I found this incredible Hotel by accident. I never thought their assistance would be this reputable and high-class. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. Highly recommended for both meetings and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere. A five-stars satisfaction rating all the way for them. Great interior!
I stayed at this hotel LAST Saturday . Veronica the front desk person was so AMAZING and just had such a sweet vibe!! The room was very nice and looked clean etc etc. The pool area was just beautiful. I have been itching and was bitten. By some bugs.. Now I hope its not bed BUGS. Yikes..
Rooms were spacious and clean for the most part, but our AC didnt work. There was also a concern for bed bugs in another room after finding bed bug powder underneath a bed. Breakfast was good for the most part and vending machines had a nice variety, but sometimes failed to vend a drink. Location was also good and near the event, but since it was near the airport there was an understandable rumble from the airplanes every now and then.
The desk man was very nice. I rented the disability room. I was in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, some of the doorways had very large humps. The room was clean and comfortable. Though, the towels were clear across the large disability bathroom away from the shower. Not really convenient. The courtyard has really pretty roses and palm trees and looked freshly manicured. Overall, a very good value for my money.
All in all, Hotel Rose Garden served its purpose as a place to stop on our road trip. As others have said, the facility is outdated and can use some renovation. The mattresses were squeaky and not very comfortable. The carpet is old and very dirty. Our kids ended up with dirty feet within minutes of walking around on the floor. Im not sure what kind of vacuum cleaners are used, but they probably need to be replaced in addition to the carpet. Because the location is so close to the airport, I would not recommend this hotel for those who are light sleepers. Also, every step we took in our room on the second floor produced creaking (sorry to those who were below us!).The continental breakfast was nice in that it saved us some money as we traveled, but it could have been better. Waffle batter caked the counter around the waffle maker, the fruit was over ripe or bruised, and the juice was watered down. I would reconsider staying here in the future if the facilities were improved, but I would probably recommend other facilities first.
LThe check in was quick and friendly. The room was large, but smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The rug really needs replacing. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The table tops were dirty, I wished I had Lysol. The sheets and bedding was clean. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee. There is also a diner attached. Area seemed pretty safe. For the price, it was okay. Not sure if I would stay again.
We chose this place because everywhere else was coming up booked. We were in town from Oregon, needed a place to stay the night. We were charged $192 (online it said the room with taxes was $180). NO refund policy and this place is Disgusting!!!!! I nearly cried. Stains on the bed spread, the most disgusting smell of mildew in the room. The jacuzzi tub was cracked, jets didnt work, a grimy film like it hadnt been cleaned. The shower curtains were stained yellow at the bottom. I felt like I was going to catch a disease just from being in the room. We laid out our own blankets over the hotel and blankets/bedspread and used our own pillows. The staff at the counter we nice enough. But I will NEVER recommend this place, I will NEVER go here again.
I was looking for a way to put no star. The hotel is very old. Bed is very uncomfortable. Room is spacious but with very old furnishing. We were scared of bed bugs. My whole body was itchy all through the night. Breakfast includes waffle, stale bread for toast, probiotic yogurt, banana, orange, hot and cold drink. Dinning area is the same spot as the reception lobby, no divider. After one night we were ready to check out and had to forfeit the money paid for other reservation. The hotel policy states that there is no refund but if you come to the reception within 5 minutes of checking in and complain about the room you must vacate the premises immediately. Despite our complain, the manager explains that the policy means you must vacate the premises without a refund meaning a forceful eviction without a refund because a customer complain about his or her stay- unbelievable. The front desk officer is quite polite ( the only average thing about this hotel).
Really great Hotel managed by a great crew. They were always available for any inconveniences meet during the journey, the breakfast offered is not generous as a lot of people could think but it’s welcome especially if you don’t want to move early in the morning. The rooms are clean and big, beds worth as any found in prestigious hotel. If we compare the price and the location in the downtown of San Jose, we have the best price on quality of California !
This is a motel and you do get what you pay for. The room was very spacious and dark. There are black out curtains but no sheers. The bed was okay not super comfy. The walls are pretty thin. The bathroom had a constant smell of mildew but it was spacious. The a/c was super powerful. There is also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. All in all it was not terrible but not that great either.
It was peaceful i enjoyed the stay. The only problem i could say was the maintenance guy walked into our room didnt even knock or even apologize he assumed that no one was in the room and claimed he wanted to check if the air conditioniner to see if it still worked . Which i thought was disrespectful of him and way out of line. And when we had to check out he was rude about it when we had to leave. I understand he has to deal with alot of different personalities but he could at least some faces before assuming everybodys the same
The staff was professional and went out of way to help my husband who was disabled. They switched rooms to the first floor when there was a mix up in our reservation. The room was clean, the bed wonderful and the refrigerator was perfect for medication and cold drinks. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, nice neighborhood, easy freeway entrances and exits. Smelling the roses by the pool was just extra.
Location is a well thought place in the middle of many important places around. Not smack into the down town but near and connected enough to be very convenient. Service is acceptable according to the rates they ask for. But I must say, the rooms quality is really well. I loved staying in the room with Jacuzzi and drowning all my stress overnight.!
This hotel sounded quaint on hotels.com. well its not bad quaint actually means old. There are no safes in the rooms, and the refrigerator in my room sounded like it was on its last legs.It isnt that quiet if youre on the first floor the bed is just okay.I had to run the hot water in my sink for at least 5 minutes to get any hot water. With all the choices of hotels in Central San Jose, next time Ill try someplace else.
Not the worst Ive seen and I like the set up and ombiouns if the facility. The bad: The sinks are in wierd places. I leave my door open during day for fresh air and if Im getting ready I dont , because its in a very exposed place. Other than that, they really need a a deep cleaning in the restroom. Makes me feel like what else did they not clean good. Too expensive for the quality.
The staff were courteous. The garden was amazing. The pool was beautiful with a deep end and shallow end. My issue was with housekeeping and the state of the bathroom. There were hard water deposits in the shower, which dont happen if cleaned regularly. The white caulking had black mildew and was falling off. The handle was confusing and loose. Def in need of new parts. There were cobwebs and 2 dust spiders I could see in the open. The sheets were wrinkled, like they hadnt been changed since the last visitor, so we slept on top of the bed. Long story short, it could be amazing if they hire a better maid and maintenance man.
My GF felt that the pillows were a little thick and the mattress was a little too stiff. Maybe mattress toppers would be an inexpensive way to fix the mattress issue? I can sleep almost anywhere. lolAside from that we truly enjoyed the property. The courtyard/pool area was very nice. IF our spacious room (208) was an example of the size of all the rooms, this place is a gem.Given the opportunity, we will stay here again.
Not a bad motel. Stayed there for two nights while me and my son went to a Sharks game. Only 1.5 miles from SAP center and one of the cheaper places with good reviews. Room was clean. The shower control was a bit wonky and took some figuring out. I woke up in the night to the sound of neighbors coming back to their rooms. The walls are very thin and dont cancel out much noise. I got up to go to the vending machine to buy a water, but the vending machine was not working. For the money it was good. Id stay there again.
The room was actually as nice as appeared in the photo, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. Only problems were chilliness and slightly noisy neighbors, which would have been remedied, had we told the staff. The ambiance is lovely and quiet, being in a residential neighborhood, rather than on a highway. Restaurant was maxi-Mexi-delicious for dinner, and Bills, just down the road, outstanding for brunch. If we ever need to return to the airport or Avaya Stadium , just 1 mile away, we would definitely stay here!
Nice clean hotel located short distance from San Jose airport. Staff was great. They even printed our boarding passes for the early morning flight. Price is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. All the rooms are facing the courtyard with the pool. We are staying at this place again for sure in the future.
It was a Average hotel. Room were okay. People living on above floor were noisy. You can hear walking/running people on above floor, it specially irritating in the middle of night. I dont trust water in the swimming pool, i dont think they filter and clean it regularly. I got the car so free parking was plus. You got decent place to eat within 2-3 miles. It has nice area to go out for the evening. Overall it was a average stay for this price.
We were allowed to do an early check-in which was perfect. Walked into the room found hair on the beds, hair and urine in the bathroom, gum on the bed post, and dust. Walked back to front desk to inform the desk clerk. He told the house keeper who had just walked in. She was basically calling me a liar that she cleaned the room and wanted a discount rate (in Spanish) not realizing that I was Puerto Rican and spoke Spanish. I then asked for a refund and was told I couldnt get one til Monday. So I was forced to stay. Another housekeeper came and cleaned the room all seemed fine. Get back to the room last night to lay down and kids complained the beds smelled funny. The comforter smelled of stale cigarettes. I dont know what detergent is being used, but its not working. Floors are so thin that the youngest stopped his foot to get his shoes on and the people below us complained they could hear us walking and stomping. So we were then forced to tell everyone to step lightly around a room we paid for. Green rust on the showers soap tray. No ventilation so at 45° outside you have to open the window in the bathroom with no screen. Water was hot. Bed comfort was decent. Mold growing on shower stall ceiling. Looks like there was a leaking roof, all kinds on stains on the ceiling. To tell someone they cannot get a refund and had to wait days for the manager to get back in town?!?! I will be reporting this location to the corporate chain so they can beware of the type of locations their name represents.
Room is decently clean. Although the room is non-smoking, it has smoking smell, mixed with some sort of spray trying to get rid of smoking smell. Overall the room has that damp mildew smell. I think the carpet should be vacuum daily and steam once in a while. The bathroom floor should mob daily with Lysol. I feel uncomfortable to walk bare feet on carpet and bathroom tile floor.Big pluses: Fast free internet, decent complementary continental breakfast, bedding and towel are quality and super clean. It has complimentary in-room coffee, microwave, and fridge which is really handy for storing drinks and leftovers.I would stay at this hotel again.
Room had strong cigarette odor, and was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also had bloodstains in multiple areas, visibly dirty nightstand, strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and stained (but seemingly laundered) sheets. This room was absolutely gross, and would not stay again.
The smell in the hotel and our room was very unpleasant. Some other reviewers have described this smell so I am not going to repeat it. The room was dark, while the bathroom was dirty with mould around a bath. The breakfast area is tiny. Inside there are only two small tables in front of the reception. The breakfast menu is poor. We stayed there for five nights and food was always the same (jam, waffles, tost bread, cornflakes, yoghurt, and two kinds of fruit). After two days we were fed up with this and decided to buy some cheese and ham. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Staff was also fine.
We stayed here because we had a group of 5 ppl and needed 3 beds in 1 room and this was the only hotel that had them. The room had queen size beds and decent space. However beds were really uncomfortable and squeaky. We also found a used dirty q-tip on the floor. N I dont think it should be considered breakfast as there isnt many options other than cereal. Over all this place was good enough to lay down a little and rest before we took our flight to Hawaii.
The pictures shown online do not represent this place at all! The room was absolutely disgusting. Horrible smell - we had trouble breathing. Water stains on the ceiling. Extremely dirty carpet. So worn you could feel the wood underneath it. Dead bugs stuck on the wall. Dark colored substance on the ceiling of the shower. Broken toilet seat. Used the shower and the smoke alarm went off...everytime! Cant believe the health department allows this place to stay open. San Jose was a quick overnight stay. Flew in late and was flying out early and used UBER to get to this place so we were stuck. BEWARE.
During SF quarantine, I found myself stuck on foot in Santa Clata. I did some urban hiking and ended up at Hotel Rose Garden. The night manager, Sanjit, was so patient, helpful, professional, and kind. The non-smoking king bed room I stayed in for the night had a sparkling clean bathroom (and bathtub), plenty of channels to surf, and very comfortable pillows. Wifi is zippy and works in the rooms and outside. The property is very well-kept and all the room doors face the inside courtyard, so it feels much safer. The pricing is highly competitive for the area and theres easy access to the highway. If you are craving good eats, check out Wicked Chicken near Safeway.Had a very pleasant stay after a stressful day. Definitely will check in again when in the area.
This hotel like many older hotel is in need of a good handyman. They must be hard to find in the San Jose area since in the 4 different units I have been in the shower valves all need replacement or a rebuild. Bathroom doors are way too tight to shut and a 10 minute fix with a power door planer would do the fix. Just small things ( like loose electrical sockets? Poor lighting in bathrooms ) make the Rose an ok place to spend the night if you can live with the quirks.
Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the sheets and bedbugs on the mattresses. The desk clerk was incredibly rude and refused to refund the amount of the room even though we did not end up staying there. We told housekeeping about the bedbugs and stained bedding, but they remade the beds with the same bedding as we were leaving. Overall, it was an awful experience.
Its a cool laid back motel but the maids need 2 learn 2 clean the rooms a lil better in between guests... The room I was in last the previous guests had left a bottle of milk & a bottle of orange juice n the freezer... On top of that they didnt even mop the hardwood/laminated floors cause there was still dust all over it... Other than that its still fairly good place 2 stay for the price and they have pretty big & spacious rooms also
This hotel was the same as sleeping in a Port-a-Potty. Urine smell on the carpets. It was the worst hotel experience in my life. Would not give my family another room and would not give me my money back. We were unable to book another hotel that night because everything was booked. We had to endure 1 night of misery. They kept telling me the manager is not here and giving me the run around. The Paki/Indian worker/owners were not interested in customer service, just collecting money. Our room should never have been available but should have been deep cleaned. The one word that best describes this hotel would be DISGUSTING.
I put one star because its the only option here but I wouldnt even give this place half of a star. I drove 15hours, looking forward to staying here from what I seen in the photos online, and I got here and didnt want to step inside. The TV with stand was out of place away from wall, the front window had a busted screen and no lock, the bathroom window had no screen and also did not lock, the front door was beat up and thrashed, bedding was stained (sickening), and the shower nosel and soap holder were broken as well. And one of the lights in the room didnt even work. I felt very unsafe and insecure in this room. I wasnt here for longer than 20 minutes. Just enough time to find another immediate, safe hotel to stay the night in. My room was on the bottom back half of the complex.
I was frazzled and needed a moderately priced place to escape. This Super 8 was made to order. Comfortable king-sized bed; nice Hi-Def TV; overall clean in appearance and smell. There was only one drawback - the HVAC. I couldnt figure out how to get a constant temp. But that was minor. If you want a safe, quiet, friendly, moderate stay, this is the place.
Absolutely horrendous. The room had an indescribable stench everywhere, and the room wasnt cleaned before we came in. Under the sheets of my bed, I found a lighter and a penny, and there were goopy messes on my headboard and on the nightstand, and the bathroom was filled with flies. When I called to have the bedding changed, they argued with me, but eventually brought a new set (that I had to put on). In the morning when I called for fresh towels, I had to go to the front desk and pick them up myself, and even then, one of the fresh towels had a dried bloodstain on it. Abysmal standards for courtesy and cleanliness. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Never come here, even under the direst of circumstances.
Couldnt sleep all night due to getting bit by bedbugs. BIG BEDBUGS! Worst experience ever. For $200+ way out of hand. They only agreed to give me 50% off after I complain. They argued that it was impossible but we recorded, took pictures, and saved some to prove we were not lying or exaggerating. I would post pics if could here. Spend your money wisely. Very nice motel to have this and not take care of it.
Well I only gave it a 3-star due to the fact that I had the jacuzzi room otherwise its a below-average motel with ribcraft running around at night all through hours even though we asked if it was like that and they said no otherwise I would have gave it a two star at the best. The rooms are very very outdated and the carpet needs to be changed cuz very disgusting
First, its a motel, not a hotel. The room is fine...spacious, clean, & everything works as it should. Personally, I like having a smoking-okay room. Its had some well-done refurbishing, but its an older place. Parking can be terrible, but location is great. Side note: if youre feng shui sensitive, just run away fast...its as if they intentionally got everything wrong...lol.
What a dump!!! $300 for 2 nights for this hole.Stains on chairs, blankets. Boogers on the bathroom walls. Thin walls, could hear talking down stairs and the tv next door. The furniture was from the 70s.Motel 6 is much better and $40 a night cheaper. They ratings that are 5 and 4 stars are a lie!!!Oh ya the Smell. Old damp smell.
Terrible experience. Room had a bad smell, I stayed with a group of friends and we ended up splitting up that night. When I tried opening my room at 3 am Our key was not working and we went to the main office and the worker didn’t want to give us a new key. He tried offering us another room for $100!!!!! Terrible service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. After multiple phone calls trying to get the correct date (the date needed to be corrected a number of times on their end), we walked into the hotel having been quoted 3 different prices. The fee for the night I was supposed to stay was $250, but I had been quoted $130 for the same arrangement for a different date. I went in with the idea that we could meet in the middle on the rate because of the amount of mistakes the hotel made. The man at the desk was immediately condesenting and very rude. He wasnt flexible at all and started to be very rude and semi-threatening in asking us if we were going to take the room. I said to my party lets talk outside and the man behind the desk followed us outside and smoked a cigarette while eaves dropping on our conversation. At that point my party and I (both women) didnt feel safe to stay there even if we could negotiate the rate. This man does not know how to do business with women.
We booked this hotel thinking it looked cute on the outside, only to find out that looks are deceiving. The room smelt and looked disgusting. The paticle board furniture was falling apart and filthy. Two men were yelling/fighting outside our window in the middle of the night.
The front desk guy, Avi, was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with at ANY hotel. We had accidently been booked into a smoking room, and he went out of his way to get it rectified. When we found that the AC did not work, he notified the on-site maintenance guy, and then later came to the room personally to make sure it had been fixed.
This place is absolutely horrible! Id never come here ever again. The room was not even ready by 5pm when check in is at 3pm. We went to the beach and tried to come here for the night and this is how were treated! They dont even have adequate parking spaces. They have like 12 spots for 40 rooms. If it was possible to give less than a 1 I would do it in a heartbeat
Ive stayed her in the past while in the military and the place was very nasty and unsat. Hear it is today this place is still a nasty place to stay. I remember staying in there the room rept of roaches and fielt. In addition, the room was not ready for me to occupy. The online picture is a misrepresentation of what the real location looks like. In addition, its in a crime infested area and the owners need to be responsible for telling the people about their business.
You get what you paid for.... first off when i checked in i confirmed with the front desk clerk that this was a non smoking room and he had said yes but when we walked into the room it was definitely a smoking room that reeked so i called down to let them know but they had said they were sold out and we basically had no choice so we let that slide, second off we found dirty underwear under our bed called down let them know and they said they would be up but it took them 30 min and me to go down to the front desk to remind them then the front desk clerk came asked where it was picked it up with his bare hands and walked out.. said nothing didnt apologize, we let that slide also then in one one of the drawers there was a needle no that was our last straw we had kids in the room and we went down to the front desk and asked if they had a different room or could give us a discount he said he had a cancelation and that we could look in it so we go and it was just as horrible with garbage left in the bathroom and wreaked like garbage as well so we decided to stay in our room but i wanted a discount and he said that the manager wasnt going to be in till monday mind you this was all on saturday so we stayed but the bathrooms are disgusting mold and stained walls, we also got dirty towels and our bed sheets we dirty. then i call on monday to ask for the manager and they said he wasnt in and he would take my name and number and it is thursday now and havent got a call this place needs some better housekeeping and front desk clerks
Awful place. Dirty and disgusting. Payed for our room, went to the store and when we finally got to our room we realized they sold us a room that was not cleaned yet. Waited thirty mins for room to be cleaned (sheets and towels switched out) there is no justice a loan cleaning lady could do for these rooms. If you must stay here due to everything else in the area being sold out, be sure to bring shower shoes, maybe a sleeping bag to put on top of sheets. Way over priced, not sure why they require a fifty dollar deposit. There is nothing you could do to this room
Dumpy. After leaving my Apple charger in one of their rooms, and after their manager confirmed that he had it, their manager told me to send a FedEx call tag. After doing so, and after 3 to 4 calls of checking in with both their manager and their owner, FedEx never received the package. It was a brand new charger at $100, I was very upset that they did not take care to get it back to me even when I was paying for the shipping.
Dirty, dirty, dirty, and ghetto, room had tags all in the draws, u can see little kid muddy feet print on walls, the show had black mold growing from under paint cause they just tried to paint over it... 125$ a night for a room that dont have a flat screen, and not many t.v. channels, u can find same low, quality hotel like this in dallas for $50 night,
Gross!! I dont need fancy, but clean is a must, which this place was not! Mildew, old dirty furniture and pretty sure a prostitute being acquired in the parking lot. Walked in, walked right back out. Asked for a refund at the front desk, which he wouldnt give, got the mangers card and called the corporate number. In the end didnt pay for it. Never, ever again
YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR OR TRUCK........first of all the people are f**kng rude Expensive 160 for a double bed with 100 deposit and i cant get those 100 back untill 5 or 6 days after i check out...........when i walked in it smelled like piss The ac didnt work and had wireing hanging out from them the bathroom looked like the type you would see in a horror movie and to top it off the coffe maker was in the bathroom like reallly.........?Cheap building i was on the secong floor as i was walking on the balcony i felt like i was going to falll threw so just same your self the grief time and money and go somewhere else when you get what you pay for i wouldnt pay 40 buck for one of these rooms
Nice hotel the bed was very comfortable flat screen TV microwave and fridge the room was clean nice restroom too we ask the house keeping for extra pillows and she brought them to the room fast and the mexican restaurant next to it is delicious i will definitely stay again

2022-05-03Excellent, from booking online to checking out. First-class service and the food in the restaurant were also very satisfying. Always welcoming and suitable for special occasions, including Valentines Day. I had a wonderful stay and dining. It was also close to the shopping area. AMAZING!

2022-04-05Stayed here for one night and I had planned for two. Right off the bat, I walked up to the night window and we saw a used hypodermic needle on the ground. The room was not clean at all. There was a large mold spot/water damage on the carpet under the sink (the sink was located outside of the bathroom in the main area). All the surfaces in the room were sticky and/or dusty. There was human waste, blood, and hair on the walls. The worst thing about the room was waking up with bedbug bites the next morning. After taking pictures of the bites I contacted the front desk regarding the bites and the rooms unclean state and asked to cancel the next night and asked for a refund for the night before. I was told that the manager was unavailable, but hed contact me that day when he got in and provide me with a refund. I was never called back. I called back the next day and was told that the manager wasnt in again and I was asked for my information again so the manager could call me to provide a refund. Its been weeks since my stay and I have yet to receive a refund, or a call back from the manager.

2022-05-15I rented a non smoking room that stunk of smoke. The bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. The pillow cases had eye lash prints on it. The desk had candle wax poured on it and burn marks. The windows were unlocked and had tears in the corners so somebody could push the window open while I’m gone I’m guessing. I found a used needle and reported it to the front desk. He took it and said nothing. I asked him what he wanted to do about this situation. He walked away. Then at 1:30 in the morning I called the front desk because there was some guy sitting in his car drinking little alcohol bottles and honking the horn. I called the front desk and asked who I was speaking with and was told he didn’t have to give me his name, what was my name and what did I want. I told him and he called me back after I yelled out the window at the e guy and he walked away dropping bottles everywhere. The front desk guy told me there was nothing. He could see the cameras and there was no body. They didn’t make it better for me or suggest a different room or refund or discount next time. NOTHING!!! This place is covered with illegal activity and the front desk Bangladesh guys knows it’s happening and don’t care. Terrible stay. No sleep!

2022-02-14Not the cleanest room. My duvet had cigarette burns and it was a non- smoking room. Bathroom could use remodeling. Everything is so old. My bathroom sink wouldn’t turn on once I got into my room. Front desk sent maintenance and they put in a new one right away which was good. Bedroom window wouldn’t open. Tv didn’t work. Mini fridge was not cleaned between uses. Didn’t even bother using it since I wasn’t confident it would keep things at proper temperature. Had to call front desk constantly it seemed. Location is great though..

2022-05-03The room had a really bad odor. The bathroom was dirty and looked like someone had just wiped a dirty rag on the mirror. After walking around on the carpet my socks were sticky... If the rooms were cleaned and the carpet was replaced (or even just steam cleaned) the whole experience would have been better.

2022-06-29This hotel wasn’t bad for the price, and in a decent location (close to the airport and train station). The grounds on the inner part of the hotel were nice. No elevator, though, so may need to carry luggage up to 2nd floor.

2022-03-13This motel has large rooms that overlook the pool. The polite staff keep the rooms clean and the hotel has reasonable rates. There is a Mexican restaurant here for a convenient meal. It is just off of Highway 880.

2022-05-05Rooms were dirty. Blankets and sheets were not changed. Carpets were so dirty they turned the bottom of your feet black. I know sheets/blankets were not changed cause the next day the cleaning crew did not have extras to switch them out. Also the restaurant that was attached was closed for reasons.
