Jim Hosler is excellent and very personable. This is the 4th year he has done our taxes. We heartily recommend him. He is at the Ashlan and Marks office.

2021-02-12Jess,he is a nice person, I really appreciate his helping. He is 5 star worthy. Unfortunately I still want to complain the policy of this company. Their policy took more than $500 charge. I can’t believe it.That’s ridiculous! I am a worker who earn $15per hour, i am not a rich person. Jess , he’s just doing his job and explained the policy with patience, but I knew the reason why people go to TurboTax today. Thank you Jess, you’re a good person and love to help people, but I think I will never come back to file my tax here. Sorry !

2021-12-06I went to Jackson Hewitt for the first time because I was not feeling well and didnt feel up to doing my own taxes so I checked out their prices which says they start at $48 so I thought it could be no more than twice that but it was $304 for a simple 10 minute filing, I will never go back.

2021-05-16Jason was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I had a lot of documents with me and needed a tax preparer to accurately file for me. It was very quick. It was inside a Walmart store which was great as I needed some items to shop for afterwards. Thank you for your service.
