We were down to the last minute, but they definitely came through with the order...
In my latest visit, it took 10 minutes to get to the pickup window with 3 cars, and then 5 minutes for my 1 burger, fries, and drink order. I do understand there was probably a disaster in the kitchen, so I will not take it on them.
Not rating one star for poor food quality or or employees, the website and the poster on the restaurant window stated that the dining room closes at 12 Am I arrived at 10:30pm and the doors were locked but the employees were still inside

Window said dining area closes at 8. Walked there to find out it was closed at 7. Maybe a few minutes after 7. Either way I had gotten dropped of at the hotel next door, and went over to get food before going to my room. They were closed and I have no car at the moment. This isnt the first time this has happened and it wasnt during the mandatory mask season either. So we didnt eat there. And theres not much close to there either so .... Screw this place

I was here for uber delivery and its pass midnight and the line for drive through was super long . So I didnt like the fact they wont let us get the food from the dinning room instead. By the time my customers get there food it got cold.

Jack in the Box in Long Beach on 10th heres an awesome place I have gone there so many times even when I was in school long before I graduated and they always make my knees I can sit in their parking lot in Loosely and study as well as eat the food and that was always awesome to me Im down the street from my doctors office to laugh out loud Ive gone to other Jack in the boxes the one on Crenshaw and West Manchester in Los Angeles its an interesting place the people there theres a semi friendly but theyre not like the one in Long Beach but I still order from Jack In The Box they dont get my order messed up when I go to the one in Los Angeles and I have set their on occasions just to taking the view and write notes sometimes its a good place just to sit when Im riding notes because I be putting music together the Jack in the Box have always been a place that Ive gone to even when I was in San Diego I would go to Jack In The Box and they used to have that secret sauce way back in the day for those of us who remember those days which they dont put the secret sauce out there anymore and I think thats awful another thing some other staff members I consider is not on point because they are not as attentive to the customers that they should be and lets face it the customers are the ones who bring the business. However Jack in the Box is still somewhat number one in my book Jack has been around a long time and with these interesting days we have gone through over the years I hope Jack stay around even longer I have gone to Jack In The Box when Im traveling especially when Im driving going out of state or coming in States I always try to find me a Jack In The Box thank you Jack in the Box for being around for so long. A quick go to place, usually not too many cars in drive through. Prices are getting a bit much especially being a fast food place. Not super high as Im still going but not for much longer if they keep going up since we all know prices dont go back down. Food was good, fresh, didnt have a reheated taste. Staff was friendly and following covid 19 protocols.
They didnt give me my complete order and I had to go back. I dont why only Jack in the box always does this
Dont bother.. Bad customer service. There wasnt even a line. I asked for a combo and she kept asking if I wanted a combo? She gave me 3 options. Regular, medium or large. I ordered regular. I got to the window she didnt repeat the order. Charged me for the largest size. Didnt give me a receipt, napkins or a straw. Seems pretty simple, I wont be back.
About 4 weeks ago I went to this location I spent about $20dlls of food. They didnt give what I had asked for, I had complained about it, this person sent me an a email. But they have NEVER solve my problem. This person promised me some food certificates so I could buy some food with them. Carlos DISTRIC MANAGER HAVE NEVER SEND IT TO ME ANYTHING.

Today, we went(around 11)we ordered our food & asked for curly fries with our meals.the employee asked us if the order was correct on the screen, which it was(to us)when we got to the window, got our food, we noticed that the fries were regular & when we mentioned that we had asked for the curly fries, the employee was extremely rude.she had said she asked us if our order was correct & that it was our fault.Which I understand is fair, BUT we aren’t employees and do not notice the small details.When she was telling us, she was condescending & her attitude was what upset us.Another employee ended up helping us, & was very nice about it.we did pay the difference & didn’t mind doing so, but the employees attitude is what the problem was.
This used to be our fave location but the current crew is often too rushed. The food os at times poorly assembled and I hardly see anyone wearing gloves. Also it takes far too long on the drive thru.

The food is made fresh when you order (however, the fries may have been sitting under a heat lamp) and with that been said, is made exceeding fast and w/o any errors. One would think that the food ordered was already waiting to be ordered, because the food is delivered that fast. Also, the food looks like the food seen in Jack-in-the-Box commercials. One does not find themselves saying, What the hell is this?, upon receiving their order. The only drawback to this location, is the homeless guy that always seems to be hitting people up for change, in the drive thru...
This Jack in the Box location has the absolute rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. Management completely ignores you when you are at the register and fails at communication. The regular staff employees are awesome but the manager this morning (9/26/19) was rude and disrespectful towards customers. Jack in the Box is inhumane and a poor business in the community and needs to take notes on what good customer service is from McDonalds and other restaurants in the community. They set a bad example for our youth and I advise everyone to stay away from this horrible Jack in the Box

Came here and I was at drive thru I ordered 2 of the sourdough patty melt with curly fries and I told her both the same just different drinks. So I looked in the bag and it was regular fries when I just asked her again at the window to make sure it was curly fries, she went to go whisper to her co worker ear to pretend to get curly fries. Also my Coke tasted like lemonade and I was already mad about the other situation so Im not coming back here again .

The food is just okay but not very clean at all. And they had some lady waiting for her tacos with extra tomatoes and onions forever. They accidentally gave it to another customer. She was very nice though. They didnt even apologize or seen to care.
Was at the Long Beach Coin show, and remembered seeing the Jack in the Box on my drive to the show. Just wanted Jacks Sour dough burger, a large Curly Fries and a Large Dr.Pepper. And of course, two of Jacks Tacos. Went thru the drive through and took lunch inn the car. My order was correct and the food was delicious. I got everything I had asked for and it was delivered very quickly. My lunchtime experience with that restaurant was excellent and I was very pleased overall.
Worst jack in the box Ive EVER been to. I didnt even feel comfortable eating my food there. We walk to take a seat and not one single table is cleaned! Even though the lady is walking around sweeping. We finished eating and even though people kept arriving, they still didnt clean the tables around us. Oh and there was weird people there.
I love Jack in the Box! When I moved to America, this was my first fast food chain favorite. I love that they have options w rice, potatoes etc 👉 not just a one trick poney!I love pretty much all of the meals I tried, and almost 20 years later, am still a fan! And this location is wonderful for accessibility 👉easy to spot, quick most days, and staff is friendly and upbeat. Who like morose places, not me. People here are cool, food is fast and good, and reasonably priced. Hits the spot every time.🤪👌👀💯🙏
The food here is exactly the same as it is that every Jack in the Box but the wait time I would say is faster. Or at least it seems like it goes by faster in the drive-through because of the constant entertainment provided by long Beachs finest sketch artists that hang out on the corner. Each other is the most underrated and under consumed beverage in the Jack in The box box
I dont have a lot to say about this place.The employees were all pretty nice, and the food was fairly good.Its fast food though, and if you need a review to decide whether to go, I can definitely recommend going here if youre passing by and need a quick bite.

I origionally posted that every time I go and I ha e gone here for that the male manager is always so rude. My friends agree. The woman manager is a sweetheart. But I guess im not going to make friends. Anyway I recieved a response back from Jack in the box apologizing and said they would remedy the situation. I felt acknowledge and heard and I thunk thats what any of us wants. So kudos to them!!!

The staff here are incredible! The amount of hassling they put up with here is more than any other fast food joint Ive ever seen. This area is heavily impacted with a large portion of people experiencing homelessness and mental illness - and they all seem to congregate at this Jack in the Box.The staff is patient and understanding, and even kind.10/10 will continue to get fries and coke here.
The service was mediocre, the order I received was prepared poorly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was overcooked so it was quite dry. The fries were overly salty. The ranch was a saving grace. My husbands ultimate cheeseburger was very charred. The patties were overcooked. His fries were also overly salty. We dont expect a world-class meal, we were expecting well-cooked fast food.
My order of a cheese burger took 20 minutes they had me wait in front for 20 minutes while about 10 people behind me came and went had to go inside and ask what was taking so long by the time I got home my food was cold worst service ever.

By far the best Jack in the Box in town. Superior drive thru service, always very generous with their condiments (in store as well), never a hassle with their coupon policy & Rest Rooms clean & usually available! Highly recommended!
My wife had a piece of plastic from some sort of clear packaging on her taco! The morning shift with the young male Asian cashier that think hes the coolest burger server of the year lol. Dont eat it!! dont forget your receipt so you can get their name. People sue/die for this kind of stuff.
I went here for a Postmates delivery. Inside was closed so I pulled into the drive-thru. There was one person in front of me. We waited there for a very long time before they finally decided to pay attention to us and take our orders. After a very long time of waiting to be served, I was finally able to order. When I got to the window, they handed me the shake which was mostly melted. They informed me that they “have to clean the machine right now at this time” so they would not make a new shake. I had to apologize to my postmates customer not once, but twice: for the long wait and for the melted shake. I have never personally eaten at Jack in the Box, but this will not be the location I go to when I decide to try it.
After waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru, I decided to drive up to the window to let the workers know that Ive been waiting there. I was told to drive back around and start over because they are timed for each order. When I told them I dont want to wait in line again the lady who works there tells me they have the right to refuse service to anyone.Why is this employee even working here?Whats the point of a time limit if the employees have no care into the purpose of being timed in the 1st place?Why is the 1st response to address a customer that waited for someone to answer the drive thru is can you drive around and get in line again.I suppose its jack in the box employees. What more can I really expect.

Though, the burger was good. The cashier I believe her name is Patty, was the rudiest person Ive encountered in a all time. I asked for the ultimate breakfast combo. Add a hamburger patty. Also I used to be able to switch out the hash brown for fries and the drink to a soda.She said ok and charged $10.01 ! Haha. As she explained why. She had an attitude of I dont care about you.Then I asked instead of that. Can I just get the double bolt combo. She charged me for a chicken combo. No!She seriously does not care about her new customers. Because when I regular went to order, patty was a totally different cheerful person.What gives? She doesnt.

Convinent location near to public transport, they close late and offer good food, its not the best quality when it comes to fast food places in my opinion but the curly fries are a pretty good selling point.Its also quite cheap so you get good value from your purchase.

Went into the Jack in the Box in San Jacinto California 2 weeks ago. A place I usually frequent at least twice a week. My girlfriend and I were sitting there at the table trying to eat and have a normal conversation. But, there were people sitting at the next table was a case of beer drinking and being rowdy. When we said something to the manager she didnt seem to care. Anyway, we finally just got up and left. Not one of my favorite places anymore.
Fast and efficient. Ok tasting food for fast food. The service is generally pretty good. They get the order wrong occasionally but usually fill the order correctly.
Early this morning my friends and i were coming back from an outing and decided to get some Jack and the box we ordered the special jumbo jack to no lettuce no onions meat well done and 2 jumbo jack meals with everything.......we i quess it was to much for her she became sarcastic and rude i dont believe the order was that difficult and o ly one other car in line......we will never go to that jack again.
Its not open 24 hours. I waited for 5 minutes at 3:40 am the lady said the machine is closed for 10 minutes. Now 4:15 and still no one comes to the window 3 other cars waiting to pick up orders and no one will even answer the phone or even acknowledge that we are out here trying to order.
Police where called on me for trying to purchase for for me and my family. I had $300 dollar to pay I told them I am diabetic and pregnant and sugar was dropping and instead police where called on me I was surrounded by police and laughed at and discriminated by manager and employee.

The property is to small for the large amount of people that go there on a regular basis on weekends.12:00 noon. 45min weight for what JB!! So you can not get out if you park there the line will block you in unless you snap..might get lucky.lolol

Drive thru was very efficient and fast. There isn’t much room to dine in, but it’s right on the corner so it’s easy to grab your food and go. Staff is exceptionally courteous.
Not as advertised. They say open 24 hours, but their computer is ALWAYS down and cant accept orders after 2am. Or 3am. Or 4am. Just get there before midnight. Makes you wonder why employees are there just to tell you they cant accept orders.

Love their Southwest salad (its spicy). They will gladly give you extra dressing if you ask. If you have extra dressing, it goes great on a burger.

This is not a fancy restaurant, but they are quick in given you great greasy food. The location is in a small building and there is a traffic in the area. Great place for a quick bite.
Love the jumbo jack with extra onions. Tacos are good without lettuce because these are deep fried. Love their taco sauce.
My favorite burger is the Jacks spicy crispy sandwich when I get it and get home the inside of my chicken is cold its happened more than twice and tacos be skimpy

All great except I just saw a man struggle to get to mens room because he was in a wheelchair. A trashcan and table were blocking his way. Not handicapped friendly for sure.
Jack in the Crack - parking and drive thru can be a nightmare. Solid spot you can hit up 24/7. Food is always Hot and Tasty.

They cook the French fries and their churros in the same oil. I had cinnamon sugar with salt fries. Its also very small and not very clean.

The employees working at this jack in the box have guts to work their its hard for them to have to deal with not only the customers attitudes but the stupid homeless people who hang out randomly around the property the police only show up when called to get rid of them the owner needs to hire a security officer to monitor the inside and outside of this jack in the homeless box Carls jr has security and they do a good job over there its a shame the police let the homeless hang around everyday thats why the employees have bad manners etc look what they have to deal with they need to make 20 bucks an hour or more.

There was a cockroach in my French fries, utterly disgusted.
So I went and bought some chili cheese fries and a strawberry shake and they serve the shake first and took them 10 more minutes to get my fries ready by that time my shake was melted so I give them 1 star

2022-05-20Worse place to eat at don’t eat here I ordered a mocha iced coffee tasted like straight creamer no coffee at all, when I tried to take it back for a new coffee I got attitude from the drive thru girl and she straight up said if I didn’t like it to bad… this store has bad customer service and not to mention when I walked in it smelled like rodent urine and a strong musty roach smell I wouldn’t doubt that they get closed down soon by health dept….

2022-02-28They are fine in the daytime but do not go there after 10:00 PM. It takes about 10 minutes per customer and most likely have you wait at the speaker until the car in front completely leaves. Ive waited 40 minutes with a short line after ordering online to speed it up.
