She helped us to pull off a sale within a record period of time (less than a week) to ensure that we did not lose the property we wanted to buy. She is an expert at staging, and helped us get our home picture perfect. On top of everything else, she is just a great person and awesome to work with.

2022-08-09We gave Jenny a challenge selling our home in Galt. While visiting our daughter in Tennessee we made a spur of the moment decision to buy a new construction home. Jenny found us a realtor there and worked in conjunction with him. We only had 4 weeks to get our California home under contract. Jenny helped us by rolling up her sleeves and working alongside us as we purged & cleaned to have our house ready for market. She staged it beautifully & we had several offers by the end of our open house. We accepted the best offer for our scenario & moved out about 45 days later. 2022-08-11Of all the real satire agents we have worked with over the years, Jenny is at the top of the list. Our last listing had list of issues that needed to be addressed. Jenny had a quick response and to each hurdle. Her ability to take a plan to completion is incredible no matter how complex or difficult. She is a bottomless pit of knowledge, and experts to consult if she does not know the answer herself. We have sold two houses with her so far and will hopefully be doing a third in the near future.

2021-10-07New to the home purchase process, I needed Jenny to guide and educate me along the way. She delivered on this and gave me so much more. She took the time to explain things, make sound recommendations, and yet allowed me the space to explore home options and make my own assessments. It was so comfortable with Jenny as my agent.
