Miss Norma your mother just must have moved in there. Computer room... its a laundry room and just wait until all the washers and dryers break down because thats a regular thing. Notice theres no heat in the bedroom or bathroom. As you and your mother discover all the problems at Jarvis Gardens, please just be truthful and put them all right here on this review page for everyone else to know especially ...their corporate office. Ms Bachlor does a very poor job as manager along with her very rude and miserable personality. Many are waiting for her to be replaced!

Very disrespectful, mean uncompassionate, intimating management.. no regards to the sensitivity of the seniors living there. No security outside, homeless camping out, loud noises!Air vents in the building are all connected. One morning I was having breakfast when the smell of raid insecticide was coming into my unit. Multiply times other disturbing odors. Smoke from fires in other units from the complete opposite side of the building! Fire trucks are a regular....No heat in the bedroom or bathroom. The infrared light in the bathroom does not provide adequate heat!Black carpet in the downstairs entrance.Fast turn around of residents.

Well my gramma actually lives here and she loves it the have a bathroom laundry/computer room and the apartments have 1 bathroom 1 bedroom a kitchen and living space its very safe and you need a key to acess it. I highly recommend for seniors 50+ only:)

Super clean building and grounds! Recently visited this hot spot in Chico and was impressed. Manager is likable and efficient. On a busy street, one block to shopping mall, Winco and Walmart! Great views of the mountain areas. Like the recessed private doorways of each apartment and the size is quite acceptable. The community kitchen photo shows what each apartments kitchen looks like, except for the floor plan. That is shown here also. Hope this helps future residents as it would me!
