniture!
I would have rated the experience and products as 5 stars.I purchased over $4k of furnishings in November. One of the items was a special order love seat which required a fabric color that Jeromes did not have in stock. I was told the special order would take an additional 2 to 3 weeks to ship. It took over 6 weeks. I placed at least 6 phone calls to various people - including our sales lady - and all said they would get back to me. They did not. The only phone call with any information was with someone who said our order was delayed for another 5 weeks. Finally, after requesting a supervisor and threatening to contact Jerome himself, customer service supervisor found that our love seat sofa had been in their warehouse for a period of time which they would not say. The love seat was delivered the next day.I would say that Jeromes is a great experience if you do not need to special order anything. If you do, beware, it is a very confusing and frustrating experience. Who knows how long our love seat would have sat in their warehouse had we not made the threats to contact Jerome?
Went to furnish several rooms for my new mobile home so there was a lot to do. Our salesman Zach was very personable and helpful. He showed up furniture we wanted to see but also gave suggestions for alternate choices but no pressure. Every thing had to be in stock so as we chose pieces, Zach checked to make sure it was stock. The process took several hours as I bought 16 pieces for the three rooms. Zach had previous customers there but he seemlessly moved back and forth to give attention where needed. He could not have done a more professional job. The furniture was delivered the next day as promised. Everything was correct. The delivery guys were very nice, fast and professional. All in all, l could not have had a better experience.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I am so frustrated with this company. My order that I placed on 12/10/20 was supposed to arrive today 12/16/20. Driver showed up to my house and stated that they did not put the boxes in his truck, he says that he will reach out to dispatch to see if they can still deliver and then takes off in his truck. I immediately call the Anaheim location to ask for a status, they tell me they cant help me blah blah blah and get rid of me by transferring me to Customer Service. I wait for 55 minutes and finally get ahold of a live person, she attempts to call warehouse but says she is unable to get ahold of anyone there, and says she will call me back soon. I have not heard back from anyone after several hours and now Im on hold again with Customer Service, another hour wasted of my time trying to get some answers. They were really quick to take my money but havent been any use when helping me resolve my issue. I usually order with Living Spaces but decided to give Jeromes a try, NEVER AGAIN.
Alyssa was the best sales person Ive ever dealt with, she was knowledgeable, helpful and yet let me have my time to look things over, she came back often (it seemed she knew when I had questions) to see what else she could do.The pieces I selected were perfect, the delivery was flawless, they set everything up as I wanted, removed all the packing.The whole process went very smoothly, I would recommend Jeromes to anyone looking for a quality process.Thanks, Deanna

I called the Anaheim store to verify they had a bunk bed we were interested in and wanted to check out. Minie helped on the phone and assured me they have the collection in 2 colors. If I ask for her she would be happy to help us. We went straight in and we hooked up and she helped! No pressure. Answers for all our questions. Suggestions and advice. She is so nice and sweet. We started walking out to go one other place to check out another bed but didn’t make it to the door. I have been researching and so many beds had reviews that the beds were wobbly, boards were split, pieces missing, poorly made. Not this one. We have made several bunk beds ourselves over the years with 5 children and now with 7 grandkids we are buying them. I am so excited for them to get here and see them. It’s a surprise!
Please be careful when you signed your contract at Jeromes furniture !!! they have a NO RETURN POLICY.I bought a set of gel pillows very expensive, but I was told that the extra dollars would be worth it. Huge mistake I use them once and they caused me the worst neck pain I had never experienced before. when I went to Jeromes furniture store to make the return the cashier was very rude to me since she saw me walking with the pillow when I was explaining my situation she just turned her ayes and said that she need to talk to manager because they dont accept returns, turned out that the manager Mike didnt care about his costumers either his explanation was that he cant do the return because the pillow was open and he cannot resale it.Please be aware that they dont care about whats your situation even if is medical related Jeromes furniture dont accept return,exchange, or store credit they just dont care about their customers, they only listen to you if you are buying.
Wonderful and efficient experience. Our salesperson Christopher went out of his way to provide excellent service. Purchased a mattress set, he answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured like at many other stores. He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and cant beat next day delivery.
Walked in to the Anaheim store. I needed a sofa with a chase lounge. Tracy was a great help. Saw a couch I liked but it didn’t come as I wanted he took me straight to another area in the store to a sofa that was exactly what I described. Bought it. Was done in less than 40 minutes. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

We had an excellent experience at the Jeromes Anaheim store. We went in looking for a reclining love seat. The sales person, Christopher Walker, did an excellent job of listening to what we were looking for, but more importantly he saw the problems my wife had with the various love seats and he showed us options that really supported her needs. We left the store feeling that we selected the right love seat. We cant wait for it to be delivered. Thank you Christopher.P.S. we also like the fact that they provide removal of the old love seat.
Customer Service work flow needs improvements. In this age and technologies available. It is daunting how a furniture corporation this big would be having such issues and communications delays of upwards of 45min. Even the CA DMV has better customer service when their technology asks for a number so, they can call you back. The CEO should use sometime to address this issue and to gain customers confidence back.
Our sales rep Preston Williams was great. My husband is very picky, checking every inch of furniture he was interested in but Preston took it in stride. He was informative, helpful and accommodating. Overall, great experience. We left extremely happy with our purchases and cant wait for same day delivery.
Our furniture expert, Robert Evans was not only knowledge, he was also so incredibly helpful and patient with us in making our decision on the right recliner to purchase. We finally decided on a mocha power recliner. His kind, funny and easy going nature made our experience worthwhile. We love going to Jeromes because we always have a great experience and get a quality product.
I purchased a couch for 1000 dollars in early 2020. It took 4 months for this sectional couch that sits 5 people, to break with two people. I contacted the customer service team after being on hold for 3 hours (over 6 calls. they kept hanging up) and was told they would come pick it up on Friday. They said I would hear from them the day prior (Thursday). When I didnt get an email or call about my pickup, I called them on Thursday (again waited on hold for 45 minutes, no joke) then was told that the pick up was not scheduled by the girl previously and now they would have to come to get it on Monday. Broken couch days are at 13 at this point. The couch gets picked up, delivery guys were fine. Was told the turn around time was one week. Called on Saturday for an update. The update is they havent started on it yet. Frustrated but they technically have a week. get a call 4 hours later, that I missed. Went to call back and got the 45-minute wait until I get hung up on again and then cant call back because its outside of their business hours but I get an email when they call me. The email says that I can pick a day to be returned the item. I respond and ask for the earliest day available (Thursday). No response Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. I wait on hold for 2 hours over 4 calls and hang-ups again on Tuesday to get someone on the phone. Finally, get through and I am told Thursday is no longer available, I now have to wait until Sunday to get my couch. I am upset but show respect to the customer service girl who obviously couldnt care less about my situation. I get my items on Sunday. The couch they charged me 1000 dollars for, that broke with two people on it, that cant return (which I really would like to). The delivery guy says they cant unwrap the couch because they are behind on their route and I say its fine. I ASK WHERE THE FEET ARE (the feet were taken with the couch on the day they picked it up) and the delivery guy says They should be in there. We gotta go, though. I take his word, let him take his photo to leave, and then unwrap a couch with no legs inside. I reach out to the delivery support people and I am told that legs are on backorder.The legs are on backorder.The legs. That I purchased in January. That the delivery guy took with him... are on backorder.I clarify that I dont need new legs, just the ones that they took, and have not heard back for two days on LEGS. Its a furniture company. How do they not have my legs?I would really like my money back, and I am going to make certain that no one I care about deals with this company. Truly, hands down, the worst experience I have EVER had.UPDATE: They commented on my review and said someone will reach out within 48 hours.This has not happened.Their website claims We work to offer you better prices, greater convenience, and superior service every time you shop with us.I got a normal price. IKEA equivalent couch that I tested was cheeper and better made. Incredibly inconvenient, a simple repair taking over 30 days is nuts after having only owned a couch for 5 months. The service is ABYSMAL. I would pay double what I paid for this couch for just a little bit of service. If you are looking at furniture for your first home, and need to take the budget route, i really would use an IKEA or similar. At least then, when it breaks, they will exchange it for you day of.Update: 12 days without a usable couch.I was told today that the supplier of the furniture legs had pushed back their shipment of legs and that they have no legs at all in such.Let that sink in. A furniture manufacturer and store, has.... no .... legs.Also, the original break that I sent my couch out for repair on, its back. Hands down the worst company I have ever had to work with. No wonder they don’t allow returns. They know you won’t want to keep the item.
2 weeks prior to our purchase, my sisters and I came in to shop for couches. This was our 3rd, (And LAST store we visited!DARRELL JOHNSON helped my sister with her purchase that day, although I wasn’t ready to make my purchase that Day, Darrell was so pleasant to work with. There was no Pressure, he was soft spoken and and very personable!I definitely would be back and Called Darrell the day we were coming in. Again, he was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. My Husband and I changed our mind a few times and he was very patient with us!!We ended up purchasing more than we originally planned. David was really helpful. He measured furniture for us and even had guys move things around for us to get a different look. He did a great job of explaining construction, warranties, and length of time for custom orders. It made our first visit worth our time. Well definitely be back.

I visited last week to purchase a new bed and Sophia helped us. Sophia was very helpful and really took her time trying to find something that we love. My toddler love the fact that he can watch a movie. Keeps him busy while we shop. Sophia didnt mind taking turns showing us while one stayed with my son.I went back today and Sophia was there and started helping us again. We love the quality of the furniture. Prices are great and the service they have gave us every time. We will definitely return to this location.
I love this store, they deserve 10 stars. They provide the best quality furniture. The first time I was there I bought my daughters dresser, it was the perfect size and style. Everyone compliments it when they seeit.I just cant stop coming back.This store has very helpful and friendly staff.They are not pushy like other places.They are very patient and if they dont have an answer for any questions you might have, they go out of their way to find out for you. Walked in this store without expecting to buy anything and walked out with a whole package. I was greeted by Darrell and he was so helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my price range was.He answered all my questions. Got me in and out without any hassle.This place is fairly priced but really good quality. I love that in the back, they have package deals for living room and bedrooms which made it easier to shop for rooms.
Jerome’s Furniture always has high quality furniture at affordable prices. This location is clean and kid friendly. My children eat cookies while I shops. The staff members are nice, easy going and do not try to up-sell your purchase. I love the honesty I get every time I shop at Jeromes’s in Anaheim.
This was my first time buying furniture for myself. Elizabeth welcomes us at the entrance and first offered us coffee, which was wonderful since it was wet and rainy. She walked us around and knowing my budget showed a variety of pieces that fit. She was patient and personable with us. I would definitely recommend her and Jerome’s for a place to go!
4 attempts to deliver damage good, 2 hang ups (1 on the customer, 1 on the driver) ! delivery only had a damaged drawer, Rose made the decision to have the driver dis-assemble the bed and bring it back instead of replacing the drawer. I sure hope all 4 drivers got paid! Really said their customer service lost the sales. BEWARE! Terrible customer service after the sale! I cancelled my account with Jeromes will go somewhere else

Great experience!! Explained what we were looking for to Preston and he immediately showed us some options in what we were looking for. No pressure just good service, as it should be. We left to get a bite to eat and shop around a bit.We returned a few hours later and the whole sales process was easy.Furniture was delivered today, only two days later. Could have had it yesterday but we werent ready.
While the gentleman who ultimately assisted with my purchase was responsive and had me wait while he helped other customers, I had to initiate contact because no one greeted me nor inquired as to whether or not I needed assistance. I was interested in a number of items but the lack of high quality customer service dissuaded me from more than a one seat purchase. Also, the delivery price seemed a bit expensive considering what I was paying for the dining room bench. Instead of one price, I ended up making the purchase for 1.75 times the retail price. I was at a disadvantage considering my find was not an easy one.
I can honestly say if you looking for the best help at Jeromes Furniture ask for Christopher Walker. He is patient and professional. He made sure we were taken care from our decision to the time of delivery. Thank you Christopher for making our experience at Jeromes a wonderful one. I wish all my purchases went this smoothly.
The sales person Christopher that assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable! We purchased a dining room table and chairs and also a buffet table (that we are going to use as a TV stand) that we love. The rest of the staff was also very nice. Shipping fee is great compared to other furniture stores. I would definitely shop at Jerome’s again. This is at the Anaheim location. The fountain valley was not good at all- very different experience , very bad- we walked out of the store because the salesperson was sucking on a piece of candy the intire time, we could barley understand him when he was talking. Very annoying!But please go to the Anaheim location very very good service! Christopher was great! We Left very happy!
Went looking for a reclining sofa. Lupe met us as we came in told us where to find them and then like all good sales people should do she gave us some space. She stayed near by and popped over once in awhile but stayed a perfect distance away to let us look and try out all the couches. We found one in our price range that we liked, there were actually several under or around 800 which was amazing and they were comfortable. Bought it and its being delivered tomorrow. Great experience. Great selection. Great prices. Great products. Will definitely go back for future furniture needs.
I purchase 3 different items from Heres and so far very satisfied with the quality and appearance of 2 of the items. The last delivery which were 2 accent chairs- one of the chairs came damaged. I am currently waiting today for the technician to come and assess the damaged and see what can be done. As mentioned prior, my other purchases were very good. Reason why I am rating a 4
Furniture scheduled to arrive tomorrow. During payment at store I was advised to respond to a text message (request for review), otherwise I could jeopardize delivery. So here’s my response- - no “complete” review is possible until the furniture arrives! Sales person, Giovanni, was helpful, and courteous . Check-out cashier was autocratic, unfriendly, and impolite. Curious behavior since there was nothing to be concerned about - - we paid cash- - no perceivable problem with the simple transaction.
We had a great shopping experience today! Having two little kids we were in a bit of a rush. Zachery assisted us and he was so awesome! We quickly went through all our options. He helped us work through decision making and then he helped us accessorize with a carpet and pillows to match the new sectional. Ask for Zachery! He is attentive, knowledgeable, upbeat and great with kids!
We have purchased alot of furniture from Jeromes. When we recieved our kitchen table it was damaged, they did not bring the 6 chairs because they were discontinued. We should have been told that when we ordered them a couple of days earlier. The clock we purchased stopped working within 4 months after we purchased it. All of the other furniture and the lamps are great.The salesman Mike took great care of us.
Looking for couch and love seat, or sectional, and Preston helped us. He was very informative and friendly, but not pushy. He helped us run through all options and whittled them down, and we settled on separate couch and love seat that we love. We have looked around, and Jeromes had best selection and price. Would recommend highly.
Mike was super friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. All of our questions were patiently answered. I guess we took too long to decide, so we were swapped Mike for Malia, the assistant store manager who continued to provide great service. She ultimately lead us to the bed that was right for us. Well definitely be making future purchases here, and would highly recommend them to friends.

2021-12-17Love my new leather sofas! Good price, and was dropped off at my door free after three or so days after paying online. I didn’t expect availability due to the supply chain shortage. I received updates on when my furniture would arrive and texts to let me know of arrival. Really pleased.

2022-06-24My 91 old mother purchased a complete full size bedroom set for $2,277. She just figured out the bed frame is not a full bed frame as mattress does not fit correctly. I cannot get through to Jeromes furniture. The phone wait is over 45 minutes and the text back messages will take 24 hours. Check it out for yourself. REVISED REVIEW: Jeromes contacted my mother right away. She sent pictures. They said the bed was indeed a full size bed. The space on each side is of the box springs is a about 2 inches, which is in the bed frame guidelines. I upgraded the review for the prompt response. I would have been a lot easier to leave a message at the store and received a return call than go to google. If it was possible to contact the store without a long wait I would not written the negative review.

2022-01-22Chris helped me out at Jerome’s in Anahiem. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was patient while I changed my mind a few times. He did not use heavy pressure sales tactics, only just educated me about the items, their use, and pricing. I also appreciated his greeting as I walked in the door. He acknowledged me and said he was there to help rather than bombarding me with a list of all the sales items I may or may not be interested in. Nice guy and a very nice experience!

2022-01-26STAY AWAY!!!!! The worst experience ever. I dont think stating all my dissatisfaction towards this company and its furniture will do much but Ive been dealing with issues since September of last year and it is now January of 2022 and yet, i still find myself following up on what they consider quality customer service but make their employees give you the go around probably hoping you give up and just pay for the poor excuse they call furniture. Well Im slowly getting there but ripping people off of their hard earned money and giving little to no resolution is just horrible. I see now why they have complaints with BBB, I wish i had looked into them more and just stayed away. A poorly mounted bed, no new hardware to fix it (after they promised it would sent) due to their incompetence the bed didnt withstand the use as it was missing slats and screws. We had to toss it, what was i going to do keep a broken bed in my apartment? And all they offered was a $40 refund which still doesnt reflect on our account and when I argued they provided a gift coupon for about $90 which allows me only to buy from them, a place i wish I didnt have to deal with anymore. Our dining table never arrived. Delay after delay and our couch, that began sagging within the first two weeks, cushions warped, the bottom cover falling off, exposed staples that resulted in my toddler being cut and the best part, the bracket holding our sectional together finally falls off. So now it moves without effort. We have the warranty and had a tech inspect the issue, only for him to tell us that no wonder it broke, theyre using the cheap brackets and how he now has to write a report in order to have a new bracket that attaches to the bottom ordered. Well that happened on December 23rd. Its almost the end of January. Ive had to follow up twice since then. Probably have their employees overworked and unable to keep up with the demand of complaints.

2022-03-27Excellent service provided by Christopher! He was amazing! A true outstanding person to work with I am actually sad that we won’t see him again. We came in on a Friday night at 7:30pm (knowing the store closed at 8pm) and he treated us like family. We then came back on Saturday and bought 3 mattresses! It really was because of Christopher that we purchased from Jerome’s. So big shout out to hiring quality people!

2022-03-07The service is excellent even when nothing is purchased. I accompanied my daughter in the store over Presidents weekend. We had seen a TVAd about everyone getting a prize who comes in the store but didnt think anything about it. My daughter received a throw and I received a $100 gift card that can be used through the end of the year. A sales person helped us but they did not carry what my daughter had in mind.I returned today with my gift card for an outdoor accessory. They helped me find it, honored the gift card and reminded me I can return anytime through 12/31 to use the remaining credit.I will certainly put them at the top of my list should I need to purchase furniture or home accessories anytime in the future. Service like this is hard to find these days.

2022-04-08This store has business practices that are not customer focus. I bought a mattress and a adjustable bed together with a mattress cover /protector. They clearly mentioned that the mattress and bed were not returnable. My wife has bought another mattress cover already. When I tried to return the Jerome’s cover that was totally sealed in its original packaging the floor manager did not agreed to received the returned cover, saying that furniture was not returnable. Evidently the cover is not a piece of furniture. Do not buy on this store. The floor customer service agent like Christopher was very helpful but the floor manger was very unreasonable. I will not use this store anymore.

2022-04-24We went to the Jeromes store in Anaheim for the first time. The staff was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Kudos to Aaron and Javier at that store who helped us yesterday evening. 👏 They were great at helping us select our purchase.
