I had Huft come out and do a periodic check up. Anthony was professional and very friendly and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I didnt feel pressured into spending money but he did. Let me know what potential issues we might encounter in the future and what the options would be based on his findings. So far these guys have been top-notch and very easy to work with and I would recommend them.
I needed someone who could attach my plumbing pipes to my garbage disposal. They just simply couldnt be put back together after a new garbage disposal was installed. I called on Tuesday and Sonny came on Wednesday in the morning and got it fixed very quickly. The job looks great and he was very nice. I give Huft and Sonny a big thumbs up.

Ray is the very best we’ve ever had do repairs/installation at our home in the last 30 years. He and Angel installed a new gas line to our pool heater. Trevor gave us an estimate for a furnace & A C replacement, our system is 18 years old, and we are having problems with it. Trevor went above & beyond what the last repairman offered. Miguel came out because I had a mysterious noise in one of my vents that woke me up at night. He figured it out and fixed it and then went to every one of my vents and adjusted them. Soon I will have my semi annual HVAC inspection from them. I’m very pleased with the service which was reasonably priced and Miguel it was very professional and pleasant. It’s very easy to make an appointment and they are on time.

Huft came to do our 6 month hvac maintenance per our plan. It was evident that things happened in the past that the company was not aware of and neither were we. I called and talked to management about the issue and we came to a compromised solution. I appreciate that they took the extra steps to show they want my business and my trust. Huft is an amazing company! They installed an entire new Heatpump System in my home and the entirely crew was beyond exceptional...on time, clean, professional and did an amazing job above and beyond! My System was installed a week ago and suddenly there was a loud vibration sound. Every time I put pressure with my hand on the Unit outside it stopped but when I let go it was back. I knew it was most likely an adjustment to the screws, as we had so much heat lately and the materials had to adjust. I called Huft and they scheduled me in right away for the same day, thank you Savannah, hour are a true Gem! Sure enough, it was re-tidening of the screws on the Unit. Huft is an amazing company and I highly recommend them!!!
I would recommend Huft as a reliable and honest company to go to for HVAC needs! I am happy with the initial diagnostic tech Jose B. who was patient with me and honest about my HVAC unit and the different replacement options the company offered (gas vs electric). Jose could be reached at all hours by phone and text which I appreciate with a newborn around. Jose answered all my questions, and he would look into issues or appointment updates if anything came up. Shoutout to the install team led by Toby- thank you Michael and Nelson - they put in the hard work on a 100+ degree day to make sure we had a working system; the guys went above and beyond, stayed until the job was done, gave me a thorough walkthrough, and even installed an extra carbon monoxide detector. Lastly, some issues happened with the portable AC units that Huft loaned us before our HVAC replacement but Carlos followed up immediately to get the laminate floor repaired and area rug cleaned. 100% rating from me on customer service and professionalism! Thank you guys!

Great job fixing the problem. I had a part break even though I have a new system. I was very frustrated about it at first. Michael did a great job explaining to me what happened and how I can prevent this in the future. Thank goodness everything was fixed within 24 hours!
Jet came to our home to inspect the coils in the attic for leaks. Jet was very professional and answered all of our questions. Jet also walked us through on what was going to be done to fix the leak.Just like the other technician that came to our house, Jet was very knowledgeable, professional and looked out for our best interest. We will continue to do business with Huft and will also recommend them to our friends and family in case they need any heating or air services.

Austin Came on time, was respectful of our property and time, listened to what we had to say, checked out HVAC and explained that the problem was with our thermostat, went and got the replacement part and another part we wanted installed on our system. And explained if we wanted to signup for the yearly service contract, we could save on the price of the part and get the service fee waived and also get 2 tuneup’s a year, It was definitely a savings!

Stephen was awesome. Answered all my questions and provided some helpful information to help keep an upstairs room cooler. Also provided that the unit we currently have for air conditioning should have been 8 tons and not 4. But as we all know home builders could cost in for a 4025 square-foot home they did not put the correct size of air conditioning unit in so shame on Lennar.
Fidel was on time (early), fast, yet thorough and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do, and then showed us videos and photos of what he found while examining every part of our system. We learned what three separate HVAC guys in the past four weeks (not from Huft) had missed, and why our downstairs unit was NEVER going to be fixed with their Home-Warranty-incentivized “band-aid” approach to the problem. ALL options and costs were thoroughly explained by Fidel, who never tried to “upsell “ us on anything but just explained realistic options based on his detailed findings. 10/10 would request Fidel again!
Jose was thorough with the inspection, by far exceeded our expectations. Stay away from South placer heating and Air. They are a bunch of crooks! We will likely be installing a new HVAC system and Joses professionalism sealed the deal. Thank you Huft!

I don’t know why these are together but Huft’s HVAC service is phenomenal as usual.I am afraid that the same experience that I had with half in the past it’s not the experience I have with them regarding plumbing. In this case they were over price and out of touch. I am so sad because I purchased my HVAC from them and I have another estimate sitting on the table for my water heater upgrade. That estimate was over $400 to replace my faucet in the kitchen and I bought the faucet.

I recently replaced my entire AC system (heat pump & furnace). I reached out to Huft after I looked into another AC company that I ended up not feeling comfortable going through. Right after I reached out to Huft they got back to me and got one of their salesmen out here. They asked what issues I was currently having and what improvements I wanted. The salesmen and I had a 1.5 hr discussion, a walk-through of the entire system, and talk about my budget (very valuable to know how the entire system works to make a responsible decision). I went with a new Bosch system with a matching air handler that was within my budget. I also had some duct work done to get more cold air into particular rooms.They were kind of booked out pretty far but thats to be expected this time of year (I think after I signed it was 1.5-months out). My original install date was missed by a week because it took longer to get the equipment they needed obviously because certain supply chains are only operating at 50% or less so its still understandable.I was told installation would take 2 days which didnt bother me. The crew came on time and worked hard through the day to get everything done almost the first day and the 2nd day they finished and were out the door by 1pm. I will say that they did miss a bunch of screws/ends of wire they cut when they cleaned up but hey I have a vacuum to so once again not a huge deal in my opinion.So far my system is running great and quietly which is fantastic. Happy with everything so far from the initial point of contact all the way through installation.
Weve always had good service from Huft. Would highly recommend. Weve never had a technician over sell us on a product over service. All of them have been really friendly.
Glenn was personable and has great customer service. We had 3 quotes and we liked Huft. Glenn took the time to explain things look at our existing system and tell us about our old system and recommend what we needed vs trying to sell something we didn’t need for the size of our home although they do offer the higher end we weren’t interested and felt comfortable with our choice if we wanted to go that route.
Im very happy with the heating maintenance service provided by Huft. Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy; the receptionist was friendly and took note of my concerns and questions. I appreciated the reminder emails and texts, as well as the check-in call from our service tech when he was enroute to our house.Our service tech, Mustafa, arrived on time and was very professional. He took care of an issue we had with our condensation drain lines. He was very thorough with his furnace inspection. He reviewed the inspection report with me, answered all my questions, and pointed out maintenance issues to lookout for in the future. On top of all this, he even took the time to install an emergency shutoff sensor in our HVACs drain pan so that our house would be protected if we had any future condensate drain issues. I really appreciated the time he spent, especially since it was late afternoon and he still had other visits to complete. He really went the extra mile in taking care of our system.Because of this great service , I was happy to signup for their annual maintenance program. Ill look forward to next years visit.
Our service tech Anthony is the best! We used him in Sacramento for a 28 year old plus HVAC unit service in prep for selling our house, and my husband was so impressed that he requested him again for a service on the 19 year old unit in our new house. Anthony not only found a small repair (a capacitor) that would likely have caused a much more costly repair later, he checked ducts, filter, thermostat, etc., and THOROUGHLY CLEANED the outdoor unit. It is evident that Anthony takes pride in his work! He is quite the professional!In addition, the Sacramento Hufts’ phone service scheduling staff are all out outstanding—wish I’d kept track of their names, but there were three, two female (Jennie and ?) and one male (Ryan?)—cheery, helpful, and efficient each time I’ve called to schedule or ask questions.Needless to say we will be using them again! We’ve already scheduled our heater service for October, plus we’ve signed up for the Guardian Club Membership, which looks well worth the fee!Thank you!Note: Just had our heater serviced and Anthony did an equally thorough and professional job again. He is replacing the capacitor and has prepped our heater for the winter, as well as made us aware of work we’ll need to plan for in the future. He is a well-trained tech and amazing worker! We are truly pleased!

Andre did a full service. I purchase my filter before he came, mine the larger filters that change out twice a year. He spent his time and was as professional, even when I kept trying to distract him.They installed my system about 10 years ago I think. Ive always used them for a reason..
After our AC failed in late June, Huft was the only company that could come and inspect our system before July 31st. They sent Fidel out within a week to inspect and digest repairs. We knew our system was old and was ready to get a new system, but he went over every option from a $3000 repair to the full replacement option. In the end he was able to schedule the full replacement before another company was able to even quote us a price. He was also able to offer us two loaner portable units to keep our 9 and 20 mo children cool during their naps.Everyone was professional and did their jobs well.The three times we had them out(Fidel’s inspection and then two days for install.) they were able to work without upsetting our children’s nap schedules .Now our home is wonderfully cool.

We have been using Huft since we moved in our home. They take care of any issues we may have as well as our twice a year maintenance. They are efficient and respectiful of my time. They always call me when its time, schedule an appointment, confirm the day before, and keep me informed as to when the tech will be arriving. Every tech that has been in my home is kind and CLEAN. Boots are worn, masks (during covid) they vacuume where they worked and leave no traces that they were ever there. They explain everything they saw, weather good or bad. Wonderful company to do business with.

We had a new heat pump, air handler, ducts, all new insulation, thermostat and whole house fan installed all at once. They also moved the air handler to the attic, the old one was in a closet. There was a lot of problem solving with the new heat pump. The heat pump was making more noise than the manufacturers specs. After persistency Huft brothers were able to get a replacement heat pump unit from Lennox. All is great now. Thank you, to every employee that help with this large project. Every person was professional and we have had many employees on this job.Thank you, for following through, and making it right.I will be using your new electric and plumbing service also.Again, thank you to all.

Previously a customer of Comfort Master I had been referred to Huft Home Services. I had a unit that was installed by Comfort Master in 1994. I really got my moneys worth out of it but now it was having cooling issues. The technician, Ryan Mark checked it all out and then he explained everything, showed us the video of the inside of unit and problems that were present. He fixed and cleaned it to get us up and running for now. In the mean time we discussed replacing and cost of new unit. I was very pleased with the outcome. We will be getting a new install. All in all I was very much impressed with the way Ryan conducted himself. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Huft helped me with an AC issue in my home. David Colby came out and was fantastic. He was great with my dog, very friendly, and eager to help. My home inspection yielded a minor issue with the AC. David investigated the issue, explained exactly what the issue was, and then quickly fixed it. His primary question was, “are you comfortable with the temperature in each room of the house?” He made sure to do the work to make our answer a yes. He also gave me some tips about some other minor issues I had and was all around fantastic.I’m a bit of a sucker and David could have taken advantage of me by offering unnecessary repairs, but he didn’t. He earned Huft a customer for life and I’m glad I called.
Amazing service, simply put, it was phenomenal. My water heater and furnace decided to go out on the same morning. Fidel from Huft was out later that same day, diagnosed everything quickly and told me about multiple solutions. I ended up just going with replacing both units and Fidel took the time to go over pricing, he showed me exactly how much unit was going to be and even helped out with some discounts the company had going on. After my initial contact with Huft unfortunately kind of got off on the wrong footing, what really impressed me about them is how they bent over BACKWARDS to make the situation right within 19 hours of the initial visit. A lot of companies wouldn’t have done that. Everything is fixed now, and I am changing my review to 5 stars based on the level of timely response from Huft. If we ever need plumbing or HVAC services again, we’ll call Huft Home Services.
Had a technician (Austin Chao) who came out to check to see why our new heating system is not working. Come to find out that it was just something simple/minor that just needed to be turned back on. Overall, happy that Huft stands behind their product and was timely in their service calls.
Huft is awesome. They listened to my needs, took my particular situation into consideration and sold me the best HVAC unit I could afford. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. On installation day, the techs took time to answer all my questions, explaining what and more importantly why they were doing things. The whole experience made me feel like I had made the right decision in choosing Huft. I couldn’t be more happy with the results.Most of all I want to say a very special thank you to the installers on my job. They worked their butts off all day in very uncomfortable heat and cramped spaces. Not once did I hear a complaint, or felt like they were rushing just to get done. Thanks Guys!!!!

I strongly recommend Huft Home Services! I was impressed with their professionalism and high level of customer service from the very first maintenance check with Fidel through to the installation of our new HVAC system with Alex and his crew. Everyone was courteous and respectful, knowledgable and efficient. We really liked the videos that Fidel did on the maintenance check so we could actually see the hole in the heat exchange and some of the the other issues that prompted us to replace the whole system. We had a great experience and will use Huft again without hesitation!
Since purchasing my new Lennox AC/Furnace from Huft I have had maintenance service twice a year, in the spring and fall. Staff at Huft consistently demonstrate through knowledge and friendly service. I am thoroughly satisfied.
I am very dissatisfied. The technician came earlier than I was told he would by several hours for my November checkup on my heater. Last Spring I called to make an appointment to have my air conditioning maintenance as I have every year for nine years, air conditioning in the Spring, heater maintenance in the Fall. The woman I spoke with said that both were now being done in the Fall. When the technician came in November, he said he couldnt do the air conditioning in the Fall. So, although I paid a yearly fee for two checkups, I only got one. The technician said that someone from management would call me. None did. How disappointing after 9 years.

They were great!!! Had Plumber first. Said 8:00 am and 8:00 am it was! Very efficient and thorough! Great service!Then next showed up the gentleman to check our AC & Heater. Again, the same great polite service. Explained things to me and helped me change my AC filter. I would use this company for an honest respectful job well done. 👍

Decided to give them a try because of all the good reviews and so far Im not disappointed. I have an older system and the tech, Kevin, explained the potential problem with the system and what steps I needed to take and answered all my questions.I am updating this review since Huft recently replaced my entire 16 year old HVAC system. Not only did they start the work on schedule (despite worries of Covid delays) but it was completed promptly, correctly on on time. Everything from communication from the office staff to the professionalism of the installation crew deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend them!
Our air conditioner was making a loud screeching noise and Huft was able to send someone out the very next day. Anthony came to our home and fixed the problem. He was so nice, respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. I am so glad we called Huft and will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC maintenance in the future!
Huft has been out to my home twice for different types of quotes. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once I am ready to move forward with my heating and air needs I will definitely call them.

I have used Huft for routine services over the past 3 years so naturally I had them provide an estimate for a new system and they came in with the best rate. From the estimate to the install we had nothing but extraordinary service. The team showed up on time every day, stayed late to complete the job, and brought out extra hands when the job became trickier than expected. I also have 3 dogs which don’t like strangers in the house so the team worked with me coordinating which rooms they would be in and when they would need to be in the back yard making it easy for me to corral them away from the team without having to kennel them all day for 3 days. It’s only been 1 day since the install but I can say the the dual zoning makes a huge difference for the upstairs which was always hot until now.Huft in 3 words- Affordable- Timely- Efficient
Alexander from Huft Home Services arrived at my home to inspect and evaluate my current duct work for my HVAC system. After first calling and receiving approval, he arrived early for the appointment which I appreciated. He reviewed my duct work and promptly provided me with a quote for replacement of my duct work. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will be accepting their quote and hiring Huft Homes Services to do this project.
Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to inspect my kitchen faucet and why the water would not get hot. He explained everything I needed to know and was able to answer my questions confidently, even the supplemental ones not pertaining to the work order. He also sent me the estimates and diagnosed problems promptly. I appreciated his information quality work.
This company really has it down with various specialists (who actually know their job extremely well) working together to provide great services, communication, and products. From the moment you call and you talk with the customer representatives, to the various installers, and/or maintenance everyone along their change is professional and educated in their sector. Huge change from other companies. I’m glad I went with them for a new system and also for routine checks/maintenance. I feel taken care of.

Fixed my AC when I needed a new compressor in TWO DAYS and the first annual check up was super thorough. My technician was friendly, polite, professional and looked like Luke Combs! I recommend Huft heating and air to anyone.
I dont write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve it. They were the 3rd company to inspect the system at a rental property of ours. The first told us it needed a compressor, and the second told us the system used the older refrigerant and they would not even service it. They quoted us almost $15K for a new system. We called Huft and Fidel was dispatched to look at the unit. Communication was great from the beginning. We actually told them we wanted to see if it was repairable and if not get a quote on a new unit. Fidel called me from the property to tell me the compressor was okay. It had actually been wired incorrectly. He repaired the unit at less than half the cost of a new compressor, and never tried to sell me on a new unit. He also told me the second company was incorrect and this unit does use the newer refrigerant. We asked for a quote on a new unit anyway and were quoted several thousand dollars less than the previous company. Fidel and Huft turned two really bad experiences into a great one and saved us money.

I contacted Huft based on a radio promotion for a HVAC and plumbing tune-up. I wasnt having any issues, but recently moved into a new home and wanted to stay ahead of any potential issues. Fidel came out to do the inspection and tune-up and actually discovered some issues due to a bad installation/repair in the past. The work was not completed to industry standard and was causing the system to age at an accelerated rate meaning the system would need replacing alot sooner. The furnace is only 4 years old so finding out this information now helped drastically slow the ageing process and save money in the long run. Fidel provided videos of the issues with the system to backup any repairs he recommended. I also discovered there are no air ducts, just a bypass between two walls so adding the vents will increase the efficiency even more! Had I not scheduled this tune-up, I might not have ever discovered some of these issues until I had a major problem. Fidel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explain the changes he was making. I feel some contractors dont take the time to explain preemptive measures so you will have to contact them for assistance, but Fidel took the time to educate me so I would know what to look out for and could stay ahead of any issues. We were overdue for our one-year follow-up (curses to you, COVID-19!) on our HVAC system that HUFT installed over a year ago. Our technician that day was Shuntavious Oliver who arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was thorough, efficient, and was able to answer any and all questions we put to him. He was also quick to resolve an issue we were having in a very professional manner. We were most impressed with his expertise and his conduct. HUFT should be proud of his performance, they were well represented.
Huft is great. The fellow who came by today was cheerful, communicative, and an active advocate in making our system work the best it should. These folks are the real deal!

Huft was very responsive to my request for service. Chuc came out and was very thorough, professional and friendly. He was great with my dogs too! I had 3 systems that needed servicing. The one system I anticipated needing replacement checked out just fine. A second system, which I figured would be fine, actually had a few problems. Chuc showed me the meter with low reading and recommended the capacitor be changed out as it was starting to lose its power. I was so happy he found this now and had the part on his van. Chuc saved me time and money by proactively identifying issues before they became huge problems and left my 75 year old father without AC in the middle of a heat wave! I highly recommend Huft Home Services! I will definitely be calling them for all my HVAC needs.

From day 1 meeting Huft Representative Kris, who helped me understand my choices and gave me knowledge and confidence to make my choice. To install day meeting Todd and his team who worked a long day to complete a challenging install location. The Huft group proved to be a professional and customer focused team.
I never write reviews, but was blown away by the service provided. Got a flyer in the mail for the $69 plumbing and HVAC tune up and figured whats the worst that can happen, since I was previously quoted $125 for a tune-up. First, I was surprised that they sent a different plumbing and HVA tech, as I feel most places might send a jack-of-all, master-of-none type. The plumbing inspection was straight forward, but what blew me away was the excellent service provided by Fidel, who came to check out my HVAC. Everything that was taken apart was not only thoroughly inspected, but meticulously cleaned. He then walked me through all the videos/photos of the inspections, recommendations, and current rebates/incentives and how to maximize any money I put toward HVAC. My system is ~25 years old and I will unfortunately need to replace it soon, but Im glad to know I wont have to shop around for an installer when that time comes :)
Chuc was great! Informative and through would hire him again in a second! My only complaint was to top off my A/c unit with r-22 was $480 for up to 3 lbs of refrigerant. I find this a bit crooked. But that is Huffs call. I don’t blame the tech for that. When you can buy r-22 for $170 for 5 lbs.
I felt Miguel did an excellent job for our first tune-up. He explained the process in easy to understand terms. Highly recommend this company.
Expert HVAC tune up and cleaning, plumbing safety check including water heater. Mike the service tech was professional, informative and very thorough. This is not a hurry up service. This service took over an hour and a half and for just $69. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor and go with HUFT. Youll be glad you did.

I was not happy that I had to pay for labor on a warranty condenser that was only 7 years old. However, the technicians vaccuumed the debris left behind, were polite and respectful of my property, punctual and friendly.

Though it took 2 weeks for them to schedule installation of new HVAC, they provided space heaters. A lead tech with two assistants arrived on time, and finished big jobs including a larger return -duct and filter unit on the same day. Equipments are of higher efficiency. I am waiting to have an official County or State inspection for the jobs done. I may provide an updated final review later.5th April, 2021I change my previously posted rating from 5 to 4 Star for the following issue:At the time of diagnosis/repair/replace meeting on 18th February, 2021, Sales person did not inform me about HVAC Testing, County/State Inspection and having a permit issued. It has been one month today after installation of new Furnace, AC and return air-duct with a plenum, and I am still waiting to have inspection done and permit issued. I was told by installation coordinator that it will be done around 25th March. They should have courtesy to reach out to me and inform the status on the matter.
Tech provided excellent service and made time to address ALL concerns and explain services performed. UNFORTUNATELY, for Huft, the second opinion I received did not align with Hufts diagnostic results.

Chuc and Octavio came to do furnace, ac and plumbing inspections. Both showed up on time and were professional. Octavio removed a piece of plastic from inside the porcine that was making the toilet flush strangely. Chuc showed me all the problems my 27 y.o. furnace and ac had. And gave us options for replacement, we choose a new higher efficiency model that had a $1500 discount and a free iWave. I would recommend Huft for your hvac and plumbing needs.

I made an appointment for a quote for a home HVAC replacement. Glenn showed up my house basically on time. Because of covid, he had on his mask and wore bootties before entering my house. I had on my mask as well. After the questions about the house and HVAC, Glenn inspected the old HVAC unit, ducts, and intake. From our discussion, I could tell Glenn was very knowlegable and been in this industry for years. Glenn recommended a company which I accepted.I told Glenn my criteria for my system selection and three systems I was considering. Based on all the info, Glenn put together components for the 3 systems to allow me to make a decision. I appreciated the 2 hours Glenn spent with me to help me make adecision. I also like the time Glenn spent describing how my HVAC works. It filled in some gaps in my understanding. Additonally,Glenn found another rebate for the system. In the end, I selected ahybrid system. Im looking forward to having the system installed.

Evan did a nice job explaining why there is a spike of electric voltage when the AC is first turned on. He suggested me to purchase a device to lower the spike, but he didnt hard sell it.

2022-02-16Jet and Dacoda really helped out a lot for our HVAC options. I first scheduled to have an inspection since our AC wont cool past 81F summer of 2021. A tech from a different company just said our system is old and didnt provide options for repair and just wanted to sell us a new system.I called a couple of HVAC companies in the area but only Huft came through my inquiries well, so decided to setup an appointment. Jet gave me all my options, from repair to replacement, with all pros and cons. We went with a replacement since the system we have was still back in 2000. Price is just about average from all the research Ive done.Dacoda came in the next day for the install and they made sure everything is good. Appreciate all the techs having masks and respectful of the place. Cleaned up as they finished too.Were pretty wary about getting stuff done around our house but working with Hufts team definitely helped get those worries out of the way. From scheduling an appointment to getting all the stuff done. I would definitely work with them again for all my HVAC needs.

2022-06-09This was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had with a service provider of any kind. My AC went out and it happened just when I became quite ill, so I was looking at not having AC when I was sick and it was over 105 degrees. I was so sick, I couldn’t even get out of bed, so that they had to talk to me when I was on my sick bed. Happily for me they were professional, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, and their services were effective and complete. My AC is back on. I would highly recommend this company and in particular Jose, and his assistant Josh, to anyone needing these services. He was even nice to my dog. Really, the best experience that I have ever had probably in my entire life with a service provider. I feel grateful and lucky to have found them.

2022-08-11Huft Home Services was amazing! Called them late, around 4pm on a Tuesday, and they were able to have someone out by 8:30am the next morning. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and diagnosed the issue. The AC unit is working for now and gave us the information we need to report back to the home warranty. Will definitely recommend and seek their services and expertise again!

2022-05-24I really appreciated Miguel coming and saving the day! Our unit went out the evening before the first 100 degree day of the year! I called Huft and they were able to send out a tech in less than 24 hours. Our tech Miguel diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 2 hours. He was also honest, kind, and willing to take the time explain things thoroughly. These guys work in the hot attic with temps to 160 degrees. I so appreciated Miguel’s hard work and dedication to helping today.

2022-03-23We moved into our home a month ago and needed an AC diagnostic. Ryan Mark and Jose were the technicians that came to our home and were very professional, knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. The information provided was thorough and Ryan made us feel comfortable. He consistently asked if we had any further questions or concerns that he may answer for us. Any time I have to call any home maintenance repair, I get weary due to dishonesty, but Ryan did the complete opposite. I am completely satisfied with the service and genuine of care provided. 2022-05-18Ryan Mark was very quick to diagnose why my HVAC system was down and present options for repair and replacement. He was extremely patient in explaining the options and also apologetic about recent shortcomings that I had experienced with Huft service. His quote for a replacement furnace made accommodations in an effort to retain me as a Huft customer as well. His customer service skills are exceptional and I hope that Huft realizes what an asset he is to the company.

2022-04-08Chuc was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was running behind but made sure to call and let me know! We purchased our house back in November 2021 and wanted to do AC maintenance before the summer hit. We were aware that the unit was old and would be needing replacing. He confirmed that and let us know we should be thinking about getting a new unit soon due to the rising costs.
