The only thing id advise is to get all you paper work ready before u get yo taxes done. But the best thing is that Rick will jump through hoops to help you get EVERYTHING you need to get a full return. This man called me every week to give me the exact updates that i needed. Honestly, this man needs way more credit than he gets. I literally have no issues what so ever on his side. He helped me get paper work i never herd of and received a bigger refund. This is the man to do yo taxes. Trust and believe.

I highly recommend this location! I’ve been to several different Jackson Hewitt locations in the past years and not only is this the most comfortable setting but Rick is awesome! He was very informative of any inquiry I had and also informed me of things I didn’t know. Like, if you work for Walmart, you get a $100 e-gift card when you file! He’s flexible on time and even offers a drop-off so if you’re too busy to sit and file he will do it for you! Best and most professional customer service in tax preparation in or around Barstow. I recommend every one who files there taxes to go to Jackson hewitt over liberty. I also recommend the Barstow location happens to be one of the best locations as well to file your taxes at. At this location you get everything thing you need when filing your taxes. The tax preparer is one of the best persons who has ever filed taxes he is one of the best. Also you will be very pleased to see what i mean. I have filed my taxes at this location and i recommend any and every one to file at this location so you can get the same experience as I have. Liberty is no match for these guys you wont regret it.
Definitely deserves 5 stars and more. I made an appointment just to see if i should file since i didnt make anything. Instead of being turned away he told me to come sit down and let him take a look. He then suggested I use last year income and got me back a huge refund,I even got approved for the advance loan. Money was on my card before I walked in my door. I highly recommend. Thanks again definitely a happy customer.
Highly Recommend for more then just taxes. I needed a set of documents printed for my sons upcoming surgery appointment luckily I saw the sign in the window, Copy, Fax, Print and Email. I gave Rick a call and confirmed he was able to print he provided me his email and I sent by pdf the forms needed to be printed and at 25 cents a page, its a perfect hidden spot in Barstow. I posted this review just in case I can help someone else looking for printing needs. Thank you again Rick.
Today is the last day to file my taxes I called on hopes of receiving some information, but instead he asked if I was one of his clients I said no and that I was hoping he could offer me some advice. He hung up on me. If your one of his clients I hope he treats you better than he did me. If your not then I hope you dont need anything timely or serious. So unprofessional.
This has been my second year coming here and I am greatly satisfied with the results. I stay on a military installation that is 40 mins away from this tax service and I am still willing to take the drive to come here . The representative here is very knowledgeable and gives outstanding advice and insight in all matters. I highly recommend this tax service to file your taxes.

Rick is a great guy and was the only tax person who would take care of my taxes on a holiday.
This was my first year dealing with this tax service so last review I did of course I gave a great review because Rick his self was very nice and made me feel comfortable but however I never had problems with my return its been a month so I decided to call the irs they said it was math error on my taxes it make me so mad because we go to these tax professionals to get accurate results and they charge 400 and up in for what we better off doing it by are self for free
