Fantastic experiences. Went in once with a watch thinking it was a battery issue and it wasnt, I was just dumb. But the battery tested well and there was no need to replace so they didnt charge me. Today I went in with a different watch on my lunch. Walked in, told them I needed a new battery, paid $9, and I was out the door in 3 minutes. Talk about easy. Very pleasant people too. 100% recommend this watch place especially if its just a battery needing swapped. My watches are modern but it seems like they have all the tools and equipment for older and more specialized variety as well.
Amazingly fast, professional, and inexpensive. I had two watches that needed to have their bands repaired. I intended to drop them off, for later pickup. The expert here immediately completed both repairs in just a few minutes and charged me only a very modest fee. What a great experience!

I watched as the owners assisted a 97 year old man with respect and patience before we were assisted. My Mom had a bag of non-working watches to get checked out. They replaced batteries in 2 before we left and called a couple of hours later to say the others were ready. If I could give ten stars, I would. After having been in two different jewelers without solving my problem with my Rolex and Swatch I came here and one of the owners Tavifa was super nice and professional, in five minutes I had my two watches ready to go! Great service and super honest people.

Great service in a lovely repair and sales shop. They replaced the batteries in two watches while I waited (for a very short time), and the price was very reasonable. I love the service, and the place.
I brought my watch in because it was behaving erratically and I thought the battery was dying. In under three minutes they got it working like normal and determined my battery was fine and didnt need to be changed and proceeded to not charge me.

Took a couple of my wifes watches in that had stopped working. The lady there replaced both batteries , adjusted the time, gave me some information on a third watch I had, all for only $16 and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. 👍👍

Very nice people, who seem to know what they are doing. Ive only had some simple things done, like a bracelet adjustment and they were able to do it while I waited and the cost was reasonable.

2021-09-21Ive only had to used their repair services once, but wow, Im so happy I did. I had an automatic watch that had an issue with the crown. They were quick to diagnose the problem and the pricing was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend.

2021-09-22This business is top drawer. Although I didn’t purchase any merchandise, I did need help figuring out how to get the band of my online purchased watch to function. I and three friends tried for 45 minutes to understand how the band worked then we gave up. The repair woman at Ivanov’s Watch Repair looked at the band through a loop and in ten seconds she showed me how it works. When I offered to pay her for her time she flatly refused. This is good old fashioned service. A rarity these days.

2021-06-28I took some watches in, (I knew nothing about the watches) and the lady gave me information on all of them. I returned a few weeks later and had batteries put in three. The price was very reasonable. Good place to know.

2022-01-15I went their to fix my watch band. It was to big on me. She adjusted the size I want after 5 min I realized it’s not perfect on me she adjusted three time in just 10$ very economical and I left satisfied.
