Quick drive-thru experience, 5 of us in the car and everyone got something to their liking. The items that were out of stock were clearly labeled on the drive-thru menu, and our orders were perfect. After an overnight backpack, every scrap of food was devoured with gusto.
While I understand covid has affected every business, this location simply uses it as an excuse. After many many years coming to this location regularly as time matters, I will never return due to the lack of customer service and severe delays. Tested time against a busy full restaurant, restaurant put out twice as much food in half the time
Well jack in the box pulled it together this day and got a 5 star rating for themselves. Property was clean no trash anywhere, the windows were even clean. The food was hot and fresh. When we arrived at the window we were greeted with big happy smiles. What a perfect day. Well team you guys did a fantastic job keep up the great work...wonderful job and thank you so much!!😊

I have alway enjoyed eating there, except for today 2/18/2017.I asked one of the wait staff for a fork, and she said no.I like to think I was polite, and I think she was joking.I DO NOT LIKE JOKES LIKE THIS!I may think twice before using this store again.
Every single time I get food here the staff is amazing and the food is hot and always correct. Even when I order it from DoorDash and have it delivered to my house. The employees are warm, fast and very attentive. It is always nice to go through the drive thru as never any backup due to the ample parking lot it is situated in. The burgers are all so good I struggle to pick just one. The strawberry shake is just out of this world and the onion rings..yummy!!! Easy in and out, great staff and ample parking, even with a large RV. Love this location!

The didnt put bacon on our sandwiches of bacon ultimate cheese burgers. I called the said I can get them replaced. So I went to get them yesterday 10/09/2021 to get them. Them after I got them we pulled to the side door to check them. There still was no bacon on them I took them right back in and told them the argued with me and would not fix them. All they would have to done was put some bacon on them but the wouldnt. What happened to the customer is right. They pisst me off good. And we been going to the for about 8 or 9 years.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Jack in the Box. I waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window there were 2 employees arguing about something. I dont know what they were arguing about, but it seemed more important than my order. I was served warmish coffee in a dirrty, coffee stained cup and Orange juice that wasnt cold. The person at the checkout window shoved my bag of food out the window at me like she was angry at me for being there. The attitude that I felt was negative and I did not feel like they cared in the least. I was so angry that I didnt even eat the food or drink the beverages. I gave it back to them. Jack in the Box is usually pretty reliable, so I dont blame the experience on the franchise. This particular restaurant is poorly managed and I recommend avoiding it for another choice. Any other would have to be better than that one.
Please don’t go here they literally tried to still my card by not giving it back to me before my food like they are trained to do in every fast food joint. I really feel like they do this often and took my card number I had it canceled immediately but still was able to track it down and wanted the card back regardless. I went in showed them my ID and they tried to tell me it wasn’t my card when my name on the card and ID match. They clearly wanted to keep it badly. I almost called the police and let them handle it but they gave the card back in the end. Big middle finger to this place they are for sure running scams...

The only thing to explain my experience would be the saying once said by a wise man. “My disappointment is immeasurable and day is ruined.” To start off, they got my order like REALLYY wrong. I ordered 3 sandwiches (2 combos) and a few other things. I was really hungry so it gravely upset me when I saw that not only were the 2 combo burgers wrong but there was a burger missing which was for my little sibling. You can say “its petty” that i’m mad but hear me out ok? Both burgers (Both fries were missing as-well) were not only wrong, but insanely old. The patty was shrunken as-well as had a distinct visual than advertised, plus it had a sort of foul taste to it (They told me they had a good cook when I called to complain). I now have a annoying stomach ache and am facing the consequences of trusting these people with my dinner. So do I suggest visiting Jack in the box? Yeah it’s a great fast food place…. Just visit another location if you don’t want to be as disappointed as I am, Thank you for your time.
This Jack in the Box has incredibly slow service. I ordered on my Jack in the Box App and placed my order 5 minutes before I got there. When I arrived I asked for my order but was not quite ready. The people who arrived after I did and placed their order received their order before me. How? If I had ordered ahead of time. Pretty much, it took them 30 minutes to give me my order. Ridiculous. I only waited because my kids really wanted some. To top it off, our fries were cold. Nice.
I arrived there at night (9:30pm.) Drive thru access only! The food was served warm and Is typically fast food quality. Ive had burgers to pancakes, I can recommend this Jack in the Box.
Breakfast all day cant beat that. The staff is very friendly and they always get our food right. Highly recommended five stars.

The Mgr was very nice to make up for the fact that the regular employee who was very rude and I didnt even get the whipped cream which I ordered on my iced mocha. I am unsatisfied. Very.

Even while super busy they were able to help me with a smile and friendliness. I loved how Gina called everyone her friend. They apologized for the wait, food was better than expected, and with the coupons I used, it was a very reasonable price.

This was the second place in 29 Palms that we went to that only had their drive thru Open. Completely useless to people traveling in a motorhome. Might as well close.

These guys are fast. I wa in line in the drive tru about 7 cars ahead of me I thought about pulling away and go somewhere else but I decided just to wait, I had time. Well, behold I was my total wait time was 13 Minutes. Not bad for a busy Sunday lunch time rush.
I just started eating here for the first time when I moved back to California 3 years ago I had no idea what I was missing! Theres so many burger franchises in the world that Im not sure I would definitively say that Jack in the box wins the best burger title, but I would say its squarely in the top two
They have a variety of options. Something for most people. The hot food is always hot. Fast food is just that. Prices have gone up but I believe most fast food places have all gone up. Better than most. Maybe 3.4 or 3.5 stars. And - Fast food is just that.
They dont let you go inside to even place a to go order and the drive thru lines are extremely long. They at least should have employees out side helping with to go orders. So people can get in and out faster.
Great service, I have no complaints. Best coffee I ever had from a fast food place or restaurant. Has a unique taste thats like a blend of spices, PLUS you can add shots to it.
He was pretty much like youd expect the same menu across the board. Also the drive-thru moved along quickly my order was exactly the way I ask for it. And the person that work the window seemed extra friendly. Overall I would say the food was warm and the drinks were cold.

Got there shortly after the dining room closed and my vehicle was too tall for the drive thru. I politely knocked on the door and asked if I could still order food. They had closed the inside 30 min prior and still let me come in and order. I never thought that would’ve happened. Super nice people! And the food was actually really hot and fresh
I dont really go to fast food places very often. I went because I was meeting up with a group of other people. I only ordered a chocolate shake. It tasted good and was thick enough, I could eat it with a spoon!
I am not a big fast food restaurant person but being able to choose from the breakfast and lunch anytime is a bonus. I love their milkshakes but it seems no matter if I go in or use the drive-thru there is a bit of a wait. The staff is friendly and the place is clean so ill keep getting milkshakes there.
Had teriyaki chicken bowl. Good but a bit too sweet. Also had a chocolate milk shake. It was very good.
Great store, but enough is enough - time to open the dining room. Its summer, its getting hot. If other restaurants can open safely in this town, which they have, so can Jack. Also, other restaurants have a customer service line where you can talk, in real time, to a rep - Jack needs to bring theirs back.
Would have been 5 stars but I was shorted part of my order.I am trying the location number and survey number the location does not answer and the survey line is busy.The order was mostly complete but my food wasn’t there. I’m incredibly disappointed and hungry.The order of tiny tacos was for me. It’s not worth the 4$ to go back as it’s a 30 minute drive round trip.

Good deals but this particular place couldnt seem to get my order right two days in a row. First time through ordered a large combo, ended up with regular size. Next time ordered a meal deal with a side of onion rings and ended up with no fries. But will try again.
Late night grab on the way home from Joshua tree. So, it was open, burger was okay, soggy with sauce. Fries had been sitting for a while. If its late night and in a pinch it will work.
For having a long line. They were quick and order was right. So it did not take long to get our order. They had masks and proper protection on while serving you.
If you want to eat in the dining room expect to wait a long time for your food. I only eat inside maybe 2 times a year hoping that the next time will be the time my food comes out in a timely manner. Went there this morning, waited 15-20 minutes for my food then noticed the people in line after me got the food that I ordered. I saw the server grab my food from their table and bring it to me I asked the server to bring me a new hashbrown because I saw the person touch it while the server was in back getting their food. How hard is it to match a number from the receipt to the number on the table?
Went late at night. Always friendly and sevice is great. Food usually always good but this time was ok. Looked like the cook just threw the burger together rather than placing things on top of each other to make it look good.

Not much to say the staff is ultra slow regardless of what time u go. It took 30 min just to get 2 large shakes and that was waiting after I paid in the drive thru.
This visit was at the Yucca Valley Jack in the Box. I assume it was not a Good day for them, maybe it was, how Packed the Drive-thru was??? All I know is, I was not happy with my purchase! I own a motor home cant go in the drive thru a employee let me order and made my hamburger and brought it out to me I was happy and hungry and now Im full and satisfied thank you Jack in the box you rock keeping it safe.

First time ordering the grilled chicken club combo. We used the drive thru and I also ordered my daughter a chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches no mayo and the fries never disappoint. Grilled chicken club was good and I dont usually like grilled chicken. Overall my daughter and I really enjoyed our lunch.
Ive been to a thousand different Jack N The Boxes. I love me a Jumbo Jack.My girlfriend and I have been to this Jack about 40 times over the last 15 years. The staff is always professional. The food always good and the place always crowded. The bathrooms are always clean.If you love Jacks. ...then you love this place.

This Jack in the Box is very clean. They bring what you order at the counter to your table, and let our little group that meets there weekly sit and talk as long as we want. The drink machine, which lets you choose from dozens or possibly hundreds of flavors, is fun. Food is decent, and they have a grilled chicken salad for those who dont care for carbs.

First, they didnt hear when I asked to large size one of the combos. Second, the triple bonus jack combo, the patties were maybe 1/8 inch thick and over-cooked. This was one of the worst meals Ive had there. Toppings and sauce were barely existent, resulting in a dry burger.
Very clean dining area and restrooms. Friendly, cheerful, courteous staff. Fast service. Our food was served to us at our table. Our food was hot, made fresh and delicious and we requested extra hot sauce and ketchup, she returned to our table with the extra condiments.
When we pulled up we noticed 3 cars ahead of us but by the time we turned the corner we noticed only 1car so we thought great, theyre fast. Then the car in front of us was parked and when we pulled up to the window we were parked as well. I then figured they were parking every car because they didnt have anyone behind me. It took about 8 minutes to get my order and when we got home my bag was dripping in oil. That was a waste of time and money!!!

Jack In The Box used to get 5 stars from me...Until the HORRIBLE soda machines were put in! #1, if there is a line of people, forget it. Takes forever! Plus, if I want Coke, but the person in front of me got a flavored drink, the coke doesnt taste good! We have begun avoiding Jack In The Box when we can. There are plenty of other places to eat!!
Guy taking the order at drive thru was so hyper he messed up our order 3 times before we could even get to the window. Then they had the nerve to ask us to back up so their window timer wouldnt engage till our order was Lmost done to show a quick time. In reality we were in line almost 10 mins. For 3 people we spent $25 for dried out burgers, cold curly fries & watery milkshakes.... NEVER AGAIN

There was nobody in front or behind us , I ordered my burger with cheese extra pickles and no onion. I didnt get pickles or cheese :(. The girl was super nice. But it wasnt busy.
Usually fresh and hot, I enjoy the tomato and lettuce on the burgers, fish sandwich, and chicken fajita pita. Mom likes their senior coffee a lot. Its also nice to have a choice in sides when you have a combo meal.

Visited at 5:56 pm on October 4 and could hear the people working in the back yelling at each other while getting the orders out. Sounded so disorganized I felt like leaving. Hunger won. Buzzers going off and continual hollering about the orders. Not an enjoyable experience. Who trains the workers? PS Have you looked at the install job on the paper towel holder in the ladies room?Two managers called me from Jacks to discuss our visit and a survey came to ensure I was satisfied. Hopefully they will follow through with their team at this location on how important professionalism is to the customer.

Jack is hit and miss. Sometimes food is on point others its a stale 99 cent taco day. And jacks getting a little greedy with his pricing. And please remove the greasy jacks specialty burgers. Do Not Stop At This Jack in the Box. Ive had a bad experience here or there with this place but this one was the worst, women harassed me thru drive thru about a stupid coupon and then made my 7mth pregnant rear end park and get out of my car and go into the place while she held my credit card hostage. The manager was rude and told me I need the exercise, like Im originally only 100 pounds soaking wet and 7 months pregnant Im only 130 and ur telling me I need the exercise? Beyond rude and terrible customer service and on top of that the messed up the order. At that point I dont even care Im gone and stopping somewhere else for lunch. You will not see me again. Im a big fan of Jack in the Box but in this location you do a great job just the past couple times my spicy chicken sandwich has been burnt and just tasting off... other than that, they have AMAZING staff and everything else is on point.

The owner is a very nice person, yet motivated. Bathrooms are always clean. Employees are always pleasant, and the food is cooked properly everytime.

First I cannot stand when drive-thrus tell you to park just so they can speed up their cook time one of the reasons is they always forget stuff needless to say I got parked the reason I ordered egg rolls was for the sweet and sour I dont eat them if theres no sweet and sour so what do I do I get all the way home which is a 15 minute drive and theres no sweet and sour in the bag when I specifically asked her for it the chicken sandwich look like it had been run over by a truck very nice staff though

Tacos were sauggy and burgers were overloaded with sauce. Luckily I ordered some plain so I was able to eat, but everything else was just destroyed and sauggy and not correct

Everytime I go through the drive-thru at Jack and the Box in Yucca Valley they send me to the front of the building to wait for my food then when they bring me my food they always forget my food or give me less tacos or not give me a burger at all or I never get my order right or onions on my burger this is truly the worst fast food restaurant up here in Yucca Valley

If you ask them to save some ketchup for the next guy, so your burger wont drop all over your shirt while driving, theyll make a point of using all of their ketchup on your burger.
Its good food but service and wait time to drive to thats sucks need more professional employees to much play in the store
Im always pleased with the customer service and quality of the food. The veggies in the burgers are always crisp and fresh.
Not much Swiss on the Sourdough Swiss Breakfast sandwich but the Mocha Iced Coffee was delicious
Told the employee twice I wanted lemonade and they still.tried to give me iced tea. Then when we got home we had a burger where we ordered a bbq chicken.

They dont know if they want to take digital coupons or print coupons plus their mobile order service has been down for over a month with no idea what the problem is or how to fix it

2022-03-18Super good food! Super friendly staff. I have taken an uploaded 1815 pictures as a Google guide. This was the first place to ask me why then were totally cool about it when I explained. And I think thats great. These photos are helpful to customers and I know I find others photos helpful while traveling.

2022-06-10Food wasn’t good and customer service was also poor. I bought 3 meals and one roost fry I got parked out front. Waited about 15 minutes or so I was the only car parked up front besides a van with two women who came out from dining inside. Celeste brought me my order and was extremely rude. I had my receipt out for her to look at and she said “man I need to look closer to make sure this food is yours” the way she said it was mean by the tone and look on her face. I mean is this how customers get treated for spending more money? I loved jack in the box but I will not go to yucca valley jack in the box ever again.

2020-09-30So, tell me... does this look hot? It is not. Its like they took it from the fridge and put it in the box. This was yesterday and I thought just maybe it may be hot today, it was wishful thinking. Im not sure why everything is cold here now. They have a great staff. Everyone is pleasant and help full but, this doesnt help the food. Thats why Im giving them a two star because of the staff. Get it together people, or you lost a customer.

2022-02-11Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. Was driving a big rig so had to walk thru. They were happy to help and it was a good experience. The app wouldn’t let me customize part of the order. The employees were happy to accommodate me and remake the food.

2022-03-14I tried to get breakfast here but they were closed at 5:30 Saturday morning.Had to settle for a gas station cold sandwich.I guess 5:30 is somewhere outside of the open 24 hours range

2021-11-28I have just gone through and recieved very under cooked tacos and I dont appreciate that. I would say next time cook the food longer even if the waiting time is extended. Nobody wants to wait for disappointment. I understand it was very busy but i rather have a longer wait for cooked food rather than a short wait with raw food.
