If I could give less I would. If there ever was a case of racial profiling this is a prime example. Store went against its store policy on refunds due to the appearance of a customer it was appalling the customer brought back a legitimate item with the receipt with the card that they purchase this on and yet the manager declined it for a reason that was far from sufficient. They claim there was slight damage to the container of a marker box which was insignificant at most the markers were not used at all. When looking at their display of their products half the boxes are taped together or mismatched this is a horribly run hobby lobby the manager is short with words non-explanative of their policy or procedures shrugging me off just based on my appearance I believe I have a shaved head due to a medical situation and I have the appearance of a thug even though Im not but I was treated like second class citizen
Came to this hobby lobby looking for an item and looked around the entire store and was followed by a manager for no reason until we checked out and as we were checking out with cashier isreal m. The manager walked by over the cashiers shoulder and said tell them food is final sale. Then as isreal is handing me my receipt he again proceeds to tell isreal you should write on the receipt its final sale so isreal snatches my receipt back to cross out my food item and write final sale. Will not be coming back here again.
Nice place with tons of rows full of awesome items !! Plus their prices are great with coupon of course.. the only thing I hate is when your waiting in line and they open another cash register and they let the people behind you go first when you been waiting long ... thank Manager !!!
I almost did not come to the place reading all the horrible reviews on yelp of how bad staff is, rude, and not helpful. Still, I gave it a shot and had to say despite not able to find a soul to help out and when does the attitude be not superb, they still answer the question, and I was able to see what I needed. Also Fair to say much more of what I didnt need.😬Price is reasonable, and selection is vast, which could be almost overwhelming for some. Many items were on sales, and you can also find coupons to accommodate if its not. If you dont expect five stars customer service and okay browsing on your own, you should visit.
I love that they have things to decorate your home with, that is a rarity these days. If you see it buy it right away cuz it will be gone and it will never come back. I hate that I have all my creativity on Sundays and they are closed, but I appreciate they give their employees the day off!
There were really long lines and only one register open. While I was there, I saw questionable religious books written by some notorious douchbags and they were even selling books by the My Pillow guy, best known now for election lies and generally being a freakish crackpot. I wondered if keeping us in line near all these weird books was a strategy. Didnt this company get busted for stealing religious artifacts? I put my item down and decided never to shop at Hobby Lobby again. It felt dirty just being there.
Im so glad I went about a month ago. Lol!! I got so much amazing stuff for Christmas that I absolutely love and the prices were fantastic! They really were. So I went back just prior to Christmas for gifts. There were certain things my daughter wanted, so I went. They had quite a long line outside the store and with me being disabled, I really didnt think Id make it. I was pleasantly surprised. They kept it moving forward just great! It didnt take more than a few minutes to get into the store and TIME TO SHOP! Christmas stuff was pretty well picked though, oh well, those people should have come sooner like I did when the store was flush with goodies!! I was able to find each and every item I wanted, that my daughter wanted for Christmas. It was wonderful, and on sale😊😊😊Only one item I grabbed was not one sale, so before I went to Hobby Lobby, I downloaded their app and it gave me their best coupon, which happened to be 40% off of one non sale item. I walked out with an overflowing cart and spent under $100 that day. I love shopping days like that.😊😊😊
The managers here are rude, they act like everyone is a thief and the people on the registers act like they dont know anything. There are a couple random guys that are usually stocking the shelves and are pretty helpful but overall this store needs an upgrade on the employee training and now that there is no more coupon option I will not be coming here as much as I used to. The selection of supplies is the only reason I even make the trip but its definitely not by choice.
Theyve always got some pretty great deals around the store and it is clean and organized enough to find everything. No sloppy piles of clearance or mismatched signage make looking around almost too easy for me... While parkings a bit challenging, mainly due to the small parking lot and my constant concern that Ill miss the turn for it. Ill-considered city planning aside, theyve had what Ive needed every time Ive been in a pinch from a project; and not just like barely passable quality-- No. This location is large enough to have hight quality brands on its shelves! And finally, shout out to Crystal for her A+ customer service the other day. Top notch manager who was kind to both customers and co-workers.
I really loved this location! It was well organized and I found many things on sale. I found everything I went for and more. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was for the cashier. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. She wasnt friendly and was rude plain and simple. I asked her for the price of an item and she grabbed the item from me and said the price is right there. I couldnt see it. She said the item wasnt part of the sale and got annoyed I even asked. Other than that, the store personally was good!
Always liked this store. There has only been one rude employee since we have been going here amd other than that no issues. They keep it clean, have more cool stuff than I know what to do with and the prices are fair. They match Joannes coupons and thats a plus as well. I like it, my kids love it and its close to home.
Selection was overwhelming but enjoyed the variety. Staff was nice. Check out line was long but it was rush hour and it moved pretty fast. Disappointed when I got to the checkout the cashier tells me not everything is 50% off 😔even though there were 50% off signs on EVERY single shelf. Trust me I checked! So a little bit of false advertising there and the products were way overpriced. I wouldn’t buy anything that’s not discounted! Most of their items were made in China. That’s def NOT good quality made. Sorry not sorry. Would GO BACK for the end of year sales for sure. This time I’ll ask if it’s ok to walk around with a scan gun. ☺️
This was the first time Ive been to a hobby lobby and its mind blowing 🤯 I literally got lost here and wanted to buy everything! Ive always gone to Michaels and this is like dbl the size! The floral aisle is huge and theres a fabrics section. Theres more of a rustic feel and decor. I will definitely be back!
My first time into Hobby Lobby. I Love it. The staff were friendly and the store was nice. I walked almost the whole store and was really excited to see a lot of new things. I Love how i got to see a picture frame of the Last Supper also a lot of mirrors. I will definiyely return to this store.
My absolute favorite place to shop the wide selection of artificial flowers to use in creating your one of a kind wreath. Love the most beautiful decor to bring warmth to your home. Arts and crafts to spend time with your children, grandchildren and friends. Its so wonderful to have Christian books, devotionals and Bibles!
This location has horrible customer service. The younger adults that they recently hired to work there are so unfriendly. After purchasing your items they don’t even bag the stuff you just purchased. I had to ask the young girl to place my items in a bag. Also, I had been waiting for quite sometime in line, a cashier got onto her register to ring up a customer that had just walked up. I explained that I had been waiting in line for sometime and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. I let the thin manager know. However, customer service has been getting really poor at this location. Perhaps it’s poor management.
Forgot to cut our fabric by the time we got to checkout at closing (I HATE holding employees up past closing). They helped us get it cut and get us out the door.Employees were generally helpful, and surprisingly the music was very tame.Instrumental jazz Christmas music is probably the best way to absorb the season, and the break from christian rock is a nice change of pace.
They have a lot of craft stuff, buy I was disappointed that they dont carry any Halloween stuff. But they do have a nice selection of yarn in unusual colors. Ive been to other craft stores with a lot more yarn, but all the same colors just different vendors. I found a lot of choices!
I have been shopping here multiple times a week for YEARS. I EASILY spend close to $150-$200 here WEEKLY. Today while I was shopping, at this same exact location, I was approached by two managers (a man and a woman) telling me to leave the store because I had been trespasssed before (their nice words for accusing me of stealing with out actually coming out and saying it). When I immediately denied ever stealing from anyone in my life, they again insisted I leave, stating that these two individuals themselves were the people who had both confronted and kicked me out of the store previously. I then pulled down the bandana I was wearing as a face covering (so they could accurately see whom they were speaking to because less than half my face was exposed), and told them not only had I never spoken to either one of them before in my life, I had never even seen them in the store before, and I have NEVER been approached by management EVER. Then I asked to speak to another manager, to which I was advised, by the man who approached me, he was the only active manager and there was no one else to speak to. They both then spoke to each other in hushed tones about how neither could recall the date in which they supposedly confronted me previously, and what a surprise, neither of them had a clue as to when this supposedly occurred. They then both ducked away without another word, forget admitting they were wrong and I might just deserve an apology. I spent the next 20 mins in tears trying to recover from the embarrassment. As I spent $10 on an Uber to arrive here I didnt want the trip to be a total waste of money and time, so I grabbed what I needed and proceeded to check out. When I was leaving the woman was standing near the door and so I approached her calmly, and quietly, and let her know that they had lost a customer for life for how inappropriately they had handled things. And I said the fact that they couldnt even bother with an Im sorry was complete bullsh*t. She then began raising her voice at me telling me I am not allowed to cuss on their property and to stop harassing her and to leave the store immediately. I just left at this point. Whats the point trying to speak civilly to people who are incapable of admitting theyre human and might have made a mistake. Way to go management 👏🏻. You guys are a special kind of classy. Beyond disappointed.
When Im depressed, stressed, lonely, need inspiration, or want inexpensive supplies I go to Hobby Lobby. They have beautiful house decor too, even furniture. The store is clean and incredibly organized. Theres a bathroom available for those of us who wander around for hours, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They seem happy to be at work. Download the Hobby Lobby app and use a coupon every day. I just wish there was one about 2 miles from me! Oh, lets not forget to mention, I deeply respect and admire the owner. He spoke at our church and our pastor Rick Warren interviewed him for during a sermon session. Hes a fine example of how to run a business. Thumbs up that they are closed Sundays so their employees can attend church. 🙏👍
Love this store !!! & The Employees!I am a professional craftsman...over 25 years... Hobby Lobby has so many items for the various crafts and items I build for clients. Everything in - between..??? they might have that as well.Customer service is fantastic! ( EVERY time I visit!):)
I love this store. I never get to stay and check out all of the areas I want to. Too many places to be , so its only enough time for a quick stop at the yarns and hooks, then I have to be off. The people there are always very nice. There are one or two that have been somewhat blasé b but the store us still a bit if crafters heaven in earth.
This place has EVERYTHING!! A little on the pricey side, but the quality of their products is, for the most part, excellent. The only downside is for the size of the building, there are not enough employees working the floor. It took me longer than it should have to find an employee to help me. Also, not enough cashiers to accommodate the customers making purchases.
Plenty of stuff to choose from. Lots of home decorations as well and do it yourself home decor stuff. Material, paintings, all kinds of stuff. And the staff is usually pretty funny when I go there I dont think Ive ever really had any issues. All in all its good place check it out
I have been coming to this Hobby Lobby for a long time. The store is always clean and merchandise is stocked. They do need to take a class in customer service. Some of the cashiers and stockers need to learn how to greet their customers. Example, I was in there yesterday and asked a worker if she knew the price for a scarecrow that was in front of the store. They were on the wall but out of reach. She looked at me as if I was bothering her and she shakes her head no. She must have had a change of heart and then said lets see. Their has even been a few managers that have had bad attitudes but I havent seen those managers for awhile. For me customer service is number 1.
Good prices and selection. Store is clean, parking not bad. Get the 40% coupons it helps. Good selection of seasobal items, crafts, autonobile decor, kids crafts and much more. If you never been try going once to see what they have. I took my dad who went for the first time and he lives close to the store. He liked it.
I love this store so much. There are some rude employees, but then again there are some amazing ones. Being Hispanic and coming into Hobby Lobby, I expected to be profiled, but did not expect the level of rudeness I would encounter. I got eye rolls for using a coupon and they offer this coupon every week online so I know I am not the only one who uses it. Definitely was treated differently than the other patrons of a lighter shade. I love the selection on painting supplies and their sewing section is awesome! Wish I could give 5 stars but I had some really bad encounters with employees.
My first bad experience ever at hobby lobby I always purchase my house decoration there. I had to return a couple of things so my cashier Breanne was great but the Assistant Manager Jackie was very rude about my return she seem bother by it and keeped checking if it was damage I felt really sad it seem like she owned the store or that the money was coming out of his pocket. Next time Jackie be nicer please.
Loved it. Something for everyone here. Dont forget to download your coupon. But these guys have great prices throughout the store and its incredibly clean inside the store and bathrooms too!! Its a win-win situation with expert advice coming from the employees, makes it all worthwhile.
Hobby lobby is a great place to shop. They have a lot of unique and inexpensive things to buy. They have metal art, artworks, woodworking, baskets and art supplies. Is a great place to buy holiday supplies. Again really enjoy shopping there. Place is kept neat and clean.
Its an awesome store but as soon as I walked in I was immediately profiled. Me being a white male age 27 with tattoos am used to people in stores being suspicious of me, but never in my life have I been disrespected by store employees the way one of the managers did in this location! As I was browsing the aisle and putting the items I wanted to purchase into my handcart I felt like everyone employed there had to keep an eye on me. After I had found and inspected an item that interested me in a stocking bin, located in the middle of the aisle by the way, I was bombarded by management very rudely. They were accusing me of attempting to steal the item, that I had just placed back where I found remember, and literally yelling and making a scene in front of everyone there because I touched the items they were going to stock. There was no way to tell that it wasnt supposed to be touched nor did I know. After that incident I apologized and continued shopping. During that time I was followed by different employees down every aisle. Once I had finally got what I wanted I went to meet with my friend I came in with before we went and paid for the items. After 2 minutes of being with him while he finished up we were approached again by the same manager that approached me before along with 4 other employees. She was a short blond haired Caucasian female about 35-40 years old and refused to give me her name when I asked for it to report her to her superiors. Once I get it I will post it here so you can know who Im taking about. So as she approached us she started yelling again at us saying shes sick of us being in her store and that were taking way too long to shop as well as more accusations of us trying to shoplift when we were obviously not. I was so offended that I even took my wallet out to show her that I had money and had no reason for shoplifting whatsoever. Then we were escorted out of the store by the four employees and their manager and told never to return. When I asked what was the reason behind the mistreatment of a paying customer I got nothing but silence. Once we exited the doors the angry manager took off to call the police on us and the other 3 employees apologized for the inconvenience and they hope we werent too upset with them having to follow orders from their boss. I told them I understood and wasnt upset with them just the manager. I hope that you never have to experience this.
What a store for hobbyists. Have made many purchases from them over the last couple of years. Always a clean store. If you want fake flowers I cannot conceive of a larger selection. But, there is so much more there including pictures, wall hangings, models, jewelry making supplies and a lot of things that other people would like even if I am not a customer for them. If you are looking for craft and decorating types of things give them a try.
There may be other stores with similar concepts selling similar products but Hobby Lobby is in a class by themselves. Its like four or five stores rolled into one. Furniture, art supplies, picture frames, hobbies and crafts and much more. The store is clean and well lit. The crew is helpful and friendly. I always find what Im looking for and there is something new on every aisle.
L m & g. I heard about this store walked in and felt like singing. It is so amazing Im going back tomorrow.I suggest you just bring cash because if you bring a debit or credit card youre going to spend so much money but its very reasonably priced. And the people that work there are Fab.
Lots of neat little stuff theres something for everyone. But! One of the cashiers.. (older woman) was somewhat biased towards helping an American family to a latino family making them wait and helping the American family first while sending the other family to the back because there was only 1 line even though the american family got in line after. Not cool.
Huge store with decent prices. They almost always have what I need. The 1 star dock though is do to its politacal controversy. While I dont agree with there political things though I still think they offer a nice product selection with a clean environment and friendly enployees.
Terrible customer service. What one might assume about this place and an inability to use modern thinking by the employees is way too true for a supposed modern store in a town as progressive as Santa Ana is disappointingly proof that assumptions can often times exist unquestioned and be correct.I have never felt as discriminated against at a place of business as the employees at this store just made me feel in my whole life.I had about $500 burning a hole in my pocket today, so I ventured out to try and spend some cash needlessly. The events of the day brought me to Hobby Lobby thinking this place looked like somewhere with tons of options for a decent dose of retail therapy. And it appears that this place really does have a great deal of various types of items.Little did I know that I was not a worthwhile candidate for spending my money at the store...I was followed the whole time in the store and eventually told to leave and never come back. I asked why and they would not tell me a reason.Maybe it is because I rode the bus to the store today? Maybe its because Im not an extra right wing Christian fundamental radical? Maybe white people are not welcome at this store?Im not sure at all, because I was asked to leave for no good reason that I could see today.I was not stealing anything or acting like I might be inclined to do so. My behavior modeled that of a stand up member of society. And this being my first time at this place. no one can attribute what happened to a response stemming from an earlier interaction.Has anyone else been disrespected here? I know Ill be very reluctant to step foot in this place ever again.*Edited on 6/10/2919 to remove typos and Autocorrect misjudgments.z
I xould spend hours in the store it has so many things. There are numerous marking pens to choose from, a wide variety of paint and floral supplies. They even have buttons, ribbon, and fabeic. The only down side was that the employees were not very friendly. The cashier and the fabric lady must have been in a bad mood or something. Every isle you walk down well almost they are very helpful and ask if u need help with anything.
The items on the floor are always missing prices. And when you ask for pricing it always takes them so long to figure it out. They cant even scan the item at the cashier to check the price. That just seems odd and a waste of time. Michaels is a lot easier to shop at, even joanns is easier.
Seriously, like many other reviews state, go when you have some time. I found myself walking through a labyrinth of amazingness. Went to pick up some shadow boxes and was told by a store rep that I should wait a week until they go to 50% off. Thats a savings of 60 dollars for the large shadow box I was looking for.Very clean. Amazing candle section if youre into candles. Going again today. Lol.Id probably not bring any small kids because of all the breakables, just saying.
I ran over there during my lunch break to pick up a Halloween gift for an exchange at the office. Like I always do, I brought my own reusable bag (very large, bright red bag) that I use just about everywhere I go. Where I live and a lot of other cities in CA, you bring your own bag, or you have to purchase a bag there. So I am picking up a few things and the employee ( I believe he was the store manager, Eric?) walks up to me and asked what I am doing, looking at me with disgust with other customers around. Startled, I told him I am shopping(?). He proceeds to tell me that I am concealing merchandise and that is like I am stealing. Granted, this guy was in the isle I was in, 3-5ft away from me when I was placing the items in my bag...again....in front of him! I clarify that a lot of stores especially where I live, dont provide bags and most people bring in their own. You shop, put things in your bag, go to the register, empty the bag, pay for your merchandise and put everything back in the bag...simple!! I explained this to him without being confrontational and he insisted that I remove the 3 items from my bag. I have never been treated this way at a store especially now that CA is trying to go green and I am trying to do my part. While I was at the register, the same guy comes around and stands approximately 10ft from the register looking at what I am purchasing but trying to act inconspicuous adding insult to injury. I frequent Michaels because I do a lot of framing and art projects and I will continue to do so exclusively. Never, not once have they ever been disrespectful or questioned my motives. After this experience I will never spend a cent in Hobby Lobby. Maybe I should have read the reviews first but it appears that men are treated differently(especially if you are a minority). For the record, I was dressed professionally, in slack, dress shoes and dress shirt, not tie because it was 105 degrees today. Hobby Lobby should be ashamed to have this unprofessional jerk working there and if someone asks for clarification on something like this, they shouldnt be accused of concealing or stealing merchandise.
Really poor customer service. I was looking for a edible pen and I asked one of the rep for help. She just said. Oh maybe is in the party supply section. But not sure.just pointing at the direction. So i went to look for it And didnt find it. So I asked another rep to see if this person would be more helpful than the first one. But unfortunately the same way. Didnt walk through to show me exactly where could I find it. And just pointing the direction far far away. And couldnt check in her system. If they carry that type of item in their stores. So then I went back to the same section and couldnt find it. And I got upset at that moment and I walked out from the store. But before that I see so many rep from the store walking from one way to another. But whats the point to have them walking around if they are not there to help. They should learn a little bit from home depot customers service. They do walk you through and search from their system. And if they dont carry at that store. They show you were to find it. That its a good customer serv and make people wants to return back. Not to have bad service and hobby lobby needs to train their personal how to treat clients .
My grandson and I went to hobby lobby to find a paint-by-numbers kit and perhaps other crafts for him. He is 7 years old, and because I had not been in this very large store before, we had hoped to find a employee in the aisles that might point us in the right direction. To my surprise, the manager asked if she could help us, and I told her what we were looking for, and she said In the back left side of the store. We went back there. That was completely unhelpful, and in fact, incorrect. Fortunately, we did run into a stock clerk, who was very friendly and walked with us to the place where the paint-by-number kits were sold. Frankly, I think if Id followed the managers advice, we might still be there.
I was there killing some time and picking up a few things for a project . I had money but was followed around all over the store by this ridiculous woman (who was terrible at being stealth. She didnt follow me from a distance. She was peering around corners and stood out like a sore thumb. She was everywhere I went and behind every fake plant. She made my visit HORRIBLE and I will NEVER go back there. She said that I put something in my purse but when at one point I stopped and took everything out of my purse and showed that there was nothing in there. She asked about some items and I told her I had put them back because I changed my mind. I could go on and on about this awful this awful experience but I wont. I will be sharing this experience with e everyone I can. I was tormented by some low class store security (I believe) because of how I looked and how I was dressed.
I went to purchase a frame for art that I had previously purchased from Hobby Lobby last week. I would have to purchase a frame specially made for the pic. Very disappointed.I was also looking for white pillow cases for decorative size pillows. Couldnt find those either.
I really like this store and usually come here alot since it is closer than michaels. However everytime i come here i feel very uncomfortable with the staff, although ive had some really nice cahiers, most of the other team members have a stick up there a hole and some are ignorant racists and walk by you like youre invisible. Like other reviews say they have felt descriminated, as a hispanic i feel the same way. I have noticed how they treat white people better. Ive had many bad experiences here but will only specify 3 of them. One time i went for a specific item in the craft section, the lane was closed because two staff memebers were restocking. One of them is the little old lady thats in the fabric section most of the time, the rude one. Well i ask the older lady if i could get that item real quick she didnt want to let me in, i asked again and let her know that is why i came to that store and it was only going to take a second, she rolled her eyes and let out an ughhh and let me through and was standing there looking at me with an annoying look, while the other staff member was watching. Then found out that other staff member was the manager, the american lady with the blonde hair ponytail and bangs. Wow!!!The second time, i brought my son with me, we were by the handles and pulls section. My son kneeled down to look at someting, and cut himself with a piece of glass, he started crying because he saw blood coming out. I went to the front and unfortunately the first person i saw was a lady that has been rude to me before, she looks somewhat like joanna gaines, and i think shes a supervisor or a manager. Anyways i asked her if they had a first aid kit or a bandage, she rudely replied to me and said they dont have any. Really a store with a bunch of glass and no first aid kit, thats a first. Then i told her my son cut him self on a piece of glass, she looked shocked and asked where i told her what isle it was and she just walked away, just like that, she got on her radio and told one of the staff member about the glass. We were left standing there, my son bleeding and crying, really!! Dehumanizing.Third bad experience i went on a rainy day with my daughter and passed by an isle and didnt notice there was a puddle, my daughter missed it by a bit, but i stepped on it and felt like i was about to slip, thankfully for them, i didnt. I told one of the staff members about it and seemed to not give a damn, she said she would get someone to clean it up. 5 min later i passed by and there was still a puddle. Then i went to another staff member, she said she would go get someone but still stayed in her section. I was starting to get a bit anxious because no one would go and someone could slip. Then i saw a group of staff members were one of them looked to be higher up there, older man wearing a suit telling them what needed to be done, ive seen him there a couple of times. So i approach them and mention it to them, so like always this man never acknowledged me and kept talking, one of the other staff members did and assured me someone was going to mop that up. About 15 min had passed since i told the first person, thought i would try one more time, i told the cashier about it and mentioned that someone could get hurt and the store will get sued specially since they knew about it and no one was doing anything about it. She radioed it and not even a minute later i see someone with a mop. This cashier was surprisingly very nice.Isnt this store a christian store?? Please hire people that have morals and dont descriminate and that treat people with respect. Im a true believer in karma. Good luck on judgement day ahole so called christian employees.
My first time at this location, I was in the area and ran in for a few things.I’ve been to better locations, couldn’t find anyone to help me which is unusual at Hobby Lobby. The store was messier then others and check out took awhile. Maybe it was just an “off” day here???
Hobby lobby always has items that I need and they are usually on sale. Fabric, trimmings, yarn, floral, ribbon, décor, beads, painting supplies, the list goes on and on. They have an extensive clearance section, but theyre scattered so that its in each section. Clearance yarn is with yarn, clearance stamps are with paper crafting, etc. I have only had good experiences at this store.
These people are judgemental, presumptuous and accusatory. They have accused a lot of my friends and myself of stealing and I DONT EVER STEAL. And as if thats not bad enough, theyve literally refused to let my Fiancé into their store bc they said he had stolen from them in the past. He also hasnt ever stolen from them and DOESNT EVER STEAL. So wrong!
Rude. Unprofessional. Paranoid. Judging. All good Christian values exhibited by the management team during my last (and LAST) visit.I was on a mission for the wife to buy some certain cards. I walked in the store and it felt like a record stopped and everybody turned to look at me.Whatever.I go looking for the cards and immediately notice I’m being followed by a male manager. I ask a female manager if they have the cards I’m looking for. They do not. So, I start to browse. At the end of every aisle I’m on is the manager and managerette. Also I found myself being barraged by Lobbyists asking if I need help. This was so blatant and rude. I was fuming, but I kept my cool. After being followed from aisle to aisle. After being watched and judged. After being quietly apologized to by one of the Lobbyists who was told to follow me. After all of this I went to the male manager and asked him what the deal is.In his first sentence to me he said, “Because youre a thief.” What?! I said they were a bunch of $%&^ing clowns and he walked me out of the store for saying bad words to him. (Nobpdy else could hear us, we were speaking quietly.)As he followed me out of the store he would not stop talking. He called me names, told me I’m a thief and I stink and threatened to call the cops. I invited him to do so. I hadn’t done anything at all wrong. In the end he didn’t call the cops. I feel like I should have. This guy really should not be in any position of authority. The venom he spits out as he berates you is infectious to his underlings. They will become like him. That wouldn’t be good for anybody. In all, not a very good trip to the hobby shop.
You could spend hours in there just looking at thing. Sales signs all over the place but not everything is on sale. Price are not marked with sales price. If it’s not on sale, put it down and come back next seek because it will be on sale. Not sure why they don’t mark the prices lower from the beginning instead of spending all the time rotating the sales.

2022-03-05This shop has a huge variety of decor, crafts and artificial plants. Cashiers are a bit rude, my mom asked about the price of something and the cashier was a bit annoyed and answered with a chuckle.

2022-08-04I misplaced one of my bags of merchandise I purchased. I called the store to see if maybe I left it on the counter. I spoke to Irene she was wonderful, she research the issue for me and called me back. I was so impressed with her kindness and customer service and the time she took to help me. I did end up finding me bag..Can you thank here again..

2022-08-14Great selection and good sales, but be careful in the checkout line. Apparently, there is a very specific way they run their lines. I stepped out to go to a newly opened register and got sent back to the line to wait my turn.

2021-02-26This place is awesome. It has everything you need for your project. Prices are good as well. Customer service is great. I asked an employee to point me where an item was. He actually walked me right to it even though it was ok the other side. This place is way better thank michaels

2018-10-31So many things. Love this store. I never know what to buy first. Enough parking. Everything sorted by style, also by colors. They have return policy. Nice selection of fabric and stuff for sewing (lace etc), iron stuff, artificial flowers, practically any hand craft area.

2022-07-23I would not shop at hobby lobby if you define yourself as American. Hobby lobby is actively supporting christofascism. They are actively supporting people committing treason.

2022-05-15I recently witnessed and incident at this particular location that was disturbing. I was looking for a piece for making jewelry. A couple was in the same isle with a dog on a leash. At the end of the isle were two men in collard shirts and name badges, skulking and asking LOUDLY from 50 feet away if their dog was a service animal. NO ONE is allowed to ask for proof. In my opinion this was extremely rude. I believe if there was cause for concern they should have asked privately.
