I love this Grocery Store!!! I have been coming to IGA for Years. I always get great customer services. And all the employees are inviting and welcoming.. I feel like its a great family environment store. And everyone is extremely helpful. However their is one that stands out from the rest!!. Amazing customer service!!!. He is always professional and have a smile on his face. And your truly can tell he represents the company outstandingly Well... I been shopping here for 15 years just 2 blocks away from my house not once have i ever had a problem with the store, employees or gotten home to see i was missing an item. Meat department is great, always well stocked, and the produce sales are great
Overpriced and rude employees. I only come here when I absolutely have to. Theres another shop less than 2 blocks away called Sawaya. A lot smaller but much better everything.
Sorry to say... My experiences here are limited because the produce is never fresh, the food is over priced, and the line consists of 5 people with WIC items, and two extra check out stands that they never use. The health department had to close down the food service counter because they were running it without a license. Ive been a customer since 2011 and the only thing this market has going for itself is the staff. This place is my last resort before I get desperate.
They charge $.25 just to use their shopping carts. Their meat is always spoiled and their produce as well. I only use this place because its conveniently located. Do not recommend.
Ive been shopping here for years, its kinda small but pretty well stocked plus the reward stamps you get really can save you money on some of your favorite items.
Is a little supermarket, but people are very polite, nice and can help you with everything.You find fruits, vegetables and meat. Cans and grainsThey have coupons and sometimes you can find good deals.

This is ALWAYS a fantastic store. they have brought their fruits & veg. prices down, they have things that are needed !! everyone is always professional, they are in a great location, their sales are very good, and they have stamps ;) love our HOMETOWN store !
I like it. They give you stamps and when you fill a page 5 by 7. You can buy their specials of the week at a super low price.
I like the way it was laid out.Clean and the staff was friendly.The cleark was able to explain the plastic bag law from the corporate side and how much of the bag purchase when where. ie..How much of that cost went to the company and how much went to the state.
Its organized, they got Aguas frescas its definitely stepped up its game 😃

Generally good produce. Frequent sales with very good prices on produce. Good selection of latino foods and ingredients. Everydayeem pricier than in other markets. Friendly helpful staff.
Horrible service, manager walks around mean mugging everyone. Meat is ridiculous over price and spoiled the min you walk out.

I really think this is a great neighborhood store,, however there seems to be a language barrier, several employees have little to no knowledge of the english language that creates an unpleasant shopping experience for the english speaking patron. Also employees should never speak another language while patrons are present and never assume all patrons speak the spanish language , its very unpleasant to encounter employees engaging in conversation in the Spanish language while they are laughing and carrying on in the presence of English speaking patrons
I like how theres a little more variety than before! Watch out for produce that is starting to go bad!
Teresa was a great help. I needed cornbeef for st. Patricks day and she went out of her way to find a pack for me and made sure it was put away till i was able to get to the store. This store has everything i need. Foodland is my go to store when ever i need something.

Overpriced items better off going to sagaya Brothers around the corner of E Street and Broadway they have fresher meat Plus their items arent expensive like here they act like theres some kind of Ralphs or Albertsons were going and if you continue giving this place business and theyre going to continue raising the prices exaggerating but I buy here I can buy at Walmart half the price

Dry and old bad bread the shells look like a week ago the tortillas are very thick but if they are good, cans, milk and all that and the rest is very expensive, compare to see up to double the price, very friendly staff, there is only a boy who never wears a mouth guard doesnt put it on he just brings it on his chin they know who he is

2022-04-14I love this grocery store it has almost everything I need for a quick trip to the store. I grab items when I am missing ingredients and its a short ways away from my house so this is one of the best options that I have. They have a delayed department of meat department and they have a good selection of vegetables 70 cheesavitas and meats But I usually stop it and get there in house made salads.

2022-05-24This place gets 2 stars for convenience. The produce is always on the verge of being spoiled the meats always have a grey green black look like 3 days past due and the prices are through the roof. Last resort only.

2020-06-13This supermarket really impressed me with their safety measures in this complicated times. All carts are sanitized and waiting for you as you go into the business. Inside they offer you plastic gloves for safety and all employees/customers wear masks. For me this is super important because I have multiple underlying medical conditions that puts me at risk whenever I go out in public. Here at the supermarket I feel safe and have frequented the store multiple times to buy my groceries. Prices are competitive and you will find most of what you are looking for. Special kudos to the produce clerk as he keeps this area super organized and clean. Highly recommended
